The Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps is a renowned race track that hosts various motorsport events, including the F1 Grand Prix. Visitors can explore three museums within the 18th-century outbuildings, with one dedicated to the nearby circuit. Getting to the venue for events like the Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix is made convenient with advice on transportation options such as trains, buses, and driving.
Went for a wonder around as we knew there was an amateur race and wanted to take it in. Felt brilliant to be there, we found a stand to sit in and watched for a few hours. It was a very hot day so grateful it was in the shade. On a track day this would absolutely brilliant. Great to visit a formula 1 track. Staff were easy with us walking around. We couldn't get into any of the main but it wasn't a problem. Found a parking spot near by.

Very beautiful track, historical, nested in the Belgian Ardennes, 100 meters elevation through the track, the wonderful Eau-Rouge uphill, the pines beneath the photo spots... An unforgettable 5/5 experience for any motorsport fan !
Vachfolle — Google review
Amazing experience watching F1 Grand Prix at this location. Just remember, there will be traffic if you come by car, so make your timing accordingly. I would recommend to buy fixed seat like at least a silver ticket because bronze tickets have no specific seat and it can be difficult to find a good view point. However, once the race is started, you can enjoy it from anywhere around the circuit. Normally it rains during the event at end of July, so remember to take your protection like raincoats and water resistant shoes. I saw many people are camping at the location which is a better option I would say if possible, to avoid all the traffic.
Imran R — Google review
This legendary and historical circuit is very well kept. Eau Rouge is much steeper than images suggest and lives up to the hype. It's a fantastic wide and fast track. The only lunch available during the trackday was an expensive (but very average) buffet so bring your own.
Ben H — Google review
The overall experience at Spa was really great. The circuit is one of my favorites – high-speed curves, good overtaking spots, and fantastic energy. I stayed at Silver 1, and despite the concrete seating, it's truly a great spot with a wonderful view of Eau Rouge. However, there are some points for improvement: Come on, Spa organizers! It took four hours to exit the yellow parking lot. This is a shame, and it's been like this for years! The Silver stands really deserve a cover to protect from the rain. The fan zone was quite disappointed. There were only simulators, a show car, and tire-changing activities. I was expecting much more. And during red flags, instead of just having someone trying to hype up the public with random music and basic entertainment, interviews, some curiosities about the circuit and Formula 1, or historic images from the circuit's past would work much better. It was really boring to listen to an hour of random music and watch someone trying to make people have fun. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are many aspects that the organizers should improve
Braulio D — Google review
Fantastic circuit to come & watch the racing, great views from the grandstand of the start/finish line & the pits & podium. Decent array of food & drink available, including free water refill stations. Lots of merchandise available by inside & out of the circuit, although fairly pricey. Biggest negative is getting to & particularly, from the circuit, as the roads are country roads & there's pretty much 1 road in, 1 road out, so long delays, particularly getting away from the circuit. My advice is to arrive as early as possible when coming to the circuit.
Andy B — Google review
Attended the F1 race last weekend. The track is everything I hoped for. The event being put on by F1, not so much. Buying a GA ticket we walked the entire track and had a great time. But all the places with good views for GA tickets had been blocked by black cloth over fencing. Basically trying to force you to buy a much more expensive ticket for a view. Also, the parking was A NIGHTMARE! Quick to take your money and guide you into a spot, but when the race was over, not a single person in sight to help direct traffic. It was everyone for themselves. We sat in a farm field for almost 3 hours trying to leave!
Jon W — Google review
Went on a Ferrari practice day…and it was a little confusing to navigate the venue. We explored until we were told we couldn’t go in the restricted area. Did get up to the podium, restaurant and gift shop. Walked around different areas and it was a fun afternoon!

Pouhon Pierre-le-Grand is a renowned spring in Spa, attracting visitors from around the world seeking its high mineral content and reputed healing properties. Housed in a historic stone building, which now serves as the town's tourist office, this prolific spring is said to have cured Tsar Peter the Great. Flowing at a rate of up to 21,000 liters per day, it is rich in mineral salts and iron.
Spa centre. If you're ever around, it's nice to wander around for a few hours. Free parking is possible at the church if you're lucky. Nice old buildings. Some nice places to have coffee or lunch.

