American restaurant
The Marietta Diner is a beloved 24/7 establishment in the heart of Marietta, offering an extensive menu that includes Greek specialties and hearty breakfast options. Situated just a short distance from the city center, this classic neon-fronted diner has been a favorite among locals for its welcoming atmosphere and satisfying meals. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the diner's friendly staff and timeless decor create an inviting dining experience.
What a cute restaurant! Our server, Thanos, was fantastic and the food was so delicious! I tried the Million Dollar chicken with soup and a Greek salad, my daughter had a French dip with fries, and my son in law had a fried Mac and cheese burger with fries and coleslaw. They also had a chocolate milkshake and we all enjoyed the complimentary bread and spinach pie. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and the menu selection is expansive, including several Authentically Greek dishes. There was also an amazing display of desserts, but we were too full to try any. I highly recommend checking it out!

If you leave here hungry that will be your own fault! We took home 5 boxes of leftovers. This place is absolutely amazing and everyone is extremely friendly. You have to have dessert so don't fill up on your meal. This is the 2nd time I've eaten here and I'd fly back from Salt Lake any time to visit them for a meal Papa George is the friendliest most generous guy you'll ever meet. I can't wait to eat my black and white cookie with a cup of coffee in the morning. Then the strawberry cheesecake for lunch. OPA!!!

Marietta Diner is an Atlanta-area legend and for good reason. The atmosphere is bright, lively, and full of charm, just like the owner, Gus, who makes every guest feel like family. The entire staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about your experience. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows from the moment you walk in. The food is out of this world for a diner. The gyro platter is packed with flavor, the breakfast options are fresh and hearty, and the chicken Parmesan is one of the best you’ll find anywhere. And you have to save room for their incredible cakes, easily some of the best desserts in the city. Marietta Diner is more than just a place to eat. It’s an experience filled with amazing food, exceptional service, and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Gus and his team have truly built something special.

Absolutely impressed! The atmosphere is a classic, all staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was great and everyone took home leftovers. I tried the Seafood Jambalaya which was flavorful and plentiful. A friend had the Paella - ginormous!! Will absolutely come back when Im in town to try other items on their extensive menu. Highly recommend!
Jon R — Google review
The portions they give you are definitely worth the price! I will probably order something else though next time! The salmon tasted really good so no complaints at all with that, but the sauce was way too sweet and tasted gross. The cheesecake tasted okay but made me feel sick and I never was able to finish it.
Rachael W — Google review
The menu is biiiig! Everyone can definitely find something that they like! Since I’m from Poland, I couldn’t resist to try their version of “pierogi ruskie” in the creamy sauce with chicken. They passed the test! Overall, it’s worth to check out. I will have to visit it probably like 50 more times to be able to try all things on the menu 😅
Dominik W — Google review
Food was good, not anything spectacular. I would recommend you checking this place out because it's cozy, well lite atmosphere. Menu is pretty busy with a lot of entrees. Customer service was outstanding and very helpful. I had breakfast here and was pleased. I guess veggie omelettes and hash browns can only be made so many. different ways. But all in all I loved the visit and it wasn't my first time enjoying this place and won't be my last

The reviews are all right !! .It really doesn't get much better than this place. And then it's got to drive through, its twenty four hours tooo !!! And look at my receipt. I got a huge meal of breakfast and coffee and water. I even ordered extra stuff and it was still only twenty four dollars in this day, and age show me something better come on. !!!

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Marietta is a popular entertainment destination in the area, offering a wide range of activities all under one roof. From classic arcade games to the latest releases, visitors can enjoy an array of attractions including two go-kart tracks with themed karts for all ages. The facility also features a two-level laser tag arena and bowling alley. It's an ideal spot for birthday parties, offering various activities and delicious food options.
Nice place to enjoy with friends and family! The drinks are good but we did not like the food. Plan to spend over $100 or more easily. The races are fun! The upstairs bar was closed.

My baby had an AMAZING 1st birthday here! The staff was so accommodating. The venue was great, and the food was good. Really cool place for parties, get togethers, or dates. Our hostess Coleen was so awesome. If I could have tipped her $1000 I would.
Jenese H — Google review
The boys had fun, great time out. Lots of fun arcade games to play, although a few were out of service. Ample parking space. There should be clearer instructions about the bowling, 3d, laser tag, vr and go kart activities not being covered by a general card. FYI - For the above mentioned activities, you have to buy exclusive points or credits.
Daniel D — Google review
Definitely a fun place for kids and adults that are young at heart. Tons of games.. video, interactive, VR. Bowling as well. There's a bar for the adults who need some relaxation from to thrall. The driving courses are separated by age, with three courses. One for adults and older teenagers, one for very young kids, and one for the inbetweeners. Other features include several gathering places for groups that you can reserve for special occasions or team outings. Andretti's has a lot to offer a wide variety of folks. That said, there is a bit of sensory overload... very loud and lots of flashing lights and displays. Keep that in mind before bringing kids that are sensitive to that.

Rakiem and Yeri are the best people yall could come see. This staff and crew is phenomenal! Very welcoming and accommodating environment with an energy that matches it! The teams on lock and they won’t give you anything to complain about. Def not a 6-7!

