The Walmart Supercentre is a popular shopping destination known for its cleanliness and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the ample parking and often find great deals in the clothing and baby sections. While some feel that there may be a shortage of staff at times, others have had exceptional experiences with specific employees who provided excellent customer service. The store offers a wide variety of items, including seasonal products, cosmetics, and groceries. Overall, visitors enjoy the spacious and well-maintained environment at this Walmart location.
Exceptional Service and Variety at Northside Lethbridge Walmart Supercentre I recently had a great experience at this Walmart. Amazing clothing, cosmetics and a huge variety of seasonal items. Special shoutout to Abdul and Sandi for their exceptional help in finding roti when it wasn’t on the shelves. Kudos to them for going the extra mile!
Nevin J — Google review
I personally like this Walmart location because it’s much cleaner than any other location. I found what I want. Workers are so helpful and polite towards customers. Ample of parking spots available. Specially I like the clothing and baby section, always clearance/sale going on. Some workers are not interested to help customers but on the basis of that you can not rate whole store😇. I feel that they have a shortage of staff as many times tilts are close and only self-checkout it open. They kept all shelf pretty organized and clean. I feel it’s one of the biggest Walmart I have visited so far where you can find all sections including Photo and vision department. Pharmacy was not busy when I visited the ppl are quite knowledgeable and polite.
Shweta S — Google review
I love North Walmart it is my best place to go. Easy access, easy layout and lots of friendly staff. Plus the parking is huge. Thank you North Walmart you deserve to be recognized!
Shane V — Google review
Run of the mill Walmart, but with the addition of a very confusing floor plan. Their roof mounted signage rarely seemed to match the section indicated. This made shopping, especially in the clothing departments, challenging. Team members were helpful with directing us the right ways. Lots of ready made food here, and other road trip friendly stock.
Rebecca S — Google review
It's ok. i do have to say that the store is a lot cleaner than other walmarts i been to. staff is pretty polite. i have not had the pleasure of interacting with the management. I always choose this store over the one Main and Bovaird. there is decent amount of parking avaiable.
Waseem A — Google review
This is my favorite grocery store. Always clean, helpful workers, store is organized and easy to find things in, and cheapest prices around!
Hannah S — Google review
This place is literally falling apart or something. I was literally in the store for a month straight every day. And they were so many departments where nothing had changed. Today I took it upon myself to organize the hot wheels area because it was absolutely in shambles and there had been no new product in that isle for over a month. As I was doing that for employees walk past me and didn't even question what I was doing. I know don't think it's a matter of short staffed I think it's a matter of useful staff.

Pure Casino Lethbridge is a vibrant destination that offers an exciting blend of gaming and dining experiences. Spanning over 44,000 square feet, with 13,000 dedicated to gaming alone, it features more than 400 slot machines and video lottery terminals for endless entertainment. If you prefer the thrill of table games, you'll find nine live-action options along with two poker tables available for both cash games and tournaments. The casino also boasts a grill and bar where guests can enjoy delicious meals.
It was not the server's fault that I didn't get served for over an hour sitting in the lounge watching live music. The casino should have booked TWO people to cover that area. It was FULL. The special drink was a Cesar for $6. It was a great night & I would have ordered more than one drink and food had the service been there. I took a couple photos before I was told "NO CAMERAS allowed". I really liked the band, "Bruce Pederson & Ranahan" - they played all the good country-rock tunes from the past & quite a few new ones. People danced to the music on the tiny dance floor in front of the band stage. I even put $20 in a slot machine with lots of lights & came out $10 ahead. 😀

Our meal in the restaurant was terrible. We both had the roast turkey, the Sunday special. The turkey was completely dried out. I requested additional gravy hoping it would help; however, on hindsight we should have not accepted this awful meal as it was beyond saving. On the bright side, we had a friendly, cheerful waitress!

Trailers/Car Camping Parking - they were so great for allowing trailers/car campers (no tents) park overnights (2-3) on their parking lot! I was down there for a quick pass-through and needed to park overnight - just registered at the casino entrance. Super friendly folks too! They also have decent hours restaurant with decent prices!

The food here is just the best and an amazing price. They must hire actual good chefs compared to all the other restaurants in the city. Food is made fresh in house and it tastes real rather than fake, frozen, microwaved rubbish. Love it. I visit often!

What a great spot to play poker. Here I am losing, but what an awesome dealer Dawn is! She moves the game along plus is super friendly, a great combination. Pit bosses are also friendly and the service is prompt. Hopefully I start winning soon but the service here will mean I will be happy either way....

I have the small portion veal cutlet most every time we dine there. My husband has the regular portion.Always very good.Reasonably affordable but prices are catching up to every other dining place.Used to be the cheapest place to dine.Nice environment.Staff are always pleasant and on it.

When the Casino first opened it had atmosphere. It was like stepping out of humdrum Lethbridge for a break. Then they took the cool fountain out of the entrance and now they have removed the Buffalo from the Buffalo Bar. You may as well do your gaming online. Your kitchen table is more exiting and the drinks are way cheaper.
Dyago — Google review
Always treated nicely by staff. Wish they had a better selection of table games. Real Craps would be nice. The tables games are hard to get a seat at, Including the digital ones.

Henderson Lake Park in Lethbridge, AB is a sprawling 47-hectare recreational area located on the north shore of Henderson Lake. It offers a variety of activities such as playgrounds, trails for walking and biking, an outdoor pool with waterslides, and opportunities for fishing and boating on the lake. The park is also home to SLP Skate Park, Henderson Ice Center, Lethbridge Tennis Club, and hosts events like the Dragonboat Festival.
I love this park, it’s my favorite place in the city where you can come and sit and think alone with nature.

It was an incredibly great and pleasant location to unwind, offering ample opportunities for strolling, engaging kids with various activities, comfortable seating areas, and refreshing shade provided by beautiful trees. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, as it exuded a wonderful positive ambiance.

Clean, peaceful, dog friendly, a step from golf course with no fence. Kids have fun hunting for golf balls on the rocks. Great place for walks, running, and sunset watching.
JULIA S — Google review
A huge fish suddenly flipped his tailfin and splashed as I glided the kayak into a seldom used area on the west side of the lake. It was the size of my entire leg. I later learned it was a northern pike. Flocks of little blue dragon flies clustered together during mating season. Park benches and lots of shade in grassy areas. Walking bridges, walking paths, and quite contemplative places. Beautiful Park. Can do without the very dirty lake water.

Was here with friends and it was great experience, it's a place to fish, picnic, enjoy nature, have fun, do kayaking/boat ride (come with your own, like bring your own device kinda, lol), (you are not allowed to swin though, still don't know why), and a large playground for kids as well. Walked round the lake park couple of times... It's absolutely 💯 👌

Located in Lethbridge, the Water Tower Grill & Bar has a fascinating history. Once a water tower holding 500,000 gallons of water for the city, it was transformed into a restaurant after residents opposed its demolition. Following extensive renovations costing nearly 2 million dollars, visitors can now ascend 165 steps to reach the dining room situated 192 feet above ground level.
I celebrated my birthday here, and it was a memorable experience. We loved the view of the city, the classy food and friendly service. They were kid-friendly so I appreciate it a lot! We were at the 2nd level during our first visit. The 1st level looked more spacious, so we might makr a reservation there next time instead. Overall, it was value for money :)

We came here at around 1 just for lunch, and were greeted with a nice experience. We were seated quickly on the casual floor and got our drinks pretty quickly. The place itself is pretty nice for its age, with some minor things impacting it. It's awesome that they let us go out onto the balcony, where we could look out. It was a great view. The food was pretty decent, though it took a while for it to be served. Drinks are charged separately and I felt they were moderately pricey, but a good location.

Was very good on Level 2 with a window seat. Was very aware of the surroundings for patrons, even putting blinds down half way to block the sun, nice touch. Food was delicious, as we had the Salmon and Cordon Bleu chicken. Thank you

We had reservations this evening (Friday) for dinner. The table was set up for us beautifully and we were greeted by our wonderful server Jay. He was very attentive and brought my toddler a small pack of playdough to play with right away. We were apprehensive about bringing my son however Jay checked in very frequently and was so engaging. He even made him an origami boat after my son asked for a boat. It was so comforting as a mother to have such a wonderful, kind and helpful waiter. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We will be back for the excellent service. Please give Jay our thanks. That man deserves a raise. Highly recommend

We had our intimate wedding at Water Tower Grill and Bar, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the warm atmosphere made our special day unforgettable. A special thank you to Manager Lhen Dolojan Roca for her incredible support and guidance. She went above and beyond to make our vision a reality — even allowing us to use the entire restaurant for our pictorial, which made our photos even more beautiful and memorable. If you’re looking for a gorgeous venue with amazing service and food, we highly recommend Water Tower Grill and Bar. They truly made our wedding day a dream come true!

Water Tower Grill & Bar is a great local establishment. I've dined at this establishment on multiple occasions and the food has never disappointed. Tonight I ventured out to try the Chicken Cordon Bleu as opposed to the typicallg steak. It was great and would recommend others to try it. The local Haskap Cheese cake was the perfect dessert to end off the meal, although I feel like the portion of cheese cake could of been a bit larger. Overall, always a great experience.

We sat on the lower level in the casual dining area. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. The waitress promptly came over and asked us if we wanted any drinks. I ordered their famous Smoked caesar and it was amazing. The waitress took our food orders and brought our food quite quickly. The presentation and taste was amazing. The prices were Reasonable. And I would highly recommend going here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nestled in a charming 1930s blacksmith shop, Mocha Cabana Bistro is a delightful eatery that celebrates local flavors with an eclectic menu. From rich coffee and delectable pastries to hearty steaks and comforting pasta dishes, there's something for everyone. The bistro prides itself on sourcing ingredients from within 100 miles of Lethbridge, showcasing the best of the region's produce like De Jonges tomatoes and peppers.
Want the perfect summer evening? Then I would recommend trying this restaurant with its outdoor courtyard. It has a real New Mexican feel and little touches like It's Adobe walls and decor. It's really quite something! The roof is screened so I didn't have to deal with any insects either which was a bonus. I highly recommend this place for its food as well. Honestly, I think every single item we received was enjoyable and seemed homemade. The only drawback was the service and food was a little slow, but since the food seemed so delicious we were able to look past that and realize it likely takes some time to prepare amazing food.
Danelle W — Google review
This place seems to be consistently recommended by Lethbridge people across every platform. Thus, we felt a need to give the place a try on our day trip. Tldr; probably should have taken the advice of recent reviews about understaffing and avoided the restaurant. It wasn’t a particularly busy day for such a large restaurant, but it was a substantially long time between being seated, brought menus, brought appetizers, and brought entrees. Food quality didn’t really make up for the long waits either. Appetizer (duck wings) was the only thing notably good (albeit sugars slightly too burnt). The first entree (en bleu) was $28, so I expected a quality, premium chicken cutlet. It was relatively good, tender, and crisp, but definitely didn’t live up to its price tag. I think I would have preferred the flavour of Popeyes/Jollibee. Veggies were slightly undercooked and the sauce was quite bland for pairing with a deep-fried dish. The second entree (tortellini daily special) came out with the noodles essentially raw paired in a bland cream sauce. Not al dente, but actually looking powdery on the inside. Asked the waiter regarding this and they offered a new dish, or a remake of the same dish. Somehow still believing in the restaurant’s quality control and that dish being a fluke, I asked for the same dish, which came out equally undercooked, half an hour later. This time, with the sauce tasting even more bland. At that point I just gave up and asked for a takeout box to re-cook the meal at home. Perhaps this it was an off day for the restaurant? Perhaps had to do with the lack of staff? Regardless, I rate this place 2/5, with an extra star for the somewhat redeeming duck wings.

We had our wedding at Mocha Cabana back in September and I don't think words can even explain how perfect the team at Mocha Cabana was. We just wanted a small, easy shin-dig and they turned it into a beatiful fairy tale wedding. Every thing was so smooth and the staff helped keep things moving through the night. The food was incredible! I still have people tell us how great the food was. The venue was beautiful, especially at night when the lights come on. There was enough room for our 60 person wedding which was awesome and I think there might have been room for a few more. Angel was a total rockstar and was not only our built in wedding planner but helped run the music and helped us pick out a unique wedding cake as well as all the other little details. She took time out of her busy schedule to meet with us a couple times and put our minds at ease over the whole thing. Seriously can not recommend enough, especially if you want a small, non-stress wedding during these crazy covid times.

Cool little garden patio. Those duck wings are unbelievable. They were so good I ordered a second helping. Crispy onion rings and finished off with haystack cookies. Food was delicious with quick service. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely would go again when back in the area. Definitely a place to check out!

Thanksgiving dinner without the kids this year so my husband and I thought we’d try Mocha Cabana. HORRIBLE. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites of anything. The Turkey was dry with an herb crust that overpowered all the Turkey taste. The potatoes had so much Thyme on them and the dressing was so salty it burned our lips, and again, so many herbs they overpowered any other flavour. Burnt Brussels sprouts. Got 3 chunks of carrots and they were good. We skipped pumpkin pie that we were looking forward to but after the dinner who knew what the pie would taste like. Take a look at the meat we took home for our dogs. So dry and the dark meat went in the garbage, it wasn’t even fit for them. The waitress Abby was extremely apologetic and phoned her manager on our behalf but even thought we sent back almost full plates the manager gave us 20% off our meals ($28.00 for this) and a 10% coupon for our next visit. A coupon for our next visit? Like we’d ever go back or recommend this place to our friends and family? $68.60 for inedible food, over 3/4 of our plates uneaten. Avoid this place, they don’t know how to control salt and herbs on the food.

The freshest salad I've ever had at a restaurant. I think the lettuce was picked just before it hit my plate. Saskatoon cheesecake was great. Our party of 6 enjoyed their meals. Courtyard was fresh and airy without being windy. I will definitely be back.
Tamara C — Google review
The food here is good and the service is very good! I had a salad with a vinaigrette and it was really oily with not a lot of flavour, I was a bit disappointed. The food is pretty expensive for what you get. They have a large menu and very good drink and dessert options.
Melissa J — Google review
Truly phenomenal food. Excellent quality, superb presentation. The onion rings had the perfect crunch! I had the Mocha Bleu (their version of chicken Cordon Bleu), and it could not have been better. Wonderfully crispy, and the vegetables were cooked just right. Unfortunately, I don't live nearby, but if I did I would definitely eat here again! It would have been a 5 star experience, but the service, although warm and friendly, was quite slow, but don't let that deter you at all. Go and enjoy every bite!