Wonderful exhibition on Hergé's work, including the "exposition imaginaire de Tintin". Visitors learn a lot about Hergé's live and how the Tintin comics were created. Everyone who is in Spa and with a passion for Tintin should visit this unique exhibition. The merchandise shop is accessible without an entrance ticket.
Joyful J — Google review
Informative plates explain the history of Spa and other cities with thermal baths across Europe. The building is nice to see. The entrance fee is 1 EUR, and definitely worth it. The water coming from the spring has a sulfurous odour. Great for a short visit (30 min)
Timothy V — Google review
Nicely renovated building, but for access to the source you have to pay. The two taps are not labeled (Reine & Henriette). To enter the exhibition hall there was no clear way in (pay again?). Better visit the Source de la Sauveniere.

Its nice to see the fountain of original Spa. It give cold sparkling water straight from the water. BUT, it stinks super badly with iron smell. I had to wash my hand with soap to remove iron smell. I took a sip of the water and it tastes AWFUL. A friend of mine drank too much of this water and he got bad angry stomach, bloated, gastric reflux reaction. Just see the fountain, it looks like it contains lots of iron content. Please do not try to drink it. REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Interesting place. Unfortunatelly ,at the time I visited ,there was no water running in the spring. Free to visit

We tried to visit this on a Saturday afternoon in July between 4 and 5pm, but it was not open. We could not find an open door and there was no-one in as far as we could see. Very disappointing.

Would be a pity to come to Spa and to miss it... This is not a long visit as the main attraction is... To drink fizzy natural water, rich in iron!

(Translated by Google) There is parking for the entire domain. From the parking lot you can choose to go for a walk, to the museum, to the cafeteria, etc. You can reach the museum via the wooden path (which is not in very good condition). The museum itself is really worth it. When you enter there is a section dedicated to birds. Furthermore, the focus is on the forest itself and which smaller animals and fungi live there, for example. Attention is also paid to water (more specifically Spa). Then the focus is mainly on the larger animals that live in the Ardennes. There is another section next to the toilets with wooden tools, nocturnal animals and folklore. This last part is less visible, we would have walked past it if we did not have to go to the toilet. It is an interactive museum with various assignments that you can do and listen to. The staff at the cash register was friendly. The museum can be visited with the museum pass. There are sanitary facilities and a small shop. There is also a cafeteria, but for that you have to walk outside and towards the parking lot. This was closed yesterday.

Domain of Bérinzenne is a beautiful nature reserve with well-marked trails, offering visitors the chance to explore the typical bog landscape and gain insightful information. The park features various paths for exploration, with a highlight being the watchtower providing a stunning view of the Domaine de Berinzenne and its surroundings. However, some visitors have noted that the wooden decking on many parts of the walking paths is in poor condition, which could pose safety concerns.

🆘⚠️Cold atmosphere. The food is way below average. The kitchen does not produce any smell of food. Guess why? Looks like they use a lot of convenience product for cooking.

Mediocre food. The pizza was sweet, the steak was old, food was delivered at different times to different people at our table (some got their main course 1:30hr after the first one was served. One of the servers was really nice but the other one was quite rude. They should seriously consider if they should remain in this business, I don’t think they know what they are doing.

This place seems to have different management and staff during lunchtime and dinner. We went for lunch and it was great, very nice lady serving and very good food. We were so pleased about it we decided to also go for dinner, but it turned out to be a real disappointment. The waiter was nice but very busy, we waited nearly 1 hour to be served and the food wasn't that great either. Maybe also the cook was a different one..? What a pity ...
Anna S — Google review
The food was ok, but 100% microwaved. Service was terrible, and the staff was racist. They didn't listen to us and just served the food whenever it was ready (even giving us our second courses before the appetizer). You'll get better service by buying your own microwaved stuff and making it yourself for much less money. Also, it's expensive for what it offers.

Staff wasn't alble to communicate in Englisch of Dutch... We only got our drinks 40 MINUTES after we ordered them! My dad received the wrong pasta (not what he had ordered). The staff, espacially the woman, was pretty rude, mayby due to the language-gap...? All by all, not the best experience.

