Bridge
Sights & Landmarks
The Peace Bridge is a stunning 5,800-foot-long international bridge that connects Buffalo, New York, with Port Erie, Ontario, Canada. It stands as a symbol of the enduring peace between the United States and Canada. The bridge's five arches rise gracefully from the Niagara River, offering visitors an awe-inspiring sight. Walking across this picturesque bridge provides breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
15 mins tops! Several lanes were open. Efficiency is clearly important. It was even a weekend day, during su.mer season.
Johanna H — Google review
Very cool bridge! When we went, back in late May, there were prom pictures happening on it so it was quite rowdy and crowded! Very cool views though.
Sara L — Google review
Great views of crossing over lake Erie. Coming back home to Canada 🇨🇦 is great. Border security personnel at our Canadian side are more welcoming and humble. Love my home Canada 🇨🇦
M. H — Google review
It was ambition to cross the Peace bridge which is between USA and Canada by foot. Well, the day i selected was not favourable as it was too windy and cold. I didn't get much time to record videos as my cap was blown away. The area I wanted to see was the sea barrier between these two countries and it was awesome. Scenery was studding and bit feary too...
Zia S — Google review
The drive from Niagara to the Peace Bridge is beautiful, with a lake and stunning houses. It’s a must-visit, especially in summer's rainy weather.
Naeem A — Google review
I had an exciting experience crossing this bridge on foot. It took me about 15min.
Yesica M — Google review
It is cool to see Lake Eerie to you left and the Niagra river headed towards the falls on your right. You can also see the Canal. The border at the time if our crossing (about 5:00pm on a Saturday) into Canada was quick. It may be helpful to add that it was the same night as game 7 of the World Series in Toronto and the very next day was a big game against the Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs. We came back the next day over the rainbow Bridge crossing and that took about 45mins.
Rolland B — Google review
Dear Canadians, I want to share my very disappointing experience at the Canadian border (Peace Bridge) on November 7, 2025. I had driven over 400 km to the U.S. to buy small Christmas gifts for my grandchildren in Florida, since many Canadian stores have closed and our Canadian credit cards are declined when shopping online at most U.S. stores. When I returned to Canada, I declared all my purchases honestly, but was treated with unnecessary rudeness and aggression by a border officer in window 12. I was sent for a full car inspection and spoken to as if I were a criminal — all over a few small Christmas gifts worth $150. I explained to the officers that my husband in usa now and cant order these small gifts online as our cabadian cards are rejected by regulations. I explained nicely that these gifts are coming with me back to Florida within a week with a proof of my teckets. But The officers sent 6 officers to fully inspect my car. And another officers were rude as well , showed no kindness or respect to their own Canadian citizens and the experience left me in tears and shaking hands. I respect the job our border officers do, but I wish they would remember that they are dealing with honest, law-abiding Canadians — people who deserve to be treated with dignity and basic human respect. May be you all are so happy with your job today, but think twice if God is happy with how you are dealing with own Canadian citizens and people overall! Canada is not Welcoming Country anymore!!!

Old Fort Erie, situated in Ontario, Canada, is a historical site that offers an immersive experience of the War of 1812. The fort features costumed guides, re-enactments, and interactive displays that bring to life the sights and sounds of a fort under siege. Visitors can join daily tours, witness musket demonstrations, and take part in special events such as the Siege of Old Fort Erie reenactment and the Speaker Series.
What a great Fort, and way to learn about the War of 1812. My grandmother used to bring me here in 1968. Fort is still as historically relevant and charming as ever. Great way to teach children about an often forgotten war.
John T — Google review
Old Fort Erie is a national historic landmark located on 350 Lakeshore Rd. in Fort Erie, Ontario. The fort is very well preserved and in immaculate condition. There are daily tours, musket demonstrations and annual special events like the Siege of Old Fort Erie reenactment and the Speaker Series. There is a historic monument commemorating, the fallen soldiers of the war of 1812 in addition to a museum with much historical information relating to the Ford as well as the war of 1812. The site is a true pleasure to visit. Tickets are required and parking is free. The Fort is located on an elevated area overlooking the Niagara river and Lake Erie and the city of Buffalo absolutely spectacular views and wonderful visit to this historical landmark. I highly recommend.

Really cool historical site and totally worth visiting! Old Fort Erie gives you such an interesting glimpse into Canada’s history and the War of 1812. The staff and guides are amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable, and really bring the stories to life with their passion and details. 🏰🇨🇦 The re-enactments and demonstrations make it even more engaging, and the layout of the fort is well preserved, so you can actually picture how soldiers lived back then. There’s a nice mix of indoor exhibits and outdoor areas to explore, plus great views of the Niagara River. It’s quiet, educational, and surprisingly fun — great for both history buffs and families. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want to experience a different side of Niagara beyond the waterfalls!
Khuram S — Google review
My boys and I had a great time and experience here at old fort Erie. We watch an episode of ghost adventures that was filmed here. They were super excited. The musket demonstration was fantastic.

Well worth a visit. Under 18s free. Staff excellent. Information video to start and then a costume dressed guide takes you round. We had Ethan and he was so good. Very informative. My kids loved it here. Lovely gift shop area and small cafe. Excellent parking, loads of space, even for RVs. Easy to get to. We visited before we crossed into the USA on our road trip. It's a great stop on this route as it's so close to the customs border. Great place to soak up some history.
Charlotte D — Google review
We had an excellent time at the fort complex. It began with a ~20 minute film on the fort and war of 1812 followed by a tour of the entire fort. The tour took over an hour, and our guide”Sarah “ did a great job and patiently answered our questions. We also saw a musket firing. There were other displays set up in fort buildings to see on our own. Reenactors dressed in period clothing. After that walked through a very modern and well laid out museum with artifacts and soldiers stories. Has a nice cafe and gift shop. Good, free parking onsite.
Dennis P — Google review
This is a beautiful War of 1812 fort with adjacent museum. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Be sure to take in the reenactments. Be prepared for loud weaponry demonstrations. There is a gift shop and small cafe. Perfect for history buffs.

Waverly Beach Park is a charming and picturesque coastal area, perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides along the Friendship trail that stretches from Old Fort Erie to Matther Park. The park is adorned with tall trees, lending it an impressive and grand appearance. While some parts of the water display green moss near the rocky sections, there are clean areas where you can comfortably dip your feet in on the right side of the path.
Waverly Beach in Fort Erie is a hidden gem offering a beautiful and clean escape. Its serene and calm environment is ideal for relaxation, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The beach's proximity to the Friendship Trail and nearby forest adds to its charm, providing excellent opportunities for nature walks and exploration. It’s a perfect spot for a tranquil day by the water.

Nice beach with sand and shells. Be careful when entering the water. Somewhere you can find sharp concrete chunks hidden under the water. Lovely park nearby with ruins that used to be an immense recreation centre mostly for Americans a while ago. The beach has a small parking lot.

Alot of sharp shells worried about kids cutting their feet. Very fish smelling. The beach was quiet thou and lots of parking.

Haven’t been here for more than 10years,it is even better than before.Beautiful beach, serene park, lovely dogs happily running around. Recommend to come when you come to Falls, just 15 minutes drive from falls.