O-Sho Japanese Restaurant in Lethbridge is a cozy spot offering a variety of traditional Japanese dishes such as sushi, tempura, teriyaki, katsu meats, rice and noodles, donburi, rolls, and sashimi. The restaurant features private rooms and function rooms for larger events. Known for its premium hand-crafted sushi and decadent specialty rolls, it's a popular choice among locals. Customers appreciate the delicious food and excellent service provided by the staff.
Great traditional Japanese ambience and amazing sushi for a good price. Definitely recommended. Service is also very good. We enjoyed the time spent in this restaurant and would definitely visit again when in leth bridge. Restaurant is well placed well in the centre of the city. One thing to mention is there is no much parking space, we had to walk a bit.

unique experience where servers wear kimono.. resto is spacious and servers are friendly. For food, we ordered tempura udon, pork ramen and sushi roll to share. I dont think any food menu here is yelling "Authenthic Japanease Food". Maybe Japanease style is the write words. Sushi rolls: I dont know about this town's sushi roll, its wayyy too much rice, I could hardly taste the fish. Ah, I ordered spicy scallop roll ... I think they forgot what spicy meant. I did not taste a thing. Udon noodle soup: you cannot really mess this up, was good, but broth flavour was shallow and I doubt it was made japanease style. Same for the Ramen. I feel like this resto is ok to visit if you are looking for family friendly environment with nice service but not personally for the flavours for this price point. For parking, its just in front of court house, seems like free on evenings and weekend but otherwise appear to be paid parking.

Amazing food. Many options. I come here every chance I get and have been many times. The service can vary, some servers better than others but the good ones are fantastic! Importantly the food is always delicious and fresh. Great atmosphere and really cool to see traditional and regular seating options. The washrooms are clean and smell nice too which is always important. The restaurant is always clean and overall they have great staff. If you want sushi in Lethbridge, this is my highest recommendation! Crispy Crispy roll - Must have!

I’ve been going to Osho since 2019, starting on the West. The food is quite good, I usually get a couple of rolls or a dinner, for one or two. California sunrise roll is my favourite, but I was also quite impressed with the inari on my last visit. The traditional rooms are nice but they would be nicer if they had some art inside. They changed the recipe for the yakisoba (part of the dinners) for worse around 2021. A true bummer! It used to be soooo good. And sooo great to eat leftover.
Riley P — Google review
Dining at Osho Restaurant was a great experience! The service is fast and very good, making the meal stress-free and enjoyable. The atmosphere is amazing—you really feel like you’re in Japan with the authentic vibe and cozy setting. The servings are generous, good enough for 2–3 people, so it’s perfect for sharing. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy delicious food, great service, and a true Japanese-inspired atmosphere.

Hello, I am from Vietnam, and I have traveled and stayed in Japan and Taiwan for about 4 years. Over the past year, I have eaten at many different Japanese restaurants. However, last week I went to the Osho restaurant. I must say it was excellent. As for the sushi dishes, I find them okay, similar to other places. But specifically, the Japanese eel rice dish deserves a 10/10. It was incredibly delicious. It tasted exactly like when I ate it in Japan and Taiwan. In last 2 weeks, I came here 4 times 🤣.

I haven't been to O-Sho's for awhile, but decided to come for my birthday with my wife. Friendly and attentive service, we opted for traditional seating which was nice and semi private, and really enjoyed our meal. We weren't overly hungry so we got the dinner for one to share and a couple of Maki, and it was still almost too much food. Thanks for dinner!
Tanner L — Google review
Update 08/04/24: service was great, the food tasted delicious. They have a large menu with lunch specials. Original :I have been coming here for years and there are things at O-sho that I love. I have to give 4 stars because I decided to try out their new poke bowl and I was really disappointed. They put the food into a ridiculously small bowl! It looks pretty and very impressive but completely impractical. Then they put a huge layer of lettuce and cabbage under all the food stuff which I made a huge mess taking most of it out and then I had a side plate of salad. So what looked like a huge amount of food was actually salad.... Very disappointing. The overall quality of the food items in the bowl was good - tuna, seaweed salad, edamame, carrot, mango, kale, and rice. Put it into a bigger bowl with less lettuce and cabbage and I would order this again. 5 start service. My son loves coming here. Edit: May 17, 2022. So delicious, excellent service. I'm changing my rating to 5 star, I love coming here.

I’m a regular customer at KFC and have ordered from this location many times without any issues. Lately, I’ve noticed one particular staff member - the same lady who sees me almost everytime insists on checking my email to confirm that I placed the order, even thought she clearly recognizes me . This has never happened with other staff members, and it only seems to occur when she’s working. It’s starting to feel uncomfortable and possibly discriminatory, as it gives the impression that she doesn’t trust me despite being a regular . I completely understand the need for security, but when it’s selectively enforced, it doesn’t feel fair or respectful. I hope management looks into this and ensures that all customers are treated equally and consistently .

Always have issues with delivery. Once, they sent me a frozen gravy and another instance, there were missing items on my order, supervisor called and said they cannot send someone to deliver the missing items, and I should just pick it up in their store! I ordered delivery and paid delivery fee!!

Ok I know fried food is not good for you but once in awhile we like to indulge ourselves. The chicken we ordered was not crispy but rather mushy on the outside. All that consumed this were not feeling well. It was like it was not cooked thouroughly. Unfortunatley this has turned us off of ordering from this location in the future or maybe other ones as well......

El Greco Cuisine is a delightful gem in the city, offering an authentic taste of Greek and Mediterranean fare. With a diverse selection of toppings for their dishes, including fresh vegetables like green peppers and mushrooms, as well as proteins such as shrimp and various cheeses, there's something to satisfy every palate. Their menu features hearty options like calamari and souvlaki that truly capture the essence of traditional Greek cooking.
I usually do not leave reviews or anything. But I had an amazing barbecue burger. I don't usually leave posts, but this burger. Was Next level!!!! SO SO GOOD!! Please support this local owner who is trying hard to make it. Their food is amazing and fresh, they're the friendliest people.I've ever met.

Decided to try non-chain Pizza for once and was not disappointed. The Chef's Favourite has just become OUR favourite. We usually have left overs, not tonight.

The food was pretty good. We had the Greek Souvlaki and the Spanakopita with Greek salad. The rice wasn't great but the rest of the food was good. They had a cat robot carrying the food for the server, so that was interesting. Something you'd expect in a cafe in Japan, not an older restaurant in Lethbridge.

Great food. Service was quick and friendly. Place was a little quiet when we’re there which I usually see as a warning sign but this place was great.

Very hearty meal! Got the breakfast special with eggs over easy, hashbrowns with 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of sourdough toast for $9.95 with coffee included. Added sausages for $3. Stuffed!! Absolutely delicious! They also have an adorable robot that helps serve customers. Will be back for more!

My boyfriend and I came in for some dinner and coffee(s) a few weeks ago! We loved our experience, the service was wonderful and the food is super delicious. We would highly recommend the Greek food as the owner is originally from Greece. The chicken souvlaki was great and for dessert we split the portokalopita! A must try traditional greek orange and phyllo pastry dessert. My mouth is watering thinking about it! Σας ευχαριστώ!!! <3

The Keg Steakhouse + Bar in Lethbridge offers a stylish yet casual dining experience with classic steak and seafood dishes. The steaks and meats are well-cooked and delicious, while the drinks and atmosphere add to the overall experience. However, some patrons found that the side dishes needed improvement. Despite this, the service was excellent, with particular praise for a server named Greg.
Stop in at the Lethbridge Keg Restaurant location on a Thursday evening after work. This particular restaurant is well known by locals for its great service & consistently excellent food. I hadn't been here for about 4 months so the seasonal specials had changed. One of the new items is the Sea Bass so I decided to try that. Turns out that I made a great choice for an entree. My bartender was considerate enough to find me a lovely hot bread & butter starter then the dinner came out right on time. I generally order beef at this restaurant and salmon is the only other option I might consider. Well, this version of sea bass was a show stopper... Perfectly seasoned & cooked to perfection, it matched so nicely with the whipped butter potatoes. The service was first rate, the food was excellent and the hockey game was on as well. Fantastic night out!!! Bottom Line: 9.7 out of 10

I avoided this place as I thought it must be too expensive and only served mainly steak which I don’t eat. It was my birthday and my wife searched for a place that had a full lobster meal, not just the tail. We had a reservation and was seated well. Staff were wonderful and our server was a gem. We did not wait very long for our appetizer (lobster bisque was awesome). The meal was also not a long wait. I ate that whole lobster with ease and satisfaction. My wife ordered the lobster roll. As a side note, they have the BEST daiquiri in town. We were surprised at the bill which was lower than we expected. So for sure going back. They give you a free desert for your birthday too.

Absolutely loved the place. Service was amazing. The food was probably the best I've had in about 15 years. The atmosphere was great, not so dark you couldn't see but dim enough to make it relaxing. Would recommend that you come ready to stuff yourself.

We Enjoyed our meal here. My peppercorn steaks were nicely done. Love their selections of veggies too. Our server was very friendly. Great services and dinner as always at KEG when we don’t know where to go for steaks at a new location.

Air conditioning is too loud. The noise is like you’re in a plane! It’s not the best background for a romantic dinner. I loved the Lot 40 marshmallow cocktail! Scallops were perfect. (Appetizer) Plates nice and hot. Fries very good. Steak was cooked to perfection.

We were celebrating a special anniversary and went for steak and lobster. My wife's meal was excellent. My steak was a little under seasoned but not enough to send it back. We found a marvellous bottle of Medoc and I don't know how they were selling it for as little as their price. Overall a great experience. Billy Miner dessert was delicious as always.

This place was amazing! Passing through town I took a wrong turn and saw The Keg Steakhouse and decided to check it out. And it did not disappoint! First time eating here. The prime rib was cooked perfect. Amazing service. We sat outside in a shaded area but the inside had an awesome atmosphere. It was also reasonably priced. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. My wife and I loved it!
Michael K — Google review
if i could give a zero I would in all categories. My wife and i frequently visit the Keg in both Edmonton and Sherwood Park on a weekly basis you can tell the culture of the keg as an organization. Now we come to lethbridge. This is the worst experience i have ever had any any restaurant. I called at 8:09 to place my order. They close at 9pm. I asked to place the order and eat at the bar. I show up at 8:28 so still 30 mins before closing. The place may order to go fine. But no napkins no cutlery, no bread, no condiments NOTHING. Here was the cost $72.45…..:: For that. Lethbridge you need to demand better. Even Mcdonald’s gives you Napkins. Whoever the Manager on shift is needs to be let go as this in my mind for what you charge is unacceptable. I also got no reciept showing the prices. The rib steak in every other keg i’ve eaten in is $63. Very Disappointed from another wise great franchise. I guess the standards are much lower. Whoever the managers is i’m sitting in my room eating your crappy $72 steak with my hands. Thanks for a great night keg lethbridge.

Really enjoyed our fresh made Pronghorn pizza. You could actually taste the various ingredients. Wonderful, be back. I tried the Sunday special mystery beer in a bag for $4.00, got a Bow Valley IPA, not my first choice in beers BUT I really enjoyed it.

Pizza tasted abaolutely tasted amazing. Great crust flavor and just enough chewy and a little crisp. Sauce is tangy. Generous quality toppings and cheese. Also, a good selection of toppings to choose from too. Would have been 5 stars if your sizes were correct. But your sizing chart is wrong, as a self proclaimed pizza snob I will educate you on the proper sizes. Personal/Individual is 6-8 inches Small is 10 Inches Medium is 12 Inches. Large is 14-15 Inches Extra large is 16-18+ So you have Personals masquerading as Smalls, Smalls masquerading as Mediums, Mediums as Larges etc. I was trying to order 12 inch pizzas and didn't check that they were accurate so you ended up losing business...

Heard about this place from a few friends who have lived in Lethbridge— they said it was a MUST— and I am so happy we went! It’s a lot smaller inside than I would have guessed— the website said to make reservations, but we went early and was able to walk in. The server was amazing- joked around with us, made suggestions. The pizza—OMG! We tried three— the Kinda big dill, soprano and Italian Club. They were all so flavourful, fresh, and so so good!!!

Pizza is always great. Did have a little complication and got the wrong pizza but when we called back they were very patient with us and made us a whole new pizza and even delivered it. Such a wonderful place to dine in or out of.

Ok, there’re a few things to unpack here. First, the pizza is top notch! The pineapple on pizza debate is a last century topic(it 100% belongs on pizza), but allow me to introduce you to the newest pizza debate: pickle, mustard aioli, and 3 pork. You probably didn’t know you needed this combo on a pizza but I’m here to tell you’re haven’t lived a full life until you have tried this, and Two Guys has perfected this. Second, have you noticed that most pizza places with a gluten free crust tends to taste like cardboard? Not here. The collaboration with Care Bakery from Calgary for GF crust takes this to the next level. Third, the atmosphere is great! We will be back for more.
Jarom S — Google review
Amazing spot! They’ve got a huge selection of craft beers and wines, and the pizza is absolutely top-notch — so many options to choose from, plus lots of other great dishes, not just pizza. The atmosphere is super cozy — perfect for a quick lunch stop or an evening hangout with friends. Staff are friendly, service is fast, and prices are very reasonable. Definitely one of those places you keep coming back to! 🍕🍺🍷

Restaurant
Located in an old telegraph building, Telegraph Taphouse is a casual bar that offers a diverse menu of global cuisine and an extensive selection of craft beers. Situated in the heart of Downtown, this establishment has become a staple and is now part of the new festival square addition to the area. The pub boasts over 30 rotating beers on tap and features quirky decor with vintage luggage and old beer taps adorning the interior.
What a gem of a pub. I only had soup so can’t judge the food here other than to say the French onion soup was delicious. Rich and seasoned well. I tried the haskap cider as I don’t drink beer and I liked it so much I’m heading to Little Gem. Definitely go here if passing through Lethbridge - or if you live here. Service was also super friendly and efficient.