Modern European restaurant
Restaurant le Grand Maur is a modern French restaurant that offers a beautiful and elegant dining experience. Guests have praised the delicious two-course dinner, with fresh local deer and a small but tasty cheese platter. The chic and elegant ambiance adds to the romantic appeal of this place, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. The restaurant also offers excellent wine pairings and friendly staff who ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
We spent a night in the villa, and it was just exquisite. The room was well furnished, charming, the bathroom really clean and cosy. The owner are very welcoming, caring and attentive. We felt right at home, in a get away feeling like that this villa is giving. The breakfast was perfect. This exactly. From the coffee to the choices of plates, the spices on the eggs to the pinch of orange blossom in the French toasts, the choices of cheese, the croissants, we could taste the quality of each product. This was the dream breakfast. Thank you so much!

Beautiful restaurant, we were here before and returned because of our great experience the first time. We had a two course dinner and we're surprised with a lovely appetiser too. Our drinks were non-alcoholic but mixed too sweet. The waiter made sure they were remixed, which was lovely. The deer was fresh and local from the hunting season, and the cheese platter was small but tasty. The coffee was gorgeous and served in beautiful cups. Will visit again.

We had a very good three course meal here, for a very reasonable price. I had the duck foie gras as a starter, but the steak seared on one side as a main course was simply divine. So delicious! The lady in the front of the house and the other waiting staff were very kind. Good wine pairings too. Good recommendation.

La Source de la Géronstère is an elegant guesthouse with four comfortable rooms that offer picturesque forest views. For those looking for a delightful family activity, taking a scenic stroll alongside the water towards the renowned Source de Barisart is highly recommended.
We went for a long lunch with 9 people in total. Staff was very kind and helpful. Food was very well made. We ordered forel (fish), chicken salad, large carpaccio and steak and all were amazing. Location in the forest is lovely and has a romantic feel. Perfect spot to do a hike also. New owners did a good job. We will Definitely come back.

A beautiful hotel hidden in the quiet of the forest and surrounded by greenery! A charming stone building with a rich history, located on the site of an ancient mineral spring. The atmosphere of the Middle Ages can be felt in every element of the architecture. The hotel is small but incredibly cozy. Downstairs, there is a spacious restaurant with a fireplace, antique chandeliers, and comfortable armchairs, and nearby, there are old buildings and real carriages that create the feeling of traveling back in time. The owners are wonderful, genuinely friendly people. In the morning, we were treated to a delicious and generous breakfast prepared especially for us. Our stay here was romantic and peaceful. Thank you very much for your hospitality — we will be happy to come back again!

Bad idea to stop by and ask to fill my bike water bottles. I was fine to pay for still mineral water but I was surely not expecting to pay EUR 11.80 for 2 bottle of 0.5 liter without even sitting at the table. A more honest attitude would be fine. There are free public water fountains in Rome and Venice just for your information.

Good classic food prepared partially on the in the restaurant located fire place. What brings it down a bit is the poorly set up of the front bar, which sticks of towards the restaurant. Will absolutely go back after a nice walk in the area for lunch.

We made a reservation that was cancelled the same day with an excuse that was hard to believe (flooded room). We went to check anyway and there was a party happening, so we suspect that our room was cancelled in favor of one of the party guests. They booked another room for us " very nice, rural area, dogs are allowed" which turned out to be a very basic hostel where dogs are not allowed. We will not be coming back here.

