Amusement park
Family Amusement Park New Netherlands is a delightful destination that promises endless fun for families, especially those with young children. This whimsical park features imaginative play areas and charming replicas of famous global landmarks, making it an exciting place to explore. With a petting zoo included, kids can engage in hands-on experiences while parents enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time with refreshments. Although certain attractions require payment, the overall experience is enjoyable and perfect for a family outing.
If your child is bored at home then this is a place you must visit. It will keep your kids up and playing from morning up until evening. As far as I know there is nothing else similar in the close proximity to Elbląg. In summary kids can play and you can have a bit of relax, have a drink or something to eat.
K. P — Google review
Need to pay for some attractions. Overall, it is still a nice experience for family outing but I could see a lot of improvements that could be done because the land is huge. Happy to go there again.
Catherine L — Google review
A little dated in some areas, but lots for kids to do there with boucey blow up areas.
Liam W — Google review
The definition of a tourist trap. Get ready to pay entrance tickets and then pay again for additional attractions like the line park. A lot the rides and attractions have seen better days and look like they haven't been renovated for a while. Most of the attractions are for kids so as a parent you can't join and you spend your time sitting around or eating overpriced food. The "safari" consists of a couple fiber glass animals and the "zoo" is just a bunch of goats. Maybe they also have pigeons. On the plus side the bouncy castles are good and there are plenty of them.
T P — Google review
Spent the whole day there with children 2-7 years, everyone loved it!
Suzana L — Google review
Mediocre value/price ratio compared to other similar parks in Pomeranian region. One public toilet per entire venue, which was closed mid of day due to failure. On top of what you pay at the entrance you will be asked to pay for some other attractions like boats on the river and park liniowy, which was surprising
IP 1 — Google review
The weirdest amusment park I ever seen with an eclectic collection of old facilities(beside the air slides). On the other hand, if you don't have high expectations and just want to let the kids burn some energy before hitting the road on a long journey it does the trick....

Specialty Museums
The Museum of Archeology and History in Elblag is a fascinating showcase of unique artifacts from archaeological sites in the Old Town. The museum's collections continue to grow each year due to extensive excavations, with new exhibits regularly put on display. Some notable objects include a collection of medieval musical instruments, pilgrim signs, and wax boards used as didactic aids.
Large museum spread across two buildings. Helpful staff and some of the exhibits had English translations. Plenty to see and since effort has been made to use interactive exhibits to engage children (and adults). There's a moderate admission fee and a visit here is likely to take around two to three hours.

The Museum of Archeology and History in Elblag is an absolute treasure! It beautifully showcases the region's rich history and cultural heritage, offering a fascinating journey through time. The exhibits are thoughtfully curated, with a perfect balance of artifacts, interactive displays, and detailed explanations. The building itself is stunning, and the atmosphere feels both educational and welcoming. Whether you're a history enthusiast or simply curious, this museum is a must-visit. It's a place that leaves you with a deeper appreciation for Elblag's remarkable past. Highly recommended!

Decent museum with a nice variety of items on display but the main attraction was the Viking long house and the people inside that were sharing what life was in those days. Everything from era appropriate chloathing to weapons and living quarters. Good Sunday visit and great for all ages as there's something to see and to do for everyone. Totally recomand a visit.

(Translated by Google) The food was good and tasty, considering the sets of the day for PLN 24, you can't complain, I ate my fill. For children, nagets made of chicken are good, although a bit too hard, and unfortunately white Silesian dumplings, although I'm from Silesia, it's the first time I've eaten such dumplings. Nevertheless, I recommend the restaurant. Really nice food and place, New York and tomahawk steaks are really good. The server was really friendly, polite and helpful. We enjoyed it that much we visited again a few days later, we arrived just before closing and they were still happy to serve us, I don't know the servers name but thank you for all your help, we will visit again next time!!

Great restaurant to come in if you're craving proper red meat 😉 the service is attentive, helpful and very friendly / cheerful. We were served by Natalia, who was awesome. Definitely recommend creamed forest mushrooms as an addon for a steak, rather than a steak sauce.

