It’s very big outlet with many brands. But there is no WiFi available from owners of the Outlet Mall. Also Public Restrooms signs are not displayed that are visible from distance.

The parking situation is out of control! Getting off the main road and into the parking lot was a nightmare. After spending an hour to park (not an exaggeration) we hit up only the stores before we were completely over it. The only store I had issue in was Converse. The guy (employee) with the shoulder length dreads wearing a white shirt needs to be checked. Dude was way too close to my niece (6 years old) the entire time we were in the store. No other employee followed us around like that. Watching the store and coming to every single spot where I was standing and being THAT close to my niece are two completely different things. He has serious creeper vibes. I couldn’t shop in peace for trying to watch him. It was such an uncomfortable experience. On the flip side, I bought my niece and myself three shirts and two packs of socks each plus a pair of shoes for $120. The sale definitely wasn’t a problem. I could have gotten more if I’d stayed longer though.

This place has an amazing selection of stores from designer brands to great deals on everyday favorites. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. I found incredible discounts and got exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, with plenty of parking. The staff in every store were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. If you love shopping and great deals, Allen Premium Outlets is definitely worth the visit!

Its a nice mall no doubt but im noticing a trend in the retail industry. Its supposed to be an outlet right? Discount prices because of discontinued products well what retail will do is mark up up the price and attach a 50% off making it the original price what it would be to begin with. Thats deceptive marketing. North face does it, American Eagle did it with some of their products and im sure plenty others too. Seems to be a trend with every retail especially Amazon

I live in Michigan but was visiting friends in Texas so I stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. The place was packed. There are much better stores in this outlet mall than we have in Michigan. I found a lot of great deals. I’ll visit again if in Texas again.

My son and I went Lacoste last weekend and my son got his bag with his wallet, keys, ID, cash stolen. We had to leave the car there this weekend and pay a locksmith alot of money to get a fob made for his Acura. Beware of your surroundings and be careful laying your things around. The police did review the cameras that day and found a couple took my son's Gucci bag containing his personal items.

Went there for local high school graduation. This facility has a clear bag policy. You might want to check on their policy before headed there. There are several entrances into the arena. Large lobby making it not as crowded. Also several concession stands but boy, the prices are something else. 😬. No outside food or drinks. There is parking garages or just outside retail parking. Some retails might block it just for them during events at the arena.

I recently attended the League of Legends LTA Finals, and the CUTX Event Center provided an experience that was certainly... memorable. The Good: The Amazing Staff Let's start with the heroes of the day: The staff. Every single person was friendly, helpful, and clearly working hard. They deserve all the praise for making the customer-facing experience genuinely great. The Bad: The Seating & Personal Space The seating here operates under a simple philosophy: No Personal Space Allowed. I'm convinced the seats were designed by a budget airline looking to cut corners. They are worse than coach. Forced Intimacy: Forget just touching legs—you will be bumping knees, hips, and definitely elbows with the complete stranger next to you for the entire duration of the event. If you hate having to reach out to people, this venue has solved that for you! You'll be new best friends whether you like it or not. The Ugly: Structural Surprises A couple of things to watch out for that added some unplanned action to the day: The Seat Trap: A quick safety tip: check your furniture! The seats in the row in front of us were not properly locked down. I luckily bumped one and noticed this major hazard before someone sat down and took a nasty tumble. You might have to save a life between games! The Merch Menace: In a place where you're shelling out for event gear, it truly sucks when the building tries to destroy it. There's a sharp, exposed metal corner near the trash cans that snagged and damaged my new merchandise while I was throwing away my cup. Watch out, or your expensive loot will become a casualty of the venue's poor maintenance. Conclusion If you can mentally prepare for the close-quarters combat of the seating and stay vigilant for structural hazards, the CUTX Event Center will host your event. Just remember to be careful with your legs, elbows, and especially your new merch!

This is a fantastic venue for concerts. Sound clarity was great! Everyone on staff that I came across was helpful and kind. Super clean restrooms. Free parking! This is by far my favorite venue in DFW.

I love doing to events at this arena. It's very close to my house, but it is always well maintained, clean, and customer friendly. If the hockey team that plays here was as good as the facility and staff, then they would win the Kelly Cup every year

We love to attend Allen American games as often as possible. It's wonderful family time and we don't have to drive downtown Dallas to attend a hockey game. The food is good and the staff is always super friendly.

Phenomenal seating, atmosphere, and team. Overall a 10/10! Will attend more games!

We love watching the Allen Americans play hockey here. I’ve also been to a concert at the event center. It’s easy to get around and there are 2 parking garages with lots more parking around the center.

I stumbled upon this outlet because I left my cowgirl hat in Weatherford. The boots and bling auction was starting in approximately three hours and I had no desire to drive an hour and a half back home to retrieve it. I also had no desire to spend hundreds of dollars on a new cowgirl hat. So I found this $25 hat from Windsor. I added accessories and Voila!

I Love it here cause there is so so much to pick from and doesn't cost a arm & leg.They been having a lot of cute clothes. Tgey have formal,casual and clothes for what ever season we are in. A lot of nick nacks,too. And a lot of purses to choose from.

Stopped in for lunch, was absolutely blown away by the size of the restaurant! We sat at the bar, the service was excellent. I got a special margherita on the rocks it was delicious. They have a big selection of drinks. The chips and salsa were really good and the queso was excellent. I got the cheese and onion enchiladas, loved them. My husband got good old regular beef tacos, he loved them too. Overall really, really good!!

Topgolf Allen is a decent spot for a fun night out, but it doesn’t quite match the experience at Topgolf The Colony. The staff here is friendly, and the bays are well-maintained, but the overall atmosphere feels a bit more cramped and less lively. The service can be hit or miss, with longer wait times during peak hours. Compared to The Colony location, the food quality and drink service aren’t as consistent, and the technology in the bays feels slightly outdated. The Colony also has a better overall vibe, with a more spacious layout and a more efficient staff. If you’re in the area, Topgolf Allen is still a solid choice, but if you’re willing to drive a bit further, The Colony is the better option for a smoother and more enjoyable experience. Would I come back? Maybe—but if The Colony is an option, I’d choose that instead

A fun family activity for all ages. I like the online reservation system for efficient visits. Service was great with attentive/knowledgeable staff. Food was on pub derived and festive. Drinks are good. There are discount days and times to help with budget. Overall fun for everyone that I will visit occasionally.

