I ate at their restaurant, did not stay at this location! The food was good the service was great but the sun set was magical!!! If in the area at a beach I would stop by and grab a bite! For the area the prices were good the portions got smaller since inflation. But if they would raise the prices I would say skip it and enjoy the view from elsewhere.

Perfect dinner for views of the water and/or sunset. We were greeted right away and decided to sit at the bar style seating facing the water on the patio. Drinks were quick to the table and tasted delicious. We had a Miami Vice and frozen daiquiris before and with our dinner. Our food was sooo good I was surprised by how flavorful and fresh it was. We had an order of the Beach House Pinchos, Mahi Mahi ones, and the Carne Asada tacos. This was the perfect amount of food for two people without overdoing it. Although I could have another order of pinchos they were so great! Our server was attentive and very nice. We will definitely return here next time we’re on the West Coast of Puerto Rico!

The Beach House is a must if you are in Rincõn! Great live music daily, quality food and drinks! The location is awesome but the employees are what makes this place special! I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over a decade and the service here is top notch! Maria and Adam were great bartenders, made us feel right at home! We will be back!

Had an absolute blast at The Beach House! They had live music, great drinks, and even better food. We went to Puerto Rico for Bad Bunny’s concert and ended up staying to explore other cities. The Beach House in Rincón is a must!

This is a great place for dinner and drinks! The view of the sunset can be spectacular and the atmosphere is fun! Seems like it gets really busy here in the late evening/night. If you get dinner early, you will definitely beat the bar crowd.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable — the perfect place to relax. Everything was just as described. If I had one small suggestion, it would be for slightly thinner pillows, but overall it was an excellent stay. Highly recommend!

The alcoholic drinks are delicious, the service was very attentive (entire wait staff checks up on every guest!), and the food was good. I have zero complaints, and I totally recommend going to eat there. We had ceviche, coconut shrimp, and the Surtido (the appetizer sampler). The only bad thing that happened turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The “Surtido” sampler was said to have tostones, but they didn’t serve those in the sampler. Instead, they substituted for some homemade, deep-fried chicken wings that were much better than Hooters (and I really like Hooters wings!). 10/10 recommend this place.

This is near the lighthouse. There is a little board walk that takes you to a restaurant. The restaurant had nice spots to take pictures on a swing and other spots for nice views. From that restaurant, they gave you a path that took you to the beach. There weren't too many people on the beach, so it was nice not too crowded.

Beautiful beach spot that’s not too big. Went in the evening for sunset and the shack had great empanadas and pina colada. In the morning, there few a people smoking and there were insects crawling out of the sand so didn’t get a chance to sit there.

Beautiful beach for surfing and hanging out. No swimming for kids as it is Rocky and big waves. Unless you get lucky and get a calm day. Right next to light house a nice place to walk and relax. There is a restaurant by the lighthouse.

When you see these 3 stars, don’t let them mislead you. If you’re a person who doesn’t really care about swimming, just wanting to relax on the sand or watch the sunset, this place is AMAZING. If you’re a surfer, this place is also an awesome surf spot. But if you want to play in the waves and swim, this place isn’t for you. It’s extremely rocky, and you can’t get in more than ankle-deep. I gave this three stars for that reason. But if you want to surf, it is a very good beach.

This is a really cool beach! It is mostly meant for surfing because it is too wavy to swim. But definitely worth spending some time here especially during sunset, to watch the surfers!

A great wave beach, but, as others said, watch for rocks and sharpness at the shore. We took surfing lessons here, and the guide was patient and lovely, but they had had a storm a couple of days prior and the sea was brown/green and cloudy, not blue. He said it was normally quite clear. We also did not have the waves he expected or wanted. For a beginner, that was fine. But you could tell he was a bit disappointed in wave quality. But the main thing is that the rocks on shore were a bit of a challenge to navigate carrying a board into the water. And if we did wipe out close to shore then we got a few scrapes on our feet from the rocks.

Good beach but no public restrooms. Close to light house. Not much waves. Parking is little tricky but you can get on road sides. Lot of shops and fresh fruits shop.

Pretty boring, the bar is nice, and the view is very pretty. However there's really nothing to do except walk around and sit at the bar. There were a couple vendors when I went, and im sure that the place is more fun at night when there's more people and vendors to look around at- but since there wasn't, it was boring! However there was a cute hike next to here that was pleasant!

