The Village at Meridian

4.6

Shopping mall
The Village at Meridian is an outdoor shopping mall that offers a charming European village atmosphere with narrow cobblestone streets, trees, and fountains. Nestled in Southwest Idaho, it serves as the central gathering place in Meridian. The location features familiar chain stores, casual dining options, a play area for kids, and a movie theater. Additionally, visitors can enjoy an outdoor skating rink and Big Als bowling alley/arcade facility.
The Village at Meridian is a nice, up-market place to do your shopping. It’s really a pain to find parking but it has some decent restaurants and nicer shops. It’s worth the bother if you go early enough to avoid the crowds of people and to not have to walk 1/2 a mile to your car. Getting there is also annoying since there is way too much traffic and Meridian did not plan their infrastructure well to accommodate the hoards of people who suddenly decided to move there in the last 20 years. The fountain and the large play area is also a bonus and it is a nice place to take a break after some shopping. This area also becomes an ice rink in the winter (weather permitting).

Beautiful! I enjoyed the shops and loved the outdoor vibe. People were all friendly and loved seeing families enjoy themselves with the play ground and nice seating areas to enjoy food and drinks. I especially loved the fountain.
Karie H — Google review
The Village is your go to place for everything. Dining, shopping or just to chill. I love this shopping center all year long. Summer has face painting, plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade and the fun water show. Halloween and Christmas is the prettiest time. All the pumpkins and lights, it truly gets you into the holiday spirit. I have taken my daughter trunk o treating a handful of times here. Date nights at all the restaurants in this area. Hot cocoa and twinkling lights during Christmas season. I have so many fond memories here. Every time we come we create more! This is definitely the hot spot to be at! Today was a great visit and I'm sure I'll be back again soon.
Dani S — Google review
Love the atmosphere here. The awnings around the courtyard make the hot days much more bearable and allow parents or elderly some reprieve from shopping while the kids can play on the playground. Very clean and well kept and the fountain is fun as well. A variety of shops and Big Al’s to keep the family entertained for an afternoon.
Mr. R — Google review
I love the village and so does my family. Great shopping, places to eat, movie theater, playground, giant park behind for kids and families to enjoy including pickle ball, Frisbee golf, events - we frequent here often!
Nicole T — Google review
The fountain for me is one of the best parts of the village, designed to go with music and lights. The village has shopping centers, restaurants to eat and of course activity centers for play/relaxation. There are no parking issues whatsoever, lots of trees 🌴 that adorn the environment the more. Beautiful! Beautiful!! Beautiful!!!
Alexandra E — Google review
Very Lush 🎥 theater. I like the retro look of old glam Hollywood style they have going on. Upstairs there's a 21 and older bar and drinks while you watch movies area. Everything was very clean and the wait staff were friendly.

Big Al's is a spacious entertainment venue located in Meridian, Idaho, offering a wide range of activities for visitors. The establishment features a full bar and serves elevated bar food classics such as chicken wings with inventive sauces and gourmet burgers topped with unique ingredients like peanut butter and bacon. Additionally, the Buffalo chicken dip on the shareable menu is highly recommended. Big Al's also hosts lively Salsa nights called 'Salsa Loca' featuring various Latin dance styles.
Rekka was great. Service was fast and friendly. We had a great time. My first team building event with my employer and the venue and service added to the great time we had

This location is very big and nice! There’s bowling downstairs and an arcade upstairs. Everything was going great until we couldn’t bowl for 30 minutes because it was broken. The balls wouldn’t return and the pins weren’t resetting. Overall I recommend going just beware for the potential issues with the pins and balls. Also they don’t take cash💵
Cameron M — Google review
I had the great opportunity to watch a BSU game there. Just the right balance of low volume but good vibes. Had the Rizz Pop cocktail that was fantastic and the pound of wings during happy hour can never go wrong. They were super tender and delicious. Logan helped us with all of our food and drinks and he was fantastic 10/10 would visit again!
Hannah — Google review
We came in to bowl and were not informed about the “Endless Summer Night Bowling” promotion. There was no signage at the entrance, and the front desk made no mention of it upon our arrival. For the first 45 minutes, we were completely ignored. no greeting, no offer of drinks, no acknowledgment whatsoever. It was only after we noticed the promotion ourselves that we approached the front desk, only to be told that since we hadn’t specifically asked about it, we didn’t qualify. That response was dismissive and unprofessional. We’re disappointed by the lack of communication and poor customer service. We would’ve had a better experience at a local bowling alley where guests are actually welcomed and informed.

Visiting the Boise area from out of state. Wanted to watch Sunday football. Big Al's was perfect and had both 49ers and Bears game on at same time. Food was good, spicy bloody Mary's real good.

On a whim my kids wanted to come here to play a few games and bowl. I figured it would be a little pricey but honestly it was extremely expensive for games (6 to 10 coins a game. Gosh I miss the 80's lol) then add bowling and food. Wow! How are these places going to survive when the economy gets worse. On top of that NO MILITARY/VETERANS DISCOUNTs? Kids had fun but I can't swing those prices often.
Mark D — Google review
There were many lanes open when we went and they put us right next to some other people. There is a significant reflection on the lanes from the big projectors, you can’t see the arrows and it really affected my game. The big screens also played a few videos that I wouldn’t want my young children seeing.

I had a great experience at Big Al’s thanks to our server, Logan. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Drinks stayed full, food came out fast, and he checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. It’s clear he really cares about giving great service and making customers feel welcome.

Village Cinema

Movie theater
Located in Meridian, Idaho, the Village Cinema is a popular movie theater offering a luxurious and modern experience for its patrons. The cinema features newly released films in 2D/3D formats and provides various amenities such as a full-service restaurant and an expansive game room for children. Visitors can enjoy the comfort of clean and modern recliners while being surrounded by grand architecture and a relaxing atmosphere.
I love this movie theater. It always has the best movies in, and I always enjoy the reclining seats. There seems to always be seats for me and my friends when we go out to see the latest movie and we never have a problem booking our tickets online. When we do. The environment is fun, but modern and I enjoy being there. They have a good snack selection with lots of options for me. The staff is always kind and ready to take my order so that I can get to my movie faster. Overall, probably one of the best theaters in Idaho. Definitely recommend going there if you’re looking for a movie to watch!!

Village cinemas is are first choice location. Been going here for years. Went a watched Bad Guys 2 yesterday. Sometime during the movie my phone fell out of my pocket. I didn't know until we were at another store in the village. Went back to see if I could find it. Asking a couple of the staff if I could go back in and look. The third staff member i asked was able to take me back in and assisted me in looking for my phone. Didn't find it and she had asked a couple other ushers if they had found a phone. Not finding it, she took my info and said that if it was found they would contact me. (Through my wife phone 😉 ) Went back to the store were i noticed that I didn't have it. To double check, but it wasn't there. I had to try again so I went back to the cinema to look once more. Didn't think of it the first time but was using my watch to see if I got close to it and if it would connect back up to it. Maybe it feel out as we were leaving. No success. As I was walking out I saw the staff member that helped me before and she said that one of the ushers had found it and had turned it in on his way out as he got off of work. I appreciate the help I received. I appreciate the integrity. I appreciate that she continued to look for it after I had left to go back to the other store. Thank you!!!

Took the family to see a little kids movie. Guy out front ended up selling us “Godzilla”, so we sat in the wrong theater for a bit and missed the first 15 minutes of the other movie. Other than that, seats were comfortable, sound was balanced and full, and was a decent experience. Screen was a bit under lit as well. Not sure if that was the cinematic effect but it seemed too dim overall.
Adam W — Google review
Great theatre overall…. comfy seats, solid vibe, and lots to love. But here’s my gripe: I want the option to tip where it actually matters. If I’m prompted to tip at the soda shop next door, why can’t I tip the bartender at the theatre bar? Not everyone carries cash, and it feels ridiculous that the system doesn’t allow it. I get that everything needs to “stay consistent” or whatever the excuse is… but come on. Let us show appreciation where it’s actually earned. Even a cash tip jar - please 🙏🏼
Shara B — Google review
Sat in the so called VIP section and it was not at all an upgraded experience. The seats are old, worn out, and don’t even recline. When we went into the theater about 5 minutes before showtime the vip balcony had not been cleaned with trash and popcorn all over the place, and the seats we had reserved were greasy. I had to ask someone at concessions to find someone to clean the seats. The lobby was unbearably hot, probably to induce you to buy overpriced drinks, but the waters we got weren’t even cold. This used to be the best theater in town, the most luxe, but the thread bare carpet on the stairs shows they’ve rested on that reputation too long and just don’t care anymore.
Allen B — Google review
We love the cinema at the Village. The staff and service are always great. We live that they have coke products. On our last visit, we ordered our food in advance and this caused a pretty big delay (1hr) in getting our food. But the staff member was incredibly kind and patient and checked in our order numerous times and handled the whole situation excellent.
Melissa C — Google review
The Village Cinema is a truly magnificent theatre with grand architecture and a relaxing atmosphere. You have an open bar in the loft by outdoor patio overlooking ticketing and concessions below, magnificent murals, chandeliers, luxury accommodations and excellent customer service. The 21+ viewing section in the upstairs, seating is truly worth it to enjoy drinks and food from a more private viewing balcony with excellent overall view of the movies. I've always received top tier hospitality from staff and management at the Village Cinema. Stairwells, seating, bathrooms, carpets and eating areas have always been very well maintained on every visit and cleaned with an impeccable eye for detail. We've always felt comfortable at the movies here and enjoy the experiences fully. We will love to return on future visits to Boise West/Meridian. The most surprising part is the affordability of viewing a movie here is quite cost effective for such a high end Cinema and great quality beverages(including 21+ mixed drinks and canned beverages). The ability to pick seats with the theatre has always worked amazing however we've had issues booking online in advance before, so I recommend booking tickets directly in person. Also, since it's at the Village there is great proximity to a lot of parking, restaurants, lodging, and shopping that Meridian is known for. Highly recommend this Cinema it's out of this world! I haven't been to one quite like it. Don't be too disappointed that there's no reclining seats, you'd never want to leave if they had them! As an added bonus this cinema is entirely wheelchair accessible, even the upstairs there's an elevator to access second floor 21+ balconies. Truly a grand place and the fountains right out front really make it a spectacle.

Me ( a 32 year old woman) went to see moana 2 with my child and a few months old 3pound puppy. There were no signs that dogs are not allowed, employees where we purchased the tickets commented how cute the dog is, the guy who took our tickets said what a small dog, the people where we bought popcorn said it’s a cute dog. We watched the movie with the puppy in my lap, left and were walking towards the exit when a person by the name Taylor stopped us and started yelling in my face that “she will let me slide this one time” and “I’m giving you a warning”. I asked her to call her manager as I did not like how I was being treated. The manager who wouldn’t give out her name a little thing that looked like a 10 year old came over and started telling me that I am trespassing and all talking over one another and it was just terrible. But amazing part was that the “manager” said that no one saw me with the dog and that I snuck the dog inside and that they will call the police. I let them call the police as this was insane. First they sent a little “security” guy who also wouldn’t share his name and then he called two more “security” boys while we were waiting for the police outside. Taylor at one moment burst i to tears and fell into the arms of her coworkers. Insane experience and completely incompetent employees who can’t decide if dogs are allowed or not but thought it was smart to stop me while exiting to threaten me. Attaching a few pics of the event.

Park
Nestled on the east side of Meridian, Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park spans over 58 acres and is a tribute to Julius M. Kleiner, a local philanthropist. This urban oasis offers a variety of activities such as fishing, basketball, and walking or biking along the Kleiner Park Loop and Grand Promenade. The park features meticulously maintained lawns, tranquil ponds, sculptures, and memorials that create a serene atmosphere where nature meets artistry.
This is a beautiful clean park. I went there for a free concert. The band Orale was terrific, and the grass amphitheater was really nice with shady trees and the sun setting behind the crowd. The fishing is also good for bass in July. My parents live within walking distance, and I'll definitely visit again.

Beautiful and well maintained park in the city! Lots of parking and they host events like the Meridian fine arts festival. There are some views of the mountains. You can walk around on the paths and around the large pond.

WOW is my opening statement about this important part of history about the Boise area. Julius got out of the old Russian areas to come to America to come to the land of freedom and a place to start his new life. Please check out the pics and memorials that I have posted here. It is a MASSIVE park and is so very pristine. The grounds are well manicured and there are lots of trees and lakes here, there is play grounds, pick nick areas and there is even a building here just for the 60 and up ages.

Beautiful park, pickleball, playgrounds, ample parking. Sledding in winter, races for community. Thanks for making Meridian great!
Mona T — Google review
This park is my favorite, and it has a walking trail, a playground, and shopping centers nearby if you want to walk around.

The Julius Klein memorial park is a great place to visit for walks, children's play, and wide open areas. It has great water features and wide walkways. The park staff keeps the ground groomed well and clean. A Meridian about center is on the property. During the weekday it seems not to busy and, again, it's easy to be by yourself. The memorial for Mr. Kleiner is impressive and informational about his life and contributions to the community. Clean, neatly kept, and great spaces. Only criticism, and not of the park, is traffic noise can get overwhelming. I still really enjoy time there and recommend the park for relaxation and walks.
Everett J — Google review
Nice big open area with a lot of ponds, easy walking paths, and all the athletic facilities scattered through
Phyllis R — Google review
The park is quite nice. Many people were out walking and enjoying the park the day I visited. One downside in my opinion is it mimics Julia Davis Park with its one way outer road with limited parking. It’s ok now, but as Meridian continues to grow this park will become difficult to enjoy. The trees are still on the young side. Unfortunately for Kleiner Park it is behind “The Village” and the traffic leaves a lot to be desired.

Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar is a chic dining destination nestled in The Village at Meridian, perfect for those looking to unwind after a day of shopping. This upscale eatery offers an inviting atmosphere where families are welcome, making it an ideal spot for everyone. Guests can indulge in a variety of delectable dishes, from poke nachos to truffle penne, all crafted with care by talented chefs.
We recently enjoyed Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar. When you walk in it is very inviting and on the inside looks much larger than what you would expect. It was a very busy evening and glad we had made reservations in advance. The reception desk had a backdrop of soothing flames filling rings of iron. To one side they had a very impressive bar and we were early for our table so enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar. We received a text message that our table was ready - on time. The service was great and our waiter was very helpful explaining the menu. We started with the Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Smoked Salmon Artichoke Dip. Both very good. Our main courses for our party of 4 had the Truffle Penne, Grilled Coulotte, Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread, and Chicken Parmesan. Because we were celebrating we had enjoyed a bottle of Champagne. We usually don't eat dessert however when Creme Brulee is on the menu we can't resist - so we shared it and it was great. We liked it so much that we decided to come back over the weekend to try their Brunch menu. One thing to note - unlike many other good breakfast spots - there was not waiting and we were seated right away. We enjoyed the Monte Cristo and Crab Lemon Benedict - The breakfast was excellent and we will be returning her for weekend Brunch also.

This place hosted my friend’s rehearsal dinner for their wedding. They did a great job accommodating over forty people with a limited menu and drink orders for the group. The steak, salmon, and shrimp risotto were all really tasty and cooked well. The Caesar Salad and beet salad were also good and I’d recommend getting those as appetizers. It is a martini bar so they have a full page of signature martinis to order. I heard the key lime pie and espresso martinis were very good.

Fun upscale restaurant! We had s group of 10 and they were really good with service and delicious food. This is a fantastic location with a lot going on outside the restaurant, in the court area. The area is buzzing with people and entertainment! Fun place!

Not great. I went to Twigs on Saturday afternoon around 5 for happy hour (which they do every day of the week from 3-6pm, which is nice). We decided we wanted to try a couple of the different happy hour appetizers and some drinks. We got the fries with fondue, the fig and prosciutto flatbread, the pork tacos, and the roasted brussel sprouts. Let's start with the fries, first off, they are $6 for a plate of "signature fries", I don't know what that means but they had a couple lousy springs of dried basil on them, and some salt, other then that, nothing special about them, and it was an additional $4.50 for the little bowl of cheese, which was actually pretty good. As the food runner went to sit the fries down on the table she spilled some onto one of our guests and onto the floor, she quickly apologized and said she would return with more fries to make up for the spilled ones..... She never returned. Second, the fig and prosciutto flatbread, the figs are just the dried mission figs from trader Joe's cut in half, quite hard and chewy, and the prosciutto looked and tasted nothing like prosciutto and was much closer to a thickly sliced deli ham. The pork tacos had barely enough meat in them, which would have been fine if the tortilla size was proportionate to the amount of meat, but for about 2 oz of meat, it didn't nearly fill the 8 inch tortillas. We tried to fill the tortillas the rest of the way with the slaw from the plate, which was a big mistake and make the whole pork taco taste like straight tartar sauce, I was not a fan. And last but most definitely not least, the brussel sprouts. They were WET. They were soaked in some sort of vinegary liquid that filled the bottom of the bowl they were in. They were topped with a nicely cooked and seasoned sunny side up egg, and sliced shallots. Along with the shallots was some roasted garlic, far too much roasted garlic, after biting into an entire clove of garlic I began to see how many other whole cloves of garlic were in this brussel sprout appetizer, I found TWELVE! (See photos for reference of all of these issues). I didn't care for the Brussels at all and brought it up to the waitress who kindly took them off the bill. Even with the Brussels removed, the 3 other happy hour appetizers and 2 cocktails were still over $50 before tip, not much of a happy hour deal.

The appetizer was good but not great; the steak was perfect but the cheese was gritty and frankly weird. . The mahi mahi tacos were okay but lacked depth of flavor. My salad was good but felt like it was missing something. Service was outstanding.

Twigs bistro is absolutely perfect for a great date night. Great atmosphere, acoustics & as clean as a restaurant can be. Serving upscale dining as well as traditional dinner favorites, provides a little something for everyone. The bartenders are fantastic and enjoyed requests. Rib-eye was as good as it gets. Pepper crusted salmon was cooked to perfection. Our most memorable favorite of the night was the gorgonzola fondue that accompanied the Moroccan beef spiced appetizer.

This place is always empty every time I come into to town, I don’t know why. The food on the happy house soooo good. The poke nachos are fire and the tacos are off the chain good. Topped off with the donuts… mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good

This place is very cute. Came here for a birthday party and loved the environment. Got a pasta here and i felt that it could have been creamier and the chicken a little more cooked - felt a bit chewy for me. The bruschetta flatbread was tasty! Definitely big enough for two people. Reminded me of a flatbread pizza for sure, but i still prefer regular toasted bruschetta. Also, make sure to ask straws because the waiter informed us that they cannot offer or hand our straws UNLESS we ask for them per their new policy.

Dined in two weeks ago and had this amazing carrot cake pictured. Dare I say the best I have ever had? Well I have been thinking about it since, and picked some up Togo today.. only to discover when I got home that it was in fact not the same cake at all.. Really hoping they just ran out of the original and I got a temporary substitute. I will be going back again though in hopes to enjoy the cake that I loved so much the first time!

Tomato Bisque is the BEST! The food here is very good, but slightly less than what is to be expected, especially for the price point that they hold here. Ingredients are fresh, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the sushi was exceptional! Definitely recommend the sushi.

Service and food were amazing! I had the Fire dragon sushi roll and it was FIRE! 🔥🔥🔥 --Literally and figuratively-- (But it is NOT spicy) They lit it up at the table and the sauce for that sushi roll was perfection 👌 Bai was an attentive and excellent waiter! He even asked if anyone had food restrictions or allergies before placing any order and educated those who had questions on the meals. Highly recommend!

We came to Kona Grill Boise for my mother’s birthday with a party of 15. We had a reservation for 6:30 but weren’t seated until close to 7:00. It was busy, so we were patient and understanding. Our server was clearly overwhelmed - and rightfully so because he was also handling another large group of 10–15 people right next to us. He did his absolute best, and I want to preface that none of this reflects poorly on him. The problem was the overall service and management. Once our orders were taken, food came out inconsistently. kids’ meals at different times, adult meals at different times — and one guest didn’t receive her CORRECT meal until after everyone else had finished eating. When we politely asked to speak with a manager about it, Garrett (the assistant manager) came over, though he never introduced himself. We only learned his name later through our server. Garrett did agree to remove that one incorrect meal from the check, which was appreciated. But, he became visibly frustrated and dismissive while we calmly discussed other issues with the food. One guest’s pad Thai with chicken was made with chicken thighs, full of chewy cartilage and when we mentioned it, Garrett described it as “fine chicken,” then clarified that it was indeed thigh meat. Another guest’s $50 steak was served extremely rare and completely unseasoned. When this was brought up, Garrett’s response was, “I have some seasoning I can bring you.” For a $50 entrée???? Why would we season that ourselves? When we questioned that, he walked away shaking his head with no apology, no accountability. The only person who showed any professionalism or care that evening was our poor server, who repeatedly apologized and admitted he was having a rough night. Unfortunately, it wasn’t his fault at all, it was a lack of management support. For what used to be one of our favorite restaurants, this experience was beyond disappointing. Between the poor service, inconsistent food quality, and dismissive management, we won’t be returning. What should have been a special birthday dinner turned into a complete nightmare.

Pizza restaurant
Grimaldi's Pizzeria is a beloved Brooklyn-based chain that specializes in delicious coal-fired brick-oven pizzas and calzones, making it a must-visit for pizza lovers. Located at the Village at Meridian, this casual eatery offers a cozy atmosphere with heated patio dining options. Guests rave about the exceptional service, highlighting friendly staff members who go above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Grimaldi's remains one of the top pizza chains in the country. I've been to quite a few stores and have visited this Boise location three times now, never been disappointed. Better than any other NY-style pizza I've tried in the last decade. Service is always great; Samantha did a great job at the bar. Very polite and professional. Suggestion: try a red sauce pizza with spicy chicken sausage, onions, green peppers, and jalapenos. Life-changing stuff, you'll never go back if you like it spicy! Pro tip: They re-stoke their coal oven every day from 3-4pm (used to be 4-5pm) so you can't get a pizza cooked during that time, but all other menu options are available. Olympic Otter

Such a great place! Our waitress was kind and attentive and the food was delicious. I sadly didn’t snag a photo of the extra pepperoni and hot honey pizza we had, but as someone who doesn’t usually like anything with the word ‘hot’ in it, I was pleasantly surprised!! New lunch spot for when I’m up that way visiting for sure. I mean, the dessert alone would bring me back 😆

Wow! The food was absolutely delicious!! The portions were very large. Tad sad they were out of a few things we wanted, however, they explained how everything was made fresh daily, so we understood. Or server, Brooks, was new but did a great job. We appreciated his attention to detail and making sure our orders and our checks were correct. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We had the Bruschetta Trio appetizer, a custom calzone, and the Brooklyn Bridge Pizza. Mmmm! We took home a, piece of their seasonal Carmel Apple Cheesecake, and are looking forward to trying it later this evening. We will definitely be back!

This was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the staff acted unprofessional, inattentive, and flat-out disrespectful. When we arrived on Friday, 8/29 around 8:30pm, the host didn’t even look at us for several minutes—just stared at the computer, no greeting, no smile, nothing. When she finally spoke, all she said with a blank face was, “Just two?” She then disappeared for nearly 10 minutes before coming back and telling us to “just sit at the bar.” At the bar, things somehow got worse. We sat there for 20 minutes—timed on my phone—without being acknowledged. No water, no greeting, nothing. I even asked the host if someone was going to help us, but she was too busy glued to her phone to care. When the bartender finally came over, the first words out of her mouth were not “Hi, how are you” or any form of greeting. Instead, it was a cold “IDs please.” That was her opener after 20 minutes of being ignored. I’ve been a bartender for over a decade, and this approach is the definition of terrible service. I told her I didn’t have a physical ID on me, and instead of handling the situation professionally, she immediately barked: “I can’t serve you, I’ll lose my job.” Not once, not twice—she repeated this phrase over and over like a broken record. No empathy, no tact, no effort to find a solution. Just excuses. At that point, I told her to stop repeating herself and to focus on what she could do. But that didn’t matter, because once we moved to a table, she ignored us again for another 10 minutes. We eventually left because we were literally abandoned by the staff. The restaurant was NOT busy. This was not a matter of being short-staffed—it was a matter of pure neglect, zero communication, and employees who clearly do not care about their jobs. Pull your cameras between 8:30–9:15pm that night if you doubt this. This was disgusting and unacceptable. My company was considering using this place for catering, but after this disaster we went with Chicago Fire instead. This staff—especially the bartender—desperately needs training on customer service, conflict resolution, and basic professionalism. An absolute joke of an experience. Never again.

Until about a year ago we greatly enjoyed eating at Grimaldi's once or twice a week. The pizza was great and the staff very great. There was a change in the crust. It has been rubber like. What happened something changed. We occasionally stop in and one time the crust was almost back to great. We miss eating at this restaurant could you determine what you changed and correct the crust situation.

Great place. We got drinks 🍹 and the margarita pizza with a side of their hot honey 🍯 sauce. Delicious 😋 We ate outside on the patio which sits next to the big water fountain at the Village in meridian. So we had a great dinner and a mini water show with music 🎶 Great atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been here plenty of times and love their pizza. Today, we were seated and waited 10 minutes before getting up and leaving because no one ever came to take our order. A group of people were seated 5 minutes after us, had their drinks taken 2 minutes after sitting and 5 min had their order in , that was all the reason to get up and leave. Still a good pizza spot to sit on the patio but service wise, today wasn’t the day they had their service together.

I sat for about 10 minutes before getting helped, but when we did, everything was 12/10. My wife and I split a Caesar salad and a 16-inch pizza. The atmosphere and staff were great. We got the pumpkin spice cheesecake for dessert! 10/12/2024

New American restaurant
Yard House is a high-end sports-bar chain known for its extensive menu of New American cuisine and wide selection of draft beers. The restaurant offers happy hour specials on select appetizers, pizzas, and drinks. Customers have praised the attentive service and professional staff at various locations. The Yard House in Meridian, Idaho provides a modern vibe with comfortable seating for groups, making it an ideal spot for casual celebrations or gatherings during happy hour.
We had an incredible dinner at Yard House located at The Village at Meridian, and we couldn’t be more impressed! The chicken nachos were loaded with flavor and absolutely delicious, and the Kurobuta pork burger was one of the best burgers we’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy and fresh, and the whole meal was just on point. The atmosphere was a huge bonus. Yard House offers both a lively indoor vibe with tons of TVs for sports fans and a beautiful, shaded outdoor patio that overlooks the charming fountains and walkways of The Village. The setting really elevated our dining experience. The Village at Meridian is such a fun and vibrant destination—perfect for a date night, family dinner, or a relaxing evening out. It’s a beautifully designed outdoor shopping and entertainment area with fountains, boutique shops, a movie theater, and seasonal events. Yard House fits right in with its modern design, wide-ranging menu, and top-notch service. We highly recommend stopping in whether you’re local or visiting. You won’t be disappointed!

Sat outside on the patio and had Christina as our server! We come here a lot and she recognized us and gave us a ton of refills and stuff 😆 I loved her! She was very attentive and nice and great at her job! Like I would literally be thinking “oh I need to get a refill” and she would be there with it. The food was AMAZING—it’s very rare that we get “just okay” food here. Perfect temperature, not too loud, good atmosphere. The happy hour pricing is a GREAT deal—half off select apps and all pizzas I believe. We love it here!!!! Been coming for years. Thanks Yard House!!!

It's pretty good happy hour, but I would rather go to Kona, but the service and vibe were awesome. All food was good, burger bun was a little greasy. High chairs and outdoor seating available. Really liked the wings 54 bux for all plus a cocktail and soda.