Had an amazing time as usually at Topgolf Allen!! Very organized, great staff , clean facilities, and fun environment! Had one tiny issue with our chicken sandwich and the manager and waiters took good care of us and went above and beyond! Keep up the good work on customer service I will be back for sure!!

This is a very well-kept location, but the service was extremely slow and bad. They just keep forgetting what we had ordered and never bothered to offer some water in the heat or check on us, and it wasn't even crowded.

It's 285 for 2 and a half hours plus 100 bucks of included food. The food isn't that great. The "nachos" aren't worth it. The cheese is laughable. You might as well skip that and get the unlimited chips and queso. There's barely any cheese on it. The salsa tastes like tomato pasta sauce. Barely any "salsa" flavor. It's incredibly loud here. Don't expect to be able to "talk'. Only yell through the other people yelling. Theres a clothing store at the bottom with incredibly overpriced merch. Overall it's alright. Way overpriced honestly.

We had quite a good time in this location. We were easily assigned a section despite being a busy weekend. The server was welcoming and food tasted good. Everything was great, only downside was the food portion. It was too less for the price we paid. Apart from that it was a fun experience. A must go place with friends and families ❤️

The wait was over an hr long. We were very patient but after being told 5 min to you table tome after time it was horrible. My family wanted to just have a bit if fun. The food was beyond horrible. Every single dish came back burned even our deserts. We hate complaining but it was so obvious yet our server still brought it out to us. Because they were in a hurry to give our table out after our golf time expired. I couldn't even finish my tea i was being asked to get up and leave cause customers were standing in front of me waiting for the table. We still left a generous tip. Honestly we felt robbed. It was not a cheap experience it's a costly experience.

St. Paddy's day escape! I've passed by this spot countless times, yet for some reason, I hadn't given it a shot until now. Well, I finally did, and boy was I in for a pleasant surprise! It exudes a BBQ atmosphere with a touch of country charm. We snagged a seat outside on the bench-style seating, and the food did not disappoint. The smoked wings were a delicious way to kick things off. Overall, everything lived up to expectations.

Came with a large group. Unfortunately, my recent visit was quite disappointing. While I appreciate a quick meal, the food quality was poor, with the fries being noticeably undercooked. ​The service was also a significant issue. Not greeted by the hostess in or out- she was on her phone. Our server was inattentive, and it took an excessive amount of time—nearly 20 minutes—just to receive water. ​I hope the management takes this feedback to heart to improve both the kitchen operations and front-of-house training.

I was out shopping in Allen and decided to walk over to this place and grab something to eat. My goal is to try new places I haven't been to yet as much as possible. I had never been here before even though I don't live that far away. It was pretty much what I expected. There's indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar. It wasn't very busy at all and there was nobody at the front when I walked in. There were maybe 2 or 3 tables occupied inside and maybe 5 or 6 people sitting at the bar watching the A&M game. I sat at the bar and ordered the sliders on the appetizer menu and a bottled beer. It was $21 and change total. I added the tip and rounded up so it was $27. You get 3 sliders with cheese and on top of each is a small onion ring and a pickle. It comes with a small ramekin of ketchup. The sliders were good, what you would expect for bar food. The onion rings were so bland, no flavor or seasoning at all. Overall the experience was just ok. Not sure if I would go out of my way to go back again with the multitude of other options in the area.

Amazing food, service, and vibe. Came here for a girls' lunch while out shopping. Our server was really attentive and helpful. Drinks never ran dry. We've had friends recommend this place and finally got to try it. Definitely see why. The food was so good. I was not a huge fan of the cornbread. It was a bit chewy and dry, but everything else was great. Ribs fell apart. Meatloaf was good. Ceaser Salad was excellent. The place was small and had a cozy, intimate vibe like a neighborhood pub kind of feeling.

Wanted to go somewhere with a good beer selection and food. Decided to try Kelly's out, on a Sunday for a late lunch. When we arrived were able to be seated immediately. Our waitress was awesome and she took great care of us and was very attentive, I didn't have a chance to get her name, would have liked to credit her here. I liked the selection of beers that they had as some of the beers I have not seen at other places. For food we ordered fried mushrooms, the brisket stuffed jalapenos, chili, grilled chicken club and brisket hash. Everything we ordered tasted great. I liked the brisket jalapenos, it had a good amount of heat! The brisket hash was HUGE! It was a mound of potatoes with brisket topped with 2 eggs. I'll definitely be back when looking for somewhere with a good beer selection and good food and excellent service.

I had high expectations since it’s always packed and has raving reviews, but to be honest it fell short. Most the times we’ve gone it has always been too crowded where it was a 2 plus hour wait. Today we got a table and it wasn’t that bad, there were many open tables. It took about 15 minutes before anyone came to us for drinks and throughout the night it was hard to find our waitress. She seemed busy and overwhelmed but that shouldn’t be an issue to us. The hamburger sliders were maybe a 5/10 and tasted mushy inside. The brisket fries/chips were really good and the fried pickles were mediocre. So for my first experience here overall it fell short and was subpar. I don’t know if I’d be back as nothing was great and there’s other places in the area that are far better to me.

