Goldstream Provincial Park, located just a short drive from the city, offers a diverse natural playground spread across 937 acres. The park features ancient trees such as 600-year-old Douglas Firs, Maples, Garry Oaks, and Arbutus. Visitors can explore hiking trails of varying difficulty levels, including the challenging Mount Finlayson trek. The park is also home to picturesque waterfalls and abundant wildlife.
Great park, some nice trails through the forest. Walk to the visitor centre is super easy and flat. The gold mine trail up and around to the falls is nice but crazy steep right at the end where it drops from the trestle to the falls. Would be nice if there was trail access under the highway and a way to get to the trailheads without walking along the road or driving.

Goldstream Provincial Park is incredible! I loved watching salmon swim upstream—it was such a magical sight. The lush scenery and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect spot for hiking or just soaking in nature. A must-visit for anyone seeking a natural escape!
W C — Google review
It was worth the hike, seeing how well they manage this place. There are many nice picnic tables and if you walk under the highway through the river tunnel and follow the river bed, the waterfall is not to far. (Ware good shoes!)
Wayne F — Google review
Nice little weekend hike through Goldstream Provincial Park and hitting up Niagara Falls. At 47.5 metres it’s almost at high as its famous namesake. 💦 Some hills to climb up and down, around rocks and trees. Be careful on the rocks through the water. Or stay to the sides and keep dry. Recommend hiking 🥾 shoes or boots. The park is also home to 600-year-old Douglas fir trees and western red cedar, western yew and hemlock, red alder, big leaf maple and black cottonwood. 🌲 Phot doesn’t do it justice. The trails are relatively accessible and flat. Easy for walking. I’ll be back in the fall to watch the annual chum salmon spawning run. 🐟

Beautiful place, loved being surrounded by the trees. Walk through the tunnel towards the fall was like entering a fantasy world. Wanted to hike further but struggled through a lack of signage but it was our first time visiting so we are unfamiliar with the park. Would love to explore more.
Sarah C — Google review
We parked on the south bound side of the highway, and walked down into the creek bed to the falls and it was nice! My very small Papillion Chihuahua had very few issues with the rocks, though I did have to carry her a short distance, a couple of times. After the falls, we walked through the tunnel to the other side and went to the nature house🙂 Really a beautiful place to visit!
Liz A — Google review
Beautiful park, but not well indicated. The park is divided by the Malahat highway that runs through it, with a pedestrian tunnel underneath. So if you park on one side you can easily get to the other side. However, there are no signs for the tunnel (it's really there, as confirmed by one of the park rangers we spoke to). And rather than pointing you to the tunnel, the signs on the East side state you should drive to the parking lot on the West side if you want to visit the falls (both falls are on the West side). Anyway, it was certainly worth it, despite the confusion and driving around.
Ward V — Google review
We enjoyed our walk here today. And see a few salmons. But, to witness 2 people, catching salmons with a net, then killing them with stones. Thats a first for me. We really thought, those people are there to protect the park or an employee, but we were definitely wrong. They are walking on the water and fishing with net.

