Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

4.1

International airport
Airport
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is a massive complex spanning over 17,000 acres and serving North Texas. It offers direct rail service to Dallas and features the Founders Plaza Observation Station, providing visitors with a view of the airport's 2,300 daily takeoffs and landings. The observation area includes long-distance binoculars, parking, a graph board for identifying aircraft, speaker systems broadcasting audio from the Control Tower, and four picnic areas.
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the country, but despite the heavy traffic, my experience there was smooth and surprisingly stress-free. Getting to the terminal was easy, and the layout is well-organized, which made the entire arrival process straightforward. One of the highlights of DFW is the Skylink service, which is excellent. The automated train system is fast, efficient, and makes traveling between terminals a breeze. Even though the airport is massive, Skylink takes away the stress of navigating long distances. The airport itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained. There are plenty of places to eat and shop, offering everything from quick bites and coffee shops to sit-down restaurants and well-known retail brands. It makes layovers or waiting times much more enjoyable with so many options to choose from. Despite being such a large and very busy airport, it never felt chaotic. The signage is clear, the staff is helpful, and the overall organization makes it easy to find your way around. Pros: - Smooth and stress-free terminal access - Excellent Skylink train service between terminals - Clean, organized, and modern facilities - Wide variety of food and shopping options - Clear signage and helpful staff Things to note: - It’s a major hub, so it can get crowded at peak times Overall: DFW Airport offers a great travel experience. Even with its size and busy atmosphere, the efficiency, cleanliness, and amenities make it stand out as one of the better large airports in the U.S.

The best! Unpredictable and beautiful! I suggest you to enjoy your time here even if your flight depart without you. American Airlines always take care you that's why I don't worry, very fancy place with everything you need in here, no complaints whatsoever. Dallas Airport is a cool hub. Food is excellent here. Easy to navigate and it's huge which is a deterrent for me as a travel lover but signs are everywhere if you pay attention to your boarding pass you will figure it out. They have electric carts for those who need assistance going from one gate/terminal to another. I'm mainly mentioning on this review the two places I ate: Pappadeux and Little Maggiano's I firmly recommend. Airport food should be part of a pleasant journey. And these two restaurants elevate your travel experience.

Massive! I'm from Memphis and was vacationing in Jackson Hole. DFW was our layover before heading back home. We had to take the rail train to get to our gate. Hold on! It is fast! The airport, again, is huge! Lots going on... restaurants galore, exhibits, art, culture, and lots of it. My son and I didn't eat anything, though. We were too tired. Lovely airport. Clean and very interesting. I hope I get to actually vacation in Dallas in the near future 🥰 Only cons: Inside the ladies bathroom, one of the stalls had a gap in the door that was a bit too wide for my liking. If you can see the person standing at the sink in front of your stall, then I'm pretty sure they can see you inside using the bathroom 🫣😬 I didn't like that.
Alexis S — Google review
Very busy place!! Its huge so don't lose your people or belongings. We had a short layover here on our way out of country. It was our first time stopping at this airport in over 15 years. A refreshing place for a layover. Definitely some great upgrades and improvements. I liked the snazzy art installations for the shops and throughout the whole airport. Security and TSA are generally helpful and kind to most travelers.
Laura S — Google review
Massive airport. Be ready to take the Skylink train to get to your terminal—it’s fast, but definitely not the smoothest ride. The floors throughout in the Skylink could use a more consistent cleaning as well, which detracts a bit from the overall experience. That said, the airport offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops across all terminals, which helps pass the time if you have a layover.
Anthony S — Google review
This airport several restaurants, shops to offer. It does get very busy. Seating can be very limited during that time. I have found myself standing by the wall or walk around to kill time. If you get in early morning, seats are available. Driving in and out of the airport is confusing and horrendous. There aren't clear visible road signage where it is needed. I've driven in and out of this airport using Apple Maps which was inaccurate in one location of the airport, Apple Maps advised to make a right when it was a one way direction to make a left turn only. You end up looping around at least 2-3 times. It was crazy. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. I have family that live in Dallas and they resent driving to the airport. LOL! Hopefully, things improve.
Aileen C — Google review
DFW was my home airport for most of my life...after retiring and flying even more I fully appreciate DFW Airport. Large enough for just about every airline in the world the airports multiple terminals are connected by a post-TSA, free tram system that runs constantly. With so many airlines the airport is also home to many club lounges. From the Capital One Lounge to the many Admiral's Clubs and so many in between for a respite away from the crowds. Weather and thunderstorm delays are common in spring and summer. Always a good idea to be in and out of DFW earlier in the day rather than late and face cascading issues.

Nice place to see the airplanes landing and taking off. Shades, Benches and water are available at the location. You could just bring something to eat while watching the airplanes. You can actually hear the flight traffic control talks via a speaker here!
Punitha M — Google review
It was a lot of fun. Anyone who is an aviation enthusiast would enjoy it. I particularly enjoyed listening to ATC talking to the planes. I have an autistic son that absolutely loved it. He still talks about getting to watch the Japan Airlines taking off.

Such a perfect spot to relax and unwind! The view here is absolutely beautiful, especially during sunset. It’s so peaceful watching the sky change colors while planes take off and land in the distance. A calm and serene place where you can just sit back, enjoy the moment, and forget about everything else. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet escape with stunning views!” ✈️🌅

One of the best places to relax — especially if the weather cooperates 🙂. Watching planes land every couple of minutes is such a blissful and oddly calming experience. Kids absolutely love it, and it’s a perfect spot for a small picnic.

We have been going to Founders Plaza for over fifteen years. We took our kids when they were little and now take our grandchildren. It is very relaxing watching airplanes land and takeoff.

We have been here on 4th of July evening to watch flights landing and it’s our first time. We had a great time watching the flights land, taking off in other direction. As it’s 4th of July, we also spotted some military jets and we had lots of fun with family. It’s a pretty good place to take our parents and kids here. Be ware that you might get gasoline smell from flights after they land which is not a major issue if you keep a good distance.
Manasa M — Google review
It’s a cool place to relax and watch the planes go by, arriving or departing. People bring chairs with them. However there are benches and tables on the plaza. It’s free to enter.

Nestled in Grapevine, Texas, the Great Wolf Lodge Water Park is a vibrant family-friendly resort that promises an unforgettable getaway. Just a short drive from Downtown Dallas, this destination boasts an impressive indoor water park filled with thrilling slides, multiple pools, and engaging water games that will keep kids entertained for hours. Beyond the splashes and slides, families can enjoy character meet-and-greets, storytime sessions, and cozy PJ parties designed to create lasting memories.
Me and my family visit water parks multiple times a year. Each time we reserve cabana’s. Schlitterbahn, six flags, and kalahari to name a few in the state. Layne was hands down the best server I have ever had. We had a cabana for 2 days and this man treated us like family and was like clockwork anywhere in the park. Even when we weren’t in our private cabana he was refilling our drinks when they got low anywhere in the park. He was very charismatic and genuinely a great individual. Great wolf lodge we were the Langley family in cabana #3 and #4 on 25th and 26th of October 2025. Show this employee a great deal of appreciation he is exceptional. He is the reason we will be coming back and continuing to spend our money on cabana’s As for rooms: I’ve had better but that’s not why we came. They were clean but basic. The dance party for my 2 year old was great and she loved all the activities for her and all the children everyday including children’s morning yoga. If you’re old this isn’t a destination meant for you. It’s geared towards children and that’s what makes this place special. On top of employee’s like Layne who make the experience memorable.

Great Wolf Lodge Review Our recent stay at Great Wolf Lodge was a fun-filled family adventure with a few areas for improvement. Water Park & Safety: The lifeguards were absolutely amazing — incredibly attentive and quick to act. We even saw them step in multiple times to help kids who needed assistance, which made us feel very safe. The water park itself is great, but next time I’ll definitely bring water shoes — the floors can feel a little icky at times. Staff & Service: We had a couple of moments where kids got separated from their families, but the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. Overall, the employees are friendly, though they could use more help during peak times. Lines at the attractions can get long, and service at the restaurants is noticeably slow. Food prices are a bit steep if it’s not part of your package. Breakfast was definitely better than dinner, so I’d recommend going with a breakfast-inclusive deal if possible. Facilities & Amenities: The elevators are pretty slow, so if you’re able, it’s faster to take the stairs. The MagiQuest game is a big hit with kids, but parents should pack patience — and comfy shoes! There’s also a full Starbucks on site, which is a lifesaver for early mornings. Tips for Your Stay: Bring hand sanitizer (there aren’t enough stations around the resort) and water shoes for the park. Overall: Despite some slow service and long waits, Great Wolf Lodge offers a safe, family-friendly environment packed with activities. The staff’s attentiveness and the fun atmosphere make it worth the visit — just go prepared and plan ahead for the crowds.

We had a great experience. I read a lot of horrible reviews before I left and was prepared for a disappointing experience but it was the opposite. Cleanliness: the rooms, resort, main areas, and water park were all clean. I saw mutlple workers cleaning throughout the day. No concerns in this area, rarely saw trash or debris anywhere. Food: yes overpriced, convenient not to leave the resort though. We did breakfast buffet, pizza and salad for lunch and dinner buffet. We also brought snacks and sanswhich stuff. Disappointed in the meal plan only because I thought I waa saving money but turns out the breakfast buffet for the kids was only 12.99 so plus the 30 a day dining credit, I saved 0 dollars (42.99 a person a day). Mediocre food but was not expecting a fine dining experience. Skip the dinner buffet and just get a couple pizzas. Food credits work as a balance on your account, they only expire when you leave but not at midnight like other posts I read. Waterpark: go early in the am and the last 2 hours of ope ingredients 6-8 if you want to ride the slides, all other times were 30 plus minute wait. The tornado and green tube slide were our favorite. There was enough seating even on Saturday. The outside pool waa open too which was great to get some air. Activities: kids loved magiquest, halloween events and Luna story. We got the wolf pass and 2nights/3 days struggled to complete all the activities. We did it though! This place is a whole experience, its expensive. They try to upgrade you on everything (the wand, candy, etc). I knew this going in so it waa no big deal, this was one and done for us bucket list item. Probably won't be back unless we can get rooms super cheap. 2 nights, 2 wolf passes, late check out, upgraded patio, wolf den, and dining plan for 3, parking etc our bill was 1400. Pricey but worth it for a quick get away. Try it out but level set expectations. Other things to note, they dont check bags going into water park, people brought coolers etc, they have towels no need to bring them. A back pack is a must, goggles, snacks, water cups, enjoy your time!

Very upset with GWL. We booked a room a month in advance for my daughters 10th birthday. We also added an extra package (birthday package) where the room was supposed to be decorated just for them and make kids feel special. When checking in we reminded the desk clerk about the package and she said yes and to give them some extra time to make sure it was ready. So we went and had a late lunch. We came back and went to our room and absolutely nothing . So we put our swimsuits on and went to the water park for a few hours and came back and still nothing. Greatly disappointed. So its Halloween time and the app says trick or treating is about to start, so we get my daughter in her costume and go out to go trick or treating and they cancelled it. Also the outside waterpark was closed without any notice. Everything GWL was supposed to do was not done. With the price we paid and flying from California to Dallas for our vacation and then not doing what was paid for was a huge let down We have been to 2 other GWL and never had a problem. This place is much smaller and management needs better training. The food in the corn dog place was burnt and old and I forgot to mention that we planned to have dinner at the buffet however that was closed too for some reason I don't think we will be returning . We paid good money and did not receive what we paid for.