I went on Sept 28th to go grab a bite with my wife at 7:30pm. They apparently had decided to shut down for a private event hours before their posted closing hours. There were signs in the door that they'd be closing at 8:30pm, a freaking hour later, and when we went in the hostess said "did you see the sign?" and we were like... "yeah" (I almost walked then, but we were hungry) and then we were seated only to get the same from the waitress who said "8 or 8:30 we're shutting the restaurant down entirely" to which I asked "Do you need us to just leave?" and she said "No, please stay" so we did. I'm guessing that was a half-hearted "please stay" remark but I honestly just took it at face value. My wife wanted a grilled cheese, they're oddly uncommon unless you're wanting something plain like a children's meal or just a strange one like some of the burger chains make. Now we've been about 5 times in 4 years over to Kelly's and just about every time was rudeness which was precisely why it was so few times. Rude service just seems to be a thing. Maybe I misunderstood, maybe Kelly's is one of those places where they are supposed to be rude? I don't know, not my scene if so. I really don't think it is and frankly other than decent food I doubt they'd be doing well if not for the great location and Collin county overcrowding and the drinkers who frequent their admittedly nice bar selection. Seems a bit overpriced though and their food certainly is. Frankly, I'm done, hope they know that by acting like that and not closing a little earlier so they aren't rushing customers an hour before, they're losing probably more money long term than these parties bring or the few regulars that might have to step away from the bar 30 more minutes earlier. Basically don't act like you're inconvenienced by your customers if they walk in an hour before you're supposed to close. If you need more time, make that time your closing time and take the hit. I usually overtip by way more than I should (30-50% usually), I tipped poorly, the waitress never even returned with our check so we could leave. For a bunch of people that were so rushed to get us out, they certainly didn't prioritize allowing us to cash out after we nearly choked ourselves on the food to appease their panicked schedule. I had to get the manager's attention for it. Mind you, they were already locking their doors by 7:45-8. So really they should have just said "hey we're closed" by 7-7:30 and put that on the door. It was just so tacky. So yeah... ya lost two customers and I'm a minor foodie influencer. Be better or at least tell people your restaurant is themed for rude service. Good potato soup though. To think if the service was pretty much ever good, at all, in the past 4 years I'd have probably managed to talk my wife into going about once every week or two for all of those years. I thought SURELY it was a fluke and kept trying.

My husband went to this location today at 2pm on a Tuesday, sign on the door says closed till further notice. There was an employee inside so who knows why it was closed. We had also tried a previous time on a weekend as well and they had no pretzels ready. Will not be returning.

We found this outlet at Allen premium shopping outlet when we were hungry. We took Chese Pretzels and surprisingly it was not cooked properly although it tastes good. From.iutside it was crunchy and tastes really good but from inside it just uncooked dough. But we did like the strawberry lemonade. Customer service was not as expected. We might be coming again.

First time here and we bought pizza pretzels and they were all burned up. Tasted awful and cinnamon pretzels had barely any cinnamon and were just not good

Hours on google and on wetzle pretzel website states that they are open until 9pm on Friday & Saturday. I placed an order for pick up and arrived at 8:20pm and the door was locked, but my order went through and my card was charged before 8pm. I called the store and suddenly 3 employees came from the back and were inside..strange. They said “they did not see my order come through/didn’t receive it.” I come here all the time during the day. Manager was no help, he said call back at 9am tomorrow and he’ll see if he “can find my order.” So my $15 just went to waste. Honestly won’t return, I ended up driving to Auntie Annie’s.

Employee was dishonest. Before I placed my order I asked if they had a fresh batch and they assured me that they did. When in reality they sold me a stale and oily product.

I was born in Hawaii, but was only stationed there roughly 6 yrs so don't remember the food in order to be able to compare it to what it should/should not taste like. This was my last shot at trying Hawaiian food! It's still giving Chinese take-out vibes, yet I enjoyed the meal and would actually come back to try other menu items. I don't see myself ever returning to the other Hawaiian spots I've tried which will remain nameless. Pretty chill customer service and the establishment is well decorated and clean.

Small, local restaurant servicing good Hawaiian food. The menu list was limited, but well executed. The Loco Moco was made to order and came out flavorful. My wife got Aaron's plate and she enjoys it but thinks it could be improved with an injection of veggies instead of double macaroni salad (it was too much carbohydrates for her when accounting for the rice and Hawaiian sweet rolls as well).

Food was very good and not greasy. The pulled pork was flavourful - without the bbq sauce. The seafood was cooked to perfection as well.. A decent portion size - filling but not overly so.

Another great authentic Hawaiian restaurant! The loco moco was spot on and the Big Islander was delicious & a lot of variety! I got some spam musubi to snack on! I'm from Hawaii and I'd recommend this spot to anyone wanting to try!

If you haven’t tried Hawaiian food hit up this place! We ordered the big islander for lunch and it was enough for two adults and a teenager which came out to around 26$ with three bottled waters! The food tasted great chicken was the bomb with the taste of sweet grilling added to the flavor. Came with two sauces on the side which were complementary of the pulled pork which was slightly salty but over all the food a was awesome!!!! Definitely coming back to this place.

we got the big islander which easily fed the two of us. we also got two Hawaiian suns which were pretty tasty! definitely recommend eating here because it’s affordable and yummy :)

First time experience at this restaurant, my significant other and I were wanting a quick bite and I was in the mood for a great fish and chips entrée. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted with a warm welcome, and the host wanted to know how our day went, which was nice. The atmosphere is inviting and can be family oriented or an intimate party of two for a date night. Our server, Elmer was attentive and informative of the meal and the specials. I got the dragon fruit mocktail with Yuzu and honestly, I got hints of bubblegum instead of a refreshing mix of Yuzu/mint and dragon fruit (1/10) do not recommend this drink. The bread and dipping oil that came out for starters was amazing. The bread was crispy on the outside soft on the inside the dipping oil was perfect to pair with it (10/10). We also got the crabcakes which were nice but we’ve had better (6.5/10). I had the fish and chips entrée with a side of garlic mash. The garlic mash seems like frozen potatoes, no flavor(0/10). The fish and chips seemed to be so crispy however in the middle of the fish the breading was soggy and doughy… the fries were not anything special (1/10) . My significant other had the lime cilantro salmon. It came with a side of corn almost like eloté.. but everything fell short in all honesty … the salmon was bland and lacking flavor , the lime cilantro sauce did not make up for it (4.5/10). Overall we would not be back to this restaurant. But the service and atmosphere was great.

Our server Kaden was amazing ! He recommended the chicken egg rolls and those were really good and was very happy with his recommendation and his personality ALSO how quick he was with bringing out our entrees ! 10/10 service and food. Would come again. (the last bite was indeed finished)

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Josh during our visit, and he truly made our dining experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, his professionalism and attentiveness stood out. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made sure every detail was taken care of without ever being intrusive. What impressed us most was his warm demeanor and genuine care—he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked in at the perfect times, and always did so with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a welcoming personality. Josh elevated our meal from great to unforgettable. We left not only enjoying the food but also feeling very well taken care of.