I visited El Faro de Rincón with my wife, and it was an amazing experience. Even though it was raining a bit, the place had such good vibes and the nature around is just beautiful. I am from Florida, and I loved it you can even see another island out in the ocean from there. The weather and atmosphere were great, and I’d definitely say it’s one of the best spots to visit if you’re around here. It’s a perfect little tourist destination

A very beautiful place, for pictures, for a quick bite because there's a small bar and for awesome sunsets.

This is a nice and peaceful location to watch the waves at Domes Beach. Benches are sporadically in place to sit and soak in the view of the lighthouse and tourists visiting this site. You can also purchase drinks/beverages and an assortment of pastelillos from fillings with beef, chicken, seafood, and even rabbits to be consumed as music plays in the background On-site are a few vendors selling their hand-made jewelry as well. Parking is on site with no hassles. There's a telescopical viewfinder device to see Desecheo Island. It's a tranquil pitstop worth visiting.

Faro Punta Higüeras is a pretty cool place to visit. The views are nice and the vibe is relaxing, but there are a few things that could definitely be better. Right now, the road leading to the lighthouse has some construction going on, and honestly, it takes away a bit from the experience. Also, I’m pretty sure there used to be a small shop or stand nearby where you could grab something to eat or drink...but it looks like it’s gone now (unless I’m mistaken). That little touch made a difference, so it’s a bit of a letdown not having it there anymore. Still worth checking out, but hopefully they bring back some of the charm it used to have.

Absolutely beautiful. The best location in PR for sunset lovers. This place is well thought. There is a walkway around the lighthouse and over the cliff with great views, no matter where you stand. Food and drinks are available at the restaurant or you can bring your own. Plenty of parking. Drone friendly. No fee. Access to the lighthouse not possible. No reservations necessary. Short walk from the parking to the lighthouse. Best sunsets ever!

Beautiful historical light house, and the ocean very is peaceful. While we were there we spotted two humpback whales in the water. 🐋 We watched the sunset on the horizon. It was a great way to spend the evening. There is also restrooms inside the park and a small cafe with a bar as well.

Wonderful for snorkeling, amazing rock and coral formations right off the beach you will see amazing things. Food was a 15 minute walk down the beach to town so prepare or bring your own food if you dont want to walk! It is also a beautiful sunset and if you walk down the beach to the left you can see monkey island in the distance! We also had a very sweet dog come say hi :) To note: Parking is a bit tricky, get there early and be prepared to parallel park. A rock shelf lines the beach and it is VERY wavy so you must be an advanced swimmer or WEAR A LIFE JACKET as it is very easy to get overwhelmed or knocked into the rock shelf. If you go down the beach to the left you will see a pretty swing with beautiful tide pools! DO NOT ENTER OR LEAVE THE OCEAN HERE this is where the sea urchins love to sit :D leave and enter the water near the beach entrance and be safe!

I would highly recommend this beach. Especially if you like snorkeling this is a great place to go. There were tons of fish and I even followed a school of about 200 fish for about 20 minutes. It was all amazing. The beach is very good And there’s lots of spots to tuck under the trees if you need to get out of the sun. The only tricky part is that there is a tiny parking lot.

Lovely clean beach. Hard to swim but probably a paradise for surfers. Please keep it clean if you visit.

This is the most beautiful beach in Rincon! But not the best for swimming. I would recommend spending more time at Sandy Beach then Steps Beach, but you still have to check out this beach! There is great snorkeling because of the coral reef off the shore! In conclusion, I would say that Steps Beach is the most picturesque beach in Rincon, and a must see attraction!

Beautiful little beach with minimal parking. Snorkel just 10 feet from the beach and see tropical fish and corals! Great place for families, and photo ops with the steps. Highly recommend to stop here and spend the day!

Great place for snorkeling. But if there are waves, be very careful about getting into and out of the water. There is a band of rocks between the water and the sand. Don't let the waves push you to the rockets.

The best snorkeling we found on the West side of the island. Lots of waves but it was January after all. Plenty of parking along the street with a little walk. Gorgeous sunset with unexpected fun view of cows and donkeys while walking back to the car.

This restaurant was absolutely undeniably one of the best food establishments I’ve been too. If you make the amazing choice of coming to eat here get the potatoes. Again absolutely amazing you will not regret it!!

The restaurant is absolutely amazing! I ordered the Bailey’s French toast with a couple of eggs on the side, and a mimosa with fresh strawberry and passion fruit juice. And the bacon, OMG delicious, It’s applewood, spoked bacon. It’s so good that we’re already looking at the dinner menu for tonight to come back. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!!!

we ate at the restaurant TWICE during our vacation to PR. we loved it so much that we had to go back. we loved the atmosphere - quiet but intimate and still by the water! the first time we had paella for 2, very fresh and flavorful dish. the second night we had the red snapper, absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.