We had a blast. We visited the resort to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We had so much fun, every single employee and staff were amazing all of them deserve a huge shootout, they were always willing to help and support with a smile. We did not have anything bad to say about our stay the kids were very happy, we did every single attraction and we enjoyed them so much we always had something to do and discover. Definitely this is a great place for families. Howls

Our group of five women meets yearly to attend a conference, and this year we chose the Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, reserving a suite months in advance so we could all stay together for collaboration and convenience. We booked directly and even confirmed the week of our arrival. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we were given a basic standard room with one bathroom for five adults. After much back and forth, we were finally provided two rooms, but it was not the suite we had carefully planned for. We were also looking forward to relaxing by the pool, only to find it closed “for the season”—despite the fact that temperatures were in the upper 80s during our stay. Our wing of the hotel was under renovation and it showed: messy hallways, water leaks, and multiple maintenance issues. One of our rooms had no hot water, a leaking faucet, and non-functioning AC, and non working appliances. The other room developed a water leak into the wall and hallway, which led to workers needing to enter our space during our stay. The hallways also had large wet areas, suggesting this was not an isolated issue. The food was mediocre at best and very overpriced. By the weekend, the property turned into a madhouse. Elevators broke down, leaving only one set available, which was overcrowded with guests and staff. More than once, we were bumped for service carts. Stairs then were closed for an accident which left us waiting for 35+ minutes for elevators. The restrooms near the waterpark were also in unacceptable condition—wet floors, toilet paper everywhere, and overflowing toilets. To be fair, there were a few bright spots. The front desk staff truly did the best they could under difficult circumstances. Our waitress at Fireside was lovely, and Joshua—the 22-year-old maintenance worker—was outstanding. He came to our rescue multiple times and was the most helpful part of our stay. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. This was my second visit to a Great Wolf Lodge (the first was in Denver), and both times I encountered significant issues. The concept is wonderful, but the execution and upkeep are sorely lacking. For the price and expectations, I cannot recommend this property.
Tiffany N — Google review
The room was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty pricey but we had a great time! The waterpark was so much fun. I recommend getting the passes for the kids, it’s worth the money for all they get to do around the resort.
Dianna D — Google review
Overall, a good experience. We had some not so awesome things and some awesome things. We had to switch rooms twice, had issues with the smell, once we had our second room our room phone didn’t work nor our refrigerator but they were doing what seemed to be a whole floor construction renovation, so maybe that is why it didn’t work. The Waterpark seems rundown, in need of some renovation and overall The cleanliness of the waterpark was not there. I will say the water was clear, but the walkways were filled with Band-Aids, spilled ice cream, smooshed, cupcakes, wet napkins, etc. the only time I really saw someone clean was about 7 PM when the waterpark closed at 8 PM. Now, I will say that there is some amazing things about this place. There were several employees that went out of there way to make her experience magical. My boys absolutely loved Magiquest , had fun at the bowling alley, had fun at the arcade, And enjoy some other amenities. The wolf pass/pup pass seem to be a wonderful add-on. The kids felt like they had tons of options with this pass and us as parents didn’t feel like we had to keep spending more and more money, as it was already included in the pass. The Luna bedtime story was extremely well done And all of my kids were enamored by the story. We had a ton of fun at the dance party, enjoyed interactive games at the grounds, and Had fun at the virtual trail. However, it is the employees that would make you want to come back. One employee stuck out from the rest and that was Evan. He went out of his way to make sure that we had the best guest experience. We appreciate all you did for our family! Thank you, Evan for making a howling good time.

The Grapevine Vintage Railroad is a popular destination for families, offering rides on historic rail lines using 1920s coaches. The attraction also features seasonally themed excursions that are well organized and enjoyable. Visitors can expect professional and helpful staff who provide plenty of entertainment options to make the most of their visit. While food options may be limited, visitors can spend ample time exploring the area and getting value for their money.
A great value for the money. 6 hours of entertainment for under $30. The train and cars are fantastic! Vintage (100 years old) but in great shape. During the summer months choose an air conditioned car. Not much more money. The view along the way isn’t much to brag about, but they have a team of entertainers who do a fantastic job making the time pass. You spend 2 hours at the Ft. Worth Stockyards (the perfect amount of time). The timing works out for you to see the longhorns parade through the street. This train ride is the real deal! You should go.

I’ve done two different ride experiences with them, and both were cute. This is an activity that allows you to experience vintage trains, do something different, and enjoy the ride. They ride on tracks used by other working trains, so you may have to stop and wait sometimes - that’s not a big deal, though, because you’re still on the train! 🙂 I recommend the 45 minute ride for families with small children - it’s just enough time for the fun experience without becoming monotonous for them. If you want an activity that’s going to last about half a day, get the ride from Grapevine that drops you off at the Stockyards for a couple of hours. In general, it’s a cute thing to do with visiting family and friends.

Wowza!😯 This is great fun! It might be the best of the train rides I've had so far. 🙌🏻 The cars are beautifully it restored.👨🏻‍🔧 There is entertainment on board.🎭 Also food and drinks, and a bar! It's a long train ride! Unlike some of the smaller scenic railroads I've been on this train shares tracks with the commuter and freight trains. The price is reasonable, the food and drink on board is reasonably priced too. This is nice because when you get to the yesteryear of the stockades,🤠 reasonable pricing is the thing of the past....🤑😣🫢

It's been a few years since we've taken this Train it was an incredible journey then and now. We had company in from out of state and we wanteted to do something special. However if you are looking for a quick trip down to Fort Worth and back to Grapevine. it's not so fast. Be prepared for a potentially longer yet rewarding journey to Fort Worth it used to be like 45 minutes now there's several stops because they are sharing that train track. It's a truly uplifting change of pace to bring out-of-town guests to do something extraordinary such as ride this vintage train. The Vintage train hires actors who reenact a train robbery with humor. It is really a wonderful comfortable way to see the city sights and let someone else do the driving. From Grapevine to Fort Worth we were able to see the Stockyards and the cattle run. We also saw one reenactment of a gunfight. It was definitely reminiscent of the old west of the turn of the century.

Hi! I was part of the delayed excursion Sunday, and I gotta say- I still loved it! These folks really do try their best to keep things running smoothly, even with dispatch seeing incorrect signals. 27 other trains were also backed up the same day ours was! Thank you grapevine railroad crew!! This railroad excursion is fun, but might be a little iffy for those with very little children- the train noises are loud at times, and there are lights in each cabin that change colors quickly (they’re very small, a strip toward the roof). You’re encouraged to remain seated, so if your kiddos are runners, this might be hard! Sensory wise, it’s a pretty calm experience and there’s even little skits thrown into your journey. Overall, prepare in case of delays (because to my knowledge freight trains take higher priority in dispatch, and that’s what causes it? Could be wrong!), try to keep away from fixed reservations in the Stockyards in case of said delays. There are restrooms onboard the train, snacks, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages as well. Know before you go, too: the first class cars have AC, coach does not. It’s a very darling attraction with a hard working crew.

A Fun and Nostalgic Ride with a Wild West Twist! The Grapevine Vintage Railroad is an unforgettable experience! From the moment you step into the beautifully restored train cars, you’re immersed in a journey through time. The vintage interiors, scenic ride, and friendly staff make it perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun day out. The best part? They had a live “train robbery” performance during the ride, complete with actors, cowboy hats, and a playful storyline. It was absolutely entertaining and added a fun Wild West twist to the whole trip—kids and adults alike were loving it! The journey from Grapevine to the Fort Worth Stockyards was smooth and scenic, with lots of great photo opportunities and a chance to explore the Stockyards before heading back. Highlights: 🚂 Vintage train cars with old-school charm 🤠 Live “train robbery” skit—super fun and interactive 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly & great staff 📸 Tons of photo ops and memories Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area—this is a classic Texas experience you don’t want to miss!

Review: Grapevine Vintage Railroad to the Fort Worth Stockyards Our experience on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad was a memorable one, with both highs and a few small hiccups. We started off with about a 45-minute late departure, but the staff made up for it by offering free refreshments, which was a nice gesture. The train itself runs at a slow pace, and honestly, there isn’t too much scenery to see along the way. That said, my 3-year-old grandson—who is completely obsessed with trains—absolutely loved every second of it, which made the ride more than worth it. One of the highlights was the cast of characters, who stayed in role from the waiting area in Grapevine all the way through the ride. They interacted with guests and kept things fun and lighthearted, making the experience feel more immersive. Onboard, they even served beer and wine, which was a pleasant surprise. When we arrived at the Stockyards, the timing worked out perfectly—we got there just in time for the cattle roundup. Even though we left late, the railway gave us our full two hours at the Stockyards, which showed real thoughtfulness. The train ride back departed and arrived right on time. The only negative note came on the return trip, where a sewage odor from the restroom in our first-class car was noticeable. The crew did their best to manage it by spraying it down, which helped some, but it was still unpleasant. Thankfully, the cast continued entertaining us the whole way back, keeping the mood upbeat. A few tips for future riders: • Legroom is tight. If you’re tall, you’ll want to spread out or buy two rows and sit diagonally (cadi-cornered). Sitting 3–4 adults knee-to-knee in a row isn’t very comfortable. • Bring snacks and entertainment for little ones, but don’t overdo it—time goes by faster than you think. • You have the option of taking the train one way and Ubering back if that works better for your plans. Overall, for my group of four, it was a great experience. Despite some negative reviews I’ve seen online, I found it well worth the trip. It’s a fun outing for families, a group of friends, or even a date, and my grandson’s excitement made it especially memorable.

Restaurant
Harvest Hall is a vibrant and lively foodie destination located in Grapevine, Texas, just a short distance from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. This European-style food hall features a variety of eateries and bars serving global cuisine, craft beer, wine, and spirits. The communal space houses eight restaurant kitchens offering modern interpretations of classic dishes from around the world, as well as two bars for guests to enjoy.
Love coming out here for food and was surprised to find some awesome live entertainment 🙌 food options are amazing. Second time visit and would love to come back. Faves for today : Arepa TX Live Band

Harvest Hall is a nice meeting joint masquerading as a premium food court. Most of the food stalls sell mediocre stuff, but the pricing is on the higher side, in keeping with the setting/atmosphere. Quantity/size in on the smaller side, so you'll have to order double what you usually do. The crowd is mixed but nice, of all ages, out to have a good time. Lots of families, and couples on dates. Most Fridays, they have live music outside, which pulls in a good crowd. The vibe is usually very festive, high energy. The Hall is right next to the DART and Historic Grapevine Fort Worth train station.

Stopped here for coffee. Coffee was delicious. The building is really cool and they have a speakeasy you can enter in through a phone booth with a code on a vintage looking phone! Definitely looking at staying here sometime.

Pretty cool place. I think of this place as a really nice food court. Quite the variety of food with a bar in the middle(and the best frozen margarita), Cute little Christmas themed restaurant and ndoor and outdoor seating. I think there are other levels with bars and sometimes live music, but we didn't explore all of it.

Such a cool project. The restoration looks amazing. Such a cool space. The food however seemed a bit too hyped up. Trying too hard to be New Yorky. Most options were too expensive or closed. The chicken tenders were awesome tho!! PS the photo opp on the iPad is broken which was a bummer...

Had a wonderful meal at this place. LOT of choices. Food was delicious. Had the $26 lobster roll and $7 new England clam chowder.

I actually love the food but the customer service at the kiosk where you get tickets to the tower was terrible! Ok not everyone there is a nasty person but one woman there had a nasty attitude and terrible customer skills. She is the shortest person employed there . Short on being polite… short on charm.. and short on nice. Let me explain… I had been trying to get to the tower to see the area for over a year . I had to unexpectedly move and was wanting to make the tower visit part of my bucket list before I left . I went a few days ago and the nicest lady was working at the desk . She took my payment and proceeded to tell me about the view and what to look for. I went up to the observation deck and immediately was swarmed by wasps. That is my FEAR. Phobia and terror. So I panic and had to leave. When I got back down the lady was genuinely concerned and offered me a refund . I told her I would be back so keep it. 2 days later I returned with a can of wasp spray to protect myself .I approach the desk and there were three ladies there and the one working on the cash register was very nice and when I explained about my previous encounter at the tower , they said they weren’t sure about me taking my wasp spray up there which I understand. it’s a hazard and they have the right to tell me I couldn’t take it up there. That being said, when I had told the lady about my previous coming up there and having to leave because of the wasp, she told me well we won’t charge you again, but you’ll have to come back in a few minutes when the other people up there leave . All three of the ladies that were standing there heard her say that to me because I said I will be back and thank you that’s so nice. I really appreciate it . So I waited around for about 10 minutes. When I came back to the kiosk, there were only two ladies there and one of them was really nasty about me not taking my wasp spray upstairs when I had already said it was no problem that I could leave it. Then as I was turning to go over to the elevator, one of the women said ,Oh it will be three dollars . to which I said The other lady said I wouldn’t have to pay because I paid a couple days ago To which she replied… No, it’s three dollars. So I said well OK if you’re gonna make me pay for it again even tho i just paid for it two days ago and she just stood there with this blank look on her face rude as she could be so I gave her the money AGAIN And she went over to let me in the elevator but she didn’t tell me anything about the place didn’t give me any kind of information had just a bad attitude. It really put a damper on my excitement about going up on the tower. I know we’re not supposed to let people take away our joy But she did. It’s not even about the three dollars. It’s about the fact that she knew the lady had told me I didn’t have to pay it again and she insisted that I do. She had no reason to be rude to me and I doubt I will ever go back up there again And I will certainly not recommend anybody else going up there if they’re going to encounter this rude person . It takes very little effort to be polite and pleasant. The harvest hall needs to either send her to Customer Service school or get rid of her as she puts a bad image on the whole place.

Many spot to try out this is a chicken sandwich from Firebawks. It wasn’t as spicy as I expected so next time Ill order the hottest one. I am not a coleslaw person , but I loved how the coleslaw inside the sandwich brought it all together with the nice crunch.