Sean was awesome! We had never been and came for a date night. He recommended awesome food that fit with my food allergies and his attention to detail was phenomenal. We split the seafood menu for two which had lots of delicious options. His dessert recommendation was the apple cheesecake and it was divine. My husband opted for the brownie which was also fantastic. We will definitely be back and ask for Sean! Thanks for an amazing night!

This was my 1st time to shop at Cabela's. I was in the market for a new handgun. The people at the front door and firearms counter were really friendly. It took a little longer for the background to clear. They contacted me a week later, to come and complete the sale. Now it's 2days before Christmas. The place was packed. It took about 90 to have my number called. Which was okay. I walked around this enormous store. There's something for everyone. I loved the huge aquarium (you have to see the gigantic catfish there). The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was not the wait. It would have been nice to have a place to sit. There were a few seniors waiting (including myself). Otherwise a great experience. And I got a great deal on a new 9mm handgun. They have a great selection of firearms.

Beautiful store. Always well stocked, always clean, always organized. Top notch selection of all outdoor hobby and interest items. The hunting and fishing departments, especially, are superb. The aquarium section is a nice add on, there are areas one can sit down and enjoy the fish behind the glass.

I go to Cabela’s every Tuesday night for advanced dog training lessons and we find the place delightful. Staff is very friendly, customers love seeing our dogs go through their paces, and our dogs are learning to be more people and dog friendly

We just purchased a new pontoon boat. Salesman Tim Crawford did a wonderful job finding the right unit for our needs in our price range. The process was fast and enjoyable. There were no surprises during the entire sales process. The service staff is great too. They had all the answers to our questions and needs. I wish the automobile dealerships followed the same process. We will be back!

Typically no issues with this place. But two things kind of took away from our experience. 1. The timeshare vacation promoters basically lie to your face and contradict what’s on the fine print to get you to sign up. 2. Don’t get your knife sharpened here. They ground off the tip off my Benchmade and found no issue with it. I didn’t expect the best sharpening in the world, but didn’t think it would be THIS bad

Since being taken over by Bass Pro, customer service has dropped significantly, selection is very limited in store. Better experience shopping online at competitive stores. I used to really enjoy going into Cabelas.

God bless Texas, this is the coolest stadium I've been to. The European mind could NOT comprehend how large and serious highschool football is here. It was definitely a lot to take in. Definitely bringing my fellow Europeans to check it out again

Very nice HS football stadium. Came to a game here vs Plano and enjoyed every second. Concessions are decently priced and very tasty. Not a bad seat in the stadium and lots of support from the home fans.

I was there for a graduation class of 2025.. it was a great Stadium to be in. Graduation show was great a little long but very nice my favorite part was the drone show!! 🙂

You have got to see this place! It's a dang high school stadium that is bigger and nicer than most college stadiums.

HS graduation 2025 1724 students and probably 10,000 attendees. Quick bag check so timely seating. AHS did an excellent job ticketing so attendees were near their graduates.

Very big and had I went for a graduation( had an awesome time) afterwards they had a firework display and drones display.. it was beautiful.. plenty of parking and easy to meet new people.

Horrible band with very vulgar students! Cursing at the opposing team and band. Very low life atmosphere. And if you don’t believe me, go to a game.

This is a great place for softball and baseball games. There are 4 softball fields that are made of all turf. They are currently building a nice, large playground as well. Overall great place maintained by the city of Allen!

Beautiful spot with a nice scenic bridge. Waterfall is small but nice to look at. Great place if you’re looking for a nice little walk in nature while living in the city.

Good park. Stopped with 3 kids. They got bored quickly. They did love the "mist" devices to help cool them off though.

Nice walking trail that leads to Allen Heritage Museum. The trail also takes you into neighborhoods wrapping around back into the park.

This place is my muse in early June when I do work around here. Beautiful green everywhere and so peaceful. Go during sunset. Everything is magical. I saw one family just run on the baseball fields and play around then leave. I noticed lots of parking and very clean grounds.

Nice clean park! Has misters for when it get a bit too hot and shaded seats when the sun is beaming down! There are drinking fountains with bottle refillers. Also the kids love playing conductor in the train. Last but not least, there are bathrooms, a must!

Thank goodness there's places free to the public that hold some history behind it, even the infrastructure for the culverts still have some integrity in their builds instead of some prefab slabs of Crete... family friendly, quiet and beautiful...makes for a good walk around and a lovely creek to explore, just be respectful of the critters.

We took a family outing to Pinstack today for the first time. We were pleasantly pleased. The bowling alley is handicap accessible and that’s a rare find (not steps, flat surface). Our mom was able to bowl for the first time in many years. I lost my earring while there and Lisa was so accommodating and her staff actually looked and found my earring. I was incredibly thankful for Lisa and her entire staff for giving us the best experience ever!!!

Pinstack is the perfect place for kids to have fun! There are so many games, a great bowling area, and even a climbing wall. My kids had a blast playing arcade games and winning prizes. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lively and safe. A fantastic spot for family fun—we will definitely be back!

This is the best bowling alley I have been to and I’m from Orlando Florida! I had such a good time. It was super clean and so much fun. I really enjoyed myself and the food was also really good.

Great place! It has everything you want in one building. A wonderful place to take your young children to learn to bowl and just have a good time. Enjoy snacks and drinks while you bowl. Children enjoy the arcade and there is a restaurant for dining, along with a bar to order any drink and specialty drinks.

I visited last weekend evening. The surrounding area is clean and well-maintained. You can enjoy arcade games and bowling. The bowling facilities were good. The selection of arcade games was just right for children, neither too many nor too few. There's also rock climbing (simple), but that's more suitable for children. It's a bit lacking for adults. You have to buy a game card for $2. Points can be exchanged for prizes.

