Some of the stores closed at 8pm when online closing times are 9pm so disappointing, a lot of empty retail units, and the centre lacks visual inspiration inside lots of the features have been removed, so it's all very bland, was also very hot, if you park at John Lewis when they close you have to find alternative way out Also fire exit doors are locked a huge safety concern I have visited many times over 25 years and find it's changed but not for the better on the positive side plenty free parking, shops and food outlets, toilets worth a visit

Great place for shopping, plenty of fashion shops, eateries and entertainment, Cinema, kids climbing, Ballerz, etc. easy parking and loads of disabled spots close the entrances on each floor of the multistories.

Bluewater is good place to shop, eat or just walk around. It has all the shops you would expect of a shopping centre and has plenty of parking. So if you’re looking for a less busy version of Westfield Stratford jump on the A2 or get one of the many buses that come here.

First visit ever to Bluewater Shopping Centre. Had a great day out, thoroughly enjoyed it. The ambience was lovely. A bit like Lakeside but much posher, not stuck up though! Noticed a distinct difference of friendliness and helpfulness from staff in shops. Loved the outside spaces too, nice views to enjoy a relaxing lunch and coffee. Impressed that my favourite chocolate has it's very own shop there, Lindt, lots of varieties I haven't come across anywhere else. Bit early but made me start my Christmas shopping! Definitely going again at Christmastime to see how the centre decorates for the festive period. I'm optimistic, sure it won't disappoint from what was experienced from my first ever visit there. Highly recommend Bluewater for a nice day out. Oh, and easy to find with stress free parking too.

I always find something relevant for what I’m looking for here, but if you come close to Christmas be conscious it gets incredibly busy and parking can be a nightmare. When you go outside of the Christmas period parking is better but it can still get busy at peak times. The centre however is always clean and tidy and public transport links are good. If you don't mind busy shopping centres then this will be right up your street you will most definitely heal yourself if you need retail therapy!!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’m so impressed with the standards of care and patience, nothing is too much trouble even if you need to ask a lot of questions or advice, the choice of frames is vast and the explanation of the lenses and filters by my shop assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful I’ve never felt I’ve understood it before at other opticians. The ophthalmologist was so kind and clear with instructions I felt very comfortable and that I had made the correct choices in choosing my lenses. I was in store for an hour and 45 minutes it felt like half an hour , I even got a free hearing test . Thankyou

M&S Opticians Bluewater  So I thought today I’m not busy try get eyes tested, Got booked in at Bluewater, Very professional courteous and helpful, even gave me hearing test all inclusive! And a test at M&S that isn’t done at many and normally extra was Free, I thought I was taking to long to choose a frame £50 lovely Blue but they didn’t mind so helpful in choosing, I’ve been to others but these are the one I will go back to without a doubt, And of course it’s not just an eye test it’s a M&S eye test ! But seriously I would highly recommend them to anyone

My first experience of M@S was somewhat disappointing. Whilst the staff were very helpful and the eye test process was excellent the after sales service was poor . I decided to give them another go and so far I am so pleased that I did . The instore staff are absolutely excellent and couldn’t be more professional and helpful . So M @ S don’t spoil it for them and keep the standard of service going your end .

I cannot fault my experience with M&S Opticians Bluewater Elaine is exceptional very thorough, explaining every step. All staff very pleasant would recommend as the best optician I have been to,hence a return visit.

I went for an eye test today, the costumer service was amazing. So kind and considerate of their costumers. Especially Kira and Osa (apologies for spelling your names wrong!). In the end, they said my appointment was for free because of my patience but honestly it was their kindness! Thank you so much, you have blessed me more than you can imagine.

Eye test was professional, polite and friendly. Care and attention to my needs were fully met. However, I’m finding my reading glasses not so easy to use as I’m struggling with the change from my vari-focus glasses.

My 1at Pair unfortunately had an optical error and had to be returned. A second pair was made with Zeiss lenses and are perfect. M&S opticians sorted it out very quickly.