Quaint little beach park. Nice for a stroll or bike ride onto the Friendship trail that goes all the way past Old Fort Erie up to Matther Park. Tall trees line the park giving it a majestic look. The water is full of green moss near the rocky areas but is clean to dip your feet into towards the far right as you walk along. It's as the name suggests - a beach park.

Beautiful, peaceful spot to watch the sun come up - and to enjoy the eclipse that happened on April 8. 😉 You get a great view of Buffalo in the distance, the horizon is beautiful, and it's just a really nice place that feels like it's in cottage country. Some cool ruins, though if you have kids please keep an eye on them - they could get hurt. Parts of the beach are private, but there's a large public area as well. There are public washrooms. The sand is "meh". I saw a few people walking barefoot, but there were so many shells and rocks that I couldn't see how it was comfortable for them.
Nikki H — Google review
This is a great hidden gem. I probably shouldnt tell anyone. Brought my 2 well behaved dogs so they could swim and meet other well behaved dogs. Lots of shady places nature walk and nice beach. Public restrooms better kept than some McDonalds bathrooms. Good place fir an after noon nap. Get water before you come. Although the have fountains to drink from. Bring swim shoes as this is a beach of shells and sand.

To find the ice boom, we accidentally stumbled upon this park. There aren't many parking spots. A paved bike trail, and a walking trail. There's a sandy beach, covered by ice at the moment. The cold winter and wind storm turned this little beach into an amazing hidden treasure in March,, 2019. Wind storm in Feb pushed piles of blueish ice near shore. It was a famous amusement park a hundred years ago, including a casino.

2 employees at betting counters. Speaking to the male, he was eating a bag of chips and some was spitting out as he spoke. You'd think he would adjust but he kept eating and talking. Later, we approached the lady and she was pleasant and helpful. One table had the pedestal unattached. Could have been disaster with drinks. However, staff was nice and races were on time and fun. We'll go back next season.

It was a first time here for the whole family!! What a great time!! Parking was free, entry was free. The food was reasonably priced. The horse races were great! And the weiner dogs races were super fun/funny as well! We didn't bet any money as we wanted to see what happens first. We will definitely be coming back in August for the basset hound races!!

We had a good time at Fort Erie Racetrack. The kids really enjoyed themselves and it was a fun outing overall. The food was on the pricier side, and the crowd was very scarce, which made the atmosphere a little quieter than expected. Still, it was a nice day out and worth the visit.

Nigh’s sweet shop offers an extremely wide range of chocolates! I was encouraged to try the caramel caramel corn and oh boy I’m glad I did! It’s definitely worth $5.99 and I will be coming back for more! They have many truffle and buttercream options which were super rich and fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
Cam L — Google review
Hi, I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to bring something to your attention regarding your chocolates. I recently received a box as a gift, and while they were beautifully made, I didn’t realize that all of them contained Irish cream and liqueur because there was no label indicating it on the packaging. Since I don’t consume alcohol for religious reasons, this was quite concerning for me. I believe it would be really helpful if boxes with alcohol-infused chocolates were clearly labeled, so customers can make informed choices. I wanted to share this feedback with kindness, as I truly appreciate the effort you put into your chocolates. Thank you for your time
Akriti D — Google review
Lovely people as soon as you walk in the door. And what a wonderful, delicious smell! I make my own chocolates using basic melting chocolate wafers - but the chocolate used by Nigh's is, by far, the nicest and smoothest I've ever tasted (and I happily taste test ANY handmade chocolate). It was dreamy 🥰. And the fillings we've tried so far - DEVINE! Worth a stop if you're in the area. In fact, WELL WORTH A TRIP JUST TO VISIT NIGH'S!

A nice cozy diner on the intersection of Netherby and Sodom, it can feel tight on busy days. The food is alright, I had the special breakfast and I found the sausage dry. Bar & grill
Nestled along the scenic banks of the Niagara River, Southsides Patio Bar & Grill is a delightful spot that combines a relaxed atmosphere with stunning views. The vibrant patio and quirky indoor seating create an inviting ambiance perfect for unwinding with friends or family. Diners can indulge in a diverse menu featuring mouthwatering options like pulled pork tacos, perogies, and juicy homemade burgers served alongside generous portions of fries and salad.
We tried this spot for the first time, and it was delicious. The food was so fresh! The crab cakes are definitely a must try along with the stuffed peppers! 😋 they both were dishes that were unique and had their own kick to it. The grilled fish tacos were also a healthy, tasty option as well. Edit: My only recommendation is to go when the chefs are present and serving, if you are going for their food.
Jabeen M — Google review
We thoroughly enjoyed our meals here. All we're excellent. Although it was a special of the day, I would especially recommend the pulled pork tacos. The menu had a large variety of items offered. The beer selection on tap is limited to Budweiser products. The indoor seating is limited and funky in a good way. The outdoor seating is equally funky with great views of the Peace Bridge and the Niagra River. I can imagine that this would be a great place for a date in the evening when the bridge is lit up. Our server was efficient but a bit rough around the edges. Our drinks, including water, were never refilled.
Dave S — Google review
Great location with a fantastic view from the patio. Plenty of parking for motorcycles in a separate area that we weren't aware of and there is plenty of street parking. Service overall: they do the best that they can as fast as they can but they are definitely understaffed. If you don't have over an hour for lunch during nice weather then rethink your choice so you aren't upset with the service; we were there approximately an hour and 45 minutes. First time there even though we've gone by many times, we found the pricing pretty average but be aware that sandwiches/wraps/burgers etc do not come fries so there is an upcharge for pretty much every meal. Yes the food is great, portions are smaller compared to many other places but there is no waste and you still leave full. That $15 wrap becomes $18.50 and so on. Basically you are paying the extra for the location/view. That being said, it was very enjoyable and the food we had was very unique and tasty. For locals I could see this being an amazing spot. They were even setting up a band on a late Sunday afternoon. We will go back but plan our timing better now that we know that the very friendly servers are great but dont have enough help. Roast beef and cheddar on a bun was excellent, buffalo wrap was grilled or pressed which made it unique and very tasty. The burgers were also good, the sweet potato fries and the fresh cut fries were tasty. As mentioned before, we will be back.

I went to this restaurant by the lake in Fort Erie and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The waitress was rude from the start, she tossed the menu on the table and was not polite at all. When I mentioned that we were just having drinks, the treatment got even worse. Later, when I went inside to pay, she even made fun of us. I had been planning to come back to try their fish and chips, but after that kind of behavior I’ve changed my mind. Definitely not a place I can recommend.

I walked in on a Sunday to have brunch. They didn't serve breakfast but they offered a lunch and dinner menu for breakfast. There was no one at the restaurant when I walked in which was a little strange for a country club on a Sunday. I thought they would be busy for brunch. Anyway, I ordered a chicken sandwich with Thai rice soup. The soup was delicious and honestly would have been enough for me. The burger was huge and really crispy. The only complaint I had is that it tasted a bit bland. If it had a bit more salt, I would have been happy. Nonetheless, the portion of the meal was sufficient. I couldn't eat even half of it. So it went a long ways. The menu selection is not what I would expect from a country club and overall the ambiance seemed more like a diner. They do have a nicer dining area I believe for members. The value I received from the dish I ordered was fair but I was not impressed by the overall experience.

