The Rafa Nadal Museum in Manacor, Mallorca offers a comprehensive experience for tennis and sports enthusiasts. The museum showcases the remarkable career of Spanish tennis legend Rafa Nadal, featuring his trophies, gear used in grand slam triumphs, and a timeline of his achievements. Additionally, the state-of-the-art sports center reflects Nadal's commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering talent.
An amazing experience for both of us. Staggered by the trophies and awards he has won during his tennis career. Loved the tennis racket display and the interactive zone. We ate in US Open restaurant and food and service was excellent and very good value. So pleased we made the effort to take the local 412 bus from Cala Bona to Manacor train station, then taxi to visit Rafa’s museum and academy complex. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.
Alyson B — Google review
Recommend also for a younger visitors, because of the first room you enter which is full of fun activities video games you can play in connection to sports later you continue to the trophy room where you have all kind of trophies of Rafael Nadal and also other souvenirs of other professional players.
Urban L — Google review
I liked it a lot. Inspiring to watch his farewell address at Roland Garros that was playing too. Court access and visit to the Academy would’ve made it 5 stars. Lots of memorabilia from Spanish sports legends as well. The store is rather small but has the Nike goods you are looking for with Nadal’s brand. 18€ ticket, entrance every half hour.
Vincent C — Google review
I recently had the chance to visit the Rafael Nadal Museum in Mallorca, and I was truly impressed by the incredible collection of trophies. Seeing them all together is an inspiring reminder of Rafa’s remarkable career and achievements. That said, I think the experience could be improved with a different layout. The trophy floor is such a highlight that it deserves to be presented earlier in the visit and given even more relevance, rather than being placed after the interactive games. I also felt that more videos of Rafael’s accomplishments—his finals, iconic moments, and awards—would really enrich the experience and help visitors relive his greatest matches, something like what you can see when you visit a football soccer stadium and take the tour. Another suggestion would be to better organize the memorabilia donated by other athletes, such as Formula 1 drivers, motorbike racers, basketball players, and footballers. While these are fascinating, they would be better appreciated in a separate section, rather than being mixed in with the Roland Garros, US Open, and Australian Open trophies. Overall, it’s a must-visit for any tennis fan and a great tribute to one of the greatest athletes of our time, but with a few adjustments in presentation, it could become an even more unforgettable experience.
Julio A — Google review
I saw another review describing the museum as 'uninspiring' and unfortunately I have to agree. As someone who isn't really a tennis fan at all, I still found the bottom floor with all the trophies and clothing of Nadal to be interesting as well as some other artifacts like used rackets, but honestly I don't think it really makes sense for other sports memorabilia to be in the 'Nadal' museum? The top floor was a huge let down; advertised as fun interactive games which turned out to be pretty terrible with dated tech, also with absolutely no relation to Nadal (Racing sim, Vr, Cycling sim and Football game). Overall, a pretty big let down and definitely not worth the €18 entry fee for a museum with such potential and somewhere that holds real items from Nadal's career.
Tom A — Google review
Have you ever wondered what it takes to become a tennis legend? Step into the Rafa Nadal Museum in Spain and get ready to be inspired! This immersive experience showcases Rafael Nadal’s incredible journey, from his first racket to Grand Slam trophies, with interactive exhibits that make you feel part of the action. A must-visit for sports fans and anyone who loves a story of grit and glory!
Arthur V — Google review
It is truly impressive to witness such dedication and accomplishment in one location. It serves as a source of inspiration, and one can also acquire high-quality sportswear at reasonable prices, adorned with the Rafa Academy logo.

The Museu d'Història de Manacor is a captivating museum with informative exhibits and a rich historical background. The staff members are both accommodating and knowledgeable, providing valuable insights into the exhibits. The museum boasts intriguing displays that showcase the interesting history of the area. English translations are available for visitors to fully understand and appreciate the exhibits. It takes approximately 45 minutes to thoroughly explore all that this museum has to offer.
Beautiful little museum. We loved the expo they had at the time about the making of colors and dies. Going home to try to make my own. :) This is just a temporary expo, so maybe call first before going if that's what you want to see. However the historical part is always there and the history is represented beautifully.

Despite its small size, this is the best historical museum I have visited on the island. From prehistory to medieval times a complete vision well documented of the island past. My advice: Once completed the tour inside, before going to your car on the parking, take 10 minutes to look at the garden on the side.
P G — Google review
The host was amazing, told us about the history of the place, there is a smell show where you can smell different essences of the islandnof Mallorca. There are also a lot of medieval and prehistoric arrows, vases, bowls, etc. I will return if I get the chance.

