Sturbridge in 2 days

If you only have 2 days to spend in Sturbridge, we’ve narrowed down the top places you should check out to get the best experience of your time here.
Sturbridge is best known for Old Sturbridge Village, a large living-history museum that recreates rural New England life in the early 1800s with historic buildings, costumed interpreters, and hands-on activities. The town offers classic New England scenery, from wooded trails and ponds to country roads lined with stone walls. Visitors also come for seasonal events and antique shopping, as well as family-friendly attractions clustered around the Interstate 84/Route 20 corridor. Its central location makes it an easy stop between Boston, Hartford, and the Berkshires.
With favorites like Sturbridge Seafood, Burger King, and Sturbridge Porterhouse, we’ll make sure you don’t miss out on all the must sees. We even included some of our favorite food spots around the area, like Soup To Nuts and Thai Place so you can get the best taste of Sturbridge while you’re here. To see our full list of food recommendations, check out our best restaurants post. If you're traveling on a budget, you can check out our cheap eats post.

Located on Route 20 near Old Sturbridge Village, B.T.'s Smokehouse is a rustic counter-serve BBQ joint known for its generous portions of Southern-style smoked meats and classic sides. Founded by Culinary Institute of America alum Brian Treitman in 2007, this roadhouse has gained a reputation for serving some of the best hardwood-smoked barbecue in western New England.
If you’re ever in the Sturbridge, MA area, do yourself a favor and stop by BT’s Smokehouse, you won’t be disappointed! This was only my second visit, but I couldn’t resist giving them a “10-star rating.” The BBQ is absolutely some of the best I’ve had, and today I tried their fried chicken; OMG!!! Mesmerizing! From now on, BT’s is saved to my Google favorites. Anytime I’m heading to MA, I’ll make up any excuse just to swing by.

Some really good BBQ. If I had a complaint it was two fold. 1. The platter comes with one pound of meat in reality it was closer to 1kgs. Lots of meat. The second and serious one is the wait time. For the three platters it was over 30 minutes. It was rather busy but wow it took forever. All in all it was very good

Beyond happy that my route finally brought me this way at lunch time. Got a traditional southern meal, brisket, mac and cheese, and slaw with a sweat tea and I gotta say the brisket fell right apart and was juicy. Mac and cheese was thick and flavorful. And the slaw had a good zing I think from the vinegar (which i like). Staff was smiley and warming and the bathroom you could write in chalk and feel like a big kid again lol love it wish I could give above 5 stars

The best barbecue in New England! Amazing brisket and pulled pork. We had the hot dog special with slaw and it was amazing. Highly recommended with some TreeHouse brews!
Robert F — Google review
BTs can crank out delicious BBQ but can also be very inconsistent. I’ve had delicious brisket, pulled pork and ribs from this place but have also had servings that were fatty, chewy or unacceptable. And unfortunately it’s the latter than I remember most. For a place that’s prides itself for being in the running for the best BBQ in New England I’d think they’d focus on consistently quality more. Please take a look at the brisket picture on this review. Award winning? Assembled with the customer in mind? Inspiring someone to return again with family and friends? The answer to all is NO. This probably came out of some warmer tray from yesterday’s leftovers. I pray we get another BBQ place in Massachusetts that’s dethrones this place and makes them work a little big harder at their craft. #complacency #this-aint-texas-bbq

We found this on a day trip. Anytime we go off Cape, we look for BBQ joints. So glad we found B.T.'s !Absolute Heaven !! The best most authentic BBQ we've ever found up North. We brought home the whole hog package and had it all week. The ribs were tender, the brisket divine, and the pulled pork was delicious. All had that perfect smoke. I'm going to pray that they consider opening a second location on Cape, but it is definitely worth the 3 hour drive 😊 Oh, I can't forget the sandwiches we had before hitting the road. I'm still dreaming about the catfish Po Boy and the brisket rueben was out of this world. Well done BT's 👏👏👏

This food stop has amazing food!!! The chicken, both smoke and drum sticks, hand cut fries, Mac and cheese and potato salad were just right.food was fresh, service was good, and prices were VERY reasonable. I'll definitely be back. Plus cool signage, just can't be beat!!!
G S — Google review
I got the brisket sandwich/ruben with a side of Mac and Beans. The brisket was honestly great. Taste was phenomenal, but everything else was awful including the price. (WAY over priced) The rye bread they used fell apart immediately and tasted like cardboard. Please just stick to using buns because that was impossible to eat. Had to just eat the inside after all of it fell out into the tray. The beans were okay at best, really nothing special. Mac literally smelled like cow feed and a horse farm. Inedible to me. It was so weird and specific, but if you got the mac you would understand what I mean. The smell inside the place had this similar smell. The service wasn’t great either, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and I was told to hold on at the cash register which is completely understandable. But the person who walked in after me was greeted while I was standing at the cash register which was just bizarre. How are you gonna welcome the person behind the dude in front of you? 2 out of 5 stars just cause the brisket

If you're on the hunt for a memorable dining experience in Sturbridge, look no further than Sturbridge Porterhouse. This charming steakhouse, set in a historic stable, offers an inviting atmosphere where you can indulge in expertly cooked steaks and a variety of mouthwatering entrees and appetizers. The menu is designed to please every palate, making it a worthwhile investment for food lovers.
Came here with some friends for a dinner date and were all very pleased with absolutely everything. The number one aspect of a dining experience is the service, for me. Erin, our server, absolutely crushed it! She was on point, helpful, and super duper sweet! Plus, the drinks were a-may-zing. We'll definitely be back! 😊

We had a 730 reservation on a Friday night, We were checked in pretty quickly. We were sat on high tops. First glance of the restaurant, kinda bland and plain.. Music was quite loud. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We had two appetizers, the Bruschetta and the chicken wings. Both were large portions, and had great flavor. Our Entree was the Porterhouse and bone Marrow for a 120 dollars. The steaks honestly were very mediocre, lacked flavor, and i have had better steaks at a cheaper price. For me honestly, it's a one and done. I honestly was expecting alot more. I prefer there seafood restaurant alot more honestly. The cost doesn't warrant the flavor and quality of the food honestly. The appetizers were the winners for me. Originally I requested the Oyster Rockefellers by they were sold out for the night.Total for 2 people with two two soft drinks and no dessert was 220 bucks, including tip

