Event venue
Blossom Music Center is a picturesque outdoor music venue located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, within the beautiful surroundings of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It serves as the summer home for the Cleveland Orchestra and hosts a variety of concerts, from classical to pop and rock. The amphitheater offers both pavilion seating and lawn space for picnicking, accommodating large crowds for music events and festivals.
An excellent outdoor music venue with large capacity. The lawn is great for laid-back shows where you can stretch out on a blanket, but might be less comfortable for those who prefer not to stand the whole time. For that, there are more expensive seats under the pavilion. There are plenty of restrooms and food options during regular concerts. For the Cleveland Orchestra shows (Blossom is their summer home), you can bring in better chairs, food, drinks, etc, and make a full night of it. Really charming location.
Eliza B — Google review
I love this venue. The way it’s set up is so nice, if you pay for premiere parking like we did you won’t have to walk too far to the stage. Also getting out didn’t take too long since we had the parking upgrade as well. Another upgrade we splurged on was the blue moon party deck! If you’re on the fence about spending the extra money do it! We were at a sold out show and the party deck was so nice. There’s comfortable couches to wait on and then when the artist comes out you have plenty of room to dance, there’s also a private bar and the walk to the bathroom/water/food isn’t very far. I will definitely upgrade to the party deck again in the future…. So now I gotta talk about why I gave four stars. It stormed pretty hard before the show which left the cement slick, there was a wet floor sign but from our seats I saw AT LEAST 4 people slip and actually hit the ground and I can’t even tell you how many people slipped but caught themselves before falling. It worried me because I didn’t want anyone to get hurt. Please consider installing some drains or maybe finding some type of floor covering to help protect your guests when the cement is wet. This is my only complaint, I will definitely visit Blossom again!
Bailey C — Google review
This is one of our favorite concert venues. We love the variety of food tucks, drinks and the lawn seating. There is also plenty of parking. We do not recommend taxis, Uber or Lyft because once the show is over there is no way for them to pick you up. You have to walk completely off property and find a pick up location. All of the roads become exits so they can't come to get you at a gate. It's a pretty long walk and traffic flow is not organized. You will be waiting for a long time. We had 3 drivers cancel our pick ups after we walked off property. It would be better to have a designated driver if your group is drinking and park on site.
Anna B — Google review
Such an awesome concert venue. We parked in the handicap lot, it was super close and easy to get in and out. They had a special entrance line for the pit which made it easy to get your wristband. The pit was really small which was awesome. The food was good and the restrooms were clean.
Kate C — Google review
Besides the trek from the general parking (about 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace), the pavilion seats are great, not a bad seat there. You can bring an unopened 20oz water bottle or an empty reusable bottle and you can refill them at designated full stations. Gorgeous scenery, leaves are just starting to change in September. Sound is stellar. Plan on getting here well before the doors open to get decent parking is you don't want to pay for the really expensive parking upgrade. Photos from section 12 row N seats 1+2.