Came here with my wife and our 3 young boys. Great course with varying holes and fun caves and waterfalls. One criticism is that the greens and paths could be swept now and then as the leaves and debris causes a few obstructions when playing. Overall had a great time.

Expenseive for the cleanliness of the course............. ive wanted to take my boy here for a while we both really enjoyed the course the water falls and streams were the best part of it all this would have been a 5 star review but the course was in need of some repairs and cleaning lots of bird poo and tree debris that could have easily been cleared there were also some parts of the course that needed the carpet replacing or glueing back down.

Nice course, well maintained and spread out, fun variety of holes and having two courses means you can go back and change things up. Loved the water features and pirate ship! Very friendly staff too :) Appreciated the small clubs available for little ones to join in!

We really had a nice day out here. There are two 18 hole courses named ‘smugglers’ and ‘pirates’. I chose the pirates course. As the venue is located in Bluewater there are plenty places to park. I would suggest not to use the post code on the receipt. Google maps wanted to drive me straight onto the course lol. The day we went was sunny and warm. I must admit I don’t think my niece and nephews would have enjoyed the course as much if it was raining. The course is enjoyable for all ages with good laughs along the way. My only other observation is that some holes need some maintenance done i.e., paint work and netting replaced. I would suggest you end off your visit by going on the little boat ride.

Considering it is £12.50 for each player I would expect a much better maintained mini golf. A few of the holes had new matting, but ALL need replacing urgently. It feels like no maintenance has been done in the last 10 years. I do not recommend

Have loved this course for years however the upkeep needs to be addressed. It was so busy they were waiting for people to bring back clubs and balls before the next people could start. Some holes need attention with lifted green areas especially on the 2 level hole before the caves on pirates course which is a hazard as it's not fixed to the ground so is a trip hazard.

We came here for Classic Afternoon Tea. Which included three delectable tiers of French-inspired sweets and savouries, with refillable Classic Tea and Coffee we loved our French delicacies. The Afternoon Tea and restaurant ambience made this a wonderful introduction for us to Cafe Rouge.

Visited here before the cinema, thinking 1.5 hours would be enough for 3 courses. Nope! Was about an hour before our mains arrived. Had to bug the waitress to get our bill before the desserts arrived so we could get out as early as possible. Ordered a cocktail which arrived warm - asked for extra ice which they put in, still warm(?). Food was actually quite nice but would never dream of paying for it (we used clubcard vouchers). For a packed restaurant on a Saturday night they had only 4 waiters - running round like headless chickens. It seems like the service is consistently like this from the other reviews...

Omelette was lovely. Let down by the state of the china, needs replacing or a better dishwasher. See pictures, filthy cup and milk jug, also had marks on glass. I’m amazed it gets served up to you in that state, as if that’s acceptable.

The wings tasted good and the sauces were decent. All their chicken is Halal. I paid £17 for my order which is not the cheapest but not too much of a rip off. If I was in Bluewater I would go again.

Most over rated place. Just chicken selects from McDonalds drenched really overly sweet sauces. We tried the burger wings and tenders all in different sauces all were poor. If you are a tik tok girl I am sure you will love it.

Food was average as you'd expect for any pizza hut but the service was pretty much non existent. Pizzas were slow to come out after ordering via the QR code as requested then the wait between finishing the main and the dessert was beyond ridiculous. 45 minutes in total and having to ask 2 staff members for a microwaved cookie and we had to eat them with the main course plates still on the table! Both of the pizzas should have had garlic crust which clearly didn't, when asked, the server replied "do you need it?"