The food is normally pretty good, albeit a little salty but that is to be expected. The customer service is always great and sitting outside even in the middle of summer is never that bad because the patio is well ventilated. However, they do need to do some major cleaning and repair to the patio and playground. While I never go onto the playground, in my most recent trip I had to temporarily venture onto the equipment with my kid and I was appalled by what I saw. The playground equipment is black from years of greasy hands touching the equipment, and the padding below the tuff is minimal. Also the fan on the patio needs to be dusted and cleaned as it is caked with dirt that could be falling into food and drinks below. It isn't bad enough for me not to go or recommend to others, but I would like to see a few scrub brushes get used to clean the equipment.

Decent location but it needs to be managed better. They were out of white milk and apple sauce. Rather than finding us in their sitting area they just let our kids meals sit there until so much time had passed that we had to get back in line to check on the status of our order at which point they informed us that they were out of multiple items. Poor inventory and customer management.

Did a Daddy, Mommy, Daughter date nite and when it came to food our girl asked to come here due to the playground. We agreed and were not sure what to expect. Overall the food was pretty good. I got the Southwest burger and my wife got the Bacon Royal. They were delicious and the fries and tots were good too. I was a bit shocked at the price for three meals here. My wife and my burgers had two patties but I was still a bit sticker shocked. That being said the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. They also offer wine and beer at a very reasonable cost. The playground was very nice and my girl had a blast playing on it. The ground was squishy and felt bouncy. Overall great times were had and the staff was super nice as the ketchup was out and he replaced it immediately.

Love this place for the kids. The food is always fresh, and they have gluten-free options, which is a must for my son with Celics. It would be great if they didn't charge extra for those who have no choice but to eat gluten-free.

I just ordered delivery. We ordered two fried chicken sandwiches and they were so incredibly salty that we could not eat them. Everything else was good.

I have been here several times and it’s always delicious. I took my family here today because my mom wanted a hamburger. We all enjoyed and the milkshake was very delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful!

This was one of the best burgers we have had in a while! The burgers are big so remember that when you order the extras. Regular fries were large. We ordered two burgers, fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks for $42. They have a veggie burger, an impossible burger, and a salmon burger. The place was clean and neat. The service was good but not exceptional. We will be back to try some of their other awesome sounding burgers. It was, as my husband put it, an experience. My only critique is that they could be more environmentally conscious as the food came in Styrofoam packaging. Thank you, Burger 82! We loved it!

I drive by this place all the time but haven't ever been in. Today after doing some shopping at HEB I decided to try it. I went in at about 6:30. There were only a couple of people there inside eating. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to take home. After getting my groceries home the burger and fries were still hot and tasted fresh. The burger is BIG! Everything was really good and I will definitely go back again!

The fries and onion rings were fantastic. Very crunchy and seasoned well. The employee was super friendly and fast. Our burgers were just okay. The bread was a bit too thick, with not very much flavor. Also it was quite expensive for what we got.

Good variety of burgers to choose from. Also, have salads, Philly Cheese Steak & shakes. The burger was tasty but maybe just slightly on the dry side, but we weren't asked how we wanted it cooked so it was pretty well done... The loaded fries were OK too but I would prefer melted shredded cheese over the nacho queso type cheese. The fries alone were yummy though. I will definitely say very fairly priced for the large portion sizes.

The fries were delicious! Employee was super sweet. Burgers though were pretty bland and just no flavor at all. Prices are pretty high too. The fried pickles just tasted like thick fried flour unfortunately. Very pretty and clean restaurant though and beautiful plants.

I already tried the food on this site and it is delicious 😋 the restaurant area is hot and pleasant, the decoration is beautiful, we were attended by a very nice girl who also speaks Spanish. I ate the desert first because I wanted it and I could not wait until after the meal. The dessert was delicious and fresh. 😍 I hope to go again very soon!

Amazing food that is well worth the wait. There is a small store with clothing, candy and souvenirs available. I'd recommend the New York Strip steak platter with the Strawberry Peach Lemonade!

We have ordered takeout from here twice now and both times have been less than stellar. Maybe dining in is a better experience? The first time we ordered, the fried chicken was a chewy texture, which was gross. We decided to give it another shot, avoiding fried chicken dishes, and here’s a picture of one of the meals. The meatloaf looked like the sole of an old shoe. It tasted alright, but I’m still in disbelief that an employee put this plate together and thought “this looks acceptable.” I’ll probably be avoiding this location in the future, at least for takeout.

Love the food. Even when really busy they get your food out quickly. The Food is always good and hot and we can take some home with us too. They have lots of goodies to look at with a Good price! We Love this place and highly recommend it any time of the week! 😉 ENJOY!

I don’t normally leave reviews for restaurants or businesses, but this experience last week truly touched my heart. While visiting Cracker Barrel in Allen, I witnessed the retail manager going out of her way to help an elderly guest tie their shoe on their way out. But it didn’t stop thereshe kindly walked them to their car to make sure they got there safely. On top of that, my own shopping experience was wonderful. The staff was so warm and attentive, helping me pick out the perfect gifts for my children. This is exactly why I love Cracker Barrel, and this location in particular. I later had the chance to talk with the retail manager, Ms. Yessi and later said, “If I can make someone’s life a little easier, even for a moment, then I feel like I’ve done my job.” That kind of kindness and dedication is rare these days, and it’s what makes this Cracker Barrel so special.

Well our food was cool when we got it and not hot like it should be. Then my daughter found a hair when she cut into her pancake. Like the hair was in the batter. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star is the manager finally took the price of the meals off. We love Cracker Barrel but might not go back to that location

Watters Creek is such a gem. Gorgeous landscaping with beautiful planter pots everywhere. Great restaurants with every food choice and price point. Lots of cute little shops and bigger chain stores. They have lots of great events here with music. Christmas is here is a must!

A fav place of ours from past.Very busy.I miss all.the Ducks and more peaceful.I saw kids small climbing on things that were signed to not be on!!I couldn't even take some photos because they're all over.Parents watch and discipline kids.One Dad was telling his kid to walk on the Stones around to the Restaurant!!I if he had slipped he would have cut his head open or drown!More signs to stay off things!

Watters Creek is going to start giving priority for parking to convention center patrons. Apparently, they will start charging them for parking in the Market Street and Michaels parking lot. This means that if you are going to go shopping, you may have to park in the same garage management admits is crime ridden. Good luck doing your holiday shopping. The convention patrons are not overly careful drivers and there is really no security patrolling. Be careful. The one-star rating is for Watters Creek management. The stores are great.