I’ve been to countless venues and outdoor amphitheaters, i feel like Blossom could be one of the best. It does soo much right! First off, the grade/slope for lawn is perfect. Besides sitting in line with the posts you have a great sight, the sound was LOUD for goo goo dolls and perfect! Which is great! (Too many venues being subjected to noise ordinances and in residential areas anymore blah blah). They have AMPLE beer selections, like more than Walmart! (Typical highway robbery tho at $23 a beer that’s $3.50 at gas station) quick lines, didn’t have a problem getting to restroom quick. I appreciated the ample portapotties walking TO venue and in parking lot! That is primo customer service. Cause it is a walk to the gates but it’s all downhill. lol coming back is the fun part. 4 stars because how do you not have a water station anywhere nearby!? I had to ask several employees, most were puzzled like I was the first to ask them such a question. YES! A water station! It should be illegal not to have access to ample water that’s QUALITY. The manager pointed me down the path to the only one, like a 40 yard walk by the restaurant. Absurd. The guy agreed and said they used to have one right nearby, pointed to a spot on the cement but they removed it. That’s insane. Darien center has a super nice water station with filtered water directly outside bathrooms. People are paying outrageous amounts for beer, insane ticket fees, driving several hours like I did, the least you can do is provide access to free water. Especially since they posted about heat advisory and stay hydrated! So please invest in that courtesy ASAP! I work in event planning and coordination and I’ve worked for the IATSE stagehand union setting up shows. These are musts. There’s no way ppl should be forced to buy overpriced Liquid Death canned water which has overtaken the live event market. It’s a weird company and I don’t like it. Aside from that amazing venue, the scenery is unmatched. I haven’t been here in 15+ years. Can’t believe the bands I’ve been missing! Bringing in Neil young? Doobies? Goo goo, then a whole bunch I missed like country stars, amazing. Will be back to numerous more shows. Hope they get some reggae rock like Rebelution/iration/soja etc, maybe some greats like Jackson Browne, mellencamp, fogerty. Thx for the excellent time! Yes btw getting out is chaotic. Ppl are sprinting for cars. I wasn’t in a hurry as much. But thankfully got out with decent time cause I got lucky Also glad they don’t allow chairs and only blankets. Helps with space. They shouldn’t even rent chairs tho. That’s not fair but hey. Ppl are old I get it.

Love this place and have for decades. So many memories it's overwhelming to even think of them. Many improvements over the years, especially parking and accessibility provisions. Something for everyone in a park like setting. So refreshing from all the other urban, big city venues. Although I am of an age where I have sat on the lawn for my last time, having that affordable option for families etc is wonderful
Ronald J — Google review
Came here for the Weird Al concert. Mostly positive experience. We got lawn seats and upgraded to the party deck. I would highly recommend this option, we had couches to sit on and a dedicated server bringing us food and drinks. I would not recommend the Blossom Grill, however. We made reservations because we knew we'd arrive early, but the food was both too fancy (nothing plain for my son with food issues) and not very good, being very high priced even considering that it's inside the venue. Next time we'll bring more snacks and get ice cream from our server - the cookies that came with it were great! I've added a pic with the view from our seats

F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm, located in Akron and part of the Summit Metro Parks system, is a must-visit for nature enthusiasts. The realm features three trails, two ponds, a rock and herb garden, and a visitor center with seasonal exhibits and live native animals. The stunning landscapes and stone paths create a fairy tale-like ambiance where animals roam freely. The nature center serves as a museum showcasing local wildlife.
Beautiful and easily travelled paths. Brought my 74 year old mother (with bad knees) and she was able to enjoy the walk with us. Beautiful scenery and tons of flora and fauna to enjoy. Restrooms are good and come in handy. Definitely recommend for a lovely hike through nature for people with many levels of physical ability.

Such a lovely little park that takes you from normal city life straight into a relaxing, calming nature realm that’s great for the entire family. There’s multiple trails, a rock and herb garden, and the nature center is really cool! For kids and adults both!

Amazing place to take the family. And for free! We saw over 8 different nature critters/animals in our first visit. Some are shown in pictures. Beautiful botanicals to teach children about as well. Huge trail looped in with smaller ones in the case of wanting to cut it short. Highly recommend.

Great hiking trails that are not to hard. Path leads to nearby Sand Run park for extra hiking miles and jogging. Lost of close and people friendly wildlife like ducks, birds and squirrels.

Been to this park many times. It is so beautiful and so peaceful. I can close my eyes and see myself as a young boy. It is great to take my kids here and see them doing the same things I did.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting F.A. Sieberling Nature Realm with a diverse group of hikers, aged 6, 40, and 63, and I can confidently say that this place is a gem for nature lovers of all ages! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the well-maintained trails. The indoor nature center was a highlight of our visit — it was not only informative but also beautifully designed, providing a perfect introduction to the local flora and fauna. The staff inside were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, offering us valuable insights about the area and making our experience even more enjoyable. The hiking trails offered a great variety of difficulty levels, making it accessible for everyone in our group. The paths were well-marked and easy to navigate, allowing us to explore at our own pace. We found ourselves captivated by the scenic spots along the trails, where we had the chance to view an array of wildlife. It was a delight to see birds and other creatures in their natural habitat, which truly enhanced our outdoor adventure. Overall, F.A. Sieberling Nature Realm is a fantastic destination for families and nature enthusiasts alike. Whether you're young or young at heart, this beautiful nature preserve has something for everyone. I highly recommend a visit — we can't wait to return!

