Fort langley is great place to learn about Canada’s history, explore old lifestyles. Cute cafe to grab some coffee plus great kids area. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely check out the blacksmith shop. The place is great to spend a day with family or friends. Lots of interesting things.

This site is incredibly well maintained and thoughtfully run. Whether you’re visiting with kids, friends, or just on your own, it’s a great stop for all ages. It offers a hands-on glimpse into early Canadian life. The staff and volunteers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. A must-visit if you’re exploring the area.

Wow, it was a great place to learn about Canada’s history. I was amazed this village is preserved for our next generations of Canadians… the one in the fur area was welcoming and she was amazing in explaining Canada’s history… she is awesome!!!!! Thank you so much for being so welcoming and explaining the history of how different furs impact our history….

It’s the perfect blend of entertainment and learning — a must-visit when exploring the Fraser Valley!

This is just a marvel to watch. The place has been preserved and takes to actual historic times. There's a small café that serves excellent summer beverages. We spent around 5 hours, still felt it's not enough to explore the whole place.
Chaina K — Google review
We absolutely enjoyed this space during our visit. Staff was friendly, helpful and the space was immaculate. And excellent way to spend a day out with the family. And I absolutely LOVED this café, I wish all Vancouver Cafés would start serving this level of healing yumminess.
Francesca M — Google review
Intricate stories at every stop provide a welcoming atmosphere for even the faintest of history buffs. Each building is a place bringing back a time in Canada's history in a fun, at times interactive way. Lots to see in every corner. Pull the handle on boxes to be surprised by artifacts. See what Blacksmiths, Traders, Stewards and many others used to do in a time far from the present. Live demonstrations and friendly interpreters make the experience immersive.

Sabà Cafe and Bistro is a Canadian restaurant located in Fort Langley, British Columbia. It offers a variety of dishes, including Mediterranean cuisine. The cafe is known for its good beer and great food, providing a perfect spot to enjoy cold drinks and have a great time. With its vegetarian-friendly options, Sabà Cafe and Bistro is one of the top dining choices in the area.
I absolutely love this café — it’s my favorite spot in beautiful Fort Langley. There’s something magical about being here, especially on rainy days or in the spring. The vibe is always so cozy and inviting, no matter the season. They serve delicious coffee and have exciting baked goods that make every visit special. This place has truly become one of my happy places. I find myself coming back again and again just for the experience. Whether you’re a local or visiting, don’t miss out on this gem. Highly recommend it for a warm drink, a sweet treat, and a great atmosphere. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Had a wonderful experience here on the weekend! We arrived before it got really busy! Lots of seating, tons of baked goods & hot menu items! Iced latte & some treats were amazing! Will go back!

Saba Cafe is our favorite coffee shop at Fort Langley. We've been coming here almost every week for more than 10 years now. Tha coffee is good, very aromatic, the bakery is almost excellent, and the little cort, which is heated in winter, is very cozy. My favorite baked goody is the upside down orange cake. Thank you!
Darina M — Google review
Took a day off and headed to Fort Langley with my wife — couldn’t believe how lively the town was! It took us a good 15 minutes to find parking, and with the crowd around, we decided to check out this bustling café. Despite the long line, the café had a clever system: a friendly staff member took orders while we were still in the queue, so by the time we reached the counter, all we had to do was give our name. Efficient and thoughtful — definitely deserves a thumbs-up for that. As for the food, it was decent and up to standard — nothing particularly surprising, but nothing disappointing either. What stood out was their impressive selection of baked goods, all beautifully displayed and looking very tempting. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming spot with genuinely great service and solid food. A pleasant little find in a charming town.

Saba Cafe caught my eye from the outside, and stepping in didn't disappoint! The beautiful courtyard and outdoor seating area are perfect for a relaxing evening coffee. I tried their strawberry matcha and it was delicious. Great spot for a chill evening coffee.
Sky V — Google review
This is a delightful corner cafe offering a variety of baked goods that you can enjoy with their drink selections. It has a relaxing vibe and we enjoyed sitting outside the cafe while enjoying a nice drink on a sunny weather. We’ll definitely be back to try their breakfast and lunch offerings.
Lanie Z — Google review
This is a really great café. What made me want to come there were all the delectable baked goods they had on display from what I saw on their Google page. When I first came there, it was very busy, on account the Saturday farmer’s market that was taking place. Even then, however, I still found seating inside the café. At the counter, I ordered the Breaky Bowl with the Breve Café Drink and a Salted Caramel Pecan Walnut Bar. The caramel bar was pretty good, if not a little chewy. The Breve tasted very good, having that strong espresso taste and intensity to it. The Breaky Bowl was great; all the ingredients were sauteed very well, the cheese had that nice gooey consistency and the bacon was nicely saline and really savoury. The establishment has a bigger space than most cafes, especially with the back outdoor dining area. The staff were friendly and professional with no complaint to think of against their work ethics. I hope to come back there again, so I could really enjoy their bakery selections. The Saba Café really is a great place for a meal or a caffeinated drink.

The pastries and foods were amazing! My partner and I had a great time. I love that they offer beautiful pastries and healthy options. Will recommend to my family and friends.