YMCA-YWCA Westhills is a newly opened recreational facility in Langford, offering a wide range of amenities for visitors. The center features a lap pool, lazy river, warm water therapy pool, waterslide, health and fitness facility, daycare center, and free wifi. Visitors appreciate the fantastic staff who manage large events with professionalism and keep things running smoothly. Some members suggest that there should be more supervision during after-school hours to ensure proper use of equipment and safety.
Beautiful facility. Hours are a bit restricted, but the kind staff, pool, steam room, and sauna make up the difference in value for the shorter open-hours. Weight room has 4 squat racks, 2 smith machines and a separate section for dumbbells. Not large, but everything you could need. Lockers are included in your membership. Everyone gets a key card that provides a lock to any locker. Locking your stuff in a locker using your key card claims that locker to your card until you unlock it. I thought that was pretty neat.
Brendan V — Google review
Nice facility.... however. The staff at the front desk are unfriendly. This is the first Y I've ever been to where you aren't greeted, nor spoken to as you leave. The staff bury their heads in screens or chat with each other. I used to work at a Y as membership services.... I would have been fired for this nonsense. I was denied storing my kids small diabetic backpack in the staff room by the pool. So if someone swiped it i'd be screwed for my son. The booking of the upstairs gym is ridiculous. The Y's website sucks, their own staff admit this (maybe change it?). People booking the gym all day for only 1 or two people in gym so others can't use it is the dumbest idea ever. Maybe try open gyms or specific activities... crazy ideas hey.
Trav M — Google review
Nice gym, clean with good selection of machines and free weights. Lots and lots of cardio machines. The only thing is there isn’t a ton of floor space if you need to stretch or do anything in a mat. Also the mats are shorter than I needed but other than that great gym.
Jessica P — Google review
This place is very good, there is a gym and a swimming pool. Ilike to come to the swimming pool. My kids enjoy playing in the water. There are many toys and if you are senior, there is a hot spring pool to soak in comfortably. The reception staff is good. But paying here does not accept cash. The vending machine for snack is broken and changing area does not lock
Teerut P — Google review
The gym (reason I got a membership) is not great. If all you want to do is run on a treadmill or lift some weights I could see it being a good option. Their weight machines are super limited, usually super busy so very hard almost stressful to get a machine. It is not enjoyable. I found there was barely any leg machines especially and the 2/3 they have are always busy. I use to love my time at fitness world where there was always something open and great selections. The Y is just not set up properly.
Megan M — Google review
The pool is nice, clean and overall great location. The issue, you have to sign up for a full membership to do any swim lessons with your kids. Meaning something that should be reasonable in cost, ends up being thousands of dollars. It’s no surprise this business is failing and that the city of Langford, and its residents, are having to foot the bill and buy out this location. Absolute joke.
Kris M — Google review
Provide everything that family needed! Lots of options for fitness classes in different times of the days and weeks. Great pool! Fitness room is not good for athletes people, Great for teenagers. Lots of disabilities parking
Anahita K — Google review
A young woman working front desk was so rude to my daughter, after she asked about swim classes and lane times. My daughter left in tears, doesn't want anything to do with swimming or practicing for swimming.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Immediately greeted by a wonderful view when you enter the lobby. To begin the staff was attentive and courteous. The amenities were clean and well kept. The room was large and the beds may have been the most comfortable I’ve stayed in. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and easily rate this stay a 10/10. Well done staff and team! We look forward to our next stay at Bear Mountain. The food at the lobby restaurant was also very impressive and the brunch options were a great way to start the day.

We booked multiple rooms through my family members (last names all Kent and Irons) and stayed here for two nights with a very large group in a number of suite units and hotel rooms. I tried leaving a review and got a smug response from management and my review being removed because they claimed I never stayed here. It was 30C each day and we complained that the AC didn’t work in any of the rooms (temperatures of 24-25C in the rooms). Despite repeatedly inquiring about getting this fixed, nothing was done so it was a very uncomfortable stay for everyone. At over $550/night/room I would not ever consider coming back here when there’s much more affordable options that would have allowed us to sleep comfortably. Some of the rooms with suites had a terrible smell in them too, and the service from staff was pretty abysmal with the exception of the guys at the front who were very professional and helpful. The restaurant in the lobby was a bit of a nightmare too. Half our table waited almost 2 hours to get their mains and it didn’t seem like the servers had a clue who was in charge or how to handle a large group. Golf course was a total nightmare as well. We will not be staying here again in the future.

The property itself is beautiful, with nice views and a pleasant atmosphere. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which was very good each time. The disappointments - our room was hot. The common areas were even hotter. It seems there’s no A/C in the rooms after peak summer, even if it’s hot outside. We were given a fan that rattled, but that only does so much. There was the big tub…with no drain plug, so you couldn’t fill it. Our suite had an oven… but no pans or foil to put things on, so you couldn’t use it. Little things were broken - missing trim on the side of the countertop, a knob missing from a lamp. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and polite, and tried to fix issues for us.