Sand Run Metro Park is a favorite among naturalists for its wetland, which is perfect for watching salamander migrations. The park features a 3-mile stone-dust walking/running trail that's great for jogging, dog walking, and pushing a stroller. It also offers opportunities for sledding and skating in the winter. Visitors can enjoy well-marked trails with diverse scenery including greenery and waterways, making it an ideal spot to hike, play, and relax.
I visit Sand Run almost daily to get a photo of this same bench. I’ll compile the pics into a collage a year’s worth of shots of the same glorious spot. Find the bench, read the beautiful attribute & you too will find one of the gems CVNP has to offer.

Shady Hollow Lodge was perfect! Small intimate lodge that holds 40 guests. Large kitchen, great restrooms, beautiful round wood tables on wheels 😉, wood burning fireplace. Outdoor patio was awesome with seating and space for corn hole, games, etc. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough positive things about this park. It's such a a beautiful area. Trails are mostly natural or stone in places and very well maintained. Trails range from short to very long with multiple ways to connect . Several nice picnic areas available. Only down side is the noise from road traffic and surrounding neighborhood but still highly worth it. There is also a multipurpose trail that runs alongside the road.

Very well maintained. Walk the paths and trails, enjoy the many botanical and horticultural features. Stop at the gift shop and visitors center for clean restrooms and some birding at the viewing window.

Really enjoyed our walk today. The trails are nice, clean and paths are clear for the most part. There were several fallen branches, but my kids had fun picking them up and I'm sure the runners were appreciative of that. Scenery is always beautiful in the Metro Parks and we were able to capture some of it.

One random day we used the grill outside of Shady Hollow Lodge! Fortunately it wasn’t rented!! Worked well, we brought charcoal and cleaned up afterwards. There is a smell coming from the grate - and ranger came up and said it was probably sewage.. that made us feel better, thought maybe it was a dead body haha

Good trails, with a lot of greenery and also water. A good park to spend time at, hike , play and have fun. Walking in water along with trails is highly enjoyable. Some times even get to see a tortoise, as posted in the pictures :P Always a fun spot and will be glad to visit again.

Beautiful park. Just opened and it is already our favorite place. Very clean, large beautiful fields of Black Eyed Susans. We can't wait for the park to further develop. Great trail for a casual walks or a trail runner. We can't wait for the connection to Sand Run park.

A Nice short hike. The park itself is so very large and there were tuns of fungi growing around the river basin. There was not a lot of people traffic. A lovely place for the dog to get some exercise. There is a picnic place by the parking lot and the river, I am sure you can rent for family events. The trail work steps had been completed nearly 100 years ango and they are holding up so well!
Annaka J — Google review
I love this path because it has a beautiful view of the river and a little bit of climbing over some beautiful fallen trees. There are a lot of nice riverbanks to relax on that are not full current even when it rains a ton. It is super fun for kids and dogs. It is not a loop trail, but it has a really cool area through rocks, although it seems to be a storm drain, but it is absolutely beautiful. It still is a bit of a hike and I was actually at babb run not cascade. I would recommend tennis shoes and it isn't a super easy trail.
Dana S — Google review
Beautiful state park. Outlook bridge had a great view and was amazing! Also did the trail along the water and was peaceful and calming. My daughter and I really liked these trails and will be back.
Bella — Google review
A stunning park hidden in a valley directly outside of downtown Akron, although not part of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, it is the beginning of the greenbelt that travels north/northwest into said valley. Summit Metro Parks considers this area the jewel of their park system and I agree. The signal tree, picnic areas, and connection to the Highbridge Trail are all gorgeous. Several areas of the river here are shallow enough to venture into the middle of the river, where you can often see Blue Heron catching a meal. There are also several deep bends where one can take a swim when the water is clean enough for that. Deer are plentiful as well and can often be seen grazing in the middle of the meadows near dusk. Truly a magical place. Also, several other wonderful parks abut this one that are worth checking out - the overlook area in Cuyahoga Falls has a viewing platform that overlooks this area and has trails connecting to it, there's also Babb Run across the river which features a underused trail to a beautiful waterfall, but this chuckery area is my favorite!
Justin R — Google review
Very nice park! We hiked 2 trails and enjoyed both of them. The Overlook Trail is short, but the view from the overlook is scenic. The Oxbow Trail gets right beside the river with good views.