I was working in Charlton, Massachusetts on a beautiful 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Brass Monkey and I asked our wonderful customer where is a good local and non-chain place to eat. He contacted his daughter whom dines out frequently with her husband and she immediately recommended Sturbridge Porterhouse which was about 11 miles away. Sturbridge Porterhouse is a simple, upscale, casual and cozy steakhouse with great food, beverages, wines, beers, and alcoholic drinks. They have a simple menu that is not too busy and has something for everyone. You can have a delicious and fresh meal coupled with warm, friendly, and very attentive customer service. The establishment is a really popular place with the locals and it is definitely a "Refreshing Change from the Chains!" It can get very busy in there and so arrive early and you won't be disappointed! Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the host, Audrey. She was very sweet, friendly, pleasant, professional, and had a genuine smile. It was a Monday around 07:00 PM and I was immediately seated, provided with menus and my beverage order taken. Micah G. was my server and he smiled, welcomed me, and immediately introduced himself. I was fine with water, no ice, and four lemons. I explained to Micah that I was referred to the restaurant by a customer's daughter who raved about the Honey & Chili Chicken Wings, Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Tomahawk, and steaks. I indicated to Micah that I was hungry and wanted a fabulous meal but that I could not eat all of those menu items. More importantly, I had to travel 245 miles afterwards so I did not want to feel fatigued. He said that you have to get the Honey & Chili Chicken Wings and a steak. He recommended the Ribeye but I do not like that cut of steak so I selected the New York Strip Steak and Honey & Chili Chicken Wings. For an appetizer, I ordered the Honey & Chili Chicken Wings. For my entree, I ordered the New York Strip Steak Medium Rare with Whipped Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans. Shortly afterwards, Micah brought out my Honey & Chili Chicken Wings. The wings were exactly as described and absolutely delicious with a little kick! Micah brought out a hot and wet dinner napkin which was neatly curled as opposed to packaged 'Wet Naps' which were a nice touch. Just as I was cleaning up the delicious wings- Micah was bringing out my entree with perfect timing. Everything was absolutely delicious and my meal was prepared, portioned, cooked to perfection, and served hot! The steak was definitely aged meat and it melted in my mouth. Micah was very attentive, friendly, efficient, and happy to help! In short, the great food and awesome customer service made for an awesome dinning experience! I will definitely be returning here when we are in the Sturbridge, Massachusetts area to try some of their other appetizers, entrees, specials, and dessert. Kudos to Micah G., (Server), Audrey (Host), and Sophia (Bartender)!

Coming from the Midwest, I am used to good steak restaurant chains, but today I found my favorite in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. The restaurant offers a very casual vibe divided between lounge and restaurant, but the food is among the best qualities that so far I have encountered with the big chains in the Midwest. That is no small feat! I like to add that as a single visitor to the area, I was enjoying my dinner at the bar and Tony the bartender did his utmost to keep the atmosphere comfortable and his clients satisfied to the max. I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I felt it was fully justified. Kudos to the Porter House steak restaurant and it’s amicable stuff.

The Porterhouse restaurant is a great place for a great meal. Service was very friendly , hospitable and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection. However , a top shelf restaurant also comes with a top shelf price. Before making the trip , Review the menue. This is not a McDonalds

My wife and I find ourselves in the Sturbridge area a few times a year and we always stop here to eat. The food is always amazing as is the service. Today we stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner with our young children. I ordered the bone-in ribeye and my wife and kids had various appetizers, small plates, and dessert. Everything tasted great and everyone was happy. Our server Abby was amazing! Very attentive, friendly, and patient (especially with our kids). Can't wait until we're in the area again to stop in for another great meal!

Food was okay. Not worth the price. Staff was miserable. Mind you we did have a large party but it was very apparent that our waiter did not want us there. Wait staff etiquette was terrible. Our waiter was approaching the table with steak knives close to our faces, sighing as he was placing our food, hit someone in the head with a plate, and poured water right over your shoulder. His manors were awful. The manager seemed to be walking around the resturant visually stressed along with other staff members. Due to the uncomfortable atmosphere, we will not be returning. Oh and we were also there for a total of 2 1/2 hours. Which is a little longer than i would except.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Sturbridge, MA, Saw Dust Coffee House & Dessert Bar is a delightful destination that attracts both locals and travelers. This charming establishment offers an inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy fresh coffee and all-day breakfast during the day, while transforming into a lively bar with live music as night falls. With its diverse menu featuring scrumptious desserts and expertly crafted cocktails, Saw Dust caters to everyone’s tastes.
This is our second trip since 2 months ago, we went to Sawdust in Putnam, CT after our lunch at Elizabeth’s Farmhouse down the road. We liked this much better with more atmosphere! Staff-employees are courteous! We feel cozy and enjoyed our lunch, we both had Turkey & Bacon Panini with Romaine, Tomato, Avocado, Cranberry Mayo. So good! A lot of Homemade Unique Desserts looks so damn good! A lot of Unique Smoothies, A lot of Coffee-Latte Flavors, A lot of Tea Flavors, Many More on the blackboards. Their alcohol menu with many different unique drinks, local wines and local craft beers! Special Daily Menu, too. We are lucky to grab 2 Cinnamon Maple Cupcakes with Cinnamon Maple Frosting left before sold out already! I brought it home. We will definitely come back!

We went in to get some drinks after lunch and it’s a quite cozy area because it gives Café/brewery vibes. I got their golden espresso martini, which is gluten-free and dairy free and it tasted like an actual espresso martini.. We also got a few desserts. I got pistachio and a honey lavender cheesecake. The pistachio was perfect. No need to add any more comments on that but the lavender cheesecake is interesting like perfume if you’re interested that flower flavor. Not my favorite, but interesting concept. The staff was great. They all worked pretty diligently. You can also sit here and do some work by the tables and chill and they also provide coffee.

Awesome local coffee shop and bar! We arrived early on a Sunday morning and enjoyed breakfast and reading a few pages of our books. We placed our order at the counter and sat in a nice booth. Drinks were ready quickly at the counter. Food came out 5 minutes later, very efficient. The wildberry hibiscus refresher with green tea was delicious. Not sweet, excellent flavor. The berry toast was unlike anything I’ve ever had - so darn good! A thick piece of cinnamon toast with a bit of cream cheese, cinnamon sugar and fresh berries drizzled with honey. The dessert açaí bow was beautiful and filling, no notes. The bakery cases were full of other delights from scones and quiches to muffins and brookies! Service was fine at best, everyone felt a bit standoffish and not super welcoming but they were nice enough for Massachusetts. Will be back for the incredible breakfast options and cute dining area!

Cool place on a hot day. Welcoming atmosphere and delicious iced drinks. The Iced Chai tea is spicy and rich. The Iced Cappuccino is strong and delicious. Swiss chocolate roll, sweet and creamy. Carrot Cake is huge and rich

Nice place! Loved the atmosphere and the food! However, service was just passable. Nobody was friendly, almost annoyed they were helping people. I had an açaí bowl which was scrumptious, and the berry toast was amazing! I wanted to love this place but after visiting, I don’t know if I’ll return, which is a bummer!

