We chose to do the path to flavor tour and tasting. The tour was excellent and not a super big group. The gentleman that guided our tour and tasting was awesome and answered any of our questions while taking his time to notice things we seemed interested in. He also gave a great tasting experience and was funny 😁 We toured several distilleries this week and Woodford was by far my favorite one kudos guys to you and your team as well as your excellent product. You have a beautifulnwell maintained property and your staff all showed they take pride in working there. We will definitely be back when we can.

Best tour in the area. Jeremy our tour guide was phenomenal. Inspired and innovation tour is well worth it. Left there with a great understanding of the history and new things Woodford is doing. The tasting was best in the area. Only tour I would do again if given the chance. And I cannot say it enough, Jeremy made the tour the best. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm.

What a great tour (and tasting experience)! A beautiful venue with an informative and funny tour guide. Our tour was full but not crowded. Our guide talked through Woodford Reserve’s history as well as the distilling process. The tasting brought out the differences between between their bourbons and whiskeys. A fun way to spend 70 minutes or so.

Friend and I recently took the Woodford Reserve distillery tour and had an absolutely amazing day! The entire experience, from start to finish, was fantastic and truly exceeded expectations. Our tour guide, Caffman, was exceptional. He was incredibly informative and engaging, making the history and process of bourbon making fascinating and easy to understand. He made the tour a real highlight! A huge thank you also goes to Gregory, our driver. His humor and friendly nature made the transit part of the day fun and enjoyable. This tour is a must-do a beautiful setting, excellent bourbon, and a team that provides outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful tour at Woodford Reserve Distillery. We did the "From Pepper to Present" historical journey tour and I cannot recommend it enough. Our tour guide, Bennet, was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, excited about sharing information and showing us around. He kept us interested with questions, interesting facts, science experiments, and of course various delicious bourbons! Really can't say enough about how awesome Bennet was! Also, WOODFORD SHOULD TOTALLY RELEASE THEIR NEW MAKE!!! It was the smoothest I've had and I think it would do really well. Great tour, great guide, great bourbon.

Had a great Tour and Tasting. The property is gorgeous and the drive there is stunning with the horse farms all around. If you've done other tours on the Bourbon Trail you owe it to yourself to go to Woodford Reserve. There are some nice contrasts in the way Woodford goes about its production process.

We visited in August 2025 - a 3-star review was given only because of our tour guide and the quality of the products in the gift shop. The drive to Woodford Reserve is a beautiful journey that showcases the charm of the countryside. Upon arrival, the welcome center staff was less than inviting. We were there when the doors opened and were the only patrons in the building for 15 minutes. So being busy did not come into play with flatly ignoring some of our questions. Our tour guide truly made a difference. Engaging, funny, and educational, he transformed the tour into an informative journey. The highlight was undoubtedly the impressive copper distillation units, showcasing their craftsmanship, and history. Unfortunately, the bartenders seemed annoyed while making drinks, and making snarky comments to the non-Bourbon aficionados when asking about drinks. Creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that was unexpected is one of the last steps of their customer experience while touring. On a brighter note, the gift shop stood out as one of the most tasteful aspects of the distillery, offering quality items that reflect the brand's character. The option to engrave a bottle adds a personal touch, enhancing the experience. Additionally, the tasting was thoughtfully arranged and presented well, and possibly the best presentations on the trail. Despite these highlights, the distillery seems to be struggling with its identity. While the check-in building exudes a high-end feel, the lackluster boxed lunches available at the gift shop, the bar and patio detracted from the overall experience. The patio, which should be a charming space to relax, enjoy a drink, and truly soak in the ambiance, felt like an afterthought, and was unkept making it less inviting for guests. It seems the final steps of the customer journey are more focused on encouraging quick spending and departure rather than fostering a welcoming environment where visitors can savor their bourbon, take in the picturesque views, and fully immerse themselves in the Woodford brand experience. Overall, I had high hopes for Woodford Reserve, but the combination of unwelcoming service and a mismatched atmosphere resulted in a mixed experience. I hope they can enhance the visitor experience to better reflect the smooth sophistication and character that their bourbon is known for.

The indoor pool is too cold to swim in. The lifeguards wear jackets while the swimmers shiver. I tried to get in the water for 10 minutes this morning before aborting my workout. When I went to tell Tiffany, she completely blew me off and then told me I should “move faster.” This is wildly inappropriate to say to anyone, and I’m a paying customer. Tiffany, kindness costs you nothing…you don’t have to treat people like they don’t matter.

Falling Springs is the Holy grail for activities and recreation. Pickleball, Indoor Basketball, Outdoor basketball soon to come, pavilions, fairgrounds, tennis, disc golf, theater, indoor walking/running track, all sorts of walking/cross country trails located along the disc golf course, rodeo areas, indoor pool, outdoor Waterpark, a stadium for football, soccer, lacrosse, whatever you want, really, lots of parking, playground, practice football field, senior citizens center is right there, great facilities, dog park, and probably more I'm forgetting. This is an amazing place to come if you want to watch a game, get active, or just have a good time.