Water Works Park is a public park that offers various amenities such as outdoor shelters, playgrounds, river access, and ball fields. It features a free and open outdoor playground for kids to enjoy. The park provides facilities like restrooms, lockers, picnic tables, grills, and showers, making it an ideal spot for picnics. Visitors can also engage in activities such as fishing at the Cuyahoga River dock.
My nephew had a baseball game. As you enter the park there will be the water park. It was full of kids and parents swimming and enjoying themselves. The park area was towards the back. They had an area to fish. They had a huge soccer field. It was multiple games going on. I found the baseball field. Several games were going on. The park is huge and there is plenty to do at this park. You do have to purchase a pass to get into the water park area. You can pay by the day as well. It's cheaper if you are a resident of the area. I will be bringing my kids back to play at the water park.

Water Works park/playground is a great location for families and gatherings. There is a good amount of accessible parking, with a new park that was created to be accessible to wheelchair users. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and enjoyed the music section, as well as being able to get to the top of the playset with her brothers as the entire playset consists of ramps. The swings and other equiptment items are surrounded by mulch which makes it a little more difficult for a WC to get through, but they still have a small accessible swing, and a few other fun pieces of equiptment if you can transfer. The river is very accessible for small kids and usually the water level is lower. Bring some chairs and water shoes to walk the small creek looking for crawdads and salamanders down to the river for more fun. Bathrooms are close, but sometimes a bit wet in the summer due to the many visitors getting off tubes/kayaks.

I have been coming to this park for.....well a long time and have always liked it. We used to come here when the river would overflow and flood the entire park.. roads and all. We would come and drive through the flooded roads and be overgrown children. Today we brought some of my grandchildren here to eat our meal from the B&K Root beer drive in nearby and then walked and played in the river and at the playground. It is a nice park for walking, riding bikes, etc since there is a lot paved roads and parking areas. There were lots of people tubing in the river, which will be next for us. The playground is pretty nice and have different areas for all ages. Plenty of pavillion picnic areas with grills and they even have concrete corn hole at each of them. Also plenty of picnic tables spread throughout the park. There is a place to dock kayaks and canoes, a fenced in dog area and a baseball field as well. Really nice family park.

Very clean and comfortable place to eat. Our server was Stacey, and she was fantastic. She was super nice and made sure we didn't need anything. I will definitely be back. The food was prepared well and tasted great 👍

Husband and I went tonight for dinner, first time we've been in years, i was so excited for a wonderful steak dinner. I got the ribeye, baked potato and side salad. When our food first came out, there was shrimp on my plate (I can't eat) that I didn't order so our server took it back to make it right. She ended up just putting the steak and potato on another plate, the steak was barely warm when I got it back. The steak was insanely thin yet so tough I had to cut it into tiny pieces to eat. Even the fat was tough and stringy. I ended up just bringing it home with me. My side salad was delicious, the baked potato was good and my husband liked his burger with fries. We will not return, the whole point was the steak, we can get everything else somewhere else.

This is the nicest Outback in Montgomery County. The food quality and service is consistently Excellent. The last time I was there Gabby was our server who delivered exceptional service with a smile. Phillip generally serves us when we get the unlimited soup and salad. He’s the main reason we frequent this location along with the consistent food quality. Phil is so kind and such a hard worker. He makes sure you receive excellent service delivery.

It wasn’t very busy. Service was super slow. Like really slow. Appetizer was fast. Food took quite a bit longer. Chili had like no meat. Steak wasn’t cooked properly and very under seasoned. Potato was hard. Waited forever for cheesecake. It came with a dirty spoon. We frequent Outback and this time really not good.