Ridiculous waiting times. We asked for dessert after finishing mains and were still waiting 20 minutes later. At 10 minutes we asked a guy with glasses; he said he’d check but nothing came. Around 20 minutes we chased again; the female manager (actually helpful) said she’d check. Five minutes later we were told one dessert wasn’t available. Why wasn’t this mentioned when we ordered, when we asked at 10 minutes, or again at 20? We sat for 25 minutes like fools before anyone said a word. The cookie dough arrived lukewarm, clearly sat around while no one told us the other was missing. They swapped it for another cookie dough to take away. Service felt discriminatory: most white staff were dismissive. The middle-aged white male manager who just had a face on, curt when seating us, abrupt when we tried to order. Credit to the nice guy with the jawline who was polite throughout, the Indian woman who finally brought the desserts and packed one to go, and the white female manager in a checked shirt who actually chased it.

Just to check either the taste i order pizza first and it was not at all worthy taste was ok and on which they served “board” was dirty and used as a chopping board bcoz there was so many cuts like we use at home our chopping board…

It was Great shopping centre with 2 bus route connections from TFL 370 and 372 . There is lake between the shopping centre with Thurrock shopping centre at border of M25.

First visit since 2020. Sad that the two major department stores at either end were no longer there, but i was still pleasantly surprised by the range of decent large stores and independent shops within. I was even more impressed, if not out of my depth in Zara! No more are there staff at the tills/checkouts. Now you put your items in a weighing area, and it lists the items, then pay the total of the items within!! New one on me, and luckily, I had someone with me who knew what to do 😂

Great pub for Sunday roast dinner, the food definitely exceeded expectations as it is quite dated and rundown inside so first impressions weren’t great. However the food was brilliant, I had prawn cocktail for starter and roast chicken for main, everything was really flavoursome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. There is no parking at the actual pub but a free car park a few minutes walk away.

No visit to R.h.bay is complete without a visit to the Pier hotel & have a beer or two or chose some top pub- grub from the menu, food is very hearty & satisfying. Great array of ales & beers, & lovely staff too..

Staff fantastic. Ordered 2 beef roast dinners....DO NOT waste your money, at £16 each you don't much, wished I had taken a photo. 4 anemic potatoes, 3 small slices of dry beef, 6 carrot sticks, 2 50p size yorkshire puds with the tiniest nasty pigs in blankets and a small square of stuffing. We left hungry and highly disappointed.

Me and my wife popped in for a quiet beer as we were looking for a quiet pub in the area, we arrived to regulars basically blocking the entrance. Once we were inside, we approached the bar and was served quickly by the lady behind the bar. Once we were sat down, the regulars at the bar were making incredibly lewd comments about my girlfriend which she could hear and it made her VERY uncomfortable so we left pretty sharp. Nice pub with a half decent ambience but the behaviour of the regulars really spoil the pub for people.

Ordered via the Burger King app for collection. My order showed on the screen, and I went to collect it around 20 minutes after placing it. I stood at the counter for another 10 minutes, completely ignored by all staff - including management. When my order number disappeared from the screen, I asked about it and was told the food had been sitting on the counter the whole time. The manager then told me, “Next time, just come straight to the counter,” despite me standing there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. I also asked if I could get some mayo, only to be told I had to go to the kiosk and start the order process again lol. The attitude from both the manager and staff was dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in customers and were working at their own pace, while several other people around me were clearly frustrated as well. To make matters worse, the refillable drinks machine only served flat drinks. I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but the customer service here was genuinely awful — particularly from the manager. Really disappointing experience.