Such a family friendly environment! I love that they offer a daycare area so you can focus on your workout or take classes stress free.

Just about every time I want to take my kids to enjoy the outdoor pool it has to close early or is not available. Doesn’t matter if you have a membership or just a single time paying customer. They cater to having more private parties than to their members or paying customer.

We love falling springs! If the temperature outside is 50° or above,you can catch me and my family out at the pavilion on the stage playing Cornhole, perfect set up for some great throwing. If you love corn hole and just having a great time come join us . More teams ,more tournaments 😁 the only down fall to playing out there is, no bathroom that is open around the pavilion, you'd have to either drive to the building of falling springs or back to the tennis courts to a Portt a potty. ( Be awesome if they put one up by the pavilion) Thanks falling springs for giving me and my family a place to play a game we love and just to spend some good ole quality time together.!!

An amazing community center, park and theatre. There is so many activities and ammenaties here. Dog park, tons of sports fields, RC, disc golf, basketball, gym, swimming, tons of private lessons, and so so much more. LOVE the theatre there too! So much.

My children and I visited here with my sister over the summer and had a very pleasant time. The children enjoyed swimming in the pools provided. They have several different pools available for different aged people. They have options from indoor pool to outdoor pool to slides etc. The admission is very reasonable, snacks and drinks are also available which are reasonable pricing as well. We will be back.

The best theatre in Kentucky. The show selection is always stellar, the staging is bar none, and the cast is inevitably outstanding. Top tier theatre in the Bluegrass.

Attended the Woodford county Fair this year in 2018. We went on a Friday night, it costed 12$ per person for admission which did include all rides as well. They did have less attractions this year than they did last but we still had a good time. For It to be a Friday night there wasn't very many people there, I was surprised at the numbers really. My children played two games each which costed 22$ altogether which I thought was kind of pricey but on a positive note they both won at each game they played!

If you have not attended a production at the Woodford Theater and you like live entertainment, you have owe it to yourself to attend an upcoming production. The beautiful venue is designed to allow attendees to comfortably enjoy plays regardless of the location of your seat. I am always amazed at the quality of talent of the cast, who are all non professional performers coming from the region around central Kentucky. The productions are planned to provide a variety of plays including musicals, mysteries, comedies and dramas. You owe it to yourself to take advantage of one of the best production companies in central Kentucky.

Performance was great! It's clear the actors & director & support put lots of work into the show, including the set, music, lights, & acting. The seats are comfortable & spacious, & the staff professional. It's a high-quality small-town theatre!

I didn't know this theater was even in Versailles. Glad we found out about it. Tickets run around 25.00 The play we saw was a funny slapstick show. It was very enjoyable. There is a small concession area, but it cannot be taken into the theater. A good community theater. Very clean. Small stage and small group of performers.

My husband and I went to see Little Shop of Horrors here and wow... I'm from England originally so I've been to a ton of West End shows... This small theater produced my favorite production I've ever seen. I'm not kidding. The show was absolutely incredible!! The staff were all super lovely and the theater itself is kitted out with comfy chairs on a slope so everyone gets a perfect view.

High quality community theatre in a superior venue with no bad seats. Some players are pro or semi-pro, all are at least competent. Shows are sensibly selected and excellently produced. You can tell there is good depth of community and financial support. A pleasant evening is assured.

Look like a very nice train museum. I don't fortunately. It was close when we got there, but I didn't notice that they have tracked bicycles tours, which was pretty cool $50 Per person.

Great experience for the whole family. A ticket on the train also gets you into the museum. Totally worth it if you're driving through or from the area✌💫🤙

My wife and I went for the scenic, open-air train ride from the station all the way to the KY River. The trip was awesome and had some great views. The open air had some pretty hard benches so maybe consider the coach option if that wouldn't work for you. The train engine, train horn, and track squealing noises were also very loud in that section which was fine for us but we didn't really think about that before hand. The train went to the KY River, stopped for about 10 minutes, then reverses back to a pumpkin patch and stopped there for about 20 minutes before returning to the station. All in all, ot was a cute little date with the wife. The museum was really small but still really cool, too!

The staff at this place is very friendly and welcoming. The museum and train displays are interesting. But the reason for 3 stars is that they advertise this train ride as “scenic”. For about 75% of the ride, all you can see is weeds and grown up brush. There are small snippets of places where you can glimpse some horses faraway. We had a good time but were disappointed that the views weren’t better.

A lot of fun. It's a well run organization. The safety speech is cheesy and entertaining. The cars are mostly comfortable (except the lap belt which digs into your thigh after a while). There's a nice break halfway through while they turn the cars around. We did the twilight tour so we rode back in the dark. Very cool. Would like to do this again.

The rail explorers trip was great. I'm not in the best shape, and peddling the cart was incredibly simple. The motors kicked in on the rotation of the pedal, so there was little to no resistance when peddling. On the way out, most of the trip is slightly downhill, so I just enjoyed the ride. The way back required a little more peddling, but again, it was minimal effort. It was a quiet, beautiful trip with good scenery and a beautiful view at the end. Would definitely return for another trip and will actively seek out the other locations.