Server was not very friendly. Caught her in an outright lie regarding my drink, chose to stay quiet since our food hadn't been served yet. Watched the food runner put his thumb in every plate served to the table behind us AND turn his back to pull a huge hair from one of the plates before serving! Just gross. The food was ok. Nothing spectacular or worth the cost. Very disappointed.

There was a bachelorette party that they sat at the table immediately beside us (my 18yo son, my fiance and I) instead of literally ANY other table in the place which was annoying. Both guys ordered the prime rib and both sent it back for being so tough.. The steaks they chose for replacements looked decent, but my son's wasn't cooked properly and even after sending it back it was STILL not done right!! My food was awesome, but I ordered a meal deal and wasn't even offered half of it. -no salad, no dessert... The waiter was nothing special but he was trying.. Overall, we definitely won't be going back.

American restaurant
The Merchant Tavern is a relaxed establishment that offers high-end American classics and craft beer in a vintage-inspired setting. With a rich heritage, this eatery strives for perfection. It's an ideal spot to enjoy local brews and delectable cuisine. Their menu is uncomplicated, emphasizing quality rather than quantity. Patrons adore the welcoming atmosphere and amicable staff. The bartenders excel at crafting top-notch beverages, while the food is simply scrumptious.
We had a lovely birthday dinner at the Merchant Tavern. We had a larger group and did have a reservation, but arrived early and they were able to get us seated. We had multiple seniors in our group and our server Emma was possibly the best server in any establishment I’ve had. She was incredible kind, patient, and attentive, especially to the seniors in our party, talking loudly when needed so that they could hear, and getting on their level. All enjoyed their food immensely and the portions were healthy and nearly all took leftovers home. The cocktails were delicious and had good variety and had a few mocktail options as well. Overall very happy with our experience and will be happy to go back!

First thing I want to mention is this places knows how to cook a burger I asked for a burger medium and it was perfectly nailed. Most places always go slightly over to medium well. I have not seen such a perfectly hit medium burger for under $20. Also another standout is the orange chicken sandwhich it is very flavorful. It's very good. The sauce on it is similar to the panda express orange chicken sauce but hotter.. it's got way more spices in it. The merchant Nachos are basically kind of if you turned a loaded baked potato into nachos. It's serial chips of potato's fried which bacon cheese and chives. Let me just say the potatoes on this where seasoned great. Someone is not afraid to salt a potato in thw kitchen.. the drinks here where also nice the whisky sour was very traditional even with a framed up egg white which I appreciate. Biggest downside is service is a little slow on the patio. There was long stints when the server just didn't appear. It wasn't to bad but it just slowed down us paying and leaving alot. Also this place is busy and can get very loud inside. So if that bother you eat on the patio it's usually way quiter out there. Also because of this you can expect a wait when you arrive. It's not long by any means but the place is popular.

The food has great flavor and the serving size is generous. I've been here a few times now and have always been happy with my food choice. You can't go wrong with the burgers and the goat cheese mac is dang good.

One thing I love about the Merchant is that because of how the different dining areas are styled, they can be PACKED & it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The biggest downside we have discovered is probably how busy they get, but the wait time resolves quickly! We enjoy their menu and cocktails. My husband loves the shrimp & grits, and I am addicted to the rigatoni… the summer pasta is good, but the rigatoni bolognese is breath-taking!

I don't have enough good things to say about this place. I see why it's always so packed now. The burgers are the best I've ever had, not even kidding -- seriously. I had the Apricot burger and it was PHENOMENAL. The perfect blend of sweet, tanginess plus the pickled onions and a juicy, flavorful patty were complex, and delicious. The patty appeared to be handmade fresh, the fries also appeared to be made in-house and are reminiscent of Rockne's fries (my favorite). The price is rather high for a burger, but for the quality I would say it's actually worth it. The burger and fries were delicious and filling. The service was fantastic -- the waiter checked in with us often, was laid back, and very attentive. The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable, although the temperature inside was a tad on the cold side. The drink selection is huge, the tap selection not so much, but the beers on tap are very well curated and delicious. The Toxic Brew Co. Tangerine Wheat is a new favorite of mine. This was a very enjoyable dining experience and I can't wait to go back.