Wow, that was an experience! Been fancying the new Wagu burger for ages so took the opportunity to try it tonight as we were staying locally, the burger by the way which is up there towards Five Guys prices... Il start with the staff, clearly stressed due to too many online orders which had delivery drivers piled up 5 deep waiting for orders that where not prepared. Manager buzzing around like a blue arsed fly but mostly just shouting at the clearly untrained staff rather than getting them some help with the cooking. We ordered our food and it took 25 minutes to be served, all the while we stood and watched in horror as people prepared our expensive burgers with the less skill that when my granddaughter makes me a playdough treat. We were genuinely gasping at how rough they were, including one of them literally throwing part of our meal over the pass into the bagging area! We ordered 2 of the same burger, they were completely different 😂 one mounded with way too much green stuff and plenty of sauce, one with barely any green stuff and not a jot of sauce. They tasted fine to be fair and I'd try it again if prepared by somebody who knew what they were doing but they are over priced for what they are. The boxes they have introduced for these burgers are huge and pointless, the burger looked ridiculously small in it, they should just wrap it in foil and put the money they save on packaging to make the burger bigger with more toppings. After our massive wait there was no apology from manager, didnt even look at us, just called our number and dropped it on the counter. Customer service used to be important to company's like Burger King, it's ignored in this store. The staff are frankly rude and the service shocking, I won't be back.

Great old pub with a history near London. The drive from london just 30 minutes. All kind of beer wine and ale. Staff is very friendly and cordially. The pub old collection of mugs, glasses and utensils is its feature. It is on bank of river and outside sitting is there to enjoy all the days. Good arrangement to watch sports. Games playing arrangements. Accept cash and cards.

This is a pub in Greenhithe village near Dartford. I am staying in this pub for 4 days. Very very reasonable priced 25 pounds a night that includes a small room with tv and cereals , tea or coffee in the morning. Fridge , microwave and bathroom are shared but they are clean and not overcrowded as its got 3 rooms altogether, so I can live with that. Pub owner is friendly, there's separate entry if you don't want to use pub entrance. I will add some pictures tomorrow.

This afternoon me and my wife wandered down the road and stepped into a lovely little pub not far from home. What started as “just a drink” turned into a proper afternoon – a few beers, a gin & tonic or two, and plenty of good conversation in a really welcoming setting. The place has such a friendly atmosphere, with a great mix of people that makes you feel at ease straight away. It’s clear the new management are doing a cracking job. You can already see the changes that have been made – small touches that give the pub real character and life again. I hear the kitchen will be opening soon, which is exciting, and the fact dogs are welcome too just makes it even better. All in all, it’s exactly what you want from a local pub – cosy, relaxed, and thriving with a good community feel. For us, it’s only a short stroll from home, and after our first visit I can safely say it won’t be the last. We’ll be coming back time and time again.

I stayed here for Eight weeks whilst taking a course at the Able Skills college. The Rooms on the first floor are small but are clean and friendly with an amazing view of the river. Two of the three rooms on the top floor have an even better view of the river. The rooms on the top floor, given to guests staying for longer periods, are beautiful and for the price I paid I was more than happy with with what I was given. There is a large Asda five minutes walk away and Greenhithe train station is just ten minutes. It's also around an easy ten minute drive to Dartford itself. The Landlord and staff were very pleasant and he has done a great job repainting and refreshing the building. If I did undertake another course at Able Skills in the future I would definitely look to stay here again. Please ignore the negative reviews by other morons complaining about the landlord and random petty little things as they are untrue and unjustified.

Can't tell you about the experience as we were politely refused entry because we had a dog Happy that the pub allowed to refuse who they like but please update your website accordingly so no dog owners waste there time again ....... and you will lose a lot of custom. Nice clean park. Recently renovated children’s playground. There is a cafe we haven’t visited yet. The grounds with flowers have recently massively improved and are Well looked after. Parking space is limited around the park.

The park has a good feel to it - well maintained, even if the grass is a bit parched this year (2025). There is a formal municipal park and then playing fields and an extensive area for children. The best bit for me was the stone footbridge which originally stood across the River Darenth, this sits behind the library building and is a favourite for children to hide under. There are new apartments overlooking the park to the west, but they are not overbearing.

Wonderful play area with a cafe and splash park. You can apend ages here and the cafe is reasonably prices so hungry children or a parents need for caffeine are right next door and there are picnic tables around the park where you could takeaway or bring a picnic with you. The play area was clean and fun. The park itself seemed nice and big, good for dog walkers. There are 2 sets of toilets in this park.