If you are looking for a great meal with a beautiful view then ask to sit on the patio over looking the 18th hole! The food is always solid and the interior has recently been updated. Great experience. My husband says the course is equally as great. I will have to take his word on that😀

Amazing course! Very gorgeous layout, greens are well maintained, fairways look and play fantastic! Came to play on a rainy Monday morning, course was in excellent shape for late in the season, fall colors always make the course look extra nice!!

Pizza Pizza is a reliable spot that has proven its dedication to serving the community, even during challenging times like power outages and holidays. The friendly staff, reasonable prices, and prompt service make it a go-to choice for those craving a quick and satisfying meal. The newly renovated space adds to the inviting atmosphere, while the delicious pizza and Stromboli options are praised for their taste and generous portions. Whether dining in or opting for delivery, customers can expect hot, fresh food served with a smile.
If you want the best Panzarotti go to this location. Baked or fried !! We had it fried today and the owner made it to perfection. Highly recommended! Thank you again!!!

Ordered on uber, thought gonna be fast If I will pick it up by my own, when arrived there( uber app showing order is ready) but Have to wait for extra 20 minutes. Worst service and slow service. They need people who know how to work in Fast paced working environment. One more they are totaly slow on that day.

I ordered pepperoni and cheese waiting 20 mins at the store and got mushrooms and olives. Two of the things I hate.
Aaron B — Google review
Ordered a pizza, live 2 mins away should've picked it up but decided to pay for delivery instead. They were still preparing the order 41 minutes later, and when I have ordered previously they have always been more efficient. Called pizza pizza to ask them what's up and if the pizza was still coming and the customer service worker waived the fee as per their "40 minute guarantee". They arrived with my pizza 5 minutes after I had called. The pizza I received was a regular pizza. I ordered a gluten free crust because I am gluten intolerant. I called customer service back to let them know I recieved the wrong order and I couldn't possibly eat this pizza because I would get sick. They said they would have the correct order sent to me right away. Never received the pizza they claimed would be sent and just decided to eat elsewhere. I have always recieved good customer service from this location prior to this experience but this was absolutely disgusting customer service on their end and a liability to their customers. Would give a 0 star if possible. Stay far away.
Kaleigh K — Google review
Poor quality ingredients, not fresh tasting. Regular dough pizza requested, and I receive flatter than a pancake burnt edged pizza crust. I stopped going for months at a time and try to return to see if any improvement. Quality is just not there. I don’t know why? isn’t there supposed to be standards? Where are the area managers the franchisee owners what are they doing? I don’t recommend this location at all. Any of the Fort Erie locations. What’s happening in these locations?
Ernie K — Google review
Very rude staff and their behaviour served me marinara sauce instead of butter chicken sauce for which i even paid extra and when i asked them for replacement they were so rude and behaved so arrogantly. Very pathetic behaviour and bad experience. So upset by their actions and even complained that to the customer service. Dont place an order with them because if u get any problem with their order u will get insulted instead of replacement it was out friends party and they spoiled it.
Aditi S — Google review
Amazing service ! The whole place is newly renovated and is well maintained. They guys that work here are very prompt in their service. I have never had pizza as good as here.

If you see the menu pictures it will make you eat forever but in reality this sandwich cost me over $14 dollars and it does not look like what they offer on the menu and definitely not worth it. Creamy double chicken sandwich. I will never purchase this again.

Safari Niagara is a 150-acre privately-owned nature park in Stevensville, offering an extensive collection of over 750 native and exotic animals. Visitors can enjoy educational guided walking tours, narrated tram rides, interactive demonstrations featuring birds of prey and threatened species presentations, as well as activities like petting farm yard and catch-and-release fishing.
Absolutely worth the trip. This was a wonderful experience. There are so many beautiful animals. Some were not visible as they were hiding or sleeping. There are many parks and lots of shade! My kids and I agreed it was a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly. Dakota who checked us in was extremely helpful patient and kind a great employee!
John A — Google review
Plenty of animals. Nice place to visit with children. Lots of walking. There's a hop on hop off tram that keeps moving about the place. Animals are in enclosed spaces though (unlike Cambridge African Safari where they roam around freely) and sometimes they won't show. Lots of interesting birds too. Best to avoid going when it's too warm.

Celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday with their wildest birthday package and it was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Being on the giraffe deck and being able to see them up close and having a private feeding time was incredible. My daughter absolutely loved it. Lots of activities to keep your little ones entertained as well as the adults. All of the parents in the group had a great time, some even more than the kids. Highly recommend visiting. Get there early as there are lots of activities to partake in and the walk around the safari to see the animals does take some time.
Ashima N — Google review
I had such a great time on this safari! There isn’t a guide, but that actually made it fun to explore at your own pace. Be ready to walk a lot, but they also have a little train/shuttle that takes you to different sections which was super convenient. The highlight for me was definitely feeding the giraffes — such an amazing experience! I also enjoyed the food stalls; they had nice options that made the day even better. Overall, it was a really enjoyable and memorable visit.
Simran J — Google review
We had such a wonderful time at Niagara Safari! The place is clean, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. Our little daughter (just 17 months old) absolutely loved seeing the animals and was so excited throughout the visit. It was such a joy to watch her reactions. The staff were kind and helpful, and the overall experience was relaxing and fun. Highly recommend for families with young kids – we’ll definitely be back and get seasonal pass next year
Ivy G — Google review
What a beautiful place this is. Wonderful place to take kids and for adults as well. It will take one full day to see all the animal species. They have tigers, bears, giraffes, rhinoceros, hippopotamus, kangaroos, ostrich and many more. It is also equipped with splash pads and many other kids activities. Ticket price varies from season to season and if you want to skip the line, buy tickets online. If you are bringing kids and forgot your stroller, you can rent strollers and other carriers for smooth ride. There is a toy train that takes you on a tour of whole park. If you want to walk, that is also an option. For adults, there is paddle boating activity. It is extremely beautiful. Parking lot is huge and is free. Depending on what time you get there you might have to park at a distance. If you want to walk inside safari it might be around 2-3 km loop if you want to see all the animals. You can also do partial on train and partial on foot or you can view everything from the train.
Pravesh S — Google review
Was our first time, walked the whole park. Definitely need a wagon. Its a big safari, my daughter had a great time. The splash pad was probably her favorite part ha. Though I wish they had showers, or even just a shower head on the side of the building. Would be good to rinse off. Looking forward to our next visit.

Just took two sandwiches- Open sign was not working, it looks restaurant is closed. Order one foot long and one 6 inch. Employee looks in rush to finish it fast. Bread after having toasted it has to be soft but when open to have it in 3-4 minutes easily someone can feel that it is older or baked yesterday. We traveled long and stop by to have quick lunch but got bad experience from this locations. By restaurant rules bread do not suppose to serve after 8 hours.

If you're ever in Stephensville, make sure to stop by Shaggy’s Pizza & Eats for a delightful dining experience! The friendly staff is always ready to take your order with a smile, making you feel right at home. Their homemade pizza features a deliciously seasoned sauce and generous toppings that will leave you craving more. The crust is particularly noteworthy, as it’s sprinkled with parmesan for an extra burst of flavor—perfect even for those who usually skip the crust!
DELICIOUS pizza and friendly customer service! The dough is homemade and they sprinkle parmesan on the crust which adds so much flavour. My sons normally don't eat the crust, but they ate the whole pizza slice when they ate at Shaggy's! The person who took our order (I wish I got her name) was an absolute gem! She was an older lady who wore blue eyeliner - how fun! Thank you for the great experience - we'll be back! :)

We picked up pizza and wings to go last weekend on our way through town to visit my parents. The food was great, but even better was the customer service. So incredibly friendly and genuinely appreciative of the business. Wish we lived closer so we could order regularly, but we will be back for sure. Highly recommend!!