We ordered Spicy Jambalaya in linguini, Poke Nachos, Whiskey Glazed Salmon and Lobster Garlic Noodles. My personal favourite is the Poke Nachos. Scorched Melon, not so much, it tastes like spicy lemonade and you can’t taste the melon flavour at all. All the served food was very flavourful and portions are just right it can actually be shareable. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Our server Emma and Tania are fantastic! They are both very attentive to our needs, and even anticipated our requests before we had to ask. Outdoor patio sitting is just perfect for the weather.

The Yard House NEVER disappoints! I’m completely obsessed with their wings—I’ve tried them several different ways, and they are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. I told my husband I’m officially loyal to Yard House and won’t get wings anywhere else! But it’s not just the wings—everything on the menu is fantastic. We’ve never had a bad meal. The service is always great, and the staff is friendly and welcoming every time. We usually come in at least once a week, but even on nights we don’t, we end up ordering takeout (like tonight 😄). Thank you, Yard House, for being consistently awesome! Also, huge shoutout to the bartenders—they make the BEST French 75s and Micheladas, always on point every single time. Seriously, they never miss. We appreciate you! P.S I had to leave the review before I started eating and the wings are as crunchy as always and I still haven’t chosen a movie on Netflix 😅

I went on the absolute best date here. I have to say it’s the best date I’ve been on in a long time quite possibly ever… this place has such a fun vibe. I love that the football game was on and the food was amazing. Plus when we were done with dinner, we were able to walk around and see other shops and the atmosphere was truly amazing. It should be noted that the service was exceptional.

I was out here for work for a little over a week & Yard House not only was it suggested by Goggle, I've had folks while I was out & about tell me about them so there I went. This is Bourbon whiskey salmon paired with Parmesan, mashed potatoes and some of the biggest vegetables I've ever seen & eaten. All was delicious. The dessert was Creme Brulee Cheesecake with a caramelized top. I had to drink as well a watermelon margarita. Ended with 2 empty plates & an empty glass.

Great place to take the family 👌 Plenty of things to do. There are alot of different things for all ages! Laser tag, rides, bowling, arcade, rope course, etc! The food here was surprisingly good as well. I would highly recommend the chicken and rice bowl. Plenty of parking. There is also a waterpark right next door. Pretty reasonably priced as well. For 2 kids and a 4 hour all access pass it was around $90. If you live in boise area or are just traveling thorough, make sure to stop and check this place out!

Wahooz Family Fun Zone is such a blast! There’s something for absolutely everyone here — whether you’re with family, friends, or on a youth group outing. Everything is super clean, well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The go-karts are a must — fast, fun, and perfect for a little friendly competition! The mini golf courses are creative and well-kept, and the arcade has tons of games for all ages (I could spend hours in there). The bowling alley is also really nice, with comfy seating and a fun atmosphere. What really stands out is how smoothly everything runs even when it’s busy. The employees do such a great job keeping lines moving and making sure everyone’s having a good time. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a place to spend the day laughing, playing, and making memories, Wahooz Family Fun Zone is definitely worth it. Can’t wait to go back! 🎉

Was very enjoyable. Go karts were awesome but not enough on the track. And not competitive enough. Great mini golf, bowling, and service. Although the prices on the vending machine was highway robbery. Almost 5 bucks for a monster and almost 4 bucks for a dr.pepper

I brought my girls to the Ballocity play room. The prices were reasonable for toddler entertainment. The area was clean. The parent seats were comfy. Rey, the staff running the room was very attentive and kind. When my youngest daughter got scared and lost, Rey literally ran up the play equipment to help. Tey was also openly showing my girls how to play with the equipment and just playing with them. Fantastic experience.

Very safe place for a family or kids experience. There are a lot of options for adults to enjoy too like the upper levels of the sky course, go carts, large outdoor minigolf course and bowling. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities from the rides and play structures to the bathroom and dining facilities. The food was very good quality and not overpriced like many theme park experiences. Most the workers were very young adults but they were all respectful and responsible. For reference we went on a Tuesday 12-4:30pm. It was not crowded at all even when a few larger groups showed up around 3pm.

my kids ages 3-7 had an amazing time! Clean, a little pricey, the dollar store prizes sucked, but everything else was fun and worth the money and time.

Roaring Springs Water Park, located in Meridian, is a must-visit destination for families seeking summer fun. As the largest water park in the Northwest and now one of the biggest in the country following its recent expansion, it boasts over 20 thrilling attractions. Guests can enjoy everything from a wave pool to a lazy river perfect for relaxation. Kids will love splashing around at Camp IdaH2O, an interactive playground inspired by Idaho's natural beauty featuring slides and play areas themed around local wildlife.
Fun day, afternoon or evening adventure letting our son run and play in the water. We have been getting season passes the last few summers. If you plan to go more than 4 times I would definitely recommend a season pass. Roaring Springs is a great way to get out of the house and enjoy some fresh air while letting the kiddos run and play. Our son loves to go and so do we!

Awesome experience I came from down south in L.A and the experience at this water park was just incredible! The vibe that everyone gives you isn't that vibe that makes you feel uncomfortable No matter your skin color or weight or anything, you won't feel disappointed or discomfort. As a Hispanic myself, I approve of this water park and would 100% recommend!
Mario G — Google review
I really enjoy this place, even as an adult with no kids. The wave pool and lazy river are perfect on a hot summer day after a long day at work. A little on the spendy side for a day pass, so I absolutely recommend getting a season pass!! Go 4 (or 3 if they are having one of their seasonal sales) times and it's paid for! If you've never been and want to go before you commit to a season pass, you can buy a day pass and use that entry fee towards your season pass IF you buy it the same day!!! That's an awesome deal and a bit of common sense in my mind. ☺️

A fantastic day sliding with the family. Large play area for the kids. Vertical drops for the youth(or young at heart), and lazy rivers for the timid. We stayed over 6 hours and didn't discover a third of the park. With wave pools and every kind of slide imaginable this place is great. PS Bring your sunscreen!

Went with my sister and her kids for the first time. It was not very busy in the morning, it was clean, bathrooms were pretty clean, food was expensive for little amounts (but tasted good), you can bring water in so that is nice. My sister was able to bring two small "snacks" in per child. Wait time first thing in the morning for the rides were about 30-45 mins as expected. All in all we had a blast.

Place was like an Incredible John's on steroids!! Huge theme park styled water park in beautiful Meridian. Spent our daughters birthday there with family. Two huge lazy rivers, tons of waterslides, obstacle course with two kids play zone (one for the tinys and one for the 7-10)(both huge as well!), and did I mention, a bar and grill for the adults with beers on tap! Place was amazing! 10/10

We love going to roaring springs as a family. By far the best deal is buying the season passes if you plan to go more than a couple times. This allows you to spend 2-3 hours each time instead of feeling like you have to pack it all in. The staff are super friendly. They have a great bar for winding down at the end of the day there too. The lines can get long (end of season when kids are back in school provides for shorter lines)

This review is for the Spooky Light Show, not the water park. I didn't know what to expect with a drive through light show, but I was blown away with the music, lights and overall experience of this show. It was incredibly fun and cute. It's worth the extra money for the goodie bag to enhance the experience. Only improvement I'd add would be to post a sign for drivers to turn off their lights while going through.

I recently visited The Curb Bar and Grill and found it to be a solid dining spot. The atmosphere was clean and artistically designed, creating a welcoming environment. The waitstaff provided excellent service, contributing to an overall positive experience. I ordered the brisket quesadilla, which was enjoyable but didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of flavor, preventing me from giving a full five-star rating. Nonetheless, it's a good place to visit, and I’d consider returning to try other menu items.

The place was packed but we were seated almost immediately. Amazing food and great service. Compliments to Chef Joe Smith. You have to try the starters. The Filthy Tots were awesome. The stuff jalapeno's were very tasty but buyer beware - I love the hot stuff - and these puppys were very warm - ate them anyway with a forehead sweat. For some reason the "adult" mac n cheese sounded good so had to try them. The brisket and flavors exploded in our mouths - so good. We wanted to try all the tacos but we will have to make another trip to get them all in. Highly recommend the brisket taco - the fried avocado was delicious.

Day 3

Off the beaten path
For day 3, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Cinemark Majestic Cinemas. Not quite as popular as Roaring Springs Water Park, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 7 hours.

Movie theater
Snack bar
Cinemark Majestic Cinemas is a chain of movie theaters that offers multiple screens, stadium seats, and self-service ticketing kiosks. Visitors have found the prices reasonable and enjoyed the comfortable experience with larger, reclining, and warming seats in the regular theater rooms. The surrounding area has plenty of good restaurants for a nice dinner before catching a movie at this impressive theater with ample parking.
A friend and I decided to take a drive out to The Cinemark Majestic Theatre. I overall enjoyed my time there. The theatre, lobby, and bathrooms were clean and seemed to be well maintained. The theatre had heated recliners that were very spacious, which made it easy to relax. It felt like being in the comfort of my own home. The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, which allowed me to be fully immersed in the movie. The parking lot was packed, but since we bought our tickets online, it took less than a minute to make our way inside and pick up our concessions. Cinemark allows you to pay for concessions online and pick them up. This was something I had never seen before. As someone who is an introvert, this was perfect and a game changer. There was no waiting in line, I just got my ticket and snacks and headed to my seat. This was the fastest I have ever been in my seat, at a movie theatre. The entire process was quick and convenient. I will be back again, as the experience was enjoyable.

My family and I have been a decade-long, almost weekly customer to this theater, not because of it's location (there are 2 or 3 other theaters closer to me), but because of the quality of the experience I can expect every time. Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable. But I am very disappointed in their recent decision to relegate the best seats in the house to overpriced d-box gimmick seats. We are now forced to sit closer or further than we'd prefer just to have a normal (non-overpriced) movie experience. I'm going to have to branch out to the other theaters now to see if they have a better viewing experience. I'm knocking off 2 stars for the Majestic, 1 for each row of ridiculous d-box seats they added to my favorite theater. Disappointed customer.
Idahooft — Google review
It has been a long time the last time I saw a movie in a theater. Cinemark has a right at home feel with seats that recline and are heated as well. They have a great selection for movies also. In my opinion it is one of the most reasonably priced forms of entertainment. It was clean, the video was top quality, and the sound was truly cinematic. I would definitely go again. Check it out you won't be disappointed!

Last night on November 1st, we went to go see a showing of K-pop demon hunters at 10:30. We normally love this theater. Love that you can pre-buy the tickets, pre-buy your snacks and we love your seats. However last night's movie watching experience was less than optimal. We had a couple of groups, or maybe it was one group that was separated, that was very distracting and very obnoxious. There was a group, down in the front, of what would appear to have been middle school age boys and then there was a group of older teenagers that were sitting right behind us. These kids were going around asking people what their favorite song was and that's fine. But then during the movie they were getting up and sitting everywhere and running around and then during a particular song they had their phones out with the flashlight on. Yes it was a sing-along but they were very very distracting and obnoxious the whole movie. When they had their flashlights on, I went to the lobby to get some help; what I found was 4 workers sitting together on their phones. (Very unprofessional) I asked if there was any usher around that could come and help me deal with some very disruptive young people in the theater. I described what was happening. Two of them (females) followed me into the theater and they were right behind me. I told them what row I was sitting in but by the time I got to my row they were gone, so they did nothing. Very disappointing in whole.

Heated seats. Do Ineed to say more? This had spoiled me forever! The seats are so cozy, the snacks are good. We loved this theatre.

So bought a large popcorn that I thought came with a free refill, but when I went to go get the refill they said no you can only refill an extra large. I had no idea they even had extra large. My large was a large bucket. When my family and I have always gone a large was refillable. They must have changed their policy so just be aware that there is an extra large now. The theater was a little warm and the show started 10 minutes late. It wasn't 10 minutes of previews either. Show was supposed to start at 2:20 it was 2:30 they're still showing commercials not previews. They finally turned the lights off after the second preview. The have heated and reclining seats. They do have a little game room though. The bathrooms were clean. The staff were friendly. And the popcorn was delicious.

Favorite movie theater in the area. More reasonable prices, popcorn is always fresh, and most of the employees are super nice. 4 stars is just because sometimes I feel like it could be a bit cleaner. Bathrooms are usually a bit messy, theaters don't always seem super clean, and the trash cans seem to be randomly overflowing. Not enough to keep me away. Love coming here with the family.
Mackenzie R — Google review
We recently visited this theater and enjoyed a movie here. There were plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding area that you can have a nice dinner then a movie night without having to go far, and their parking was ample with several handicap parking spaces for those who need it. The lighted front of the theater was impressive, and the neon lighting glowed in the night giving you the feel that you are about to enter a special theater. The ticket booth was a positive experience, and the tickets were reasonably priced. We noted that they take $2 off for seniors. The seats are leather lounge chairs that were comfortable, recline and even heat for those cold days. The concession is better than we experienced at other theaters as you didn't seem to have to stand in line for long and the staff was courteous and attentive. The theater screens and sounds are great and if there are any big screen new movies out that you don't want to watch on your home entertainment this theater will give you the experience you need. The bathrooms were clean. We have been to this theater during a power outage and while that was out of their control, they offered to give a free movie ticket for another night. We recommend this theater for any family that wishes to enjoy a great theater night out to the movies.

I have purchased 9 bikes at this dealership. Started my experience in 2014. The staff, salesmen, service, managers, have always been so helpful and fair with all of my deals. We could not be happier with our business deals at this dealership. Love high desert Harley Davidson Mowhawk Matt has been my salesman for the last 6-7 bikes and he is so great to work with.

Best Harley experience you will have. Moved from TN and was looking to buy another bike. Eddie in sales was the first hand I shook and it was an amazing experience from day one. Nobody pressured me to buy day one, upsell on new bike, etc. Eddie worked for a few weeks keeping an eye on bikes that fit my needs and budget and once we found one he was amazing getting me through the process. Ben the manager was also fantastic making sure I was being taken care of. Luke in sales gave my wife and I a tour of the dealership and was super knowledgeable. WES is the man to see in parts as well as Nick in service! I knew I wanted a new seat, bar and windshield setup and Wes did all the research to make sure it would be a perfect fit since my height is 6’7 and the results were just what I wanted. This isn’t a sell and forget dealership. I’ve been back multiple times and they always say hi and check in.