Very good place to breath fresh air

I visit madplay at least once a week. The staff are absolutely fantastic, they are approachable and so friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and so reasonably priced. The baby area and sensory room are a lovely addition. It's always so clean as they are pretty much always cleaning round the place! The entry prices are also very reasonable, for an adult you only pay £1 which is the cheapest around! I've been coming since I was a kid (previously Whale of a time) and it's so nice I can now take my children. Definitely recommend to anyone with children!!

Good solid soft play with a hidden bouncy castle being the highlight for our little ones. 19 pounds for a family of 4 for 2 hours of time.

The soft play itself is great. The set up is really well thought out and the entire place is spotless. The food was great too. Cost wise I think it’s really competitively priced and worth every penny. It’s a lovely place to have a fun few hours with the kids without breaking the bank. I must also add how friendly and helpful the staff are too. Nothing was too much trouble and they are really kind.

Not as good as expected. Small okay area and age zones. Very limited activities but I am comparing to other facilities. Ropes are thin and can cut into you as you assist. Space you under 4yr old really not big or emaginative enough and does not flow well. Not easy for adults to traverse some areas for proper supervision or help if needed. That said bouncy castle good. Pay to use car rides in middle of play area. Reasonably priced entrance for adult and child. Staff were nice and area very clean

I don’t think much more needs to be said—the argumentative replies to negative reviews speak volumes. The attitude comes across as arrogant and dismissive of customer concerns. When I raised my own issue, I experienced the same. My 11-year-old was charged the full child price of £9 simply to sit at a table with the adults, who were only charged £1 for doing the exact same thing. His younger brother was attending a party there, but when I questioned the fairness of this, the response I received was defensive and unhelpful. It didn’t feel like a business interested in keeping its customers, more like: “These are our rules, take it or leave it,” no matter how unreasonable they might seem. I don’t object to paying if the entertainment is suitable for the child’s age, but for children aged 10–12, there is very little to keep them occupied. The justification given to me was that it’s like taking a young child to the cinema—you’d still have to pay for both. But this wasn’t a cinema, it was just sitting in a café. If the response had instead explained something like: “We have a strict limit on the number of under-12s we can allow in, so every child in the building counts as one space,” that would have been understandable. A clear and empathetic explanation could have resolved the issue, and I would not be writing this review. In fact, I might even have returned. But instead, I was told that negative reviews are “good publicity,” which makes it clear that customer opinion simply doesn’t matter to them. Fortunately, I can afford the cost, but other parents could be put in a very difficult position if they’re not warned in advance—forced to either pay or pull one of their children out of a party at the last minute. I also noticed other concerns while I was there. For example, a one-year-old managed to wander into the unmanned reception/till area which staff had left open and almost left the building with another family before staff turned up just in time. On top of that, when I paid cash, the receipt I was given had no company details, date, or time, which should be legally required since the payment was cash. Instead, staff simply wrote it out by hand and said that if I wanted a receipt I should have paid by card. Overall, the lack of professionalism mostly from management and poor attitude towards customers is what really stands out.

Great soft play place. Nice for birthday parties. It can be very noisy when there is more than 1 birthday party but if you get the whole place for just one, it's very nice. Food is ok and hot and cold drinks are relatively good price.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at The Bull thanks to the amazing service provided by waitress Louise! Her warm and friendly demeanor instantly made us feel welcome and at home in the pub. The English breakfast we ordered was simply exceptional - it exceeded all our expectations! The flavors were rich and satisfying, and every component of the meal was cooked to perfection. It's evident that the chef takes great pride in their work, and Louise made sure to convey our compliments to the kitchen staff. Though we had to wait a bit for our breakfast, Louise kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable throughout the wait. Her attentive nature and genuine concern for our satisfaction were truly commendable. And when our breakfast finally arrived, we understood why it took some time; it was evident that each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. Louise's exceptional service and the delectable breakfast made the wait absolutely worth it. We left The Bull with happy hearts and full stomachs, eager to return soon for another memorable dining experience. We sincerely hope that Louise receives the recognition she deserves for her outstanding service. Thank you, Louise, and thank you, The Bull, for a fantastic morning that we'll cherish for a long time!