Awesome place to eat and shop! Favorite restaurant is Mi Cocina here. They recently renovated many of the areas with new landscaping and it looks amazing! Even attracted some new ducks that have babies following them around. Pretty cool to see. On the weekends there is live music to listen too most of the time and a great park/playground for the kids. It's a really well done shopping center. There are also some great walking trails right next to it so you can go on a walk before a meal or possibly after one to work off the calories! Definitely recommend a visit to either eat or shop here, or both.

This is a very clean, safe & fun outdoor shopping mall. There's an abundance of stores and restaurants. There are a bunch of seating areas that are throughout. There's an outdoor fireplace too! Lots of scenic space that restaurants with patios have views of. It's family friendly and they have music on the lawn, pet adoptions and crafting events. I'd look at their website for upcoming events. It really is a lot of fun here. Bring walking shoes.

Good old fashioned American cafe with the staples. Specials board with some old school offerings. Good price for literally everything in the menu. Got a very good chuckle from me, the kitchen was a mish mash of English, Spanish and Eastern European languages spoken throughout. Breakfast was good but I think they need to clean the black top. My hash browns tasted burnt and greasy even tho they had a great cook on them.

Busy location; good food & efficient waitress. Toddler enjoyed his meal and ate most of it. Pancake covered the entire plate. I had the French toast combo with berries didn’t get a photo; husband enjoyed the chicken fried steak combo also no photo; chicken fried was a full skirt steak & gravy was good. There was no kid menus provided.

I normally come to Alan Café to relax and have a good meal. I particularly like to go there after having a fresh haircut. Barber is down the street. This was a very underwhelming experience. I was really looking forward to hot soup and a sandwich. I chose the fresh homemade chili and what I was told was freshly made. Chicken salad. Coffee was good. The chicken salad looked and tasted thrown together with pieces of lettuce , that were seriously off color and taste. The chicken salad had very little flavor, although it was clear that it was fresh. There wasn’t a lot of chili and it was lukewarm at best. Definitely not hot. I usually love this place. I ordered the hot apple pie which I was told is homemade. It is possible that it was homemade, but it wasn’t particularly memorable. Like the sandwich which looked thrown together, the pie also did not look like it was served as much as it was thrown on a plate. The flavor was OK but certainly not good. The chili was flavorful.

Sad I just found this place, but glad I did. Food is hot and fresh and with great service. My favorite has been a single order breakfast burrito with an order of biscuits and sausage gravy. My friend ordered the pancakes and they were very big and I will have to try those next time.

Allen Texas has a Bar- B- Que spot that really delivers ! You know when you see work trucks,minivans, and Mercedes in the parking lot , you are in for deliciousness. The chopped brisket sandwich with beans and potato salad was outstanding. The service and preparation was great. Service was 11 out 10. The highlight for me were the ribs. They had a great seasoning and I liked how it still little bit of chew and connected to the bones. The lean brisket is best for dine it, still good flavor. Prices are very fair.

Juicy brisket, big ribs, and the best green beans I’ve ever had. We’ve been eating here for years and keep returning because the food never disappoints. The unassuming exterior and rustic interior make Big Ray’s the perfect casual family dining experience.

I pass by this place every day from work, got online a few days ago and saw that they had Bologna, (my favorite thing to try at new barbecue places) I went in today after work and was greeted as soon as I walked in. That was a pleasant surprise! The staff was extremely attentive! I ordered the bologna, the chicken the carrots and cucumber salad. Everything was amazing, I ate the carrots on the way home! My first visit and not my last, I'm telling everyone about this place!

Went today to try their lunch special. $9.99 for a pulled pork sandwich and mac and cheese. Very good deal and tasted even better. I Will be coming back!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a good BBQ spot. I came across Big Ray’s BBQ back in June. I got a two meat plate and some ribs. Everything was absolutely delicious at that time! So delicious in fact, that when my family came in town to visit, I told them they had to try this BBQ place. We ordered our food online! Maybe that was a mistake. I was highly disappointed because the first time I went, the food was absolutely delicious. This month, when my family and I got food from there, it was the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. Three meat plate (with ribs, brisket, and sausage), only ONE rib was on the plate, and it was a dried burnt end piece. The chicken on the other three meat plate, tasted as if it had been stored for a few days and then reheated, with absolutely no flavor. Maybe it was an off day for them, which can happen to any of us. I’m not sure what happened in between June (when I first went) to now, but I pray they make some changes for the better!

Great place to eat and great family owned business from Oklahoma. I am probably giving favoritism but when I ate there I taste the bake beans and seen they had BBQ Bologna and I knew that it was Oklahoma BBQ. I grew up with the owners children went to high school with them and knew of there mother Mrs. Cotton so glad I ran across them so I would say out of this place and Hutchinson BBQ right now for my favorites. The brisket on point the gud stuff and BBQ Bologna all of it peach cobbler you name it! Enjoy our Home Cooking!!!!

Our First Visit to Dino Kidz – Allen: A New Favorite! This was our first time at Dino Kidz, and my 3 year old had an absolute blast! We ended up staying for nearly three hours, he didn’t want to leave. The variety of activities kept him fully engaged, from the soft climbing structures and slides to the ball pit, mini merry go rounds, and imaginative pretend play areas. There’s truly something for every child to enjoy. One of the standout features is the dance party that happens every couple of hours. They dim the lights, play fun music videos, and even have a bubble party, it was a major hit! The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and constantly cleaning and sanitizing the play zones. The entire facility felt very safe, clean, and well maintained, which is especially important for families with younger children. Another big plus: admission is all-inclusive, unlike many play spaces that charge extra for certain activities. It’s also more affordable than most, making it a great value for families. The padded flooring makes it especially toddler and baby friendly. It’s the perfect spot for playdates and socializing with other families, and being a family owned business makes it feel even more special. Hands down, this is a 10/10 experience. Dino Kidz is now officially our go to indoor play space in Allen!