(Translated by Google) Very interesting institution, where above all the linguistic work of this clergyman in love with the Catalan language and dedicated to systematizing and preserving it is disseminated. The system of index cards that he established is striking, at a time when nothing similar to computers was available, written down by hand to collect, in collaboration with his hundreds of collaborators, all the words of the Catalan language. If I don't give it five stars it is only because I found on the second floor nothing more than a description of the general aspects of the Mallorcan rondallas and I expected more, and because all the texts are exclusively in Catalan, which although a Spanish speaker like me can understand there is have to make more effort, which somewhat reduces the enjoyment of the visit. I must say, on the other hand, that I perfectly understand that this is an institution dedicated to making Catalan speakers see the importance of using and preserving their language, and that is why this is the only language on the posters. "Do you think other people are doing things like yours? They started with your things, especially the most intimate and intimate that you had: your language, your most faithful spell, your most finished and most exact expression. most eloquent of your soul". Even so, I think that the dissemination of this scholar's work should not be limited only to Catalan speakers, but should be extended to all the rest of Spaniards to give it the importance it has. Finally, I want to mention that the manager I spoke with on the ground floor was charming and had the kindness to give me a volume with five of the best-known rondallas, in Catalan and Spanish, which I am going to read with great pleasure and which I attach a photo Thank you so much! ¡Muchas gracias!

Located just a short distance north of the main church, Torre del Palau is a beautifully restored tower that stands as the sole remaining structure of a royal palace. The architectural elements within the tower showcase different eras of the Catholic faith in the Balearic Islands, creating an impressive and cohesive whole. The restaurant Restaurante Roland Garros, located in the Rafa Nadal Academy, is an incredibly impressive establishment. Situated at a tranquil location, the venue not only offers delectable food but also boasts a friendly and welcoming staff. The ambiance of the place is both pleasant and clean. Additionally, patrons can indulge in breathtaking views of Rafa's Academy from the terrace. Surprisingly, the prices are quite reasonable considering the overall quality of service provided.
High quality good and fine deserts. The octopus was delicious. Staff was super friendly. The decoration is warm and welcoming. Even if you’re not a tennis fan, worth trying the restaurant.
K G — Google review
We had dinner here and overall it was an okay experience, but with some room for improvement. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive, really one of the highlights of the evening. Unfortunately, the grilled octopus was burnt on the bottom. When I mentioned it, I was told I could have ordered something else instead – but whether it’s burnt or not is up to the chef, not the guest. The croquettes were quite bland and I wouldn’t recommend them. As for dessert: we arrived around 9:00 pm and several options were already sold out. We went for the one with the tennis ball decoration – the cream was tasty, but the biscuit was dry. All in all, it’s a decent restaurant, but there’s definitely potential to improve, especially in the kitchen.

I recently had a meal at Osteria Pane & Olio and was incredibly impressed by their delectable pistachio pasta. We visited 22 sept 25 without booking. A party of 3 adults 2 children aged 6 & 2yrs plus a baby in a pram and a wheelchair. Enough to put any restaurant off. There was no availability, but as it would be a relatively quick meal agreed to let us have a booked table. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the most wonderful salad, pasta dish and pizzas. All was excellent. Recommend booking. Cash, not card payment.

Restaurant Can March is a hidden gem in Manacor, serving Asian cuisine and healthy dishes since 1925. The restaurant offers a variety of options including vegetarian plates, starters, and seafood. While the prices may be slightly higher than expected, the food is described as delicious and well worth it. The ambiance is a mix of modernity and tradition, reflecting the establishment's nearly century-old history. Visitors praise the friendly service and recommend trying the daily menu for great value.
Such a nice place, great food and lovely stuff. I can only recommend the Paella, as it was delicious! Thanks for the great time.
Anthony S — Google review
The paella on the menu was priced per person, and when we ordered, the waitress suggested it was suitable "for two" due to its size. Consequently, we assumed sharing one paella would suffice. However, upon receiving the bill, we realized it was 25€ per person with a minimum of 2 portions, totaling 50€ for a substantial serving. Although we couldn't finish it (the waitress suggested a doggy bag when ordered ), we'd prefer exploring more main dishes than committing to a large paella portion. We didn't capture a photo of the delicious 3-fish tartare, but the zucchini toast, while made with fresh ingredients, lacked seasoning. Regarding the paella, we're willing to pay more, but we'd appreciate a bit more lobster meat for the 50€ price tag for two. I'm not expecting half a lobster, but at least mentioning on the menu that it includes 2 lobster claws would be helpful.
SU V — Google review
Once again, the impeccable service was only surpassed by the spectacular food. Can March continues to be a gem of a place tucked into a neighborhood side street in Manacor. If you are anywhere near, don't miss it.