We have passed this place so many times. So we decided to stop in and check it out. So glad we did. Can't wait to introduce my friends to Saw Dust. Cozy vibes, great drinks, and instant favorites. My husband ordered the Tiramisu Martini and I a strawberry Margarita. Sooo delicious 😋Yeah, you pay a little more, but it's worth it.

Great find! Awesome idea to have desserts and a bar. The place is very busy and friendly. Drinks were great and the desserts were very tasty. Live music made the atmosphere fun. Prices are good too!
Marty C — Google review
Staff has been relatively friendly. The lattes taste a bit watered down. I wouldn't recommend. However the iced Americano is great. The grilled cheese was meh. I'd recommend the avocado toast. So good. The atmosphere is nice. Not too bright, nice to hang out in. I'll definitely come back to try more out of curiosity. However I'd recommend responding in a more professional manner in reviews or not at all. Not a good business practice and looks a bit ridiculous. People won't want to come to a place that seems to have a combative attitude towards unsatisfied customers.

With an inviting atmosphere perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner, it offers an array of local raw-bar items and creative shared plates that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.
Phenomenal food. I ordered the fish and chips and it was the best ever. Crispy with an amazing flavor and fresh. The drinks were strong and creative. It was quiet for a Saturday afternoon and service was prompt. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back! *Pictured: Fish & Chips and Scalibut

I visited this restaurant and sat at the bar. It was on a Thursday night and they had a fairly full house. I was able to sit down immediately though. The beer selection is good with some nice local and non-local craft beers. For me being in Massachusetts meant that I had to order clam chowder. This version did not disappoint. It had a couple of different ingredients in it that still allowed it to remain very authentic, but gave it just enough difference to make it unique, very tasty and I would recommend it. The grilled shrimp were very large nice size they were cooked properly and the preparation was delicious. My only little criticism was the amount of olive oil that they left or put in the bottom of the plate. It did ruin the bread. That being said, I would just order it without the olive oil next time inside the restaurant is nice and reminds you of a typical Massachusetts style fish house. The staff was attentive and worked in teams to get things out quickly.

Everything was amazing, and since I sat next to the kitchen I was able to see every plate that came out. Every plate looked amazing like something out of a magazine! Beautifully plated! And not skimpy on portion either. My meal was great. Crab cakes full of meat and not greasy and thin like most places. Cod was good, and I appreciate real mashed potatoes! The key lime créme bruleè is a must try!! Not too limey or tart, perfect!

Wow. I have been all over the surrounding area trying to find some good seafood but this place was right next to me and it takes the cake. Not only was my server fast and attentive, but the presentation of the food is thoughtful and way fancier than I anticipated. I got steamers and they were so good, I had to get them to go! My son got the pesto alfredo pasta and it was really good too. The pasta was good quality, cooked well, and there was a ton of shrimp and lobster for only being $34. I asked for a lot of things, and they gave me everything I asked for. I would recommend this place to others, and I am very picky about quality. My son got the chocolate cake for dessert and it was a huge slice. Compliments to the chef.

Nice seafood restaurant. The fish (mahi mahi) was cooked well but I didn't care for the seasoning used - honey glazed - too sweet. Good chowder and decent wine selection and the service was pleasant. A bit on the expensive side though and it closes quite early.

Went here spur of the moment just being in the area and we were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was honestly. And the prices were more than reasonable as well. I’d definitely go back. I’d give it a 8.7 out of 10💯

My wife and I were in town for the Brimfield Antique show. We made reservations for Sturbridge Seafood and are glad we did, it was a Friday night and was very busy. We started off with raw oysters and drinks. My wife got fried scallops, and I got the bacon encrusted cod. Both meals were delicious and prepared well. We sat by the bar on a high top and were able to watch the open kitchen hard at work. Friendly service, layed back atmosphere, and a great meal.

Sturbridge Flea Market is a hidden gem with a variety of unique items at steal prices. Visitors can find amazing vintage flea market finds as well as new artisan-made goods in a clean and surprisingly organized space. However, some visitors have noted that the loud music can be disruptive, making it difficult to communicate while browsing. Despite this, many recommend visiting for the great finds and enjoyable experience.
I come to this indoor flea market every week. This place always has cool treasures in each different booth. Tons of gifts and handmade furniture. Be careful at this place the stickers that they have on their products are not printed well and misrepresent the price. MY WIFE and I went and purchased East an item that we thought was three dollars because of the miss printing on the ticket, but it was actually rung up as eight dollars Handed the woman the cash. She handed us the receipt back and we were still out the counter. We noticed a discrepancy and she refused to refund the money saying all sales are final. Smiling like a witch like she got over on us we will never be back and will be sure to steer people away from Place. We have been picking antiques for 40 years and never experienced such a deceitful business practice not a lot of money but on principal terrible way to do business, especially when I dropped nearly 100 bucks on a bunch of comics

Ever heard of a FLEA MARKET that doesn't haggle?? Well look no further folks, Sturbridge flea market is such a place. Feel sorry for the vendors who are missing out on potential income due to a worker who thinks making a phone call constitutes being a broker lol. No wonder we always see people leaving empty handed. Very unfortunate. Ah well, thank goodness plenty of competition in the area with folks who like to do business. 1 out of 5 stars easy peasy.

Soup to Nuts is an exceptional hidden gem that offers a truly phenomenal dining experience. This cozy and unique little café boasts a wonderful atmosphere and serves outstanding food. The owner, who is incredibly sweet, prepares exceptional dishes that are beyond perfect. The place exudes a sense of comfort and relaxation as soon as you step inside, making it ideal for both quick bites and leisurely meals.
This independently owned cafe is amazing. The sweet man that makes these sandwiches really puts a-lot of love in them , you can taste it❤️ my husband ordered the hot pastrami sandwich (which was to DIE for) and I ordered the turkey bacon melt DELICIOUS! Such a wholesome and nostalgic place to have a nice lunch definitely made my day stopping here and ill be coming back again and again

What a hidden gem, my wife and I had home made chicken soup, I had a cornbeef sandwich, on home baked bread. This place has a gentle ease to it. My only complaint is he is not in my town! The way I rate places is the five stars are the establishments to lose. I rate 3 for service for those folks who won’t read through the full review. Please read on… If you are looking for truly handmade with love food in a nostalgic environment for a fair place the Soup to Nuts is worth a try. If you are looking for enormous servings of over processed industrial food served with a corporate smile then this place is not for you. Visit if you are feeling adventurous, and don’t if you are hangry or have the whole flock in tow. Our food was wonderful from a short menu of food that’s on the owners personal favorites list. Our service was great too once we moved past an expected greeting. Soup to Nuts once was all that and a bag of chips. Now it’s a gem hiding in the shadow of its self. The owner is quite literally chief cook and bottle washer. A little patience and level set expectations will make your next visit an unexpected treat.