🚫🚫🚫Do Not Go Here! 🚫🚫🚫 Went here for a birthday party. It seemed very unorganized. They kept running out of food and had to make more but knew we needed 3 pizzas 🍕 at the beginning. The waiter kept leaving. Served most of it our selfs. There was a lot of waiting before food, like 45 minutes. Then another 35 minutes to do the go karts. Seems like a whole bunch of waiting for nothing. Will not be going back. The yellow and red lights kept going off, so they didn’t even make around one full turn on the course without having to stop for minutes off their racing time! Two kids left crying from neck pain! They probably have wipe lash!!! Do not come here!
Gabby K — Google review
Great fun spot for dating or family. Bowling, virtual reality games, go karting . It has a little of everything. The food is basic but you're here for a great time not dining experience. Have fun settle in and have some more fun.
Nico G — Google review
We had a great time here! There are so many arcade games, laser tag, bowling, virtual reality, and go kart riding!! Our son rode the go karts twice! We played games for 3 hours!! So much to do and definitely kept us entertained! There is also a full bar near the bowling lanes and a sky bar that overlooks the go karts racing! Into sports?! They have tvs at each bar so you won’t miss a beat! Worth the drive from Columbus, GA and the price!

Festival
World of Illumination in Marietta, GA, is a delightful experience that families will cherish. The event features a stunning display of synchronized lights and music set against an enchanting Cosmic Sleigh Ride theme. Visitors appreciate the convenience of paying per car rather than per person, making it budget-friendly for larger groups. While the drive-through lasts about 15-30 minutes, many feel that adding a walking feature would enhance the experience even further.
A quick, fun, family holiday event. I love the different themes each year and the lights and songs are so cool to watch. We have started going annually. I would recommend.
Nicole H — Google review
The kids loved it! 😍 I loved how you only paid per car, not person. The lights were beautiful and it was well organized. I would have liked for it to have been a little bigger/longer, you drive through it in about 15 min. So if you drive an hour to get there (like we did) or wait in line for over 30 min it, you spend more time getting there or in line than you do going through the lights 🤷🏼‍♀️. It would be cool if there was an added walkthrough lights feature as well. But other than that it was a good time 🎄
Ashley B — Google review
The best $32 spent ever! Usually it's $35 per car but got 30% off since I bought the ticket from Costco. You can visit that place with friends, family, kids. It's almost a 30 min ride inside the park. Pro tip: Try getting there 15mins in advace as there is usually a huge line infront. Had a great time. A must visit place!! It's open till Jan 3rd 2021.
Preeti — Google review
The light show was nice. You’ll spend more time waiting than actually driving through and it was shorter than I expected. I do like that you can listen to the music through your radio. Make sure you purchase tickets online and in advance since there’s no option on site and the shows do sell out.
C O — Google review
I've taken my family to other light shows, which normally set up their displays to far apart. This was by far the best light display that we have been to in a very long time, leaving all others to fall short in comparison. This is a large light display set to music that adds to the enjoyment. We loved it and will make it a part of our Christmas celebration. We have gone now for the past few years, and every time we can't wait for next year's theme. Once I get the notification, I login to see the new theme and purchase my tickets. I do recommend that you purchase your tickets early to help with traffic, because there will be a line, but it does move quickly.
Luis G — Google review
We really enjoyed ourselves - dancing & singing to the music that goes with the lights - both Christmas songs & other songs as well. We got hot chocolates & snacks at the QT nearby to enjoy along the way. You must purchase tickets & pick a day/time slot before attending. Even then, there is a wait to get in but for us, it wasn't too bad/long. They did say weekends or peak hours are longer waits so bring something to do to tide you over if need be. Was $35/car which is a little expensive for me but was a nice treat. Overall, I'd recommend going if you have @ $40 to spare (taxes, fees, etc). But, I would not purchase the 3D glasses that are available as it is definitely not worth it- the lights are much better without them.
Amanda G — Google review
A little steep considering it’s very short, but the synchronization to the music is cool and the cosmic theme for 2024. Id suggest coming weeks before Christmas and early in the afternoon (right after sundown) to avoid too much traffic. MUST buy tickets online to make it seamless!
Byronlyn R — Google review
We were invited by some friends to tag along and the show was not worth the long wait to get in. It is a neat show but they need to do something about the traffic control on Hwy. 41. We waited for about an hour to get in only to watch person after person drive to the front of everyone and cut them off at the entrance! I was very impressed, electrical background, in all of the spider boxes and power and control cables going everywhere!

Known for their passion for bourbon, Stockyard provides guests with the opportunity to sample an incredible range of whiskey alongside craft draught beers.
This place was fantastic. The mini corndogs and pork belly appetizers were awesome. The fish and chips rank up there with some of the best I've ever had. Our server was top notch as well. Highly recommend this place.