This was a total waste of money. Hands down the worst Puerto Rican food I’ve had here. The flavors were completely off, and they used cheap, overpowering sauces to cover up poorly cooked, low-quality ingredients. Nothing about the meal was authentic or enjoyable.

Tried Red Flamboyan since I saw so many videos on TikTok. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The service was not great, they took forever to come by every time, even though we were seated by the bar. The food was equally disappointing. We ordered the filet mignon and got some weird steak that was uneven in every piece with some medium rare and others well done plus it had no flavor whatsoever. Rice and beans were also bland. The views were beautiful, but I won’t be coming back.

We have come to this restaurant multiple times this winter and we have always had a great experience. Last night we tried takeout for the first time and it exceeded our expectations. We ordered the breaded mahi with coconut sauce and the goat cheese ball appetizer. The fish was delicious and fresh and the sauce and breading was next level. Highly recommend the goat cheese balls as well! The photo is all the food we ordered and what was packed with it. All the food was still warm by the time we got home. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Puerto Rican food!!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 years wedding anniversary together in Puerto Rico and decided to have dinner at the Red Flamboyan Restaurant. He had the red snapper and I ordered the Mahi-mahi. The dishes were delicious and had a beautiful presentation. The staff were attentive and inviting and helpful in suggesting cocktails for us to enjoy.

Very nice place. Excellent presentation, nice view at night and excellent flavor. The parking is uncomfortable and menu is a little pricey.

Took my wife here because she loves sushi. She said it was fairly bland. Service was slow. Food and alcohol are separate entities so two bills are necessary. Mojitos are not a thing here. Just basic mixed drinks and beer only. They have sake but get it hot. The cold sake is just the hot sake but not warmed. Personally, I can't eat seafood so I went for the pork potstickers and edamame, which (as luck would have it) was the only items they were out of. Thankfully, they also had skewers and they were pretty good. I took a picture of the extra menu that included the skewers. Server shorted us on change but was quick to resolve. However, he then gave too much back. Probably wouldn't choose to visit again but wouldn't persuade others to avoid.

The food, atmosphere and whole scenario was great but the bar it's way overpriced I would avoid it the next time I come around. Also cash or ATH móvil only

Food is good, not great. A little expensive too. But a great atmosphere and the pool is a great idea if you’re going with kids. They also play a movie on a big screen by the pool (Hotel Transylvania 3 the day we went).

I cannot say enough about the experience.. The guest houses are exactly what you want when you want to immerse yourself in Puerto Rican lifestyle.. So accomodating, you can even hear the roar of the beach..Ask for Dennis!

The staff speaks both English and Spanish. They are very nice. The restaurant is right on main road 413. They have 3 tables outside and 4 inside. They also have a gift shop. Lots of fresh vegan meals. The place is clean and well maintained. They have several coffee flavors with your option of milk (almond, oat, coconut, or regular).

The cashier was very sweet and attentive. The place has a nice vibe to it. The breakfast tacos with vegan chorizo were good. I had to add a little "love" to them to make them flavorful, but overall good. The vegan mushroom burger was delicious. The hibiscus sangria? Excellent!

Great place to grab some food! Was missing vegetables in my life and this filled that void. Everything was fresh and delicious. I had pork tacos and my wife had fish tacos, both were amazing. Very clean inside and friendly staff. Parking in front or there's a big lot across the street.

Great Experience here! We got the avocado toast, veggie wraps, and vegan chorizo breakfast tacos. All of the foods tasted fresh, were well balanced, and ready quickly. Staff was also very kind and helpful

March 2023 - We visited their new location. Everything is still amazing. Stopped in three times during this trip. So, so very good. We are still raving about how fresh and flavorful our food was. Absolutely give this a try. We're going back at least once before we leave.

I’ve been visiting Sana’s ever since they were just a stand over by the post office. Great to see the model is still working. This is my first time back since 2019. It did not disappoint. First of all, the food is as good and fresh as it ever was, and the service is equally top-notch. Can’t wait to come back on my next trip to Rincon.

I really wanted to like this place given all the reviews and some comments from locals. However the service was very poor. To get our check we finally had to go up to the bar and ask for it. My red snapper was over cooked and dry as was my daughter's mahi mahi. The lobster was also over cooked and really tough. The sunset though was spectacular.