We're from out of town and staying in Lethbridge for the night. We chose The Telegraph for its atmosphere. We were greeted right away upon entering, and the staff were very friendly. We ordered a drink and shared the Kakuni. The dish was fine, though the coleslaw could have used a bit more seasoning. We sat at the bar, as we usually do, but I found the wooden bar stools to be uncomfortable. The space itself is small, but it does have a good-sized patio, which would be nice in the summer.

My bride and I were in the area and thought we'd give this place a go. The little downtown area was cute. There was no wait on a Tuesday afternoon about 5:30. We chose to sit outside. There were a few other couples and it was in the shade on a very warm afternoon. The staff was professional, attentive and took good care of us. The classic and bison burgers came out looking delicious and tasted the same. The beer menu was diverse and had a cider my bride enjoyed. The two beers I had were delicious. Thankful for the large selection. The downside was no fault of the establishment. Not sure how to be PC about it, but the state of the folks laying on the sidewalk nearby were like "Zombies". There was one that I would keep an eye on to make sure he was breathing, he was a few meters from our table. His "friends" kept checking on him as well. One approached the table as we ate, asking for food, the same happened to the couple next to us. One "Zombie" took an ATM/daily special sign and walked away with it from inside the building. Two of the young staff had to get it. As we walked the area, we discovered more "zombies". They were all over the cute park that was across the street. This could have been an enjoyable dinner date and stroll around the area. The food and drink were good and the staff was awesome. It saddened us that choosing to eat outside diminished the experience. As an outsider, we felt bad for the area and the Taphouse. It is unfortunate this is happening to an otherwise lovely town and we hope for the sake of the community something changes.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this fine establishment in Lethbridge last Saturday night. They were able to accommodate myself and 44 of my Dragon Boat Teammates while we were in town for the Lethbridge Festival. Everyone in our group found the food to be fantastic, the staff extremely accommodating and the overall atmosphere to be amazing. Thanks so much Mheng to you and your staff members. We look forward to our next visit!

We visited Telegraph Taphouse for Father’s Day brunch with our family, and overall had a great experience! The service was friendly and attentive. My husband ordered a burger with fries and French onion soup — he really enjoyed both. I had the eggs Benedict, which was very good, though I found the hollandaise sauce a bit bland. The atmosphere inside was cool, comfortable, and welcoming. We sat indoors since the patio was full, but the outdoor seating in Festival Square looks like it would be a fantastic spot during downtown events. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend checking it out!

Well it has been a few weeks since our visit. I have had the opportunity to have Sake out several times since visiting your establishment. I must say Sake is not served in a one oz portion, it is not a shot like Tequila. You always get 5 or 6 oz or more. At the 5 to 6 oz portion size you pay 8 to 14 dollars for top shelf. I tried to explain this to the server who explained it to the manager to no avail, I was not getting my money back, I should have refused it. They would not even listen as to how Sake is to be served. I feel I did not get listened to, they could have googled that little bit of information, I paid 8 dollars for 1 oz of Sake, that is highway robbery, no satisfaction, no consideration for customer. We were there to have several cocktails and drinks as we were walking. But not at that price. We will not be back again.

Bread Milk & Honey Cafe, affectionately known as BMH by locals, is a bustling and trendy downtown spot that offers a wide range of food and drink options. The cafe provides ample seating both indoors and outdoors, but due to its popularity, finding a seat can be challenging at times. Owned by the husband of a former family doctor in Lethbridge, this cafe has become a beloved part of the community.
My wife and I were hanging out in Lethbridge for the day getting our car serviced and we decide to check out the Bread Milk and Honey cafe, and we were glad that we did! It was hopping busy on a late Saturday afternoon, so we knew that it must be good. They have many sweet and savoury choices on their menu board to choose from. We ordered everything to go, but the cafe was clean, and well laid out, with lots of room for the staff to work behind the counter. There are many tables and chairs to stay in the cafe and have a coffee, a conversation and a tasty treat. The glass pastry displays still had a lot of choices, even late on a Saturday. We couldn’t just choose one and ordered a wide selection to take with us on the road. There are lots of drink choices as well; I had a lemonade and my wife had a coffee. Everything was carefully packaged as well. We tried the tiny lemon meringue tart, which was crisp and lemony, like a mini pie. The chocolate pie, which I couldn’t resist, looked so inviting and it had a thin, delicate crust and great chocolatey custard, that was delicious. My wife chose a blueberry muffin, that was full of berries and moist and a cheese scone, which was a little plain for her liking. The brownie was lovely, chocolatey and delicious as well, but the gluten free peanut butter bar was moist, but not to our liking. The overnight oats cup was crunchy with almonds, tasty and filling. All in all, a fantastic bakery to stay and enjoy their delicious fresh baking, in a fun, vibrant cafe, or to take your treats on the road with you.

What a great find! The hotel breakfast sucked, so we decided to check out Downtown for something to eat! Loved everything about Bread Milk & Honey! The staff are super friendly, my breakfast sandwich and my hubby’s breakfast burrito were so delicious and tasty and so were our coffees. The Café had lots of seating and really enjoyed the atmosphere! Will definitely come back here next time I’m in town.

Bread, Milk and Honey is a solid spot if you need to get some work done or catch up on emails. The vibe is chill and it’s easy to focus, whether you’re reading, working, or just hanging out with friends. I’d definitely stick to the drinks, they’re the highlight. Great place to post up for a couple hours and be productive (or not).

Really solid cafe in Lethbridge! Tons of seating, great light. The food was solid, very standard to what I’d expected from a coffee shop. Carrot cake a little dry, but the icing more than made up for it.

Bread Milk Honey has great food and drinks, but my experience was disappointing. The matcha tart was delicious, with a buttery crust and creamy filling topped with charming heart designs, and the coffee was smooth and well-made. However, my order was incorrect, and I couldn’t address it since I was in a rush for work. While the quality of their offerings is undeniable, the service slip left a sour note on an otherwise promising visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 Stars)

Americano is always good. Tried the Mocha Tart. Very hard tasty shell. Filling was a dense fudge like consistency. Was expecting a lighter custard filling and flakey buttery shell. Louder when busy

Good food and drinks but I was actually quite shocked when I was there this morning around 10am. My 7 year old accidentally spilled his full tea latte immediately after getting it all over his body (it was in a to-go cup as I asked but didn’t have a lid) and was screaming from the pain of the boiling water. I went up to grab ice and napkins etc and I looked at the staff. All three were looking at each other laughing and smirking. Maybe it wasn’t about my son, maybe it was but not one of them seemed to care one bit that a young child just dumped boiling hot tea all over and was screaming in pain from burning his entire chest and legs. One staff member did make him a new drink without being asked (she didn’t say anything. Just dropped it off and left) which I appreciated but I would suggest talking to your staff about being a little more human.

Visited this place on Black Friday to get discounts or their super deals but everything just overpriced and on that they are giving discounts which is so disappointing. No workers to help you on the main floor/first floor whole store was empty. I search almost everywhere to any worker who can direct me the right place where I can get the stuff I was looking for. The place is huge with no workers definitely need more staff to clean the mess. Fitting rooms are pretty messy sharp pins everywhere, the rooms are not open need to find the worker who have keys to open the rooms. After spending 1.30hr just buy men’s shorts and we left the place. 90min free parking available (need to take tickets at door). Just a regular price so don’t expect that you will get huge discount. The collection is good! So if you are looking for nice decent clothing it’s a nice place(but feel pricey after discount) give it a try!

As a former Bay employee years ago that worked in the beauty department in a big city, I was shocked at the condition and how run down this bay was. It did not seem like a bay store at all!!! Everything from the bathroom which was locked and you had to track down an employee to open it with 4/5 stalls that was out of order to the messy disastrous store and employees that were busy chatting together but they did smile and greet us, it was completely dead and I see why. Not only does this store need a major renovation as everything was beyond rundown but they also need to move to Park Place or a location that is way busier to stay afloat. That’s too bad that department stores are dying as I really enjoy shopping at a nice, prestigious one that carry nice quality brands.

I visited Hudson's Bay during their highly anticipated closing sale, expecting deep discounts. Instead, I found the prices to be surprisingly high, with many items not even marked down significantly. The lack of clear signage and communication about the sale's start date added to the frustration. It felt like false advertising, as many shoppers were misled about the sale's timing and discounts. The overall experience was underwhelming, especially considering the nostalgia and emotional value many have for this iconic Canadian retailer. The sale felt more like a regular clearance event rather than a true liquidation sale
Miguel P — Google review
We went on March 22nd There is certainly no sales yet, and things are still way over priced like they always were.
Marilynn B — Google review
I was very disappointed after our visit today. The store uses BIG discount advertising, and when you come to pay your items, they simply DOESN'T honore their advertising. We had a president letter with 25% off, and also they have a promotion "Buy more save more" ( spend $250 to get an additional 40% off). Our bill was $600+ and we literally spent one hour because the cashier was trying to help but couldn't figure out why we aren't getting all the discounts. In the end, another person came, I was told that our watches are excluded from the promotion, while they have the sign on the shelf that our watches are under promotion. I have attached the picture. We didn't want/ need to buy the watches and we have decided to buy them because of the promotion. I ended up paying our bill because I didn't want to leave my wife upset. It's seems to be a good sale strategy, I saw another 2 people were trying to get the discount as per advertisement, and another person only received a discount after she asked for it. What a mess... Always check your prices in this store!
Dmytro V — Google review
Good clothes, especially with the discounts since they will, unfortunately, be closing, and very good service, especially from the older, fancy staff member. Sorry, I forgot his name he's excellent.

Retail prices at Hudson Bay have been inflated beyond reason for many years, no wonder they are not viable. Their fire sale pricing is laughable. Brand name shoes available at Winners for $40 are marked as reg $98, now on sale $75. I could go on, suffice to say Nothing has changed.

Indian Battle Park, situated in Lethbridge, Alberta, is a significant historical site marking the 1870 conflict between the Blackfoot and Cree Nations. Nestled along the Oldman River, this expansive park seamlessly blends natural beauty with cultural heritage. Visitors can explore riverfront trails, verdant surroundings, and captivating coulee vistas. The park offers 5.0 km of river-bottom trails for hiking and walking, as well as picnic areas for both booked and drop-in options.
Indian Battle Park in Lethbridge is a beautiful spot to spend the day. The trails take you up to an amazing lookout with a perfect view of the High Level Bridge and the surrounding hills. It’s a bit of a climb, but totally worth it for the scenery. The picnic areas, like the Baroness Picnic Shelter, are great for hanging out with family or friends. They’re clean, well-maintained, and easy to get to thanks to the paved paths. The park has a calm, peaceful vibe, and there’s plenty of space to explore or just relax. Whether you’re into hiking, picnicking, or just enjoying the outdoors, Indian Battle Park is definitely worth a visit!

Amazing place to have a wonderful day, beautiful views, play ground for the little ones, biking paths and the incredible Lethbridge Viaduct.

This visit to Lethbridge we made time for a fairly quick drive around the park. So much to see. I saw playground areas; and there is the fort and a nature house to visit next as well as many different kinds of trails to use. We had walked by the train trestle before, but from the west side. Look forward to spending a day next visit when it's not winter. There is ample parking in different areas.

Incredible! World's longest Trestle Bridge! Deer bounding around us and coolies as far as you can see. Incredible history and hiking amidst the fourth largest city in AB!!

Nice hike on a good day. Lots of people, children, families, couples were out. I got to see deers and it was epic. Everything in the area is laid out so well. Lots of places to see around. Location wise too right in the heart of downtown still at a distance.

Pretty cool place to walk around early morning or evening around 7s. Walking trails were on pretty good condition. You may able to see Deer around the park. Multiple places are available to park your car . Have enough playground for kids.I don't remember seeing it. I don't remember seeing it.

Beautiful and full of history explained in the signs on the trails and also at the museum, different parking places available with a lot of parking spots, play grounds, bbq places, fire places, you can walk all the way to the Oldman river that have some little rocky beaches, and observe from different perspectives the train bridge that is amazing 🤩

Whether we walk down the river by the bridge, walk around the park or walk up the stairs by the coulee to enjoy the beautiful view at the top, any time of the year is always a great time.

Blanco Cantina is a vibrant restaurant that offers a fiesta vibe and serves up a variety of margaritas and delicious Mexican dishes. The menu features an array of favorites such as tacos, nachos, burritos, quesadillas, and their famous guacamole. Guests can enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere and quick, friendly service. The classic margaritas are perfect for pairing with the satisfying burritos or the happy hour special on tacos.
We had a fantastic experience at this taco spot! Malcolm greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm — he made us feel right at home. His recommendations were absolutely on point: the Baja shrimp, double shrimp, spicy chicken tacos, and more… each bite was bursting with flavor. And the Grapefruit Jarritos? The perfect refreshing touch to the meal. Exceptional service, delicious food — definitely a 5-star visit!

We stopped in for a few drinks and a snack. We sat at the bar, where the bartender greeted us promptly—he was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The main floor was fairly quiet, though it was still before 6:00 PM. I had a lime margarita on the rocks, which was perfect, and my husband had a couple of IPAs. We shared the Blanco nachos with guacamole and braised beef, and they were really good—generous portions and great flavor. A great spot for a casual stop-in with quality drinks and tasty food.
Trena K — Google review
The service and food were amazing. I had the taco salad with beef, and it had to be the best taco salad I had. Other orders were dirty fries, beef quesadilla, and avocado chicken wrap, and everyone was very happy with the food. The classic margaritas were a little disappointing as they tasted watered down and not something I would crave for or run out to buy.
Rhonda M — Google review
We had such a fantastic experience at Blanco Cantina, thanks to our amazing server, Emma! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The table-side guacamole was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and such a fun touch—and the margaritas were hands-down some of the best we've ever had. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating and kind Emma was with the young children at our table. She went out of her way to make sure they were comfortable and happy, engaging with them and even making them laugh. It absolutely brightened their day—and ours! Thank you, Emma, for your exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!

Blanco Cantina is one of my favorite spots to hang out. The food is always fresh and flavorful with lots of variety, and the atmosphere has such good energy. The patio/deck is amazing on a nice day, perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks with friends. Julio at the bar really makes the experience even better. He’s friendly, quick, and always has a great recommendation. He makes everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Between the vibe, the food, and the service, it’s an easy 5 stars.