Place smelled of mold first thing. Hamburger was good fries awful! Girlfriend had crab cake and side salad. She said salad was good but crab cake just ok. Neither of us wanted the leftovers from our meal, which has never happened.
Jason R — Google review
Great food and excellent service! My sis and I stopped by in hopes of quick service due to a short amount of time prior to our evening plans. We were greeted, seated, and served all within about 30 minutes. Our server, Dakota, was very helpful in explaining the menu and even requested that our food be split for serving! The food was excellent! Highly recommend the burgers! We will definitely return!
Maria A — Google review
The place has been around for a long time in Marietta Square and gets really crowded on weekends, but the day we went, it was okay—just a 10-minute wait. There were plenty of hosts, but they seemed a bit lost. The waitress refused to give us a small cup of sauce, but oh well. The burgers were just okay, nothing amazing. The fries were way too greasy and tasted old—like they had been made decades ago and just left there for us to eat. No one ate them.
Vitória K — Google review
Food was really good. MUST TRY the Bread Pudding. One best restaurant deserts I’ve ever had

Ok Number 1 comment: it does N-O-T smell like mold! It smells like an antique shop, and that's because the building is very old & rustic♡ Very clean & well put-together interior. Mint Tulip is delicious!! Ive never had alcohol before, but it's pretty close to what I imagine. They have 2 other mocktails that I had a hard time picking between. Me & my aunt got the mac cheese & patty melt to share, because neither of us could pick. Both delicious! If I HAD to pick, the patty melt was slightly better. The fries were really good & im hard to please in the fries department. Overall great experience♡
Logan N — Google review
We had 2 burgers here and both were very good! Fries skillet was awesome too! Restaurant bathrooms needed attention, otherwise Jenna our server and food was all 5 star!
Jeremy H — Google review
Have been here a handful of times now, never disappoints! House made pickles are the best. Garlic aoili doesn’t give me heart burn. Mac and cheese is creamy and amazingly seasoned. And burgers? Don’t get me started!!!!! Any time we are in a burger mood it’s always stockyard ! Their draft beers rotate but love the local brews always presented . Please check it out !

Piastra Restaurant is a sophisticated dining establishment that specializes in authentic Italian cuisine made from scratch. With its elegant ambiance and refined menu, this upscale-casual eatery offers a wide variety of delectable dishes, including homemade sauces and desserts. Additionally, guests can enjoy a selection of beverages at the bar and indulge in the restaurant's weekend brunch.
Lots of gluten free options as well as traditional Italian offerings. The complementary gluten free bread was the best I've ever eaten. It was a variation on a cibatta roll and was served warm with olive oil for dipping. I also had gluten free tiramisu which was spectacular!

Oh my gosh. First impressions are everything and this was the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant. The chef/owner greets you at the door and his mother helps make sure all guests are taken care of. Food was immaculate and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning!
Joell A — Google review
My wife and I dined here for our anniversary last month. It was absolutely exquisite. We came around 5:30pm on a Sunday and were delighted to find the coveted window seat was available. It truly was a dream. The food, ambiance, and service were all perfect, all for a very reasonable cost. Refreshingly, almost all the dishes were made with local ingredients. Many dishes were also creative, or, if more traditional, you could tell it was reminiscent of a ‘Nonna’s special recipe.’ Big shout out to MJ our server who was super knowledgable, friendly, accommodating etc. etc. A final note: It was so impressive to see the owner walking around and even taking rolls out the oven. You can tell she has poured her heart and soul into this. TL;DR Go visit!! Absolutely perfect spot for a date, although any occasion will do. Full of caring staff, creative dishes, and made with whole, local ingredients. This is not a chain as far as I know, so go support and keep Marietta square amazing!

We live right off the Marietta Square but its been a minute since we’ve eaten here. On Sunday afternoon during Chalkterfest, we were looking for a place to get a quick bite and a couple of beers. Our favorite place to sit is at the bar and this bar is super cool and cozy. It’ll seat 8-10 people. Daisy was our bartender and took great care of us. We love the cold Peroni on tap and their pizza was pretty good. An older lady (maybe owner or manager) stopped by and asked how everything was. She was super sweet. Great experience and we’ll have to come back and give some more love to this place!

Lovely Italian restaurant with a warm family vibe with great service and delicious food. Great value for the money. Pasta and salad and bread were delicious! Will return to try rest of the menu. Highly recommend Fettuccine Alfredo!

This is a locally owned restaurant and they make you feel like family! We had the cesar and the caprese salads to start and for our entrees we had their risotto of the day and the lasagne. All of the dishes were phenomenal!! The wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as well! 20/10
Jen E — Google review
Absolutely phenomenal experience...twice! I first came to Piastra about three months ago with my girlfriend, and we were blown away. We’re both Italian but have several food allergies (mine is a nightshade allergy, and she can’t eat onions, shallots, or garlic). That usually makes dining out tricky, especially at Italian restaurants... but not here. The chef personally came out to discuss our needs, and even his mother came out to make sure everything was perfect. They crafted custom dishes just for us, and it honestly felt like we were having dinner in an Italian family’s home. The food was top-notch, the service was warm and genuine, and the prices were more than fair. The wine selection was also fantastic. We loved it so much that we came back last week with my girlfriend’s entire family, and once again, everyone was amazed. The homemade pasta was a huge hit, and my branzino was absolutely to die for. It’s rare to find a place that delivers this level of care, flavor, and hospitality. Piastra is something truly special. Highly recommend!
Brian A — Google review
It was a table of 4 and the atmosphere was personable and the staff was very knowledgeable of the menu. We had a variety of the menu from Chicken Marsala to Shrimp and Calamari also Gnocchi and Eggplant. The bread was outstanding also. I've owned family restaurants each seating over 75 or more in California for 24 years before retiring to Georgia in 2021. And one of the restaurants was El Buco De Italia with a friend Giovanni, and this restaurant Piastra was nice. The owner I believe was Betty was kind and paid our table a visit as she did others. Nice place if i'm in the area for another play at the Marietta Theater I will stop again. I Did notice a couple with a large dog came in to have dinner and was place not far from our table, I guess it is ok it we were just about to leave, it didn't look as if it was a service animal it may have been it was obedient and quiet? Overall 8.5 out of 10