Fantastic staff. Property is well maintained. We're currently in the middle of a six day stay with our 1 year old son. Staff has gone out of their way to accommodate us. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a mountain escape with the desire for modern amenities.

Wow! I was thrilled with my stay at the Westin. Staff was amazing and goes above and beyond. The relaxation pool has wonderful views and the lush gardens surrounding you had many visiting hummingbirds. Can’t wait to come back!! Special mention to the front staff and concierge. Thank you again for such a great mini vacay!

Fabulous experience staying here. Very accommodating. The grounds are gorgeous. The entire property is so comfortable and pet friendly. We decided to extend our stay and even though they were fully booked we’re able to pull some strings to accommodate us. Restaurant was also delicious!!

I highly recommend stopping in the Serip Bar and Lounge. You might get as lucky as us, but Chelsey (a student working part time) was so. I’ve when we stopped her to ask a question that we ended up stopping for happy hour and got an appetizer. We sat at the window and the view was amazing. The decor was very nice and the place was very nice. The appetizer was delicious!
John H — Google review
Terrible. Overpriced. Horrible service. The hotel and the golf course are fighting. Drop off is stupid. No access to the restaurant or lounge after you take shuttle to your golf cart. Completely moronic. Greens are ridiculously hard. Course is in decent shape. Not worth the price. Was way better years ago when we played. Do not recommend.

Jack's Place is a casual eatery that offers both pub food and sushi in a relaxed environment, complete with a spacious patio, full bar, and TVs. During my visit for lunch, I opted for the delectable power bowl featuring tuna, which was incredibly delicious. Additionally, I indulged in the delightful warm brownie. However, my husband found the lemon pepper wings to be slightly spicy and thought the chicken mini burgers were good but accompanied by dry fries.
The Linguini with meatballs and baked cheese looked incredibly appetizing but was a little too sweet. The steak was a little cold, but we did change our order a few times, so they may have neglected it a little in favor of getting our food out at the same time. Service was great, and we enjoyed the beautiful view, our sushi and pizza, and the various sports channels on the television.

Love love the tuna salad bowl here. Such a healthy and yummy option, however the nachos are also huge and yummy! Great for dates or when we have the kids with us too.

We were celebrating my birthday with a party of 30 lady friends this afternoon. Our waitress, Julie was excellent and a delight as well as the other girls who helped deliver drinks and food. Julie took drink orders as people arrived and then onto food orders. I could not get over how quickly our lunches arrived. Huge kudos to the kitchen staff for their efficiency and management for staffing appropriately knowing they had a big crowd coming for lunch. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. My lunch of Calamari Greek Salad was excellent. The calamari was cooked perfectly!! The side room we were in could definitely use some baffling, it was very noisy with the wood walls and ceiling. That was the only draw back, other than that it was a perfect afternoon. Thank you Jacks 😊 💓

Had to wait very long before someone attended us .... We were almost about to leave and just then someone told us they will come get us soon.. Drinks.. bought mocktail coconut mojito and strawberry drink.. not sweet at all.. Food very average, burger had no sauce , Not looking forward to come back.