Hidden away up an unassuming side street away from very centre of town, but very well worth a visit. Great service, really friendly and welcoming. We considered the daily menu which sounds like great value, but in the end had bacalao croquettes, huevos rotos with sobrasada and pork terrine all to share between two of us. The food was excellent and arrived quickly. We took house wine which was also very good for the price. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the north / east of the island.

Day 2

Northeast side of town
For day 2, we recommend exploring the northeast side side of town. Start the day off with Auditorio de Manacor, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Bodega Finca Son Sureda Ric. All together, your day would be filled with about 6 hours of non-stop fun.

The Auditorio de Manacor, located in the municipality of Manacor, delivered an outstanding performance by the municipal music group during the Sant Antoni festivities. Despite the unfortunate restriction on photography, spectators were captivated by the excellent execution of music. The event exuded a delightful ambiance and was thoroughly enjoyed by all attendees. Furthermore, the New Year Concert held at this venue garnered praise for its brilliance and created a superb atmosphere.
Visited for Cap Pela band Christmas concert. They are really amazing. The space itself is well organized - the height difference between rows is very big, so people before you not obscure sight at all.

Vins Miquel Gelabert, situated in Manacor, Mallorca, is a renowned winery specializing in white wines. Particularly famous is their limited edition Sa Vall Seleccio Privada, which combines the local Prensal blanc grapes with Muscat and Chardonnay to create a truly magical blend. However, their reds and roses are also noteworthy. This family-owned cellar offers a wide variety of wines made from an impressive assortment of 30 different grapes.
We were looking for a wine tasting in Mallorca and was so glad this family run winery popped up! Such a hidden gem in the streets of Manacor. Toni was a very good guide explaining how passionate the family were about their wines and the great effort they put in to making them. We enjoyed the tasting itself with the homemade nibbles. Of course you have to purchase a bottle after tasting such exquisite wines and we bought a bottle of Sa Vall which we thoroughly enjoyed on our hotel balcony. Thank you for a lovely experience

The reviews are consistent for a good reason. This little winery in the middle of Manacor is a gem. It's remarkable what they've squeezed into their space -- highly efficient. The wines are interesting and very good to excellent. The people who operate the place are absolutely wonderful. Miguel's wife, Maria, is warm and inviting. You can tell that she and our host (we regret that we cannot remember his name) love what they do, and they do it very well. I highly recommend a visit.

Lovely wine tasting experience hosted by Toni, super welcoming and great explanations. He was very passionate and provided a lot of history about the vineyards origins and Miquel. The tasting is not hosted at the vineyard and is in the town centre, but apart from missing a little time in the sun, it was brilliant and the wines we tasted were really different from one another, and we came away with a couple of delicious bottles - would thoroughly recommend!!

If you like wine this is a must try. I brought my family to do a wine tasting here and we had a great time the tasting was better than what what we had in tuscany and our host antoni excellent. We got to try wines with local grape varieties that you will never get anywhere else also they were a totally unique experience also the tapas was to die for easy 10/10.

Great visit at Miquel Gelabert cellar in Mallorca, Manacor. One of the great ones in the island, such a incredible variety of wines made of 30 different grapes. Miquel Gelabert is an incredibly example of both passion and creativity on their wines. Don't miss the chance to visit them if you find yourself in Mallorca!

It is a really small private winery with a wide selection of wines from global and local grapes. The winery is in an old historic building in Manacor where as the wineyards are located elsewhere, which at first was somewhat disappointing if you expect a "classic" wineyard postcard picture. On the other hand, it feels wery friendly and non touristic, almosy family like. Lots of wine to choose from during the tastig, I am sure most people will find something for their taste.