Krispy Kreme is a well-established chain that offers a wide range of donut flavors and shapes, along with coffee and frozen beverages. This particular location operates 24 hours a day, although occasional closures may occur due to staffing challenges. They have a festive selection of Holiday donuts, featuring cute snowmen, penguins, and blue snowflakes. Additionally, they offer mini donuts in Holiday themes which are small enough to be eaten in one bite.
When the light is on, here at Krispy Kreme, yuh get a free donut! What a nice gesture and an Atlanta staple. With some of the cleanest establishments around, a trade mark brand, it’s so great to visit any area places they have. What great flavor, warm, toasty on this balmy day. Thanks guys, great service!

This is the third time I’ve visited this location, and each time they have been out of cinnamon rolls. It’s definitely frustrating, as they’re one of my favorite items and a big reason I stop by. I would really appreciate if this item could be made more consistently available at this location.

We absolutely love this Krispy Kreme location! Essie is the jewel. She is always so kind, bright, and engaging every single time we walk in the door.
Marissa M — Google review
I visited the Krispy Kreme drive-thru and asked if the donuts were still warm. The employee seemed confused and eventually told me they were not. I then ordered three donuts and asked for a side of oat milk. She responded that they only offered 2% milk. I pointed out that the menu clearly listed oat milk, but she explained that oat milk was only available with coffee orders. I accepted that and requested a cup of water with ice. At this point, I was surprised to be told that they don’t offer cups of water, only bottled water. When I asked for a cup of ice, I was then informed that the ice machine was broken. It felt as though every request was met with a negative response, and the interaction came across as dismissive and unhelpful. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. A simple friendly approach or clear communication would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and will not be returning.

In addition to their food menu, they also have a selection of grocery items available for purchase. This restaurant is conveniently located near Six Flags park, making it an ideal place to visit after a long day of work or an outing at the amusement park.
A nice, and much needed, Latin dining restaurant. Great atmosphere and live music- not too loud where you have to shout. The food was phenomenal. Our server was attentive but not the most friendly person, but wasn’t a deal breaker. We will definitely be back!

The most authentic Colombian cuisine! So delicious that I had to take more dishes home after I ate there. The drinks are amazing and the service is outstanding. Owen C — Google review
Driven past here so many times but finally had a reason to visit. Started off with some chips, salsa, queso, and chicharron con arepa and it some of the best I’ve had. Salsa was fresh and tasty, queso was rich and creamy, and the well seasoned chicharron was a good balance between crispy and chewy. For mains, I wanted the Pollo Al Horno and/or the Bandeja Paisa but they were out of both which took away from my experience here so I ended up ordering a taco flight and fries. Had the asada, pastor, and carnitas and they were all pretty good but liked the pastor best. Overall the vibe was nice and family friendly and there was live music playing to create a lovely atmosphere. Service was good too although our server looked slightly irritated when I wanted to make substitutions. That aside, and the out of stock menu items, I had a good experience here.

I had the pleasure to bring an international group of medical interpreters, 17, to eat at La Carreta last week. It was such an amazing experience. Everyone was happy and delighted to try our delicious Colombian food. The service was 100% great. Nayeli was incredible. She was so patient and ready to serve everyone with a smile on her face. The owners and all the employees made everyone feel welcomed and important. The food was delicious and the drinks amazing. We loved it. Please give them a try. You'll never been disappointed.

This is a hidden gem. I drove past this restaurant for years, thinking it was just a hole in the wall. The inside is super fancy and clean. There is a grocery store, and the food was not expensive for the large portion you receive. There was also live music. The menu is a bit of Mexican and Columbian and tasted great.
Staci — Google review
I’ve never gone here and had a bad experience, the food is always hot and fresh from the kitchen it’s as close as I can get to Colombian food and not get on a flight again, the food is just one part of what keeps me returning, it’s the atmosphere I’ve somewhat become a regular and some of the staff has gotten to know me , and some are from Colombia and when they find out that I go there they show how kind and hospitable Colombianos are and that says a lot about this restaurant and their attention to detail, all of the servers are outstanding, they’ve almost memorized what I’m going to order. Andres, Isabelle, Paola, Liz… I’m probably forgetting someone it’s not intentional but all great people and great food .

