Beach
Les Rosaires is a long sandy beach located on the outskirts of Saint-Brieuc, offering a great setting for swimming and sunbathing. It's an ideal spot for families with kids, featuring nearby cafes and restaurants. Visitors can also enjoy a picturesque walking path along the cliff to the harbor. The beach stretches for miles, making it perfect for leisurely strolls, especially during low tide. While it can get busy, there are quieter options available nearby.
Visited the beautiful beach, and loved it. Surprised how easy to park and quiet it was. Perfect

Nice commercialised beach with restaurants in season and easy parking. Watch your speed down the hill! It is a 30kmh/19MPH!! Dogs after 15/09

Great beach. Lots of hermit crabs! Very busy and parking limited. Lack of toilets and places to get a coffee in the morning only issue..
Neil H — Google review
Hands down the nicest sandy beach to play with kids on this side of the bay. It's a couple of miles long, so also a good spot for a stroll, especially at low tide. There are quieter options, notably in Etables or next door at Martin plage if you don't like the crowd.

We went for a lovely walk along the sea front. Everywhere was closed but that was just because of the time of day we were there. Hope to explore the area a bit more on our next visit

Marina de Saint Brieuc - The Légué is a magical and authentic place with stunning beaches and creeks that are not crowded with tourists. The region offers solitude on beautiful beaches throughout the year, along with some of the best seafood in France. Despite occasional harsh weather, the area is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. As a busy little port, it offers plenty of activities, restaurants, and limited visitor berths that require advance booking.
Magic place. Very quiet and authentic . Lot of amazing beaches and creek around, without any tourist. Enjoy a region where you can be alone on a beautiful beach all alone all years long. The sea food is probably one of the best you can get in France. Region by itself can get harsh with the weather. But the ones digging will find the diamonds all around in this region! Ps: I lived in the region.

This is now our home port. It is a busy little port, lots going on plenty of restaurants, visitor berths are in short supply worth booking in advanced. Facilities are tired, but they are constantly upgrading the marina. Different from some of the other french ports, I think worth a visit.

La Passerelle is a charming restaurant that has left families and individuals impressed with its high-quality food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a unique selection of dishes at an affordable price, presented with great attention to detail. Visitors have praised the warm and welcoming staff as well as the quick service. Additionally, the restaurant's location near Best Western Le Duguesclin Hotel-Restaurant Saint-Brieuc makes it convenient for guests staying in the area.
Fantastic place. Unbelievable food and service for a ridiculously low price. Reserve if you can as it gets booked up often.

Absolument magnifique. We are 2 families and everyone of us, kids and adults alike, were astounded by the quality of the food. I personally ordered the menu (21 € for starter, main course and sweet) and I was extremely pleased with each and every thing that I've eaten. Everyone was very friendly and nice, the service was fast and the place is sparkling clean and cozy.

Delicious food at surprisingly good prices! We stopped off en route from Trebeurden to La Rochelle for a nice lunch here. It overlooks the delightful port of Plerin, and is within easy reach of the N12. The staff were lovely and we had an excellent meal. They are coping brilliantly with the covid measures and were very hygiene conscious. Highly recommended!

(Translated by Google) An Unforgettable Experience in Saint-Brieuc! We happened upon this restaurant in Saint-Brieuc while visiting our son. Despite the crowds, the team managed to find us a table thanks to a last-minute cancellation (thanks to the cancellation! 😁). The staff was exceptional: warm, friendly, and very professional, a model of service we rarely see. The food was absolutely delicious, with a regularly updated menu that offers something for all tastes. The service was impeccable, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated, with perfect background music. We had a wonderful time and left with a smile on our faces. We already know where we'll go on our next visit to Saint-Brieuc... and we won't forget to make a reservation! Great views across the bay from here and a good starting point for a walk along the cliff tops and down to the sea. The circular walk described on the notice board takes you along the cliffs but the walk back along roads isn't so interesting. Parking here is free and there's plenty of it.

This place a true surprise. There is some view of rocks but it's main attraction is the bay without water during low tide. There is also a modest but beautiful memorial for those killed by the sea. A place worth to see espacially when you've got used to pointe with rocks.

Pizzeria Britalia is a cozy and welcoming spot that offers delicious and generously topped pizzas. The buckwheat dough adds a unique twist to the traditional pizza experience, making it a delightful discovery for many visitors. In addition to the mouthwatering pizzas, the desserts are also noteworthy for their taste and beautiful presentation. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere for both humans and their furry companions.
Pizzas were lovely, starters very generous , staff very nice and service excellent. Reviews not comparable with experience, I would suggest you put this restaurant on your list if you are staying in this area. Highly recommend.
Leila Y — Google review
So very sorry to say that I have never experienced a pizza like the 'Campione' served this evening. It was dreadful. Equally the La Vittoria which my partner ordered. Before you shout at me please read some of my other reviews. They are positive. In this instance it pains me to write something so negative. Both pizzas appeared to be just dried out pizza bases cooked in the oven with some tomato sauce, then shoved to the side and cold ingredients put on top. In my case rocket leaves, cold Parma ham and so much grated parmesan cheese that I could hardly see what I'd ordered. Please do see the photograph. They were both extremely dry to the point, that, when an attempt to cut was made, half the dry toppings scattered across the table and onto the floor. When asked, by I suspect the owner, how our meal was we explained as above. Not being used to 'complaining' I meekly suggested it was our fault for ordering the wrong 'pizzas' and he agreed. Surely a pizza is a base, tomato sauce, or sometimes crème fraîche, mozerella cheese (or mix of) and then the topping? We're English, yes, but we're not here on holiday, we live here and have done for around 20 years. My apologies to the management for writing this review but please do try these 2 pizzas yourselves. 2 pizzas, only eaten coz starving, 1 beer and 1 wine 38€ . Never again.