The Belgian restaurant Domaine de Malchamps offers an excellent appetizer with raw beef, although the main dish of entrecote is satisfactory rather than exceptional. The prices are on the higher side, and the atmosphere can feel a bit chilly. However, the service is top-notch and very friendly. This lovely establishment requires a reservation in advance to secure a table. It stands out for its French language preference and serves beautiful food.
Everything went great. Parking easy to find and free. We were seated quickly, it was cold but they had a heater that worked great. Located in the picturesque town of Spa, Thermes de Spa offers a blend of modern wellness and traditional hydrotherapy. The thermal bath complex provides indoor and outdoor swimming areas, steam rooms, and massages with a stunning view of the city. Visitors can follow in the footsteps of centuries-old guests to experience the reputed benefits of the spring waters, such as improved circulation, metabolism, and skin health. The facility also features saunas, hammams, and various beauty treatments utilizing the local spring water.
Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Clean, tidy. Tasty cuisine, large portions. There were quite a lot of people, but due to the rather large territory, it was not felt and did not bother. We will come again, we liked it.
Yana L — Google review
It is a nice place but not maintained so well. The showers don’t work well, and the facilities are basic. The saunas are nice, but there are only two of them, one steam and one dry. The place is like a swimming pool with amazing view from the pool and the sauna. The pool is not so big, but definitely nice vibes and a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed our time there. We went by the private funicular from the hotel down the hill which was very convenient.
Ati — Google review
Had a lovely time here. Really nice naturistic area of the spa, with a sauna and hammam. There is also an area where you can enjoy the sauna with the swimsuit. The pool is quite big, and the space outside is quiet and you can enjoy the nice view. The relaxation areas are a bit small and not always quiet though. Also the areas inside the changing rooms could be a bit cleaner, and the showers don’t work super well but overall they’re okay. Didn’t have any food but it seemed a bit pricey.
Chiara C — Google review
The structure is quite old, a nice renovation would make it better. I had a massage and it was a very relaxing experience, but the rest was not so relaxing. The floor is dirty of water and lots of hair and it is mandatory to walk barefoot. Hygiene should be the priority in such a place. There should be more staff cleaning all the time, because walking on other people hair is disgusting. Not to mention that walking on this wet floor is very dangerous. Showers were also not new and clean. Honestly I would have expected more.
Giulia P — Google review
The name sounds more special than the place is. More like a public but warmer and much more quieter pool. The 'brasserie' looks good but minimal choice of meals. For the price good and large portions. Might come back, might not
Arne V — Google review
Traveled very far to come here . Honestly the front desk reception needs to get trained better . She asked me if this is my first time and when I said yes you would think she would explain the procedure here. Just a rushed lazy and way to push someone along. I ended up having to come back to ask about towels and robes . Why was that not mentioned. Waste of my time that I paid for . Upon entering the place was nice . Will update once I experience everything
S. L — Google review
It’s truly a very peaceful place, the food is incredibly delicious and tasty, the staff are excellent, but the massage is not very impressive.
Raha K — Google review
This review is for the bath and sauna facilities as I didn’t have any treatments (massages etc). I was tickled by the idea of visiting the “OG” spa. The pool areas are enjoyable, with special little fountains and jets to self-massage in the water. Locker rooms are kept very clean by the attendants. The sauna area was small but adequate, I suppose; there was one sauna and one hammam and three different pools of different temperatures (this was the naturalist area, I didn’t venture into the swimwear-required area). The restaurant isn’t itself a reason to visit, but it does its duty as a place to refuel during a long day. The complex doesn’t feel “fancy”, more “clinical”, which is just something to be aware of. FYI, they rent robes at the reception area.

AKN, even if is not a pilot, went to Spa. After his deserved entrance in the thermals, in the early afternoon, he went to its brasserie. Before entering, AKN checked previous review and why this place had a ranking so low. Anyway, he trusted his gut and he went with his girlfriend and the experience was good. Indeed the waitress, maybe not the most funny ones, but not as terrible as it was described. Trust AKN, he is the only guy to believe 🕺

I has the vegetarian pasta and found it to be delicious. The sauce was very juicy and had a sweet vegetable flavor. My wife had the lamb chops and she enjoyed it but there were alot of tendons which she didn't like. The service at the beginning was a little bit nonchalant. However the server at the very end was much better and he gave me a free shot of liquor because it was my birthday. Overall I enjoyed my experience and think it is nice place to eat

Restaurant la Belle Epoque is a popular spot, especially on Saturday nights. The staff is friendly and efficient, despite being busy. The food is delicious and comes in good portion sizes, with an included amuse bouche. While the menu could use more vegetarian options, the well-cooked Belgian fare, including tender Belgium beef, is presented beautifully. Some feel that adding belle epoque music would enhance the ambience.
Our visit to Restaurant La Belle Epoque was a mix of moments that showcased both the highs and lows of dining out. While the service initially fell short, requiring us to request additional drinks, the prompt attention to our concerns regarding the tough Chateaubriand truly exemplified the care and dedication of the staff. The swift replacement with another steak demonstrated a commitment to ensuring a memorable dining experience. In the end, La Belle Epoque succeeded in transforming what could have been a disappointing visit into a delightful one. The quality of the food, coupled with their willingness to listen and make amends, left us with a positive impression. Thank you for turning our evening around and creating a memorable dining experience.
Christopher C — Google review
The food is well presented, well cooked Belgian fare. My Belgium beef was beautifully tender. Service was highly professional. I thought they could have added to the ambience by playing some belle epoque music like Edith Piaf chansons or Debussy piano.
Malcolm G — Google review
I was excited to find this place in Spa; their menu of tagines looked really good. I think they cook everything separately and then put it together at the end because the chicken in the tagine didn’t have the lemony/olive flavor I was hoping for (it was also undercooked so I had to send it back). In the end, a decent, but not memorable, meal. Prices are not too high, seems reasonable.
Rex P — Google review
Superbe honest food made with passion and love for their products. Every bite will put a smile on your face. Great friendly service, very professional. One of the best restaurants I encountered for a while.
Danielle G — Google review
Ate here on a Saturday night and it was packed! Staff friendly even though they were rushed off their feet. The food was great: good portion sizes and really delicious, as well as an amuse bouche included. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I would love to see another vegetarian option. It also seemed quite pricey, although I do think that the prices are in line with other restaurants in town.