The absolute best play place we’ve been to! And we’ve been to a few different ones! This one is more physical play vs like imaginative play which made it perfect for my 20 month old! He’s close to 2, but not really in the imaginative play stage, JUST yet. This place has a carousel, a ball pit, play houses, slides, dance time, & more I can’t even list it all! Staff were amazing, super nice & helpful. We came all the way from the Texarkana area & when we come back to the area we 100% will be back!! :) thank you all so much for making my son’s day a great one, today!

Wow, took my son (1 yr old) here for the first time and had SO much fun!! While other places can feel a bit stiff, here kids really can be kids and parents seemed more relaxed too. Lots of toys/activities and the dancing and bubbles were the icing on the cake. Also got to meet the lovely owner, Jill, who was so welcoming! Tip for newcomers: check their website for hours, as they change weekly.

Fantastic play spot for toddlers! Clean and friendly atmosphere for the kids with so much fun to be had! Slides, ball pits, dancing and so much more....the smiles we saw were amazing! Repeat customer and the kiddos still love it! What a great place for smiles!

My son and I love this place! He has loved coming here ever since he was 1 years old! We recently got to celebrate his birthday here and we had so much fun! Jill and her team helped everything flow so nicely and I got to relax and have fun with my kiddo! I highly recommend having your child’s birthday party here and doing Open Play here as well! First time going to this theater. I enjoyed it. Friendly staff, I will go back. My particular seat had an awful squeak , so I couldn’t recline or sit up during movie.

The worst experience with the concession stand here. The cheese pizza crust was soggy & was overloaded with cheese. The popcorn was cold the nachos were stale and came with cold cheese and bad jalapeños. Dr. Pepper was watery.

The guy taking our order at register 3 had some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He didn’t greet us — he just stood there, completely expressionless, staring at us like we were an inconvenience. There was absolutely zero effort to be polite, friendly, or even remotely welcoming. It honestly felt like we were bothering him just by ordering popcorn and drinks. I get that people have bad days, but if your job is to interact with customers, the bare minimum is to at least try. A simple “Hi, what can I get for you?” or even a fake smile would’ve been better than whatever that was. His attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. It honestly set a negative tone for the rest of the visit. When I’m paying ridiculous prices for snacks, I shouldn’t also have to deal with someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there and takes it out on the customers. He singlehandedly ruined what should’ve been a simple, quick, and positive part of the night. Do better. 07/05/25 at register 3, 6pm

Cinemark Allen is a decent spot to catch a movie, but it’s not without its flaws. The location is convenient, and parking is never too much of a hassle. The lobby is spacious, and the ticketing process—whether at the kiosk or through the app—is straightforward. The theaters themselves have comfortable seating, with reclining chairs that make longer films more enjoyable, and the sound and picture quality are generally solid. However, the overall cleanliness could use some improvement. On my last visit, the floors in the theater were noticeably sticky, and there was leftover popcorn in several cup holders. The bathrooms, while functional, felt like they could have used a mid-day cleaning. Concession prices are also on the high side, which is expected at most theaters, but it stings a bit more when the popcorn isn’t particularly fresh. Customer service was hit or miss—one staff member was polite and helpful, while another seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than assisting guests. Crowd control during busy showtimes could also be better, especially with people talking or using phones during the movie. Overall, Cinemark Allen gets the job done if you’re looking for a casual night out at the movies, but it’s not quite the polished experience it could be with a bit more attention to detail.

Like all newer cinemark the seats are better than home as most families I know don't have full recliners for everyone. The theater movie club is awesome. You get a free ticket each month, you have no fee for online orders, discount prices for food orders online. You tell them what time you want your food order so you just walk to the order pick up and go to your seat. At the allen cinemark you can order Adult drinks at their bar.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this theater was. From the outside it appears to be an older theater but the inside tells a different story. They definitely have remodeled it and added updates such as luxury loungers, a bar area, redid the snack bar and many more amenities. The chairs where in good shape, the staff was friendly and everything was clean which is really a nice surprise for a movie theater. I will definitely be back to the Cinemark Allen 16 and XD theater really soon.

Went to watch Jurassic Park with my wife, and the movie itself was completely overshadowed by the awful experience at this theater — all thanks to the manager. The XD projector quality was absolutely unacceptable: dim, blurry, and nothing close to what you’d expect from a “premium” screen. But the real issue? The manager. Completely clueless. She couldn’t even tell the difference between poor and decent screen quality. Instead of acknowledging the problem or offering a solution, she acted like we were the problem. Her attitude was dismissive, rude, and honestly made things worse. This is hands down one of the worst-managed theaters I’ve been to. If this is the kind of leadership they have in place, it explains everything. Avoid the XD format, and avoid this location if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Food here was really good! They have wine flight options as well as wine by the glass and bottle. Decent place, not sure if it’s new or been around but I just noticed it recently. Doesn’t scream wine bar from walking up but the outside patio is really nice.

My family met here for a Christmas get together before we all have our own individual family christmases. Everyone but one tried their wine flights which was a lot of fun. Then we all shared appetizers including the goat cheese honey beignet, the wagyu meatballs, the charcuterie tray, the Caesar salad, the lobster and shrimp potstickers, calamari and the bruschetta. Everyone enjoyed what they had, of course I would recommend the cheese plate but also the goat cheese and honey Beignets were a different appetizer from the usual so I would recommend that as well. It's a cute little atmosphere with a nice looking bar and beautiful lights around the trees for the holidays. There is a parking garage right across the street so easy to access. Everyone had a good time.

Wanted to update my review, because I can't say enough good things about Cru! Chef Jordan is a genius. HIGHLY recommend tasting many dishes here. They have specials that they change up, incredibly nice and knowledgeable staff, too! They have gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. My husband and I LOVE dining at Cru - Watters Creek!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time here this past Saturday. We got wine flights, a cheese board, and ended our date with a creme bru le. I can’t quite remember our waitresses name but she had long brown hair and wore a cute black dress. She was very sweet. I would 100 % recommend this place!