The bakery prides itself on baking fresh pastries daily using locally sourced ingredients in their open kitchen. In addition to pastries, they also serve breakfast plates, sandwiches, pizza, soups, and gourmet sandwiches.
I really like this place. All the pastries are fresh and delicious, and the coffee is excellent—not like Starbucks. We ordered a flat white, matcha latte, French toast, eggs Benedict, and two desserts. The total was $70 with tips. We took one of the desserts to go.
Kateryna S — Google review
Their croissant might well be the finest across Surrey and Langley, properly flaky, deeply buttery, and laminated with the sort of quiet confidence that doesn’t shout for attention yet earns it all the same. A friend suggested we come, and for once, the recommendation didn’t just hold up, it surpassed itself. The margherita pizza was unexpectedly impressive. A base with just the right char, tomatoes left to taste like tomatoes, and a gentle touch of fresh basil rather. Then came the eggs Benedict - I don’t know how to describe it properly, but it may be the best I’ve had. Staff were unforcedly pleasant. Friendly without hovering, quick without rushing. If one were to become picky, the indoor seating at the back is rather too close to the ovens. The air carries a noticeable warmth, and your jumper may leave carrying a whiff of butter and toast. Not tragic, just something to be aware of. I’ll be back.
Le M — Google review
Sat here on a rainy afternoon for a breakfast sandwich, soup, and americano. Good vibes, it can get really busy (but so can Wendels) so take your pick. I enjoy their sandwiches a bit more than Wendels. Usually, when I want a quicker more low key experience I'll go here when I'm coming through Fort Langley. They have seating outside, inside beside their till, and some in a back room. Coffee is great, food is good but can seems a bit pricey for what you get. Only reason I took a star off is because of the price. However, quality is great and I'd stop here np.

Just had to stop by this adorable café in Fort Langley! The vibe is super welcoming, and the service is top-tier. They've got tons of options on the menu, and the Guinness Baileys Cake is a MUST try. It was literally the perfect treat. Can't wait to come back!

definitely worth the line up! got the hazelnut croissant, raspberry mille-feuille, and london fog. croissant was so crispy and buttery. london fog was very subtle. the mille-feuille was delicious too~

Love the pastries and sandwiches here. Probably one of the better almond croissant I've had. The line and wait for food may be long but it's worth it.

Good cozy place to have coffee and snacks. We had hot chocolate with whipped cream which was awesome. Also we had pumpkin spice latte for fall special which was also good. Service was good and the place was clean.

Nestled in the charming town of Fort Langley, Little Donkey Food & Drink is a vibrant eatery that offers a delightful twist on traditional burritos. This funky spot serves up both classic and fusion varieties, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. With seasonal specials that keep the menu fresh and exciting, guests can also indulge in expertly brewed coffee and a selection of small-batch beers.
Firstly, really good food... tasty, large portions all around. The craft beer selection was nice, and the atmosphere was cute and interesting. Prices are as expected, but with a beer each, you can easily spend $25/person. Glad MR is seeing some newer establishments with variety. Got the food quick, dined in... We'll be back!

Visited months ago only able to leave a review today. Was looking forward to trying the place and made a long drive from Vancouver. Sadly disappointing. We got Beef and Fish burritos. Serving of meat is too small. Bits and pieces of beef, fish is breading and just flakes. Sauce is underwhelming lacks seasoning. Veggies fresh. Tortilla cold. Would I go back? No thank you. Do I recommend this restaurant? No.
Tanya T — Google review
What a disappointment. I've been eagerly waiting to experience this place and most of it hit the bin. Fishmonger burrito. So mushy and unseasoned. Boatloads of cabbage and pico wasn't even pico. Just loads of chopped tomatoes. They put the fish on the bottom of the bowl so you can't see the serving size, or the quality of the fish, and turns to mush. Terrible. Way better places in Fort Langley. I didn't want to write a bad review, but whoever owns this place should know how poor the quality is.
C. P — Google review
Quite disappointed after visiting Little Donkey for the first time as it was highly recommended by friends with many positive reviews online. The burritos are small and overpriced. We tried the pulled pork burrito and found it to be mediocre and lacking flavour. The female cashier was unhelpful and looked like she would rather be anywhere else but there. Hoping to come back and try a different burrito as many enjoy this place in Fort Langley.
Geena J — Google review
Little Donkey is one of those places where you literally crave their Burritos! Always worth the drive no matter how insane the traffic is. Little Donkey delivers the freshness and quality of building a gourmet burrito. Always on my “to do” list. They also serve beer here so there’s that! Two enthusiastic thumbs way up for the Little Donkey in Fort Langley. A

Did the recipe change? Usually good but my burrito is 90% rice. Flavour is lacking today. Ordered the Bedford landing

Chose this place for a quick bite during our recent visit to Fort Langley due to the cute restaurant name. The "little Donkey" burrito was tasty with just the right amount of flavor to hit the sweet spot. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the food, the overall aesthetics of the restaurant and the great customer service! Will definitely keep in mind when revisiting the area.
Johnny Z — Google review
Beautiful location and nicely decorated inside. The food was just okay — I’ve definitely had better for the price. Very little meet and cheese. What really bothered me was the slow service. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, yet it still took about 15 minutes for our food to come out. We didn’t arrive right at opening either — ordered at 12:14 and didn’t get our meals until 12:30.