I have to admit that matters are sorted after some discussion. However, sadly our diner was far from a nice experience. 18.30 entered the restaurant and ordered first, only to receive our main course at 20.15 when we were already leaving because we had a baby with us. In between we received the wrong starter (at 19.00). Could be a one of those nights where everything goes wrong. However, a raging chef is not what you expect when you as a customer are not in the wrong. The waitress was still very nice tough and we ended paying only for our drinks. So we left with an empty stomach since the chef refused the offer of the waitress to give the food take away. Btw all around us seven tables received their main course while entering up to an hour later. Even with the fish dishes we were waiting for.

L'art de vivre is truly an experience that tantalizes the senses and leaves a lasting impression on food enthusiasts. Nestled in picturesque locations, establishments like LO de source, Du Grand Maur, and the Relais de la Sauveniere offer exquisite culinary delights that celebrate local flavors. Imagine savoring dishes such as semolina with citrus and fresh mint or succulent lamb confit paired with figs.
This place had the best food I’ve ever had. The owner was so attentive and a polyglot, and he made sure we felt cozy. The chefs were so caring about all the dishes that they presented to us. I loved LOVED the ravioli with the quail thighs! I would give that dish a 9.9/10. I could eat at least two more plates. Portions are great, but the flavors are so scrumptious you would undeniably want more. The scallops were also excellent! It was like butter in my mouth. A solid 9.8/10. For our main course, we got the lamb and the veal. The veal was a 9.8/10, and the lamb a 9.7/10. They both had seasonal veggies and potatoes as sides that were perfectly cooked! For dessert, we got a pannacotta and a crème brûlée. Once I tried the brûlée, I experienced heaven. It was a 10/10! The pannacotta was outshined, and we would drive back again for it in a heartbeat. We are so grateful that we got to experience the art of living a good life through this reasonably priced gem in Spa. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place! We dropped by sunday evening and got a nice table. Our waiter was really polite and did his best to help us with the menue card as we don´t speak any french. The food is fine, but not nearly good enough for the price. The main course was super salty and the veggies were undercooked. The Molleaux au chocolate was dry. We waited over an hour to get the main course, while all the other tables kept getting food. Overall the service could be a lot better for a restaurant like this.
Carolina D — Google review

Day 3

Proximity is everything
For day 3, we bundled attractions like Parc de 7 Heures and Museum of the City of Water and other places within a close range, so that the time it takes to travel between all of them is less than one hour. Combined with the average time people spend there, your day should take about 6 hours.

The Museum of the City of Water provides limited English explanations, particularly in its permanent exhibition on the history of Spa which ends at a certain point. There is a need for an extension to cover modern history. The temporary exhibition displays old photographs and various antique items such as furniture and gambling tables, offering insight into the luxurious lifestyle during Spa's golden age. One notable staff member, Beatrice, made a lasting impression with her attentive care towards three English-speaking visitors.
Charming little spot, located 4 mins by foot from the train station. The building used to be the mansion of Princess Marie-Henriette. I learned a few interesting facts about the town, e.g. that the first anti-gambling legislation was enacted in 1857. Quite a number of well-known people have visited this charming town, such as Casanova or Peter the Great. The exponates were beautiful. And the lady who welcomed me was absolutely great - kind and passionate about the place she's working at. Recommended.