I like this location because the people are usually friendly but the food is ALWAYS hit and miss. From cold fries, almost no bbq on the bbq tenders, wilted lettuce that looks like it’s just been sitting out, napkins shoved on top of the bbq tenders that can’t be used…to today where I received my burger with finger indents in my burger and a tomato so freaking big I couldn’t eat it on the sandwich. To the person making the burgers on 4/2/2025 at 11:38am, this is sad if you don’t care about your job and this is what you are serving your paying customers.

After coming here for years, I have to say that the workers have always been snarky. The ice cream is horrendous. Yesterday, I went to get some after my shift, and I asked for a medium strawberry cheesecake with extra filling, and I got a top full of what I wanted, but the rest was vanilla. This has happened every time, where it's just vanilla and nothing else. Want some locatal DQ? The DQ on the way to Lexington is 100% better and worth the extra few minutes of driving than getting a poorly done cup of vanilla ice cream.

i hate to leave a bad review unless a place is really trash..unfortunately this one is. i’ve been here multiple times and it’s always something. i went there tonight wanting a chicken strip basket, we pay, receive the food and drive home, open up my box and everything is in there but the tenders!! that was so shocking and disappointing. what’s even worse is we went back to tell them and the customer service was awful, they all just stood there looking at eachother instead of trying to fix the issue. after the awkward interaction they gave me the tenders and they were hard and rough to eat. used to love this location now it’s the worst. if your craving DQ the drive is worth the quality of food, go to the location on lexington road!

This location hires highschoolers who couldn't care less. I live in town and have been here a handful of times, but never again. Either go to Spotz down town to go to the DQ near the castle. It's worth the drive. This DQ doesn't care if they mess up your order. It's never consistant and they just don't care. They literally put the ingredients for each of our blizzards in the same cup then argued when we pointed out how one had nothing in it. Meanwhile, the other blizzard had all of the ingredients on top, leaving the bottom pure vanilla ice cream. Terrible. Never again. Good luck.

Pizza would get a 5 star if it were more consistent from visit to visit. During busy times, pizza is a touch under cooked.

It seems every time I get fries after 5pm they are not fresh. There also seems to be more of a wait on certain days that others. Not consistent.

The employees have no idea how to make the blizzards they just guess the ingredients I get messing up 1 time but I’ve been there like 6 times in the past 3 months and every time they do not know how to make an Oreo hot cocoa guess from now on I’ll have to make the extra 15 minute drive when I want an ice cream.

I’m embarrassed at how rarely we eat at this place. We are local, so I think we forget that it’s there and it’s a hotel and … But as at least one other person pointed out, you don’t have to stay there to eat there; reservations are suggested but not required; and the food is AMAZING. We got dressed up for our night out because a member of our party was celebrating a new job, but you saw people in many different levels of dress. The hostess and the manager were attentive even though we were there pretty early, so I imagine they were thinking about the coming crush of the dinner guests. A very pleasant meal.

Perfect place in all facets. Close to everything we wanted to see. Food was awesome. Bread pudding was to die for. Great selection of bourbon and seasonal drinks. Staff was very nice and could not do enough to make our stay more pleasant; from filling our ice buckets, the tips on local places to visit or going the extra mile during our stay. Rooms had comfortable beds, mini fridge and cozy feeling. Very well kept and clean. Richard and Laura have a gem in the town of Versailles. So happy we stayed there.

We had such a nice stay at the Woodford Inn! We stayed 3 nights and our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Inns location was perfect! It's approximately 20mins from several distilleries and horse farms. We had time to visit Buffalo Trace, Woodford, Four Roses, and Mill Ridge horse farm! The food at Woodford Inn is amazing. Not only do they serve a hot breakfast but the lunch/dinner options offered in the restaurant are amazing! Richard, Laura and their staff are some of the nicest people you can meet and made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay! I was in room 8. It was a bit loud (I kept hearing clanging and crashes of some sort even after 11) and I swear I heard a baby crying-- ghosts? But the bed was super firm and comfortable. Very very clean. The bathroom was beautiful with gold fixtures. Breakfast of eggs, fruit, coffee and bacon hit the spot! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Woodford Inn! From the moment we stepped foot in the front door until we left, we felt like family returning home. The entire staff was wonderful, service was great, the food was delicious and the location was perfect. What a gem. Can't wait to go back next time we visit the Versailles area for our next Bourbon Trail trip!

The food, service, location and structure have always been perfect for any gathering we've had there... for 2 or twenty, it is perfect!! We highly recommend and are grateful to have them in our small town.

Beautiful day visiting the sunflower maize& picking apples. The store offers so many choices of bbq sauce, preserves, bakery goods, soup mixes , mixes for dips & household items. Great , reasonable prices! Vincent at the apple picking station was so helpful! So enjoyed the little goats jumping about! Now weekends have so much more for kids & I believe even a little eatery! Such a beautiful day -weather & experience!