Fast food restaurant
Cook Out is a branch of a quick-service restaurant famous for its drive-thru BBQ, burgers, and an extensive selection of over 40 milkshake flavors. It offers delicious food at affordable prices and operates until late hours. Their Tray meals include two sides and a beverage, which can be substituted with a milkshake for just $1 extra. The average cost per person is less than $10.
Amazing and fast services here! It's not my first time coming to this place, it's super good to eat dine-in for the comfy area and the drive-thru it's usually super fast, sometimes I have problems with the accent of the people that they didn't understand my orders but they have patience eitherway to complete the services!
Andres M — Google review
Listen, I come here because of their brand. Killer milk shakes, burgers, onion rings, and slaw, those are some of my favorites. But, since day one, like the location on Northside DR, or here, the foods are consistently hot, the same, with clean stores and bathrooms. These are the things that point out good restaurants. I’ll end with price point, this is some of the cheapest heart gadt foods, for the dollar. Yay!

It’s Cookout. Cheap, consistent, delicious. The cheese burgers are amazing for the price. This location is nice to me, which is a bonus for fast food. Whoever designed this place understands that everyone wants to sit at a booth. 10/10 fast food experience.

okay…nothing can beat these prices for what you get. The food is so good and cheap and worth it. Very fast service too
Savannah A — Google review
I came to this cookout for my 1st time for a shake because I heard they were amazing. Whoever was at the drive-thru taking orders was continuously asking “anything else” -after everything we said - as to rush us through our order instead of politely asking “would that complete your order?”. All we ordered was 2 shakes and a order of fries. I didn’t like feeling rushed so I didn’t get to look through the menu-mind you, there was no other cars behind us. Anywho, the fries were very salty and tasted a tad bit old like they had been sitting. And honestly, my shake would’ve been better with great service attached to it. But it was still a good shake…thankfully. May try again at a different time or just go to a different location..
Kayla A — Google review
Customer service is non-existent. One of the workers was on his phone while at the register. We had to constantly ask where different parts of our order was because parts of the order were wrong or missing. We saw some of the cooks touching doors and other things with gloves on and going back into the kitchen with the same gloves. This was our first experience at this location and it will more than likely be the last.

I went through the drive through and ordered a tray. Within my tray, I thought that I would try a Walkin Taco. I didn't think anything about it because in my mind, I'm looking forward to obtaining a taco in a traditional type of form (shell, meat, etc.). I pull off and open my tray to see an open doritos bag that had white stuff overflowing from the bag. I'm immediately grossed out and immediately turns around to come back to the location. I parked and went inside of the establishment. I inquired with the cashier what this was and she informed me that it is the Walkin Taco. She explained how the food is prepared and that this was the packaging. She inquired if I wanted something else and I immediately said yes. Cookout, what in the what is happening?! I literally didn't want my food anymore. This is the SECOND location that I've been to within 2 days and had been appalled each time. I was thinking that this location was going to be different. I was sadly mistaken.
Dani D — Google review
The guy that took our to go order at the counter was one of the best. He made sure he got the order right for each of us. This lady that they have bagging orders didn't bag or orders and after she read the receipt walked off instead of simply bagging the order like she had for everyone else we had seen come in. She must've been in a foul mood, even rolling her eyes at me when I asked for ketchup so the cashier handed me what I needed.

Day 2

North side of town
For day 2, we recommend exploring the north side side of town. Start the day off with The Battery Atlanta, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to East Cobb Park. All together, your day would be filled with about 7 hours of non-stop fun.

The Battery Atlanta is a vibrant entertainment destination in the heart of Atlanta, offering an array of shops, bars, and restaurants from local chefs. The venue hosts an Xfinity-sponsored outdoor movie series every Friday on its Plaza Green, featuring popular classics like Shrek and Jurassic Park. Additionally, visitors can enjoy free parking for the first three hours in designated decks.
Attending the Braves game from the Delta SKY360° Club was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, everything felt elevated—VIP treatment without pretension. The seating offers an incredible view of the field, and being so close to the action makes you feel like you’re part of the game. The indoor lounge was spacious, stylish, and climate-controlled (a blessing on a warm Atlanta day), with plenty of room to relax, grab a bite, and enjoy the atmosphere. The food? Top tier. A great mix of upscale ballpark classics and fresh, chef-driven dishes. I had a juicy burger and some surprisingly good sushi—yes, sushi at a ballpark! The drinks were just as impressive, with premium selections and quick service at the bar. What really made the experience shine was the customer service. The staff was attentive, helpful, and always had a smile. Whether it was helping with seats, answering questions, or just keeping things clean and organized—they were on point. If you’re looking for a more luxurious, comfortable way to enjoy a Braves game, the Delta SKY360° Club is worth every penny. I can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic complex. Something for everyone. Pedestrian zone so very safe. Lots of places to eat. Beautiful apartment complexes. I've been to a dozen cities arena/stadium complexes and this is by far the nicest (I'm not a braves fan). Lot of fun after a game too

Super cool! A lot of people but was never cramped. It has the feel of a college football game environment with all the activities around the stadium. Highly recommend the experience. Just wish my Bravos were decent again..