The museum has some English explanation but not enough. The permanent exhibition (the history of Spa) stopped at some point, and looking for a chance of an extension for modern history. The temporary exhibition showed some old photos of spa together with old items (furniture, gambling tables,...), and offered a nice view of how people live at the golden age of Spa. We had a very impressive experience because of the staff Beatrice. She took care of us (three English speaking visitors) and tried her best to host us. We were appreciated with her kindness.

SPA Forest offers an exhilarating experience in the heart of nature with its high ropes center, featuring three challenging courses that include rope ladders, zip lines, and precarious bridges. Visitors can also enjoy a variety of activities such as Nordic walking, archery, survival workshops, and all-mountain electric scooters. The courses progressively increase in difficulty and height, culminating in a thrilling free-fall at the end. The friendly staff ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Awesome place. Took 6 guys about three hours to complete all climbs. Fun variety, and optional 12.5m free fall definitely worth it! Basic drinks and snacks available at the stand as well. Staff was very friendly.

My daughter came home on friday 27.09 with a head concussion and was in a shock after visiting this park with school. There was an accident in this park were an other girl jumped of a zipline and hit my daughter while she was walking through the park for the escape room with a group of people. She fell onto the ground and after standing up one of the staff came and started screaming to my daughter and saying she needed to get out of the park instead of checking if she was okay. This park is very unsafe and irresponsible. I would not recommend coming to this park.

Tried to get in touch with them 3 times and they don't respond. Very unprofessional. Is this even a real place, or is it a scam? Please get back to me, Spa Forest, then I will update this review. Update: This review is reflective of my experience with this company so far. I would be very happy to be able to give you 5 stars. Which email address do I use? The website merely has a contact form, which I have used three times. If you can give me an email address or phone number, a way to contact you so I can actually book activities, of course I can give you a better review. Update 20.05 +2 stars: Finally got a response and was able to book an activity! It seems that the contact forms under the individual activities do work. The general contact form and the email address under the terms and conditions do not. Will update again after the activity. I also wonder whether the escape room is available in English? Update after doing high ropes challenge: 5 stars: thank you for a lovely experience! Maxim briefed us in English and was very clear in his communication and attentive. The courses were a lot of fun and the last one was exceptionally challenging! After the initial communication issues I had, I am very happy I was eventually able to do this activity with Spa Forest. Courses of increasing difficulty and height, the last one is very challenging with a free-fall at the end. It takes around 4 hours to complete all of them. Friendly staff and I felt safe at all times.
Wenzel S — Google review
Had an absolutely brilliant day at the high obstacle courses! If you're looking for height and a thrill, I'd especially recommend the zipline course. You'll also have plenty of fun on the other courses. There's something for everyone. The service was good too. People are friendly, patient and give good explanations in multiple languages. If you're in the area, I'd say take a look.

Very angry man (who worked there) pushed my kid to the side because he was riding hes bike! Very unprofessional! The workers didnt help us when we wanted to make a complaint and were unfriendly!

Royal Golf Club des Fagnes

Golf club
Nestled in the picturesque Ardennes region of Belgium, the Royal Golf Club des Fagnes is a true gem for golf enthusiasts. This prestigious course, often referred to as "Royal Spa," boasts a rich history and offers an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements its stunning surroundings. With challenging holes that begin with an easy start before leading into more demanding terrain, golfers can expect an engaging experience throughout their round. The clubhouse provides a warm welcome, making it a perfect spot to unwind after your game.
Wonderful course, in great condition. Must play in the Ardennes.

Said to be one of the nicest courses in Belgium. Winter conditions are not great, but it the course has known snow quite recently and a very rainy beginning of the year, so hard to judge terrain conditions. Challenging holes, with an easy start, but after two holes you get into it with an interesting par 5 uphill. Wintergreens rather poor conditions, but wintertees are often graas and distance is good. Par 3 on hole 5 is a little pathetic, especially when you see all the traps that guard the summer green. That’s golf in winter though. Overall I had a good experience and it was priced very fair, given conditions.