The Botanical Garden located at Heritage Park is a serene and peaceful spot with various seating areas, walking paths and a pond filled with fish for viewing. It's an ideal location for picnics amidst the backdrop of beautiful flowers or to capture stunning pictures. The park provides ample parking space and even has a public restroom available. This small botanical garden situated close to Grapevine's heart boasts children's play spaces outside the gates, making it perfect for intimate events.
Incredible garden for the community to enjoy. Everything is so well maintained and admission is free. I swear there’s different blooms every week during the spring and it’s so much fun to come back often and see how it’s changed! I love grapevine for providing so many beautiful parks for the community. 🥰

This venue was fabulous!!! In addition to a beautiful setting, we were blessed to have the assistance of Ron who was in charge of making sure we had everything we needed. He was the first to rush to help setting up and taking down. He stayed in the back to make sure we had it all handled for the entire time. He was the best!

The Grapevine Botanical Gardens is such a hidden gem! Beautiful and peaceful with so many unique flowers and trees I’d never seen before. I loved sitting on a quiet bench and just soaking in nature—it was exactly what I needed. The sidewalks are well-kept, there’s plenty of animal life to enjoy, and the public bathrooms are a big plus. Definitely worth a visit! 🌸🌿

My wife and I were visiting Grapevine and had some time to kill before a lunch meeting with friends. We happened upon the botanical garden and decided to walk there instead of killing time in the mall. The garden is not large but is very well kept with nice walking paths. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely return when visiting the area again. There is a nice playground adjacent to the gardens for small children.

It's really hard to rate this place because I've been to Chandor Gardens. Which is, far superior. However, I will say, that I always appreciate a city that values green space within city limits. This is a great spot if you just want to sit and relax and take in nature. Nothing bad about it, it is just quite minimal. Which I'm sure some people will actually prefer. It is a plus that it's free. It's worth a visit if you want to relax around nature. And it's well maintained. Hope this helps.

Under a 1-minute walk from Harvest Hall, here are a few close by recommendations for when you get hungry exploring around.

Dock Local

Seafood restaurant
Dock Local-Harvest Hall is a popular coastal cuisine spot in DFW, offering a variety of seafood dishes such as Maine lobster rolls, fish and chips, and regional shrimp. Despite being busy, the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is fresh and delicious, with options like hot crab queso with house chips and street tacos with smoked salmon or blackened shrimp.
The entire environment and atmosphere in this food hall is great. Dock Local has some pretty good food options, some including lobster. The fish and chips were delicious. Decent quantity of food. The fish was flaky and tasty. It was prepared quickly, and there is plenty of seating. This is a place I would return to.

Tucked into Harvest Hall off Main Street in Grapevine, I was pleasantly surprised to find a little joint to serve up one of my all time favs - lobster roll! I can’t tell you how many times we have driven and walked past the train depot and never noticed Harvest Hall right next door. It’s a great food court with a nice array of interesting choices. However, as much as I want to try them all, this review is meant to focus on Dock Local. What a surprise to have fresh seafood choices for lunch in a food court type setting! The menu had several items I would like to try, but once I saw options for lobster rolls, I was ‘hooked’. They are one of my favorites. Whether you like them served hot or cold, you will find one for you. I chose the Connecticut because I can’t pass up a warm lobster roll on a cold, windy day. It did not disappoint. The bread was perfectly toasted and seasoned. It was reminiscent of Texas toast. The lobster was piled high, sweet and tender. They served it with a side of clarified butter (yes, please) and a couple of lemon wedges. It also came with wonderful, crispy chips. The sandwich was delicious, I only wish there was more. But alas, that’s typically my only regret when I find a nice lobster roll. To keep the theme, and to warm up more on a blustery day, I also had a bowl of lobster bisque. Well, it was fine, nothing to write home about, but it was reasonably priced and was a nice side to my roll. The only lobster I found in the bisque was the tiny piece that adorned the top as a garnish. I did have a bit of lobster I could spare from my sandwich, so I added those small pieces to the bisque. This perked it up quite nicely. Save yourself a few bucks and instead of ordering a bottled water, take advantage of the water dispenser across from the order desk. I discovered it after I had paid for my lunch. I love the fact that the food court offers this amenity. I’m looking forward to the next visit so I can enjoy other menu selections.

Dock local has THE BEST lobster rolls in Texas. We make sure to stop here every time we come to Dallas. The one in Harvest Hall is one of our favorites because of the atmosphere and surrounding areas. On the weekends you can see live music here as well!

The food in this place is out of this world. Maria made my experience one to remember. The atmosphere is vibrant and everything is made fresh. The shrimp tacos are unlike anything that I've ever tasted. Maria made suggestions, offered conversation and a gaggle of laughs. If you're ever in town and want some amazing tacos come here. You owe it to yourself.

I’ve dined there before and also ordered through Uber Eats. Their fries are absolutely to die for, the rolls are good, and the chips are solid too. This time, I ordered the shrimp, but the coleslaw was incredibly bland—definitely missing something. Overall, the food was good, though I do wish they offered a few quality dessert options. All in all, it’s a solid spot.

Latin American restaurant
Arepa TX is a vibrant eatery located within Harvest Hall in Grapevine, Texas, offering a delightful twist on Latin American cuisine. This modern quick-serve spot specializes in artisanal arepas—savory corn cakes that are grilled to perfection and served with an array of flavorful fillings. The menu also features mouthwatering tacos and hearty rice bowls, all crafted from locally sourced ingredients. The atmosphere is casual yet lively, making it an ideal choice for lunch or a laid-back dinner.
This place is inside Harvest Hall by the train station. We ordered 3 Tacos, Kids Quesadilla, and the Cubano. We really enjoyed the food. The Cubano bread was more pita style than other Cuban sandwiches I've tried at other restaurants.

We came to this place when we read the reviews, but unfortunately, it can be misleading. We had the brisket arepa which had a hefty price considering its size, and it was quiet oily. Next time we'll choose another restaurant

I had the pabellón criollo and it was absolutely delicious! The cooker did an amazing job—everything was well-prepared, full of flavor, and truly authentic. beef was tender, the plantains were perfectly sweet, and the beans and rice were spot on. Highly recommend it!

Had the 3 tacos, tried all 3 options. The tacos were ok, not great. I squeezed the lime & added the sauce provided, just wasn't much flavor, pretty bland. Expected a bit more from street tacos. Also tried the rice & black beans that came with my boys quesadillas, also very bland, rice was overcooked. The quesadilla actually was better than the tacos. Kids options were very pricey for what it was. Wife & I also tried the elote, that was actually very good, the star of the meal, the only thing I can recommend. Was excited about trying this food court but it was a disappointment & over priced.

Great food! Had the tacos and plantains. Their Al Pastor is good, but the Carnitas are out of this world! The crispy bits in with the pork are so tasty. The plantains were perfectly fried. They are quick. Harvest Hall is always a fun place, especially with all the Christmas activities going on.

What a great find! I was looking for a gluten free place to eat and found this place. The restaurant is very bright and clean, the restroom is very bright and clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive and greets you like you are family. The are really good at explaining the food and making suggestions. Now the best part, the food. It is a wonderful variety of choices and has a lot of gluten free options all clearly marked on the menu. I love yucca and plantain and have to say this is some of the best prepared I have ever had. The Arepa bread is perfect and tastes amazing. Prices are perfect. The cost for me, my wife and son.to have 3 entrees with 2 sides each and drinks was $45. You can't beat That! Even if you do not need gluten free you should give this place a try. I know we will be going back a lot!

Italian restaurant
Northern Italian restaurant
Cafe Italia in Grapevine is an intimate eatery known for its homestyle Italian dishes that are perfectly complemented by guests bringing their own wine. This charming restaurant has consistently been voted as the top Italian dining spot in Northeast Tarrant County for six consecutive years. Cafe Italia offers an inviting atmosphere and delectable food that showcases excellent flavors, with the Filet Madiera being a standout dish.
Very popular restaurant just near Grapvine old town, food is authentic, service always fantastic, atmosphere kid too dark and old but acceptable.

This restaurant in Grapevine offers a good dining experience. The menu features a variety of Italian classics, each prepared with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. While most dishes shine, there’s room for slight improvement in flavor in the pasta sauces to reach perfection. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant visit. However, during busy times, service may feel a bit slower during peak hours, but the overall professionalism and warmth make up for it. The ambiance is the highlight. With cozy lighting, elegant decor, and a relaxed vibe, the setting is perfect for a romantic date night or a family gathering. Overall, wonderful spot, decent meals, attentive service, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

Food was good , every dish served with a salad to start with, salad was meh .. just ok. The house dressing taste like ketchup, we enjoyed better the Italian dressing. The food was good , the salmon was a bit over cooked and cover led with lots of good sauce.

I want to start with the most relevant point. The service was terrible, I have visited alot of restaurants. (MR Nicky) your service was terrible and he was rude. Bad attitude, he ignored us, and we even had ask for simple things to attend to us. He was nice when I paid the check . He is friendly with other costumers ,it was probably the color of my skin. The lobster ravioli dish was 5 stars, but the lasagna had no flavor, the tomato looked like it was from the can ! I give it 0 stars. The bread look nice, but had no flavor and was dry. And the mozzarella sticks looked like they were from the freezer store bought. I don’t know how they have a 4.6 star reviews. I would give them a 3.5. Please check the service .

Amazing food and service! Granted, we went at 4pm, so it wasn't crazy busy, there were about 5 other tables there. The food was amazing, except for the butter they provide for their bread. I got eggplant parm & my husband got a Tortellini dish. We both loved it! Highly recommend!

Steak house
Seafood restaurant
Dino’s Steak and Claw House is a classy bi-level eatery located in a converted bank building, offering a delightful dining experience with piano accompaniment. Despite its name, it's known for serving upscale steak dinners and delicious seafood samplers for two. The menu features juicy sirloin steaks, succulent lobster tails, prime rib, ribeye, and sautéed mushrooms. Guests rave about the signature blue cheese dipping sauce.
I showed up late, looking a mess — sweating, exhausted, not even supposed to be in Texas. After multiple flight cancellations, I landed in Grapevine when I was supposed to be home in Connecticut. It had been an awful day. But walking into Dino’s changed everything. They could’ve turned me away. The restaurant was clearly winding down for the night. An older party next to me was just finishing their last glass of wine. But instead of brushing me off, they welcomed me — like I had a reservation and was right on time. I ordered right away, and they took care of me like I was their only table. No attitude. No rush. Just pure hospitality. The food? Incredible. I had the bone-in ribeye — absolutely next level. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and honestly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The wine was great too, and everything was fairly priced, especially considering the quality. I left feeling like a different person than the one who walked in. They didn’t know how rough my day had been — and they didn’t need to. They just did what they do: made a stranger feel taken care of. Can’t recommend Dino’s enough. If you’re anywhere near Grapevine, go.
Mike M — Google review
The waiter was wonderful. He asked if we wanted a cocktail or a wine recommendation. After brining our drinks to the table he asked if we already had favorites or if we were interested in the special. He treated us like we were old friends and insider regulars. He brought warm bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a unique twist to fresh butter— it was drizzled with balsamic vinegar and some fresh ground salt and pepper. It was wonderful as it slowly melted on the bread. The wedge salad was a very unique take on what I consider a steak house staple. The dressing was slightly pink and the blue cheese was flavorless. There were pickled onions that seemed out of place on a wedge. I think they missed the boat on this one. If you going to think outside the box on a steak house staple, it has to be extraordinary and over the top. This salad missed all the way around. However, our waiter came over and asked why we weren’t eating the salad. We explained what our concerns were and he picked up the plates and offered a different salad. R picked the Caesar and it did not disappoint.

Cool steakhouse on the main strip of Old Town Grapevine. Lots of character and charm, not just the building and decor but the service provided. Very well trained and very friendly! Presentation and ambiance is great. Shy of a 5 because the chicken dish missed the mark as it was overcooked. But definitely a solid contender if you are hankering for a quality meal in town!

Dino’s in Grapevine absolutely deserves five stars! From start to finish, the meal was outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection. It was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sea bass was equally impressive, buttery and beautifully seasoned with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Even the simple things stood out: the warm bread and perfectly whipped butter were irresistible. For sides, the potatoes au gratin were rich and creamy with just the right amount of golden crust, and the sautéed mushrooms added a savory, earthy touch that complemented everything on the plate. Every bite showed true attention to detail and quality. Dino’s has easily become one of my favorite dining spots in Grapevine!