The food was flavourful with generous servings and ingredients. We will definitely return to this place next time we visit the area.

We enjoyed brunch here while we were exploring beautiful and historic Fort Langley recently. It has a lovely ambiance, the service was great and the food was ok. It’s a really busy place so we’re lucky to get a table right away. We ordered the beef dip, French toast and avocado toast. The avocado toast came highly recommended by our server so I decided to try it. I was very disappointed by the small size and lack of any visible avocado (see my pic) I did find a little bit under the spinach. It was not my idea of avocado toast and the portion was way too small for it to be considered good value, unlike the other two meals we ordered. I did also order a breakfast potato side which they didn’t charge me for because I think they could see I was unhappy with the meal. I did give them this feedback. Overall the food was underwhelming, but we really enjoyed the experience and Fort Langley is lovely.

We originally planned to go to another restaurant nearby, but their staff’s attitude was so disappointing that we decided to leave. Luckily, we ended up coming here — and honestly, it turned out to be such a great decision! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were super friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I feel so lucky we found this place. It was a wonderful experience, and I truly recommend it to everyone
Armin S — Google review
I came here with my family for lunch and sat on the patio today. The food was great, I really enjoyed the beef dip and my Sangria. The patio was nice and clean with nice big patio umbrellas and hanging flower pots. The washroom is nice and clean with an old school library type of feel. If this is a family-friendly place to dine, it would be great if there could be the option of using a high chair as they currently do not have any. Also, I get it's warm working on a patio in the heat as I served in the Toronto summer humidity previously, however, I didn't find it appropriate the hostess was wearing a tight fitting black tank top without a bra on. My child asked me why she could see the hostess nipples through her top.

I highly recommend this place! The food is so so good, well-done cooking and the flavour is great as well! The atmosphere is very nice and the service is 100 out 10. Everything was quick, clear, clean and server was the nicest girl. I rarely rate either of those good but this was amazing. I recommend.

Came here on a Saturday night and it did not disappoint. We tried the calamari, beef carpaccio, pork chop (on special menu), halibut and ginger spice cake. Happy to have finally tried this place and would come back.

I mostly read the reviews first and think twice, but this time I visited here without reading any reviews. I ordered 2 different pizzas and after visiting many places in BC, here the pizza taste and quality can be on my top 3 list, I am not exaggerating. Dough is thin cut, taste is absolutely amazing. Price is little high but I can understand because of the taste. Staff is friendly, location is nice in the center, beside the railway. If you are lucky you can see the train passes. My wife is delicate to eat because of her diet and she even liked because you don’t feel fool, I can say that the pizza is stomach friendly. Recommended!

Such a nice and quiet Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. I have come here multiple times and had great experiences every time. A great place to go with friends or on a date. The location is good, and you can wonder Fort Langley before or after your meal which is nice. The restaurant is hidden beside Wendell’s so I don’t know if a lot of people know it’s there, so I’ve never had a problem getting a reservation. What I also like about this restaurant is they accommodate bigger groups, even though their restaurant is small. We had a family dinner with about 10 people and they did a wonderful job taking care of all of us.
Jordan B — Google review
A lot of bad reviews I’ve seen about this spot. But can’t say I can trust them. My business associate wanted to try the restaurant out and I’m glad we did. The pizzas we got were great and everything was fresh and delicious. The latte was the best part as it was definitely one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while.
Brandon R — Google review
We chose this place for lunch with our friends, I wish we didn't choose it. The quality of the food is poor, the service is awful, the men who took our order behaved very rudely with disrespect, he didn't take our order politely, he didn't take the bill politely, his behaviour with, racism completely made us feel bad, the amount of food is very small and the taste is ordinary, and it is also expensive compared to the amount. It is not recommended at all Even if you are hungry.
Eva Z — Google review
Our first time here and it did not disappoint. We ordered Lamb Shank, Pizzas, Pastas, Calamari and Desserts and they were all good. Price was okay and service was awesome too. I liked the Patio dine in which was perfect for summer. We will surely be back.
Marnie E — Google review
Unfortunately, all the negative reviews seem to be accurate. The restaurant is undeniably beautiful, and you can tell it once had great potential—but now it feels like it's just coasting. We’re Italians, so we came in with high hopes and an understanding of what to expect. Sadly, the food fell far short. The caprese was a joke—doesn’t even look like one. The tiramisu tasted like it came from a supermarket fridge. The pizza was passable, but the tomato sauce had a canned flavor that was hard to ignore. To top it off, when we ordered espresso after the meal, it was served without sugar or a spoon—something that would be unthinkable in any decent Italian establishment. What’s most disappointing is that the owners are Italian, so they should know better. It’s not about perfection, but about care—and that’s what was missing. When the meal ends and no one offers dessert, just asks if we are ready for check, it speaks volumes. This place could be amazing again with some heart and effort—but right now, it’s just sad.
K Z — Google review
Came for lunch, and it didn't disappoint. Tried pizzas and pasta. Everything was fresh & delicious. Service, however, is not good. The servers are inattentive, not really taking care of the diners. 2 years ago: Found this gem by chance when looking for coffee after lunch, and everything else was full. We were helped by the most friendly lady who recommended us some pastries and some marmalade. She even gave us ideas to use it to prepare vinaigrette and salmon. The store offers different kinds of fresh pasta, sweets, and homemade bread. The restaurant side has a bakery with a yummy selection of cakes and a wood-burning oven! The place is very cozy and inviting. Next time will come for lunch.
Andrea P — Google review
Most items ordered were average. The Vongole was a disappointment, dry, and undercooked. The house made bread burnt and hard. Calamari was oily and underseasoned. Service was okay. Small portions for the price. All the drinks were great. Overall, it was an average experience with average food. The paper menu was pretty dirty with grease and stains, which was a turn-off.