Maybe we got them on a bad night, but this place was a major disappointment in terms of food. The fries undercooked (partially raw), wings overcooked and mostly connective tissue, chicken sandwich had mushy meat texture and was heavily sugared for some reason. Considering how much they charge per dish the results were really disappointing. Again, maybe they had a bad night or maybe the drinks make up for it, but we won't be coming back. Atmosphere was nice and our server was friendly and prompt

Not sure if I’ve ever been more “underwhelmed” by a dinner out. I got the “Summer Rigatoni” which is supposed to have homemade sausage. Well, there was a lot of rigatoni with almost no sauce. The sauce was very “watery”. And about one small clump of sausage and a few more tiny pieces. Seemed like about 2 dollars worth of food for $26.50. Service was very good, except I don’t think the server should have brought me such a poorly prepared dish.

June 6, 29, 2025. Still no response. So I guess I will leave my one-star rating as a one-star rating. I prefer companies that actually care what their customers think, especially when their customers were unhappy. See you when I forget why I'm not seeing you April 26, 2025 Not Good. Kitchen sent out a cheeseburger with tomato and lettuce. Tomato "slice" was 3/8" and the center third was white, tough, and trying to cut it ruined the sandwich Had to be eaten with knife and fork AND the knife wasn't sparp enough to cut the tomato. It just crushed the sandwich into a casserole. Not what I ordered. No, didn't send it back because it's stupid to waste food over something like that. But it's also stupid to keep doing that. And I understand from talking to people there that the kitchen regularly does this and could not actually give a damn if people are bothered by it. Hence ones across the board. I hope that I hear from the restaurant that this issue is being addressed. Because some guy or girl with a bad attitude is ruining your reputation and ruining my interest in coming there as my sort of go to place for when are we going to do for dinner. I like the place more and more with each visit. Jan. 2025: TILT: if you want to get something to go, like you have to get home for the Cavs game, you can. I got the country pork. The gravy is in its own microwavable container. The cutlet was on top of the mash. Generous serving. I held it in 140 degree oven for about 90 minutes and it was great anyhow. So now I have my new to-go from them. Second order was shrimp and grits. (Please peel the shrimps!) It held well and we already know that it reheats well as a leftover. Poutine worked well BUT it won't hold for long without melting the curds. It was still very good. Leftover poutine reheats well. Next time we won't hold it- just add a touch of heat when ready to eat. Actually, we can buy curds here, now. We can always add more or ask them to leave them aside if we need to hold it too long. Hmm. Too much cheese? July 2024: The distillery spirits are good and for sale at Silver Spirits. I dislike the gin but I like juniper gin. This struck me as more like Hendrix so if you like the florals you will love this gin. They have a summer gin which is more London Dry style Like the Bourbon. Their Bourbon Manhattans are pricy, but worth it. AND GET THE NEW WINE CASK AGED BOURBON! Omg. In an Old Fashioned or Manhatten? Divine! And the bill encourages people to drink appropriate amounts. But oh, so worth it! (Try perfect Manhattan or Old Fashioned. We have a deaf guy we go out with (cochlear implant) and they are most accommodating to get us into a space where we can talk. Never have had a bad experience with the staff. They are bright, courteous, and hard working. Tip them I've been going through a hamburger phase and I love them. I recommend medium. They hold together well and are pinkish inside.