I guess we came at a bad time/day? But then again, they said the barstool had been falling apart "for awhile." I should have taken the wobbly seats with visible loose parts (and lack of regard for customer safety) as a sign to leave. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup and it was not great (just bland). It came with grapes that were old and had a ton of blemishes and soft spots. My husband ordered the Ahi Tuna (happy hour size) and he could only stomach 2 bites. It had a brownish color and tasted very very fishy...far more than fresh tuna normally does. No one checked on us at any point and they seemed unaware of the fact that we both stopped eating fairly early on. My husband asked if the tuna was popular after we asked for our check. The waitress said it was, and waited until after he has signed the check to then ask if he was a fan of it. We won't bother coming back

The flights were yummy and fun. The meatball appetizer and truffle pizza were a bit dry. Our server was lovely and the atmosphere on the patio was relaxing but I found the food to be a disappointment and the pour a bit light.

Went here for a spontaneous date night with my boyfriend, and it couldn’t have been better! We sat at the bar and our bartender was lovely and took such great care of us. Not to mention the wine and food were spectacular! Great ambiance and such a cute little place tucked in Watters Creek. We will be back! Thanks again!

Wonderful food, but authentic home based taste. .. good service

Tried this place back after awhile. The food was good portions for lunch special and let us sit when time was close to ending. Still enjoyed the food but I feel the freshness isn’t like before.

An absolute delight of a dining experience. Friendly calm atmosphere, bright and inviting. Food is fantastic and consistent, today I had the haleem which is a complex play of flavors and textures. Every time I come here it feels like coming home.

Absolutely horrible food!! Just ordered Chicken Tandoori and Biryani. I don't know where they buy their chicken from but the chicken leg looks like that of a horse! The size isn't normal (too many steroids probably). The taste is horrible, the biryani is completely devoid of any taste. and the chicken leg looks like it's painted Pink. Ended up throwing the food out. What a waste of hard earned money.

Honestly best fish biryani I have ever had. The fish was fresh and seasoned to the right amount! The rice was also great texture and almost made me wanna order seconds and thirds. The Nihari was also good as well as the fresh nun bread. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try any different cuisines for Indian, Pakistani, and Bengali! 10/10!!!

This review is after multiple visits and trying all most everything on the menu. I must say Silver spoon is the best Pakistani restaurant in Dallas. They maintain consistency in their flavors and quality of food, that’s why they have been in business for the past 30+ years. Everything on their menu is delicious but my favorite is Lahori fish and rice. A must try restaurant.

I’m so glad I found this place! The food is 100% delicious, almost all dishes are made fresh from scratch by the owner/chef. The service is fantastic—special thanks to Ekaterina for her friendliness and excellent menu recommendations! I can’t wait to try the Hedary’s chicken from the specials next time :) The atmosphere is very cozy and down to earth, I loved the music choices as well. Lovely place to eat. You feel like you’re family there. Elvis, our waiter gave us the hid of the home and many other fun facts about the restaurant and food. It’s fresh, great service & feels like home.

The location is adorable and the family who owns it is so nice. I would go there just for that. However, the food blows everything else out of the water. Every dish was superb. I couldn’t carry on a conversation at one point because I had to stop and just savor the lamb chop. The Hedary chicken is a must.

The best Mediterranean place to go! Allen, Plano or McKinney! It's a small mom and pop shop that is a hidden gem in Allen. They uses local and clean ingredients in their food. We highly recommend getting the Hedary's chicken (good for 1 hungry person) and Hedary's soup.. their hummus is amazing too omg. *** Pro tip from the staff: if you get the chicken, you eat it with their freshly made pita bread. Dip it in the sauce, wrap the chicken meat with it etc. Not rice. Made this mistake before. Never again. Lul. The staff is amazing and very passionate about their restaurant! The ambiance is also quite lovely. Good for families, dates, big gatherings etc. prices are also fair. If we could, we would visit this place every weekend lol. Also it's a BYOB/W restaurant. Enjoy!

I love Mediterranean food and had it many times, but this was some of the best I've ever had. The service was wonderful too. The atmosphere is so cozy in a house built in 1904. Our server, the son of the owners told us a lot of history about the home, the food and the family. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely taking friends and family there. We also loved that it's BYOB.

I typically love Hedary’s and have always recommended the restaurant to my friend. Yesterday evening, the food took half an hour longer to be received. When I got it, it had already become cold. The hummus wasn’t fresh like it normally was. This was really disappointing since I was treating a party of 4 to my visit. I love the picturesque view, and the owner has always been cordial.

I had a guest from out of town and I thought of Hedary's for the cute historical home and excellent and fresh Lebanese food. I love this family restaurant and learning from Elvis about the family story. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Elvis! We enjoyed our dinner!

Very attentive service, there were lots of options. The waiter was very patient with me and my friend. We had a great time eating and chatting away. Great place to eat with friends! I loved the scorpion roll I picked out, great amount of spice, definitely will get it again.

They were good! The sushi was fresh and above average compared to other local sushi places. They had some nice appetizers that we enjoyed. The service was good.

Very good Japanese restaurant! Food was delicious! Rolls were a little too big but very tasty! Salmon lunch box was delicious! Service was fast! Calamari was one of the best we ever had. Fried in the right temperature! Definitely coming back!

Seafood Sunomono Salad, crab and cucumber- 👍Romantic Danny - spicy tuna, jalapeño,cucumber, salmon. Calimari was perfect and the sauce made it more tasty. Great portions👍 Drinks could be a little stronger🤓everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the puff roll, it was bursting with cream cheese, very tasty. The waiter was patient with me and my indecisive on what to order due to the wide range of options. Great ambiance and atmosphere. I will be back.

The food here was delicious! We've lived nearby forever & never stopped by, but the family was craving sushi today so we decided to try it out last minute. We ordered the Popcorn Lobster Roll, Volcano Roll, Cream Puff Roll, & the Dynamite Roll. Everything was pretty tasty. I especially like the Cream Puff Roll as cream cheese in sushi is a must for me personally. Will definitely stop by here more often!

I had a craving for sushi and decided to go here to place an online order(which btw was easy and seamless). I tried the sushi and sashimi lunch with a side of fried oysters(I ate them all before taking a photo,Lol) and everything was so delicious! The sushi was fresh and prepared to perfection. I was surprised at how good the fried oysters were and enjoyed every bite . 10/10 highly recommend!