We went pumpkin and apple picking and had a blast! There are activities for kids of all ages, food and snacks, and a great gift shop. The employees were helpful and polite, the grounds and bathrooms were clean, and the prices were not outrageous. We will definitely be back!

Always an enjoyable experience...... the apple cinnamon donuts are so delicious. Good assortment of pumpkins of all sizes, and I picked up two small ones. And always have to bring home some apple cider

I have been taking my children for years and I have never had any complaints. However, today was the reception, two of the workers were upset, I don't know if with the work they were doing or not, but they were very contemptuous with the children. I think that to work with children they need to be more empathetic.

Such a lovely place. Apple picking was a blast. Swineland (baby pig racing that is a play on keeneland) was hilarious and fun. Must go in the fall!

We really enjoyed Eckert's Orchard during pumpkin/apple season! Lots of activities, food trucks, and a beautiful location made for a fun family day. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because purchasing the pumpkins/apples were pretty pricey compared to other local pumpkin patches that charge flat rates, etc.

A lovely experience. You have to get there early for the wine tasting and tour but overall, it's was fun. The grounds were well kept and the Vendors were a nice touch too. We purchased a few bottles of White Merlot on the way out. 😋👍🏾

Quaint little place. Only had 2 workers for a Saturday, so service was a little slow. They were out of all wraps but 2:00pm. Got to try a flight of 8 wines. I very much appreciate their participation in Harvest Hosts so I could park my RV for the night after samplimg that flight and more.

Atmosphere is soooo relaxing. The musicians were awesome. Employees very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our food and drinks!

I don’t have a very sophisticated palette, but I enjoyed my trip to Wildside! The owners are kind and clearly love animals, as many of their wines were named after pets. The wine is affordable. I did a tasting of four wines for $9 and bought my favorite bottle for $20. Happy with my visit!

Hidden Gem Near Frontier University! While waiting for my wife's orientation at Frontier University, I stumbled upon this gem through a quick Google search. Many bourbon places were closed, but luckily, this winery was open until 7 p.m. - just an 11-minute drive from the university. I was immediately impressed by the approach, decorations, and ambiance of the place. However, what truly stole the show were the wines. One standout was a red aged in oak barrels for a year, delivering a delightful flavor profile. After sampling eight different wines, I couldn't resist getting a glass of that one before heading back to pick up my wife. The staff, especially Lucy, made the experience even better. Her warmth and charm kept me comfortable and entertained throughout. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely worth a visit. Can't recommend it enough!

The winery is beautiful and the tasting room inviting and comfortable. Staff is amazing at pairing you with wines you will love. Try their tasting flights of 4 or 8 and ask about combinations. They hit the nail on the head when recommending wines for my palate and I ended up taking several bottles home and am already planning a return trip. Sangria Sundays are fun and they invite an amazing food truck, Go Go Burger. You cannot go wrong in attending any event here as they are well run, well staffed and super fun! Top quality establishment and service. By far my favorite winery in the area.

First time coming here after driving by it a hundred times. Saw an event for Sangria Sunday featuring Trippin Roots and decided to make a date of it. So glad we did! I loved the Paw Paw wine and sangria. My husband prefers dry wine and he enjoyed what he tried as well. The charcuterie was pretty good, and there was a food truck outside, called Darlin Jeans, with awesome monte cristos. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed walking around. We will definitely be back!

This place is unfit to be called an Art Gallery. She is selling paintings from China. They are not authentic. Will not accept a return when painting was confirmed as not authentic. Stay away. I had to do a dispute on my visa to get my money back.

Such a unique experience and the old lady that helped us and toured was super nice and friendly. My daughter who just turned five loved the train set when she turned it on and watched it for 15 minutes easily. It was really kind of cool to see all the history of toy trains. The price was extremely reasonable like $5 per person..

So much to see! If you like trains and vintage toys, this is the place for you. The owner was very friendly and so interesting to talk with.

This place...just WOW! A small museum of everything and anything train, toys and some nostalgic things as well! Ask for the tour, because there's SO much history and interesting information on things that you'd probably miss on your own. Not sure if I can say it's 100% handicap accessible, so call first - you'll need an hour, but you'll want two with as much as there is to see. Bring cash!

The lady that greeted us was very nice. There were so many things to see. Once we were done seeing the exhibits, she turned on two train layouts for us to watch. The museum is in a depot building. She showed us where the tracks used to run.

Neat little toy train museum and store located in an original L&N train depot! Very nice collection of vintage toys and train memorabilia. Highly recommended if you enjoy trains or toys.

Classic place for dependably good food! Be ready for great conversations & awesome stories about the incredible history here. Open since 1888, the oldest standing pool hall. The current family has owned it since 1955!

Bourbon trail all day. Stopped for pool, food and a beer. What a stop. Old time bar. Great owner. Never wrote anything down and nailed everything perfect. We had 6 poeple. Burgers are awesome, like hit the spot perfect. Loved this stop! Shot some pool too! We were treated so nicely.