Awesome place hope we can get something like this in Houston one day. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Prices are high but what do you expect, the prices are better than once you get into the ballpark which jump up a good $5 or more. It never felt crowded or unsafe and had many things going on. Will tell everyone back in Houston it's a must go-to place if your going to see a baseball game.

The Battery Atlanta Is Next-Level Entertainment! The Battery is hands down one of the coolest places I’ve ever been! Whether you’re here for a Braves game or just hanging out, this place has it all great restaurants, bars, live music, and an amazing vibe day or night. It’s super clean, safe, and beautifully designed. There’s something for everyone: family friendly spots, trendy lounges, sports bars, even a movie theater. It feels like a little city full of energy, excitement, and southern charm. Perfect place to grab a bite, meet friends, or just soak up the atmosphere. 10/10 can’t wait to come back!

Buffet restaurant
Restaurant
Madras Mantra Marietta is a bustling eatery that specializes in Indian cuisine. Situated in a spacious and comfortable setting, it offers outdoor seating as well. The quality of the food is quite satisfactory, with an appetizer called chilly paneer being one of the options available. While the portion size was acceptable, it seemed to have an abundance of bell peppers rather than paneer. Other delectable choices include chole bhature and Thali, both prepared in authentic north Indian style.
The well known vegetarian Indian restaurant located in a small plaza with plenty of parking. Their dishes were all excellent with tons of flavors and fresh ingredients. Service was great, at the time that we went there were a lot of staff walking around checking if we need anything throughout. Portions were generous. The food came out quite quickly. Definitely have to revisit for trying more dishes. So far everything we had was excellent.

Great authentic South Indian food options. The buffet is great on weekends but I feel little over priced. Have been a regular customer for years taste and quality is great
Sydney D — Google review
As a frequent meat eater, this vegetarian only Indian restaurant is one of my favorite go-tos - the food is so tasty, I never miss meat. I’ve been here for both dinner and their lunch buffet and had amazing experiences. I recommend the vegetable biriyani, the Manchurian baby corn veggie, and any of the masalas - you cannot go wrong with any of their dishes!
Adam G — Google review
Disappointing Experience Before visiting, I called to confirm if mango lassi and chai latte were included in the buffet, as is common at other Indian buffets. They assured me they were. However, upon arrival, I was told I had to purchase them separately. Their soup was only water there is no vegetables or lentil there This dishonesty left a sour taste, despite the good food. The restroom was also unclean and messy

We ordered 2 thalis and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Most of the items seemed stale, the lemon rice was completely dry, almost as if it was made a couple of days ago. The naan was burnt, the gulab jamun was extremely hard, and the rasam tasted like plain water with just some onions added, it had no flavor at all. Overall, the food lacked freshness and quality. The only redeeming item was the idly, which was relatively good. Still, this was by far one of the worst thali experiences we’ve had.

One of the best Indian restaurants in the area or rather one of the best south Indian cuisine restaurant here I had the very best onion rava masala dosa here at this restaurant the filter coffee is amazing. The staff is very polite, courteous and helpful with any questions. The place is super clean. The bathroom could do a little bit of work, but it’s not In super bad, I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant and enjoying his dishes and I’ll be back for more
Debasis S — Google review
I enjoy the taste of South Indian food here, especially when I crave dosa; this is my go-to place. However, I was utterly disappointed when I tried the tomato soup this time. There was too much cream, making it overly sweet. I could only manage to have 2-3 sips.
Nupur — Google review
Great Indian vegetarian restaurant. Lunch buffets are the attraction as you get to taste at least a dozen dishes including South and North Indian delicacies. Quality of food is great but recent experiences in Summer 2025 indicate there are chances of improvements, especially on weekday buffet food. The restaurant needs work on ambiance creation (e.g., better lighting, seating) and better service (e.g, well dressed and more attentive staff).

Ode to East Cobb Park In East Cobb’s heart where children play, A park awaits to brighten day. With winding trails and open skies, And trees that stretch and greet with sighs. The creek may swell with gentle rain, Yet never floods, nor leaves a stain. For after storms have had their say, The groundskeepers sweep gloom away. With rakes in hand and cheerful stride, They tame the wild, restore our pride. No twig too small, no mud too wide— They keep our paths both clear and wide. Their work, a quiet, noble feat, To make our strolls so clean and sweet. The swings still squeak with youthful glee, The benches dry, the fields debris-free. So here’s to those who trim and tend, Whose care and effort never end. East Cobb Park, a local gem, Is shining bright—because of them!

4/11/2023 Updates... Added some pix I took today....Hope you enjoy them... A very nice place to walk, jog, stroll, and spend leisure time with family, friends, and pets. Very friendly people. There are always some activities. Has a small creek running thru this which adds beauty to the nice tree line and flower bushes it has. Lots of metal benches (donated by various good hearted people) to sit and relax throughout the park. Very dog friendly. Free parking. Free entrance. Clean rest rooms on premises. The park staff who keep it clean and functional deserve lots of appreciation. A MUST PLACE TO GO.