Absolutely gorgeous golf course. Plenty of challenges, not too hilly or boring. Excellent sandwiches (we didnt try the food but it looked delicious. Nice pro shop. Only quack is the last few holes where the green is baricaded with a large biome or bunkers. The grass quality was really nice, the greens were perfect - if not a lot slower than I am used to. Pricey but worth the visit.
Xavier B — Google review
Nice course, but the greens are very poor. Hole 6 is under maintenance. Looks like it will be for a while. We weren’t informed before our round.
Pieter G — Google review
Nice course, although a bit flat and boring. Lack of water hazards in the town of Spa is almost comical.
Peter B — Google review
Royal Golf Club des Fagnes, rated 4-1/2 stars: Commonly referred to as "Royal Spa" or simply "Spa", this wonderful aristocrat of Belgian golf is located in the country's famed Ardennes region, just outside the eponymous town of Spa. Whereas the town is home to hot springs that have been soothing people since the 14th century, Royal Golf Club des Fagnes is home to one of the older and most prestigious golf courses in Belgium.

Restaurant
On Friday night, we visited La Grande Muraille de Chine for their buffet and were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of dishes available. The food was both delicious and appetizing, with the staff showing great care and attentiveness towards customers. The price per person was around 25 Euros, which also included a dessert, making it a fair deal. Additionally, we were offered a complimentary drink after our meal.
Great food and wonderful attention to detail.

We came on Friday night for the buffet and were nicely surprised by the variety of food. Good and tasty dishes with the necessary attention for the customer. We got served for approximately 25 Euros per person and even desert is included in the price. We also were offered a complementary drink after eating. Good place, honest price, fair treatment, when you're in or around Spa, GO!

Very disappointed. Comment were looking great but honestly I don’t know how. Starter were ok but main dish (Special noodle, chicken noodle & Pekin duck) were terrible. We didn’t finished half of it. Try something else or try another place…

Greek restaurant
Hestia is a Greek restaurant that offers exceptional cuisine and warm hospitality. Their flavors are fantastic, providing an authentic taste of Greece even outside of the country itself. The feta stuffed mushrooms and mixed grill are highly recommended starters, pleasing every palate. The coffee is also a delightful treat on its own. The food portions are generous, served by friendly staff who ensure a pleasant dining experience despite potential language barriers. Despite being fully booked at times, Hestia manages to accommodate guests efficiently.
Fantastic and authentic Greek restaurant in Spa. Welcoming environment and staff, fair prices and tasty food, with lots of options for all tastes. We ordered mixed mezze (excellent for 2 ppl), a moussaka and a mixed grill plate: super mix of quantity - abundant (had to get a small doggy bag)— and quality. Big up for the house retsina wine as well 👌

Such a delicious food and nice waiters! They even accepted to change our wrong order and stayed so sweet to us whole night. Appreciate it a lot.

Generally the food in Spa is not great, but this Greek restaurant is really really good. Best Greek food I've had outside of Greece. Simply amazing
Mark V — Google review
Amazing food! Large quantities and great quality, served by very friendly staff. Even though we didn't really speak each other languages they made everything work. When we arrived the entire restaurant was booked, but they managed to squeeze us in anyway. Would definitely recommend!

What a nice Greek restaurant. Delicious dishes, many choices. A real good option for dining when you are in Spa.
Jasper F — Google review
An amazing restaurant in the heart of Spa, we were really happy we decided to eat here. First of all, it was very crowded when we entered without having made a reservation beforehand. The waitress kindly asked us to wait so she could prepare a table for us withinin a few minutes. Afterwards I ordered drinks wrongly but the waiter was too kind to change our drinks without any problem and still taking care of us super friendly throughout the whole evening. Most importantly the food was super delicious, we ordered gyros and souvlaki and both were so tasty, perfectly marinated and juicy meat. Also very generous portions. Thank you so much!

Lovely restaurant, gentle and kind personnel, very good food, big portions. The meat was very good, juicy and not dry. The mussaka was tasty and well done. I am impressed

The food was outstanding. Service was also excellent. Beer selection could be better but it’s nothing to cry about. I highly recommend enjoying a meal here.

Le Bacchus

Italian restaurant
Le Bacchus, an Italian-influenced restaurant, offers a superb dining experience with its well-crafted and elegantly served pasta dishes. The extensive wine selection, which includes both Italian and non-Italian options, is a nice touch that allows for exploration. However, it is surprising that dessert wines like Vin Santo are not available, although the Moelleux from SW France serves as a suitable alternative.
A great find. Host with personality. Maitre’d speaks English. Excellent menu, good wine list. Beautifully cooked and presented meals. Good value for this level of quality. Recommended.