What a lovely spot to have a quiet lunch. The owner/cook/waiter/busboy/dishwasher was the nicest gentleman you could ever have the pleasure to meet. The cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich I had was incredibly delicious!

Thai restaurant
Nestled near the entrance of Old Sturbridge Village, Thai Place is a delightful local chain that offers an array of traditional Thai dishes, including flavorful curries and satisfying noodles. The restaurant boasts a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for both casual dining and special occasions. While the entrance may seem a bit unconventional—leading you through a coffee shop to find the hostess—it adds to the unique charm of this eatery.
(Note: I write these reviews in part for my own nationwide business clients, for travel and activity inspiration. Follow me for more! I’m a financial planner - CFP®️practitioner - with a focus on retirement wealth strategies, primarily serving business women and LGBTQ individuals. #VirtualPlanningCraftedWithCare®️) We like to camp nearby and we camp here on a Friday night. There were lots of people here but no wait to get seated. First, everyone is friendly and attentive. We got served quickly with everything served correctly and still hot. Careful, it may be a little too hot. But that’s better than cold! The atmosphere was lovely, casual but also suitable for a date night. Lastly, the food was great! The prices were good. I think it’s appropriate for all ages, single or families. Given it’s Sturbridge, I get the vibe that they are LGBTQ friendly. The one draw back is that they have stairs to get inside, so that might be an issue for anyone with mobility needs. But for us, this wasn’t an issue and we are looking forward to going back.

I had a very nice dinner. The chicken dumplings were really good. Then I had the red curry with chicken. Wasn’t expecting much but it was super flavorful and I really enjoyed it. I would love to come back to try more of their menu.

Absolutely loved this place.. They have many vegetarian options clearly listed on the menu. We ordered Massaman curry and Tom Kha soup. Both were balanced, fresh, and full of flavor. One of the best Thai meals I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended.

This place is better than most, but a bit strange. It is a bit odd walking through the front entrance near the coffee shop. You are met with a sign that says see the hostess in the other dining room to be seated. Then, in the other dining room, is a sign that says see the hostess at the takeout counter to be seated... I just sat at the bar, no big deal. Service was pretty quick, quiet on a Wednesday night, 6 PM. My main complaint is that there isn't really a protein option per plat. It's all chicken and shrimp, with or without the other, I suppose. But the noodles were really good and everything cooked well. Didn't find my chicken to be dry like other reviews said. The Spicy Veggie Tom Yum was scrumptious though. Well spiced broth with a ton of vegetables. Just got it to have a soup on the side, but I'll order that whenever I see it moving forward. Definitely a good spot.

The outside is a bit unassuming. However, the atmosphere, food and service was amazing. This was a random drive in search of something new. The Thai place did not disappoint. The price was fair, the portion was average except the pho (Vietnamese style) soup was very generous with seafood. The food was fresh and present well. This is a must go if youre in the Sturbridge area. The picture is green curry with chicken and rice and the other is the soup

We went here for lunch. Tom Yum soup was good. The pad thai was soggy and drowning in a sweet sauce. Nothing like I have had before. The Thai chicken wings were cooked well, but very bland. The waitress did not check on us. No condiments were on the table or offered - that was very disappointing.

Food was amazing. We are vegetarians and it has great options for vegetarians too. Massaman curry and veg handrolls. It was great and the ambience has been awesome too especially at affordable rates in pricing. I would definitely recommend this place. People have been great and nice too. This place has a great vibe from traditional Thailand covering areas in bamboo shoots or having elephant embroidered drapes.

Went here Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, with my family. It was supposed to be dine - in but what smelt like a " dirty baby's dipare," which made it impossible to eat inside with the horrible smell. Horrible is an understatement. The place wasn't clean at all. It was really dirty, and the service was less than . There was absolutely nobody in the dining area , eating . We went outside to eat, but in a minute, there were spiders and creepy crawlers all around us. Our cashier was Matthew Burgner, he was really arrogant, had no people skills, and had an attitude. He was rude, and our food part of it was cold. We ordered 2 Junior Whoppers, which were extremely cold. The 2 fries we ordered were ok . My small Frozen Coke Drink pretty much melted within a few minutes after he made it ,both mine and my sisters melted . He made it wrong. I've never seen anything melt that quickly. The sun wasn't blazing down on us. Horrible experience, we had to eat our delectable meal in our car which we didn't want to do. Awful, awful experience. I differently want to recommend this BK to anyone I know. That is why we don't usually eat at BK's . We usually have a horrible experience at most locations. It's hardly ever a good positive trip to a BK. Matthew Burnger made this experience a memorable one . He had no customer skills whatsoever. For a tourist area, I would've thought these fast food joints would be zooming with business, not this one. This had to already have to be marked . I should have gone to their competitor who always has coupons on their mobile app. When we figured we wanted to try something different. What a mistake that was , and knowing this is a highly traveled area. What a disappointment we usually don't order the Frozen Drink , it was a waste of money . They charge you for sauces to like 38 cents for each sauce of your choice. After seeing that you have to pay for them , I decided to skip my sauces .

The manager refused to refund me and charge for me for the MEDIUM beverage I received. They charged me for a large drink and tried to tell me that the cup next to my receipt is their “new large” because they didn’t have the lids they needed for their actual large cups. Literally just tell people you don’t have the correct cups and charge people accordingly. Very simple, not a hard concept.

So this place just likes to sit on their phones all day no one was in the restaurant but it still took about 20 minutes to get our order. If you want burger king I promise you the service is better other places.
Jessica W — Google review
I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the burger I received. , but it was clearly spoiled and unsafe to eat. The bread had visible signs of spoilage – it smelled sour and had spots that looked like bacterial growth or mold. This is not just a bad meal, it's a serious health hazard. Serving spoiled food is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of hygiene and quality control. I expected a decent meal, not something that could potentially make someone sick. I will never order from here again, and I strongly advise others to be very cautious. This kind of negligence needs to be taken seriously. I hope the restaurant takes immediate steps to address this issue before someone ends up in the hospital.
Harsha M — Google review
Customer service isn’t greatest, sat there for 10 minutes of waiting for my food. All that I notice other then food not being made fast enough. Was the female manager and worker in the back arguing with each other. Another employees who seemed to get off lunch came in, all distress and angrily he took the remaining customers that were still waiting to order. It doesn’t end there, there has been a ongoing leak by the soda area. Been there or even reappears each time me and my family go out to eat. It sickens me that this company that services in the Fast Food chain, isn't putting out there food “FAST” enough. More so of the management and the inappropriate language being said back and forth. It bothers me we can’t eat at an establishment with out the workers using racial slurs or even trying to maintain there store. If i was a health inspector this place wouldn’t run again

Food was unedible had to return entire order of $25 plus. Manager told me they could not refund my money because I bought it through the app. I am completely done with Burger King. Upon opening my bag The onion rings had what I would consider to be a grease glaze on them and the chicken sandwiches were made on the wrong kind of buns absolutely drowned in mayonnaise with brown lettuce and missing the cheese and tomatoes we ordered on them.. Manager was absolutely zero help. I brought her and I order back within 10 seconds of her bring it to our truck window because we were asked to wait for 25 minutes to get our order. In short just don't go here save yourself the hassle.