Catholic church
Nestled in the heart of Manacor, Sant Vicenç Ferrer de Manacor is a captivating historical site that dates back to the late 16th century. The initial chapel construction began in 1597 and was completed two decades later, marking the beginning of this architectural gem's journey. Over time, it evolved into a magnificent Dominican convent with an impressive cloister finished in 1744. This serene space exudes charm and tranquility, making it an ideal spot for relaxation amidst lush greenery.
(Translated by Google) The church of the Convent of San Vicente Ferrer in Manacor was built at the end of the 16th century and the beginning of the 17th century, by the friars of the Dominican Order, also known as the Order of Preachers, founded by Santo Domingo de Guzmán (1170-1221). The order stood out in the field of doctrine and theology, The exterior Cross stands out, which remembers the visit and preaching that San Vicente Ferrer (1350-1419), of the Dominican Order, made in this place in 1413, and for which five hundred years later the monument was erected in his memory. The temple has a single rectangular nave, and side chapels, some of great artistic value, and traces of the beginnings of the Baroque style. The chapel of the Virgen del Rosario stands out, restored in 1954. Another element to value is the organ, from the beginning of the 18th century. The church has a bell tower on its left, with a pyramidal crown. The rectangular cloister, in Baroque style, begun in 1617, and with a double porticoed gallery, deserves special mention due to its great beauty. It was thoroughly restored in 1896, and in 1919, declared a National Monument. As a result of the confiscation of Mendizábal, in 1839, its premises became state property. Its spaces today are used as a Municipal Library and offices of different municipal departments. In the cloister, peace and tranquility accompany the visitor at all times, the same thing that must have happened in times when it was inhabited by the Dominican friars, in those distant times. A place of obligatory, deserved and justified visit, to enjoy a cloister of great beauty, very well cared for and preserved.

(Translated by Google) A very interesting place and a must-see for all those interested in archaeology, history and those eager to know our past. In a place very close to the City of Manacor, towards the town of Sant Llorenç, you can see the remains of the Basilica of Son Peretó, an important necropolis, and some adjacent homes. We must pay a well-deserved and obligatory memory and tribute to the priest and prolific writer Joan Aguiló Pinya (1860 - 1924), who in 1912 discovered and subsequently proceeded to excavate the remains of the Paleo-Christian or late Roman Basilica of Son Peretó. He was able to acquire the land and found numerous materials that were donated to the Manacor City Council and were the incipient embryo of the Manacor History Museum. At the beginning of the 1930s, the entire complex was declared a Historical and Archaeological Monument, to preserve its conservation for future generations. In the eighties, important excavations were carried out. Since the beginning of this century, work has been carried out on the consolidation and preparation for receiving visitors, with significant financial financing from the Consell de Mallorca and the City Council of Manacor. You can perfectly see the area dedicated to worship, a building with three naves, separated by columns, and contemplate the primitive altar with the cavity, which served as a reliquary, the original is in the Museum of History of Manacor. It had a capacity for about four hundred people, which is why it is considered the largest of the nine existing basilicas in the Balearic Islands. The pavement of the temple was made of mosaics, highlighting the tombstone of Balèria's tomb, with clear Christian symbolism, the original is found in the beautiful Museum of History of Manacor, the walls were stuccoed and had a crystal chandelier, the Basilica was the demonstration of paradise, a magical, divine place. The baptistery area stands out, with its two baptismal fonts, one for children and the other for adults. The houses next to the Basilica and the burial area can also be seen. The entire complex appears to be from the 5th and 6th centuries. The fire destroyed the entire complex at the end of the 7th century or the beginning of the next. There are many enigmas and questions to be solved, from the past and the moments of splendor of the place We found it to be a spectacular place, full of history and transcendence, a place that was an important center of worship, of initiation into Christianity, a place of life and eternal rest. Its visit is highly recommended and if possible together with that of the Manacor History Museum, to have a greater knowledge and appreciation of the place. The place is free to enter. The Bodega Finca Son Sureda Ric is a property in the Cala Dor area that has been owned for 28 years. In October 2017, a visit was made to this beautiful winery with a friend. Instead of playing golf, they decided to do something different and explore their love for wine. The tour of the winery was excellent, providing a magical experience. Learning about the wine making process only enhanced their appreciation for the superb wines produced there.
I simply can’t recommend a visit to Finca Som Sureda Ric enough. Javier and Carmen run an ultra small wine operation in a beautiful historical property. They were so kind to answer our million questions about their property, winemaking, their personal lives, etc… When I booked this I thought it was just a tour of a winery. I didn’t realize it was a very small, family endeavor with an extremely kind couple. There was zero pressure to buy wine and the wines, if you do buy, are affordable. Again, can’t recommend enough.