Dino’s Steak & Claw House – A Perfect Night Out From start to finish, our dinner at Dino’s Steak & Claw House was exceptional. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the evening feel special. The live piano music set the perfect tone for a relaxed, upscale dining experience. I started the evening with a Belvedere dirty martini with blue cheese olives — perfectly chilled, well-balanced, and just the right amount of brine. For dinner, I had the 18oz ribeye cooked medium rare, and it was spot on: beautifully charred on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The creamed corn with shrimp was an unexpected standout — rich, slightly sweet, and a perfect complement to the steak. My server, Liz, made the night even better. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. Her suggestion to try a new vintage of Caymus was excellent and paired beautifully with the ribeye. Overall, Dino’s delivered on every level great food, exceptional service, and a classy, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier steakhouse experience.

Grapevine Mills Mall is my second favorite Mall in the DFW area. I have been there numerous times. But my favorite is still The Stonebriar Mall, I just don't live close enough to the Stonebriar, to make it there more often. Anyway I like the numerous Cologne and Perfume stores that they have there and have purchased a few different colognes in the past few months. Recently I visited the Aquarium with my sister and that was fun. So it has a lot to see, a decent food court of course lots of parking space etc. It's visited by both locals and a lot of people that you can tell have just arrived from the nearby DFW airport. So it's definitely one of the hot spots for the DFW area.

Favorite mall to explore with my kids. We love all the food court options and that there are so many stores for each of our interests. Hot topic, box lunch, earthbound, round 1 and the custom t-shirt kiosk are some of our favorites. Its cool there is five below and Boba tea options also. When we're feeling fancy we spend forever in bath and body works and I take a walk through Victoria secret. Legoland, the movies, sea quest, meow wolf and rainforest cafe are all super fun! Overall like I said it's our favorite mall.

Visitors enjoy entertainment options like a movie theater, Legoland Discovery Center, and Sea Life Aquarium. With scheduled events, ample parking, and proximity to DFW Airport, it’s ideal for family outings.
Manikandan — Google review
Grapevine Mills shopping mall is a gigantic, better than average brand name discount outlet center. It offers a nearly complete set of top fashion brands, as well as a few European ones, but not Vitton, of course. Discounts vary from brand to brand, store to store, but generally can be 30% to 50% in some cases. Some brands, like Ralph Lauran, are usually only 10% except for "special sales." These are augmented with some American discount retailers like Ross's and Marshalls, along with specialty fast food take away restaurants in the large food court, and a couple of sit down ones like Chili's. We have shopped there countless times and found some very good buys over the years. It has TWO full length full store aisleways. It can be quite crowded on weekends and holidays. It is about one half miles+ long and takes about 20 minutes to walk end to end. There are good restroom and baby changing facilities throughout. There is more than substantial parking, but you may have to write your parking spot down, because the parking is equal to, or exceeds Disneyland in size with NO trolly to ferry you back and forth. Customer service is generally quite good, but varies from store to store. We do recommend it if you prefer name brand clothing. I highly recommend you review it online before you go to see what brands are there and what clothing models or retail items are being offered.

LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Dallas/Fort Worth

3.9

Amusement center
If you're looking for a fun-filled day with the family, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Dallas/Fort Worth is an ideal destination. This indoor entertainment hub is brimming with 12 exciting attractions that revolve around the beloved LEGO theme. Kids can immerse themselves in thrilling rides like the Kingdom Quest laser adventure and Merlin's Apprentice, or take part in interactive experiences such as driving at LEGO City: Forest Pursuit Driving School.
My kids (and even I) had such a blast at LEGOland! There was plenty to do to keep my kids entertained and happy. The staff was very patient and kind. We did encounter a few issues but they were easily resolved. The first small one was that I had paid to use a souvenir penny machine (I didn't read the payment instructions before paying with my card and didn't realize until after that I was charged for all 4 pennies and not just one, absolutely my fault) but did not receive any of the pennies. I quickly let an employee know and they were happy to help, providing me with the correct number to call for a refund. The second issue was that after waiting in line for one of the rides for 30 minutes and finally making it to the front, the ride was shut down due to a petal falling off and needing repair. We were disappointed but moved on to the other available ride. After that ride and playing for a bit, we heard that the first ride was soon opening back up and we quickly got in line to be some of the first there. After a couple of minutes of them testing the ride, it was opened back up and we were able to go on. At that point the crowd had cleared out a lot and we were even able to get back in the short line and ride again. Overall, it was such a fun experience and I definitely recommend going!

We had so much fun! This place is very hands on and interactive. We went on a Monday and the crowds weren't bad at all. Minimal waiting in lines for rides. The staff were great! Alexa (staff with braids) was so interactive with all of the kids and helped them have so much fun! The 4D movie was cold so not ideal if your child gets cold easily, but you could bring in a blanket. The splash pad is fun, don't forget a towel! The food was good, but pricey. You could always eat at the Mall food court and come back. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will go back for sure!

Took my 4-year-old on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised, no wait times for rides or activities at all. I purchased tickets online the day before for $22 each, which felt like a great value. It’s a fun spot for families with younger kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained for hours. There’s even a splash pad included in the price, though it was closed for the season during our visit. The staff was friendly, energetic, and really made sure our kiddo had a great time. Inside, there are lots of stations for different LEGO builds, a 3D movie, a couple of rides, and even a VR experience (for an extra fee). The LEGO displays of DFW are especially impressive and worth checking out. Overall, it’s a great indoor activity for a laid-back day. My only complaint is that it feels a bit small, I just wish there was more to explore!

1. Get the getoutpass 2.Kids had a great time. We did almost miss out on all the incredible art by their master Lego maker in the back, so definitely make sure that you've explored every nook for all the different things Would we pay full price for this experience? No idea. But it definitely made for a solid morning and a very memorable time!
Rabbi J — Google review
Legoland was pretty cool overall, and I think the price of the tickets was reasonable. The atmosphere is fun and very family-friendly. However, the rides weren’t very exciting, especially for older kids or adults. Most of them felt slow and more geared toward younger children. It’s a great place for families with small kids, who will definitely have more fun, but if you’re looking for thrilling rides, this might not be the place for you.
Shelly H — Google review
Lego land surprisingly has a lot to do for the kids. We spent about 3-4 hrs there on a discount ticket for a weekday ($19). I think you can get $17 tickets at Costco. They had little missions to do around the place. There was a spinning wizard ride, build a car, indoor playground, 4D movie that was pretty cool. They have a little ride where you have to shoot at stuff but it was a little run down and some stuff doesn’t work well. They have race cars, but only two can go at a time. Splash park is half open, other side looks like construction. Overall, kids found it fun and it was a good way to spend time.
Anissa S — Google review
Legoland is really a fun place for kids age 2-12!! I've read other reviews and what I gather is this -plus I've been here at least 3x! The best time to go to avoid crowds and really enjoy is when they first open! And arrive early that way you can spend all day there if you choose and ride the rides first! Plus you can ride the 2 rides as many times as possible if you want! Kids can literally be here hours on end! We got the package deal with Aquarium and Peppa pig and we were there from 1030am until 3pm with 3 toddlers!! This can be a full day thing if you want it to be!!
Farmers M — Google review
25$ per ticket whether child or adult. So just to get in was over $100 for a 2 year old, 5 year old, and parents. FOR THAT COST I would expect no additional costs for entertainment. Not much to do either, definitely feeling like this was a waste of $$$. I guess if you have a kid that is obsessed with building legos and that’s all then yea, bring them here and they can build legos all day. My local library has Lego build day for free, I’ll stick to that. Just not cool enough for the price. I say it is more fitting to charge $10 a person here.

Fantastic time! Very knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Greenlee for taking the time to talk about the animals in the tank. Interactive kiosks were cool with English and Spanish options. Great experience overall! Will visit again!

We here a couple weeks ago. My friend had his kids birthday party there. We had a private room to celebrate and have fun activities for kids and everyone. It was pretty nice just make sure you know the rules first we wasn’t aware we couldn’t separate to go to the aquarium until we were done with the birthday but it all worked out anyway. The people there were nice and helpful. When we went to the aquarium, it was pretty nice and bigger than expected. Just know there are other kids there so it can get crowded at times but in the end, it was still fun. In case you looking for it it’s next to the Lego place.

I had a wonderful time here! We celebrated my granddaughter’s 1st birthday party here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the atmosphere and aquatic attraction they have here. You don’t expect it to be as big as it is by the way it looks from the photos. We were shocked by how big it was and talk about beautiful, you can tell that they take care of there fishes and other species. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Was okay. Was super crowded, so we couldn't get to see well or enjoy the exhibitions. But they have the tunel, with sharks and etc...that was a +A and the sea turtles..."I love love, love them ". Kids had fun,so my goal was completed. We found a dead cockroach!! -100 on that Gift shop was okay as well and the staff was nice. Nothing bad for a aquarium inside the mall.

It was amazing. The only thing that I would say is I think it's a little overpriced but it blows away the one in Dallas. My daughter went to the one in Dallas when she saw these pictures she said wow where's this one! I really liked when you're walking What looks like through the water that was really awesome and my grandson loved it. I just think it should be a little bit cheaper but it's beautiful

First time to visit and would definitely do it again. The kids had so much fun. Since I do have a special needs daughter, I look out for our community. Sea Life Grapevine is wheelchair friendly. Everything is open inside for all to see. The peak through tunnels are the only issue inside, as the child has to be removed from their chair if possible to look through, but you can the fish without doing the peek bubble. Handicap bathroom is large, but only has a changing table for babies. I added the $7 tour behind the scenes. Our tour guide was amazing and what we saw was worth the price; however I wouldn't buy it again it. Tickets were less on their website compared to Groupon. We had 3 adults, 3 kids, 1yr old who was free. I ONLY paid $179 and this included behind the scenes. It was a fun-filled day with my kids.

Sea Life is an amazing place to visit! There’s a wide variety of fish and sea creatures to see, and you can tell they take really good care of them. The ticket price is quite reasonable for the experience you get. The staff are passionate and happy to explain things, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Shelly H — Google review
Loved going to this place with my family. We bought tickets the day before, and you can't take food or drink in the aquarium, but it is inside the mall, so you can go eat at the nearby food court. They also have VR section, but that is an additional thing to pay for when you buy your tickets. You do have the option to print the tickets out, or just show them on your phone.

Panda Express, a Chinese fast-food chain catering to Chinese standards, offers a range of menu items that are not only delicious but also mindful of health. Their newly introduced menu presents a delightful variety beyond the popular choices of orange chicken and beef and broccoli. With an assortment of delectable options to choose from, customers can enjoy a diverse culinary experience at Panda Express.
There was a long line here on a Saturday night. They ran out of noodles, so we waited a bit. They give you a lot of food on your plate so the price for 2 entrees isn't bad. We got the Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, and an Egg Roll. Not gourmet food, but it was OK and my kids liked it. Service was pretty good considering how busy they were.

I got upcharged for premium meats that I did not order or receive... was able to get it back in cash...

Wow. As a consistent customer of panda express, this location is showing the true colors of the brand by providing the WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. Not only is the food consistently stale every time I go, but there is always a lack of urgency by both Managers and employees. Especially GLORIA. Very top notch on being rude, disrespectful, and not caring for the customers. I am honestly disappointed in the consistent lack of urgency, customer service, and quality of the food. When I got my drink I expected a medium as requested but got a small. Apparently Gloria was doing me a "favor" by giving me the large. I no longer wanted it and wanted a refund apparently unlike other stores, manual refunds cannot be processed. I call horsecrap on that. Other Panda locations can do that, I've seen it.

I'm at the Grapevine mall and there's no shrimp and no one to serve me, the person went into the kitchen and never came back.
Tiago B — Google review
They quit making all food before 7:45 pm. Ruined my evening at the mall. Per the manager she stops making food because then it gets wasted.. had enough to feed two people on her serving line by 8:00 and was joking to her employees they didn’t have anymore rice to make..

This is by far the cheapest greediest panda I've been to the food portions are unbelievable and the ppl working there are rude not friendly at all.
Evelyn J — Google review
This was probably the worst panda express I’ve ever eaten at the orange chicken was bland. The noodles had no flavor. The honey walnut shrimp was bland as well. It’s like nothing had flavor at all.

Rainforest Cafe is a rainforest-themed chain restaurant that offers classic dishes in a jungle-like setting with animatronic animals. The atmosphere feels more like a theme park than just a restaurant, complete with thunder, lightning, and lively animal displays. The place also features a gift shop and is popular for kids' birthday celebrations. While the food is on the pricey side, they serve generous portions. Visitors recommend avoiding peak hours to avoid long waits and enjoy attentive service.
Our server Amy was amazing! She did a wonderful job explaining the menu and making sure our drinks stayed full. The atmosphere is so fun and very entertaining for families. Their gift shop is incredible! The food isn’t anything super original, though they do have fun names for everything. You are paying for the experience more than the actual quality of the food, but it is a fun place to go with the family.