Pizza restaurant
Italian restaurant
Emidio's Pizza is a charming, family-owned Italian eatery that specializes in delicious pizzas, homemade pasta, and calzones. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot for families to enjoy a meal together. Their pizza is particularly noteworthy; one visitor raved about the generous toppings of bacon, mushrooms, pepperoni, and extra cheese that were evenly distributed across the pie. The crust was perfectly cooked—no doughy texture or undercooked chicken to be found!
If you're looking for a local pizza place that isn't fancy but has amazing pie then this is your place!! The giant square pizza was amazing!
Ryan S — Google review
I have always liked their pizza. I'm not a chicken on the bone eater, but my guy is, so we got both chicken and a pizza. Pizza has bacon, shrooms, pepperoni and of course extra cheese and was even better than I remember it being. Plenty of each topping, spread pretty uniformly over the whole pie. (We did not come across the problems of doughy pizza or under cooked chicken) Didn't even see the always present stray chicken feather sticking out of a piece of chicken anywhere! No rudeness from employees, but we were not rude to them either. -there was a dude there, hassling the worker, and he was direct and blunt with the dude, but still not rude. I'd still recommend this food to anyone, especially for quick large orders as well as late late night food seekers! Great job, Emidio's!! Thank you and we will be back!!

This restaurant has somehow managed to disappoint three generations of my family. (For the full story, read my father's review first.) Let’s start with the salad. Or as I like to call it, “wet disappointment in a bowl.” It was a crime against lettuce. I’m not even sure it was lettuce—more like something green and vaguely edible that had been sitting under a heat lamp and doused in enough vinegar to summon spirits from the underworld. The croutons were probably forged in 1983 and have since fossilized. I’ve seen more life in a parking lot weed. Now, onto the meatballs. Oh boy. If IKEA made meatballs out of cardboard and broken dreams, they’d still be better than whatever fell onto my plate here. I bit into one and had a brief existential crisis. Was this meat? Was it a dare? Did someone in the kitchen say, “Let’s see how far we can push people before they file a restraining order against our food”? Well, congrats, mission accomplished. And the manager. Ah yes, the cherry on top of this dumpster sundae. He radiated the charm of a DMV clerk who just lost a bet. When we politely mentioned the salad tasted like regret and floor cleaner, he looked at us like we were the problem. No apology, no concern—just a shrug and a smirk like he was auditioning for a reboot of “Restaurant Nightmares: Local Edition.” In summary, if you’re considering dining at Emido’s and value your taste buds, your time, and your will to live, may I kindly suggest literally anywhere else? Digging through your fridge and eating expired condiments would be a five-star experience in comparison.