The Bull has improved since we were last here. Food was quick, hot and tasty. Steph and Soph who served us were pleasant and happy, which always makes a big difference to service

We booked a table for 5 of fire lunch snd we got good service and the food was good too, but however there was 1 lady called Danni who was on her own and served at the bar and brought out peoples food! I said to her the only thing you don’t do is cook the food! She then said she is the cook usually too! Cone on employ more staff … it isn’t fair to expect staff to wear many hats

If you’ve ever tried taking kids to a pub and ended up stressed instead of relaxed – this place will change your life. From the moment we walked in, the staff were lovely, the kids were treated like VIPs, and we could actually enjoy our meal.the mains for us grown-ups were delicious. There was loads of space in the interior l, so we weren’t apologising to strangers every time someone needed the loo. We left with happy bellies, zero stress, and two very content children. 10/10 would recommend to any parent who wants to eat out without feeling like it’s a military operation.

We've been coming to The Bull for over 11 years, since the new Landlady has taken over, the atmosphere, food and service has blossomed into a fun, filled family pub, with great food that yes during busy periods you may have to wait but the staff advise you prior to ordering. Friendly amazing service from the staff which is why we always return!

Visited on Thursday for a meal booked a table for 18:00 the lady with dark hair behind the bar didn't even greet us with a hello or a smile and just pointed us to our table and also didn't explain how we order! we ordered some drinks and starters via the app and the food arrived before our drinks, I went to the bar to let the lady know we'd been waiting 30 minutes for our drinks the bar wasn't even busy) and she very rudely replied (yeah 2 secs) another 8 mins later she finally brought over our drinks and by the time we had finished our starters! mains arrived ( food was ok) but not one apology from the rude bar lady or the gent who brought our food whom I also explained that we hadn't got our drinks! customer service was absolutely disgusting! To top off our already shocking experience... the halloumi was burned to a crisp and the toilets were unclean and smelly. Avoid!

Gotta say extremely disappointed with my visit to the pub today. Service was terrible, bar staff with faces like a wet weekend and the food was appalling. Ordered a sizzle skillet dish and it didn’t even come out sizzling and the food was undercooked, also corn on the cobs with no butter. One particular staff member with multiple piercings on her face was more interested in talking to her colleague to see if she could finish early. No atmosphere in the pub, some background music would have gone a long way. Avoid.

This is one of the most interesting chippy shops I have ever been to. The full family had all hands on deck, working together in a happy, jolly mood. They have been very nice to customise our order. However. We didn't like that the oil was black, literally black, probably not changed for a while, and this was unfortunately reflected in the taste of food. The chips were not great, the chicken was just ok as the burned oil taste contaminated them. We will return, and hopefully, they will have the same jolly mood and fresh oil. 😀

The staff are very friendly and really helpful. We all had sausage and chips and they were lovely, cooked to order, so was hot and fresh. We definitely will be visiting again when we are in the area. Highly recommend if you like traditional chip shops.

I use to love this fish and chips, have lived in Greenhithe for 18 years and we always come here. Last few times have been a bit disappointing, the portions are getting smaller and the prices increase doesn’t reflect the portion size. The food still taste lovely, but I need to order extra chips, sausage and cod to fill us up since the smaller size and it adds up. I now visit elsewhere, chips is 60p cheaper and you get an extra scoop. Cod is also bigger and cheaper.

Avoid! By far THE worst piece of fish I've ever had. I bit in to the fish expecting proper flakes of fish; instead I crunched down on its rock hard spine. Absolutely vile. The fish itself was just mush. Mushy peas were cold. Chips were cold. Enough to make you go vegetarian!