We went for lunch today and the food was good, the chicken on one dish was over cooked to the point is was charred. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Tacos and let me tell you they were SPICY!!!!!!! Our server told me that but I like spicy but these were very hot. Great flavour just a little too much for me. Expensive for the amount of food. We will go back for sure.
Layne W — Google review
We stopped in there Saturday afternoon for lunch and the only problem is I couldn't give more than five stars. The food was absolutely amazing and I can tell you that our server Gwen hands down provided the best service that we have ever experienced in Lethbridge since moving here 5 years ago. It's one thing to go somewhere and have great food but when you have great service that just adds to the experience. Great job Gwen, not just because of the food but because of you we will definitely be back

Pizza restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Lethbridge, Alberta, Top Pizza & Spaghetti House is a delightful eatery that brings together the rich flavors of Italian cuisine with a warm and inviting atmosphere. This family-owned establishment has been serving up delicious pizza and pasta since 1969, making it a beloved choice for both locals and travelers alike. With an extensive menu featuring everything from classic cheese pizzas to hearty spaghetti dishes, there's something to satisfy every palate.
We (four of us) had three types of pizza: 12" Diavola (normally a Detroit style, but we ask for it in a 12" style instead) 12" Louis Pizza 10" Detroit style pizza - The Motor City Pizzas was amazing and not greasy. Cooked perfectly! Service was very good and friendly.
Tony Q — Google review
Nothing special. The pizza here is good but not great. The toppings were tasty and satisfying and the pizza crust was really good but overall it's really basic. The crazy thing is the price. We ended up getting the family special (only available Sunday to Thursday) and for 49$ we got two medium 2 topping pizzas with pizza bread. It was pretty good but the 2 toppings was limiting. If we hadn't gotten this deal the 2 medium pizzas by themselves would have been almost 60$! The interior of the restaurant is very dated and the service was lacking. Again, not bad but not great either. If you love this place that's great but I think there are other better pizza restaurants.
Melissa J — Google review
Great food and friendly staff. The portions are well worth the prices. This place has the best bread for garlic & cheese bread as it’s homemade in house. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great lasagna. I found my favourite spot in Lethbridge. Thank you for the delicious super☺️

Great service, friendly staff, came in at the the end of the night, but they were happy to serve us. Had baked lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs. Everyone enjoyed their meals, definitely worth a visit!

One of the better pizza restaurants in Lethbridge. Since 1969. Been buying pizzas just as long. Same great pizza sauce and generous toppings. Very good crust. Service is top notch. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Friendly staff and she suggested the special of the day. Restaurant was very clean. Lots of tables. Drove home and dived into the all meat, medium pizza with tomato’s on the side. And to Top in off I have a few pieces for lunch tomorrow. Can’t wait it was so good. Definitely will be back for another great pizza. Tuesday the special was Lasagna and spaghetti.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for lunch today. The pizza was beyond good as usual.... the price left a pretty sour taste. $89 including delivery is gross... didn't tip (sorry) figured the $9 for delivery ought to cover it.

still the best pizza in lethbridge hands down... the cheese is something special, its not greasy like other places. You get what you pay for when it comes to pizza and this place is no exception, A+
Carl B — Google review
I ordered 1 medium all meat and 1 detroit style pizza. It was overwhelmingly disappointing, I had heard this is one of best pizza places in town. It is incredibly expensive for what you get, I personally will not be ordering from them again. Do yourself a favor and order two guys, you'll probably save at least 15 bucks.

Ramen restaurant
KOKO Japanese Restaurant, located in the heart of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, is a cozy spot offering a diverse menu that combines traditional Japanese flavors with a modern twist. Despite its unassuming exterior, this restaurant is known for its succulent sushi, sizzling teppanyaki dishes, and savory ramen. While the atmosphere may not be extravagant, the food speaks for itself – it's described as homey and fresh, reminiscent of dining at a humble Japanese grandmother's house.
Koko Japanese Restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Lethbridge! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This cozy spot delivers an authentic Japanese dining experience that exceeded all expectations. The moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the clean, inviting atmosphere. The star of the show was undoubtedly the food. Their well-cooked chicken was tender and bursting with flavor, while the fried salmon was crispy perfection. The complete meal, including a fresh salad and comforting miso soup, showcased the chef’s attention to detail. Service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. For the quality and portion sizes, the prices are more than fair. If you’re craving genuine Japanese cuisine in Lethbridge, look no further than this hidden gem. Koko is a must-visit!

Great food, great service. The kind of place you don’t want to tell anyone about because you want to keep it to yourself. But everyone deserves to know about and try Koko. There’s a great variety, and while you won’t find a hamburger anywhere on the menu even a picky eater should find something they like and those with more adventurous tastes will find enough options to warrant returning again and again. And to top it off Koko still remembers when appetizers cost less than an entree. If you work downtown and haven’t stopped in for lunch you’re missing out.

10/10 restaurant. Everything you can order here is amazing and meticulously created with care and experience. Lovely people, and so inexpensive for what you get! For being a top tier restaurant in terms of taste, presentation and service its incredibly inexpensive and honestly I could eat here daily.

The food is fantastic! Son serves and mother cooks . . . I've been to Koko a few times, and the food I've tried has yet to disappoint. Service is a little slower than some would like, but I believe the tasty dishes make up for that. Portions are just right, and the prices are reasonable.

Barbecue restaurant
Hickory Street is a culinary gem that has captured the hearts of food lovers in Lethbridge. Originally starting as a humble food truck, this establishment quickly gained popularity for its mouthwatering North American fare, particularly its Southern BBQ offerings. Diners rave about the pulled pork sandwiches and brisket, which are perfectly complemented by sides like coleslaw and mac and cheese. The atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly staff ready to recommend their favorite dishes.
Great first impression! Service was quick and friendly! Prices are the norm for BBQ. Brisket was great! Pig Candy was worth trying for sure. Mac n cheese, cornbread, and slaw were all good as well. Tried the butter cake for dessert, was delicious! Will definitely be back to try some of the sandwiches, they look really good 😋
Tyler F — Google review
Friendly Staff & cool atmosphere I had the Southern sampler. I substituted the beans and potato salad for Mac and cheese. The Ribs were good. Tender and fall off the bone. Brisket was very dry. pulled pork had a nice bbq sauce pig candy wasn’t as good as the description said. Mac and cheese was lukewarm Was really hoping for a great experience seeing the pictures and reviews. Maybe an off day?

I came in for lunch and had a great visit. The server at the front was very helpful and gave me a great recommendation. The pulled pork sandwich was really delicious and I liked the coleslaw and mac and cheese. I got the pig candy to go and we reheated it for supper and that was Mouthwatering and addictive! It's nice to have a delicious BBQ place in town. I can't wait to come back for the brisket!
Melissa J — Google review
I had really high hopes for this place seeing the 4.7 star rating and unique items on the menu (Armadillo eggs!). We came at 7 PM on a Friday night and the place was mostly empty. I have had BBQ in several states (Missouri, North Carolina, Michigan, Georgia, Florida) so I don't consider myself a newbie on the cuisine. Walked up to order and asked if they had run out of any items seeing as the day was almost done and was told no. I should have recognized the red flag (hint to Canadians: good BBQ places in the States sell out) but dismissed it. Ordered the mac and cheese with pulled pork on top, Went back to the patio (which is definitely nice for a summer evening) and realized I forgot to order the cornbread. Went back and saw them making my food by scooping out two cups of mac and cheese (intended to be side dishes) into a bowl and then putting the meat on top. All in all, the food was lukewarm and not at all comparable to absolute gems I've found operating out of the backs of convenience stores where I'm the only white dude who has been that day. Perhaps my expectations were too high but properly warm food isn't a crazy bar to clear. $56 (inc GST) for two people.
Jordan M — Google review
Holy F***, definitely coming back. Nice family restaurant with delicious southern style bbq. We got the "Tex", "Porkupine", and the "Pig Candy". All the meat was cooked and seasoned great. Sandwiches were filling and left us more than happy. Definitely worth a try.

Popped into Hickory Streets new location in Lethbridge this evening with my notoriously picky daughter. We loved every bite! The brisket was incredibly tasty, and wonderfully paired with a delicious sauce. My daughter had the ribs and picked every last morsel off the bones. We finished off by splitting a very nice caramel bacon brownie. Thanks so much for the lovely meal!
Gary W — Google review
Real BBQ by a chef that understands her craft. Pros - fatty side of the brisket - burnt ends - beans (her mom's recipe) - coleslaw (so homemade and delicious) - that gooey butter cake thing Cons - didn't find out about the back patio until after the meal (would have loved to eat out there) - the husband didn't fill the pop machine syrups so 3/8 were not operational (Tish Tish) - I wish I would have come earlier in the day for fresher ribs Can see why people love this so much. It's as far from a "strip mall BBQ joint" as you can get and more akin to that neighbourhood pitmaster who only sells on Sundays and sells out everytime. Well done.
Chad D — Google review
Excellent food. 4 of us all ordered different items and everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Fresh cornbread muffins topped it all off. Service was a little confusing, asked for water but after waiting we realized we had to help ourselves. Good coffee, good beer. Once again I remembered to take the photos half way through eating but it was that good we couldn’t wait!

Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden is a tranquil oasis that seamlessly blends Japanese and Canadian landscaping styles, featuring water elements, woodlands, and open meadows. Situated in Henderson Lake Park on Mayor Magrath Drive, this garden was established in 1967 to commemorate Canada's centennial year. It stands as a tribute to the resilience of Japanese Canadians who faced adversity during World War II when they were unjustly placed in internment camps far from their homes.
This is such a beautiful and peaceful place. It has such a calm feel as you walk around the path. The staff is so friendly. We were there when they had the music in the building. It was fantastic. You can either take your shoes off or put on shoe covers to go inside. We had the festival package so we went to Cleo's Cafe to get our free cookie and free drink. This is definitely a place you need to visit.
Donna S — Google review
A calm and beautiful place to spend time. Although the park is relatively small, it offers several picturesque spots that are perfect for taking photos. The exhibits sharing the history of Japanese individuals who lost their lives in World War II were both informative and moving. The display of the soldiers’ war attire added a meaningful perspective. The large bell was a highlight — ringing it was a unique and memorable experience. Overall, the park was very clean and thoughtfully maintained. A lovely place to visit and reflect.
GANESH R — Google review
Beautiful and quiet garden, worth at least one visit. It was smaller than I was expecting, but they use the space well. Staff is friendly.
Tommy N — Google review
Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The garden itself is a little smaller than expected and a bit pricey, but the experience makes up for it. We enjoyed Japanese calligraphy, homemade tea, and learning about the culture. The staff were so kind and patient, and you can even rent a traditional dress for $30. A lovely cultural experience in Lethbridge!
Patel K — Google review
Can't say enough great things about this park. It's so well maintained, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The audio tour was well done and even though the link posted didn’t work for me, it was easy enough to navigate to the page to find the audio tour. The history of the park was so interesting to learn and it was fascinating to find out that the park has incorporated local trees and rocks to create the garden. I'm inspired to start my own small garden one day! It was educational to find out that the ponds at the garden had had carp in them one year until the local birds of prey ate them all. So if you find yourself also wondering if anyone thought of stocking the ponds with fish, well now we all know why there are currently no fish in them! I brought my mom when the pavillon was playing Japanese cat videos in honor of international cat day and somehow we found ourselves standing in our bare feet mesmerized by the cat videos for over 15 min. It was a magical experience. I can't wait to come back.

Very nice just a lot smaller than I thought it was . It was a little Bit pricey for the amount of time we spent in here but I was a nice walk around. Lots of nice places to sit but be careful there was a lot of hornets . Would definitely go again when they have there holiday lights up!

This place is great. Stopped in with my wife 2 and 4 year old boys. Security checks all bags at the front which seems unusual but probably in everyone's best interest for safety. Clean, well maintained and the water is warm. Bring shade such as an umbrella or beach tent and snacks!

We had a great Father's day here with the kids! The pool was a great temperature, and the kids loved the slide! I wish there was a bit more shade, and maybe some seating areas. There is a huge locker room with plenty of space to shower and get changed. Definitely coming back! 🏊‍♀️🩵

My adult son and I went yesterday ( July 23 ) after driving down from Calgary. Nothing like the Henderson Lake pool in Calgary . It was worth the drive as my first time here in 4 years. Like the previous 2 or 3 visits, we enjoyed it here very much, be it in the pools, on the watersides, or relaxing out of the water in the sun or shade . The water was excellent . Great value as only $ 12.25 for an adult and senior, including GST . Plus, it was only 25 cents for a locker in the nice, clean change room , unlike the filthy one when we were at Sylvan Lake 2 weeks ago . Also , free parking is very nice, unlike in Sylvan, where they charge $3 per hour and you can not use cash or debit anymore there. The staff here is very nice as well. A delightful late afternoon into early evening here and highly recommended.

Summer is here Henderson pool is a great place to take your family. Customer service is on point, lifeguards all over to rescue in case of unforeseen situations. Fees ranges from $4.25 to $17.00 for families. Kids age 0-2 is free. Love the neatness of the place. Kids and adults will enjoy the slides
Queen M — Google review
Worst experience ever at this pool! No notice of opening late 1pm instead of 12pm on Monday, nothing posted on the doors people lined up for an hour outside, very limited parking available onsite, ridiculous bag check line (no signs posted at all what is not allowed) but if they find something they don’t like it not like we will take it or you have to leave it in the car they simply turn you away for the day and won’t let you enter the pool. Nothing on their website posted about this either! It’s ridiculous! They don’t care about people for sure. Sad to see how poor their management and communication is!
JP H — Google review
Lifeguards were beyond ridiculous around the rules of what they considered safety, but it was still fun for the kids. For some reason they don't allow backflips on the diving board which my be the only place in Canada that does this. Go in expecting to be yelled at for existing by some over zealous enraged teenagers. Decent pool though.
Mitch H — Google review
Had a great time with family at this outdoor pool. The pool and the change rooms are clean and there are lots of things to keep the kids entertained. Definitely worth a visit!
Sead T — Google review
Me and my friend went to this disgusting pool and left in under 5 minutes because someone took a MASSIVE poop in the pool, we only had time to dip our heads in the pool then get out. They didn’t even drain the pool, they just netted it out and then said it was gonna be ready in an hour and that is disgusting we just left after that so that was a BIG disappointment and waste of money. Plus the changing rooms were so unsanitary with the bathroom toilets unflushed.