Everything was top notch! The waitress girl Magdalena was the kindest person and very accomodating, caring. We ordered bbq ribs and fish for main dishes and amazing homemade-like refreshing lemonade (they even bring you ice bucket alongside). The ribs were top quality, meat falling of the bone, accompanied by traditional Coleslaw and fries. The fish was cooked just right and had delicious vinegrette alongside with roasted potatoes. It looks like a casual place you would usually pass by, but please come and taste their food! Pozdrowienia z Litwy :)

Ordered "bułeczki BAO" with the batatas, unfortunately, the batatas were completely raw, couldn't eat any. Ordered a glass with water, unfortunately, glass had a bad dishwasher smell. The only good thing is the waiter was polite. Answer "after eating the meal? unfortunately, it was impossible to eat batatas because as I mentioned before they were completely raw, your answer does not make any sense because the waiter took them to the kitchen and confirmed that they are raw. you can check yourself the glasses i think you can just walk to the kitchen and smell them maybe after you can understand .

(Translated by Google) I do not recommend. What is happening there is a tragedy. Two weeks ago I was there for a communion dinner, the price per person was 180 and the table was full of food, today I went there again for a communion for the same price, there was supposed to be half as much meat, whoever was the first to stab it with a fork had it on their plate. The children had separate tables, my daughter went to the bathroom and when she came back, other children were eating and she had an empty plate because the lady was serving and she was not there, so they left an empty plate. If they charge per person, it should be on the plate (Original) Nie polecam.

(Translated by Google) In my opinion, this place has the potential to be better, but... the price of a set meal (soup and a main course) is a whopping 38 złoty. For a bistro in Elbląg, the price is significantly higher than the price of lunch in Warsaw, especially in restaurants. I find it unacceptable for a diner. Instead of properly marketing her establishment, the lady inflated the prices. The atmosphere is truly communist-era, and the company is reminiscent of a bar; men eating at other tables would harass other guests and engage in loud conversations between tables. I won't be returning to this establishment.

We've only been eating there for a short time, but they're probably the best dinners in town. The portion sizes will surprise many customers, as they're enormous. I hope the chefs stay the same. You can feel the passion for cooking in the flavor of the dishes. The service is very smart and friendly. Park Dolinka is a serene and spacious park that offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The park features a large children's playground with an array of play equipment, as well as adult-friendly amenities such as outdoor gymnastics frames and picnic areas. Additionally, there is a designated dog play area for furry companions to enjoy. Visitors can also take leisurely strolls along the walking paths or relax on sun loungers while enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

One of the best parks I have been to. The green space is taken care of and the park has plenty of play areas and relaxing spots. Amazing park to stroll through.
Mateusz S — Google review
It's the best play park ever. The kids have play equipment for as far as the eye can see in all directions. Adults can keep fit too on adult-sized monkey bars and an outdoor gymnastics frame. If that's not enough, there is a dog play equipment area too away from the main area. There are family bbq spots, sun loungers, and free duck food. The park is truly excellent. The park is free, and the car park is free. The only thing you need your wallet for is the ice cream hut. I would give it more stars if I could.

St. Nicholas Cathedral, located in the Old Town of Elbląg, is a significant religious site and the tallest Polish church on the eastern bank of Vistula. The cathedral houses various sacral monuments such as guild altars, a bronze baptismal bowl dating back to 1387, and gothic wooden figures of apostles. Additionally, it serves as the Sanctuary of the Holy Cross Relics, with relic presentations for adoration during Friday services.

St. Nicholas Cathedral is a remarkable piece of history and architecture, standing tall as a symbol of the city's heritage. The cathedral's impressive design and serene ambience make it a must-visit spot for anyone exploring Elblag. In the past, visitors had the unique opportunity to climb the church fower for breathtaking views of the city. Though this is no longer available, the cathedral still offers a deeply enriching experience through its beautiful interiors and tranquil surroundings. Its historical significance and stunning presence remain unforgettable. Highly recommended for history lovers and admirers of sacred architecture.

This is a must see, the architecture is one of a kind, if you are able to climb the steps up to the top of the spire, the view is breathtaking. When the bells ring, even at 6.30 in the morning, the sound is so deep and meaningful.

This is really old, 13th-century gothic church, located in the centre of the city market. Damaged several times, especially in the 18th century (fire) and during World War II. Because of the tower, it is one of the highest churches in Poland (about 97 metres). Really great landmark, hard to oversight. Unfortunately, I cannot see anything special in this brick building. It is just an old, high church.

Park
Bażantarnia is a nature area in Elblag, known for its montane features such as beech and hornbeam forests, hills, streams, and mysterious ravines. It's a favorite resting place for locals, offering multi-use trails that are perfect for hiking and biking. The forest provides a beautiful setting for walks with different trail options suitable for various levels of difficulty. Visitors can also find rustic cabins and shelters to relax in the midst of well-maintained woods.
Beautiful walk through the forest. You need at least tekkis if you walk the blue walk. The red are fine with sandals. Nice to take the dog as well. Do not forget mosquito spray!