We had lunch here. I ordered a power bowl with tuna (which was very yummy) and a warm brownie (which also was yummy). My husband had lemon pepper wings, which were a little bit on the burn side as well as chicken mini burgers (burgers were good but fries were mostly dry). Waitress was really nice and helpful. It is an ok place in my opinion. After 3 pm you can have sushi but we were earlier so I couldn’t order it, so no opinion about that. Might return but mostly just because a friend lives nearby and it is a central place to meet.
Izmet B — Google review
Atmosphere: Cold, unwelcome environment. Seat yourself. Service: Started off ok, and was mostly attentive however had an attitude and was defensive. Food: Cesar salad: inedible. So much dressing it drowned the brownish lettuce. Hard End pieces of lettuce not even flavored Mozza Bacon mushroom burger: really good flavor, lots of mushrooms. Onion ring was perfect. Hardly any sauce on the burger and it dry, Did not come with ketchup. Had to ask for a side of it. Waitress seemed a bit defensive about needing it. "Gluten-free " jacks burger: They say their is the ability to make it gf, what they mean is no gf bun, and chopped up lettuce for a "lettuce wrap" but doesn't actually wrap around the meat. It's eaten with fork and knife burger. A pathetic excuse. It was Awful! Greasy, no flavor and the lettuce was brown! Also because it was gf, they decided to put a FULL GLUTEN onion ring on top?! Way to poison someone who may have celiac. (Waitress asked are you ok to pick it off? I am, however some one else may not be.) I picked it off and gave to my hubby. But definitely not impressed. *** Allergies/sensitivities its not taken seriously here. Gluten-free spinach and artichoke dip. Husband decided to have the pita bread, and I the tortillas chips I asked if they were wheat or corn. Waitress said I think corn. Never confirmed. And when they brought it out, the pita bread was right next to the tortillas chips. Cross contamination. Again poor understanding of allergens & sensitive eating. Sad to say we will NOT be back, and if you have allergens or sensitive eating plan, AVOID!!
Suze — Google review
Worst service ever. I would have understood if the restaurant was very busy but it was already past dinner time and not busy when we came but they served us dirty dishes which okay, anyone could make mistakes but then they proceeded to ignore us the whole time when we were actively trying to ask for water. In terms of food the pizza was quite small but tasted decent. Cauliflower bite were good and the atmosphere was great.

Nature & Parks
Thetis Lake Regional Park is a popular nature sanctuary in Canada, offering a serene lakeside setting with hiking trails and beaches. Surrounded by beautiful parks like Goldstream Provincial Park, it's an ideal spot for picnics and scenic hikes through dense forests and tranquil lakes. The park features soft ground trails with occasional muddy patches, fishing spots (with license), and prohibits cliff jumping.
Thetis lake is super beautiful, and I always manage to find something new! There are tons of birds and fish. I've even seen a few garter snakes. Its disappointing to see so many invasive bull frogs. I even found a cool young deer skeletons. The trails are very easy. If you're fairly mobility limited you could easily walk the south west side of lower Thetis, the east side has a single section with decent elevation gain, but for the most part the entire region is good hiking for the whole family. The beach beautiful and sandy, but always packed in summer. Every part of the lake is great for swimming, depending on how comfortable you are going on from rocks. My favorite spots for swimming are out to the island, and a couple deeper sections in upper Thetis. Decent fishing trout and bass. No motorized boats are allowed, but ideal for paddlers. There is a dog park, which is actually where I usually launch my kayak.
Cameron C — Google review
Wonderful place for a tranquil stroll. The park is massive and covered in dense vegetation. The lakes are beautiful all year round. The trails are well marked and maintained. The only downsides are that there is almost no gradient and the views do get boring after awhile.
Kevin L — Google review
Amazing, relaxing great hiking and a nice beach. Parking was a breeze during the day. Worth the visit and make sure to bring swim wear on a nice day. Lake is clear and clean. The hike can be a little hard for some as it has a few elevation changes but it's dog friendly.
Jag B — Google review
A beautiful park and 40+ km of trails means you can return often and have new experiences. It's only five km of trails to go up, down and around both upper and lower lakes at Thetis Lake Park. The trails are maintained in excellent condition. In spring many types of wildflowers bloom, such a colourful and delicate contrast to the giant trees. We'll be back.
Linda M — Google review
Love to come to Thetis Lake any day of the week. It’s a bit busier on the weekends, as expected, but there’s always lots of room for parking. This is a great place for swimming, picnics, hikes, kayaking and paddle boarding (Palli Paddle Boards is very close if you want to rent one!). Parking is $2.50 for the day and there are lots of washrooms and changing rooms at the beach.
James S — Google review
We actually purchased our home because of it's close proximity to this gem of a location. Although this park can get busy in on the hottest days of summer, once parked there seems to be lots of room for everyone. Most of the rest of the year it is a peaceful oasis. The broad network of trails leave many choices for those looking to escape the business of life. For those that want to walk a dog, connect with a friend, build cardio, or take in quick break then the lower and upper lake loop trails are perfect for you. **Disclosure - I'm a little biased as this one is close to my home!
Greg E — Google review
What a great walk! Walked from my daughter's school and took the trails leading to Thetis Lake. We strolled everywhere we possibly could and we still didn't see it all. We walked a total of 8.5km and want to come back for more as this place has incredible views and certain places are just so quiet and tranquil. Never did find my daughter's class trip but we did find a pile of new memories and pictures worth taking. Highly recommended for the walking and kayaking but not necessarily the swimming as there are algae blooms and some type of scum on the water during different seasons. Seen plenty of people still fishing so....up to you.
Booyaka ( — Google review
Thetis lake offers you walking/moderate hiking destination with serene views. I went to Thetis lake trek on weekend but could not finish the whole trek (upper lake) due to stormy weather but whatever I saw offered me with beautiful spots, off trail tracks and beautiful view of lake all along. Most of the trail is soft ground with very few muddy patches with fishing spots available (fishing license required). Cliff jumping is prohibited and depth warnings can be seen at certain spots around the lake. In addition, lake seems mystical especially in rainy weather. It’s easily accessible from downtown through tran Canada highway no. 1 and if you want to take bus then no. 50 will drop you 1 km away from the lake (at Island Highway at Six Mile Road). You can either walk from there all the way to Thetis lake regional park (up hill walk) or take bus no. 53 which will drop you in the parking lot of the Park. Good luck to everyone and again thank you Victoria for such beautiful moments.