Located at the intersection of Crowsnest Highway and 43rd St. SW, Coulee Taproom offers a wide selection of local beers and delicious food. While their own on-site brewed beers were not available during the visit, they feature draught offerings from various breweries across Alberta. Visitors can opt for a beer flight to sample multiple brews at once, with the iconic High Level Bridge carved into the side. The outdoor patio, although small, provides a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying drinks and meals.
Had a great time here, staff super friendly and the facilities are very nice. Food was delicious, I got a flight to try 4 beers, I only liked 1 but that's the joy of getting flights you get to try lots of different beers and you don't have a big glass of it. Vibe was super cool. I definitely recommend stopping by for a beer and eating some food! My burger was so good I forgot to take a picture and destroyed that burger. 😂 🍔

Very nice brewery with outside patio and decor. Selection of beer was great and tasty. We ordered appetizer (3 little pigs) and was pleasantly surprised by its size and pizza was huge for even 2 people to share. Service was a bit slower and sometimes confused (too many servers for one table). Otherwise everything was great and its worth to visit. Would definitely go back again.
Veronika E — Google review
So the less loved things are at the start of this list as their aren't many! -The outdoor patio is too small. I say that because it was full and we couldn't sit out there. I imagine there are more tables non pandemic times which is why no stars were docked! -As someone who no longer drinks alcoholic beverages, I would appreciate more non alcoholic options. Maybe a craft non alcoholic beer of some sort... could potentially be made in house... let me know if it happens, I will come try it!! I enjoyed the Grizzly Paw soda but would have enjoyed a non-alcoholic beer with my happy hour wings! Thats it for the things I hope to see change. On to the postives: -Menu is innovative, diverse and has ample options for all appetites. -Alberta beef, that is always a plus for me. -Service was fantastic! -Food was hot, accurate to the order and tasted great. Sauces seem to be made in house? I didn't ask about that, however they were good!! -Music volume was great and set a really comfortable atmosphere that encouraged socializing with the other patrons at my table. It also made it easy to hear the server! -Being able to see into the brewery while dining made for an interesting and more unique dining experience. -Restaraunt is kid friendly complete with limited kids menu! -Locally owned Tldr great food, great service, good atmosphere, locally owned, supports other local vendors. In the words of John Catucci "You Gotta Eat Here!!"

One of the trendiest craft breweries in all of Alberta! From the open window brew rooms, the rustic vibe, large screen tv’s - all the way to the merch section and menu, we were smitten. Being here felt like being back home in Ontario, where there are 3 times as many breweries. I cannot recommend Coulee Tap Room enough.

Great place just off Hwy 3, and worth a visit! So cool that they are reviving Canadian brew, but the menu is classic American. It would be neat if they incorporated more Canadian style food as well. Bonus: they have a free phone charging station!

The new fried chicken open face sandwich was excellent and a generous portion! I appreciate any Caesar salad with REAL bacon bits. My only comment is that an open face sandwich like this that requires a knife and fork to eat, shouldn’t been served on a sheet of paper over a tin dish. The paper didn’t take long to tear through and get soggy from the sauce and I wonder how much paper I ingested. Servers were friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Nice to eat somewhere that isn’t a chain when traveling and staying in hotels. Will return when I am back in town.

The food was absolutely disgusting. The house made "beer cheese sauce" consisted of either Cheese Whiz or Velveeta that began hardening in front of our eyes. The pretzel bites were what seemed to be under-cooked Pillsbury dough with some garlic salt; which were also served with the elegant "beer cheese sauce." I do appreciate the atmosphere that the owners are going for, however the menu needs a complete overhaul and the quality of preparation must change. I did enjoy the beer... So, for now folks, stick with the drink menu.

I placed an order for some kids meals and an adult meal as we were staying at one of the hotels close by. I looked at the menus they had online and ordered 2 kids fish n chips, kids chicken fingers and a entree salad. When I arrived to pick up the order, they proceeded to charge me for 2 adult fish n chips instead of the kids version. They explained that there was no kids fish n chips(even though it was on the kids menu). I said I would take one of the adult sized fish n chips, I didn't need 2 full sized orders. I paid for everything, went to my hotel room, only to find that the fish n chips was a KIDS sized portion, even though I paid full price. I was shocked. After a long day of travelling, I didn't want to return to argue with the 2 waitresses. The whole meal was not good. The salad I ordered was brown. And their supposed homemade fries.....not homemade as you can see in the picture. These 2 meals, are exactly the same portion , but I paid $19 for one and $9 for the other......which actually on their website says the kids meals are $7. Not impressed, don't recommend this place at all.

ENMAX Centre is a well-managed and progressive venue that offers a great experience for sports and entertainment events. The arena has friendly staff, certified show crews, and reliable service. It's known for attracting big crowds who enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, exhibition shows, and concerts. The facility is clean with good security measures in place. While some visitors found the food prices marked up but still reasonable, others felt that certain items like water were overpriced.
First time I attended a hockey game. We watched time Hurricanes play Medicine Hat and the Hurricanes won 4 to 3. It was the teddy bear toss and very enjoyable.

This is the home of the whl team lethbridge hurricanes. In this facility there is very few seats that are not very good in my opinion. For hockey be careful of the front row behind any of the benches. If your plus sized you will find most seats kinda squishy, specially in any of the corners.

If you ever see a big entertainer coming to play Lethbridge arena it is so worth the trip. Small venue great sound. So recommend it. Also Darius Rucker was very entertaining.

Attended a PBR event here recently, the event was well organized we had great seats, our only challenge was when we asked for directions to prepaid dinner upstairs,….staff at the door had no idea what we were talking about. Having not been here before it was a real challenge getting to where we needed to be.

Like 3.5 stars. It's cool the venue is as big as it is. Paying for parking is a bit of a ball ache. Seats are way too small. Classic over charge for beer, but what else is new. They get some awesome talent. Really great shows

Saw my first Hockey game with my boyfriend! We didn't know where our seats were & a man who worked at the stadium helped us find them. A lovely gentleman gave us his seats cause we had standing ones and he had extra. Canadians are super friendly & make this Aussie gal feel at home 😊😊

Went to see a curling game Sweden vs Japan. It's a very clean arena. Staff are friendly, but paid $3.25 for a bottle of water, that part sucked. Enjoyed the game. Sweden won 8-2

Came here for a cirque de soleil event. Purchasing tickets was easy, lots of free parking, showing tickets and entering was very quick. They had a great selection at the concession very good and prices were high but not astronomical. We had no trouble finding our seats. The show was lovely, sounds and lights were great.

Beer and seltzers were great ! I came to visit canada for the first time driving with my dog and i alone. I came from utah! Well it was very different kind of scene! It was very chill, laid back, i felt safe being a woman alone. I was able to let loose and drink more than i normally do and have fun! The owner i believe her name was kelsi was super attentive, very nice, she kept checking on me to make sure i was ok or if i needed anything. My dog was relaxed she gave him some water. There was an event when i went and there was music and i had a blast ! When i visit again in the fall ill be sure to come back and say hi!!! I appreciated your hospitality ! There is a pizza place next to them in the same spot which is very good !! I Support small companies :)

Fun place to try different local beers. This was my first time so I opted to get a beer flight. I wasn’t sure which beers to try so I asked the friendly server and since I liked all styles of beers I let her pick for me. I ended up with a Matcha Pale Ale, Octoberfest Altbier, Bucket Chem and Sa #2 IPA. The Matcha and Octoberfest were my favourites and ended up getting a pint of the Matcha to go with my pizza from Vesano which is also in the brewery. The beer flight was served in fun and unique test tubes.

We're on a tour of the southern Alberta ale trail and happened in on their new suds n' science Tuesday night. Great concept to have folks come out to give a low stakes lecture on what they're researching. Needless to say, the beer is fantastic. The Hefeweizen hit just right, super tasty. The perogies and nalisniki from the D&N kitchen joined to the bar are also top notch. As someone with a Ukrainian Baba, it's difficult to find perogies that approach our homemade ones, but these do.

Lethbridge Nature Reserve, situated on the east side of the Oldman River and north of the High Level Bridge, offers a great opportunity to explore trails surrounded by cottonwood trees. The Helen Schuler Nature Centre features unique and interactive exhibits for visitors to enjoy. The area is known for its picturesque walking trails with informative signs, offering breathtaking views of the historic bridge built in 1907. It's a family-friendly spot where you might encounter wildlife like whitetail deer and various bird species.
We love visiting the bridge and are in awe of the size of the structure and fascinated by the timeline in which it was built and the history behind it. We visited the Helen Schuler Nature Centre, very informative of the surrounding areas.

Magnificently varied, and contains dozens of trail and walking combinations. The ever-changing elements are awe inspiring, and specifically if you catch a view of the large family of deer in the area. I was surprised to hike through the bad lands, along a rocky beach, and on sand ledges, all in one journey!

Very nice area, lots of great walking trails with signs. The bridge was built in 1907 and took less than a year to build. 4 people died during it's construction. This was the highlight of some of the walks and it was breathtaking. Knowing it's the largest and highest of it's kind in the world makes it even more spectacular. The gazebo was closed off and there wasn't a bench at the top to sit on but there were plenty of benches a quarter of the way up and half way. Great views and engineering marvel.

We love going here for walks, there’s always so much wildlife! From the tiniest of bugs to huge white tails 😁

This place is awesome. Just be aware of snakes. My wife almost stepped on one. There are lots of animals and deers. I almost made a deer friend once. We also saw 3 deers running across the path as if chased by someone. We thought it may be a cougar. But couldn't see any. Nevertheless, this place just by the river so close to the city is a nature lover's dream.

We have arrived to the hotel late and found on Google Maps that this restaurant is close by and opens later than other restaurants. We got a few things for to go and when I arrived to pick up the food, I was told the food was almost ready so I just sat at the waiting area in the front and waited. The restaurant seemed nice and clean and has plenty of seating. The staff were friendly. For Prime Rib Dip with fries and truffle aioli sauce, the prime rib and the bun was alright. Some fries were pretty hard and not edible. Truffle aioli sauce was good. We just wish they had marked the dipping sauce on the container because we did not know what it was for until after the food was finished. AAA Alberta Beef Sirloin was done right as requested and flavor was there. We decided not to even dip with the jalapeños infused salt and chimichurri topping that comes with it because it would become too salty. The order comes with 2 sides. We got linguini and salad which were a bit smaller portions than we expected. Atlantic Salmon doesn’t come with any sides. The salmon and the risotto were WAY TOO SALTY which was very disappointing because they both were the main thing of the dish. Not sure if all these problems were because we placed orders within the hour of the closing time and they were rushing to finish up. Anyway, for over $100, we don’t think it was worth the money.
Phenchan N — Google review
Incredibly LACKLUSTRE food. This menu must have been designed by people with no tastebuds. My general rule for trying a new restaurant is it has to have at least 4.4 out of 5 stars. I wish I had trusted my gut with Brickstone and gone somewhere else. I ordered the Paul’s Creole Chicken and my husband ordered the Mac and Cheese and added cheese toast. Paul’s creole chicken had a spicy symbol next to it on the menu. I didn’t taste anything spicy on that sandwich. It was also supposed to have garlic rosemary fries as well. They were so bland. The waitress brought me a little container of more seasoning but it wouldn’t stick to the “cooked a while ago” fries. Maybe if they had given me fresh fries and sprinkled the seasoning on right away. I wish she would have offered. My husband’s Mac and cheese had a funny after taste and the cheese bread was lacklustre. Now we can say we tried it but definitely don’t plan on eating here again. 👎

We started with the Ahi tuna and chips , highly recommended this appetizer . Chicken marsala which is always a go to for my wife, she found it a little on the sweet side but good enough to take the leftover home. I had the beer battered fish it was good but just a little oily and thin fillets good non the less. I didn’t need the extra piece of fish, 2 was enough. Drinks were fantastic. Keep up the good work, can’t wait to try something else on the menu.. maybe the steak. It looks so good.

Friendly staff! Nice restaurant! I had the prime rib dip tasted good. I originally wanted to get the Rib eye 12oz from looking at the website but unfortunately when I went there at 1:40 I was told it’s only available at 4:00. Steaks should be available at lunch but I’m guessing not everyone is ordering them?
John P — Google review
Came here for the first time with my husband for my birthday. We each ordered a 12oz ribeye with 2 sides and few cocktails. We really enjoyed the toppers and infused salts for the steaks. All the food was really good however, it was overshadowed by terrible service. We weren’t given drink menus when seated. We had to wait awhile for the waitress to come by so we could request the drink menu. Approximately 30 minutes after being seated, the waitress finally brought my husbands drink and brought me somebody else’s empty dirty cup…. I asked if the bartender could make a French 75 and was told no despite having all the ingredients. After ordering other cocktails I realized the Empress Sour was VERY close to the cocktail I requested, however it was not suggested as an alternative. Overall the service was lacking and not attentive. Nearly impossible to flag down the waitress. While not an issue that can be fixed by staff, I was also surprised about how loud the restaurant was.

Tonight, my mother and I visited Brickstone for a nightcap. The restaurant meal and drink prices were a little more than we expected, but the quality of the food proved the price was fair. Cooper was our server, and we can't say anything bad about him. Mum says that he was "bloody fantastic." He was warm and pleasant and very helpful and speedy with every request that we had. I had a wonderful coconut keylime margarita. Wow!!👌

I’m usually not one to write reviews, but our hostess, who said that her name was Payton, was the best part of our experience at this restaurant. She was so sweet and attentive when bringing water and took our drink orders despite not even being our server. She did amazing work! If you're on the hunt for a delightful pizza experience, look no further than Pizza 73! This popular spot offers an array of mouthwatering options, from their classic meat lovers and pepperoni pizzas to tantalizing wings and crispy curly fries. Diners rave about the fresh toppings and perfectly baked crusts that strike a balance between lightness and crispiness. The flavorful sauce adds just the right amount of zing, making every bite memorable.
Yesterday I went to pizza 73 with my friends. Lady with blonde hair was super nice. She recommended me their vegetarian pizza with butter chicken sauce on the base. I literally love that pizza it was delicious. Overall experience was great. Must Visit Place if you’re looking for good pizza.