One of the best Harley’s I have been to, by far! Outside there were so many bikes and a little bike wash, little food truck with hot dogs. There’s a little cafe with ice cream inside and so MUCH nice merch to get! I loved that there was so many destination options and even a lot of kids items.

Great experience with Mohawk Matt as a salesman. Terrible experience with Sales Manager Scott trying to high preasure me part way through! Matt saved the deal and treated me well. Keep your sales Managers out of deals they know nothing about and don't let them call a potential sale they never even introduced themselves to. I highly recommend you go in and buy from Mohawk Matt, great guy!

High Desert Harley-Davidson is hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel welcome. I especially want to give a shoutout to Chris. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, answered every question with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his customers. If you're in the market for a bike, this is the place to go, and ask for Chris!

Our party of 4 had no waiting to be seated by the friendly server who answered all our questions & wasn't annoyed when we took extra long to order off the extensive menu. Jaws dropped when our 1 pancake came since it filled a giant platter. I loved the smoked brisket bene, another loved her club sandwich & salad & we all agreed the bacon was super tasty. Eggs, bacon & gravy smothered biscuit & brisket & eggs & home fries were all loved by all. Clean bathrooms, happy workers, big menu, quality food & lg portions, what's not to love.

Food was excellent. Huge portions so come prepared. Waitresses were all very nice & helpful. Worked as a team to get things done. The only issues we had we're the mens bathroom didn't have any way to dry your hands, we fought with a couple flies half the time we were in there & the inside had a little bit of an "industrial" feel to it. Which to be honest is a little nit picky. We loved their cups and glasses & we would definitely eat here again.

Please stop here if you're in Meridian!! Food was delicious, MASSIVE portions, great staff, and convenient location! The kids meal pancake was SO huge and came with a side of egg and meat on a separate plate! Bacon burger with bacon jam was perfection, biscuit french toast was huge and perfectly cooked, sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious, and the happy hour wings had great flavor. 10/10 will come here again!!

Well I am disappointed with my visit here so I will be returning back for sure. I've heard so many good things about this place! I was impressed with their happy hour for sure! The waitress was very nice just super forgetful. I ordered a steak and I ordered it medium and it came well done with a bunch of fat on it so I asked if I could swap it. I waited longer for my food and also my salad I ordered with it was forgotten so towards the end I just asked to take off a bunch of forgotten stuff off my ticket before paying. Originally I was wanting a delicious meal with a desert but I was afraid to order that afterwords. My friend also ordered a side and never received it so the waitress apologized and brought him two yogurts which is not what we wanted. My drinks took a while to arrive as well but at least those were well done! Sadly it was not very busy and there looked like there was plenty of staff. After a while it looked like it was getting busy so we ran out before anything else was missing or forgotten. By looking at the menu and the place it looks amazing! I know my experience should have been better so crossing fingers the next time!

The chicken fried steak was amazeballs! The smores milkshake was to die for! Pancake was delicious! Red potatoes were the best ever. Chicken and waffles not so good. Better at huckleberrys. Biscuit was very heavy and dense. The sausage gravy was amazing though! Coffee and iced tea were great! So food gets 5 stars. Service not at all. The waitress had to be asked for all refills. I spilled syrup and she never brought me extra napkins when asked. She never brought my straws after 3 asks. There was ice cream and whipped cream spilled in our aisle and every server and busser walked over it! Huge liability! It is hard to find good help and I am not sure if they just needed more training or what, but not getting what u ask for several times nor cleaning up messes is server and busser 101! I still give the restaurant 5 stars as you can't punish the food for the actions of the servers. I also would like to franchise a location so if you truly read these, please contact me!

Ordered the Hog. Great presentation and large portions. Biscuits were very nice but the gravy had very little taste. Added a ton of salt and pepper plus hot sauce to the gravy to give it some taste. Potatoes were excellent with great taste. Bacon had a good sweet taste but wasn’t crispy. Just needed a few more minutes. Overall good breakfast but wouldn’t rate a 5. Would eat here again.

So my first time leaving a review. The service was outstanding! Teri Lynn our waitress was on point and so friendly and item knowledgeable and made experience bearable. I would go back just for her service. Food on the other hand was not. I ordered the bacon bacon burger and fries. The burger was mediocre at best. The bacon was outstanding. The fries were barely Luke warm. I also ordered crispy loaded new red potatoes as an appetizer. Came out at same time as food did, despite asking to get it prior to food. Biscuit and Hogs is a lot of smoke up someone’s butt. The reputation far out shines the actual experience. Though to be totally honest I did not try the breakfast but will.

Omg Spencer, Spencer, Spencer!! We had such a great experience at Independence Shooting Range thanks to Spencer! Came all the way from New Zealand. Amazing and friendly staff. We were a group of 4 and we were all new to shooting guns. The staff were amazing especially Jeremy who help us all and gave us step by step guides on how to use the 4 guns we fired. Definitely would be making a special trip just to go back here in the near future. Also will be telling my mates to come here if they’re in the area. Thanks to the team at independence indoor shooting for making this trip so memorable!

For my big 50 birthday I told my wife I wanted to shoot a machine gun. We found Independence Shooting Range with a quick search. We got there first thing on a Sunday and the check in was flawless, we filed out waivers online. I let Spencer and Jeremy know this was our first time at an indoor range. These guys were happy to walk us thru the process. They helped us pick out a couple full auto machine guns and of course the 50 caliber. Made our way back to the booth and was immediately greeted by Gavin. Throughout our time there he answered all our questions. When it came time to shoot the machine guns he made sure we fully understood how to operate the firearm. The 45 full auto vector was my favorite. Next up was the 50 cal. We headed to the 100 yard range where we met Troy. Troy got me lined out and was there to walk me thru it. I can’t thank the entire team at Independence for making this a birthday to remember. If you’re considering doing this I urge you to pull the trigger. It is a blast. The 50 cal is a beast. My wife and I both had an amazing time. Thank you team independence.

Big Jud's Meridian is a popular hamburger restaurant that appeals to families with young children. The staff at Big Jud's is outstanding, and the food is remarkable. The ambiance of the restaurant is delightful, creating a pleasant dining experience for customers. Additionally, patrons have developed a friendly rapport with one of the waitresses named Gypsy. This establishment offers delicious burgers and exceptional customer service. They even provide an entire basket of tots with their meals.
My boyfriend and I had a great first experience here! They have gluten free buns that were soft and tasted really fresh. The burgers were flavored well and juicy. Our burgers had bacon on them and it was cooked perfectly! The fresh cut fries were awesome, and they offered more sauce to go with my leftovers. Plus a to go cup because I didn't finish my drink before leaving. The staff were all friendly, quick, and worked as a team. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean as well. We'll definitely be back, thanks Big Jud's Meridian!

This is by far the best bang for the buck burger you can get in the valley. Absolutely spot on flavor, incredibly fast, the onion rings are to die for so crunchy and sweet with just enough salt all at the same time. This is my kids and my favorite place to go after fishing, and hits the spot every time. I highly recommend this place for any kind of burger or even chicken sandwich desires. I had a massive burger, onion rings, kids burger and fries with a soda and the whole thing was just over 30 bucks. You can't beat what you get and the service for the price anywhere else. I'd much rather spend an extra three or four bucks and come to a nice sit-down restaurant with excellent servers. Did I mention the service is so fast that they'll make your head spin. At least three or four times they visited my table and a quick 30 minute trip, and we're always on the ball with refills and anything we needed. Absolutely attentive all the time.

Nice sit down burger place. Can’t remember the name of my burger now but it had ham and bacon and it was delicious. My daughter and I shared a small fry and it was plenty. She loved her crispy chicken burger. Huckleberry shake was good but mild in flavor.

Second visit here, first was maybe ten years ago. Sparsely decorated burger place with the world famous one pound burger. Some booths, high top and regular tables with stainless steel tops. There are a couple TVs as well. The place was clean and the toilets were good. The squeeze and I split the grilled Hot Buffalo Chicken samminch, and an order of large onion rings. It was plenty of food for two peeps. The chicken sandwich had plenty of toppings and had good flavor, but i didn't get the Buffalo heat at all. The kitchen didn't cut it in half, but we did have a steak knife to saw it in half. The onion rings were pretty good, but make sure you bite all the way through, as we had three rings that pulled out of the breading. From what I learned from someone at Sonic, the onion skin causes this problem. We had ketchup and fry sauce on the table. We just had water to drink, they do not serve beer or any other adult beverages. Google wouldn't allow me to post pics, it kept giving an error message, Brittney did a great job as our server.

Big Juds has been a family staple for us since we were little kids, and it’s still my favorite place to eat here in the valley. They serve the best burgers around, with homemade fries and all the fry sauce you could ask for. Their milkshakes are amazing too. It’s just a good old fashioned burger place that never disappoints. Every visit feels like comfort food done right, and it’s a spot we’ll keep coming back to for years.

Dog park
Storey Bark Park in Meridian, Idaho is a popular spot for dog owners. The 2.25-acre fully fenced park features separate areas for small and large dogs, as well as a section for shy dogs. It offers amenities such as doggy drinking fountains, agility equipment, mutt mitt stations, and benches. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the park and the attentive dog owners who help maintain it.
They actually have a space for just small dogs, and that made my Oscar so much happier since he was recently attacked by a big dog, so he's a little freaked out atm to be around them!!!

Pros- Nicely designed layout. Gravel area with obstacles & drinking water station. Grassy area with tennis balls provided. Ring sidewalk for accessibility and puppy pools. Astroturf area. Water facet & hose. Throughout all areas are picnic tables, rakes with shovels for cleaning up & doody-bags, several trash & dog waste containers, benches, and shade trees. Completely fenced in areas & separation for large & small dogs. Super convenient restrooms for humans too! Cons- Many flies!!, receptacles need screened tops. Some aggressive dogs at times. Needs more obstacles. It's impossible to park on race days. Vending machines would be a great addition. Unfortunately, 90% of dog owners let the dogs off leash outside of the enclosed area. 50% of the owners don't pick up their dog droppings. I've seen several people vaping there. A large dog was brought into the small dog side and knocked a woman down. She couldn't walk nor drive. Meridian needs some police presence and giving out fines to stop the abuse of this beautiful dog park.

Here is one of our larger dog parks for large and medium dogs and a smaller pen for the small fur babies to play. There were quite a few dogs and their handlers here and everyone seemed to be well minded and getting along well. This is a go to park if you have the active type fur baby’s that need to burn off the excess energy.
Timothy B — Google review
This dog park is a bit of a mixed bag. We've had some great visits where our pups had a blast, but others were less enjoyable. Some owners can be abrasive or indifferent about their dogs' behavior, which leads to issues like fights, excessive mounting, or verbal disputes between owners. Your best bet is to visit on a quieter day to avoid the chaos. The grassy areas are seasonally closed, leaving only the rocky section open, which isn't ideal for older dogs to navigate. Still, our dogs usually have a decent time.

Stopped at this park to stretch out the dogs' legs during a long road trip - it was lovely. The park is big, has lots of space to run around in, a few agility toys, and was really busy when I went - so there were lots of other dogs for ours to play with. The park is separated for big/active dogs and smaller dogs, and has clean public restrooms. I'd definitely stop in here again if I'm in the area

While visiting town, I stumbled upon a fantastic dog park. It's huge, giving pups a ton of space to burn off energy. I loved the variety of surfaces, including grass, small pebbles, and even astroturf, which kept things interesting. Best of all, it's designed with safety in mind, with separate, fenced-in sections for both big and small dogs, plus a nice shaded spot for us humans to relax.
Chris S — Google review
Very nice dog park with water, poop bags, shady spots to sit for humans, and tennis balls for dogs to chase. Good gravel area with lots of agility toys for the dogs to play on. Nice grassy areas as well. There is a large dog area as well as a small dog area. We stayed in the large dog side and most of the dogs were fine with our high energy border terrier. A couple of dogs were a little too aggressive and their owners away sitting down and inattentive (a number of dog turds in the grass probably caused by the same inattentiveness). Very pretty dog park, will be very nice in about ten years when the trees have had time to grow and give more shade throughout the park.
Joshua L — Google review
Great dog park! The place is clean for the most part and dog owners are relatively attentive to their dogs. But I believe that is what makes this a great dog park is the people who come regularly pick up after other owners and help keep this place something special. @balooandmissbianca do love coming here, and we want to say thanks to those individuals who take care of the park on their own time.

Pita Pit is a health-conscious chain where customers have the freedom to build their own sandwiches. It is known for its quick and efficient counter service. During lunch hours, it can get quite busy, but the staff remains friendly and fast in attending to customers. The food is prepared swiftly and despite the short wait, apologies are still made. The taste of the food is also highly enjoyable. Pita Pit offers a clean environment with even well-maintained restrooms.
I absolutely love the pita pit. They make it how you like it. I usually ask for grilled onions with their special sauce and they'll do that for me it and is so good!

I have a gift certificate for Pita pit went to use it for one pita ($12) and at the time of check out they informed me that I would either have to redeem the full $25 amount and lose out on the remaining money or buy two pitas to use up the full amount. This is was not disclosed when purchasing the gift certificate, I would not have ordered nor would’ve gotten this gift certificate if I would’ve known the full certificate had to be redeemed in one go very flawed System and they were not willing to work with me on it. Severely disappointed considering the size of the pita it definitely was not worth $12.

Showed up at opening. Workers were in there but doors were locked. Worker came out and said they aren't serving anyone because they had a catering order to be done in 1 hour 15 minutes. They wouldn't make one pita for us even though their open sign was on and their hours were within open time. Drove down there for a Pita. Out of our way. Will not return.