So glad my wife made a reservation. I had the fish tacos. WOW! They were amazing. The fish was so tender, the flavor from the slaw & sauce; just wonderful. Melted in my mouth. Makes my mouth water writing this. The best fish tacos I've had in a long time. The black beans were ok, definitely had better. Just not a lot of flavor, needed a bit more. The rice was under cooked & zero flavor. The tacos were the star of the dish. My wife really enjoyed her shrimp platter. Loved the portion sizes, plenty of food. Glad they do this since all dishes are a bit pricey. We ordered the volcano brownie for our boys. It was delicious. The brownie was to die for. We loved our experience. The balloon animal guy made an elephant & a sword for our boys. That was a nice touch, very thankful for that; they really enjoyed them. The picture guy also took a great pic of us. Again, great experience. Service was awesome & food came out fast & hot.

Our server, Violet, was fantastic! She walked us through the menu with ease and always kept our drinks topped off. The whole place has such a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. The gift shop is definitely a highlight, so many unique things to look at! As for the food, it’s not exactly groundbreaking, but the playful names on the menu add some charm. Honestly, you’re paying more for the overall experience than the actual dishes, but it’s still a great spot for a family outing. Every half hour, there’s a fun little “thunderstorm” ⛈️ that adds to the excitement, and a photographer makes the rounds offering keepsake photos starting at $20. The restaurant was spotless, fully stocked, and well staffed. I’d recommend everyone try it at least once!

Cool place with great customer service. The menu was pretty standard American foods, so the price is from the aesthetics. We really enjoyed the spinach dip, which initially we felt would not be anything to brag about. I'd actually get that again!! Love the theme of the restaurant, and the kids enjoyed their experience!

This was our first time going. Today was my son's birthday. It was a very interesting experience. The food was really good. We weren't able to finish it. I like that the alcohol drink come in souvenir glasses and you can get a brand new glass when you leave. It was six of us..Bill was pricey but it was worth it. I got Caribbean trio, ribs, shrimp, and chicken. The only bad part was the menu was VERY overwhelming. They give you three different menus.
Shavonne M — Google review
I love the atmosphere and decor totally on par with the lifelike wildlife and fish aquarium scene was great . Did I mention the Pot Roast was 100% yummy perfect balance of roast and vegetable and spices. As well as the appetizer with the spinach and artichoke dip I love the egg rolls mmmm mmm mmm …I totally recommend trying this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

The elegant ambiance and exceptional service make it a popular choice for guests seeking a sophisticated dining experience. As we walked inside Uncle Brett greeted us and offered to take a photo of my wife and I. He was warm and very friendly. He seated us and we had a great conversation as made me feel at home. The restaurant was very nice, warm and welcoming. Christine walked us through the menu and provided excellent recommendations. Chef Garcia prepared our pork belly that was spot on. The drinks we thoughtfully made while the Bone in New York Steak aged 28 days was incredible. Great job the the staff, Chef and management.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning inside—beautiful décor from the tableware and glasses to the artwork on the walls. It has a warm, upscale atmosphere that makes the experience feel special. The food was phenomenal. The scallops were cooked perfectly, the seabass was outstanding, and the crab cake was fresh and flavorful. The bruschetta salad was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Cocktails were excellent, and the wine selection was impressive. Service was top-notch—attentive without being intrusive. Overall, a truly memorable dining experience that I’d highly recommend. The only thing I would change was the asparagus was too salty but again I don’t think this was anybody’s fault. Probably just a mistake in the kitchen.

We were staying at the resort and were told we had to try the Old Hickory while we were here.. no reservations available but Augustine i believe her name was, fit us in if we didn't mind sitting at the bar... you bet ! We were told to try the Artisanal cheese board to start.. when Joe brought it to us the description of each item was well worth the price ... AMAZING way to start dinner.. the wife had the bone-in Tenderloin and I had the Delmonico Ribeye.. both were excellent and cooked to perfection.. Keith the bartender was super helpful, a great guy was a perfect conversationalist... it was our Anniversary trip and he also made sure we tried an chocolate apple desert that topped the evening off.. WOW.... this is a great restaurant but what makes it extra special is the people that work here !! We were treated better than anywhere I've ever had dinner... bar none, the best service anywhere.. thanks for a great evening !!

Old Hickory Steakhouse at the Gaylord Texan delivers a top-tier dining experience with excellent steaks, an upscale ambiance, and outstanding service. The restaurant has a warm, elegant feel, making it perfect for special occasions or a refined night out. The steaks are cooked to perfection, full of rich flavor, and paired with delicious sides. The wine selection is impressive, and the in-house cheese cart is a unique touch that adds to the experience. Service is attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring every detail is just right. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food and atmosphere make it well worth it. If you’re looking for one of the best steakhouses in the DFW area, Old Hickory Steakhouse is a must-visit!

Staying the Gaylord TX for a conference. I’m always up for a good steak place and Old Hickory definitely did not disappoint. The atmosphere and decor is perfect for TX: rustic, lots of leather, wood tones, and definitely a feeling of being on a ranch. Our server was just the friendliest; she was patient with our ordering and almost anticipated our special orders. Very accommodating. We ordered steaks big enough to share with those at the table: the Tomahawk, The Porterhouse, and the Cowboy. All big cuts of meat (and a deep dive in the wallet.) All presented a perfect medium. All were also served with various sauces (horseradish, blue cheese, and my favorite- Crème au Poivre.) The sides (mushrooms, mashed potatoes, asparagus Brussel sprouts) were also served family style and prepared to perfection. My favorite steak was the Cowboy: it was so soft and tender, it cut and tasted like butta! A close 2nd was the Tomahawk. Not quite as buttery, but the salt & pepper crust-char was amazing. The Porterhouse was also very good and nothing toss in the trash, by any means, but just didn’t have the ‘mmmmm….yeah!’ that the others had. Unfortunately, we were too full to have dessert. I will be returning to the Steakhouse tomorrow. I’m going to definitely save room for dessert.

Old Hickory Steakhouse at the Gaylord | Fancy Feels & Festive Feasts 🎄🥩 We visited Old Hickory Steakhouse during ICE at Christmas, and let me tell you—this place understood the assignment. The food was phenomenal, every bite rich, flavorful, and absolutely worth the holiday splurge. Now, I wouldn’t normally take my kids somewhere this upscale… but there they were, seated beside me like tiny food critics, loving every expensive bite like they were born for fine dining. No regrets—just empty plates. The drinks? Strong and expertly made—no watered-down cocktails here. Our waiter was a rockstar: patient, knowledgeable, and full of top-tier recommendations that made the meal feel extra special. Old Hickory is definitely more “special occasion” than “family dinner,” but if you're looking to elevate your holiday evening with impeccable food and service, this is the spot.

Old Hickory, you fancy little meat palace. She just got a facelift and wow, she’s thriving. Like a botox and balayage level glow-up. You walk in and it’s giving rich aunt who suddenly found herself and now only wears linen. A true queen. But let’s get one thing straight, did we come here to get steak at the steakhouse? Absolutely not. Because the real flex is ordering seafood in the land of landlocked beef fanatics and cowboy decor. I opened with oysters (duh). Briny, cold, and judgy just like me. Then came the crab cake, which I’d describe as luxuriously crabby, like if a Maryland crab cake went to finishing school. Zero filler, unless you count my Instagram captions. Ha! And then brace yourselves for the cutest little crudo dish you’ve ever seen. And it was topped with what I can only describe as a crunchy ornament. I don’t even know what that means, but it crunched and it was ornamental and I loved it. Honestly, the whole experience was a seafood slay in a place where everyone else is chewing on flesh. 10/10 would seafood again.

With over 100,000 products catering to activities like hunting, fishing, archery, boating, and recreational shooting, it's the perfect one-stop shop for outdoor enthusiasts. The Grapevine location in Texas is particularly popular for its extensive clothing options and helpful staff. Visitors can expect a clean and pleasant shopping environment with ample parking space.
What an amazing store with an equally amazing number of departments and selection of items. As with almost all my revi, it's the staff who makes or break the customer service experience. I cannot overstate how incredibly friendly and helpful all the staff were, regardless of the department. Truly outstanding. If you're looking for a fantastic store with great value and amazing people, run, don't walk, to this location!

My family and I absolutely love coming to Bass Pro Shops Grapevine! There is so much to do and buy here! Upon entering, we just stand there and take in the fabulous view! Then, we go to the huge fish aquarium to see all the various fish. Next, it’s off to the boats. While we don’t have the money or means to purchase any, our favorites to look at are the pontoon boats. Since we are avid camping folks, that’s where we usually like to stroll through next which is checking out all the tents, sleeping bags, and everything camping oriented. Nearby, we like to gaze upon the various preserved wild animals anything from a bobcat to the polar bear. Bass Pro shops also has fabulous clothes for sale that are worth the price tag in that they last for years! There are so many more things to see, do, and buy at tjis mega store, and it would not be complete without a visit to the gift shop. Here, we found toys, books, candles, chimes, and packaged foods such as candies, nuts, and such. We love Grapevine’s Bass Pro Shops!

This location has one of the coolest displays and aquariums of fish that I've ever seen at a Bass Pro Shops location. It is definitely worth checking out this place. Lots of good quality fishing equipment too

Stopped by Bass Pro in Grapevine to pick up some fishing gear, and Larry went above and beyond. Not only did he walk me through the ins and outs of fishing like I was prepping for ESPN highlights, but he also fixed the line on my rod right there on the spot. The real kicker? I actually went out and caught a fish the same day! Never thought I’d walk into a store for equipment and walk out feeling like a pro. Pretty sure Larry deserves commission on my first catch.

Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine is a place where the spirit of true America is felt in every detail 🌟. When I stepped into this grand hall 🏛️, I was literally struck by the number of animal mounts 🦁🦒. Here is gathered the full power of wildlife — even the majestic elephant 🐘 and other creatures, as if alive on the battlefield of nature 🌲. Along the halls stand dioramas and exhibits showing hunting and traditions we Americans have always honored 🏹. The aquariums with fish 🐟 and the scent of wood and leather recall the campfires of the night 🔥. This is not just a store — it is a symbol of strength, freedom, and Texas pride 🌵. I leave here with a sense of awe and patriotic pride 🇺🇸✨.

Nathan in the archery section was phenomenal to work with setting up my new bow. Gave genuine honest feedback on things he had experience with and graciously admitted if he did not have any experience/knowledge on a particular product. With his help I got set up on a sweet new bow.

Art museum
Meow Wolf Grapevine, known as The Real Unreal, is part of a series of immersive art exhibits based on the original one in Santa Fe. It follows the story of a lost young boy and offers an interactive experience where visitors can climb, touch, and play with the installations. Despite being located inside a mall, it promises plenty of rooms and locations to explore. Visitors are encouraged to backtrack and thoroughly check every door for hidden surprises.
I visited this location with a few friends on 8/26 and it was incredible!! First of all, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. One of the security (?) people who checked our bags even traded pins with us and played a song on his ocarina (he traded a Zelda pin with one of my friends and played a song from the series) so that was super cool!! I will say that when we were going through the exhibit, it wasn't very busy at all, BUT that's because we went at 10am on a Tuesday. I highly suggest planning for your day here at a similar time for the best experience, so you can really take your time to explore every room and look at the details without interruption. The staff were helpful in giving clues without completely spoiling any surprises. The story is really interesting, and you could easily spend hours in this place. There's also a café and small gift shop! The cafe items did seem a little pricey, so we didn't get anything, but I'm sure they're worth the price. There's lots of reviews saying the experience is too small, but I honestly don't think so. Remember, it's inside a mall so space is more limited. can definitely see myself coming back here sometime. :)
Gia S — Google review
I went for my birthday and it was a one of a kind experience. I wanted to go to one since before it ever even came to Texas so for it being in my backyard was thrilling! Being here made me love art even more because so much of it was interactive and it was so cool to be able to interact with it. I would recommend this for people to go to, and I would preface it saying make sure you have comfy clothes to crawl through spaces and fall into other rooms (if you choose to exit that way). I think it's an awesome exhibit and there's a story that goes along with it. Download the Meow Wolf app and turn on notifications because you may miss parts of the story otherwise... and that's where my criticism comes in. This is why I didn't give it a solid 5 stars. There are too many people. You go into the house and are trying to follow the clues to follow along with the story, but there are other people doing the same so you're constantly bumping into people and feeling rushed because others are doing the same. You don't get to really spend the time digging for clues and appreciating the details in certain areas because of overcrowding. If you're someone who has anxiety around lots of people, this might be an issue for you because there are a lot of people moving about in almost all the spaces. Small walkways that typically fit 1 person, you're being jammed against the wall sideways for someone to try to squeeze through because there's so much to take in that no one wants to miss anything. It would be a much better experience if there were a little less crowding inside.