Pizza restaurant
Blue Moon Pizza is a popular pizzeria chain known for its thin-crust pies, toasted sandwiches made with pizza dough, and cocktails. Located in various areas including Buckhead and Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, the restaurant offers a wide range of options including classic pizzas and specials like the Luna with spicy ranch, chorizo sausage, caramelized onions, and more. In addition to pizzas, Blue Moon also serves sandwiches, salads, wings and other items.
I had such a great experience at Blue Moon Pizza! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and comfortable — the kind of place where you can just relax and enjoy yourself. The food was absolutely amazing; every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our waitress. I didn’t catch her name but she had short blond hair. She was truly wonderful — attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She took the time to answer questions, kept everything flowing smoothly, and added such a positive energy to the whole experience. Between the incredible food, the inviting atmosphere, and the top-notch service, Blue Moon Pizza has easily become one of my new favorite spots. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!
Teakeyman — Google review
The quality of their pizza went down, but the price went up. Last 3 times the taste and the overall experience just wasn’t there. The pizza is flappy, the dough is too soft and no salt and pepper on the crust as their signature touch. I’ve been getting pizza from Blue Moon for ages. Different locations sometimes, but the Marietta store is the closest to me. I always get the same. Santa Fe personal size. The avocado on my pizza was very bad looking, old and brown almost black in color already. Other times was always fresh and green. I was disappointed in the quality. I believe my loyalty to them came to the end.
Hainalka B — Google review
Blue Moon has become our favorite pizza spot. The staff is absolutely amazing! The dough is fresh and the food so yummy. The establishment is overall wheelchair accessible; however the front door can be kind of heavy to open. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite and drink before a game or having a pizza party, they got you covered.

Today was my girlfriend and I first time trying Blue Moon Pizza off Windy Hill Road. The staff was so incredibly friendly and polite and quick to accommodate us. Our server Ms. Melissa was so sweet and attentive and out standing. She did a wonderful job and was polite and had amazing timing on bringing out our drinks and food. My girlfriend and I got the BBQ chicken pizza Sicilian styled. It was honestly a perfect pizza. Great taste and a beautiful crust on it. We had a lovely super early dinner and will definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you to the caring staff at Blue Moon Pizza y’all were awesome!!

The pizza was okay—definitely edible, but a bit saltier than I remember from previous visits. Still, the flavor was decent and the crust had a nice texture. Price-wise, it's reasonable for a gourmet-style pizza restaurant. What really stood out was the service—the staff were super friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Worth a visit if you're in the area and craving pizza with a welcoming vibe.

LISTEN….Tony and Jessica are absolutely AMAZING. The service is top notch and the food is delicious. My sister and I were actually going to a different spot in the area but we met Tony outside and he greeted us and welcomed us inside as if Blue Moon was where we belonged. He sat us at the bar and he and Jessica tag teamed on our drinks and they provided great recommendations for pizza and wings. Overall, 10/10 we will be back again.

Our server Takoa was amazing. She was on it and made us feel very welcome (including giving “new locals” some suggestions for the area). Now onto the food. Phe-nom-enal. We started with the garlic rolls and holy yum. Definitely get those. My husband got the buffalo chicken pizza and it was top notch. He’s a snooty pizza guy, and said it’s the best one he’s had! I had the hot honey pepperoni and it was a unique, delightful option! Also, drinks are *chef’s kiss* Side note: our neighbor got the meatballs topped with ricotta and I will be adding that to my choice for the next time we come. Come! You won’t regret it.

I order they new steak dinner and this is what I got... double hash brown with no topping The eggs comes with it but I never asked them to add cheese to it My steak was overcooked and my Texas toast was almost burnt

It’s not pink inside but it has raw, rough, and stringy texture you cannot bite though. It’s not at a safe temperature. And the smaller parts, I was able to bite but it was the raw chewy, not the fully cooked chicken. Just bc the pink has just disappeared doesn’t mean the chicken is complete.

When I tell you Cierra offered service that you get in a fine dinner establishment, no lies. She is bright, attentive, and very hospitable. I had to do a double take to check if I were really in a Waffle House. They should make her a regional trainer or give her a leadership role if they want to grow.

Great service and great food, my food was cooked quickly and my Togo order was filled in no time! Parking was available and this location was pretty clean to be a WAHO . Tracy fulfilled my order and was a pleasure to speak with! Loréal was also awesome to work with and very helpful. Get the scrambled Cheesy Eggs! 👀 Update: I take away one star due to my last visit on 1/11/24. I came in between 8 and 9 am for reference of who was on shift at that time. Whoever was cooking that day, must be a trainee but I had shells in my scrambled eggs, which made them very difficult to eat! I ordered (3) 2 egg breakfasts and 2 of 3 orders were incorrect. I was very disappointed. I didn’t want to be late for work so I left before the could replace my missing items. Had I know my scrambled eggs had shells, I would’ve waited for the remake. Overall a bad experience but my other good experiences made me give this location an overall average of 3 stars.

Celebrated my birthday here today. They were very accommodating and cautious with my son’s shellfish allergy. If you have a party of 4 or more I recommend making reservations at least a day in advance or be prepared to wait 2 hours or more.