Hit or miss. Usually a hit. Same with staff. Some of them aren't very friendly, but most of the time they are. Food is always fresh and servings are generous. They are our go-to for evenings when I don't feel like making dinner. Wish there was one closer to home. ***it'd be nice if they improved their kids menu. Not alot to choose from and kind of spend for a kids meal***

Super friendly and helpful staff. Tasty sandwich, and I would have again. I'm only concerned that the food touched his dirty shirt/belly as he prepped, although he did wear gloves. Perhaps stand back a bit? .... Update: This place really seems like a little mom & pop, and not a franchise or chain location, as they seem to do everything their own little way. I ordered through the app a gyro salad and selected 'curbside' pickup, then proceeded to drive to the location. As. I was parking. I got a call from an older woman, who asked if I wanted lettuce on my salad. She said that I did not select a greens option when I chose the salad, and I said that I thought it automatically comes with a base of lettuce, because it is called a 'salad' and I was able to complete the order without making that selection. I told her that I would prefer shredded lettuce and that I was already sitting in the parking lot, but there was no rush. I waited in my car 30 minutes after this phone call, and there was no order, so I called back the same number that I received, and a young girl answered with just "hello". This threw me off, so I asked if I was actually calling Pita Pit? She said, "oh yeah". 🙄 I inquired about my curbside order, and she told me that they do not have curbside even though it is an option on the app and that I would have to come inside. Why was this not mentioned when the older woman had called me previously? I entered inside and there is no posted pickup location, so I have to stand in line behind a family who is taking a very long time to order while the older woman was in the back, chopping onions and making eye contact with me but never came out to assist. I finally was able to pick up my order, as the young girl gave me a bright, sweet, innocent, and clueless smile and said thank you. 🙄

The guy took my order, i notice he is wearing plastic food service gloves, which is weird, cause he’s handling the register and money. Then he immediately goes over to make my food. To my shock and horror, he does not change his gloves, and begins mashing up something on a cook top grill with his dirty gloved hands. What he mashed up ended up being the “falafel” he served me. This was my first time ever trying the chain Pita Pit. i am a lover of Mediterranean foods, and the Falafel Salad i ordered from this restaurant still makes my stomach wheezy just to think about it. it was bland and disgusting. The hummus, too. When ordering i asked if there will be tahini sauce on the salad. The guy did not know what tahini sauce is. He said “yea, and tzatziki sauce.” The salad was dry. No tahini sauce. Who smashes up falafel??? The fact that he used his dirty gloves to do it, too, is just absolutely disgusting, selfish, and lazy. i will never go to Pita Pit again.

Very tasty. Add in additional toppings and you have a mighty good pita. Pita chips are good. You can get white or wheat pita. Staff very helpful and friendly

Hamburger restaurant
Boise Fry Company is a burger chain that focuses on locally sourced fried potatoes and offers a variety of microbrews. Customers can choose from different types of potatoes such as Russet, Gold, Red, or Yam and select from 10 seasoning options and 10 different dips for their fries. The counter service is fast casual, allowing for customization but some may find the numerous options overwhelming. The place prides itself on cleanliness and provides an extensive menu with plenty of choices to create the perfect plate.
VERDICT: Get the double original with American cheese (if available, do the funguy, which is wagyu gamed with mushroom, otherwise one beef, one bison for the best flavor), and the gold potato fries. Pair with a local tap and a movie at the Majestic. FOOD: The original burger is superb. The secret of mushroom gaming of patties is the hydrolyzed proteins that release flavor-laiden moisture into the meat. The richness of the patty stands up to the garlic aioli while the red onion gastrique provides a brightness to prevent the burger from being one note. Having had this burger in several different ways, I've found American cheese to be the best at not muddling the flavors at play. The Gaston's bun is always a pleasure as well. SERVICE: This specific location is quite swift and they have consistently delivered good service to me. ATMOSPHERE: Hip, as an old man like me might say, but the music, decor, etc. all serve casual socializing well.

My wife and I, went for the first time going to this location, we ordered the special #1 meal. Tried the Idaho and Boise fry sauce and also the garlic aioli sauce. The blueberry ketchup I'm not a fan. The root beer tastes like Dad's Root beer. Fries are fried in duck fat. So the only thing I was concerned about was that two of the cooks didn't have a hat or a hair net only cause they had longer hair than the other guys.
Randus M — Google review
Kinda overpriced for what it is. Food was as good as your average neighborhood cookout. Ordering process is more complicated than it needs to be. Staff was friendly. Kind of fun that they are leaning into Idaho (and potatoes) be being a fries-first burger-second restaurant.

Really wished we enjoyed our food more. Ordered a classic burger with sweet potato fries but my fries were soggy with oil. Our plates were extremely oily too which just made me feel like I was eating off of a dirty plate. Not sure I’d visit this spot again.

Seriously, BFC called these purple fries? They mixed up our burgers. Didn't put any aoili on them and instead of spring mix lettuce we were given regular lettuce. The fries I believe are actually food died. Never again. This isn't the first time with them goofing everything up but it will definitely be the last

Finally made it to the Overland branch of BFC! As expected, fantastic food, great customer service, and a warm inviting atmosphere! Thanks guys!

My son loves bison burgers so we tried this place on a roadtrip and enjoyed it. Burgers were fresh and tasty. Standard Fries were good but we didn’t love the skinny cut red potato fries. Tons of sauces and seasonings to try which added to the experience. Prices were high but food quality was good. Overall, would recommend.
Lindsey B — Google review
A condiment lovers paradise. I ordered the BFC original burger and a small Russet potato fries. It's kind of neat you can choose your potato- Russet, Gold, Red or Yam. There are like 10 options of seasonings and 10 different dips for your fries. I thought my burger was tasty but a little dry and the fries where more dive bar than McDonald's. I appreciate the ability to customize but would maybe prefer less options. It's a nice counter service, fast casual concept.

Deli
Fat Guys Fresh Deli is a fast-paced eatery renowned for its extensive range of inventive sandwiches and specialty salads. The establishment ensures high-quality, satisfying meals that guarantee an exceptional dining experience. Their fifth sandwich option is particularly noteworthy, warranting any distance and expense to indulge in its delectable flavors. This extraordinary deli possesses a remarkable team of staff and owners who are easily approachable, making patrons feel like close companions.
First time visit for us, though we had seen it many times going to my wife's appointments. It's a fairly small deli with tables inside and more outside for Al Fresco dining. Not rerally enough room for decorations, although they do let people sign the walls. The menu is on chalkboards and signs over the counter, where you order. They deliver to your table. About 4 people in line ahead of us, but that wait was short. It arrived at our table outside between five and ten minutes later. The sqeeze and I split a Reuben samminch and got two small orders of tater salad. The sandwich had plenty of tender meat in it, a good amount kraut and dressing. It was served on rye bread with swiss cheese. Very nice sandwich, wonderful flavor and plenty for two people. The tater salad was different as it had some meat in it, but very good. I am not sure what the meat was, but it sure added a different texture and flavor to the salad. Service was very good with friendly servers. We are glad we finally stopped in.

This was no good. I got the Thic Chic and ordered it around 4:30 for a 5:30 pick up thinking they would wait closer to the pick up time to make it. Apparently not. I’m glad I put this in another box that I carry my things in because my sandwich was so WET that it ripped the bag on the bottom and if I’d been carrying it everything would have splattered on the ground. I was still hoping my sandwich was not soggy, but it was. It was literally dripping like a kitchen faucet and the bread was entirely ruined. Somehow the lettuce was soggy too, but at least the sauce was OK. Chicken had pieces of fat which I was not a fan of. I also looked on their online ordering for cookies and they didn’t have dessert available, but when I got there they had cookies so I asked if I can buy two thinking they would just charge me there and I could pay with a different card (I wanted to use some cash back I had). Instead they charged my same order which looked like they charged me for two sandwich orders twice and I’m still not sure if it was and will have to wait and make sure everything goes through right. I don’t get how it was too confusing to ring me up separately for two cookies. My bf liked his Cuban, so maybe order that.

First time was great! This time was so terrible my sandwich isn't edible. The potato salad is really gross... taste like black pepper and mayo dumped on some potato's.

This is a great little off the beaten path deli! The staff is friendly, the food portions are huge and delicious. I got the PC Pedro and I recommend it!

This was my first experience at Fat Guy’s deli. Walked in and was greeted warmly by Tanner. He took time to explain the menu and suggested the Phat Pig, but they have a Ruben on Rye and that is one of my favorite sandwich’s. So I move to the front to order and Bob came up and asked if I had chosen while the girl at the cashiers was help another. We had a fun conversation as I waited. Bob then fixed my sandwich, turns out he is the owner operator. Got some wonderful potato salad with dill, bacon and a little spicy and it was so good. The Ruben was one of the best sandwich’s I have had in years. Generous portions and a fat guy’s sandwich! I will be back for the Phat Pig and more Ruben’s! This is a mush try sandwich shop.
Philip T — Google review
The food is DELICIOUS! I got the Fat Pig with no ham. We went there on a work lunch the first time but I forgot to leave a review. I just took my family there for the second time and got the same sandwich…so good! We all loved our meals! Every employee there has great customer service! Tonya helped us the first time I went with my work and she went above and beyond. She even brought us all waters because we were there for about an hour sitting outside. She did that without us even asking. Simply amazing! Today everyone as very friendly and prompt. 5 stars every time!

Got the thic chic with the spicy sauce. It was amazing, the sandwich was like 1 and a half inch thic which is better than most other places. Definitely filling and the sauce was had a small and smooth kick with all of the other flavors going on. For sure coming back as much as I can.

Ice cream shop
Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a beloved fast-food destination that serves up delicious soft-serve ice cream and signature shakes, making it a perfect stop for dessert lovers. During my recent visit while leaving Boise, I indulged in their famous Blizzards. Although there was a bit of a wait due to the staff being new and learning the ropes, I appreciated their hard work amidst the busy drive-thru and lobby.
Great! If you’re a chocolate fanatic I recommend the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. A great place for a night time treat with friends, family, or even solo. Lots of food options too, but I’m usually there for the ice cream. 10/10 recommend.
Parley B — Google review
I went through the drive through, put in an order for two medium Chocolate Brownie Extreme blizzards with added oreo bits. Paid with cash, excellent service through the window, but once I got home we realized there were no Brownie bites in the ice cream. Good ice cream for sure but we were really looking forward to the missing brownies
Melody M — Google review
We love the hot fudge sundae. Its really good but I find charging extra .89 cents for extra fudge is a little too much. So I only indulge once in a while bec it gets pricey. The fish sandwich is good too. The staff is awesome and place is pretty clean.
J D — Google review
Stopped here for some blizzards on our way out of Boise. First of all, it's sad that there has to be a note posted on the counter to be patient as most of the employees are on their first job and learning! We have all had to start somewhere and learn somehow! Have some patience, people! Yes, we waited for about 15 minutes to get our blizzards. However, there were 4 staff members and the drive thru and lobby were busy! These young employees were busting their butts and getting customers taken care of as quick as they could. Not one of them complained, not one of them gave up. They kept going and doing the best they could to keep up. Kudos to the kids working that evening and not giving up! Things can only run so fast when there isn't a full staff. At least they showed up and hustled! The blizzards still came out great and didn't drip when tipped. I wish I could have gotten the name of the girl that added some sprinkles to my girls' ice cream cones for having to patiently wait. That made their whole night!
Desiree P — Google review
The food is what you'd expect from Dairy Queen, but the parking lot is crazy to get in and out of, and the restaurant is tiny inside, freezing cold and has a weird sour milk smell. The wait staff is so focused on the drive through, which leaves one person to watch the counter. We waited almost 15 minutes to order because the single counter person was also making blizzards for some crazy reason. On the day we visited, we received a drink with our meals, but could not find anything to drink other than water because they were out of diet and regular cola.
Trent Y — Google review
Ordered 2 blizzards, neither were mixed completely. All the candy was at the bottom and plain ice cream on the top. Employees want to be paid top dollar for mediocre service :(
Shay B — Google review
Was not a good time, went thru the drive thru ordered 2 things of ice cream and their new buffalo baskets and my wife's ice cream was good but I got handed a melted banana sundae thing. Was told to pull into a spot because they were busy (not a problem) when they came out we got brought the wrong food and was almost yelled by the employee that this was our food showed him what we received and turns out it was the guys next to us and he was also pissed off that his food was brought to us. all around not a good experience probably (most likely) will not be coming back.

I never leave reviews but this one deserves it. the cleanest store i’ve been in, the worship music in lobby is what got to me. the staff is friendly quick and acknowledgment, will be here again

Nature & Parks
Nestled in the beautiful city of Meridian, Settlers Park is a sprawling 57-acre oasis offering a wide range of amenities for visitors of all ages. The park features Adventure Island Playground Area and a splash pad, making it an ideal spot for families with kids. Additionally, the park boasts Little City of Rocks, Sound Garden, swings, and more.
This is such a great place for a variety of ages and stages. I walked with my elderly family member here and there are plenty of places that hay allow a walker to get onto the sidewalk. There is plenty of shade along walking paths, tables to sit at. All the kids playing at the park were happy, enjoying the splash pad, playground toys, and outdoor musical instruments. The snack shack was open and people were buying snowcones and other summer snacks. Lots of parking and access.

Settlers park is a full blows sports park for just about anyone to enjoy. They have baseball that has serious baseboard diamonds to play on. They have a SERIOUS cornhole playing area for serious competition of all ages. They have serious tennis courts as well. They have serious playgrounds for children of all ages. They have a fixed squirt gun for getting cool on a hot day. The grounds are well managed and look luscious to run around on in your bare feet.

Very cool park with lots for all age groups. We have a 3 and 1 year old and they loved the playground area and splash pad. Has multiple age group areas and a ton of swings. What is really neat is they have a place to play cornhole and horseshoes. Tons of people were playing volleyball too. Very neat park and would come back next time we visit.

This isba great place for so many activists either by yourself, with family and friends or groups. So many activities are here including; several baseball fields, large open grass for soccer, volleyball, Frisbee, pathed walkway for walking by yourself or with your dog. There are dog cleanup stations and even a water station. There is a splash pad area, a kids play ground, a kids rock climbing area, dedicated pickle ball courts, corn hole, zylophone play area, pond to fish in and just an all around beautiful park. There is a bathroom here and lots of parking. This park is very well maintained and safe. I am sure there is something for everyone here. I walk here often with my lady and our dog. Truly an excellent park.