(Translated by Google) The pizza champion title is getting old. I found a hair on my pizza burger. The crust was too thick and the topping was soggy. The slice was so soggy that you had to hold it with both hands to eat it. (It's not easy to describe properly, but that's the idea.) I'm not sure I'd try it again.

(Translated by Google) I satisfied my curiosity by tasting a pizza with a base made from buckwheat flour. I loved it because the flavor is subtle and not too strong, but it still leaves enough of the buckwheat flavor in the mouth. For dessert, a tarte tatin with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a little caramel. The ingredients are arranged close together to satisfy your sweet tooth. As for the staff, they are very friendly. ☺️

Saint-Brieuc, a picturesque coastal town in Brittany, France, is home to the stunning St Étienne's Cathedral. This Roman Catholic cathedral, dating back to the 13th century, is an architectural marvel with intricate carvings and breathtaking stained glass windows. It is one of the few fortified churches in Brittany and offers a glimpse into the region's rich history and culture.
The Cathedrale is splendid. It is particularly exceptional as it is a coastal fortress cathedrale. The stainless glass windows are gems of the Gothic period. The town was built in the 6th century and offers many cultural interests for visitors able to appreciate them.

(Translated by Google) The festival is a must for Briochins, but prepare to starve once you're on site. If your pass doesn't allow you to leave - which forces you to queue up for a long time to be checked - you'll have the choice between sausage pancakes and boreks, and that's it... With an interminable wait: again. Off-site, you either queued up to access a chef's proposal - disappointing and limited in unit quantities, you have to buy your tickets around 7 p.m. - or you'll find two overwhelmed food trucks. Drunk meat is getting served earlier and earlier, and people are urinating everywhere because the toilets are non-existent compared to the number of festival-goers. This year's lineup wasn't enough to make up for these flaws.

Fine dining restaurant
Located in Saint-Brieuc, Aux Pesked is an elegant and special-occasion restaurant with a terrace that offers stunning views of the famous valleys. The restaurant is known for its outrageously plump langoustine tails and sorbet made from tarte au lait ribot. It's a gourmet city with two Michelin-starred chefs within a few miles radius, making it a must-visit for food enthusiasts.
We took the 3 seafood course menu with dessert. The mackerel/ tomato/ herb and the langoustine / carrot /lemon verbena dishes impressed. While my husband speaks French, I did not, so the explanation of dishes escaped me and so I missed a bit the full experience. That said, The food was wonderfully fresh and memorable, the service unhurried and professional, and the ambience quiet and calm.

Lovely fish restaurant. Food was excellent, very fresh tasting and beautifully presented. Fantastic sunset view overlooking the valley. Cannot fault this experience.
David H — Google review
Food great, well executed, excellent quality and absolutely stunning desert. Dishes arrived in a timely manner and were well presented but the service does feel robotic at times. When we went to pay, the lady at reception was quite condescending and rude, shame... At that price level, we would expect everything to be spotless.
Max L — Google review
Where to start? Despite telling the restaurant in advance that I wanted a vegetarian meal, they served an amuse bouche of seafood, something I never eat. There was acknowledgement that a 'mistake' had been made, but no replacement or apology. Then the starter arrived: a mix of tomatoes and strong-tasting fish! Although I do occasionally eat fish, this was inedible to me and I asked for it to be replaced. The replacement was a hastily thrown together and plonked down plate of raw tomatoes on a slice of toast. It was an entirely unacceptable dish to serve in a fine dining establishment and, frankly, the chef should be ashamed. Meanwhile, the staff exuded a sniffy arrogance throughout. The other dishes (and the wine) were very decent, yet were rarely exceptional, and the overall experience was a hugely disappointing one. Verdict: this restaurant in no way deserves a Michelin star.

Booked online for 02/07 at 8pm then I received a cancellation cos it says the restaurant is fully booked. So I booked another restaurant “La Croix Blanche” at the same date & time and I got it. I received a call today says I have booked for 7:45pm and I was already at the other restaurant because I thought my booking has been canceled (what I received on the email). The person was super rude ! Oh so you are not gonna come? I said no, She said “super”.. then *she hang up the call* rudely !! Mind your manner and please double check everything before calling ! I will never recommend this restaurant !

(Translated by Google) Simple and effective food. Big lack of professionalism from the waitress but I doubt that the owner knows how to do anything for the help. This boss is far too intrusive, ready to do anything to finish her shift as soon as possible, expeditious service, courage to the employees working under the orders of this tyranny. The owner clearly tells us that some of her dishes are not homemade... in short, I don't recommend it at all.

(Translated by Google) I had never eaten such a bad pizza... mediocre even, with poor slices of tomato on top, strange... low-end tomato sauce, the dough was bland and had a strange texture, 2 pieces of ham wandering around , defrosted mushrooms? Even supermarket pizzas are better!!! An impatient waitress, yet we arrived with 2 friends at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening, left at 10 p.m. and we had the impression of having to leave quickly... in short, first and last!! Call Philippe Etchebest, to flee!

(Translated by Google) Unsurprisingly, everything is correct and at prices within the standards for this type of restaurant. It would be good for lunch there with colleagues if the service was a little faster. Smiling and pleasant waitress, but it is a shame that after taking care to note the desired degree of doneness for each hamburger, the orders are then served at random without worrying about cooking. In reality, the meat that I had asked for rare was cooked "rare" like that of my neighbor who had asked for "well done". Nothing objectionable and I will certainly return there on occasion, but a little more vigilance on the speed and efficiency of the service would make the address more attractive.