Great for dog walkers and people who just want a stroll through woodlands. The trails are well marked out, and the wooden walkways have recent been redone. Overall a nice country park, but has very limited amenities, no cafe or toilets, and very limited playground equipment for children. 100% recommend for walks with or without dogs, but keep in mind the longer trail has steps and rough ground so would not be suitable for wheelchairs, prams or people who struggle to navigate uneven ground

We went mid-week to this Country Park- its easy to access, and next to Bean Village (near Bluewater Mall), right off the A2. The village in itself is beautiful and has a old-world charm. Signage to the Park is very clear and helpful. Open parking space- with 1£ coin for honorary parking. Do carry your wellies- though there are payed paths all through - it is likely to get muddy. The Park is primarily woods, and has a nice feel to it- I am certain it would be glorious in summer months. There are clear display maps, and country park signage (red/blue routes). There is also a pond- with a view deck (just nature, and nothing out of the blue). We barely met a couple of other families. It feels like a dog park- but kept neat and clean. Not wheelchair friendly. No bbqs allowed. No cafes or restrooms that I could spot. Will visit again in summer months.

One of the most beautiful woodland walk I have been so far. If you want to breathe some fresh air and have some quiet time in the nature, you should definitely visit this place. It’s so serene. We come here almost every weekend with our cat as he loves to climb the trees and enjoy the walks. There are also a lot of picnic tables and benches around the path for resting or just sitting peacefully and reading. Dog/Cat friendly walking place with many large and small paths with beutiful spring flowers and birdsongs but also good all year around. There is a small parking place as well which is free!!!!

Great family walk. Was nice and quiet when we went, only saw a few other families. Nice little play area with picnic benches to eat and plenty of new benches around the paths to sit on should you need a little rest on you walk. Also its only a 5min drive from Blue water shopping centre so you can make it part of a great day out.

Not far from Bluewater and easy to find. Fair sized car park. There are a number of paths in this beautiful woodland, the main ones aren't too bad but particularly the lower lying paths can get very muddy. There is an outdoor exercise area and a couple of picnic areas. Not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

Great place to walk around and explore. Paths are very muddy in winter, so bring your wellies, but lots of trails to follow. Perfect for dog walking. Love the excavations of the track and old buildings. And if mushrooms are your thing it is brilliant!

It’s lovely forest to go for a walk at the weekend. There are three routes that you could go for a walk. Plenty of mushrooms to see in the forest this time of the years. Small play area for the children. Picnic tables and benches are dotted in the forest. Car park is off where google map takes you. You should be able to see the big sight to go to car park. Parking is £1 and you can put it in the hole on the wall where it says £1. No toilet in the forest. We had a nice afternoon here.

Refused to refund me for a broken vape, told me to get a refund ‘online’ as if I hadn’t bought the vape directly from them an hour ago. Ridiculous. It’s the law

Dodgy parcel shop, did not scan the receipt they gave me, they don't get you to put your name in the hand held device and don't even ask your name, they definitely need more training on the parcels. Evri have confirmed it's been sent so 🤞, staff are friendly and the shop is always well stocked.