Movie in the park was magical! The park staff was on hand for crowd control and security... And the park was beautiful and well-kept. Movie screen was gigantic, making sure no one has a bad seat. Beautiful place!

Awesome park. The playground is great, they have one for older kids and one for younger kids. There are some medium sized rocks for rock climbing, tennis courts, a paved walking trail, swings and more. The restrooms have been clean when I was there. The parking lot is pretty big. I would definitely recommend this park.
Greg T — Google review
We visited this settlers park today and had the most wonderful time! It’s truly a hidden gem. The entire area is beautifully shaded with large trees, which made walking around and relaxing so comfortable even in the summer heat. There were plenty of picnic tables and benches nestled under the trees, making it perfect for families or anyone just wanting to unwind.
Lucinda A — Google review
Awesome park! Lots of cool playground fixtures & a great splash pad, too! My only complaint is that there are quite a few openings with a pretty far drop, that are for bigger kids, but the little guys are super intrigued by those areas, so, you just definitely have to keep a REALLY Close eye on your littles at ALL times, when they’re on the big equipment.

Auto Race Tracks
Meridian Speedway is an asphalt oval with weekend auto races that takes place in nearby Meridian, Idaho. It features stadium seating and standard concessions. The track is known for its tight racing, making it a great place to enjoy hours of racing without sacrificing your nightlife.
We always love coming here to enjoy the races and activities. Ticket pricing is super reasonable and we typically dont have trouble finding seats. I do think that the food selection is not very great and is pretty expensive for what it is, but they do also have food trucks on site as well.
Megan B — Google review
Really fun place to go with my family. Parking wasn't too bad and prices for food were pretty normal for the type of venue. Finding seats was no problem and we could see the racetrack from anywhere.
Rebecca S — Google review
Fantastic family fun! Having a local track in the middle of town is amazing. There is plenty of parking in the surrounding business as well as a designated parking lot. The seating is first come first served and it's typical aluminum bench seating with no backing. The entry process was simple and organized. We arrived at 6:15pm with the races starting at 6:30, grabbed a seat and the races began. I had my daughter and 4 yr old grandson and they loved it. It wasn't so loud that we needed ear protection. The prelim races were short and very entertaining. They had a class where people created basic cars to compete, like a minivan, sedans, etc they were painted crazy but the driving was terrific and chaotic. Plenty of crashes and spin outs for excitement. The food was your basic stadium food and the prices weren't horrible. The alcohol, in my opinion, was cheap $7 for a 24oz beer. This is great entertainment for a very good price. I highly recommend a family outing.

Anyone giving Meridian Speedway less than 5 stars is crazy!! Best short track asphalt racing in a 4 state area. I've been coming here since the 80s with my Granddad and now I take my family. Great fun! They have a family section with no drinking or smoking, so great for the whole family. I drive from Utah now, that's how much we enjoy it.
Michael D — Google review
I've been to Meridian Speedway about 20 ish times and have always had a blast. It's a small venue but that also keeps you close to the action. They sell food, drinks and alcohol beverages with some merchandise. It's great for a date night or a family night out. 100% recommend it:-)
Corwin B — Google review
Fun fun fun!!! Great place for your family, babies not included. Too loud. They serve beer and wine.. no cocktail.
Brandi E — Google review
Really fun watching the variety of races. 4 or 5 different race car categories, a few races for each category plus qualifying rounds. They also have a youth racing category (the youngest were 11-14 year olds).Go early for good seating on the top row, bring a blanket to drape on the back to block the sun. Everything is open to the elements, but on a hot summer night is it’s perfect. Great entertainment, the food was good. Burgers, fried pickles, nachos, chili cheese fries, hand dipped ice cream bars, taco truck, tamales, mexican street corn, fruit and Tajin. Be sure to bring hearing protection if you’re sensitive to loud sounds and especially for small children. The race track is really great about keeping the family zone alcohol and smoking free. Big section for those that want to enjoy those activities. Security was kind and professional to everyone who I saw was asked to move to the other section where alcohol and smoking was allowed. There is also an after party so to speak for fans and spectators to go meet and talk with the racers. We didn’t stay for that but a lot of people did. Races are all summer until Labor Day I believe. We also have a lot of fun every time we come to one.

Great spot in downtown Meridian! Food is solid and they do a great job accommodating. Deviled eggs were amazing and super flavorful! The cocktails were delicious too! Burgers were juicy and full of flavor! Atmosphere was nice, just a little loud, but not difficult to carry a conversation. Will definitely be returning!

Eight Thirty Common’s is a great place to eat at with good food, great service and a nice atmosphere. It is a great place to meet with friends or family or for a nice date night. The appetizers are also excellent here, you have to try the cheesy tots! The food is a little expensive in my opinion for the portion sizes and quality but it always tastes good and comes out hot!

Ok, I want to start off saying I’ve always been a fan of the food and drinks here. And went in last night specifically because I was craving the French Dip sandwich. I ordered it to go with the waiter who was at the hostess booth. He asked if I wanted it loaded with mushrooms, onions and provolone cheese. Hell yes I did. He punched it into the handheld device and said it would be $28…umm what…that’s wild for a sandwich and fries. But I was really wanting this sandwich and had an extra long Monday at work. Paid and even left a 20% tip on a to go order(I was not offered a receipt and realized this after). I waited patiently, got my food and went home where I opened the box and was immediately disappointed. I was not seeing loaded at all. I had one mushroom on one half and maybe two on the other half, barely any onions and hardly any cheese. I tried calling the restaurant and nobody picked up and was just in a loop with the recording.

First time coming to ETC, which is nestled right in downtown Meridian. The restaurant was very clean and open, with lots of seating indoors and outdoors. We sat at the bar inside since there was a decent wait to get a regular table. The staff was super friendly and helped us right away. The food was really yummy. The dishes were a little under salted (which I prefer so I can bring it up to my liking). Overall everything was super yummy and there was no leftovers. They also have a great happy hour and their fish tacos are rumored to be legendary. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Epi's A Basque Restaurant is a charming and cozy establishment housed in a restored bungalow, drawing in locals with its inviting atmosphere. The restaurant has deep roots in Boise's culinary scene, tracing back to Maria Epifania Lamiquis-Inchausti, affectionately known as Epi, who was the family cook and the inspiration behind the restaurant's name.
Had the chance to go to Epi's recently for the first time. The food was excellent and the service was on point. The menu had many great choices. The calamari was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes had the perfect texture. The waiter was quite friendly and attentive. The atmosphere inside was crowded and quite loud. The prices for the main courses seemed high for some of the portions.

Nice cozy atmosphere, bit pricey for the portion, definitely a date night thing, but for bigger peeps, you'll still be hungry. But really good food. Gotta make reservations!!! Service is top notch. Bread: really good, seems freshly baked. Chowder: Chowder The fried spears: I forgot, must not have been memorable. Beef tongue: very tasty Ink fish: very good, don't dog these til you've tried them Gateau basque: very good, unique and overly sweet. Flana (flan): nothing to write home about. Green apple bread pudding: good, but that's it. Sustain. Trailer parking Difficult.

My husband and I went to Epi's for our 5-year anniversary after hearing so many great things about it. We knew it would be a bit pricey but were looking forward to the experience and the food. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. We had reservations and were seated immediately, which was nice, but we were surprised by how loud it was in such a small space, it felt a bit overwhelming. The service, however, was excellent. Our server was attentive and kind, which we truly appreciated. Sadly, the food didn't live up to the hype. We ordered an amber beer ($7) and a vanilla soda ($4.50), the Croquetas de Jamón ($16) for an appetizer, and for our main courses, the Meatballs ($32) and Smothered Garlic Chicken ($32). Each entrée came with fries, a choice of soup (mushroom or bean), salad, and rice. The fries were decent but overly salty. My husband chose the bean soup, which unfortunately tasted like it came straight from a can of beans, bland and unseasoned. I had the mushroom soup, which was a little better but still overly salty, and I usually like salty foods. The croquetas were rich, very salty as well, but passable. Oddly enough, the plain side salad was the highlight of the meal, fresh and paired with a really tasty dressing. As for the entrées: the meatballs were underwhelming, tasting like plain, unseasoned meatballs in a basic red sauce. The accompanying rice on both plates tasted like a frozen microwave rice and veggie blend from the grocery store. My chicken dish was extremely rich and salty, I only managed a few bites before deciding I was done. While the food wasn’t awful, it was far from memorable, especially given the price. I was also disappointed with the presentation, everything was served very plainly and didn't look particularly appetizing as you can see from the photos. Our total came to $125 with tip, and we decided to skip dessert after the disappointing entrees. All in all, I’m glad we tried Epi’s once, but I wouldn’t recommend it and don’t plan to return. For the cost and all the hype, I expected far better quality and flavor.

Absolutely amazing, I just wished we would’ve gone here sooner! I got halibut, and it was incredible, he got the ribeye and liked it, I wasn’t a huge fan of the sauce but he enjoyed it. The soup, salad, and bread was also terrific. We actually specifically went for their seasonal basque cheesecake, and it was worth it! The service actually stood out more than anything though, we were treated like special guests the moment we walked through the door, absolutely exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be coming back

Honest opinion, if you go, order appetizers and dessert only. We ordered two apps and two desserts and they were incredibly delicious!!!! We don’t regret a thing!!! Unfortunately, the main entrees were not it. We got a ribeye, I ordered it rare. It came overcooked and flavorless. My husband ordered the lamb (I don’t recall what it was called but it was one of the last lamb options on the menu) it was cooked well. However, the flavor again wasn’t there. Both meats came out with the same orange color. I’m giving four stars because we will absolutely be back again. The apps and desserts were the best we have had! We ordered the mushrooms, brussel sprouts, seasonal dessert and the bread pudding. Our server was so incredibly kind and on it! It was pretty busy for a Thursday and he was one of two servers. He didn’t let the business show though! Ten stars for him! Oh the clam chowder was also very rich and satisfying! It had a small heat to it.

Such a fun experience for dinner...a great wine list and plenty of entree choices. Delicious soup and the green apple bread pudding is fabulous! We both would not order our entee again (leg of lamb with yellow rice and pepper sides...), but would definitely retun to try others!

We had some ole friends in for my birthday . We toured the Basque museum and stop in at Eli's for happy hour "-) what an amazing assortment of delicious items on the HH menu ! We enjoyed 1/2 a dozen items and a couple of entrees to be over whelmed with delightful dishes !!! It was a perfect stop for a couple merry men on their way to the airport "-)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. We had a large group and we’re greeted immediately for our reservation with kind arms. Our server was so wonderful for our large group and especially reaching out to our young child. We ordered the lamb shank, it was absolutely phenomenal. We also ordered a bunch of appetizers, including the mushrooms and they were amazing!! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to try again when we visit Boise.

The Meridian Idaho Temple is a stunning architectural marvel with beautiful grounds that are best visited during the summer months when the flowers are in full bloom and the trees are lush. The temple features four main courtyards, each with its own fountain, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Visitors can walk the grounds to admire the landscape or experience tranquility inside while doing ordinances. The temple's construction is unique and detailed, surrounded by breathtaking landscaping that exudes a strong spiritual presence.
Got married here 2 years ago, great time and so so beautiful everywhere! Beautiful grounds and inside!

Kinda boring they dont have a good visitor center / waiting room. Uncomfortable. Granted I didn’t see most of the temple but overall a mid time. It was pretty outside wish I could’ve seen it in non foggy weather :( Someone married here in my family today. That’s why I came.

I love visiting the Meridian Idaho Temple—it’s one of my favorite places. Its location on the ridge between Meridian and Eagle gives it a majestic view, and the way it sits above the city feels both peaceful and powerful. Every time I go, I’m reminded how beautiful and meaningful this temple is. The architecture is stunning, and the interior is absolutely gorgeous. The stained glass work is impeccable, and I especially love how they incorporated local elements like the Syringa flower—Idaho’s state flower—into the design. It’s those thoughtful details that make this temple feel deeply connected to the area. The Meridian Temple isn’t just a place of worship—it’s a spiritual landmark and a beautiful addition to the city of Meridian. Whether you see it lit up at night or surrounded by tulips and blossoms in spring, it brings peace, beauty, and purpose to the entire community. I’m truly grateful to have this temple nearby, and I look forward to many more visits. Thank you to everyone who helps keep it such a special place.

So blessed to have such a beautiful temple so close. Love visiting the grounds, and even better enjoying the temple work inside. Incredibly sacred space that fills my heart with gratitude for my Savior Jesus Christ. I know this is His house.

The Meridian Idaho Temple is one of the most beautiful places in the Treasure Valley. Sitting on the ridge between Meridian and Eagle, it overlooks the valley with a view that always feels both calming and inspiring. Each visit reminds me of just how special it is. The design is breathtaking—from the architecture to the intricate stained glass windows. I especially appreciate how the temple weaves in local Idaho touches, like the Syringa flower, which makes it feel even more connected to this community. It’s more than a building—it’s a true landmark of peace and faith. Whether glowing at night or surrounded by blossoms in spring, the temple brings beauty and a sense of purpose to everyone who sees it. I’m so grateful to have it close by and look forward to returning often. A heartfelt thanks to those who keep this sacred place so welcoming and beautiful.

I was here for my friends wedding and it was my first time to this temple. It’s construction is very unique and very beautiful. The landscaping is amazing and the detail that was put into it is astounding. The spirit was so strong as it is on all holy ground. I hope to make it back to this temple again in the future.

Not gonna lie, feels kinda strange to review a temple. They are all beautiful and the purpose is the same in each.... still, this building is gorgeous! As a passing tourist, I only had time to get a picture. As a member of the LDS Religion, I'll make this a destination so I'll be able to spend more time inside.

Excellent. I was sealed to my wife and kids here. The spirit is very strong, and while you need to be a member to participate, the grounds are beautiful to visit all year round.