Bażantarnia in Elbląg is a fantastic place for a walk or even a full-day trip. It’s a forested area with several hiking trails — some are easier, while others are more demanding. It’s definitely worth paying attention to which trails you choose, especially if you’re going with a stroller. We were there with a sporty stroller, and even though it handled most of the paths well, there was one spot that was really difficult — steep, with exposed roots — and going down was quite a challenge. Luckily, the stroller was solid and we managed, but not every stroller would make it. So just be mindful of that when planning your route. That said, the whole area is great for spending the entire day outdoors. There are lots of beautiful spots to stop for a picnic, and even a restaurant in the forest — we didn’t try it this time, but maybe next time. What’s amazing is that this kind of natural escape is so close to the city. It really feels like a hidden gem.

Grill
Amore Mio Grill & pizza in Elblag is a fantastic establishment to enjoy a meal and unwind. It is widely known amongst regulars as Marco's place, where you can savor authentic Italian cuisine infused with unique local flavors. The grill options are particularly impressive, leaving no room for regrets. Additionally, their pizza named "Elblag" is so remarkable that one might question whether they are still in Poland or have magically transported to Italy.
Great service, accommodating staff, super kind owner and sublime food. What else do you need! Grazie mille!!

My waitress was Laura and she was very sweet and her English was also good. I totally recommend the restaurant, the food is very tasty.
Deni R — Google review
Visited this restaurant with my family and, unfortunately, left with mixed feelings leaning toward disappointment. To start, we ordered lemonade and "Tortellini In Brodo" ( chicken and beef broth with meat tortellini ). The soup was very underwhelming - bland, lacking depth of flavor, and tasting like it had been watered down. Definitely not what I was expecting. For mains, my boys had Margherita pizzas, which were actually very good - nice size, tasty, and they loved them. My daughter had the "Filetto Di Pollo Grigliato" (grilled chicken fillet with fries, tomato, and cucumber). The chicken and fries were good, but the tomato and cucumber slices on the side felt like an odd choice for a kids’ plate. I ordered "Petto Di Pollo Grigliato" (grilled chicken fillet with baked potatoes and mixed salad). Sadly, the chicken was thin, dry, and lacked flavor. The salad mix was unusual - blueberries thrown in with tomatoes, radish, cucumber, and other vegetables - not a combination I’d choose. My wife’s "Salmone Grigliato" (grilled salmon with baked potatoes and grilled vegetables), however, was very nice - great portion size and tasty. One big downside was the wait time. It took over an hour from ordering to receiving our main courses. While the staff did apologize (and they were friendly and welcoming throughout), it was still far too long. Overall, it felt like two different chefs had cooked our meals - some dishes were good, others missed the mark completely. Considering the higher prices, I expected better consistency and quality. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed, which I also shared with the staff before leaving.

Wonderful authentic Italian tastes, but in lack of Italian mood. Not our first and not the last visit. It is a haunt for us, a headquarter.

A tastefully decorated Italian restaurant with very attentive service and delicious food. We can recommend it 100%! Please keep up the good work!!!

Great place to eat and relax while in Elbląg. From what I can tell, all regulars know Marco - and thats how I got to know who Marco is. Genuine Italian cuisine with some little local spices. My +1 went for the "grill" and regretted nothing. I went for pizza "Elbląg" and had to double check whether I was still in Poland or Italy. Im still not sure. All the best to the staff, keep it up!
Tobiasz A — Google review
Delicious food, tried mix grill and all was delicious. There were 2 restaurants with same name, this one has Grill written under logo. Prices were good
Barışhan Y — Google review
Went to this restaurant with High expectations, which certainly were NOT met. Pizza dripping with Fat, to be told this is typical Napoli style. I am a huge fan of pizza and believe me, there is nothing typically Italian about this. Left feeling like I had eaten a dirty kebab. Bruschetta served on cheap supermarket style with no herbs what-so-ever. Poor quality overall with very little thought or effort put in to the food. Food was of the quality of a cheap Italian takeaway, at best. Definitely not 4.6 Stars. Don't waste your time going here

Uzbeki restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Elblag, NAFISA RESTAURACJA offers a delightful escape into the world of Uzbek cuisine. The moment you step inside, you're enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels reminiscent of visiting your grandmother's home. The menu is a treasure trove of flavors, featuring homemade pierogi and dumplings—both boiled and fried—stuffed with succulent lamb and other meats.
Wonderful food, a truly recommendable experience, great service, very professional and charismatic waiters. A place to come back for more!