Nestled in the historic area of Fort Langley, this family-owned business provides a cultural and culinary experience that brings the community together. My husband and I visited Fort Langley for the first time and stopped by the Fort Pub & Grill. We ordered 2 pizzas - with smoked salmon and vegetarian. The pizzas were very tasty, especially the smoked salmon - I recommend you try it! The establishment is atmospheric with pleasant service.

This is our third time heading to the Fort Pub and Grill. This time we came for breakfast/brunch and were pleasantly surprised to find that they have a Sunday Buffett Brunch. It is not fancy, but it does have the essentials; Meats, (sausages, BACON!!! and carved ham slices) Scrambled eggs and Eggs Benny, tater tots, butter biscuits and pancakes as well as chopped fresh fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, apples, oranges, and other seasonal fruits) My favourite part was the bacon - as if anything else ever had a chance…it was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Everything else was good too. The ham was flavourful without being too salty, the eggs had just the right amount of texture - not too dry nor too wet. Pancakes were yummy too. In my opinion it is a bit pricey for what you get - and I am not sure if the price includes non-alcoholic drinks like OJ, AJ, or coffee - but we ended up paying almost $92.00 for two including gratuity. The service has always been fantastic and this last visit was no exception. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their menu offerings. The atmosphere is good -typical pub atmosphere with a family-friendly feeling. They do have a patio which we didn’t try -maybe next time. We’re coming back again - fo’ sho’!

I'm giving 3 stars because we waited 40+ mins for our meals. The server apologized for the delay due to kitchen error. She was really nice and kept us informed. The Fort house pizza was good, but the Meatza pizza was abit salty. The crispy chicken was a bit dry in the crispy chicken burger and same as the Fort burger. Overall, it is a bit disappointing for the price paid.

My husband and I recently celebrted our wedding reception and chose the Fort Pub as our venue. We could not have been happier with our decision and would encourage anyone else looking to host any kind of meaningful, milestone event to do the same. From the beginning, the team at the Pub met us with excitement and professionalism. Everything from our initial meeting, to choosing our menu, to decorations etc was seamless. A huge shoutout goes to Shirley, Stephanie and the serving team who took care of our event the evening of - I cannot express how beautiful the Pub looked on the inside once my husband, myself and bridal party arrived. These women truly made our vision come to life when it came to the setup and décor, and we cannot thank them enough. Tara, John, Doug and Jack were also a huge part of the planning process, gave us all the information we needed, answered any questions that we had and gave us quick responses every step of the way. Our guests also gave a unanimous vote that the food was outstanding. Again, my husband and I are so happy that our celebration of marriage was held at the Pub; it will always be special to us and a night we will remember forever, all thanks to those who attended and the team who made our night come to life. Thank- you so, so much <3

We'd heard earlier in the summer the Fort Pub was closing and the building was coming down - sad because it's always been a nice, busy pub with great food. Glad to find out it wasn't closing and last night stopped in with friends for dinner. First noticed how empty it was but thought nothing more of it. Menu had clearly changed but most of the old stand byes were still there. We ordered 2 beef dips and 2 chicken burgers and this is where we really saw the changes. Both chicken burger patties were overcooked and dry. Buns were soggy but yet tough. Beef dips were a bit better but clearly not the quality from the past. We didn't finish our meals and the server did not ask about them. As we continued to visit we started to notice the mice. Now, every restaurant has mice but this is an infestation. By the end of our stay the mice outnumbered people. Whoever took over this establishment should consider rehiring the pest control and work with their staff on food quality. A real shame as this has always been one of our favorite Langley pubs.

We were really disappointed with our experience here. The service was poor from the very beginning. Our waitress kept moving from one table to another, chatting and laughing, but not actually sending any orders to the kitchen. She seemed to be serving about eleven customers at once, which caused long delays. We waited around 45 minutes before asking where our food was. Instead of apologizing, she blamed the kitchen and said that with 30 years of experience, she didn’t need any advice. We had only tried to explain that it would have helped if she had sent our order right away. After that, she wasn’t friendly at all, and we had to wait another 15 minutes before finally getting our food. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the service. The only dish that tasted good was the poutine — the rest had no flavour or seasoning. To apologize, the restaurant offered us a 50% discount on the dish we had ordered, which we appreciated, but it didn’t really make up for the overall experience. Overall, we left disappointed and won’t be coming back.