Oh my gosh - haha - best burger and surprise delicious wings we have had in years. The owner/cook has the touch. No frills, no dishes, no nonsense - but BEST FOOD in years! Eat here if you care about your food tasting fabulous.

Hidden Gem for a Chill Night Out! During my wife's orientation for her medical program, I decided to explore the area and stumbled upon this cozy little town. To my surprise, most places were closed except for this bar slash restaurant, but boy, am I glad I found it! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sound of pool games and laughter - it felt like stepping into a gathering of family and friends. Despite being a stranger, I immediately felt welcomed by the lively atmosphere. I ordered a couple of beers, and to my amazement, the prices were insanely low, especially considering the quality of service and ambiance. It was refreshing to find a place where you can enjoy yourself without breaking the bank. Whether you're a local looking for a familiar spot to unwind or a traveler seeking a taste of authentic small-town hospitality, this place is definitely worth a visit. Cheers to good vibes and affordable drinks - I'll definitely be back!

Just got around to trying this place, and it did not disappoint. Came in for lunch on a Wednesday and sat at the counter. The owner was very friendly and made my food right in front of me. The meat was fresh and so where the toppings. I tried the Willie Burger, it came out hot and cooked correctly. This is a hometown style spot that is simple, delicious, and friendly. Pool tables were also in good condition and are pay by the hour. I WILL RETURN!

Great place!! I had the Willie burger with cheese and it was delicious! The fries were delicious too. The food was delicious but the lady behind the bar was fantastic. My wife and I had a delicious meal and learn a lot of the history about the family and area. It was a great experience! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Would not wait on us. We entered with a very cold look from owner... not friendly. We spoke and asked if we could eat there or if we had to get it to go. We were told we could eat there. We sat down at bar. We asked for the menu. "It is on the wall, on both sides" ok. I stated, (trying to brighten up things) I saw a picture of your chilli dogs on line, they looked delicious! His response was "alk my food is frozen, I don't have nothing fir you" Why could he not said that when we came in, or before we sat down. Or before showing us the menu. . Bad business. Did not want to wait on 3 african americans. 2024 dude!!! Never will go back! Nasty attitude!

Service (Karen) was great and entertaining(funny) and food was amazing! Ribs fell off bone and pork was to die for! The slaw was almost as good as my moms….. de-lish A must stop!!

After reading some of the reviews I thought this might be a good place to stop on our way back to Ohio. I was wrong. Having never been here I wasn't sure of the menu or the process to order. Couldn't go in and as I was reading the signs posted an Employee rudely pointed to the sign saying to go to the tent. Went to the tent and asked what they had and another Employee pointed to a slinder chalk board with 6 or 7 items on it as if I was blind. The food was okay at best. I read that the brisket was awesome so I got it. Tasted like pot roast with no smoke flavor at all. Got the potato salad as a side and it was okay. Okay food with poor customer service = never returning. Don't know if it was an off day but it was a bad experience.

A long overdue review. I'll start with the bullet points: Locally owned, made fresh, small batch BBQ. Smokers out front, indoor and outdoor seating. Beautifully done W-KY style, hickory smoked BBQ. They're not serving you leftovers, so that means the full menu probably won't last till close. Get there early or call ahead. Now let me rave: I grew up around Owensboro and BBQ is among my short list of loves in life. Searching for that taste of home in each city I've lived in had been hard. But when I tried this place, I thought I had been called to heaven. The pulled pork, slaw, and baked beans are perfect. Could drink the sauce by the bottle, perfectly sweet and tangy. Ribs, chicken, and brisket are all superb as well. I've spent hundreds here over the years. Family gatherings, reunions, birthday parties, holidays and any day that ends in Y are all made better with Wagon Bones' BBQ and fixings by the pound or by the plate. Really thankful for these folks sharing their craft and being part of the community.

First time here, the aroma walking in the door is amazing! Pork is absolute perfection, chicken is delicious! Best baked beans ever, slaw and potato salad are also good. Sauce is super tasty.... would be a regular if we lived closer

Drove from Lexington to go to this place it's not open parking lot is all roped off but yet they say they're open... thanks though i went to cliffside and had a much better lunch!

It’s honestly insane that Spark is shutting down when it was doing so well less than a year ago. But if you were paying attention, the writing was on the wall the second Annabel left back in February. She was that place her leadership, her energy, her actual care for people. And once she was gone? It completely lost its heart. The vibes tanked, the direction felt aimless, and it became pretty clear something was seriously off behind the scenes. Don’t sit here and act like this is just “the next chapter.” Be real. You had something incredible, and somehow managed to run it into the ground. People showed up for the mission, for the team, and for the community. But instead of transparency or accountability, we get a carefully packaged farewell post like everything’s fine? It’s not fine. This didn’t have to happen. But whatever happened internally clearly mattered more than the community Spark claimed to care about. Disappointed, but not surprised.