This hidden gem boasts an impressive array of amenities, including indoor bowling and arcade games that promise fun for everyone. The sports bar is equipped with numerous TVs, making it the perfect place to catch your favorite games while enjoying live music on the outdoor patio every Thursday night.
The assistant manager Ramsay, at the Patio is great! super friendly and always making sure things are right, especially with drinks and orders. He checked in often and actually cares that you’re having a good time. The patio is such a nice spot to chill, and the service makes it even better. Definitely coming back!

Stopped in at the sports bar recently and was pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem in Langford! Ramsay ( the manager) came over to check on us, when we asked what all was in this venue, he graciously gave us a wonderful tour of the facility that includes: indoor bowling, arcade games, a sports bar with loads of tv’s to watch your favourite sports, live music on the outdoor patio on Thursday nights, a sports venue that offers summer camps on top of sporting events AND concerts….. This is a TOP CLASS recreational facility with so much to offer that everyone who stays on the island or visits ( like us from Edmonton) must stop by and check it out, you will definitely not be disappointed. The place is very clean, the staff are super friendly and very good at their jobs, thanks Josh!! the food is excellent, and they even offer many specials to choose from daily! Thank you again Ramsay for taking the time to show off this place to us, we had no idea this place even existed but will be sure to stop in on our next visit to Victoria and hopefully get to hear some live music on that beautiful patio! Persimmon Tree Modern Korean Cuisine is a fantastic contemporary Korean eatery that satisfies one's cravings for delectable East Asian fare. During my initial lunchtime visit, it was apparent from the rapid filling of the restaurant that this place is highly sought after by locals. Families and children are warmly welcomed, with child seats readily available. The establishment offers both booth and center tables, allowing for comfortable dining experiences.
We visited Persimmon Tree restaurant for Lunch,  Korean restaurant that left a lasting impression. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual night out or a special occasion. The menu offered a variety of traditional Korean dishes, just the right varieties. Usually, when restaurants have many items on the menu, sometimes you won't get the best dish. That's what I've experienced for whatever reason. The Items that we ordered were the right quality and the perfect taste. I especially enjoyed the bibimbap and the bulgogi—both were flavorful and well-prepared. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service at Persimmon Tree. The staff, with their warm smiles and attentive nature, made us feel truly pampered. When one of my friends requested not to put onion and spring onion toppings on the dish, she later came and asked if she was okay with kimchi pancake as it was part of the accomplishments that came with the dish she ordered, which was very thoughtful of there and paid attention to the customer's preferences. The food was served promptly, and the staff checked in regularly to ensure our satisfaction. Overall, Persimmon Tree restaurant is an excellent place to satisfy your craving for good Korean cuisine in this neighbourhood. The combination of delicious food and outstanding service made for a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Korean cuisine in a warm and friendly environment.