✨ Meow Wolf Review ✨ Walking into Meow Wolf feels like stepping into another world—bright colors, wild art, hidden doors, and surprises around every corner. It’s not something you just look at—it’s something you explore. This place sparks curiosity and playfulness in everyone. Adults will love the positive energy, fun drinks, and the chance to feel like a kid again. Every room makes you want to laugh, touch, and discover more. It’s creative, thought-provoking, and never boring. If you want a night full of fun, wonder, and adventure—Meow Wolf is the spot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such a great time at Meow Wolf! It was incredibly creative and visually stunning — every room had something new and unexpected. We didn’t follow along with all the storylines since we were busy with our little ones, but it was still such a fun and immersive experience just exploring the different rooms, colors, and artwork. We spent about 2.5 hours there, and the time flew by! A really unique and enjoyable way to spend time together as a family.

Besides the VERY hard and complicated story line, I say I enjoyed the little secrets there were and also seeing all the artistic rooms. Its definitely a place to take lots of pictures and just explore/walk around. we spend almost 3 hours there! i think its similar to the other one with the house but also different in its own unique way. While the merch was a LITTLE much, the whole group enjoyed it. It is FOR SURE a calm yet adventouros thing to do in the area. ALSO. whoever is the white guy with a sorta brown bead and long hair, that cutsy voice you do is so funny and honestly rlly cool. he was the person who let us into the exhibit- and to be honest, made my day. it was like he was another character from the story almost.. extending the lore of Meow Wolf even more. *The photos dont justify for the experience itself! please go here ✨*

Such a cool, fun place! Amazing setup. What an effort by different artists! We loved all the areas with so much to explore. I was so inspired by all the visuals and sounds. Super friendly, welcoming staff, we felt very relaxed to just be ourselves and explore the place. Looking forward to visiting other locations. Thank you for making such a unique, creative space!

This was our second Meow Wolf, having gone to Santa Fe in '23, and Grapevine lived up to our expectations and more. The first time I didn't know what to expect but now that I'm an experienced Meower I had a high bar for this location to meet. The experience is just amazing. The depth of the thought process, creativity, the presentation astounds the visitor unless maybe you also are an artist, visual creator or own an imagination with no boundaries. Stimuli after stimuli at every door or opening confronts you and beckons you to explore with lights, sounds, puzzles and more which is their goal of course. It kept getting more and more interesting as we went deeper into each room up and downstairs. It is a trip to say the least. The details they go through to give you enjoyment were so appreciated by me that I stopped, looked, read, gazed at things for periods I didn't expect and my wife got tired of trying to find me! Your team did a fantastic job executing an upstream take on the original museum concept in NM. Thank you Meow Wolf and I will see you again in Vegas in a few months. You need to go to Meow Wolf if you have not yet d

Peppa Pig World of Play offers an immersive experience for kids, allowing them to step into the world of Peppa Pig. The indoor playground features scenes from the show, including Peppa's house, a grocery store, and a bus. Children can enjoy interactive activities like jumping in puddles that make splashing noises and playing with tricycles and vehicles from the cartoon.
Incredibly fun experience for our family and our 3yr old boy! Highly recommend. The staff were kind. At 10am the wait was less than 5 minutes. And the price point was very reasonable for the value provided!

As you can see my nephews absolutely loved this place. It was their favorite place to go to out of Legos and the Aquarium. This has a lot of activities and climbing in structures that all kids love. We stayed here the longest and they had the most fun! I would definitely recommend going to Peppa Pig.

Cool play place for toddlers. Very intrigued by the setup, it's like being in the show itself. Even the older kids had a great time here. Attentive and positive attitudes from the front counter employees. We enjoyed every minute.

I just want to rave on my experience here today. This was a wonderful visit. The facility was clean and well kept. The attractions kept my 4-year-old engaged and entertained. I went on a Wednesday, so it was not packed. Cannot speak for the weekend traffic. The real ‘wow factor’ came from the staff. I was blown away at how wonderful they were with my son. They were so friendly, especially the woman working the front check-in at 12:15 PM on 8/20/25. Wish I caught her name so I could give a proper shout out. She is a star!!! ⭐️

It was a cool spot to hang out on a hot day. Especially if your kids enjoy Peppa pig. Our 3 year old had a good time overall. There were some places that she didn't want to explore because the lighting was poor. In her words, she was sad because she didn't get to see the real Peppa. It would have been nice to have an occasional Peppa appearance. But we would visit again.

I had to take one star down (5 out of 6 only) because my bus driver was yelling at me and was underaged. The store manager wanted my money to buy lollipops for himself, how rude! My package got thrown at me from the delivery truck! Great place to spend a few hours, thank you!

It was so much fun for the littles and adults! There are lots of things to keep the kids busy all day! Trike riding, roller coaster, carnival games, sandbox, and waterplay to name some of the attractions. I recommend getting there when the park first opens, after 10:00 a.m. the crowds pick up. Also, bring a refillable cup for ice,you can get it at the diner. No outside food allowed, but do bring plenty of bottled water. They sell all the snack faves at the diner as well as meals and drinks. Don't forget baseball caps, swimsuits or wet clothes, sunscreen & towels for water play. I highly recommend this park for toddlers and early elementary aged kiddos.

Rockledge Park is a picturesque lakefront recreation area located on the eastern side of Lake Grapevine. It offers a sandy beach for swimming, bluffside picnic areas, playgrounds, and pavilions with stunning views of the lake. The park serves as the starting point for the popular 9.5-mile North Shore Trail, perfect for biking and hiking enthusiasts.
What a beautiful place! We reached just in time for sunset and it's a fabulous sight 💖 There is a $10 entry fee. Quite a few parking spots. There are park benches for a picnic with friends and family or to just sit and enjoy the view of grapevine lake. A must visit park to reset. It's a dog friendly place. There are kayaks to rent on site too.

Rockledge Park felt like our own private beach getaway! The views were stunning, and our cliffside pavilion made the experience even more special. The family had an amazing time rafting in the calm, beautiful water — it was peaceful yet full of fun. For it to be a government park. And a 10 dollar fee . There should be actual good bathrooms. They provide portapotes that are not the cleanest or the best. The disabled one was closed shut. There was no soap or sanitizer in there. So bring your own wipes????

One word AMAZING! Honestly first time at the park , took my bike me for a ride first time too and it was amazing , trail was crazy good , really good curves down hills and nature all around , did a little bit of swimming, forgot to do kayaking but will do next time, and rent a jetski too, highly recommend for any purpose you want to enjoy your day in the wilderness!

Rockledge Park at Grapevine Lake is a great spot to relax and explore! The sunsets and lake views are absolutely stunning, and the Northshore Trail is perfect for hiking or biking. Fishing is popular here too — the Park Store even sells live bait and shares tips on the best spots. Most picnic pavilions have shade and grills, making it a nice place for family gatherings. You can also join guided hikes or kayaking adventures for something more active. Overall, a well-rounded park with both peaceful views and fun outdoor activities!

Pizza restaurant
Sbarro is a popular Italian fast-food chain that specializes in serving up delicious thin-crust pizza by the slice, alongside a variety of pasta dishes and fresh salads. While some may argue it doesn't quite capture the essence of New York-style pizza, many patrons appreciate its cheesy goodness. However, it's worth noting that not all toppings hit the mark; for instance, one visitor found their mushroom topping lacking due to the use of canned mushrooms.
I liked the cheese. Not New York style but decent. My husband got a mushroom and was not that great with canned mushrooms.
Ashlee F — Google review
This is my son's favorite pizza place when we visit the mall. However, they charge you extra for a drink. Even though the price is clearly marked on the sign. Staff was either super friendly (server) or super grumpy (cashier). You never know which attitude you're going to get. Pizza is good. I wish they would let it go a tad bit longer on the oven.
Charles B — Google review
The stromboli was awful – just salty bread with no real flavor. The “supreme” pizza was even worse, with slimy mushrooms and a disgusting overall taste. Definitely not worth it.
Austin T — Google review
Honestly, this place needs to be shut down. I’ve seen multiple roaches and multiple dirty spots every visit and the reason why I come back is because this is the closest location to me. Whoever the health inspector is clearly doesn’t do their job. for those who are curious about how this place is do not come here every slice is floppy. You’re never guaranteed a fresh slice.
Chicken J — Google review
The server will tell the bread sticks come with your order, the cashier will charge you for them. The cashier Will tell you only if you get a combo does it come with breadsticks. After she tells you that you got two combos. Cashiers are not honest at this location. Pizza was ok.
Ben C — Google review
The slices seem thinner and not very fresh. The crust reminded me of how the slice should have tasted. Save your money and go to Costco to get your pizza instead.
Stephen Z — Google review
Went to order a whole pizza for my employees and they had maybe 3 people in line. She said it would take an hour. That’s bogus. She just didn’t want to make my pizza. Lazy.

These past few times that I have been to this sbarro , the pizza quality has been terrible, the service is very slow, and this time they didn't even put the pizza through the warmer oven and mine was cold and my spouse's Pizza was all sloppy you couldn't even eat it right the pizza was just everywhere not crispy at all soggy and they need to put their gloves on while handling the pizza I would not recommend to come to this location!!

Whataburger is a classic fast-food chain that has been serving up delicious, scratch-made burgers, sandwiches, and other daytime eats since the 1950s. Known for their counter-serve style and relaxed atmosphere, Whataburger locations are usually consistent in delivering a great experience. Customers often rave about the juicy burgers with crispy fresh veggies and golden brown, crispy fries. While some may have had disappointing experiences at certain locations, many praise the friendly service and cleanliness of the restaurants.
Visiting from up north, and walked to this location from my Hotel. The staff is wonderful (everyone of them) friendly and courteous. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger meal and to be honest, was the Best one I’ve had!!! Fries are among the best and I’m not a ketchup lover at all but gave it a try for my fries…….OMG, Awesome!! Sorry no photo of my awesome Burger

(Keep in mind Ive been to alot of whataburgers before and it was a normal experience, but not this place.) Me, my pregnant aunt, and my baby cousin went here. I don’t usually rate stuff but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a fast food place and, i’ve been to McDonald’s (Ha). I don’t expect much really, but this place gave all three of us no ice in our drinks, my cousins bread was stale and small, the fries were barely cooked at all, and the food was cold. It also took us 40 minutes to get it and there was one other guy in line, and the place we were staying was a few minutes away (We are/were on vacation).

Whataburger is a southern US fast food chain founded in 1950. It’s hands down the best fast food burger in Texas! These are not pre-made burgers, so you can build your burger the way you like. The picture shows a Whataburger Jr. The regular hamburger is much larger than pictured. Every trip I take home to Dallas I always make sure I get my Whataburger. Each franchise can vary depending on location. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. Great menu. Highly recommend you add a Whataburger to your “bucket list”!

Wow! I'm not from Texas and everybody told me to try this. I actually ended up eating here twice in 5 days! It was so good. I loved the jalapeno burger and went back to try the spicy chicken sandwich! They were both awesome

After watching a movie I was hungry and this was one of the places that was open at 1am. This is my first time at a Whataburger and I was welcomed with a radiant smile from the clerk that was working there ( unfortunately I didn’t get the name but I want management to know that I received an outstanding customer service that night). Store is clean and has a beautiful beautiful painting on the ceiling.

Terrible experience. My buddy was overcharged, my order was wrong, and when they finally “fixed” it, they forgot the toast. Asked for it a second time and got a burnt piece of “bread” like it was an afterthought. Sloppy service, zero attention to detail. Do better, Whataburger.

Order three piece chicken strips and got a two piece with a nugget? What a rip off and none of my extras with cost money were put in the order other then my two refreshers. We asked for normal ketchup and got spicy ketchup we have digestive issues cant eat spicy. Super frustrating

Fast food restaurant
Fast-food chain serving chicken sandwiches & nuggets along with salads & sides.
The food is a standout, earning a perfect 5/5 for its quality, flavor, and consistency. The Chicken Nuggies and Waffle Fries, it's always good I swear! Service is strong but falls just short of perfection at 4/5. While the staff is friendly and polite, occasional delays or minor mix-ups can occur during peak hours. However, their courteous demeanor usually makes up for it. The atmosphere is inviting and earns a 5/5. Clean dining spaces, comfortable seating, and a family-friendly vibe with a indoor play place for kids to make it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The thoughtful touches, like fresh flowers on tables, add to the charm. Overall, Chick-fil-A is a top-tier fast food experience and worth visiting for its exceptional food, warm service, and welcoming environment.

This morning I stopped at this Chick Fil A for a 4 count chicken minis order only to be fed food poisoning. The chicken was not fully cooked, I had to spit out the bite I had just taken.

The service was great, the young man at the drive thru was very nice. The three stars is because when we got home to eat our food I could not believe someone thought this was acceptable to send out of their kitchen.