Great place in Downtown Versailles! Perfect for a quick lunch or even a light dinner. They have a cool mission that they’re working towards. Found it due to a typical “I don’t know” answer when I asked my wife what she wanted for lunch and I’m glad we did! Service and staff were great as well.

The special Valentine’s Day dinner menu was superb! The ribeye was seared, seasoned to perfection and each side was made with love and from scratch. The ambiance was welcoming and the staff went above and beyond to facilitate a memorable experience.

Woody and I ate at Spark today after Kyle convinced us at the farmers market this morning. Everyone said it was fabulous and it was! The Cobb Salad and Eggs Benedict Pizza were superb! The buffet looked excellent too! I can't wait to go back and try some more things!👍👍👍👍👍

Spark Community Café is an amazing experience. The concept behind Spark is totally community driven, from the sourcing of ingredients to their mission of helping the under-resourced. The atmosphere is vibrant, open, and friendly. It's clear the staff truly believe in the community driven mission as well. They were very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I had the Spark Burger. I can absolutely say without a doubt that it was the best burger that I've ever had, ever. The burger was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you're there, get the cookies. The cookies are the best ever. There were only two issues I had with eating at Spark, they're too far away for me to go to regularly and I want their cookie recipe.

Spark was our caterer for my Daughters Wedding rehearsal dinner and reception. I wish I could give a 10 star rating. The Spark team from Kyle Fannin to Chef Isaiah, chef Antwon and the many spark volunteers they made our event so memorable. Every single one of our guests raved over their meals. Everything was delicious, and beautifully plated. My daughter didn’t want the traditional wedding cake she wanted cupcakes, chef Isaiah made her dream come true and created a small cake for the Bride and groom to keep traditional alive and then several tiers of cupcakes. If you have a special event coming up definitely consider Spark for your catering needs!! Thanks Kyle and the spark team! Fun atmosphere- decorations from St Patrick's day in April and Easter decorations. Festive. The Hawaiian fajitas were okay. It is served in a pineapple bowl, however the pineapple was chilled causing the meat to cool quickly. The cold pineapple chunks were not expected, I had expected hot- the cheese was also not smothered as indicated on the menu, it was sprinkled on top and had cooled. The beans were fair and the rice I did not eat. It was not good. My son enjoyed their nuggets and fries. All in all it was okay. 👍🏻

It was awesome that was my second time food was flavorful like mouth watering drinks were on point the portions were generous staff was awesome professional not a long wait on food they get a 50 in my book. Would definitely go again when I come back down here.

Friendly staff accommodate a dairy free diet and brought us oil we could use as a salad dressing:) They checked on us a lot and had tasty food! Love the booths too they were very comfy and nice looking.

Ordered online. Food was cold upon arrival, the "carnitas" are not carnitas, just chunk pork, the salsa is a joke. If you think ground pepper is spicy then this is your place. All n all a terrible experience won't be ordering again. Trash

The food truly saddened me- the chicken on my nachos along with the beef had zero flavor. I added copious amounts of salsa and cheese to no avail. The water that the chicken had made the nachos soggy and tasteless as well. My husband got chicken burritos and they were made with the same water-bath chicken which meant his burritos were soggy and tasteless. Do not recommend as it was not worth what e spent.

Wonderful, unique a rare find!! Don’t miss this rare jewel. After eating at The Glitz we toured the antiques of Irish Acres and were mesmerized by the beautiful collection. You won’t find a more unique or beautiful selection of antiques. We did purchase a couple of items and now hold them dear. Highly recommend!

Third time( valentine’s, anniversary, and birthday) visited and I still love the place, my eyes were so happy to see endless beautiful items. The food is always great and fairytale decorations around downstairs.

Went here to visit the antiques and was intrigued by the other reviews. It did not disappoint, sure some high priced items but everything was beautiful! Took myself a Jack in the pulpit vase and I love it! Would visit here again if I do travel near Lexington

Worth every penny to dine on scrumptious, seasonal, local delights with friends (at the Glitz)! Prompt and friendly service, but be sure to make a reservation. A stroll through the antique portions of the building (Irish Acres) is perfect for digestion, conversation, and ideas.

So many beautiful things here! The restaurant downstairs is just lovely. Perfect for a ladies outing or a fancy date.

Wow! We loaded the kids up and headed that way....our tour guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were well maintained and we all loved seeing the life of this amazingly important historical figure....how can it be that our schools don't teach more about this individual? I met Miss Linda at the site for a tour. It was a nice morning I arrived a little early, so I took a stroll thought the small cemetery. I knew very little about the Jouett's, but I love seeing history saved. This house was very well done, and she gave lots of information on the house and the people who lived there. And you can tell she has an interest in making sure the tour is informative. This was a bit out of my way but well worth the time to go see it and hear the story. Some of it ties back to other place around the area.

My wife and I visited the Jack Jouett house recently and on a beautiful day. It's a quaint little place and very interesting due to the history behind it. The tour guide, Linda D. was the best I've experienced. She knows every detail about this historic place and shared it with joy. I recommend a visit here.