Nestled in the heart of Meridian, The Original Sunrise Cafe is a beloved destination for those seeking a hearty breakfast or leisurely brunch. With its charming old-fashioned decor featuring warm wood paneling and cozy seating, this cafe exudes a welcoming hometown diner vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The menu embraces traditional American fare, offering generous portions of classic breakfast dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings.
The restaurant is a little run-down, but don't let that fool you about the food. The food is really, really good here at a decent price. Their portion size is also good. Love going here for breakfast. The staff have always been super friendly, and the service is usually pretty quick. They probably had our breakfast out to us in less than 10 minutes. Definitely will go back here again.

Such great food and service! Never disappointed by this place. Somehow, they make standard breakfast food soooo much better!!
K B — Google review
First of all, Tiare is the best waitress around. We all left here highly caffeinated and soooo full. Cross your fingers she’s here when you come. My buddy went with the chicken fried steak, but I got the country platter - same thing but all chopped up, covered in sausage gravy, hash browns, 2 eggs AND a side of pumpkin pancakes! And we tried their “scone” that’s like a zeppoli back in Jersey. Rolling out of here very happy.
Chris P — Google review
Classic diner with great service and good food. Stopped in for breakfast and settled on the Big Biscuit Breakfast with hashbrowns. The coffee was delicious. Service was great and I loved the old school western vibes. They seem to do a lot of door dash orders as people were constantly picking up orders.
Trypp A — Google review
Best breakfast I've had in a long time! I love the old school diner feel, too. The people there were great as well! I think it was called the bug biscuit breakfast. Perfectly made biscuit with sausage and egg on top smothered in gravy. So good.

We had a great breakfast here. The salted caramel coffee was super sweet and great. My french toast and cinnamon roll were very good. I prefer a more modern interior but that is just my opinion. We sat outside. The waitress was attentive. I will be eating here again.

First time here for breakfast. The staff was friendly. The restaurant had an old diner feel about it, which is good. There are alot of pictures depicting the history of the area. The restaurant has a "Community Mug" where you can keep your personal mug for coffee. It raises funds for the Idaho Special Olympics, which is a great concept. The pancakes were flavorful. Our waitress, Madison was very attentive and friendly.

UPDATE: 18 August 2024 Arrived at 7:10am and a perfect morning to have breakfast outside. I love their classic breakfast and always plenty of bacon and hash browns. My server is attentive and always offers to top off your coffee and asking if you require anything else. I enjoy the atmosphere and friendlier the staff and customers. See you next year. Going to the Sunrise Cafe will require waiting because of the crowd of people. It’s worth the wait and of breakfast choice. Plates are generous portions, thick sliced sour dough bread and the home fried potatoes are slightly spicy which I liked. Service was quick and plenty of servers and cooks. Definitely would recommend.

If you're in Caldwell, ID, make sure to swing by Garbonzo's Pizza for a delightful dining experience. This local gem offers hand-tossed pizzas, fresh salads, and hearty subs that are perfect for any meal. The lunch buffet is a fantastic option where you can indulge in an array of hot and fresh dishes at an incredible price. Many visitors rave about the thin crust pepperoni pizza topped with pineapple, black olives, and green peppers—each ingredient bursting with freshness!
This establishment is amazing. The dough is amazing and made fresh in front of you. Carly and all the other staff I have met since recently finding this amazing gem have been so kind and welcoming. They have great lunch specials and are located right by park so you can grab a bite and eat outside on a time budget. They have an all u can eat lunch buffet. Recommend all the monkey bread options and bread sticks.

My family and I had been getting pizza from here since we moved to the area seven years ago. We were happy with the service up until a while ago, when I had placed an order and my husband got there for pickup and was told the pizza was given to someone else. Being the kind person my husband is, he chose to wait for over a half hour. There was no offer of any type of discount or trying to make the situation right, which is what was honestly a bit disappointing to me. For us the opportunity cost of (time) is far more important than money. We didn’t need a free handout, but just to have had an offer of trying to make things nice would have really been appreciated. I would love to say this had only happened on one occasion, but unfortunately that is not the case. We received the wrong delivery order a second time, and just didn’t have time to drive over to get the “right” order. Even more disappointing is that, I did try to reach a manager and was never given a call back. My family will never do business here again, due to the sheer lack of communication and willingness to make things right. There are so many local businesses and restaurants “trying to make it,” that I would much rather put my money into.
JMPMama4 — Google review
I tried Monkey bread 🍞 for the very first time and it was delicious and a good portion size for the price I payed. They made it after I ordered and I didn't have to wait for very long, just like 10 min. It's kind of small, but it was comfortable. Not a lot of fancy decoration but still nice environment with a family friendly vibe.
Geraldine G — Google review
Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered an Everything pizza, pepperoni pizza and cheese bread and it was extremely disappointing. The pepperoni pizza had no flavor you needed ranch for it to be tasteful. The Everything pizza was just a disaster! It looks like they made a pepperoni pizza and forgot the rest of the toppings and just threw them on last min. The toppings were cold and just fell right off. Will never over from here again. Dominos is 100 times better for flavor and price!
Ashley D — Google review
You'll be impressed with the quality of the food! The pizza isn't greasy and has a great texture and taste. The sandwiches and pasta are baked and also taste great. And don't forget the monkey bread!!!
Tom B — Google review
Very good pizza and recommend their Huckleberry monkey bread. Just make sure you order light jalapeños or you will get a half pound of them on your pizza.
Levi B — Google review
Wow. Just… wow. This pizza really redefined disappointment for me. The pepperoni was basically wet paper, the crust had all the personality of a cardboard box, and the sauce tasted like it was canned in the ’90s and never left the can. My boyfriend—who usually eats enough pizza to feed a small village—took one bite and politely declined seconds. Honestly, if you’re looking for a culinary adventure in regret, this is the pizza for you.

This place is just wonderful! The pizza was delicious and the staff was so friendly. I’d recommend the monkey bread as a delicious option after pizza. Reasonably affordable and great environment. I will be back!!

Guests rave about favorites like the Phosgo Supreme, loaded with meats, and the Vegetarian pizza brimming with fresh garden veggies. The spacious venue features ample seating options and a cozy bar area offering a selection of beer and wine.
This place does not skimp on toppings!!! The flavor of the sourdough crust is amazing. The sauce isn't overwhelming and well balanced. The local meat and veggies they put on the pizza is really impressive! They really know what great pizza making is all about! Fun place with video games, salad bar, and a nice beer selection! Great customer service finishes off the whole experience! 5 stars!!!

The pizza was delicious and so perfectly cooked! Linguica sausage is not a common option for toppings but they have it! It didn't take very long for being hand tossed and cooked to order. The atmosphere is so quaint and fun. A bunch of nostalgic characters on the walls, themed bathrooms, and a small arcade. This would be a fun place for kids I'm sure. The staff were friendly and responsive :) I would definitely come back here if I travel through here again. 10/10 recommend 👌

As always amazing pizza once you find the one you like! Sourdough crust is the way to go! Contest Combo extra cheese is mine! Poor staff - always understaffed. Best to order ahead or to go! Staff does all they can to keep up but need another one or two people working during normal times.

My food was absolutely delicious, the staff were very friendly, and it was a great experience. I love Flying Pie but it’s a bit spendy so we don’t usually treat ourselves to it. Today was my lucky day because the free pizza was my name! They hooked me up with an awesome pizza (I got the meat lovers pie) as well as a salad and fountain drink, all for free. Made me feel like a VIP. Thanks for a wonderful experience guys; keep up the good work!

Great pizza and great customer service! Went in at about 5 pm tonight and the man at the front was super helpful. This place is the go to for my family when it comes to pizza. Great atmosphere and fun arcade games. I came in on an iyd back in July and the girl with the brown hair, i don’t know her name, but she was super helpful and made the whole experience amazing! With its spacious layout and inviting outdoor seating, this delightful eatery exudes a warm, rustic ambiance that makes it perfect for family gatherings or romantic dinners alike. The menu boasts an array of traditional favorites alongside unique dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.
Being new in the area we met another couple here for dinner. They eat here on a regular basis and felt we would enjoy it. We very much did and found the food to be very good, an imaginative menu and a good wine list. I had the smoked boar hock and it was outstanding. My wife had the seafood fettuccine and she really enjoyed it. The other couple had a calamari salad and fettuccine Bolognese. All of the meals were fantastic. The service was both efficient and friendly.

Great place for a nice dinner date or family sit-down. Oil/garlic mix and pillow soft bread was a perfect start to our meal. The juicy stuffed mushrooms were definitely the star of the show and most delicious menu item we ordered. Pesto gnocchi and pancetta pasta were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Disappointed that a few of our top dessert choices were sold out but the ones we ordered were still divine. Definitely try to snag a table at this spot.
K. B — Google review
My mom and I were looking for a new place to try for a little afternoon celebration meal. Thinking Gino's sounded nice, we headed over at about 3:30 on a Tues. When we got there, it was pretty dead, only 1 other table was seated in the large space, and 1 person at the bar, who may have been another employee? We were seated by the person who would play, host, server and who we believe was the bartender. A slim, young guy with glasses and on the receipt it said the name, "Jimmy". It didn't seem unusual, as we went in during a slow time. He brought water and stale bread over. It took him a while, to the point where I started to get up and look for him before he came over to take our order for apps and meals. We ordered Calamari, my mom got the Minestrone "soup" and I ordered a shrimp and pasta dish. While the Calamari came out in a normal amount of time, the rest of our food took a painfully long time. During this time, several other tables were seated, right next to us. These tables were given another server, warm bread and were periodically checked on, refills, how are you doings, etc. We were never checked on, with no refills, no offer of warm bread. One of these tables received their food before us. The food itself * Cold, uninspired! My mom's "soup" contained little to no liquid. (She's sick, not contagious. Just a personal illness) and she has a hard time eating, but liquids sit well with her. And when she received her food, she said, "Do you have some parm cheese for this. I laughed and said mom, it's soup," and she said, "No, this is pasta, so some cheese would be nice." My plate was overly greasy and contained more liquid than my mom's "soup". The shrimp was rubbery and overcooked. My mom barely touched her food, and I didn't finish mine. At the end of the whole event, I ended up having to track down "Jimmy" who was standing around, talking to someone , for our check and then track him down again, to pay. What a huge disappointment 😞

This was a great little Italian place! the atmosphere was amazing and the wait staff was super helpful. A huge plus is they have gluten free noodles. I took away a start because the food did take a little longer than normal to come out. I'm not sure if that was because of the gluten free noodles or not. However, when you food came out it was amazing. I have the Italian sandwich and my wife had Alfredo with the gluten free noodles. Let me tell you from experience that gluten free noodles can be a bit challenging at time to get the right texture and preventing them from clumping together. They got it perfect! My wife has informed me that it is her new favorite for gluten free pasta and we will for sure be coming back!

Make sure you have a reservation, this place is busy! Went to Gino's for my birthday. Showed up a little early for our reservation. We wound up getting seated in the bar area early. Our server Garrett was pleasant and helpful, so we decided to keep our table near the bar, seemed quieter there anyway. We ordered an appetizer, a tamato and bruchetta dish....which was amazing, a dinner salad and entrees. The salad was fresh and tasty. I ordered veal and peppers and my better half ordered baked zitti. Service was a bit slow, but it was a full house. We ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list and settled in. Our food showed up hot and delicious. The sauce on her zitti was fantastic, and my veal and gnocchi dish was great as well. Service was really good here , even though they were slammed. We've put Gino's on our list of places to go back to. We can't wait to try more of the menu.
Troy A — Google review
The food here is pretty good. Our waitress was awesome and checked on us regularly. When I rate places, I try to rate the overall experience and understand that there will be both good and maybe not-so-good things about a place. The atmosphere was interesting for an Italian place. Someone was really into paper lanterns, and what looked like an '80's motif on the tables. However, it was clean and the music was nice. Everything we ordered was good, the bruschetta, chicken parmesan, shrimp dish, and it was my first cannoli. My husband and I felt that some of the dishes had too many competing flavors. For instance, the cannoli had chocolate syrup, creamy sweetened ricotta cheese, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk I think, as part of the drizzle on top, but then orange zest of all things. The chocolate and orange flavors were both strongly competing for attention. Some of the crispy things were a little over-crispy. We enjoyed the experience, but at the end, we felt it was a little over-priced for the quality. I probably will not go back as we have other restaurants that have a better quality to price ratio. But that's me! We don't drink, so I can't comment on wine or mixed drink quality. It was almost $80 for the two of us (total includes tip), which is a little high for me if I don't find the food to-die-for. We had an appetizer, two entrees, and a shared dessert. We only drank water.
Heather S — Google review
Food was great but service was below par. Took forever to get our food had to ask multiple times for a dessert menu. And not a fan of gratuity tips there was only 7 of us on a 300 tab and dont like my hand being forced.

It is an ideal place for kids of all ages and offers a great summer special that includes admission, pizza, drinks, and socks. Forget the old or negative reviews. This park is clean, friendly helpful staff and ownership. My niece had her 9th birthday as a deluxe package with an upstairs suite. I admit too that I was skeptical until I witnessed it for myself. The pizza and soda was delivered by smiley faced hosts. It was on time and punctual. The suite was clean. The upstairs bathrooms were clean and convenient. All of the kids were banded and sent on their ways. The sheer size of the space makes it unimaginable from a fellow business owners perspective in regards to operations. Yet somehow they have systems and they are working. Tons of traffic at this location. The owners were active and walking and talking. We love to see this. The staff on the ropes course and climbing wall were more patient than I ever could have been, helping my kids face their fears of heights. Thank you for that. In the future we will be back to explore more package options and overall for the type of recreation I’d give it a 10. Cheers.

This was our fist time at urban air. We had so much fun! Its very spacious and there are so many things to do. Our favorite was the laser tag and the ball pit and the flash pad. Great for all ages. Definitely going to book a birthday party here next year!