Amazing food. Could not stop enjoying the ribs and spicy bi bimbap - OMG just so delicious Plus they have a cool Korean Soju and Wine Flight. Highly recommended. Sorry - only empty bowl to show because it was too good to sit for a pic.

I can't I haven't been here until now. I definitely missed Korean food. It is nice to get Korean food with great price and quantity. Customer service was great. No complaints there. Cass beer with $5 price tag is great! Very happy with my dinner. I will be back!

So, I perused my map pins for something to try that was close to where I need to be next and ended up at Persimmon Tree Restaurant. I've been to a few Korean places in many cities (but none in Korea) and do really enjoy the food. We had the Bibim Bap, the Gochujang Beef Noodle, and the Deep Fried Shrimp dumplings. All of the dishes tasted great. I'm only sad I didn't have space for the spicy soft tofu soup! It is truly one of my favorites. Definitely stop by if you're in the mood for some very good Korean food #vancouverisland #vancouverislandfood #livetoeat #thefoodlife #foodie #vanislefood

Persimmon Tree is a cute little restaurant run by very friendly people. I ordered the tofu soup. It was delicious and the portion was very big. Will definitely go back again to try other dishes.

Update on June 8th: Finally got a chance to dine in. The service was amazingly friendly, and had more option than online menu or delivery app. Also the store inside was nice and bright, had a large table in the middle that can accommodate more than 6 people. ========================== I've been trying to order their food on skip, but their hours of operation on skip are very inconsistent. I was addicted to ordering their pork soft tofu soup, salty and spicy with a hint of sweetness, the best dish in my opinion. But after the pandemic, I think they cut the portion. The savoury seafood pancake tastes good too, and the waiter is very attentive to mark the sauce. However, there is not much seafood in it, and most of the pancakes are chives. Have ordered bibimbap too, amazing taste, hope to try it again next time I see them open on skip.

I got take out, so that's why I gave a 4 for the atmosphere, although it is a very clean place! David is providing personal recipes of Korean classics and his own take on his South Korean culture. I got the boneless chicken, and it was delicious with the perfect sweet and spicy. I will be back!

Beef bulgogi bibim bap was good. The bulgogi hotpot was not something I was familiar with (I had never seen this dish when I was living in Korea. The most similar dish would be Dduk bul), but it was great! Lots of veggies with warm sweet soup. Some parts of beef were a bit stringy- but was not a big deal for me. I will try again for sure when I am near. Tried again, thinly sliced beef bulgogi was great. Unfortunately, there were more veggies than beef though. Crispy chicken was not my cup of tea. The sauce was quite interesting which I've never tasted in Korea. Overall, okay.

The Rack Bistro is a charming addition to Langford's dining scene, offering a timeless yet contemporary Canadian style with rustic wood trim walls and industrial lighting. The bistro has shown its support for the local community by hosting fundraisers and events, demonstrating their care and commitment. Guests have enjoyed the splendid atmosphere of the outdoor patio and praised the delicious food, particularly highlighting the flavorful rack sliders and Korean BBQ chicken lettuce wrap.
First time I stopped here for dinner and drink and I was impressed with the service, quality and the atmosphere. Staff were nice and friendly. Food and drink menu is great and probably to many people’s tastes. I ordered The Rack burger, it was juicy, tasty and delicious. All compliments to the chef. I would definitely recommend this bar/pub/restaurant for good drink, good foods and watch a sport game.