Kaizen Sushi Bar & Grill is a sleek eatery that offers Japanese standards with Western twists. The restaurant is known for its amazingly fresh, delicious, and creative sushi, making it a favorite spot in the small beautiful town of Sturbridge. The menu includes made-to-order sushi as well as other Japanese dishes with a modern twist. Despite being busy, the service is quick and attentive, and the atmosphere is lively.
Absolutely the best sushi! Always fresh and presented so beautifully. Our server Grace was pleasant and very attentive. The fried ice cream was yummy, too. We enjoyed our ladies' night out and will be back soon.

Waitress was awesome very nice and did a great job. They could have used more staff on though with how busy it got. Seating and decor was nice. The food was ok. But the pricing was way to expensive for the tiny portions. Won't be going back unless they increase portions and lower prices.

Entrance was a bit awkward. The two at the host table weren’t the most welcoming. The low ceilings made it feel a bit tight, place was also a bit dark. I’ve read other reviews mentioning how loud it was. It’s expected from a place that’s small and has a bar. Waitress was nice. Food was just above average, but not worth the cost. After comparing menus, we realized we probably should have tried Baba. Live and learn. Lemonade was disgusting, it was a shame I was so thirsty.

Overall, we liked it. There are a few pros and cons… First, it’s a large place and great service. We didn’t wait to be seated and got greeted by our server immediately. I did did find the establishment a bit difficult to navigate if you have any issues with mobility. Not super friendly for seniors, wheelchairs, etc. it was also really cold in this restaurant. I had to eat with my hoodie on. It’s also packed in pretty tightly so it’s on the loud side and you can hear everyone’s conversations. Not great for a quiet dinner. The food was spot on! It was all fresh and tasty. Had plenty of variety. There’s a big drink menu that others seem to love. I don’t drink alcohol so this didn’t help me much. And unfortunately the water they served tasted like chlorine, even the ice, so that tainted the meal for me. All things considered, I found it a bit pricey for what I value, but I could see others loved this kind of place. Glad I went and I might come again.

We were a party for 2, seated quickly, kinda difficult to park though. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Rather loud restaurant, which I wasn't expecting. We had crab ragoons and the beef bulgogi appetizer. We also did the fried rice. Also did the spicy tuna, spicy yellowtail, the spider roll and a lobster and cooked meat tempura roll. Dessert we did the lava cake. The ragoons were very good, bulgogi was also good with good flavor, different for a appetizer. The fried rice was super flavorful and very good. The meat and lobster tempura roll had great flavor but i honestly don't consider that sushi. I honestly wasn't impressed with the sushi i had, though the fish was fresh, it lacked flavor, honestly no spice. same with the spider roll. Honestly, the sushi there serving down the street is better. I will try it again for the non sushi items and see that is where the hype is.
Sads G — Google review
Very very disappointed. Came here because Baba was closed for renovations. The restaurant was busy, but was able to sit us relatively quickly. Our order was all sushi rolls, and took an hour to come out. When it arrived the rolls and overall presentation was very sub par. The sushi was not much colder than room temperature, and had I not been starving after waiting an hour since ordering I would have not eaten it. I also found a full shell to a shrimp tail in my tuna roll, which wasn’t the best surprise as we only ordered tuna rolls and one scallop roll. I will say our server Grace was very good and attentive. We felt bad and did not want to complain because she was very nice. Safe to say we will not be returning.

My favorite restaurant. The only place that I'll go for maki. This is my birthday spot. The rice is made perfectly. The flavor profiles are exceptional. The food quality is top notch. The service is ultra professional. And the atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. And also, the entrees and salads are A+. The homemade ginger dressing is something I buy to take home with me.

Tree House Brewing Company is a small artisan brewery located in Charlton, offering a rustic retail shop with rotating craft beers and limited hours. Visitors can enjoy sampling a variety of seasonal, artisan-brewed ales and take a brief tour around the brewery. The location boasts an extensive bar area with indoor and outdoor seating, providing a unique tasting room experience for craft beer enthusiasts. In addition to their premium suds, they also offer cocktails and cold brew coffee.
A must visit if in the area or even if your not! I was by myself traveling back home after a work trip so wanted to stop in. I was blown away by the entire place from the outdoor seating and accommodations to the beer selection. To go beer ordering is via a kiosk which was super easy to use and very quick (picked up my beer within 5 minutes). So many beers to choose from on tap and they do let you taste them before ordering a whole pint. My only wish would be able to order a half pour vs full pour (I was by myself so only tried 2 full pours, as I had a 6 plus hour drive ahead of me). It wasn’t busy as I was able to walk right up and order beer and taste several so I could make an educated purchase at the kiosk. I will definitely be back but most likely at there Saratoga Springs location as I live in Western NY.

First time visiting this brewery. Very impressive. Well worth the visit. Went late Saturday afternoon and they were very busy, however, the massive size accommodates a large crowd of people. Plenty of indoor seating along with a huge covered outside patio with picnic table style seating. There were several different levels of outside seating on the hillside coupled with a large upper patio with tables and umbrellas. They serve several varieties of beer and cocktails to suit just about any pallet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although we had to wait in line to get served it moved fairly quickly. They also sell canned beer to take with you and make several different spirits for sale. Great atmosphere. Live music on the covered patio. They don't serve food. However, there were 3 food trucks in which food could be purchased. You are allowed to bring your own food or picnic basket for a days outing. Put this on your place to visit list.

Definitely one of the best breweries in the world. They overall have amazing beer in all different styles of beer, but in my opinion their IPAs are the best they offer. I dream of the day they can ship across the US. Staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s always crowded here but for great reasons. They have tons of beer on draft and togo options. They have amazing food, definitely recommend the pizza. The brewery has tons of beautiful trails around the property. Overall this is a must visit location for anyone who loves beer!