I have not visited yet but I am making plans for late spring. Jack was my great grandmother's (I have to look to figure out how many times removed) nephew. My great grandmother and his great grandmother were sisters. I have been reading up on this and so excited to visit

Absolutely loved our tour of the Jack Jouett House. We really enjoyed learning about the history of the house amd the Jouett family. Our guide was super nice and incredibly knowledgeable. A great way to spend an afternoon. And the staff was kind enough to make some great, local lunch recommendations for us.

Rented the pavilion for my son's birthday party and was super happy with the price 35$ for entire day. The pavilion included a grill as well. It's a very nice size park with plenty of equipment for the children. Nice walking paths to walk on. It's a very nice atmosphere.

This park is new as of summer 2025 great pitstop on our road trip across the country. It’s a large fenced in clean with bathrooms and lots of parking and shaded area. Highly recommend.

Nice park, lots of swings, walking paths with bridges and stream. Good place to play, but there is some trash strewn about and lots of glass in the stream near the first bridge.

I like the fact the city has taken the effort to update and modernize this park. It is a fun and safe environment for children and parents alike! The older items have been replaced with new swings and slides and merry-go-rounds, etc.. The grounds are kept up nicely and even the walk paths, which provide for a nice and relaxing way to spend time with a friend or loved ones, or alone if you prefer, safely walking/exercising, Big Spring Park is a GREAT CHOICE! Open basically from daylight until dark, this park even has a covered pavilion with many metal picnic tables as well as several grills! I recommend a visit to this park anytime you have time!

The renovations to the park look absolutely fantastic.

This is a very nice park with a long paved trail to walk on. It felt like being in the middle of the country, but you're right in the middle of town.

Beautiful landscape in the heart of horse country. Great place to walk, play, or just rest for a moment during your day. No bathrooms available just yet, unless you're ok with trees and bushes...

We liked it. It's a great park to take your dog for a nice walk along the trail. There are picnic tables and a few grills available for a cook out. We sat at the picnic table under a tree and it was a beautiful day to be out with our dog.

Walton Park is always a great place for Church fellowship, family time, or just a peaceful moment. It's right beside one of the main roads, but it doesn't really feel like it.

We really enjoyed our peaceful stop at Walton Park. We grilled hotdogs and cooked s'mores. The picnic table were very nice and the grills were well maintained.

Nice and neat little park with benches. Went there after sunset. It was well lit. Didn't see any swings though.

If I could give 100 stars for atmosphere, I would. Photos of The Glitz do not do it justice; it is a BEAUTIFUL restaurant; I was enamored. The menu changes every 3 weeks and is limited, but very affordable and delicious. We were started off with an Apple Cider Refresher and our beverage of choice. Then you order your appetizer, entrée, and dessert at the same time and then they come out in that order. The food was beautifully presented, was delicious and filling. I cannot wait to come back here. It is the perfect place for you and your girlfriends for your Girl's Day lunch. 10/10 recommend. I cannot stop thinking about how much I loved t this place.

*I would recommend this experience! Restaurant: I had to ask were the restaurant was located because the only sign I saw was Exit. It is 2 flights down stairs, I didn't see an elevator but I also didn't ask. The atmosphere was over the top mesmerizing and felt like you were in a world of luxury. I would recommend business casual attire. Our server was very attentive to our large party. At the end of service you head to the front to pay, parties of 6 or more have a 20% gratuity automatically added. The price for the experience is worth it. Food: The Spiced Apple Refresher drink taste like Christmas with strong notes of clove/cinnamon. You'll either love it or hate it. The drink selection is limited to water, tea, or coffee. The food portions are small and not enough for leftovers but you will leave full, not stuffed. There is a set menu with few items to choose from that changes every three weeks. Because my party had booked in advance, we weren't sure what food options we would get till the week of. Several of my party had mentioned they would have liked to have had one of the options from the previous weeks menu. My food was good but needed more salt and pepper. This is not provided on the table, but I also didn't ask. My favorite part was the dessert. Restroom: The restroom is 2 flights up stairs, I didn't see an elevator but I also didn't ask. It blends in so much with the antique shop that at first I just thought it was another display room. The restroom stall doors are very high off the floor and I was worried what people could see while using it.

The unique charming restaurant is located inside a antique store in beautiful horse country...the drive in took us through horse farms and we loved it...this lovely business is a word of mouth and social media find that I hope more people discover! We spent about an hour and a half looking thru the antique store then went down stairs to the Glitz...The antique store alone would've been impressive enough and this was the cherry on top...we were greated by such a sweet lady named Vi and taken to our table that made us feel like we were in a fairytale...the decor is elegant sparkly and just makes you feel special. They have a set menu that rotates every 3 weeks...we loved everything and the portions were perfect...Take your Mom, best friend or anyone who you'd like to do something special with...this wasn't just a "lunch" it's a whole experience that I will definitely be repeating...my only regret is that I've lived 45 minutes from this wonderful place for 4 years and just discovered it...make a reservation just to make sure you don't miss out!