I got the bang bang Chicken sandwich and waited a little longer than I expected but they were swamped so i don’t blame them. The fries were clearly fresh and they were perfect. The sandwich on the other hand was weird. The bun was good but the parmesan on top was not my favourite. The rest of the sandwich was decent except for the chicken. It was the driest chicken I have ever eaten and the closest I can relate it to is rubber. The sandwich was pretty pricey too and I was expecting better. At least the staff were nice.
Luke S — Google review
We happened to be driving through Stephensville this past weekend and after seeing some positive reviews we thought to grab a pizza from Shaggy’s. Service was good, it took about 40mins for the order but it was ready on time. The prices did seem rather high, comparable to other pizza places in the area, $21 for a medium pizza. The pizza was good, the toppings were a generous amount, the sauce was nicely seasoned and the cheese was also plenty. The crust was tasty, seemed to be a pan pizza, gave it a nice crispy edge and the parmesan added a nice touch. Overall a good pizza, worth checking out if you are in the area.
Ryan F — Google review
Second time ordering breaded chicken wings and both time the orders were not breaded, chicken was very tough to eat. French fries looked previously cooked and then warmed up again…gross. Don’t think we will order from you again😞
Mary L — Google review
Pizza wings and fries are awesome! We wanted to eat out front and the friendly staff was very accommodating and set it up for us in minutes. Prices are good food is great! What more do ya need?
John G — Google review
The pizza was delicious. The crust was crispy and not too thick. Quality toppings and fantastic taste. Nothing is cheap anymore, so may as well spend money and get something that's worth it - and this pizza is!
Greg S — Google review
Woman taking our order was really nice. Price was ok. Pizza was good - husband loved the crust, I really liked the pepperoni. Wings were fantastic - good size and great sauce. Their garlic sauce is also pretty good. Will be coming back to try the rest of their large menu. Update: Went back to try a couple more things on the menu. Overheard they had mac and cheese last time I was there so we got some this time. Initially I wasn't a huge fan, but then I realized all the cheese sauce had sunk to the bottom. Don't be dumb like me. Give it a good stir before dishing it out. Way better. Added a little salt and pepper and it was perfect. Loved the shape of the noodles. Also got the chicken fingers and fries and they were pretty good as well. I like that the fries appear to be fresh cut. Update: This has turned into our regular pizza place. We order here a few times a month at least. The staff are so incredibly friendly and the food is great!

Horrible experience....caller has the timer set for regular books while we are playing double books. Several patrons hollering for a slow down but he didn't seem to care. I love this ball diamond T-ball all the way to Senior. I'm 35 now but I stepped foot on the diamond at 4 yrs. old. It was a home away from home and it has not changed a bit except for the snack shop and the ball shack are 1. So if you want to go to support your home town team (The Cannons) I recommend you do! Oh and be sure to check out the senior team. Cheers to the catcher Lucas Cummings! And the rest of course.

New ownership seems to be working for this place. As the food, service, and menu offerings were all better than usual. Food took a little time to come out, but it was worth the wait. Good deals for happy hour and even very fair pricing on the regular menu options. After 9 p.m., their apps are 50% off. Drinks, mixers, and cocktails are good too. Definitely visiting again.

I had the pleasure of dining at Chuck's roadhouse, Fort Erie last night, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The food was absolutely amazing—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, making it a fantastic value for the quality offered. The service was impeccable as well. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s clear that the owner and team take great pride in what they do. I really don’t understand why some people leave negative reviews for this gem! I literally don't know what do they expect 😏. But for me and my family this place was beyond expectations. If you’re looking for a wonderful dining experience, I highly recommend this location to everyone. Came here with my grandparents and had a lovely lunch! The server was more than kind as well. Only reason for the missing star is because we've come here a few times and the steaks arent always cooked to our liking, usually more on the rare side than what we prefer. They offer a la carte or all you can eat. Price is reasonable and the menu has a lot of varieties. Everything we ordered is fresh. We had a great dine in experience :)
Steph C — Google review
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, with chill music and traditional Japanese decorations. Our service was very kind and helpful and best of all the sushi was fantastic! Be careful how much you order as the portions are quite generous. I think I just found my new favorite go-to sushi spot, thank you for the great experience!

Absolutely amazing and authentic Japanese food. I'm kicking myself for not finding about this sooner. Also loved the ambient music!

Oh my goodness this is AMAZING. like I’ve had sushi before, we’ve had it in all the typical spots in Niagara region, and other cities too, but this place??? OH MY GOODNESS. I can and will never go anywhere else. This was so so good. AND they also have more traditional Japanese meals available a la carte if you’d like to venture away from the typical North American idea of sushi.
Alisha L — Google review
Best kept (almost) secret of Fort Erie! We've eaten at Japanese restaurants in Tokyo, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Toronto, etc. and this place easily competes, a gem that we frequent regularly. We skip the all-you-can-eat because the à la carte menu has plenty of satisfyingly delicious, reasonably priced classics.
Millie C — Google review
The food is always fresh and tastes great. The prices are amazing! I love that the portions allow you to try several items and not eat too much. Alcoholic Drinks are limited to only beer and wine. Atmosphere is simple but cozy.

All of the food is very authentic and tasty, I especially recommend tempura and eel rice!

Amazing food with very generous portions! I highly recommend the traditional menu they have at the table! Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Will definitely be coming back here often!

Italian restaurant
Central Pizza is a beloved spot in Fort Erie known for its delicious and high-value pizzas. The owners, Dawn and Vito, have created a place where customers can enjoy fresh toppings and perfectly crispy crusts. The friendly service ensures that patrons are always satisfied. In addition to their excellent pizza, Central Pizza also offers tasty chicken wings and other menu items like subs, chicken fingers, spaghetti, and treats by Dawn Marie. Customers praise the consistent quality of their orders over the years.
We ordered small mushroom pizza. Pizza was so so good. The best Italian pizza i ate. The pizza quantity doesn’t look small it’s like medium size, it serves more than 2 people. I am shocked, what… this is small…? Must try pizza spot in fort erie.

Old school pizzeria canadian style! I had their chicken Parm and it was warm with a roll that was crispy on the outside and warm & saucy on the inside! I have tried many and it's up there on my list!!! Wish i had ordered mushrooms and peppers with that! Also ordered the pizza and I am going back for more, so that says it all! I am becoming a regular!