Mike at the front desk was incredibly kind and the Tree House Brewing Company’s facility is nothing short of incredible. I don’t drink so breweries aren’t my cup of tea normally. However, they had N.A. seltzer options, unique coffee, and food trucks - not to mention their gigantic grounds with plenty of space and seats to enjoy time spent here. We will be back next time we’re in Mass!

The best beers! I'm a picky stout person, and I can always count on them to have amazing flavors with their stouts. Really, no matter what you drink, they have something for you. We love to bring friends with us and hang out in the peaceful ambiance surrounding the brewery.

Wow, just wow. This campus, this brewery, is absolutely beautiful, incredible, amazing. It really blows you away how much thought went into to the experience. It was my first time visiting and wow, it really was a blast. Order a couple beers and enjoyed them in the woods overlooking the brewery. Stopped by gift shop and got a sign. The big thing was buying beers to go. You can only get these beers at a treehouse. I ordered a bunch and I am happy to bring them back home. All of the beers are unique and full of flavors. Watch out for the high abv. Beside that, these beers and this location is truly special and worth a visit.

Visitors can appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as delicious food at reasonable prices. The driving range features grass tees that are regularly rotated to ensure optimal playing conditions, with convenient payment options available.
The negative reviews kill me. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens are all in good condition, especially the volume of play this track gets. Staff is always friendly and the range is good. Stop complaining people 🙄

Went to the range for the 1st time today, on a Sunday around 7:30am All grass tees, they move the tees so the grass isn’t too beat up. $12 for a bucket and you can use Apple Pay or credit cards right at the machine. Tokens available in the clubhouse.

I realize it’s still early season, but the course was poorly maintained. No cart girl on a Sunday was unfortunate considering the full parking lot of golfers. Went to sit down at 4pm for food and drinks after our round to find the kitchen “closing”. No menu was offered, just a verbal couple items that they were willing to whip up.
Orlando P — Google review
Played here in a scramble. I like the course because it is a fun track. There were three greens in rough shape that were aerated and top dressed. They need to cut trees down to allow more sun light to grow the greens. The rest of the greens were rolling well and in very good shape. The steak at the event was cooked to perfection. People there were very accomodating.

They are terrible at maintenance and more than once I played early and late season rounds and being charged full price. Recently they had a offer of a food voucher that wasn't given due to half kitchen staff and airated greens were shocking, bunkers not raked and just ugly. The campground is located on a large pond, we were in site 17 and had a view of that pond from our campsite. Went for a loop hike along the pond and then down an old road that was lined with rock walls. It was very peaceful walking through the woods. Overall, there was a little bit of road noise in the campground and along the trail, but we got used to it. Close to shopping and restaurants in nearby town

Not RV friendly. We were boondocking, so carefully choose your site if you need solar. Bathrooms semi modern, not much shower privacy, only 1 shower was operational on the women's side.

This is the 3rd time we went there and every time it got buggier. We love outdoors but this park is infested with mosquitoes. The pond is clean, with a small swimming area. Employees are active during the day and the bathroom near the pond is clean and maintained. The noise from the highway is loud and constant night and day especially at night more noticeable. Giving 4 stars because it is indeed a nice park, campsites are maintained and staff was nice. The road noise and the mosquitoes were annoying.

We loved visiting this state park , it was full of lots of wildlife and lots of beautiful scenery. I definitely recommend stopping here if you’re looking for a nice area to go walking.

This is a lovely, rustic State Park. It is important to know that you will hear traffic from the Mass Pike the majority of the time, no matter where you are in the campground, whether, hiking or camping. The roads to the majority of the campsites are narrow and overhung with trees, so really not a best fit for big rigs. There will be leveling involved at most sites if you have a camper. Walker Pond is a very nice paddle. The hiking trails for the most part are maintained and well marked. Be sure you use their map and not your GPS as some older trails are no longer marked and are no longer clear. Staff is very pleasant. The campground is neat. The bathrooms are in need of some maintenance and upgrading, especially the one in the upper area away from the pond.

The Sturbridge Antique Shops were incredibly attractive, showcasing a diverse array of unique objects brimming with fascinating histories. The various tags also offered captivating descriptions, which pleasantly surprised antique enthusiasts. The attentive and helpful staff ensured a smooth browsing experience by safely storing items.
This antique store was beautiful! Full of eclectic items with interesting stories. Many tags had great descriptions, too, which is always a pleasant surprise when antiquing. All the staff were attentive and helpful, stowing our items while we browsed. It was also quite neat to find things here that hail from my area (upstate NY).... I found postcards from Howes Cavern (pictured) and Oquaga Lake... a Cortland ruler... a purple bottle from Syracuse (pictured)... and a toboggan from Gloversville!

I like this shop and I spend several thousand dollars every year with their dealers. But their actions today were ridiculous. It’s a simple business rule: if you post hours for your business, you should adhere to those hours. Closing at 5:00pm, especially on the Sunday of Brimfield, means that you close at 5:00pm - not 4:30pm, 4:40pm, or some other arbitrary time. Forcing all customers out 10 minutes before the shop is supposed to close is poor customer service…but arguing with customers (as two elderly workers did) that the time on my cellphone is incorrect and the $1.95, battery-powered clock purchased at Kmart twenty years ago is the only correct provider of the time is simply ridiculous. I’m old just as the workers are - but I know that the time shown on my phone is far more accurate than that of an old, battery-powered clock. I also know that arguing with a customer is just plain stupid and these argumentative workers would also likely be the first to bemoan declining sales. In closing, if this shop doesn’t want to keep their posted business hours, they should change their posted hours, sell the business, or simply close the shop.

* * * * * Such a FABULOUS antique center! I stopped by on my drive up to Maine --- how I wish I would've had a couple more hours to spend there. The place was loaded with excellent, well-appointed & well-maintained booths. Clearly, their vendors care about the presentation & design of their displays. (Too often -- so many antique centers have booths are just piled with loads of junk. Not here at Sturbridge! They clearly care about their inventory.) Excellent variety of unique, quality antique styles & eras. Victorian, colonial, rustic, farmhouse, jewelry, furniture -- it truly runs the gamut. If you go, plan on being there for a bit! I'll definitely be back. ;-)

Cute antique store with multiple vendors. I was in the neighborhood for a weekender down the road and this place was the perfect little getaway offsite. Lots of cute items at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely suggest making this a stop if you're looking for some fun unique finds.
Sofia L — Google review
Wide variety of items at a reasonable price. The reason for the low rating was the attitude of the gentleman checking me out. It was a small purchase and he seemed aggravated to deal with a small purchase. Not everyone is going to walk through the door and spend a large amount of money. All the other employees were helpful and friendly.