What a lovely place to eat and enjoy upscale dining. The place is breathtaking and the food was wonderful. Side note this is not a handicap accessible building, which we did not know until we got there, however, the management was absolutely wonderful in assisting my son down the roughly 15 stairs to get to the restaurant. The children’s selection is limited and cost the same as the adults if that is something that makes or breaks an outing like this. But overall this was an amazing lunch experience that my mother who absolutely enjoyed spending her birthday doing. Book ahead as the Restuarant was completely full on a Thursday.

If you are going to be in Kentucky, you like antique stores, and wonderful dining experiences, go online and reserve your lunch time at The Glitz. Make sure you have time to peruse the old school house turned antique store. Lunch at the Glitz always includes a refresher, an appetizer, main course and dessert. The menu changes every 3 weeks or so. You will not regret it. Added bonus, a lovely winding drive through the country.

Incredible food! Felt like I was sitting in a fairy land enjoying lunch with my sisters. Owners were gracious and helpful. It was fun wandering through all the antiques after lunch. Highly recommend!!

Our visit to The Glitz was magical. It was my mom’s birthday and two of her sisters joined us. They were thrilled! The service was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful! We all loved our food and are planning a return trip again next year.

I had hope when I saw the place and walked in. It was in a cool area and had a hip vibe but than the restaurant part started. Service was slow and flat. The food was disappointing! I know I’m from NY and have had some of the best pizza but this didn’t hit the mark. My pizza was tasteless sauce and skimpy toppings. The best thing I had was the jalapeño appetizer. Overall… wasted meal.

We heard good things about this place and decided to give it a try. Well, the recent reviews were spot on. After ordering a drink each, we waited 45 mins for our waitress to tell us the pizzas were coming out. 20 mins later she came by and said they were putting them in the oven. Which one is it? It had been nearly an hour and they were just putting our order in and the place was half empty. When it finally came out it was the most average pizza. Only to realize there was plastic wax paper baked in one of the pizzas. Just disgusting and unacceptable lack of any attention, let alone for $18. Looks like someone also recently experienced the exact situation. Wanted to like this place, as it is local and seems like it could be fun, but will not be back after the numerous issues.

Two star since great beer at Mirror twin and outdoor patio seating compensates for the “bad” pizza. Pizza takes give or take 45 mins to 1 h consistently for the past 3 times we visited. The veg pizza itself was pretty bad (pardon my words here): please see the pictures (taste is :( ). Not to mention the prices are too high for the size and quality. I think some coaching on the folks preparing the pizza will certainly help the taste and quality to be as good as or better than some other competitors in town. You have the right equipments, all we need is training. I Support local and small businesses and want you to excel!

We had the whipped feta appetizer, a small pepperoni pizza, and a small chicken and Gouda pizza. It took over an hour to get the appetizer and an additional hour to get the pizza. The pepperoni pizza was good. The chicken and Gouda pizza tasted like absolutely nothing. No taste whatsoever. We had been there so long that as soon as the pizza arrived we asked for our check and a box to take it to go. Our server apologized for the wait time and said the manager gave us a discount. I paid on the electronic card reader and had it text me a recipe. There was no discount. So a cheese appetizer, and two small pizzas (slightly larger than a personal) was $70. An expensive lesson.

Went to rolling oven on 3/9/2025 and waited forever for food, it was busy sure, but larger groups after us got their food first. Pizza was good, but I’m home eating leftovers and found this piece of plastic baked underneath the cheese on the Buffalo chicken pizza. Considering our waitress told us they “dropped our pizza out of the oven it’ll just be a little longer” I’m shocked they served this. Wish I would’ve bit into this slice at the restaurant.

Brought a mixed group of 15 middle schoolers/high schoolers and adults. Pizza was really good. Everyone ate every bite...our advice- end with the S'Mores Pizza. You won't regret it! (Thanks, Max!)

Avocado skins are awesome! My husband had the Cuban. Nice place but very hard to find. Perhaps put or paint a large sign above the door.

The manager or who ever the big fast talking guy is, was incredibly rude, he was upset that we ordered something that wasn't already done and then apologized to his employees for having to make our order. On the + side our food was decent.

They never answer the phone tried several different times and no answer !! Why?

This little Caesars in Versailles makes great pizza. They are all business so don't mistake effort and efficiency with rudeness. No the manager wouldn't win any congeniality awards but who cares if the guy and his crew are putting out great pizza! Hidden little gem in Versailles. P.s. The owner was there working, very helpful and friendly working alongside with the staff, a great experience and we received our specialty pizza as well which was great! This location always provides great service and great tasting food!

BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I just picked up a pizza and found what looks to be WAX PAPER in the pizza! I called to report this And The manager was TOO BUSY?? To come to the phone

Rude and disrespectful and the food was messed up. We tried to call and they hung up on us. Owner never called me back. The pizza was folded over in the box and we had to cut it at home. The bread sticks were also cold and hard.

The pizzas are smaller but the same price as a real little ceasers, not worth it.