Toughest place I’ve ever jumped at. So many trampolines and safety is top notch. I never felt in danger and none of the kids I whooped in dodgeball got hurt because the balls were soft enough to compress when I threw missiles at them. The “pro zone” is not for the weak. Take it seriously because you genuinely have to be a pro that’s how good this joint is. Definitely will be coming back here to jump my life away with a big smile. The owners are the nicest and coolest people I’ve ever met. And the workers are so nice and kind, especially Lamar is my king and I hope that when I come back in an hour he is here! Look at the second photo attached, he’s not scary he is so handsome and nice!! Thank you Lamar!!!! GO URBAN AIR!!!!!

We had such a great time at Urban Air! My kids loved every minute of it. The place is super clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and there’s something fun for every age. I’ve been here before, and I can honestly say the new management has made a huge difference everything feels more organized, welcoming, and well run. It’s clear they really care about creating a great experience for families. The trampolines, climbing areas, and play zones were all in great shape, and I actually got to relax while my kids played their hearts out. We’ll definitely be coming back. If you haven’t been in a while, it’s absolutely worth another visit!

Really cool place. Came from out of town and after a long drive it was a fun place to stop and let the kids run around. We have a 3 and 1 year old and they enjoyed it. Has a ball pit with a ninja course built in, massive climbing area, zip line for the bigger kids, trampolines and what we thought was pretty cool was the rock wall climbing area. We’ve been to like iplay and other trampoline parks so this was a nice twist. I will say the trampolines were a lil sketch. Some looks semi torn and if you step in the wrong spot and foam edging goes through. Almost twisted my ankle if it wasn’t for my mom reflexes. I also was impressed in the massive size of the restroom. It was odd though because it had only 3 stalls and a big open area. One downside I noticed is the sinks are all the same height and don’t have a built in stool for littles. The sinks and dispensers also I feel should be motion activated. Otherwise cool place for kids to hang for a bit. Kids loved the ball pit area.

Had my daughter’s 13 year old birthday party here. I appreciated the separate check in desk for bday parties so there was no wait. They had the table set up with the colors she chose and balloons. This place has something for everyone and is just awesome. My family loves it. Shoutout to Brayden! Coolest employee there.

Such a fun and good experience. Clean, compared to most trampoline places! Very attentive staff and made sure all kids were safe and adults were compliant. I appreciated this so much, as it allowed me to entertain our guests but let our kids play freely but safe! Zoey was our birthday host. She made it so seamless and easy, with no stress! I was able to drop all decor AND cake the night before and it. Was ready to go when we got there! She allowed the party to run smoothly, even went over the schedule for us. Melissa also was amazing! My kiddo got hurt from another kid and she handled it so well! Even made my little guy feel extra special on his day! Thank you Jump Time. And your young staff, they were mature, responsible and reliable!

We had my son’s birthday party here and it was so organized and easy to work with! I booked online, filled out an email with my order and showed up the day of the party and everything was set up for me! I was also able to drop off balloons the night before. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The venue was super clean! And the kids all had a blast at the party! I will likely have another birthday party here again! Great place!

Zoey was so helpful for my daughter's birthday party! She ensured everything went seamlessly. All the kids had fun and the food and dessert came out in a timely manner. Prices to have a party here are more than reasonable. We will absolutely be back!

We had our son’s 7th birthday party here and he had an absolute blast! Our host Elyssa was fantastic! She explained everything very clearly and organised the table and kids, making it very easy for us. Would highly recommend!

This place was awesome for my kids 8th birthday party. Booking and setup were so easy and everything was well communicated. Would definitely come back! We had a nice large space that was clean and the hosts Elyssa and Andrew were great to work with!

Event venue
Topgolf is a trendy entertainment venue that offers a modern driving range and a stylish lounge with drinks and games. It's one of the newest attractions in Boise, featuring climate-controlled hitting bays where you can practice your swing all year round. You can bring your own clubs or use the ones provided for free at the venue. While enjoying craft cocktails and bite-size snacks, you can let the high-tech balls keep score for you.
Booked a surprise birthday party for my grandson. Every step of the way every detail was handled to make the party amazing and easy. The food was a hit as they delivered all the types of food a kids heart desired. The donuts are the best! Nate took care of the booking details. Charlie took care of the food, drinks, and service. The staff made sure it stayed a surprise. We got in early to decorate. And the team moved tables, chairs, etc. They even brought out huge poster size letters and numbers to spell out his name and age. I am disabled and cannot sit at bar height tables, and they set up 3-bays with sofas for our party, which was perfect for the kids too. The Top Golf team EXCEEDED my expectations. The food was amazing and portions were huge. I highly recommend Top Golf for your next event. Unbelievably fun, awesome, amazing, and wonderful. Thank you Top Golf Meridian for helping create wonderful memories.

The staff when we arrived was friendly but straight to business and getting us checked in, it was a slow night there so not many people playing. we checked into our bay and started setting up. a staff member walked up and literally said “what are you doing?” Rather than greeting us, I was Dumbfounded but the staff member realized what he said and said sorry can I get you anything to drink or eat? We ordered some wings and fry’s and began our game. The food was alright and decent for the price, we had 3 mixed drinks and they were delicious, the staff member did not check on us I would always have to flag him down or ask for something, when we asked for extra sauce we were charged $1 for fry sauce and revived it after the food was done Lol. The golf clubs were in great shape, the golf games were fun and everything worked as it should fun spot and great for the family, just the staff is young and doesn’t really care about you.
Boosted 3 — Google review
The food was okay. I got the prezel bites for a snack and while it was semi-filling, it just lacked flavor and tasted like a reheated microwave meal. but the atmosphere is def fun though and my server was super sweet.

Pretty busy day when we went, had about an hour wait before we got a bay. We sat in the bar and the gigantic tv was great to watch the football game. The wings were delicious! We had a great time.

This place is small and the service is mid. Other Top Golf locations, 4 floors and basket catchers around the holes. Not this location. It's like, mini Top Golf. Two floors, not that wide and they constantly had a ball sweeper running around the entire time. Walking in I was greeted by a super miserable teen. Maybe this isn't the best place to work? I walked up, he asked if I had a reservation, asked for my number and then told me the bay I was assigned. No hello, no welcome, just down to business. Keep in mind the lobby and the restaurant was dead. I was the only one at the counter. No need to rush me along or keep it unfriendly. As I'm playing, I notice the family next to me have an issue logging into their bay. They let the server know, the server gets two supervisors to come over. Turns out this family was assigned a bay that was reserved by somebody else. Very unorganized. So now it's time for me to pay. I go to redeem my gift card and the server accepts it. Except she comes back and says the gift card wasn't accepted because it's old, and their new system doesn't recognize it. She says it's no big deal and that I just need to call customer service to get a replacement gift card. She went ahead and charged my credit card the full amount. I didn't give her a hard time about it. She mentioned she was working since 8a and here we were at 6p. I figured the welcoming committee were probably also overworked and that's why the entire experience wasn't good from start to finish. Sad to say, but if you've been to any of the other Top Golf locations and expect the same experience at this one, don't.

I’ve been coming to this Topgolf location since it opened and have never had a bad experience — even with how busy it’s been lately. But today’s visit was by far the best yet. Justin went above and beyond with his service — attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. The food was spot-on, the drinks were excellent as always, and to top it off, the manager personally came by to check in and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I already thought this place was a 5-star experience, but today bumped it up to a 10. Huge thanks to Justin and the whole Topgolf team for making it such a standout visit. We’ll definitely be back soon!

My at the time fiancés sister booked Top Golf as one of our bachelor/bachelorette weekend activities. We had around 15 people in three booths on the upper floor and it was awesome. Once everyone showed up, we were given our booths and food was brought to us. Each booth had a charcuterie style platter with fresh meats and cheese. Included were cookie trays as well. We had two different members of wait staff coming and going around every 5 mins. We had a great time and everyone in our bridal party loved it!

I ate here for the first time everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress Keely was super friendly, attentive and helpful guiding us for the first time eating here. We tried the shishito peppers and they were super good. The long life chicken and rice soup was very good. The flavor was amazing. Everything had great flavor and we will be back!

First time coming here. Nicole was fantastic answering all our questions about the menu. We ended up getting the general lings chicken (lacked flavor imo) and my wife got the spicy chicken something. I’m including pictures. Her plate was great. I asked for more sauce on the general lings which made it taste way better. We also got a basic sushi roll that was ok. Nothing special. Sushi prices seemed a bit high considering there was nothing raw. It was all cooked. Over all, it was good. I’d recommend it to family because there is TONS of seating. It’s be easy to host a large party here. Oh also, the food came out lighting fast. It was like we ordered and 3 minutes later they were brining it out😳

The food is great! The environment is great, we went on a saturday around 7ish and we were able to get a booth quickly and was not soo busy. The sushi rolls were sooo good, the food came out in a good timely manner. There is alottt of options on thebmenu to choose from! The only thing we didnt like, was our waitress to come and check up on us every 2 seconds, didnt give us enough time to process the food when we were already being asked how the food was. Other than that, everything was great! Plenty of parking

It’s always a pleasure grabbing food from Ling & Louie’s! The dishes are consistently packed with flavor — we especially loved the spicy jeweled beef, fresh sushi rolls, and their absolutely delicious Brussels sprouts. 🤤 Our kiddos enjoyed the bento boxes and cleaned their plates, which says a lot! Big thanks to the team for the great service every time. Highly recommend!

We were looking for sushi and weren’t sure about this place. Everyone loved it, even the people that don’t like sushi loved their food. Very fun and perfectly delicious. The dessert menu was fun too! Cheyenne was our server and she was very helpful, kind and efficient.

Always good food and service! Right now they have a beer from Rogue called the milk truck stout. Amazing! Dark and chunky looking, but with a light amberness to it! Was here on 4/5/25 and it was the first time having the Korean cauliflower appetizer and Korean Salmon! Both are like crack on a plate! So good!

Hamburger restaurant
Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a nostalgic chain that offers a variety of classic fast-food staples, such as steakburgers and hot dogs. Alongside these favorites, they also serve frozen custard. This restaurant is ideal for large groups in need of quick and efficient service. The staff is speedy and accommodating, never losing their composure while fulfilling their duties. Customers have praised the manager for her excellent leadership and thanked her for the exceptional service provided by her team.
I visited Freddy’s for the first time and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. The food? Absolutely delicious! The steakburgers were juicy and flavorful, and the frozen custard was the perfect sweet treat to top it all off. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served quickly. It’s rare to find a place that nails both service and quality—Freddy’s does it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I never thought to try Freddy's until I received a free burger coupon. The burger was excellent! I was very shocked how delicious it tasted. The tiny shoe string fries tasted good; however, I would rather have a normal sized fry. I also got a frozen custard and it was unfavorable. It unfortunately ruined the greatness of the entire dinner. The teenage staff was friendly. Overall an amazing burger but, that's about it.

I don't have one of these places near me, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Kinda reminds me of an A&W, if they had custard. Food was good! Place was clean enough! Service was good! Custard was tasty!!

Soup restaurant
Soup Kettle Grille is a casual café that serves a variety of soups, deli sandwiches, and salads. They have options for dairy-free and gluten-free guests. Their menu primarily consists of dairy-based dishes, but they offer several dairy-free soups daily. In addition to soup, customers can enjoy grilled cheese sandwiches or salads. The restaurant sources fresh ingredients from local farmers markets to create delicious seasonal soups.
If you have not tried this place, you are missing out! What a great concept! And you can try any soup just like flavors at an ice cream shop! My husband has a Gluten allergy and he has equal options and variety and definitely never sacrifices on taste! The team working is so awesome! The menu can be overwhelming when you are standing in the store for the first time, so I suggest checking it out ahead of time! I’ve never had a bad item!!

Overall pretty good experience. I had a bread bowl chicken noodles soup. And a turkey croissant sandwich. I didn't care for the soup, but I'm sure other people put there would like it. My sandwich was delicious. Service was nice, but nothing special. I'll come by and try some new items and see how it goes. I would recommend it to people.

We were told about this place, but kept forgetting to come by. Not sure why we waited!! The food is so DELICIOUS! We were asked if it was our first time- were showed the popular dishes and tried their soups! Overall the portions are perfect. The food is great quality and the service is unbeatable.

Have heard great things about this place so I decided to give it a try! The staff was super friendly, the place is clean, lots of tables, huge selection of sandwiches, soups, smoothies, Boba, etc. I got a turkey grilled cheese add bacon, and broccoli cheese soup. I took it to go. It was definitely delicious

If there were more than five stars to rate, I absolutely would. This is hands-down one of the best soup restaurants I have ever been to. My absolute number one favorite is the buffalo chicken soup, it is the most delicious soup I have ever had in my life! The staff that works there knows me because I go to soup kettle Grill minimum of twice a week 😆. The staff is so kind they are so genuine and so welcoming. The environment is absolutely amazing and so inviting ❤️

Highly recommend everything! We all love it here and it’s really affordable! The best part is they deliver the soup as well for when you need a quick meal to send to a sick friend this is the place! Fresh homemade croissants are delicious. The sandwiches are amazing. The Boba and drinks are affordable and delicious! Can’t go wrong for the whole family on any diet!
Amanda M — Google review
I would absolutely not recommend this place to ANYONE with celiac or a wheat allergy. I went under the impression that it would be safe for me and also due to the high number of positive reviews about their GF food. I was badly glutened. We notified them that I had Celiacs and asked them to be careful of cross contamination and less than an hour later I am in severe pain and very sick. We could see them in the kitchen taking a sandwich off of one of the presses but due to us communicating with them we were under the impression they took the appropriate precautions. I do not believe that they did any of the appropriate handling that is needed for someone with celiac. Because of this I will now be down for the next several days with not only pain and sickness but seizures and neuropathy pain. Just beware to anyone with Celiac- I would avoid it, they don’t seem to care about allergies or food restrictions. Just so disappointed after seeing positive reviews.
Breanna E — Google review
Worst food I've ordered in a long time. I ordered through grub hub and boy do I regret it. The sandwich was disgusting. It was not even in sandwich form. It was a pile of rubbery cold pastrami with two little heals of the loaf. The soup said it was supposed to come with a bagel and it didnt. I also ordered a diet coke tha t never came. It was so bad that fir the first time ever, Grub Hub refunded the entire order. What a mistake.