For day 2, we recommend exploring the northwest side side of town. Start the day off with Wendel's Bookstore & Cafe, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Little White House & Co. All together, your day would be filled with about 7 hours of non-stop fun.

Wendel's Bookstore & Cafe has been a beloved spot since 1997, offering a cozy atmosphere and delicious seasonal dishes. This quaint counter-serve nook is not only a place to enjoy an espresso or homemade dessert but also to immerse yourself in history as it is located near the Fort Langley National Historic Site. The menu features Mediterranean bistro dishes with local flavors, including blueberry pancakes for breakfast and fig and brie grilled cheese for lunch.
Wendel’s Books is more than just books—it’s a great spot to eat with plenty of options. Not only is the food good, but the atmosphere really fits the charm of Fort Langley’s small, historic buildings (not sure what you’d call them, but they set the vibe perfectly). It’s always nice to support local spots like this that carry history with them. Our favorite was the beef brisket pasta—absolutely delicious! The BLT and some of the other dishes we tried were average, but there’s still so much more to explore on the menu. Five stars for the vibe, and the food is solid, especially for the quality and price!

A Hidden Gem for Book Lovers and Foodies Alike Tucked into a cozy old corner near the riverside, this charming bookstore-restaurant hybrid is the kind of place you stumble upon and never want to leave. Whether you choose to sit inside, surrounded by shelves of well-loved books and the comforting aroma of pastries, or outside on the corner patio, this spot invites you to slow down and savor. There's something magical about flipping through pages while sipping tea or nibbling on a flaky croissant. The outside seating offers a perfect view of the world in motion—trains rumble by, classic cars cruise lazily, bicycles glide past, and curious tourists pause to peek in. The occasional motorcycle adds a gentle roar to the ambiance, while a muggy, fresh breeze drifts in from the nearby river, wrapping around you like an old story. Time seems to stretch here. Hours melt away as you sip on rich coffee, sample delicious dishes, and get lost in both stories and scenery. It's more than a meal or a bookstore visit—it’s an experience, a brief retreat from the rush of the world. If you love good food, better books, and the best kind of atmosphere, this place is a must!

Food is always so comforting and sitting around the patio is great! I’ve had the salmon and goat cheese salad several times and it’s always consistently tasty! Service is a bit slow and not on top of cleaning tables, but I guess because it’s always so busy. Highly recco coming here for comfort food and treats!

It was very crowded and hard to find seating. Lining up to order was very tight. Some of us ordered via the qr code on the table. It was equally fast but less stressful. Because the line up was between tables and counter. The food was great as it has gluten-free options even thought you had to pay $1 more for it. The ingredients where fresh and the combination of some dishes made the culinary experience unique. The bookstore on its own is small and relaxing. The cafe part rather busy like a bee hive.

Wendel’s continues to show why it is a Fort Langley legend. We ordered a short rib Mac & cheese, chicken & berries salad, prawn tacos, carrot cake, and two handcrafted beverages for $81 all in, including tax and tip. The food is always quality and the serving team is friendly. We highly recommend.

Wendel’s is one of my favourite places in Fort Langley. The bookstore is small but has an interesting selection of books. The cafe is small and can get crowded inside but there are tables outside too. I love the chicken chili yam bowl. It has just the right amount of spice and a bit of chili heat and is a good size for lunch. It’s my go-to meal at their cafe !

I was really looking forward to having breakfast here and ordered the Smoked Salmon with Avocado Eggs Benedict, which was one of their specials that day. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed—the poached eggs were completely cooked through, more like hard-boiled, instead of runny as you’d expect in an Eggs Benedict. The service and atmosphere were fine and it wasn’t very busy for a Sunday morning. Overall, I had higher expectations and left a bit underwhelmed.

A super fun spot for vintage lovers. The store is big with lots of little rooms filled with collectibles, and you could easily spend hours exploring. It gets pretty crowded on weekends, and the narrow aisles mean you’ll often be dodging people while checking out the small treasures. It was a bit stuffy with the heat on during a warm day, but overall, it felt like a little time-travel adventure. Definitely planning to go back.

A large and charming antique market with many individual vendors offering a wide variety of vintage items, collectibles, furniture, and decor. You can easily spend hours browsing through the unique pieces. Prices vary by vendor, but it’s generally fair and fun for treasure hunting. Located right in the heart of historic Fort Langley, so it’s easy to pair with nearby cafés and shops for a nice day trip.

Loved it! I plan on going back for a day trip soon. You could spend hours looking at collectibles. The only problem we had is the heat being blown in the store. It was a warm summer day but the internal heating system was on high.

Cute place but consider that they don’t check what they sell or cheat by themselves. Both actually don’t worth your time and money. In my case unpacked box with parfum turned to piece of napkin and a glass.