One of the worst restaurants we have ever been to! We spend a weekend in Spa for F1 and unfortunately decided to have dinner here. My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was just okay, but the service was extremely poor. The waitstaff was incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional, which ruined the entire evening. It seemed as if the staff had no interest in assisting the guests or ensuring they had a pleasant time. Their unfriendliness significantly affected the mood in the restaurant and detracted from any enjoyment of the meal. Further, they were unable to accommodate food orders according to requests. I had hoped the staff would have been friendlier and more attentive to enhance the overall experience. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite, and as a result, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
Susanne B — Google review
The expectations after reading the reviews were high. Unfortunately, I believe we just went in the wrong timing. There was a clear lack of personnel working, only the owner and one girl for the full terrace. That made the service not be as great as could be having enough people working. We sat outside because of the good weather, but during our dinner it started getting cold, we asked to sit inside but it was not possible for the shortage of personnel. The food is overall good, well presented, but it is not so special to pay the overpriced amounts. We went specifically for the pasta video finished on cheese. Again for the shortage of personnel it was denied. The owner is a very great woman, friendly and making the vibe good. But if she has to be on her own, it is not possible to be everywhere. Like I said maybe we went in the wrong time.

Would recommend. This is fine dining. Especially good dishes and wines, service is really good. Good to know, they can adapt dishes to your allergy needs. When we are in Spa again, we will be dining here again.
Jesse D — Google review
We had an excellent meal. The menu is heavily Italian influenced, with first class pasta, well cooked and beautifully presented. Good wine list, not purely Italian, with most wines available by the glass - a nice touch. Surprised though that no dessert wines offered, a glass of Vin Santo or similar would have rounded things off beautifully. They were able to offer a 'Moelleux' from SW France, not fully sweet, but it did the job.
Martin B — Google review
The food and service was amazing! The price was as well correct for the home made pasta. Only downside was the temperature of the red wine it shouldn’t be so cold. Would visit again 😍
Iveta D — Google review
We came for a dinner today without a reservation (3 people). Another family (also 3 people) arrived after us, also without a reservation, as they confirmed themself. We were definitely first in line. The other family was very polite and even told the waiter to speak with us first. However, the waiter called his wife, and she decided that the family who arrived after us could have a sit, but we could not — because there was only one free table. We were rejected in a very unpleasant way. I feel this was discrimination, as we spoke English and could not communicate well in French. Or because we came with a 3-years-old child. The woman was too rude to us with no reason, and this spoiled our weekend in such a beautiful city.
Aleksei L — Google review
Food is Ok, although it is not really Italian to serve the main course with pasta as a side dish.

Belgian restaurant
Le Jardin des Elfes is a charming restaurant located in a beautiful setting with a lovely garden where kids can play. Despite some issues with wasps, the staff works hard to ensure an enjoyable experience for guests. The menu offers delicious French cuisine, including seafood salad and mussels that rival those found in coastal restaurants. Guests can enjoy a unique dining experience by grilling their own steak on a hot stone.
We felt very welcome. Beef tartar and bone marrow were especially good. Escargot and profiteroles were also great. The garden and playground are beautiful and spacious. Some photos in Google are old: the previous restaurant used to serve meat on hot plates. This is not available any more.

Loved the place—it was cozy, and their Christmas decor was beautifully done! The food was decent but didn't taste special and felt a bit underwhelming considering the price
Jessel Q — Google review
Nicely located place with nice garden full of stuff kids can play with. Nice views to the lake, nice staff and good food. The only thing that this place has real problem are vasps. Even though owners are really doing all their best to get rid of these annoying creatures. Besides that - strongly recommended.

Nice place to have diner. Good service and very friendly people. It was unique to bake your own meat on the hot stone. Nice experience!

Delicious food in a relaxing environment. Beautiful building and very attentive service. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming as well.

Amazing. Super friendly personell. Relaxing atmosphere. Got to order the steak. It is served raw on a hot stone so you can grill it yourself. Energized after your lunch/dinner? Rent a water bicycle to have fun on the little lake.

First time here and I must say: the dishes were delicious! Tried the mussels here and these were way better than some restaurants at the other side of the country on the seaside for example. While waiting the kids have more than enough space in a huge playground. Excellent experience!