Great time! Nice antique and primitive items. Some deals to be found. 2 floors, less than an hour to tour.

The ideal antique mall. Huge. Tons of beautiful glass clothing etc. For great prices. No junk!!!!!

BIG PLACE. Watch the size of your bag though, they will ask you to leave it in the car if it is too big. Lots of things to look at.

Great service, clean and welcoming. Well made food, steak cooked to excellent seasoning and temperature

We ordered bone in garlic Parmesan wings.. we got boneless garlic Parmesan wings… my husband ate a boneless chicken and we realized all the chicken were completely raw. Make sure you cut into the chicken before you bite into it!

Last night I had dinner at Applebee’s, and I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service we received from our waiter, Don. From the very beginning, he was extremely polite, respectful, and attentive. He made sure our table was well taken care of without ever making us feel rushed, and he carried himself with such professionalism and kindness that it truly stood out. It’s rare to come across service that feels both genuine and thoughtful, but Don provided just that. He made our experience not only enjoyable but memorable, and I truly appreciate the effort and care he put into his work.

Went out to lunch Sunday, 8/24, Our waitress, Alex was wonderful and very attentive. The meal for sure earned it's review, best meal I have had out in years. I ordered the Steak Shrimp Parmigian, medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection. Great price, 4 adults with appetizer, out the door for under $100 before tip. We will definitely return when visiting the area. Also spoke with the manager who was very "Present," friendly, and accommodating, continuously helping the staff. Thanks for a great dining experience, hard to find these days.

Great manager working tonight 8/16/2025 There was an issue with my steak. No red in the middle turned out red in the middle except the edges which I ate and enjoyed. Didn't notice why the rest of the steak didn't taste exactly right until near the end. Asked for the manager. He came out and in a very friendly but professional way handled it compliant completely and sent us home with Apple pie. Even work this issue we'll go back and I recommend this Applebee's restaurant!

Soo this Applebee's sucks now 😂 my 20oz. ribeye was a god damn piece of pan frying beef. Thickness no more than a 1/4 of an inch. And it was cooked well done at that. Because it wasn't a ribeye. What a rip off. If you want to be technical you're committing fraud by misrepresentation. What a joke.

I'm hoping this afternoon was just an off day for this place. I went on a date here with my bf because we thought we'd be able to get the current wing deal for national wings day.... we didn't, the staff said the deal was only for takeout which I can't prove either way so I'll just leave it at that probably being on us. There were a few noticeable problems besides that though, I wouldn't be talking about it otherwise. When we sat down we noticed that our table was incredibly sticky to the point where our phones and the menus kept getting stuck to the table which made both of us incredibly uncomfortable. My bf even wiped the table down with one of the rags and sanitizers and the table was still sticky. When my bf ordered he asked for the appetizer that came with the 2 for 25 meal deal and we ended up getting extra wings that we were also charged for despite not asking. When the wings arrived they were lukewarm and one plate had extra sauce with it while the other plate didn't (neither of us asked for extra sauce even though we enjoy it but this indicates a problem either way) and the wings we got barely had any sauce on them. When we got our main course all the food was also lukewarm and extremely bland as if it had no seasoning on any of it whatsoever which is not something I've had happen at any other Applebee's locations. The last and probably most frustrating part of the experience this afternoon happened right before we left. My bf asked to get the check after he finished his food and was going to wait for me to finish up my food before leaving. While I was finishing up I took maybe five minutes to go to the restroom and when I came back the rest of my food was gone which was a shock to both me and my bf because after two minutes of discussing it we found out that our waitress had taken the rest of my food without asking my bf if we'd like to take the rest home while my bf was distracted from paying our tab on the touch screen checkout. I'm really hoping this was just an off day and that things are usually better because the experience was overall uncomfortable and unpleasant compared to what we're used to from Applebee's.

Good local support place. We had salad & burgers on senior rate. Took awhile for the salad to show as some employee was celebrating something so others were distracted. My rare burger was a well done one. It might take a time before we go there again.

Sandwich shop
Subway is a laid-back, counter-service eatery where you can customize your own sandwiches and salads, catering to those who prioritize health-conscious choices. Each visit feels special, especially when Brandon is behind the counter crafting your meal. His skill ensures that every sandwich bursts with flavor and freshness, complemented by perfectly crisp bread. The cleanliness of the establishment adds to the overall experience, while their soda options are always well-balanced with syrup for that perfect fizz.
Every time I go, which is often. I always make sure Brandon makes my sandwich. He is the absolute best! My sandwich always tastes best when Brandon blesses it 🙏 food & bread is always fresh, always clean, soda always have plenty syrup. This subway stays 100% at all times. Thank you Brandon for always making me the best most yummy sandwiches!! Highly recommend 10/10!

I’m not sure what happened. This used to be one of the “good” subways but twice now we have had undercooked bread and soggy subs. The sogginess seemed to be a combination of wet lunchmeat, wet lettuce, overripe tomatoes, too much sauce, and undercooked bread that just falls apart. First time I thought it was a fluke, second time I was just disappointed.

Came in today for two sandwiches. Upon approaching the counter there was a younger lady I think named Alissa? She was “training”two people about menu changes whose names were Fiona and Matt. While her back was to Matt while she waited on the person in front of us she was explaining the menu changes. Everyone she spoke to him he rolled his eyes. While she was making our sandwiches she clearly told “Matt” to Not spray the glass cleaner on the glass but on the rag. He sprayed it on the glass and the over spray went on the food prep area. If she had not finished making our sandwiches… we would have walked away. Upon Alissa’s departure from the store I would think because her shift ended, they moved so slow, didn’t speak to anyone. Fiona was left to make sandwiches alone while Matt just walked around with a clip board. There were at one time more than 3 people in line waiting…. He never stepped in to HELP! We sat at our table and watched Matt temp food and not speak to ONE CUSTOMER! He spent most of his time in the back… Wouldn’t one think upon training folks that rush hour, supper time would be a reason for two people to help?? Once they were left alone they were in no hurry to move and get the line down. I snapped this picture to show how while we were eating Matt spent most of his time. Drivers are coming in expecting to Not have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich or service!

Website states open til 10. I arrived @ 8:25, all lights out. Girl mopping floor states “we are closed”. Told me closing time is 9, but they shut down at 830 Several other customers also turned away. Business must be GREAT to shutdown an hour and a half early

the lady who served me was pissed off, didn’t ask any questions, and crushed my sandwich when i said i wanted a foot long. pretty sure it was the manager, she was a little bigger and had dyed hair in a bun.