A Curly, Red haired person with a red nose and bright red lipstick, served me - Also I noticed they had Red and White Socks on…. I’m obviously joking, that was a nostalgic dream I had from the 80’s I was Lovin it… Until they started Clowning around… So here we go… Hardly any queue and received my food after around five minutes. Seating was nearby and some tables were free. My Big Mac burger was nice and hot but sadly the Chips/Fries only warm. My Strawberry Milkshake was so cold, refreshing and nice, it needed to be as the weather was hot. As always the Straw died on me… oh well. ( Epic Fail ) Overall the meal was tasty and enjoyable.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received from Taylor, the Shift Manager at the McDonald's in Bluewater Shopping Center. It appears they are more focused on short-term sales than on maintaining good customer relations. Although my review may not change their business practices, I want to share my experience as a dissatisfied customer. On Monday, the 24th, around 08:11 PM, my wife and I visited McDonald's to order mango smoothies. While she waited for the order, I visited other stores. When she brought me the smoothies, I noticed they were only half-full. We both returned to McDonald's and requested a refill or replacement for our drinks. Taylor asked for our receipt, which I provided. However, he claimed that because more than 20 minutes had passed, the ice had melted, and he could not replace the drinks. He also questioned why my wife didn't mention the issue when she first received the order. We had been inside the mall the entire time and had not left the premises. When we approached Taylor, we felt insulted by his dismissive attitude. Unwilling to accept the half-filled drinks, I decided to reorder. Taylor then threw away my receipts and drinks. After placing the new order, I timed how long it took to receive our drinks. It took 11 minutes for our two smoothies to be ready. My question is whether this level of customer service from a shift manager like Taylor is acceptable. I believe such an approach needs to be reconsidered and improved. At least I, or my wife, will not visit this McDonald's branch any time soon.

Had a delivery. Order was late and very cold and they forgot my granddaughters happy meal . She was very upset and so was we.will not be using them again. It's nothing the first time either.

Swung by bluewater to grab some food and ordered a Philly Cheese Stack to try something new. The food tasted odd, and realised there was a bit of plastic left on the cheese. Struggled to drive home as I spent a large amount of time throwing up in my car and on the side of the road. Would not recommend attending this place

This has to be the worst McD branch I have been to. Orders a Happy Meal for my daughter and a Saver meal for myself. It took almost 20 mins to get the order. Ok I get it, you're located in Bluewater so it's a busy area but 20 minutes! That's not fast food. When order came both burgers were luke warm and tbh tasted bland. Fries were cold and tasted like they had been left under the heater for more than 1 day. Would I recommend this branch to anyone. Nope, only go if you're a die hard McD fans. There are plenty of other places to eat around the Winter Garden area. There is even a BK near by. Suggestion to franchisee for this branch you need to up your act and make sure the food taste like a McD food not some greasy spoon takeaway - actually apologies to the greasy spoons they actually do better burgers and chips than this branch.

Bad customer service with so called manager. I ordered 3 Big Mac meals, plan but we were given 2 with onions and vegetables. So I returned it to get exchange - I was accused of being lying until I showed her proved. Maybe racism!

Brilliant Sunday pizza! Thanks to Angie the server who made all our dietary requirements a breeze. Came here and I’ve never been so impressed the service was fast and good quality, the waiter didn’t rush us. The food was very nice, tasted very fresh with was lovely! Huge pizzas too! Only thing is the wanted the chilli oil back and I was still using it for my pizza, apart from that I would definitely recommend it to anyone

We were served by Megan and she was absolutely lovely. She made our restaurant visit as good as it could be even though a lot of what we wanted to order was sold out for the day. We will definitely come back.

Megan was such a great help. My partner and I had great conversation with her. She even went an extra step and made us aware of an offer we could get with our meal. Really enjoyed having her to assist us. We wish her all the best!

We had a wonderful Father’s Day meal at Pizza Express in Bluewater. The food was delicious and arrived promptly — exactly what we were hoping for on a special day. We also made the most of the Pizza Express app and were able to use some great discounts, which was a nice bonus. A special mention to Megan, who looked after us throughout. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service all around — we really hope to have her again next time! Would definitely recommend for a relaxed and tasty family outing. Thanks to the team for making it a lovely experience!

We were served by Angi and despite the million tables that she had to attend to she was very attentive and patient with us - providing lots of information and making us feel so comfortable. She is defintely a perfect member to represent this restaurant and i hope that she gets the appreciation she deserves.

Music and noise could be a bit quieter as we have sensitive ears, but it's better now there is some sound dampening installed. Angi was our server and she was very kind and responsive, thanks Angi! We are regulars and will see you again soon
