You're given a map at the ticket office but even without it the path is well signed and easy to follow. I recommend going early morning in summer as it can get hot hiking back up. Also the parking is a bit complicated to figure out, it would help if there were a sign post next to it with instructions instead of on-the-go reading from the meter screen which is difficult when is very sunny as the day we went. A standard loop walking slowly takes you about 1 hour so don't pay more than 1.5h parking unless you plan on having lunch at the restaurant inside the loop path or stop at the bar near the car park.