Burning the chicken is a real insane way to keep customer service and keep customers our first time going here highly disappointed that you served a piece of burnt chicken or two inside this box in the fact, is you put it in there closed it gave it to me and was OK with that
Demitre J — Google review
I don't order from emidios very often, and this is the one on main street, but when I do I would like it to be done right. The hardest part is calling the establishment. The male person that works the drive-thru window is intimidating and mean. Recently I ordered a small pizza and it was burnt and the crust was heaped up on the sides and the cheese pooled to the middle. This is not what I'm used to. Usually the pizzas are much better a little bit bigger because it was sliding around in the box and this one was burned. I pulled away from the drive-thru and looked at it and what made me look at it is the fact that it was sliding around in the box. When I looked at it I couldn't believe it. Because this person is so hard to deal with I gave it a second thought do I really want to put myself through that, but I spent $12 on the pizza and some sauces and I had to say something. I was very nice to him but as soon as I got to the window I was met with a mean face and a very bad attitude and so I stuttered my way through it because he's intimidating. I asked him I would like you to make this over. He's like why! And I discussed with him about it being overdone and cheese pooling sliding into the middle.... It was overdone. I never took a bite of it I was still in the parking lot. He said I'm not making it over there's nothing wrong with it. He didn't even look at it. So with the monotone voice I said, okay, I am the customer and you know and I started to describe what was wrong with it again. He said, I'll put more cheese on it but I'm not making another one for you. There was no discussion, so I just let him do what he wanted. I've dealt with him for a number of years at different times especially when I used to do food delivery. He's very mean. I'm sure he's a hard worker, and I know it's a rough area over there at times, but people should not be treated like that. I can deal with his attitude but having my pizza made like this was not acceptable so now what do I do? I had to just take what he gave me and try to see if I can eat some of the cheese off of it and make some semblance of a meal out of this. I am going to speak with a manager tomorrow to see if I can get a replacement. I can say one thing other than if the manager would be kind enough to give me a replacement that I will never be back to this particular location. It's not worth the stress and the meanness of this person. And the worst thing about it is he doesn't care he's like that. I wish that he wasn't like that but he is. I'm just glad it was me that dealt with him and not somebody else that might be going through a really hard thing in life and not needing that kind of treatment. I can take it, but I just want my pizza done right for the money I paid.
H L — Google review
Absolutely insane, just moved to the area, wanted to try them FOR THE FIRST TIME! Called to place a delivery order, got told to “Use google” and then immediately hung up. Would like to have a word or 2 with the guy on the phone about professionalism.
Tyler W — Google review
Had I been treated with even a bit of respect, I never would be writing this review. The man who answered the phone at 2:18 p.m. today stated he was the owner. He actually hung up on me twice when I called to say I was unhappy with our food. He talked over me, said everything was perfect and proceeded to hang up. I thought it had to be an error so I called back and he said he didn't have time for me and hung up again! So, here you go - warning to anyone ordering something other than pizza. Order was for 2 subs, 2 salads, and 1 pizza. The veggie sub, which according to their posted menu, includes lettuce, was served hot, drowning in tomato sauce and melted cheese. The bun was soggy rather than being toasted first (may have helped). The Italian sub was good. The salads both had rotting lettuce in them. The antipasto was ordered without onions - please see photo of onions. The other photo shows the brown and mushy lettuce on the salad. This is clearly bagged salad mix - when the purple from the red cabbage transfers over to the lettuce it's not fresh. The pizza was the best part of the meal and would be the only thing I would ever try there - if the owner wasn't so unprofessional. Won't order from there again. I'm tired of being abused by business owners! I asked him for nothing other than to hear that I was unhappy with some of the food items. They ask for a review - here it is.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ken Stewart’s Grille for a business dinner, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t enjoy during our dining experience at KSG — the food was simply good. The lobster deviled eggs were absolutely scrumptious, with generous pieces of lobster in every bite. I’ll admit, when my scallops arrived paired with a beet-red risotto, I cringed inwardly — red risotto isn’t exactly the most visually appealing dish to me. But one bite changed everything. The flavors easily erased my initial hesitation. The dish was seasoned perfectly, and the scallops were some of the most tender I’ve had in a long time. My husband enjoyed his seafood pasta but mentioned he wished he had asked for jalapeños — it needed just a little pop of heat. I also snagged a bite of his crispy sponge cake (yes, crispy sponge cake!), and it was uniquely delicious. I would have happily eaten more, but caffeine tends to trigger my migraines, so I had to hold back. A special shoutout to Erin, our server, who was absolutely amazing. Her warmth and attentiveness made an already great meal even better.

For a restaurant with prices this steep, my expectations were set somewhere in the stratosphere. While the beautiful food and attentive servers were almost enough to get me there, the uninvited fly and the noise level brought me right back to Earth. The food was fine, but it was hard to fully appreciate the beautiful presentation with the fly joining your meal. Overall, it was a meal that was more about the show than the substance. The experience was ok until it wasn't. Woke up at 6 am with terrible stomach pain after dining here last night, which has unfortunately put a damper on the first day of my vacation. I can no longer recommend this restaurant.

QUALITY over quantity, everything was great. However, I do wish their were more sauces for the Seafood Tower. I wish they had a Honey Mustard with Sesame Seed Oil sauce and a butter sauce, maybe a little Cayenne spicy sauce.

Came here for my birthday to try the beef wellington for the first time, which unfortunately was the worst part of the meal. It was bland with no real flavor. Everything else made up for it. Bartenders were friendly and attentive.

What a great place. We went to a surprise birthday party for a dear friend here on Saturday. The staff was so spot on with service and anything requested. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh. This is a great place and Ken never misses ever!!

My appetizer is not tasty, it's salty and not fresh fish. The dish itself is not well presented with a tiny portion. My Entree is delicious.

Ken’s is always a 100/10! The staff are always very kinda and welcoming, and even remember us by name! The food is fantastic every single time. I always love and recommend a cut of steak, absolutely amazing. My fiancé usually gets the Salmon, also always amazing. A stunning example of fine dining.