Can you return a Pizza? Only The Barrel is worse in this town IMO. How can Pizza be so good directly across the River and mediocre at best in Fort Erie? 6-12 years ago Central was pretty good. Decided to give it another try. Unfortunately Garbage day was today. Dough over and under cooked on the same pie? Cheese sparce. I think there was a few slices of pepperoni on it? If I didn't know better they picked this up at the Barrel?
David B — Google review
Stopped by Central Pizza recently and was pretty shocked by the experience. While the food was decent, the woman working the counter was extremely rude and confrontational. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior at a local business — she seemed more interested in picking a fight than helping customers. Honestly, it’s a shame because you can tell the owner puts in a lot of effort and probably isn’t aware that someone like this is driving people away. If customer service doesn’t improve, I can’t imagine many people wanting to return. I hope management takes a hard look at who they’re trusting to represent their business. Food: 3/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 2/5
Vox V — Google review
Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. We got cheese and mushroom but several pieces has no cheese, just sauce and sparse mushroom. Other slices had spots of cheese but that was it. We also had Hawaiian and us was not much better. I can only think they ran out of toppings, especially cheese. The crust was hard and it was far from a pleasant dining experience. We had a party tray for several people and everyone said never again.
SUE H — Google review
Lots of takeout orders! Nice tasty meals. Dine-in service needa lots of training! Overall nice place and good food at an excellent price! Dont get TACOS (small & simple)
Estefano A — Google review
Very disappointing. Service mediocre friendly at best. Wings ok but medium sauce nothing special from a jar or bottle I’ve had several inexpensive pizza places. Pizza thrown together and messy which wouldn’t be a big deal if it tasted good but did not. Bacon not rendered, some slices had too much cheese while others had too little. Blue cheese horrible tasting. Won’t be wasting $$ there again.
Alyze S — Google review
I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with blue cheese, and it was so good that I didn't have a chance to take a picture of it before I ate it!. Well worth the drive over. Will for sure be back again soon. Thank you good sir!

The course at Niagara National Golf & Country Club is in excellent condition. It is important to keep the ball on the fairway as it can be difficult to locate it just off the course. The layout is impressive and the greens are receptive, with a slightly quick but consistent pace. The cost of playing here may be a bit high, but it offers good value for money. It provides a challenge for golfers, especially with fescue playing a significant role.
Lots of challenges to make the game interesting! Each hole has its own unique surprises! My score was totally out there! It means I need to play it again and again!! I really enjoyed the whole course!!
Ross D — Google review
Pleasantly surprised! Upon arrival the course representatives were welcoming and attentive. Course was well groomed and maintained and loved the satellite golf cart with ball and an iron cleaner! Price was on par to similar courses and found the course not overly challenging and ideal for mid to high handicappers who are working to improve their game. Will definitely come back and next time I’ll make time to try their clubhouse menu.
Maria D — Google review
Played this course for the first time and loved the layout. Fair price per round as well. Loved the club house, good food and well priced drinks. A friend and I are considering memberships next year. Really like this place. Also love having a cart with GPS in it, top marks..
Tom G — Google review
Not that accomodating. Though we are booked through under par, we felt liked second-class citizen. Golfing with seniors and coming from Toronto, we were never informed that power carts are not allowed until that same morning. No alternate arrangement were offered, just a suggestion from the pro shop to play somewhere else. Very un-professional staff in the pro-shop. Will not recommend this golf course!!!
Ronel M — Google review
We played a fun round on this well kept and enjoyably challenging course. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Would certainly be happy to play there again and recommend it without hesitation.
Ron B — Google review
Stopped here for dinner and genuinely had the BEST fish and chips I’ve had!!! The service from the server and the kitchen is outstanding! Sometimes they are open later than 6pm for dinner, I just call to confirm. This place is such a beautiful hidden gem!
Keaton T — Google review
The golf was good, course was ok. To expensive for what it is though. 20 bucks per person for a cart so 40$ on top of 35 for 9 holes?!?!? Its cow pasture and farm land . Late for our tee time because we were waiting for a cart. Then they had the people after us already set up at the tee. Pace was ok but this rushed game of golf is uniquely canadian. I don't know if it happened during covid or it's just greed but space groups out more , i can see why it's not a farm anymore.Because good farmers know you need irrigation, this course was like playing in a parking lot.It was so hard ground was so dry that the carry on them was 100 yards or more sometimes. Definitely lost more balls due to this . Greens were super dry and fast. Reccomend irons only if its dry and you aren't a 75 year old guy .
MR C — Google review
Course was challenging but good....Carts a little to much with the LED screens running it....but nine and dine outstanding the food was top notch so was the staff....8 of us got to enjoy this.....Highly recommend the Food here....

Rookleys Canadian Art is a hidden gem in downtown Ridgeway, offering a historical and extensive collection of entirely Canadian art. The gallery showcases professional pieces that capture the spirit of the beautiful country, including outdoor scenes. Visitors appreciate the reasonable prices set by the dedicated owner. The homelike atmosphere inside makes it a great place to explore Canadian artists' work. Additionally, nearby eateries provide delicious food for a complete experience.
Absolutely WONDERFUL gallery in the heart of cute Ridgeway! I was stunned at the quality of the artwork, even some pieces from the Group of Seven!!!! Not to mention their staff are ABSOLUTE gems!!! Such rich knowledge of Canadian art, different techniques, styles, and unique stories about almost every painting. 10/10 if you’re in Ridgeway, you have to check this place out, its well worth a visit!!!

A great place to discover canadian artists. The lighting and interior is well designed and set up though the middle of the room is a bit empty. Staff is nice enough but I'm disappointed in the lack of art from living or upcoming artists. I'd also like to see a bit more variety in mediums. Overall it's worth a visit if you're in town.
KMDO R — Google review
The Gallery is small but charming space that I'm glad I didn't overlook. During my visit, the gallery was quiet, which gave me the chance to really take in the art without distraction. The staff member on duty was friendly, offering tidbits of information when asked but otherwise letting me browse in peace. I was drawn to a landscape painting by John Beatty that reminded me of a place I used to visit as a child. The staff were upfront about the price, which was reasonable, and they explained the artist's background, which made the piece even more special to me. I didn't make a purchase that day, but I left with a couple of artist cards to follow up on. Rookleys Canadian Art is a pleasant spot for art enthusiasts and casual browsers alike. I'm looking forward to my next visit, perhaps when they rotate to their next exhibit.

The staff and owner were incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Their passion for art truly enhanced my experience. The ambiance was perfect for art appreciation. I love Canadian outdoor scenes, but our family doesn’t have the option to travel around much due to circumstances. So, I am really glad to have visited this Canadian Art Gallery and seen the work of Canadian artists while enjoying a homelike atmosphere inside. Not to mention the wonderful people nearby the gallery serving amazing food. Thanks Rookleys Canadian Art Gallery for the great recommendation where to eat when in Ridgeway town :)

Made the trip down from Toronto to check out this Gallery after hearing raving reviews from my friend. Ended up buying a breathtaking art print! All painting and prints were very reasonably priced and beautifully presented. Kudos to the staff and especially the owner for their warmth and expertise. This gallery is a gem; a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine art.

As a 5th generation Canadian, I am greatly impressed of the space given to Canadian Collection of Art. It made me feel really good inside to see collections of Canadian artists, styles, as well as topics painted. I like the high ceiling and lighting that draws attention to individual paintings. The gallery itself is located in a more relax environment that makes the Canadian exhibit even more welcoming for everyone to visit and enjoy Canadian Art at its best as well as local amenities to discover nearby. We visited this Art Gallery during its opening week and we are looking forward again to return visits as a family.