The place is fun and festive. The service was good. The salsa was great. The beer was ice cold. I took the recommendations of the server. I had the fajitas, and did not regret it. It came with shrimp, steak, and chicken. The shrimp is bacon wrapped, and it was good. The chicken was excellent, moist and tender. The star of the show was that steak though. It absolutely crushed! I followed it up with the pecan ice cream desert, it was bland and unexciting. I should have gotten the tres leches.

We hosted a housewarming party and being gulf coast natives (Texas and Louisiana) we wanted to serve hot food that reminded us of home. We spoke with Gabby who really sounded like she was over the catering/large order department at the Windy Hill location. I'm being silly by saying that because she had personal knowledge about what we should order and how much. She was super friendly and helped us get everything ordered. Just as she promised our order was ready on time: Saturday at noon. We're so grateful for her help and the overall efficiency of this process. The food was a big hit and we have more than enough of leftovers.

Barbecue restaurant
If you're on the hunt for mouthwatering barbecue that warms both your heart and soul, look no further than Righteous ‘Que in Marietta. This charming eatery may appear unassuming, but it serves up a delightful array of classic BBQ dishes that will leave you craving more. From succulent sandwiches featuring pork, chicken, brisket, and even bacon to hearty plates of ribs and loaded sweet potatoes, there's something for everyone here.
I usually snap a photo before digging in, but not this time—the brisket was that good. Juicy, tender, and sliced straight off the slab, it melted in my mouth before I even thought about my camera. The barbecue sandwich with their sweet sauce is phenomenal—simple, flavorful, and exactly what you’d want from a proper Southern BBQ joint. The house-made chips surprised me with a little kick. Perfectly crunchy with just the right spice—definitely not your average side. And while most folks don’t talk much about green beans, I do. These had a bold peppery finish and were cooked perfectly tender. Loved them. On top of all that: spotless dining area, clean bathrooms, and genuinely kind staff. Righteous ‘Que nails it across the board. Highly recommend.

Well, maybe because it was Monday evening 6 p.m., but place was empty. I even had to call out and whistle to get someone to come to the counter. My daughter said they all seemed half asleep. Although our food was not bad, it was mediocre. Got the Soul Saver Sandwich, which was loaded. But meats were dry and not that tasty. And for the 3 of us it was pricey. What you see in my pics, $63 with the 15% tip which you pay before even getting the food. Cost to quality not met. They even handed me a potatoe salad I did not order which I handed back. I did get what I ordered, except they did not give me the side of chips I ordered and probably paid for and I forgot to ask for my receipt, which should have been offered to me anyway. There was also a rack of jarred sauces next to the register I was checking out as I heard their white sauce was good. But all of the jars of white sauce were not properly sealed and the center of the lids was popped up. So wouldn't buy that! I mentioned this to the kid behind the counter and he shrugged saying he didn't know anything about the product and the lids being popped. My daughter warned me but I said I would give them a try. Well, should have listened to her. Will not be going back. No one in my family will be going in the future. Update: The owner apologized and refunded my purchase. He said this was not normal and they would do better. Thank you. I may try again.

The staff is kind and the restaurant is very clean atmosphere is nice. I believe they also have tables outside. We got brisket plates. The brisket is VERY VERY good. The potato salad is good also. Not so much a fan of the other sides we got. For the price it could have been better but the staff was excellent!

I ordered the chicken plate with 2 sides. I got the medium plate which is 6 oz of chicken. The amount of chicken was so small, literally 5 slices of chicken. I am very confident the baked beans and green beans came out of a can and they just added pepper. They were small too, 3-4 forks scoops and i was done. This felt like a leftover next day lunch meal that I paid $19 for.

I've had the pork and the brisket, both were outstanding. Beautiful smoke ring on the brisket. It's a tad pricey, to me, $16 for a sandwich and a side, but definitely not outrageous considering all you get. You get what you pay for here because the sandwich was Delicious! Also why they get 5 stars to me, you can buy your meats by the pound! I usually get sandwiches with sides but my mates bought 1 lb Brisket each, served with Texas toast and it was about the same price as my whole meal but they have at least 2 more sandwiches with their leftovers! They're in an area where there are many Great BBQ spots near by, but this place Crushes it with the Basics! Always packed at lunch but move you thru fast. Very friendly and Courteous staff. New lay out and much bigger dinning area since i was here last here (might have even moved a couple doors down). I will be back for sure, 5 Stars!

My mother wanted BBQ so we found this place. You walk in and decide how much you want of your meat choice. I went with 10ozs of brisket...needed a lot of protein. My side item was the Brunswick stew. The brisket is cut and weighed in front of you. It has a nice crust on top with an insanely flavor small amout of fat underneath that I gobbled up. Without question I will return to this gem. The 3 people at the counter were so friendly it only added to the great experience. The stew was more watery than I am used to with Brunswick stew but the flavor and ingredients made it a 10, it was just a different spin on a classic but worked!!! Next time I will get the cole slaw because it was on point as well. If you want great BBQ you need to give this place a try. Left very full but happy. On my brisket I tried the white sauce and sweet sauce. It tasted best when I mixed them.