The Village Antiques Malls really utilizes the immense space that the building has. This antique store is full of worthwhile collectables, from vinyl records and ceramic knick-knacks to relevant collectables like Funko Pop toys and Beanie Babies with their tags still intact. There is so much to look at that would want to buy out of sentimental value or gift- giving ideas. This is such a fascinating store full of intriguing items you want to admire at. This mall is worth your time.

Loved our visit to Trading Post!! Everything was made from scratch — the Harvest Club Sandwich, Tacos, and Lemon Garlic Hummus were all fresh and delicious. Drinks were amazing, great vibe, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Wow! I always drove past and noticed how busy this place was but never actually stopped. Parking is somewhat limited when busy, so I was always hesitant. Decided to pop in today as it seemed not too busy in early afternoon. Food is 10/10! Good portions, tasty! Ordered the cauliflower Mac n cheese, poutine with pulled pork, pretzel with dill dip, and the truffle fries. Everything was absolutely delicious 😋. Service was also amazing. Food came quick and our server checked on us several times. Limited parking aside, I highly recommend trading post eatery!!! Ps- they have their own beer that can be purchased to take home!!! Kudos to management and staff. This place knows what they are doing 😀

Amazing food and drinks! Our group shared an order of truffle fries as an appy, so our meal was off to a great start. I had the Fort sandwich which was so flavourful; the creamy brie, smoked bacon, maple onion jam, and peppery arugula complimented the juicy chicken breast perfectly. The side salad house dressing was also very delicious and refreshing. Dessert was very decadent. Easy to see why this place is a regular haunt for my friends when visiting Fort Langley, what a treat!

I highly recommend visiting this place on your next trip to Fort Langley. They have a lot of great options to choose from and really delicious beer. My husband had a burger and he enjoyed it very much. I had a power bowl with shrimp and it was so delicious! Our server was super friendly. We sat in the back on their patio which had plenty of cover from the sun. Will definitely come back next time we are in Fort Langley.

While traveling with our camper, we stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant—and what a fantastic surprise it turned out to be! We enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal. An unforgettable experience on our journey!

My wife and I stopped in today for a bite and a drink. It’s been little while since we were there. My wife had the lawnmower beer and the roasted carrots, I had the hells lager and the Canadiana burger. I asked for arugula lettuce instead of the regular lettuce. Our server was Seraphina S and was fantastic, the other servers seemed to be just as on top of their game in serving everyone. The food was amazing as usual. The only disappointing thing was that the quad beer that was brought out for their anniversary is no longer available, it was my favourite. Other than that everything was great.

This place is very nice and in a great location. The service was very good overall and the menu isn’t bad. The food was good, but imo the burger underwhelmed for $25 and the fry portion was on the small side for the money. Bacon was a little tough and cold, and the size of the burger itself was a little surprising. Still enjoyable overall, just pricey.

Nestled in the heart of Fort Langley, Little White House & Co is a charming café that exudes romance and whimsy. The café's Instagram-worthy aesthetics make it a must-visit destination for those seeking picturesque moments. We had such a great experience with high tea here. Booked for a larger group, communication was flawless / seamless from initial call / booking to day of event. They were accommodating to dietary restrictions and needs. Great service, attentive, and the food was delicious. Ambiance was great! We will definitely be back :) thank you for making this moment special.

Every detail, from the classic architecture to the tasteful decor, exudes an authentic Parisian ambiance that instantly transports you to another era, yet with all the comforts of modern living. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with thoughtful touches that make you feel not like a guest, but like you’re living your own story in a piece of history. Waking up to the soft morning light streaming through vintage windows, enjoying a quiet coffee in a charming nook, and simply soaking in the character of the house — it all makes for an unforgettable stay that feels truly special and elevates your trip to the next level.

Little White House & Co is truly one of the most charming hidden gems in Fort Langley. The moment you step inside, it feels like stepping back in time to a romantic vintage house filled with elegant décor, soft lighting, and cozy details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their café offers a wonderful selection of coffees, teas, and beautifully presented pastries that taste as good as they look, and the outdoor garden is perfect on sunny days for relaxing with friends or enjoying a quiet moment with a book. The staff are generally friendly and attentive, and you can tell they put effort into making each visit special. Since it’s such a popular spot, it can get quite busy during peak hours, which means wait times for seating or service can be longer than expected. The boutique is filled with gorgeous vintage-style items, and honestly, there were so many things I would have loved to buy—but my budget didn’t quite allow it 😁😁. Overall, it’s a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates charm, history, and a unique café experience.
Shahryar R — Google review
Had a great experience and some tidbits for those who have had a "less than great" one in the reviews so far. The Little White House is definitely a country inspired, "shabby chic" setting. The space is multi-use so you do have mixed retail (in the main house) and a tea house (in 3 different additions) but also a combination of space types within the layout. You can choose from 3 different areas for tea service: their well air conditioned entry to the back addition, their ventilated but much brighter (and warmer!) sun/garden room, or the barn like addition with adorable chandeliers and arched windows. Either of the last two are going to have some plants and possibly a lil guy that lives on them creeping through the barn slats at some points in the year. If you'd like to avoid the summer heat and burst of life that comes with it, it's probably best to choose the truly indoor area with A/C. There's also a variety of tea experiences available, depending on how busy it is when you come, for those concerned with the pricing. We had a wonderful time enjoying a set of 6 delicious scones with a large pot of the house tea (chosen from a grand selection at the time), with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam - for $36! (serving 3 people). Due to high traffic they simplify their weekend offerings to only the high tea set, but if you're able to come on a weekday there are more budget friendly options available. And your server will naturally be available to you on a more personal level, like she was with us :) Hope this helps!