Restaurant is nice and cause, service very helpful, cuisine very decent however I tried Uzbek cuisine many time cooked by different Uzbek people and need to admit that here cuisine is very much adapted to the local taste. If you are a coffee lover - better take mint tea :)

We totally enjoyed the place, food and service. Green tea with honey is a love. There were two of us, we’ve ordered a plate to taste different kind of foods, and really enjoyed everything. A great surprise was a small price. Strongly recommend visiting this place!

(Translated by Google) Very charming, cozy and personal atmosphere - you feel almost like at grandma's! Delicious food, home-made and full of flavor. Pierogi and dumplings - boiled and fried - with lamb and other meats, rice with chickpeas - everything warm, juicy and uncompromisingly good. Everything well seasoned without losing its natural flavor. Simply great! (Original) Bardzo urokliwa, przytulna i osobista atmosfera – człowiek czuje się niemal jak u babci! Jedzenie przepyszne, domowe i pełne smaku. Pierogi i pierożki – gotowane i smażone – z baraniną i innymi mięsami, ryż z ciecierzycą – wszystko ciepłe, soczyste i bezkompromisowo dobre. Wszystko dobrze przyprawione bez utraty naturalnego smaku. Po prostu super!

(Translated by Google) The place makes quite a good impression upon entering. We ordered the chicken shawarma. The food was edible but tasteless – the carrot salad didn't taste of carrots, only salt. The fries weren't made on-site but purchased. The chicken was tasteless, and there was a faint aroma of pre-made gyros seasoning, prepared by slicing and pan-frying the meat. This wasn't the way it should be prepared in this dish. A plus for the garlic yogurt sauce, which masked the lack of flavor in the rest of the dish. A minus: one of the waitresses served the food in a jacket and scarf – it didn't seem hygienic.

From the moment we walked in, the waitress took excellent care of us. She assigned us another, larger, more comfortable table. The interior was cozy, but it needed a bit of a refresh. However, the focus was on the dishes, which the waitress slowly began bringing to our table. Aromatic tea with blackcurrant jam Cheburek, kofta, soup, and a dish for two After finishing our meal, we didn't want to leave our table 🤣... our bellies were happily full. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. We recommend it and send our best regards ☺️ (Original) Będąc na wakacjach w Elblągu natrafiliśmy na reklamę restauracji z daniami z uzbekistanu, z głównego Rynku. (Translated by Google) A place worth recommending in Elbląg. A very large selection of ready-made burger compositions, as well as the possibility of adding your own chosen additions to the basic versions - which is a great idea for picky eaters. The only minor reservation about the burgers is that the bun is too dry. Apart from that, the burgers are of great quality. I recommend! (Original) Miejsce godne polecenia w Elblągu. Restaurant
Restauracja Myśliwska is a delightful and inviting beer garden that features a grill. The inn was temporarily closed for a special event, resulting in the closure of the toilets as well. However, for those enjoying the ambiance of the beer garden, there was one remaining portable restroom available. This charming establishment offers three delectable and fresh meals throughout the day, making it an ideal spot to grab a bite at lunchtime.

We had a snack at lunchtime- all three meals were tasty and fresh. The service very good and English speaking. One star missing because the „Radler“ was to warm. From here you can start a beautiful walk thru the forest/park.
Baltic R — Google review
(Translated by Google) The restaurant is disappointing. Location in the forest, spectacular location, beginning of autumn, falling leaves, colors. Everything looked great. The bubble burst when we arrived. The menu resembled fast food and was mainly based on fries and casseroles. Not that I don't like it, because I like good casseroles, but while the fries were ok (PLN 12 per portion from the photo), the casserole is a classic "massacre". PLN 17 for a greasy, falling apart, tragic cake is one of the worst restaurant purchases in recent years. The potential of the restaurant is really great. A beautiful garden, operational possibilities with a view of the local amphitheater, the wonderful Elbląg Plateau Park - and the offer is just crap, quick, kitschy. Where are the dishes based on game, forest mushrooms, decent, warming soups, Zbójnicki pie, bigos, or other homely dishes? Just look at the menu in the photo to know that it's worth coming here just for the fries. Pity. Ps. By the way, we started preparing for the wedding. It looked cool. I hope the wedding cuisine will be better, including what is on the main menu (Original) Restauracja rozczarowuje. To wyglądało fajnie.