Drive-through takeout. There was no screen to verify the order and no confirmation before payment. The order was wrong: I ordered chicken strips and received nuggets; I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches but got one spicy and one regular; I ordered a Sprite and got plain carbonated water with no syrup; and the yogurt parfait with Oreo topping was missing. Please add an order confirmation step and improve accuracy.

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR FOOD: Y'all notice how QUICK the bun used for chicken sandwiches crumbles? I am done with Chick Fila. This is not just a few bad buns, this is what happens when founder and CEO cuts corners but still charges and increases prices for meals. I see you chick fila. No more for me. Quality over quantity.

Never thought I’d find myself writing a negative review for Chick-fil-A, but here we are. This is the closest location to my office, so I place to-go orders here so I can stop by, quickly grab my food (assuming it would be ready), and get to work to start my day. The last 4 times I’ve ordered, I’ve had to wait for my food and this is me placing the order in advance to avoid that. The first three times, staff spoke with me and provided great customer service. However, this last time was different. There were a couple of us waiting for our orders. I had placed mine 15 minutes before arriving (while I was still in Lewisville). When the order was finally ready, one of the staff members had it in her hands, asked if it was mine, and when I said yes and reached for it, she turned around and placed it on the counter with an attitude. All three times I was late for work. I understand the store can get busy, but placing an order well in advance should help prevent delays. And if it doesn’t, there’s still no reason for customers who are patiently waiting to be treated with attitude.

I bought a gallon of tea on Wednesday around 4-5 pm. On Friday the tea was bad. I called the restaurant many times, no one answers on that location. I left a message, Julie, the manager called back. I explained everything to her. The first thing I asked was "how long does a gallon of tea should last?" She agreed that it should be three days. Now she texted me stating it is good for ONLY one day.. As I was telling her, I buy gallon of tea all the time at the Plano location, where Josh is the owner. That tea last for three days. That is ridiculous, why would someone want to pay double the price for something that is worse than the store brand. They refused to give me my money back and I had to throw away the expired tea.

Order large fries and requested for them to be cook fresh and the cashier said ok. This is the second time I ask them and the order wasn’t fresh and the cashier smile and said here is your fresh order of fries togo. Well once again I leave this location for the 10 time with unsatisfactory results.

Stopped by while waiting for my next flight. Very close to the airport. The place was very nice, with outdoor seating and plenty of shade. Service was wonderful, waiter was very helpful with the menu choices. We shared entrees since we figured they were pretty good sizes. The calamari as an appetizer were a wonderful choice. We then shared a Caesar salad and a wedge salad, both so fresh and delicious. We shared a ribeye steak which was cooked perfectly the potatoes au gratin were delicious. They even split the plates for us perfectly. We also ordered the ribs which were also a pretty big size, two of us shared that plate as well. We finished with a creme brûlée, it was good but would probably try other dessert next time. Thank you for such a wonderful lunch.

Winewood grill is an amazing restaurant in Dallas and serve great options of food and drinks. The place is an upscale restaurant and the ambience is quite good for business or romantic dinners. The bar area is also very good and have a huge choice of beer, wine and cocktails. Although grill house they have a good variety of meat and fish and they serve amazing food. The presentation and taste were both amazing.

WOW! Everything was beyond good! We shared 3 plates family style with one being a special surf n turf, chicken cordon blue, and sea-bass. The espresso martini was not my favorite but by no means bad! Mac and cheese was amazing, I could get that as an entree and be more than happy! Our Shad was so helpful and knowledgeable of the menu even helping us pair wine! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Delicious food, great service. Nice place to meet friends and unwind. I had the oysters Rockefeller and crab cakes, along with the beet salad. Everything tasted delicious and the service was very friendly. We had a large table that got even larger and the waiter seemed a little nervous but handled it well.

Day 4

Off the beaten path
For day 4, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Southlake Town Square. Not quite as popular as Grapevine Vintage Railroad, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 8 hours.

Shopping mall
Southlake Town Square is a vibrant open-air shopping district that serves as the bustling city hub of Southlake and its surrounding communities. It offers a mix of upscale fashion boutiques, diverse dining options ranging from fine to casual, and hosts year-round events like the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony. The area is well-maintained and exudes charm, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls and enjoying the ambiance.
This hotel is amazing. From top to bottom, very clean and elegant. I stayed here for a week and my experience was awesome. Breakfast every morning was great with a good variety. The bar and kitchen was also good with a variety of foods and alcoholic beverages. Close by many eateries in the area that are walkable, which makes things convenient. I highly recommend this place for a visit if you’re in town long-term or short term.

This is one my favorite neighborhoods in Dallas. The combined residential/commercial space is well thought out. The restaurant mix is also very good. I’ve eaten in a few of them and haven’t been disappointed. However the one negative against it is the fact that everything here costs more, much more.

After searching what to do near the DFW area, good ol' Google pulled up this place. Our 15-minute Uber ride from our DFW airport hotel was well worth it. THE MALL: Experiencing this type of "mall" was a first for me. It's laid out like an actual town square like its name implies, with pedestrian-friendly access, relaxing parks, movie theaters, shops, restaurants, a post office and even a hotel. There are no department, big box, or luxury stores. PARKING: Parking is free and available in garages or stalls that line the front of almost every business. OVERALL: Nice tenant list, fun area to be in if you're stuck at the DFW airport overnight.

This is pretty amazing. They gentrified a small Texas town and it is nothing but Lambo’s and Range Rover’s. At least it’s safe and if you were staying in the hotel, you can just walk around and eat and drink and one of the best things is that they have the largest Barnes & Noble’s bookstore that I have seen.

Trader Joe’s in Southlake offers a delightful shopping experience with its unique selection of products and friendly staff. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find both staple items and new favorites. Customers have praised the quality of products like the soup dumplings paired with crunchy chili oil, and the organic produce selection. The staff is known for their exceptional customer service. One notable instance involved an employee gifting flowers to a customer purchasing chocolate milk for a terminally ill cousin, highlighting the store’s compassionate atmosphere. However, it’s worth noting that the store can become quite busy, especially during weekends, leading to crowded aisles and a challenging parking situation. The parking lot is often full, and navigating it can be difficult during peak hours. Overall, Trader Joe’s in Southlake is a great place for quality groceries and exceptional service. To avoid the crowds, consider shopping during weekday mornings or evenings.

Dove Park

Park
Dove Park is a charming community recreation space located in northern Grapevine. The park features a colorful and handicapped-accessible playground known as Caseys Clubhouse, which includes misting dolphins, a pirate ship, a rocking paddleboat, and a zip line. Adjacent to the playground is a community swimming pool and various sports courts for basketball, tennis, and sand volleyball. Additionally, Dove Park offers walking trails, pavilions for gatherings, and restrooms for visitors' convenience.
My kids love this park, and so do I! It’s large and has a lot of different areas to play in and on. The ground cover is mostly artificial turf in bright blue and bright green hues. There are some areas with wood chips, like under the zip line and swings, and in one corner that has several “rocks” to climb on. There’s a large treehouse structure with several slides attached, that also has a little covered area in the middle of the tree that looks like a kids hideout. There are large statues of comical bugs, turtles, dolphins, beavers, and other animals scattered around the park. There are additional climbing structures around the park, a zip line, swings (including adaptive/ADA compliant ones), and a large wheelchair accessible see saw. I didn’t notice signs with specific age guidelines but I would imagine kids from 2 years and up would find it entertaining. There are some smaller areas that would be appropriate for toddlers as long as they’re being watched closely, and there have always been lots of 8-10 year old kids when we go who look like they’re having the time of their lives! The park has a fence all along the street side which is useful to me since I have one kid who is always trying to run off someplace, so I appreciate that he can’t easily end up in the road. That said, the playground is NOT fully enclosed - the side next to the parking lot is totally open and there’s a ramp from the large treehouse that leads to the Dove Waterpark and Pool which is right next door. I really have zero gripes about this park, other than wishing it was closer to my house!

Spray ground is open and wonderful! Park is well maintained. The bathrooms were disgusting when we first got there, but a man came by to clean them fairly soon after. Unfortunately the smell was pretty permeated. Still! We're grateful to have a great park with bathrooms!

Super creative park! Loved the art here. There’s also a splash pad and swimming pool here. The playground has a zip line! French restaurant
Nestled in the charming heart of historic Downtown Grapevine, Texas, Chez Fabien invites you to experience the essence of French bistro culture. This relaxed venue exudes an intimate European ambiance, making it a perfect spot for enjoying delightful meals with friends and family. The menu is a tribute to France's diverse culinary landscape, featuring dishes like Filet Mignon and Seared Sea Bass that showcase Executive Chef Fabien's commitment to simplicity and flavor.
Chez Fabien is a delightful spot in Grapevine, perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch. The dark roast coffee was bold and strong, and the Earl Grey tea was beautifully served in a teapot, adding to the charm. Paul ordered the omelet, which was absolutely delicious. We loved that they mix all the ingredients into the eggs rather than just stuffing them in like a crepe—exactly how an omelet should be! I had the avocado toast, which was both filling and flavorful. The butter croissant was incredibly flaky and rich, the perfect pastry to round out our meal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back! Jesse our server was attentive and great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot in Grapevine.

I've been here a couple of times for brunch, food is always great, and atmosphere is very lively. Both times around 10am and it's been very busy, and that could be the reason I only received half of what I ordered and condiments were not put on the table. Minor things but nevertheless, we enjoyed our brunch and time spent there.

We came on a Sunday for breakfast. No wait time and I love the atmosphere and Jesse, our waiter was the best. The music was nice but it was a bit noisy. The food was excellent and I enjoyed the lattes. Lastly, the Churros French Toast was perfect. A definite place I would be coming back to.

This is my 3rd time in Grapevine and finally, I’ve been able to get a table here! No wonder why they’re so busy: they’re fabulous! Lovely ambience, great and fast service and delicious food!! Both restaurant and bakery have soooo many options that we might need to come here a few times to try everything! We came for brunch and while we were waiting to be seated, they gave me my son a dinosaur cookie since there’s an Dino expo in town. Needless to say, it made my son’s day! We ordered Florentino quiche and the side salad was impressively good for a side salad! We also ordered chicken and waffles Benedict, which was also impressive as it was just not a simple chicken waffle but the French twist made it yummy!! For dessert, we had the churros French toast with house made dulce de leche and that was the perfect final touch!!!! Highly recommended and we’ll definitely come back!

It’s been a minute since the last time I’ve eaten here. Love the updates! The service is great, atmosphere inviting and the food is delicious. I had the Santa Monica grilled chicken sandwich and my lovely wife had the French Dip. Highly recommend both. The desserts are off the chart and we decided to go with the crème brûlée with berries.

Wow - really good! As we were flying out of DFW early in the morning and staying near Grapevine overnight - we needed a place for dinner. My wife booked a reservation at Chez Fabien. We arrived half hour early and they were able to seat of as a nice corner booth. The both was tall and had soft fabric on the setbacks. Good thing as it helped with the sound in the place. So the booth was comfortable but the sound was rather loud - some parties louder than others. No worries - I popped by AirPods in :) Our waiter was Alex. He was very pleasant. We ordered cocktails and told Alex we were taking the night slow as our entry time into offsite parking was for 2 hours later. The wife and I both ordered their French Old Fashioned. They were really nice and only $13. Later, we ordered the Calamari appetizer. It too was really good. It came with two dipping sauces and there were some fried veggies in addition to the calamari. The kitchen here is freaky fast. It could not have been more than 5 minutes and the appetizer was brought to the table by a runner. A while later, we ordered dinner. We shared their Beef Bourguignon. It was very tasty and was plenty to share. For dessert, we ordered a slice of Italian Cream Cake to go for eating later, back at the hotel. Oh my gosh, the slice was huge and was so fresh and moist. It could be the best I’ve ever had. The menu here at Chez Fabien has a lot to offer. If you don’t think you care for French food, you will still find plenty of options that will please you. And for downtown Grapevine, I also felt the price was nice for the drinks and food.

This restaurant is connected to a bakery and you can order from it to your table. My granddaughters were enjoying kolaches and croissants. Lidia was our server and provided excellent service. She was attentive and friendly. I also liked that the manager stopped by to say hello and check on us. The restaurant theme is Parisienne and offers a nice ambiance. It is clean and very pretty.

Messina Hof Grapevine Winery has a humble beginning, with Paul and Merrill planting the first vineyard at their home in Bryan, Texas. The winery offers award-winning Texan wines and a beautiful venue for weddings, with a dedicated coordinator to tailor packages to specific needs. Visitors can also enjoy unique experiences like murder mystery dinners set in the historic Grapevine building. The winery's event planner is praised for her promptness and the delicious food served during events.
We did the wine tasting and such a fun time! They let you make all of your own selections or they have groupings for the less adventurous. I didn’t want to make any choices, so stuck with the reserve collection. I tried five very nice wines. Our server was very attentive, even though it was so busy. She made the experience great. Definitely going to have to come back and try the slushy drink. That seemed like a perfect solution to the hot weather! They definitely remember their roots and give back to help future Aggies. So happy for them to be so successful.