I love love love this store! All their items are gorgeous and the concept of a historical home that sells furniture, vintage decore, feminine clothing, and high tea is like a dream come true for girly girls like me. Their high tea was yummy, their signature tea I think they said was an earl grey was amazing! They told us we could ask for more sandwhiches/ treats (I’m not sure if this was free as I was too full to ask for more, but I love that they offered this) 💕 Cannot wait to come back

Shout out to one of the sales assistants who helped me while I was shopping alone and didn’t know if I was getting a good fit with a dress. She could have told me everything looked great, but one instead helped me choose the one dress that fit! Just for that I will be back! They sell vintage inspired and cottage core dresses. I chatted with them and they get the dresses from wholesalers but I still don’t see the designs everywhere. The house is a joy to explore as well. Behind every nook there could be a beautiful blouse, skirt, or dress. And lots of people were there for formal tea; remember to book at least 24h in advance.

I’ve been here quite a few times over 4+ years ago and I must say it has changed and gone downhill. We felt robbed paying $150 for 2 adults and they charged us for a 2.5 year old that just shared a couple treats that could’ve been from my portion. I understand it’s a set menu but it would make a lot more sense to still tell us what the afternoon tea includes and give you a tea option. If I knew what our tier was going to include we would have left instead. It’s like eating wonder bread with mayo and cucumbers. My daughter could make that. It’s unbelievable the price they charge and think it’s okay to serve such low quality food. I could’ve gone to a steak house and got steak and lobster with alcoholic beverages. If you want afternoon tea go to somewhere in Vancouver. After so many reviews why aren’t they atleast letting customers choose their tea yet?! Look at this tier of food for $150!!! We got 1 strawberry cut into 4 pieces lmao

I have tried Bahn mi all over the LMD and this place is in my top 5. Get extra sauce, and jalapenos. The chicken and beef are both excellent, haven't tried the others. The regular Pho is very tasty with a clean broth, slightly sweet and aromatic.

Good food, good service. The atmosphere could use a touch up. You will not be disappointed by the pho. I ordered the house pho with everything. It was delicious and the broth was tasty. My girlfriend ordered the wonton soup, equally delicious. However be prepared to wait a little long than your typical pho restaurant. Our food took a bit longer than expected and it wasn’t very busy. We will definitely be back when we are back in Fort Langley.

I was excited to try this place after seeing the reviews others have given them. However, my take out experience was far below my expectation. I waited for 40 mins for my take out from initial order and when I ate my food (stir fry noodles) at the local park (5 mins walking distance) I was immediately disappointed. My friends and my meal was cold, tasteless, and they did not provide napkins nor appropriate cultery. Not to mention, they ran out of ingredients and substitute for something else. They left tables (not one but 3) uncleaned for the whole 40 mins while I was there waiting. I really enjoy supporting local businesses, but without change, I will not be coming back.

My chicken broth pho was delicious. Everything was piping hot, fresh garnish, tasty shallots and very flavorful. The pork paste and mushroom balls were so yummy!!. The sliced pork was also delicious in the soup. I will definitely be adding this so my regular eats in the fort.

My friend is vegan, so I always let her choose what she wants. She picks this as it is perfect for a rainy day. We are not from the area, so we didn't expect it could be challenging to find parking. We ended up with some paid parking nearby for $9.5! We also had a tight lunch break, so we didn't bother to look further. However, I asked the staff, and he said there was free parking at the restaurant's back alley. We ordered beef pho and vegetarian pho, both small in size. At first, the staff told us it would be too small for us if we were hungry, but we found it perfect as my friend also wanted vegetarian spring rolls. Booth was clear but not very flavorful. I would prefer a richer booth. The pho noodle itself and beef are both alright. The vegetarian spring rolls were over fried. Price is in the more expensive spectrum but I guess it was because of the area. Three items in total after tax was $39.27 (before tip).

Felt like the place was dirty and not very popular. The portobello mushroom sandwich was good... didn't add cheese because they use diya. Husbands burrito was microwaved so he said it was not edible. Bathroom really gross with an unflushed toilet. Very nice girl helping us, and tried to give us good service. It was OKAY overall.

This tiny cafe is located crossing the main downtown fort Langley area towards the park . Old building structure and nothing so fancy but all classic. Antique seating inside make you comfortable and the lady at the counter will take your order. Their menu is all stacked with variety of vegetarian dishes from mac and cheese to enchiladas and bowls. Portions are big and the taste is home cooked. (Easy on stomach) We had tomato soup which can be combined with salad or a toast. I personally think that the toast could have been better with butter or some flavour rather than just whole wheat bread. Quesadilla was so full that it was over flowing with all the vegetarian goodies it was stuffed with so I enjoyed every bite of it.