So I ordered the simplest sandwich these people have probably seen in there career. It was supposed to be on regular white bread and literally just roast beef 🤦🏻‍♀️ something so simple I didn't think it was possible to mess up. I received Italian herb & cheese bread with 2 small slices of roast beef. So thanks for the bread I can't eat and my 2 slices of over cooked roast beef. And I'm saying only 2 slices cause the 3rd is like a quarter of one.

Placed an online order for 8:35pm pickup. Went to pick it up at 8:25pm and they cancelled it because they "close at 8:30pm" but they really close the register at 8:20 which auto cancels all orders. Horrible Subway. Been burnt by them 2x with employees who decide to close early and cancel orders despite official Subway app showing 10pm close time... Never again.
Derek G — Google review
I ordered a Turkey, Bacon & guacamole signature wrap from their menu. Instead of Guacamole I asked for ranch. Somehow this was no longer a signature wrap and I was charged an extra $.75. They did load the sandwich up and it wasn't bad. I did see the manager "Amber" and asked about the price difference when it is clearly marked $6.99 on the menu. She told me that's how they told had been told to price it. I then asked for my side of guacamole at which point Amber left and hid in the back. Not sure this is how customer service is supposed to be? Subway has always been a nice go to place for a quick delicious meal. No more for me... It also seemed it wasn't just me having problems with this manager today as someone was complaining about his sandwich not being made correctly and as I was leaving another customer complained about the tables being sticky & dirty. Having a restaurant run this poorly inside of a Walmart reflects badly on not only Subway as a chain but also on Walmart for having them in the first place. Note pictures attached to this review evidence the $6.99 I was expecting to pay for this signature wrap. Note that when two employees are working, instead of the manager going outside to smoke that manager could assist the employee so that someone ordering two sandwichs can eat together at the same time. Instead one sandwich is made and allowed to grow cold while the single employee makes the second sandwich so that the manager can go outside and grab a puff.

Restaurant
Uno Pizzeria & Grill is a family-friendly chain in Chicago that offers delicious Chicago-style pizza, as well as pasta, steaks, and burgers. Recent changes have resulted in improved food quality and service. It seems like they may have a new chef on board. One standout dish is their veggie pizza with roasted vegetables, which offers a great combination of flavors. Unfortunately, they no longer serve their popular Cuban Sandwich, which was highly regarded by customers.
Great waiter, food was served nice and hot no long wait. burger was cooked to perfection lobster. Pizza was Very tasty. Nachos in the pan. Was the only disappointment there was very little if any than chips and a few olives and very little protein

Although the waiters were very nice, the food I had here was terrible. First of all, it was somewhat expensive; therefore, I expected a high quality of food when ordering. However, there were several issues with the food. The steak, even though I ordered it as well done, turned out very, very raw and chewy. On the other hand, the burger my friend ordered ended up being rock hard. Additionally, the rest of the food (for example, chicken, salad, pizza, pasta) was unappetizing. Keep in mind, this food took one and a half HOURS to get here. Therefore, due to all three awful conditions, I have to leave a one star review.

Good spot, easy to he seated at noon on a Sunday. Pizzas done well, fresh ingredients. Great service. Very attentive and timely. We actually ate a lot before I remembered to take pictures! Missing one star for the broken heater with exposed wires I saw under our table, as we left. Happy to amend this review once I know this has been fixed.

Stopped here on a bus trip. We called ahead and were told they were ready for us and could handle a large group of 50+ in size. We were seated quickly in a room specifically for us. There were probably 11 tables and booths. They had set out menus with several choices from the regular menu. Salads with dressing were already set out on the tables except some of the dressing bowls were missing. We found a server who brought dressing about 10 mins later. One server was going table by table taking the drink orders and writing them down on a notebook sheet of paper. Another server was taking the orders table by table. None of the orders (drinks or food) were keyed in until after all of the tables gave there orders. Needless to say, it took forever. We finally got drinks about 25 minutes after being seated. Now granted those that got there drink orders first were already getting refills. Our food came about 15 minutes after our drinks. It was as described. Many of us ordered the personal pizzas. They were filled with toppings and cheese and fresh tomatoes. The crust was more like a deep dish. One at our table ordered veggie pasta. She had to request grated cheese and crushed peppers. Servers were pleasant and accomodating but a little overwhelmed with all people. I can't give details on the prices as it was taken care of all together.

Definitely will go back there , they have a young waitress by the name Ava. She was absolutely the best, very professional, and was smiling and very pleasant. They need a bit more of there staff to smile, but Ava rocked it!! She definitely made our visit great, food was also very good. Hats off to cooks as well! Ava you rock!

I went to Unos last night with the family. I have to say the food was disgusting. My wife and I ordered burgers. They were tasteless to say the least. I guess it's our fault for ordering a burger at a pizza joint. There was no flavor what so ever in the burger other than the taste of the grill. My wife asked for it well done but it was dried out so bad it could snap in half. My daughter ordered the chic and stix fro the kids menu. The boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were cold. No cheese pull at all. My son ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo. The chicken tasted like chicken from a can and the Alfredo sauce tasted like it was deep fried in propane. Our bill came to $96.60. It was just as expensive to eat here as it is to eat at 110 grill which is a far better resteraunt. Needless to say after spending the night hugging the toilet, we will never waste money here ever again. Chicago is really making a name for itself lately.

Twice this month we went to UNO's. Once on a Monday night and again last night 9/14/25. For years we have gone there and always sit in the bar area. The last two times we were told the bartender was working alone so they couldn't take any more customers. On that Monday, we agreed to be seated in the dining room although most of the booths in the bar were empty. There were not many parties in the dining room either, but the service was terrible. We sat without drinks for a long time, waited forever for water while we watched our server play on his phone & the food was delivered cold by other servers. That meal cost 4 people approx $170. So last night when we were told the same thing about sitting in the dining room we refused and said we'd patiently sit in the bar. That we were not in a hurry. We wouldn't rush the bartender. After 10 minutes without a menu, we saw the bartender pointing right at us and yelling at the hostess making it obvious he wasn't happy. We ordered after about 30 minutes. Ice tea, water & 2 bowls of soup. It took an hour. The bar was NOT full nor were all the booths. We didn't complain as we said we wouldn't, but we were actually punished for wanted to sit in the 1/2 empty bar. We always enjoyed going to UNOs. But 2 times in a row being treating as a total inconvenience was enough. We will no longer be going to UNOs.

The service and food were terrible. This was one of the worst meals we had. It took a very long time to get our appetizer and food. It looked like there was only one waitress for our section. The steak was overcooked and did not come with the mushrooms that it was supposed to and the onion soup was too salty to finish. Our waitress did not return to see how our food was. We have been regular customers but will no longer return. It should not take over a half hour to get an appetizer Our food was terrible.