Update: No respect for the owner. I emailed as was requested by the owner. Apparently that was so you as the potential customer would think they care. Three emails later I've had no response except some junk survey. Got the XXL 3 topping pizza (bacon, pineapple, mushroom), easy sauce. Not my favorite pizza ever BUT this was respectable, especially with regards to price. I will however strongly suggest you pay the $4 for extra cheese: generally stingy with cheese on all their pizzas. It's a damn large pizza for 24 bucks, this includes the extra cheese. My other critique is I wish they had cut the slices smaller. Delivery driver was pleasant and the food arrived hot, much sooner than the 40 minutes estimated. Didn't care for the popcorn chicken, heavily processed creates an fairly unpleasant texture. Didn't take long for the honey garlic to soak in and make them mushy. Also as you can see, extremely tiny portion, not worth the seemingly modest price.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service I ordered a small cheese pizza and a medium paneer pizza, but the entire experience was frustrating. The person who took my order didn’t even have the courtesy to greet me — no “hello,” no professionalism. On top of that, I received the wrong pizza size, and half of my order was missing. What’s more concerning is that the staff chose to speak in their own language while on a customer call. This felt dismissive and unprofessional — it clearly showed a lack of willingness to communicate properly with customers. Pizza 73 should really reconsider who they allow to represent their brand. This kind of service is unacceptable.
Vijay V — Google review
Used to come here quite regularly. Their walk in deal for a cheese would be like 11 bucks. They have raised this price to 14.99 so 4 bucks more per pizza. They say it’s cause they only offer two toppers now. So I gotta pay 4 bucks extra to get literally nothing. They’ve lost the whole chain a customer of 20 years. That’s ridiculous.

Dono Sushi is conveniently located near Henderson Lake Park and the Nikka Yuko Japanese Gardens, making it a great stop for those exploring the vibrant Japanese community in Lethbridge. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with private booths, creating a cozy atmosphere for enjoying fresh and delicious sushi and sashimi. Customers have praised the quality of the food, highlighting the freshness of the fish and the tangy rice.
My husband and I came here for dinner for my birthday. We are from out of town and thought we would try it out. We were greeted right away, the waitress was very friendly and showed us to our table. She brought us our waters right away and dishes. She took our order within 5 mins of us sitting down and looking at the menu. She rang in our order and another tables order straight away! It took under 10 mins for our appetizer to arrive and not too long after that for the rest of our food. The flavor of everything was incredible and was all very obviously fresh! The only thing I had a small complain about was that the sushi pieces would fall apart real easy which made it a little hard to eat but just also shows that everything was truly fresh ingredients and the flavor of everything over ruled all of that so I didn’t even care. The waitress checked in on us often, refilled our drinks and took away our empty dishes as soon as we were done with them. We were also given a free piece of tempura cheesecake for my birthday and that was one of the best things I have ever tasted! Overall excellent experience, some of the best sushi we've ever had. Will definitely go here again.

This one is worthy of spending your money on a meal for authentic Japanese cuisine in Lethbridge. There was a wait for the food today but my whole family was amazed by the overall and the interior Japanese renovation. This restaurant is different from others we have ever tried in Canada. Based on what we had today, they didn’t put a lot of rice in rolls and sushi to make eaters full of rice. Rather they put a lot of different types of food in a combo (we ordered three lunch specials, to be clear). Each lunch special cost only around $20. It was really a good deal!

Dono Sushi in Lethbridge is a true gem for lovers of Japanese cuisine. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and clean, thoughtfully designed space made a great first impression. The seating is comfortably spaced, offering a balance of privacy and coziness. Service was top-notch—courteous, efficient, and helpful with recommendations. I especially enjoyed the seaweed salad and the tempura roll, which was perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The lunch bento box with sashimi and udon was beautifully presented, fresh, and satisfying, with generous portions. For the quality and quantity, the pricing felt incredibly fair. This place nails it on every level—highly recommended!

Amazing friendly staff. Quick service! First time ever having real sushi..we ordered the love boat and it was so amazing! So much flavor. Definitely recommend to anyone to try. The one dish is half eaten so it looked better before we devoured it lol
Kim D — Google review
More of a 4.5 than a 5 but only because I found the food to be too hot in that the food was just too spicy/hot and that took away from the flavour of the sushi rolls itself. Not a big thing if you're into hot/spicy foods but I personally think it needs to be balanced. If the food wasn't as spicy/hot, that it would've gained a full 5 stars to be honest. Overall though, the food was absolutely delicious and full of flavour if you scraped off some of the hot sauce used. Rolls were made to order and a nice good decent size as well with high quality and fresh ingredients. Tempura was absolutely perfectly crispy and balanced - prawns were a good size too. Service itself seemed pretty decent but it was takeout of course due to the ongoing pandemic. Person who took our order and cash was friendly and professional. A pleasant surprise in the middle of Lethbridge to be honest. We were not disappointed whatsoever and really enjoyed the food.

It has a nice environment, private seating areas, seating is uncomfortable. Sushi rolls were decent, cream cheese used in many of the rolls which is great if you like cream cheese. There was a hot roll that was the star of the show I really enjoyed. Wait staff was great as well.

The chefs, including notable figures like Darren Maclean, have elevated the dining experience by sourcing high-quality ingredients and creating delectable dishes. During our stay at the Sandman Signature, we dined at the Italian Table and had a spectacular experience. It was quite busy when we arrived (we didn't make a reservation since it was our first time in Lethbridge and we weren't sure how busy it would be), but the wait staff efficiently seated us in under thirty minutes. The hostess was lovely, polite, and friendly, and our server, Daniel, was outstanding! He thoroughly explained the menu, made fantastic drink and food recommendations, and was knowledgeable about the ingredients, answering all of our questions. The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming, modern, comfortable, and classy. We started with the two-person antipasto, and Daniel accurately advised us that it would be more than enough for two. The antipasto board was generous, featuring a variety of cheeses, a selection of meats, homemade hummus and pesto, mustard, warm olives, and a delicious assortment of bread to pair with everything. It was likely enough to fill us up, but we couldn’t resist trying some main courses – a difficult choice given how appetizing everything on the menu sounded! My husband chose the Lobster and Crab Raviolo, and I opted for the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of Fried Polenta Bolognese and Roasted Vegetables. Our mains arrived hot, with large portions, beautifully presented on the plates. Coming from the East Coast, we’re familiar with seafood, and the Lobster and Crab Raviolo did not disappoint! Chicken Parmigiana is my go-to Italian dish whenever it’s available, and this version was the absolute best I’ve ever had, along with the sides! We both ended up taking some leftovers home and decided to get some Olive Oil Cake to enjoy later once dinner settled. As soon as we took a bite, we couldn’t get enough! Can't wait to dine here again! Buonissimo!!

First time here, I was greeted promptly and sat down in a nice seating area. I had waitress/bar tender Sydney and she was phenomenal, sooo nice! Bubbly and attentive! The food was delicious, and massive portions! I honestly couldn’t believe how much they give you on each dish. I order the chicken Parmesan and got the tastiest desert! Very great meal and very great price for the experience and quality and quantity of food. Would certainly come back!

Was a wonderful evening ! The atmosphere , our servers and the food was amazing. No shortcuts taken her, just authentic and flavourful Italian cuisine ! A must stop,

Fantastic Dining Experience! If you are the Chef of this restaurant, read the following: Penne pasta was absolutely amazing—flavorful, creamy, and perfectly cooked. Your skill truly shines. You have friendly, attentive service from the staff made the evening even more enjoyable. My friend quietly whispered that she would just have it all to herself for the evening. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal!

We returned to Italian Table for my birthday after a great past experience, but this visit was disappointing. Despite a call ahead promising a special celebration, nothing was acknowledged. The chips and dips arrived stale, and after waiting over an hour, we were served bread we hadn’t ordered instead of a replacement appetizer. Our main dishes were bland, and some “vegan” options contained bacon, contradicting the server’s assurance. Worst of all, a friend fell seriously ill with food poisoning the next day, leaving me hesitant to return or recommend the restaurant. After my initial concerns, the restaurant asked me to email them so they could find a way to make it up to us. Jason personally handled our situation and arranged a complimentary reservation, assuring us they would do better. On our return visit, they exceeded expectations every course was flavorful, timely, and beautifully presented, with service that felt attentive and genuine. It was a complete turnaround that showcased how much they value their guests, and I now feel confident recommending Italian Table to anyone seeking a true fine dining experience.

Went yesterday (Thurs, Oct 17, bottom section). We had a waiter who was super friendly and funny and went above and beyond which I rarely see anymore. Truly such good service. I was super impressed with the food and atmosphere as usual.

They don’t know how to cook a steak. Ordered rare and it came medium well and it’s the toughest steak I’ve had in a long time. The manager is very rude and lacks customer service. The pasta is flavourless, not sure why it’s called Italian because it’s a disgrace to the Italian culture. 100% do not recommend!
Jen S — Google review
I was very pleased with my out of town visit to this restaurant! The staff was more than friendly and showed great knowledge of the menu items. I distinctly remember telling the waiter what I was in the mood for and told him to surprise me, and he nailed it. The atmosphere was bright and very inviting, not to mention very clean. I do not think the pasta is made by hand (I could be wrong) which would have increased the ‘authentic’ Italian vibe. The pastas we had were tasty, however, my dish was slightly over seasoned (nothing worth changing the review over though). We loved it so much we stayed for dessert. This is a great place to bring a date if you want to dine in a comfortable space with delicious food. Only flaw is that the bathrooms are located far away from the actual restaurant. Great work and I will be back soon to enjoy a meal!

The Galt Museum & Archives is housed in a former hospital dating back to 1910 and offers interactive exhibits on local history. The museum hosts various programs for different age groups and regularly holds free community days and fundraising events, including the popular Beer Tasting in September. With an extensive collection of artifacts, archival documents, and photographs, it provides insight into the human history of Lethbridge and southwestern Alberta.
A great experience to explore the history—the building feels newer, and the view is amazing and very clean.

Visited the Galt Museum for the first time on the weekend. My first thoughts of the museum is nice and clear and very bright. Lots to take in if you like to read but if you're more of hands on learner like myself you may be a little disappointed as a few interactive displays weren't functional at all. Check out my photos and videos to see what I am talking about. The washrooms in this museum were very clean and bright. Staff were nice and friendly also there is a gift shop and just like most gift shops they have some pricey items. Over all for the price to visit it was worth it. But I hope management see's the review and fix the broken things.

I visited this place first time for Diwali Celebration program. I must say I’m totally impressed and enjoyed a lot. The place was very clean and spacious. The people are very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the performance. The location of this museum is amazing, ample of parking available for visitors. I will definitely visit again to explore the historic side of the city. I like the small store at entrance. Definitely great place to visit with family/friends. I’m looking forward for more such events to cherish the cultural diversity.

A small museum packed with info. Nice staff. Enjoyed our walk around. Thought there would be info there on the original hospital building, but I didn't see anything. Maybe I missed it? Nice area, paths down to Whoop Up Fort, park benchs to sit on. Enjoyed our visit.

Small but well put together museum. Very modern building, with an archive on the bottom floor. Friendly museum staff. The admission fee is very reasonable. Many tables to escape the heat with a wonderful view.

Smaller but interesting museum. Lots of interactive displays, history, education, good for kids and adults. I loved the indigidous history displays. Some larger then. Life displays as well as room recreations. View is really good in the lobby. Lots of trails surrounding hills, pack water!
John H — Google review
Great building, great location, great view from the building, however, from my personal research on Lethbridge there is so much information, history, and culture that has been missed at this museum, the display lacks quality curation and just seems like a jumbled mess of artifacts, I’ve seen much better organized collections in much smaller towns. I felt like the gift shop area was larger in size than most of the exhibit areas, the old hospital that holds the museum is severely under represented, and the exhibits present are very biased, which take up most of the small exhibit space as the entire building seems to serve different applications than that of a museum/archive.
Ray B — Google review
Just paid $12 to spend 20 minutes looking at exhibits on not being racist. They had a couple of actual museum-type things to look at but mostly just wall after wall of signs about values and racism and hate. Almost complete waste of time.

Step back in time and immerse yourself in the history of the 19th-century frontier at Fort Whoop-Up. This cultural museum, located in Indian Battle Park, commemorates the city's heritage as a whiskey-trading center with its replica of the original fort. Costumed guides offer horse-drawn carriage tours, interpretive programs, and historic reenactments to bring this era to life.
I had a wonderful experience here. The wagon ride was the highlight of my trip. It is well worth the price of admission. The fort itself is quite authentic and there are many rooms to walk through that are filled with historic items. Lots of walking trails in the nearby park.

Really cool place with lots to see! Got to have a wagon ride pulled by Duke and John. Beautiful horses. The people of Lethbridge are all so kind. Thank you for the great experience.really enjoyed visiting the pony and donkeys.

We had a truly memorable visit to Fort Whoop-Up—a place rich in history. The museum was both educational and engaging, offering captivating exhibits that transport you back to frontier times. There’s so much to discover, and the stories of the region are shared with care and depth. One of the highlights was the wagon ride, which added a delightful, old-timey touch to the experience. The chance to pet the small horses and donkey made it feel even more special—especially for animal lovers and families with curious kids. Those little personal interactions bring the whole place to life. All in all, Fort Whoop-Up offers a lovely mix of heritage, hands-on fun, and a welcoming atmosphere. A definite must-see for anyone in the area.

What a great experience and look back at history. Our wagon ride with 2 Clydesdale horses was the highlight with Cathy our tour guide. Great to go with kids, activities like writing with a quill pen, candle dipping and fresh made Bannock. A big park surrounds the fort so you could easily pack a lunch, there is also a playground nearby.
Bobi E — Google review
Enjoyed very much, learned a lot from the staff working there and answered all my questions so patiently as I'm from the US and knew nothing of the Fort's and First People's history in Lethbridge.

Wonderful way to spend an afternoon or evening with family in Lethbridge. We went on a Thursday and there was a trader tales program going on. It’s educational and informative and interactive experience for children. There was a campfire and sharing of stories over bannock and jam. Also the ice cream is delicious. They give liberal amounts of it! 🍦
Vanessa L — Google review
Was a bit hokey to me. We didn't pay to go into the fort primarily because the fort was nothing more than a replica of the original fort AND not even at the original site. The employees were both friendly and informative. I think the wagon ride would have been worthwhile but we didn't take the time.

The recent 'Ode to Joy' performance at the Yates Theatre in Lethbridge was a magical experience, marking the return of live theatre after two years. The show featured captivating music choices and an amazing band, showcasing both familiar faces and new talent.