My significant other and I came here every weekend in 2021 for drinks and food as we only live 3 minutes away. This place has changed. Tonight was the last time we will come in. We have noticed the quality of the food slipping through the years since they opened in 2020. Tonight we came in at 7:30 on a Friday night, we were expecting to wait at least 15 minutes to get a seat. We were seated immediately in a barely filled restaurant. No server to be seen for 15 minutes, the bartender actually took our drinks and appetizer. The food is priced fairly and drinks are priced well, the cocktails are quite good actually. Deep fried pickles come out, the oil clearly needs to be changed in the deep fryer, black specks all over the pickles and definitely overcooked as they were overly browned and quite rubbery. Taste left something to be desired as well. Chicken souvlaki comes out, presentation is nice at first look, I pick the wrap up and it falls apart immediately, that’s fine. I unwrap the wrap from the wax paper and it is COVERED in grease. I understand that I’m eating at a pub/bar but you have to draw the line somewhere on how greasy food can be. Server comes back after another 15 minutes to ask how food is, I explain that it’s too greasy and I don’t want it. The food was comped without request. I did appreciate that, and it goes to show that the server was aware of the problem and is attentive to her job. She was a lovely server and I have no complaints about the service I received. The food leaves a lot to be desired, disappointing.

This evening’s visit to the rack could be summed up by two words that begin with “E.” Excellent, and Entertaining! When the boys said $1 tacos, my immediate reaction was oh great, I’ll eat ten of those, and hit McDonalds on the way home to fill up. I was completely wrong. We ordered 36 between the 3 of us, and were e all stuffed. Fist bump to the kitchen, who pumped our food out quick as hell! Pulled pork was definitely the clear victor, but in a close 2nd and 3rd were ground beef, and fish. The food wasn’t the only highlight. The table beside us was hilarious; we truly enjoyed interacting with them. Then beer was cold, as it should be. Honestly, the only thing we didn’t like, was our server…. We LOVED her. Had the pleasure of being served by the manager, and she was stellar. Sorry about the bad pics, they’re screenshotted from a video. 10/10 all around. Will definitely be returning soon.

It seemed really good at the beginning, then just went blah as our meal went on. The waitress wasn’t very interactive at all, the food wasn’t exciting. It was tasty but very blah. Nothing to remember where we ate at, if you get that when you go somewhere for the first time. For a $20 sandwich, you expect alittle more than two slices of meat. The chicken chowder was tasty, but very Hot, had to wait a bit. Coffee tasted burnt, but drank it anyway, bc coffee is coffee. 😜 Their traditional breakfast was also tasty, but just seemed like it was missing something. Couldn’t put my finger on it. The room temperature water.. from which we poured ourselves was a cherry on the cake of a ‘Blah’ brunch at The Rack. 👍🏻

The Rack has amazing service, food and drinks! The menu has a ton of things you don’t see everyday. Lots of use of balsamic reduction and other creative and rich flavours. Our server was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We sat on the patio and had an awesome time!

Service was great and the coconut mojitos were delicious. I ordered a taco salad and it was lacking for a price of $27 It was a bowl (not a taco bowl) of romaine lettuce with 3 tortilla chips, a few black beans and kernels of corn, a blob of avocado and 6 medium sized prawns. The dressing was tasty. It seems like restaurant prices are going up at the same time quality is going down, and tipping is going up - a triple whammy!

Had a wonderful Friday night at this amazing Bistro. The atmosphere was splendid at their outdoor patio. The food was really good and delicious. We tried the rack sliders which was the best among the lot with beef chuck and goat cheese, the flavour was out of the world. The Korean bbq chicken lettuce wrap was amazing as well. Will definitely try this place again.

Great breakfast spot. I have had a few different breakfasts here and I am never disappointed. Good prices and great service. Super cozy atmosphere. Went for 1$ tacos and they are so delicious!!! Tuesdays at the rack are where it's at! I can't get enough of this place 😍