During my recent visit to Papa's Pizza and Subs, I was treated to a delightful culinary experience that truly impressed me! The pizza is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, boasting a crust that's both crispy on the outside and soft within. I indulged in their Pepperoni Deluxe, which was generously topped with flavorful ingredients and just the right amount of cheese. The staff were not only friendly but also efficient, ensuring that my service was quick and enjoyable.
I recently visited papa’s pizza , and I must say, it was a delicious experience! The pizza was freshly made with high-quality ingredients — the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I tried the Pepperoni Deluxe, and it was loaded with flavorful toppings and just the right amount of cheese. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the overall service quick and pleasant. The store was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot for both dine-in and takeout. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. They also offer a good variety of sides and drinks to complete the meal.
Prabh B — Google review
For years, Papa’s Pizza was known for their lunch special - a solid utility slice. No frills, just basic pep and cheese, with a drink for an unconscionably low $2.50. After the closure of the local high school, and accompanying reduction in their core consumer base, prices rose and quality dropped significantly. To the point they were serving slices with barely any cheese or pep, and charging $6. I had decided I wouldn’t be back. Today, I was driving by and decided to give it another shot. On first walking in, I noticed significant improvements to the physical space. New flooring and a cleaner and brighter feel. Got my lunch special, and it was delicious. Very cheesy and loads of pep! Not sure if there’s new owners; but, it’s nice to know Papa’s slice deal has revived some of its former glory. I’d gladly pay $6 for these slices and a pop. If you haven’t tried their pizza lately, and were feeling the same way as I was about their reduced quality, give it another shot. You won’t be disappointed.
Derrick S — Google review
I had to edit my review in response to the owner, my orders are always under my husband’s name but not that it matters, you only ask for a first name. Trying to discredit your bad reviews seems to be a theme. And yes what I am saying is 100% factual, price is always different, maybe check with your staff?? Further more, I have never received free blue cheese with a pizza order. It is extremely frustrating that every time we call to order a party tray of pizza the price is different for a basic 1 topping. It ranges from 32.99, 26.99, 22.99 and as low as 19.99. I could see having a “A Special” on certain days, but to literally change the price every day ? It seems to be based on how busy they are that day to decides the price? On top of the random prices they want 1.50 a piece for a half filled 1 ounce blue cheese. In this economy the inconsistency of the prices has completely turned me off. As far as the pizza, its quality is just as inconsistent, sometimes ok, sometimes terrible and burnt.
Melissa L — Google review
I pre ordered 3 patty tray pizzas in advance and verified with them that it is for a daycare and if they were willing to open a bit earlier to accommodate this and they told me yes! I showed up there the day of to pick up my pizzas and no one was there and no pizza so I had to go elsewhere and left it very stressful when needing to feed a daycare full of children!! Not impressed and wasn’t the first time! We will never use papas pizza again and it’s sad when we have used them for years before they sold to the new owner! Very unprofessional to tell people something and not follow through or give a courtesy call!!
Kristen R — Google review
If I could give a zero, I absolutely would. Papa's used to be our go to, but since they sold, the service has been ridiculously bad. Tonight was the finally straw, but sadly after a decade of being a religious customer, we will not return. Can only remain a faithful for so long. I could drag this out and give particulars, but I'll save you the endless reading and just say, save your time and money and do not order from Papa's
Chris D — Google review
Placed an order at 2pm for pick up at 3:30. I arrived at 3:30pm to pick up my order and both pizzas were still being made. When I asked why, I was told they had other orders. Poor service and no apology. Other than you can wait 10 minutes. The pizza may taste good but the service was not acceptable.

Nestled along a serene rural road between Niagara Falls and Fort Erie, Mae's Place is truly a hidden gem that offers an unforgettable dining experience. This charming local restaurant serves up home-cooked meals made fresh daily, with standout dishes like the club sandwich and fried egg sandwich featuring crispy bacon and cheese. The fries are particularly noteworthy, boasting a delightful fish-and-chips style that combines a crispy exterior with a fluffy interior.
We stopped here on our way home from Buffalo for breakfast and it was fantastic. My guy enjoyed his club sandwich, I had the starter breakfast and everything was cooked perfectly. Coconut cream pie was delicious too. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. Prices were very reasonable. We would recommend.

Words can’t describe this slice of heaven that exists along a rural road between Niagara Falls and Fort Eire. The food is home cooked and prepared fresh daily. Coffee is excellent. I had the club sandwich and my fiancé had the fried egg sandwich with bacon and cheese. Both were cooked to perfection. The club sandwich was especially delicious. The side of fries were the best - kind of a fish and chips style but thin cut - crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside. For desert we shared a Coconut Cream Pie which I cannot praise enough(made in house). If we had room on the motorcycle we would have stashed one for home. PS get a glass of Loganberry Juice to wash it all down with. Thank you Nevaeh for the wonderful service.

Nice local restaurant in Stevenville. The sausages were likes the ones at McDonald's. The bacon, toast and potatoes were cooked just right as the outside was crispy and the inside soft. The building seemed like a heritage house, but the restaurant was spotless. It was very clean and tidy. We sat by a large window which was beside a main road.  We still enjoyed our time here lots as it was quiet, comfy and peaceful.

Tammy's Breck N Ridge is a charming spot with a nostalgic and comforting vibe that feels like a visit to your grandparents' house. The restaurant is adorned with plenty of plants, adding to its inviting atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Despite the mandatory vaccine policy making it less busy, the service remains top-notch. The breakfast menu offers delicious options such as eggs, toast, and crispy home fries that are described as fantastic.
Great food and amazing prices and service. Takes me right back to brunch at my grandparents house after church on Sundays. The sausage links are perfection.

Tammy's Break N Ridge was a great spot to visit and I'm really glad that we were able to stop in. The vibe reminds me of places my parents and grandparents would take me. Its a nostalgic vibe that is very comforting. There are also a lot of plants which was really nice The staff were friendly and checked on us regularly. You could tell they were kind of relieved to have the restaurant a bit less busy because of the mandatory vaccine policy. The food was great. Eggs are eggs, but those home fries were next level. I wish I had taken some home with me after! The sausage is the same whether or not you get a link or patty and its pretty good. Overall, very happy to have visited and am hoping we will be able to stop in again.

Terrific breakfast spot. I’ve been twice. Only for breakfast. Had the eggs, toast, home fries. Had them a bit crispy. They were fantastic. Do not miss this play. Also, do not walk your dog in the back yard of the restaurant. I was screamed at.

4 stars, would be 5. Breakfast is great. Great staff, timely service. Not a negative review, but I did want to share a helpful comment. They seem really friendly with the local customers but for some reason not too friendly with anyone of colour, you just get a weird vibe like they don't care to make the same effort you clearly see them making with some other ethnic groups. They don't bother to even make simple conversation with you but with others you can see they difference in effort. I get the fact that most customers are local and elderly and just so happen to be mostly white, but I would ask the staff to try to make everyone feel the same. Anyways just an observation, hopefully they can maybe be a bit more welcoming and friendly with people of different backgrounds.

I ordered breakfast and Lisa started singing my bread and meat options back to me out of the blue. So I sang back. It was wonderful. Awesome! One of the regulars at the counter started chatting with us about past cities- Thunder Bay. It was cool! Lisa is a bright light. Tammy and her daughter are excellent cooks and ultimate masters of work ethic! We love this place!! I felt like I wanted to come back the next day! This is what going out for a bite is all about. Never change a thing!!