We were a larger than normal group for our wine tasting, yet, the vintner and his wife went out of their way to accommodate us. They answered endless questions patiently and with a smile. The product itself was outstanding and several bottles were bought to be brought home. Everything about the outing, the location, the building, the vineyard, the finger foods, altogether made for a once in a lifetime experience. Some us liked it so much that we plan to return next year! Thanks so much to Javier and Carme! We wish you all the best with your vineyard and your project of vine longevity! See you next year! Sabores De India is a highly recommended restaurant located at the Rafa Nadal Academy. It has received positive feedback from an Indian family who praised its lunch options and expressed their love for the place. The restaurant offers a delightful chicken Korma and an incredible sweet lassi. Although the interior is simple, the quality of food is high. If you are fond of Indian cuisine, this establishment should definitely be on your list to try out.
This is a great restaurant. We stayed at the Rafa Nadal Academy and an Indian family (from Chennai) also staying there told us they ate here every day for lunch and loved it. Amazing experience! Went with a friend and her mom and wow! Ambiance and decor was spot on. The service was top notch- Tomeu was wonderful (Apologies if I spelled the name incorrectly); he spoke wonderful English which was a real help for us since we're still learning Spanish and Catalan. Helpful and considerate and the chef came out at one point to help bring dishes, enjoy a limoncello with us, and ensure we were enjoying our meals. We shared a bottle of beautiful red wine, I got the carbonara, and they had gnocchi and a shrimp pasta. Everyone raved about their dish. BEST carbonara I've EVER had, and beats meals I had in Italy. Best meal I've had on the island! We got both of the desserts they offered, one a yogurt mousse with strawberries, and the other a bread pudding with mascarpone, and apricots-- Amazing! Topped off the meal with a little limoncello. We will most definitely go back. FOR SURE go and check this gem out.❤🤗

One of the best pizzas we have tried. The taste and the crust is Just unbelievable. This is a must try place and without hesitation what so ever . I came here with the family and the service level is absolutely fantastic. The burrata pizza is a must try and for appetizers you need to have the risotto balls ! Ask them for their recommendations and they will definitely give you the right advise .

(Translated by Google) Small, secluded from the downtown area, with good parking. For breakfast, they have a variety of sandwiches, both hot and cold. Coffee can be ordered with soy milk (they don't have lactose-free). Large, clean bathroom. A baby changing table would be a good idea, as there aren't any in the area. Attentive and friendly staff. I'm sure you'll see us around more.

Western restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Mallorca, Ses Aspes is a culinary treasure that captivates visitors with its charming ambiance and traditional mill setting. Upon arrival, guests are greeted warmly by attentive staff who ensure a comfortable dining experience both indoors and outdoors. The menu caters to various languages, making it accessible for all. Diners can expect prompt service alongside delightful starters like bread, olives, and aioli. The restaurant prides itself on impeccable service characterized by genuine hospitality and meticulous attention to detail.
Wow, there is a lot to say about this place. First of all, when you arrive you have a very nice atmosphere and ambience given by the old traditional mill. You can comfortably sit inside as well as outside. The waiters welcome you nicely and get you seated. They immediately serve you with starters (Bread, Olives, Aioli ..). As a guest you can order in many languages as most of the waiters are fluently in Spanish, French and German. No long waiting, food is served with love, good caring .. just perfect. Price/Quality ratio is more than fair!! Huge meals. You won’t find a better place to have dinner in Mallorca. IMPORTANT POINT: they are well informed about food allergies. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant. As soon as they knew they delivered amazing gluten free bread. It’s worth to go there no matter where you stay in Mallorca!!

A True Culinary Gem in Mallorca! We just visited this restaurant and were blown away by the experience. The service was impeccable; high standards paired with warm, genuine hospitality and perfect etiquette. Every detail was attended to with professionalism and care. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The flavors were balanced to perfection, and you could tell the ingredients were extremely fresh and locally sourced. Portions were just right, and prices felt more than fair for the quality offered. We had the best paella we’ve eaten in Mallorca so far, an unforgettable dish that truly stood out. A heartfelt thank you to the owners, Mr. Andrés, his daughter and brother, who were incredibly kind and professional. Their attention to detail and passion for what they do, made this a dining experience we won’t forget. Service like this is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

It’s a family-owned gem, where customer care is clearly the priority. The hospitality makes you feel right at home throughout your visit. The entire evening feels special here. The food and wine are exceptional, and as a sweet gesture, they bring out complimentary chocolate bonbons to finish off your meal. If you're in the area, don’t miss the chance to visit!

Best meal we had in Mallorca. Really high quality food, big portions, great service, beautiful place/terrace, pet friendly.

Absolutely amazing experience at this hidden gem. We went on a Tuesday and the place was rather empty. The service (very local and family run) was just incredible and so caring. The highlight of the evening was the food though. The portion sizes are large (can easily share a starter) and quality is outstanding. My favorite beef tartar on the island and the tuna is to dream for! New favorite restaurant on Mallorca

Great food, great staff and great space. Definitely coming back. There is a very nice gentleman who looks like the owner. He is very kind. They even serve small chocolates with the bill. A+! The meat and the octopus we ordered were magnificent

VERY nice restaurant! We love the ambiance and the decoration! Food was awesome and so were the staff. They really are friendly and helpful. A TOP place to eat when you're in Mallorca! 10/10, would go again.