A fabulous night of great entertainment! Excellent show in every way! Everyone in Southern Alberta should take in just a great musical experience this August! The Yates centre is newly redone and so worth supporting ! Our group of 6 drove from Calgary and the Crowsnest Pass … and we enjoyed these wonderful performers taking us through great music from the past decades! Highly recommend this show through August 23!

This was such a great production. It is so amazing how each song is performed by the best vocalist for that song. The music was superb and the skits were well done and very funny. A wonderful night of entertainment. Well worth the money.

Went to see the new Clue on stage! So good! The fact that the actors followed the squares on the floor like the game (during certain scenes) was just so perfect!!! I had so much fun! I would totally dress up and go again! I will say the Yates could totally do with a seat makeover. Their chairs mega suck.
Becka B — Google review
The performers and band were excellent, high energy and very engaging with the audience. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. A change that they could make for everyone would be to stop using the smoke. At times you could hardly see the performers, and it smells. My throat is sore today, so it must be very hard on the performers.

DECADES MIX was a wonderful evening of entertainment! Cher was priceless. Cher was very animated, even going so far as including an audience member! Awesome. The jokes were new and added to the entertainment. The pianist was extremely talented on the keyboards, and if that wasn't enough, he was a great singer! Erica puts everything she has into her acts and singing. It is a joy to see her in her jokes and amazing to hear her sing. DECADES MIX is a show for everyone from 4 - 94. Not to be missed! You even get an opportunity to purchase tickets to win New West show tickets for the season, compliments of 94.1!!

Wendy's is a beloved fast-food burger chain that stands out for its commitment to quality, serving up fresh, never-frozen beef burgers alongside an array of tasty sides like chili and baked potatoes. At Wendy's in Lethbridge, you can expect a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones. The menu boasts not only juicy burgers but also crispy chicken sandwiches, vibrant salads, and their famous Frosty desserts.
Stopped by Wendy’s Scenic Place and was super impressed. I ordered the burger and fries, and they came out hot and fresh within minutes. The burger was juicy and loaded with flavor, and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. You can tell everything’s made with care and quality ingredients. On top of that, the staff were friendly and quick, and the view is just beautiful, such a relaxing spot to eat. Great food, fast service, and a peaceful vibe. Definitely coming back!

Price: Lil on the steep side. It was like $10.56 tots for small fry, small burg, small pineapple icy cream. But with inflation I’d say it’s fair Food quality: Burg was good first few nibbles. Sauce tasted like 1k islands. Became messy and didn’t have much da bacon. Fries were warmish but not ideal, small tats means lil fries. Overall: 6/10. wouldn’t recommend. Felt like a kids meal, don’t understand hype. Took a yeet, not a catch.

I ordered spicy chicken burger with fries and cold drink. What I really enjoyed was the cold drink options they have (many options available) Service was good and very quick. Dine-in area is pretty good and spacious. Nice big tables with comfortable chairs. The food was fresh and tasty I feel the fries were not as crispy and fresh but overall good quality. Location is awesome and convenient. Overall good quality👍🏻

Streatside Eatery is a charming gem nestled in the heart of downtown, known for its inviting atmosphere and delectable in-house creations. This delightful spot shines particularly bright during brunch on Saturdays and select Sundays, like Mother's Day and Father's Day, where guests can indulge in an array of mouthwatering dishes. The community has embraced Streatside for its commitment to high-quality food and consistent service that keeps patrons coming back for more.
I’m Brian’s wife writing this review. The food here never disappoints! I had the spinach, tomato and feta cheese quiche with tomato basil soup. The quiche was so fluffy and soft! The crust was so tender too. I think this is the best quiche I have ever had! I highly recommend this restaurant. Looking forward to coming back!

Feel like I have to disclose the fact that I went to this restaurant for one thing in particular... The KEY LIME 🍋‍🟩 PIE!!! Streatside Eatery has some delicious food items but they are known for the array of top notch dessert items in particular. It had been at least 10 years gone by since my last visit to this restaurant. So I was anticipating the best key lime dessert that I knew they used to serve... The pie & pekoe tea order arrived within a few minutes and it tasted as good as ever. Will definitely return soon for a meal that will include another amazing dessert items... Bottom Line: 9.3 out of 10

Cute little spot downtown for a great sandwich and awesome service. I really enjoyed my vegetarian burger which was made with vegetables rather than fake meat. The prices are great. We had two meals, added gravy to each and two diet cokes for only $55. That's hard to come by these days. My only criticism is the dining hours (close at 7:30pm some nights) and the lack of comfortable dining chairs. They are a bit dated and narrow. Otherwise, this spot is excellent. We will be returning.

Make a good decision when choosing what to eat at Streatside Eatery. Some items are incredibly delicious and some are not good at all. I highly recommend the mango chutney burger, very tasty, with flavors blending well together! A masterpiece of a meal. The sweet potato fries and dip are very yummy. I do not recommend the spaghetti bolognaise, the pasta wasn’t cooked enough, it was not an impressive bolognaise. The worst part of the meal were the nachos appetizer, it was regretful to pay $20 for a cheap rendition of nachos. Pitiful. An embarrassment to the restaurant, truly.

Nestled on the southern edge of town, Popson Park is a hidden gem that invites nature lovers to explore its diverse landscapes. With winding hiking trails and access to the Oldman River, this undeveloped park offers stunning views of the surrounding coulees and flat prairies. It's an ideal spot for fishing enthusiasts and those looking to enjoy a peaceful day outdoors.
Have been coming to this park for 8 or 9 years now. I really enjoy the river-bottom scenery as a back drop to this 2 kilometre dog walking track. The wind tends to be somewhat calmer down near the river. There are plenty of warning signs posted about rattlesnakes but I have yet to see one...

Stunning views. A nice by the water walk area. There are rattle snakes and so I avoid the park once it is warmer in the spring and until after it cools down.

An amazing off leash dog parked tucked into the south western tip of Lethbridge. I've visited the north side dog park hundreds of times and decided to branch out last week. Was worth it! You and your dog(s) can access the Old Man River with ease. Walking trails are gravel. There is one very large loop you can walk, and a few paths leading off of it. There is also a whole bunch of undeveloped trails that run alongside the river and lead back up towards the gravel paths/old camping area. Park is tucked away from any residential or commercial areas - so along with a nice secluded nature feel, it's safe for off leash dogs as well. There is also a now defunct campground (about 10 campsites) tucked in the corner of the park, along with a day use area with a cement pad, roof and picnic tables (think shelter). It appears as if the bathrooms are permanently closed (I was here at the beginning of June and figured they would be open now if they open them at all) The campsites have fire pits which I assume you can still use during the day as there's no singage stating otherwise. This is similiar to the River Bottom day use area where there are fire pits available for day use. The picnic shelter also has a large covered fire pit (see photos)

My family and I love taking my dog to this off leash park. She can access the river easily where she can swim. Plus there is a huge tree that my youngest loves to climb with her cousins. (See picture) It's absolutely beautiful down there! Also lots of great areas by the river with the coulees in the background to get professional portraits done!
Melodie G — Google review
Nice place to walk with your pets and it has access to the river so you can swim and appreciate it view. Downside is that during the summer time when is really hot you can appreciate a vast amount of rattle snakes around the area and it can be dangerous for your pets.

Tremendously beautiful park. Especially at sunrise. Plenty of trails. Some difficult and some not. You can walk along the top of the coulee or go down and walk along the bottom of it. Pick n choose as ya like. Also lots of wildlife to be seen. Definitely a beautiful and enjoyable park to visit.

A great spot for a walk or trail run in an impeccably well maintained park. Amazing views from the rim trails, while down in the river valley you will feel miles from anywhere easily forgetting you are right in the middle of town.

Well mowed grass adjacent to trails lessen risk of encounters with rattlesnakes. Parking lot off University Drive. Benches along the trail. We entered the southern reaches of the park. Two deer close by. Lots of pelican's at the weir. Suggest taking the right fork of the trail and enter University Hall from the Science building link. Take the elevator to the Sixth floor to visit the art gallery, then take elevator to ninth floor. There is a long stairway to the bus link. From there, walk back to parking lot or circle either or both of the two nearby lakes first. Save time for a Tim Horton's coffee or Dairy Queen sundae as both are nearby.

Well kept path with great vistas of the coulees, a solid staircase for fitness training close to the bridge that is fairly sheltered from the wind, can get icy in the winter so beware.

Elizabeth Hall Wetlands is a surprising find in Lethbridge, Alberta. This expansive nature preserve offers a tranquil lake, walking trails, and an abundance of native wildlife. The wetlands are home to Western Painted Turtles, which return every spring as the ponds thaw and warm weather arrives. Visitors can explore the well-kept 3 km trail that loops around the park and enjoy sightings of beavers, muskrats, Canada geese, various waterfowl, and other wildlife.
Beautiful place to go to experience nature at it's best. A natural wildlife preserve along the river in the coulees. There are turtles, geese and many different birds, even some deer, along with some unique plants. While we were there, the train went over us on the High Level Bridge. People were even swimming in the river. So calm and beautiful. A good place to go to reconnect.

The signage into this place is horrific. The trail signs also don't exist so I don't know where I was going or what I was seeing. They need to add a map sign at the parking lot as you enter. Also disappointed I didn't see turtles. Great view of the viaduct though.

It’s an amazing park with lots of wildlife to look at! Pick a day when it’s not too hot and walk with a friend!
Kyla P — Google review
What a great place to have in your back yard. And it's free. Go for a hike. Visit the hundreds of painted turtles and enjoy the wildlife. Great getaway during these crazy times. Easy hikes and lots to see.
Ken M — Google review
The Elizabeth Hall Wetlands is a convenient location to get away from the city above the river valley. There is a parking on the South side of Highway 3, near the Par 3 golf course. The park has a red shall path that circles an oxbow lake that was created when a berm was constructed along the East edge of the park. There is a paved portion of the path leading from the parking lot to the North end of the lake. There is a bird blind at the end of a short trail in the SE corner of the lake. As well, there is a floating dock on the NE edge of the lake, a short distance form the parking lot. A variety of birds and animals can be seen. Interpretive signs along the trail help with identification and trivia. The path around the lake is about 1.6 km (1 mile) around. For those who want to travel further, a trail continues South under the High Level bridge into Bull Trail Park. Note: There are no washrooms or facilities at this park. Since this is a nature reserve, no dogs or bikes are permitted.
Charlie M — Google review
Lovely at all themes of the year! Lots of wilderness and wildlife to see (bald eagle and beaver today!). Don’t bring your dogs, as they are not permitted in the nature reserve, and bikes only on the paved/shale pathways to protect the area and wildlife.

For a small nature park close to the city of Lethbridge, Elizabeth Hall Wetlands is a great urban outdoor adventure that doesn't take a long drive to get there. Lovely nature spot famous for its painted turtles. Pathways are well defined.

Absolutely suberb place to watch and photograph wildlife. Pretty well guarantee to see plenty of wildlife evey time you visit. Also a beautiful place to just go for a walk. If you enjoy nature and wildlife this is most definitely the place for you.

Bridge
The Lethbridge Viaduct, also known as the High-Level Bridge, is a remarkable steel trestle bridge that spans across the Old Man River. Constructed between 1907 and 1909, it holds the title of being the largest of its kind globally. The viaduct's towering height and expansive reach make it an awe-inspiring sight for visitors. It offers a stunning blend of architectural grandeur and natural beauty, with its presence dominating the surrounding landscapes.
The High Level Bridge was constructed in 1907=1909 and remains the highest and longest of its kind. It spans 1.6 km in length and rises 95.7 meters above the Oldman Valley riverbed. Historically, this area marks the site of the 1870 battle between Blackfoot and Cree First Nations. This would be the last First Nations battle on Canadian soil. In 1960 Indian Battle Park was opened to the public ,offering red shale interpretive pathways, scenic views, public bathrooms, parking, picnic shelters, hiking trails, historical attractions and the Fort Whoop Up Interpretive Centre.

Stunning engineering almost 110 years ago. Beautiful bridge is still standing and serving. How important for the city and leaving a great memory for the visitors.

Nice, but not a big city. Friendly residents, beautiful nature, clean city transport.

Nice place. many parking options around and picnic spots. Also you will see playgrounds for kids there. Be aware that the toilets may be closed which is bad...
Ann ( — Google review
This thing is amazing. We have one of these back home called the Kinzua Bridge that got taken out by a tornado. I actually got to see a train go across the bridge while sitting at a picnic table way down below. I think it is really cool they maintain this bridge and still use it.
Jonathan B — Google review
An iconic feature in Lethbridge, passing over four city parks: on the East side of the Oldman River, Indian Battle Park on the North edge, and Helen Schuler Nature Reserve on the South edge. On the West side of the Oldman River, Bull Park Trail on the North edge, and Elizabeth Hall Wetlands on the South edge. The High Level Bridge was completed in 1909 and is the longest and highest trestle bridge in the world. It is 1,623.9 m long and 95.7 m high above the river. The parks on both sides of the river are great places to spend time. The parks on the West side of the river are less developed spaces but wonderful places to hike or run. On the East side of the river, the parks are more developed - Indian Battle Park has picnic areas, playgrounds, and lots of paved and red shale paths to explore. Helen Schuler Nature Reserve has an amazing Nature Centre and interpretive pathways.

Rocky Mountain Turf Club is a fantastic venue to take the family for a fun day out. They offer various entertainment options, including a petting zoo and candy toss, guaranteeing an enjoyable experience. Although some minor improvements like a nicer winners circle and paint touch-ups would be welcome, the addition of the Indian Relay race is an excellent idea. The Turf Club also caters to other events like weddings, where they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What I loved about being at the club was not so much the club but the event. Indian relay race! It was so exciting! I loved watching all the wild chaos in the exchange area. The agility and strength of the athletes!! Those beautiful painted horses! Great event.

It never changes from year to year. That's why I like it. There are no surprises and no new rules to learn. Always excellent service and good beer. No one is going there for the wings but I always get them anyway. They might be the worst in town but everything else couldn't be better and I don't want it newer. This is where old timers go to meet their friends.

Great location that hosts different events from horseback to drag racing. They have lots of staff so getting is great, certain events they don't allow pocket knives for some. Concession area and access to Bully's VLT slot and gaming area. Stadium seating with some coverage. Clean and well maintained!