My recommendation would be for the business to implement a means to track the order in which they service tables. I totally understand that it gets busy/steady, but several folks seated after us were promptly tended to while our party of 3 continued to wait. We received our drink order and more than 25 mins passed before someone approached to take our food order (we didn’t start watching the time until we realized the server was at a newly seated table taking a food order while we just sat there with our empty coffee cups and menus for what felt like forever). Actually some of those same customers had time to order, eat, pay and leave before our food even arrived, which took an additional 40 mins. Coffee refills were not often. Food was ok, I guess. The over easy eggs were a tad overcooked and the hash browns contained onions (not mentioned on the menu) but we just ate around them. The bacon was great though. Wish I could say we were a one off but we observed a nearby table discussing whether to put money on the table to cover the cost of their coffee and leave to go elsewhere but the hostess literally showed up to take their order just as they pulled their wallets out. Service can make or break the experience, and based on today, unfortunately, I am left with no desire to return anytime soon.

Coffee shop
Tim Hortons is a beloved Canadian coffee chain known for its signature premium-blend coffee, alongside a delightful selection of light meals, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cup of joe or one of their specialty lattes, you can count on Tim Hortons to deliver consistently great flavors. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring that your order is ready without any long waits. Plus, you'll always find your favorite donut waiting for you!
Great service. Good food. Very clean.. I would recommend and come back here again

Like Mr. Fleming, we're coming here before the Safari lights, and this is the display of donuts... it's not even 7 PM yet! I guess another set of kids won't get one... also witnessed someone coming in saying they were going to order a dozen; they left. You'd think this location would prepare knowing this probably happens all the time... I'm waiting in line to get hot chocolate... it worked! It's still a long wait, though. I'm disappointed, Tim Hortons.

Got our order wrong today. Ordered 2 bacon farmers wraps and a coffee. They gave us one bacon farmers wrap. We asked for the other one and they gave it to us, but the one that was already made that had a B written on the wrapper (which we thought would make sense, B for bacon) actually turned out to be sausage, which I dislike eating.
Lindsay A — Google review
Very disappointed with my recent visit. The store was clearly short-staffed, and the wait time was ridiculous. I had to stand in line for over 20 minutes just to place a simple order. Staff were trying their best, but the service was extremely slow and unorganized. Management really needs to address the staffing issues — this kind of delay during busy hours is unacceptable.

We just left this Tim Hortons stevensville after waiting and watching three employees that were standing around chatting while were waiting 10-15 for 1 coffee not another customer in sight at the desk. We drove away before getting the coffee 6:15-6:30pm June 10/2025

Paid for a Bagel didn't get cream cheese, all good go back, refuse to give me cream cheese. Alright I'll make my coffee at home, I don't burn it. Failed coffee chain.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to more Tim Hortons than I could say and the Stevensville Tim Hortons is the worst by far. I will not be using them again, would rather drive 10 minutes than to use them again. Tonight I was treated rudely when I was given an ice cap that was water not slushy and not even full and was told it was full and that they had no control of the machine. So make me a new one? But nope! I have received wraps with black lettuce at this location and they are generally rude and very very very slow! I am guessing this will do nothing though as I am a one customer but I will not use my local Tim Hortons again here in Stevensville.

Day 5

Keep it simple

Park
Crystal Ridge Park is a charming and well-maintained child-friendly park located in Fort Erie. It features a delightful splash pad with various sprayers to keep kids entertained, as well as playground equipment suitable for both young and older children. The park also offers ample green space, tennis courts, and a dog park nearby. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Erie and explore maritime artifacts while appreciating the spacious and clean surroundings.
We were looking for a splash pad to take our 2 visiting grandchildren to. Fort Erie listed 3 locations. This one was only 10 minutes away so we decided to try it. Our 2 grandchildren ages 4 and 6 loved this child friendly park. It was very clean, we'll maintained and had lots of things for them to do. The splash pad offered numerous sprayers that cycled to keep the kids interest. Additionally, the park offers 2 different areas with swing's and challenging climbing apparatuses. There's a fenced in basketball and tennis court, a large field for football or soccer and 2 covered picnic shelters with tables. We spent over 2 hours with our grandkids and we all had a great time. Thanks to the city of Fort Erie for providing a wonderful place. We will definitely be coming back many times.

Lovely park. Many things for kids to do. Despite not being a kid, I go there and roller skate on their newly paved parking lot. Pickle ball, 🏀 and 🎾 courts! Dog parks are a great bonus. Even if you don't have a dog it's so fun to watch others!!

Visited for the first time this afternoon after hearing great things from friends and family and was not disappointed! A fantastic variety and clothing for men, women, and children. They had handmade candles, mugs, jewelry from local makers, and a great selection of natural cleaning products for both body and home. Customer service was excellent. I believe the male owner was manning the store today and he was attentive to myself, my sister, and the other guests in the store. He made excellent recommendations that felt personalized to each guest as I overheard him getting to know each customer. For a Wednesday afternoon there was quite a lot of foot traffic. Overall, couldn’t have had a better experience at a wonderful local store.

i went to this store on a fall break trip with my friends. being college students, we didn’t have much money to spend on the high quality and hand crafted goods in the store, but we did enjoy looking at the beautiful selection. the owner was so kind and welcoming, happy to show off his wife’s work and talk to us about the products. i tried on a beautiful dress that i simply didn’t have the money for, and the owner kindly offered me a wonderful discount on the product and i was able to purchase this beautiful green, biodegrade, high quality dress. if i ever find myself back in the area i will be returning to a shop that made all of their costumers feel like family.

The Fort Erie Historical Museum, located in the 1874 Bertie Township Hall, offers a glimpse into local history through both permanent and changing exhibits. Visitors can explore artifacts from the First Nations, the War of 1812, and even the modern Crystal Beach amusement park. The museum also provides public archives with genealogy data for those interested in delving into their family history. While it may be small in size, it holds a surprising amount of interesting items to discover.
Volunteers and staff make this a very special place. Never pass up an opportunity to know history.

Small but has some interesting artifacts from the First Nations .1812 war up to the modern Crystal beach amusement park And Free at this time. Sadly free might be less than certain as the present council monitorise anything that the local tax payers like to enjoy For Example . The beautiful beach in Crystal Beach which is off limits to those who cannot afford to pay May as well be a private country club.

Considering the size of this museum, there is quit a bit of interesting things in the museum. The only downside was that it was fairly small as I previously mentioned. The Sanctuary is a wonderful hidden gem in quaint Ridgeway. I have seen a number of concerts here with my wife and/or friends. It's an amazing venue in every way! Brimstone brew pub is on site, so have a drink and a bite before a show. They have brought in some impressive bands for such an intimate venue, such as The Trews, Skydiggers, Dear Rouge, Hollerado, Reuben and the Dark and Whitehorse. Awesome!

The Brimstone Brewery was fantastic. Great beers to choose from and the staff was on top of everything on a very busy night. Brewpub
Brimstone Brewing Company & Smokehouse offers a unique experience nestled in a beautifully reimagined 20th-century church. This charming venue is perfect for unwinding on the patio while enjoying an impressive selection of craft beers and delectable appetizers. The atmosphere is enhanced by live music, featuring country and mellow tunes that create a relaxing vibe after a long day. While the menu may be small, it focuses on delicious, locally sourced dishes that complement their brews perfectly.
Really enjoyed "midnight mass" stout ...wonderful darkness, rich malty nose, perfect blend of bitter and sweet...I also really liked the can artwork. I also tried "last ride" (a loving tribute to my favorite amusement park, Crystal Beach) a beautiful can (I'm saving it!!) and a lovely light pink color...a sour that wasn't unpleasantly sour ...just balanced!