We had about 95 people and they perfectly accommodated everyone. Leslie, the event coordinator was amazing and made the whole event a breeze. She paired up with my event planner and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Fantastic communication, reasonable pricing for a buy out of the venue plus finger foods, plus wine. Main Street Bistro & Bakery is a laid-back French-inspired spot that offers a variety of dishes from breakfast to burgers, quiches, and desserts. The establishment has different operating hours for its bakery and restaurant sections. While the bakery side is more of a grab-and-go setup with some seating available, the Chez side provides a sit-down dining experience along with a bar. Both locations offer refreshments including beer, wine, and soft drinks.
In town on business and added a few days of R&R to the mix. Who knew Ft Worth would be such a foodie experience. Our host brought us to the little historic town of Grapevine to experience the shops and food. She selected this place as her go to for out-of-town guests. What a quaint little spot. It's just perfect for a girls day or a first date or even a remote work spot. The service was top-notch and the food? Oh my!! It was so GOOD. I had the chicken sandwich and the avocado was so amazing. To be fair, I'm from Ohio and ours are like golf balls. 😂 of course the rest of it was good too. Thanks for the great experience!

As we were walking we spotter the Mai St Bistro and saw it was open and to our surprise inside the “Bakery” , but Next Door..was a full blown Coffee shop They need a sign on the outside to let customers know they have COFFEE😎 It is a VERY small seating area, 3 tables only. But there’s is outdoor seating…it was very hot and humid outside. We timed it perfectly, just as we finished ordering a table opened up. We had a RASPBERRY Croissant 😳😳😳😳Wow!!!!!😍😍😍it was amazing!!!

Main Street bakery is one of my favorite places to visit in Grapevine on Main Street. This is near Vine Street, which is close to the Grapevine library which eye door as well. I always enjoy their breakfast there on this day. I had oatmeal with fruit. They also have a great quiche That you should try. The bakery right next-door inside the restaurant always has fresh baked goods. I enjoy coming here with my laptop and getting some work done in such a pleasant comfortable atmosphere a lot of times I am served by a bartender named James and Roscoe. Both of them are very thoughtful and very attentive. I highly recommend Main Street Bistero & Bakery visiting Grapevine Texas. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Everything is made from scratch. And I think they’re pricing is very reasonable. They’re serving sizes are also a good size stop on by and enjoy also their chocolate martinis.

A bit hit or miss. Sausage bread was decent. “Opera cake” tasted good but it was really a black forest, almost nothing in common with opera. Coffee and croissant were subpar. The croissant tasted quite bready, while the coffee was so burnt to the point of being undrinkable for someone who’s used to lighter roasts.

Original ChopShop has recently opened a new location in Southlake, offering a diverse menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Customers are raving about the outstanding food options, including sandwiches and customizable dishes. The restaurant also provides quick snack options like shakes and juices. With friendly service both for dine-in and takeout orders, it's becoming a popular choice for post-workout meals or those following a KETO diet due to its variety of options.
Great location, amazing food, but most of all, great service! Would recommend this to everyone. My cashier walked me through recommendations, as it was my first time, and it was awesome. Clean facility; the food came out fast; pricing was affordable; clean restrooms and amazing customer service. The two women and the one man working today around 1 p.m., and the cooks, deserve raises.

Original ChopShop - Southlake Eat good food… Guilt free! Great atmosphere. Friendly Staff. Extremely Generous Portions. Came here for the first time with family. We loved their simple menu options. Almost every item is simple and good for you. We ordered two protein bowls. “Thai Coconut Chicken” - $12.50 (Jasmine Rice, Peanuts, Cilantro and Black Beans.) The protein bowl was very flavorful. It was a lot of food. You could easily take it home for your second meal. “Teriyaki Chicken” - $12.50 (Avocado, Brussels Sprouts, Sesame Seed, Black Beans and Roasted Veggies.) This bowl was also full of healthy ingredients and could easily be considered as a second meal. Both bowls offered fresh and clean ingredients. Plenty of seating available. Out on their patio you have about, ten tables and twenty-four yellow chairs. Inside, you can find seating galore. Thirty-two wooden tables and about sixty-plus wooden chairs. It does resemble features of a farm look. It was a clean environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to eat good food… Guilt free. Only thing I’d mention is if you’re going to use the restrooms and need to wash your hands, they have a sign with pointing arrows showing you to bend over under the sink and push a small black button to turn water On. Not sure if that’s really sanitary.

Whenever I’m near Southlake I want to stop by for lunch, and it never doesn’t satisfy! The spicy Korean steak bowl is my favorite here, but I’ve never had something I didn’t like. The hummus and veggies are a great appetizer, not too filling and a great taste. The crunch of the carrots and celery with the spicy humus go well together. Never heard of forbidden rice until my first visit, it’s really good. Similar to a brown rice, it’s a little tougher than white rice, but it’s pretty good. Pairs well with the roasted veggies I included in my bowl. Staff is friendly, service is quick and the tables were actually clean.

I recently visited and overall had a great experience! The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the variety of healthy options on the menu — it’s refreshing to find a place that caters to those trying to eat clean without sacrificing too much on choice. That said, a few of the dishes could’ve used a bit more flavor. While everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented, some items felt a little under-seasoned. Nothing major, just something to note if you’re someone who likes bold flavors. Still, I would definitely come back! The quality ingredients, great service, and positive vibe more than made up for the minor flavor issues. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy a healthy meal without the guilt.

Food was solid, you can definitely tell its better quality than other similar places. I got a Chicken + prosciutto sandwich and a PB+J Shake. It's was a great little lunch, the only complaint I have would be the sandwich was a little dry. Other than that it was great. I'll def go back.

The food is always good, both breakfast and lunch! Diego helped us, he was very kind and helped us order in a way that met our dietary restrictions. He checked on us to make sure everything tasted good too! Diego was great and made this experience a good one!

I recently dined for the first time at The Original Chop House in another location and it was wonderful, so I was looking forward to trying the Southlake location. We ordered two salads to go, both with chicken as an add on. When we got home, we saw that the chicken had been omitted from one salad, and the other had less than the 3 oz we paid for. I called just to let them know—I didn’t ask for any compensation—-and the person I spoke with didn’t even apologize. He just thanked me for calling. Do better.

Ordered dinner for the family online for pickup, and it was ready within 10 minutes! Everything was very fresh and delicious. The hot honey chicken hummus bowl was very good (I added brussel sprouts which I wouldn't recommend), and filling. It had just the right amount of spice. The kids liked the teriyaki chicken and rice meal with added broccoli and carrots, but the portion size was very small. Overall, great dinner and we'll be back!

My first experience with Ferrari's was last year for my 15 year wedding anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. My husband decided to surprise me with reservations this year for an early Valentine's dinner. The food is incredible and they have become my favorite restaurant. Last night they were a bit busy and service was a bit slow. My last glass of wine I never received which was a bit upsetting but I understood our server was very busy. So I let it go. Upon making the reservation my husband ordered flowers to be at the table when we arrived as he did the same thing for our anniversary. Over the phone he was quoted a price but upon receiving the bill it was triple the price he was quoted. Which caused some confusion. He asked the server if he could just check on it to give us a better understanding as there was miscommunication somewhere throughout the reservation. With this said we were not refusing to pay we just wanted clarification as he did not expect the price that was on the bill. After a few minutes the owner came to our table to explain and provided us with the receipt for the flowers from target. Which we explained what he was told upon booking the reservation and that there was just miscommunication on the hostess part but that it is okay. She then tells us next time to buy our own flowers which honestly upset me quite a bit. We were not being rude we were simply confused and I really did not appreciate her response. That is not how a customer should be treated. It kind of ruined my night.

We had such a wonderful experience at Ferrari’s Italian Villa! Our server, Jesse, was amazing, so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about all the best menu options. He truly made the evening special. The owner, Francesco, personally welcomed us and shared stories about his history and the incredible places he has lived and cooked. It added such a warm, personal touch to the night. I ordered the Steak Diana, which Francesco prepared table side, it was absolutely delicious! My husband had the sea bass special and loved every bite. We ended the night with their tiramisu, which was the perfect finish to an incredible meal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had! Deitrick was incredible—attentive, friendly, and just had a great vibe all around. He made us feel right at home and gave amazing recommendations throughout the night. On top of that, the owners were there and their presence really brought a warm, family feel to the whole experience. You can tell this place is run with heart. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the food—everything was on point. Can’t wait to come back!

First time visit was outstanding. Grilled Salmon was 8 oz. and was tasteful, properly cooked medium rare for me, on a bed of polenta. My wife's Valdostina Chicken was also delicious and the portion size was so large I had to share it with her. We recommend the Italian Surprise dessert if it's available. Reasonable pricing, our server Cassie was professional, knowledgeable, and very cheerful. We will now consider Ferrari's for a private Anniversary party. Highly recommended. Phil B.

I decided to visit this place for the restaurant $99 menu for our first visit. This place was awesome! We were greeted warmly at the door. Shown the specials and antipasti display on the way to the table. Oscar was the best waiter!. He was funny, explanatory, napkin on the lap, chair pulled out, crumbs removed awesomeness! You couldn't ask for more. The food was top notch, and very filling. Loved everything we tasted! We didn't get pasta but next time for sure. The owners came out and conversed with us and other diners as well, it was really nice and made us feel as if we were old friends catching up! We really loved the whole experience and atmosphere! Can't wait to go back!

Restaurant
Wicho's House Restaurant in Grapevine is a delightful culinary gem that beautifully marries Tex-Mex and American flavors, making it an ideal spot for any meal of the day, including breakfast at all hours. This charming eatery prides itself on serving high-quality dishes in a clean and cozy setting, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and at ease.
This is a wonderful, affordable restaurant with fantastic food. I ordered a pancake platter, and the portion was enough to take part home. The pancakes were soft and had good flavor, and I opted for bacon, scrambled eggs, and breakfast potatoes. The only note I have is I wish the eggs were made with fresh eggs and not the liquid. They have fresh eggs in the restaurant for other preparations, so I am guessing I can ask for this next time. Service was friendly and timely.

Nice selection of Mexican breakfast. They also have regular American style breakfast. They have carne asada, chorizo, and regular breakfast meats. The dishes are very well made. Great job on eggs, plantains, and the rice w/ beans. I will come again and try more items on the menu.

We came after seeing an Instagram post and were excited to try something new. We did wait several minutes for someone to greet us but once greeted, we had no issues. The server notified us that we had to wait a few minutes to place our order due to the kitchen being backed up. It gave us just enough time to decide what we wanted. I ordered the huevos divorciado and my girlfriend got the cowboy breakfast. We split a side of French toast. The food and drinks were excellent and well worth the wait. The food came out right away as well. We were surprised how fair the prices were. The staff were friendly. 10/10 would come back! Please don’t close!!

I'm so glad we found this place! The food is fantastic.. still haven't eaten something I didn't like here. We highly recommend Ana's Chilaquiles and the Horchata wáter. Their coffee is good, strong. It's a small restaurant but we have never waited more than three minutes to get a table. They close at 2 so only breakfast or brunch, not dinner.

7.5/10 we were in a bit of a hurry and and the waitstaff seemed a bit preoccupied (there were maybe 5 customers total) but the food came out pretty quick once we got our order put in and everything was cooked well, served hot, and the food had balanced flavors. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the Foreign Breakfast, and we would definitely recommend the food. No complaints, just that we were in a hurry, so maybe we didn't get the full-scale experience, although it did seem pretty slow/casual.

I really enjoyed my breakfast here. I had the spinach mushroom bacon cheese omlete, and it was so good !! Also there breakfast potatoes are good. I'm not sure what brand of coffee they use ,but it has a very good flavor . Service was great and the atmosphere it was nice and clean. I'd definitely eat here again when I'm in the area.

Came for brunch and we ordered the Huevos Rancheros and the chicken fried chicken plate, everything was soo delicious and fresh! We also tried the aguas frescas, Horchata and Jamaica, delicious and fresh as well! Will definitely come back

We went there for our first visit as a party of 4 for breakfast on 10/12/25. The food was delicious, but one member of our party ordered a custom made burrito. The check clearly showed the ingredients that were to be included, but it took them 3 makes to get it correct! By that time the other 3 of us had finished eating! The manager did not come to the table to apologize or offer to comp the burrito. The refills on drinks were also slow even when the waitress said she would bring them.