2 choices for Breakfast. bacon or sausage. 2 strips of bacon which had a off taste,so I didn't eat. Deep fired square hard potatoes. Eggs cooked in oil-very oily. Very local-cheap food. You get what you pay for. Next time I will spend the extra$$ and go elsewhere. Our waitress was NOT very happy nor friendly, not sure why she is still a waitress after all these years. Their coffee was good

The food at bully's is alright some of the staff is great others it seems like the customers are a pain to them. When I go in I find one of the better waitress and ask where there section is. The best way to avoid crabby and poor service there is to sit in a section with the better staff.

Coffee shop
If you find yourself in Lethbridge, Alberta, make sure to stop by Tim Hortons, a beloved Canadian café and bake shop that captures the essence of comfort and convenience. Known for its signature premium-blend coffee and an array of delightful pastries, including mouthwatering donuts and hearty breakfast sandwiches, this spot is perfect for any time of day. The inviting atmosphere makes it an ideal place to grab a quick bite or savor a warm cup of coffee while enjoying friendly service from the staff.
I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons recently. The staff member, a Gujarati gentleman, was extremely professional and friendly. He made my drive-thru experience pleasant with his warm service. I hope this location stays open 24 hours, especially during winter, as it’s a great option for truck drivers like me

Komal T — Google review
Visited the Tim Hortons on 4th Avenue South in Lethbridge recently, and unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I usually enjoy coming to Tim’s for a quick coffee or snack, but this location really needs some attention. The moment I walked in, I noticed several tables were dirty — leftover crumbs, used napkins, and sticky surfaces that clearly hadn’t been wiped down in a while. On top of that, there were a lot of flies buzzing around, and a couple even landed near the food trays, which made me uncomfortable about eating there. The washroom was in poor condition too — it smelled unpleasant and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned often. Between the mess inside and the flies around the seating area, I honestly couldn’t sit down and enjoy my food. I like Tim Hortons as a brand, but this location doesn’t live up to its standards. I really hope they take cleanliness and hygiene more seriously because right now, it’s not somewhere I’d want to dine in again.

Grilled to perfection? No, just grilled long enough to get you off the window pad in under 20 seconds or less. Must be a systemic issue, those drive thru times are more important than giving what's advertised. Time to boycott American owned companies that steal through broken promises and treating their clientele like cattle! SHOP LOCAL, KEEP THE DOLLARS IN THE COMMUNITY!!! Edit- I called the guest services line immediately after my order. Large red-eye double double and sausage Farmers wrap with extra sausage totalling $9.66 This is not the first review I have left concerning this exact issue. I will not be spending (sending) one more dollar out of my community to Restaurant Brands International, under the guise of "convenience". I really don't care about waiting for what I ask and PAID FOR to be made properly, the button on the panini press to grill wraps is 15 seconds. All this company and many large corporations only care about is getting as many people in and out of the property as quick as possible. Once upon a time this Tim Hortons drive-thru line-up wrapped around the parking lot and into the street, I know this because I worked there for almost 10 years from 2008-2017. The owner that ran the store and two others in this city, at the time, only cared about drive thru times IF customer service was up to standards. If we were rushing to get times, and orders aren't right, the times only matter to corporate, and nobody else. Keeping in mind, that most customers never complain, they just take their dollars elsewhere, and if they do, one in ten bad experiences are actually reported or left as a review. I don't have the time to call a hotline and/or leave an online review EVERYDAY. SHOP LOCAL WHERE YOUR DOLLARS MATTER

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. There were so many flies around the baking section, even on the donuts. I brought it to the attention of an employee named Arlanne, but she completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to acknowledge my concern. On top of that, she was rude and didn’t say thank you after taking my order. This is not only poor customer service but also a serious food safety issue. Someone really needs to report this to Alberta Food Safety Services.

Food was cold missing items . The tables were dirty and the bathrooms were nasty. We couldn't find a clean table so we are outside, one bite and in the garbage. Never go again, but come on people let's try to use the garbage cans so the birds don't spread the mess.

Every time I come into this Tim Hortons, the flies ruin any 'experience'. They are relentless, and they seem to be there constantly. Service is slow, and the general cleanliness of the place is pretty bad. Also, in response to this comment. They will post a 'link' for us to give our feedback, which ironically will not work!!

A few evenings ago, a group of colleagues visited Backstreet WEST Pub & Pizza for drinks. Despite the late hour, the waitress, Cindy, provided exceptional service to approximately 15 patrons. She efficiently served multiple delicious drinks and shots to the large group. Cindy displayed understanding, kindness, and readily fulfilled all their requests even at 1am. Going above and beyond, she ensured each individual's satisfaction by attentively accommodating their preferences.
I came in with a large party and Annabelle was awesome!! She got everyone what they needed in a timely manner and we had other servers come in and check on us to say hi! Even gave us some sweet gear. We love backstreet west ❤️

Had not been in Backstreet for a few years and after this most recent visit, I have to wonder what took me so long to return... Sat down at the bar counter to watch the Leafs vs Panthers Game #5 and enjoy a cold beer. My real intention however, was to get something good to eat and the Famous Jamie Sandwich did not disappoint. This is actually a well known menu item and accompanied by some Fernie Brewing Co., it does not get much better... Backstreet is definitely more of a neighborhood pub & grill atmosphere and the ambiance is nothing exceptional to me but the on point staff definitely makes up for any lack of anything in this business. Soooo good!

The Jaime sandwich is delicious! We came for lunch and had a great time. Service was quick and very friendly. This is a pub and I found the decor busy but for a night out it would be fine. If you've never tried the Jaime sandwich I recommend it. it's basically a delicious pizza sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. You get to pick 3 toppings, I had pepperoni, bacon, and green peppers. So good! We also had the pizza perogies which were on special.

Great comfortable, safe atmosphere. There is a limitation on the food aspect of things. The food and service is great! The only downside is not being able to get a good Ol' steak sandwich or steak for that matter. The focus is on pizza and a different take on it too. The pizza is great though 🙏🇨🇦

Came here last Friday for supper...walked in the door and the staff at the bar saw me walk in a sit down, waited over 10 minutes for a waitress to even come and help. After getting our food, the waitress only came back once. After waiting and seeing another waitress help all the other tables around us and even look at our table...she completely ignored us. We had dirty dishes and empty glass...if she would of come back would of order more drinks. After waiting about 20 minutes...finally went up to the bar a d waited again..while the one waitress complete ignored me again.. finally got the girl thay wss helping us to come over so we could pay and leave. This is the first time ever I have received such horrible service there, unfortunately this place had gone down hill.

I went here for the first time on a name that tune night, it's been a long time since I had so much fun, the table ordered pizza which was delicious! Service was awesome, there was very little time between me needing something and a server coming to me asking if everything is good. Highly recommend this place

Nestled in the heart of Lethbridge, Alberta, Humpty's Big Plate Diner is a charming eatery that radiates warmth and comfort. This cozy diner offers an extensive menu filled with delightful options, from all-day breakfast favorites to traditional Canadian fare. It's an ideal destination for family gatherings or friendly catch-ups, boasting a welcoming vibe that feels like home.
This is my first time to Humpty's and I really enjoyed it. The waiters were very friendly, the prices are decent and my food was delicious. The bangers and bacon were top notch! Waiting for food took longer then I had hoped, but it's was a Saturday morning and very busy. I'll definitely be back!
Sarah E — Google review
My server was a very friendly well mannered guy. Order a classic beef dip with fries and gravy. Nice *large* order of fries, hot and crispy. Unfortunately the gravy was concealed, as it was lukewarm at best and quite flavorless. It certainly wasn't worth $2.50 for that silly little dish. The au juice was equally barely above room temperature. The sandwich would have been respectable had the roast beef not been dried out. I only ate half and didn't bother taking the rest home. My server did come back with a new gravy and au juice after I flagged him down. He was fairly busy and by the time he came back the sandwich and the huge helping of fries were ironically lukewarm after sitting on a fairly cold plate the first several minutes and lacked any seasoning at all. Another restaurant that has forgotten how to cut Sub-like sandwiches on an angle. It's a small thing but it gives the customer starting point to eat the sandwich and to dip it without making a mess. It's little things like this that I really miss. There is also cream left on my table that should have been removed to another customer that was actually having coffee or taken back for refrigeration. Restaurant was reasonably busy and not very clean, a lot of garbage on the floor. It was also unpleasantly noisy not that they can do anything about boisterous customers. I will give the staff credit, I didn't see a single server there that wasn't quite friendly and seemingly content. Not sure if I go back anytime soon. I find lukewarm food rather disconcerting, especially when it came straight to me from the kitchen. Cream being left out to get warm... Makes me wonder about the food safety standards. It's a shame because the portions were good. You can see how dry the roast beef was, it really shouldn't have been served. I think possibly you can see the gravy beginning to congealed seconds after being delivered to the table. I should have gone to Wendy's.

Tried Humptys for the first time. I had high expectations considering the reviews and overall was not disappointed. It was busy and we didn’t have to wait long for a table for 4, very good service, fast and so friendly, all the staff, not just our waitress were very friendly. Seating and the layout was comfortable and the whole atmosphere was pleasant. We ordered a lot of food which came relatively quickly. Most of the food was good, the only bad thing was the ground beef on the meatlovers dish. Some food was mediocre and some food was delicious, the vanilla milkshake was amazing, best one in Lethbridge. They have good prices, if you compare to other similar restaurants and parking is good as well.

I go for coffee with a group of a dozen or so people to Humpty's once a week. They are very accommodating, friendly and great in every way. Coffee is good. And my wife and I eat there every once in awhile. The food is also very good. I've never had a bad experience at this Humpty's. I recommend it.

We had a fantastic quick lunch today. Our server Dawn was excellent, every cheerful, friendly and a bit of an accent that was charming. 3 of us had the chicken tenders which they prepare on-site, meaning cut the chicken, bread it then cook. Best tenders. I had the plum sauce, loved it, it was clear. The other two had the honey mustard also enjoyable. Our other guest has the yummy crispy curley fries. Plus we had great drinks. Mine was the Raspberry Lemondaid yummy. A very enjoyable snack to tie us over before my little sisters wedding reception. I give Humpty's MMMMM's delicious 😋 Thank Dawn from the BC sister's.

Highly recommend coming here for food! It was really busy BUT we got seated almost immediately. Our drinks came super fast and our order was taken by the next staff that was near to us. The staff all worked together like a happy efficient bee hive. Plus, they all were dressed in holiday style. Our meals came fast and as expected. Portions were a good size. Remember, it was super busy here at this point. We had refills to our coffee without having to ask. Could not have had a better dining experience. Great atmosphere and attitude from the staff. Can't wait to try more. Edit: came back again and still good food and service! Edit: came back today as well... great deal on complete turkey dinner. Great service too!

Our family went to the Mother’s Day brunch buffet and the food was severely lacking in quality and types of food available on the buffet. For $40 a person we all kind of expected better. The eggs Benedict was very cheaply made with pieces of deli ham and not back bacon and the eggs all over cooked. Lots of food items also seemed to be fairly cold. The only thing that wasn’t too bad was the bacon and the freshly made omelettes. As for the dessert, it seemed like they didn’t make anything in house and just brought in a bunch of pre made squares and cookies. I should note that the servers were quite great and that’s why I gave some stars on this review. Ideally I’d like to say we would try again in hopes that it could change next year, but unfortunately I think this experience may have us not returning again.

Staff were nice. Area was pretty. Those are the only two nice things I can say. Rooms were dated and toilets did not work well (one didn’t work at all). We stayed in unit 403b and a family with kids was staying right above us. Lack of insulation allowed us to hear every word they said and we could hear each and every footstep/stomp. You can hear every time someone runs water or flushes a toilet. Would not stay here again.

Honestly I really wanted to give this place a good review because it has so much potential. But so far I'm severely underwhelmed. The condo is cute with lots of space the kitchen is well stocked. But then there is a sign saying don't cook fragrant foods, as well as two other pages of do not do this and that. The kitchen has labeled quantities with the dishes, but my cupboard says three mixing bowls, and we only have two. Hopefully that doesn't ding us. Then the blender and kettle are from the early 80's I'm sure. I wanted to have a nice hot bath tonight but there is hardly any hot water at all. It was enough to fill half an inch of the tub then start running cold. The temp is to stay at 22 or extra charges will be made, you can only have water in the bedrooms and the list of micromanagement seems to go on and on and on there is literally a notice on every flat surface. This is definitely a place for just golfers, I asked if there were any just walking paths because it's such a beautiful location and I was met with a nope only golfers can go on the paths. If you want to see the scenery without golfing you are out of luck unless you want to awkwardly stare between houses. My father in law is having a heck of a time with his unit and the appliances coming apart. They must have a stellar marketing team, if they get people consistently renting here. From my untrained eye the golf course looks amazing.

Great place, BUT CHARGING A DAILY CLEANING RATE IS GREED! $340 over and above rental and taxes!! Every other place charges a flat fee of 75-100 a week! If your charging 350 a week then you had better give hotel services which you don't!!!

We got in after 7 PM on a Friday. There was no one there until Monday at 9 AM. By 9 AM on Monday we were already on the road to Glacier National Park in the U.S. Tuesday morning we headed out early for Waterton National Park in Alberta. We didn't actually "check in" until Wednesday and we were leaving on Friday. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room my wife and I slept in was not connected to the central A/C unit for the rest of the condo. There were no vents in our room just a small wall unit that blew directly into our faces all night. The room was the hottest in the condo. Our friends were freezing in their room trying to help our room be cool enough to sleep. The location of the "resort" was also tucked away in a dead-end canyon with only one way in and out. This added 15 minutes to the beginning and end of every commute. The towel exchange on Wednesday went well. The woman was friendly and willing to do whatever we needed, towels, toilet paper, tissues, whatever, she was on it.

The above ground rooms are dated and musty. The basement suites are damp with mildew carpets that are borderline unlivable if you have any type of lung issues. There are alot of rules including a borderline racist one about stong smelling fish/spicy dishes. I didn't expect alot for the price but some maintenance is expected. The only plus is that the area is gorgeous which makes the rooms feel even worse. I recommend they put the same care to the rental units that they do to the golf course.

We played the course in 4:50 because of a “tournament”. Called the pro shop, said there was nothing they could do. Frustrating when every where you read (score card, cart etc) they say the round should last 4:10.