A very unique brewery being operated in a church, with friendly staff, and good beer. The food was hot and fresh, but definitely overpriced for what you get, not memorable. Good selection of beers on tap and they have beers to go on your way out.
Jason S — Google review
Really cool concept but personally our group was disappointed with the beers. We got flights and tried everything on the menu but there wasn’t any we would want to have again. We also expected a bit more vibrant environment but it was very quiet. The food all sounded promising on the menu but similar to the beers, disappointing when tasted. The potato salad was an exception and was quite good

A cozy but fun brewery in a picturesque little town. Great setting in a former church. Service was friendly, fun and efficient. Food portions are generous. Needless to say that what we tried was delicious! Beer is cold and surprisingly good.
Rose T — Google review
Great little craft brewery in Ridgeway. Dropped in for a cheeky flight and enjoyed the raspberry and lemon sour so much we bought some to take home. Solid brews, a few misses but ultimately that's all down to personal preference. Although the pickle seltzer was unanimously despised by everyone, including the girl serving us who warned us against it. Friendly staff, cool vibes and located in an old church, hence the name I guess. Saturday evening music act was just setting up as we had to leave. Would definitely swing by again and maybe try some of the food too.
Rikki W — Google review
I have been to Brimstone at least a dozen times, usually with my wife prior to a show at the attached Sanctuary. It always has been a wonderful experience (with one glitch on this latest visit, the service was surprisingly poor as we were ghosted by the server more than once). The menu is small but sometimes simple is better. Most importantly though is that the food has always been delicious, and kept as local as possible. The beer selection is always good, keeping us both happy and also trying new ones they may have available. A little off the beaten path, but worth the trip in lovely Ridgeway!
Farley H — Google review
For the first time eating here, I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere, serving staff and the quality of food! I wanted to eat something light, so we had soup and a salad, along with their pork tacos. Everything tasted excellent! Next time I will be ordering something more heavy, along with some beers! Looking forward to eating here again!
Dave K — Google review
Food is great, atmosphere great, the main but is that food took about an hour to arrive. We were second table in at Saturday at noon, ordered by 1210. No reason for it to take so long. Even worse was no acknowledgement or apology from the staff, even though we had toddlers with us. Was just strange. You would think the servers (who were great and attentive) would have at least acknowledged the backup and offer some bread or something for the kids. They need to get the sequence figured out. I understand not being ready for lunch on a random Wednesday but this was a Saturday at noon of a long weekend

South Coast has consistently excellent food and service. They have a large menu and I’ve tried nearly all of it. Definitely something for everyone, and their appetizer selection is amazing. Perfect for a group of friends. Rotating craft beers on tap! Fun cocktails. 10/10 Caesars! They have fantastic live entertainment and a fun late night party atmosphere, but also have a great kids menu and are family friendly. They have an eclectic multi-functional private banquet room for larger parties or events. It’s also really cozy just to grab a seat at the bar by yourself. This restaurant is suitable for any occasion and any company, bachelorette party or quiet lunch with grandma (homemade soups! fish’n’chips!), and they’re reliably open 7 days a week year round. Seriously, what more could you ask for? Forever my favourite ❤️

Bella Pizza is a delightful gem located in Ridgeway, perfect for those craving a quick and satisfying meal. With its small yet cozy dining area, it offers an inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy their mouthwatering pizza and wings combo. Each bite reveals fresh ingredients and dough that melts in your mouth, showcasing the quality of their offerings. The chicken supreme is particularly noteworthy, alongside their amazing sauce that elevates the overall flavor experience.
Pizza and wings combo was to die for. I was extremely hungry and this place was a nice surprise. Fresh ingredients. Dough melting away with every bite. You really can taste the difference. Place located in ridgeway and parking was easy. Dining area is small but doable. Maybe I was super hungry but if you crave something quick and easy - this is a place to be. After a long drive home from camping, my family ordered pizza. When we got home, we discovered the order was wrong they had mistakenly put olives and peppers on it. We called to let them know, but were told there was nothing they could do. Very poor customer service. In a town with plenty of other options, it’s disappointing they wouldn’t take any steps to fix the situation. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Wife got food poisoning after ordering a tray of Extra cheese and pepperoni last night. Puking and a fever of 100 degrees. We all thought the cheese tasted and smelled off. Never again. I'll stick to domino's or the barrel when they reopen

It's simply the best pizza in the region. Chicken supreme was really good. Will come again if I'm around this place in future.
SaRaNYa S — Google review
I really wanted to like the pizza but I just couldn’t. There was way too much cheese only in the middle and it weighted down the whole pizza. It was too greasy. Barely any pizza sauce. The pepperoni was burnt. I usually like it crispy but the kind they use just isn’t good. The wing sauce was good (medium) but the breading of the wings was just falling off after a few minutes and it was a mess. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend Bella Pizza.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, 335 on the Ridge is a delightful dining destination that boasts two inviting outdoor patios perfect for soaking up the sun. With a diverse menu catering to all ages, there's something for everyone to enjoy. As day turns into night, local musicians set the scene with live performances during sunset, creating an unforgettable ambiance.
What a gem! On a Tuesday every single seat indoors and outdoors was taken. Reservations highly recommended. We enjoyed the Tomohawk steak for two ( and we couldn't eat all the food!). We also enjoyed dessert. Check out their full menu online. Tuesday is seafood tower day, which we'll be returning to try. Service was very good. People travel from far to Fort Erie to experience this restaurant. It's easy to see why. I don't know much about the chef or owner(s) but they are doing something right. We sat on the patio. It was lovely weather but our steak attracted flies and bees. So consider sitting indoors to avoid being stalked by bugs if you are sensitive about this sort of thing. This restaurant is a must try!

A nice small business in the town of Ridgeway. I found the food portions to be tasty and alright for the price, although it was a bit on the pricier end. One of the most pleasant nights in a long time. To start off we travelled about 45 minutes to find the kitchen was only serving pizza and salad. Due to it being quite late , an absolute gentleman who was the chef heard we really wanted dinner , he went over and above to grill us Perfectly cooked tenderloins and jumbo shrimp. What a meal. Priced perfect the portion size was just enough but could have eaten 3 of them. Absolute class from start to finish. The young man at the front was so pleasant as well as our server but the chef is old school and I love that. That’s what service is all about and you don’t see that anymore See you soon for the tomahawk steak. Congrats to all on being a fantastic venue to spend a night. Thanks again chef. You know how to treat people and cook. You won’t find many of you out there.

Ordered Birthday takeout from here. Honestly so delicious, food is made with care and mouthwatering. They were sold out of first choice so tried chicken Sammy as a substitute, melt in your mouth delicious, although very messy, so good. Fries are herbed & parmesan. Sourdough, apple, brie, bacon pizza 🤤 French onion soup, is very good & keylime cheesecake ❤️ will definitely return for special occasions ❤️