Unfortunately their veggie burger has eggplant in it so I didn't try it ... The staff was nice and helpful and their apple pie is very very good 😋. You cannot tell its vegan (but it is). Also, the banana muffin is tasty.

Very filling homemade vegan eats. Comfortable/ cozy seating area! I ordered a wrap and mac and cheese, while I was waiting it smelt like a fire was happening along with visible smoke coming from the kitchen. I asked him about it when I got my food, he shrugged it off that it’s been fixed. I opened my to go box of Mac a cheese and there was charcoal all over the box and in the macaroni along with a taste of burnt plastic.

My wife and I visited this quaint little Vegan restaurant on a rainy afternoon. My wife had the chimichanga and I had the burrito. We tried both and found them both delicious. However, the chimichanga was the best of both. For desert we had the sunday which was amazing. The decor is nice but it's a little too homie for my liking, however, some people may enjoy the informal layout. Service was adequate but could use improvement. Prices fair if not a little high. Reasonable value for money considering its all vegan.

Rail & River Bistro is a popular dining spot in Fort Langley, offering a diverse menu with Canadian cuisine. Located in the heart of the city, it's known for its delicious West Coast dishes and cozy atmosphere. With positive reviews and a varied menu including brunch options, it's a must-visit restaurant when exploring the culinary scene in Fort Langley.
My husband and I came to Rail & River last night for our anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves! Our server was very friendly and the food was fantastic! We started with the crab dip, which was very yummy and had the perfect dip to chip ratio, which is hard to achieve! Definitely recommend. For our mains, my husband had the steak frites and I had the crispy chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. The chicken sandwich was one of the better ones I've had! We will be back! 🫶

I cook a lot and I'm often disappointed with food when I eat out. We shared a macaroni and cheese as a snack and were blown away. Very happy to recommend. They had a kids menu and we're lovely to deal with.

It’s the BC Day weekend and we decided to visit Fort Langley. After a short walk we decided to dine at the Rail and River Bistro. The server was great. Dog bowls were at every table. We ordered an IPA and Sangria. Both were yummy. The lettuce wraps were super flavorful! My beet salad presented beautifully and tasted fresh. The Brie burger was juicy! Overall it was a very good dining experience.

Had a wonderful surprise at Rail and River when the chef invited us to try his new oyster mushroom calamari dish. The creativity and execution were impressive - the mushrooms (cooked in beef tallow) genuinely captured the texture and flavor of real calamari. You could tell the chef was passionate about this unique spin on a classic. Looking forward to seeing this dish on the regular menu! Also enjoyed my beef dip, and the service was great. How does that sound? Feel free to adjust it to better reflect your experience.

Reading the last few weeks of reviews I see that I am not alone. My wife and I attended for dinner recently. The place had maybe 4-5 occupied tables. We were seated outside, and it took our waitress 20 minutes to even come over and take a drink order. Since we had waited so long, she took both a drink order, and our food order. We ordered a draft beer, and a mixed cocktail. We waited for nearly 30 minutes, no beer, no drink, no food. We eventually got up and left. Im assuming that the bar/kitchen is shared with the pub next door, but thats not an excuse to not be able to get a beer and a rum and coke out to a table at 5pm. We went to Wendel's instead, and had a much better experience and likely a much better tasting dish based on the reviews of the food here. Not sure if management has changed lately, but that was a terrible experience. I dont really care if my menu is on non-lamented paper, but if youre going that route, perhaps re-printing them every few days should be an option. Both my wife and I's menu looked like a piece of paper that had gotten soaked in the rain and then dried into a crumpled mess. Couple that with the old men blowing their nose and horking lougees in the table behind us (im aware that isnt the restaurants fault), and we couldnt have got out of there fast enough.

Went here the other day with a group. My food was okay, I wouldn't recommend the chicken burger. Everyone else said their food was great though. Service was good but at times slow. When we got the bill, she had forgotten to charge us for the Monday burger deal, so it's a good thing I noticed that. She reprinted the bill but I noticed that for some reason, the PST went up $1.50 even though the bill went down $10. That doesn't seem right, and is very shady. The PST should have gone down and our bill should have been even lower. I know it's not the servers fault but the owners must think customers don't pay attention to that stuff...

We ordered four items - mushroom soup, nachos, a fish burger, and kids’ pasta. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The mushroom soup had an awful taste, the fish burger was smelly, the nachos were burned, and the kids’ pasta came out spicy (we had to send it back to be replaced). The worst part, however, was the service. Our server seemed upset about something, which of course isn’t our place to fix, but it affected the experience. She never checked on us, didn’t return to see if we needed anything, and when it came time to pay, we couldn’t even find her. In the end, we had to ask another server to help us settle the bill. We live in Langley, and they’ve lost a lifelong customer. We certainly would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything from the food to the service and seating was fantastic. I ate outside because I had my dog. Each outdoor seating area has a dog dish with water and a nice private space where you're sitting. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The bruschetta was perfectly toasted and was very flavourful. The war won ton soup had a really tasty broth and lots of great stuff in it. All in all a wonderful dining experience.