Some of the best food in the area. Beautiful seating near ocean. Ample parking. Staff is courteous and very attentive. The mofungo is great, but the mashed root is even better. Hamburger made just right and tasty. Good fries. No complaints whatsoever. Juices were good too.

Nina was our server, she was so friendly and bubbly. After speaking with her a bit, we realized they were short staffed but you would have never known with the way her, the other girl and the owner were handling things. So smooth. The food, top notch! It was my first time having Caribbean lobster and it did NOT disappoint. And the beanssssss hands down the best we’ve had this trip. Loved the local relaxed vibe. Will absolutely be going back before we leave

We went for dinner. It was too hot for us to eat outside,so we dined inside. The waitress was very friendly . My husband ordered the homemade hamburger and I ordered the T-bone with majado de viandas. We drank coconut water. My steak was supposed to come with mushrooms, but came with onions. I still ate it. It was very good and the prices were real good.

Vibey atmosphere with yummy beers! We sat at the bar and everyone working was super friendly and attentive. There was good music playing & we didn’t order food but people near us did and it looked super good and smelled great. The beers were all really good, I tried the cider (not theirs) and the hazy IPA which I loved. We played monopoly go at the bar and had a great time here.

Our server was awesome. The fruit beer was tasty. Next time I am ordering the Moscow Mule made with their home brewed ginger beer. I had a taste of someone else’s drink and it was 10/10. Fun atmosphere. Great experience. And Chickens!

Visited on a Sunday night… and it was all worthy. they had a band in the evening and they made the environment so lively!!! Beer was good ,liked the Bruma(Lager Beer) and their summer IPA. Their vibe , hospitality was top notch. Definitely recommend visiting for just cool vibes and spending time.. Food was ok… didn’t like it much !

The restaurant is beautiful. They have an assortment of delicious baked goods at the checkout counter all worth taking home or enjoying on site with a cup of coffee. I was pleasantly surprised with the “October options” of pumpkin spice latte, waffles, pancakes or French toast. It was a very hard decision but I ended up getting the waffle. It’s not like other places where it’s just a waffle and it’s topped pumpkins spice. The waffle itself is pumpkin spice in such a subtle but elegantly executed way. It was the best waffle I have had. Also had the full breakfast and the lemon pepper on the breakfast potatoes was a surprise that truly uplifted the plate. Everything is crafted with such a subtlety and refinement that we went later in the day again just to try the bacon and salted caramel quesito. It was phenomenal. The service is just as good as the food and the vibe of the cafe is just refreshing.

Luis was excellent, and Astrid was nice, too! Everyone speaks English ( if you're an international), and they are helpful. The food was great, the coffee was great, and the environment was really calm and chill. I sat outside facing the Plaza and it was gorgeous - I even had some guitar live entertainment (see video.) My only real negative is the prices- it was a bit expensive, but if you don't care and just want a very solid breakfast, this is it!

This place continues to impress us every time we visit rincon. My partner and I own 2 cafe’s and I can attest this coffee is amazinggg and the food is so delicious. Our service is always great everyone is so friendly. Their quality of food here is shocking. Whatever they are doing, they are doing right. This place is great you won’t be disappointed.

Love this place, Rincon is my hometown, La Plaza has always been a gathering place for locals and visitors. I have tons of memories. The art walk on Thursdays is fenomenal, live music, restaurants, artisans it's wonderful 😊

LOVED the Thursday night art market. Lots of local artists and musicians, and folks dancing in the plaza to the live music. Cute shops and great restaurants. No idea why Rincón Beer Company never seemed to be open when we’re there, though!

Rincón is often known to be a massive tourist attractive town for it's beaches, resorts, surfing competitions and it's beautiful lighthouse. What most people don't realize is the rich history and culture this town possess. This plaza encapsulates that culture and history by it's many beautiful sites, statues, church and beautiful architecture that enriches not only the town of Rincón but this amazing plaza. Artisans gather on the weekends to showcase the potential this island habitants have and even though it's full of tourists you can feel the Puerto Rican aura the town of Rincón has. Also also the fountain in the middle brings a sense of piece and tranquility when the plaza is silent and quiet.

It’s a great place for cafe, restaurants and shops. Every Thursday night has art festival with music.

Amazing spot in Rincon loaded with local artists and restaurants. There were no “fast food chain” restaurants here, everything was extremely authentic and sourced locally. We enjoyed the food, the people and the culture, very friendly town to tourists and they were really accommodating with the language barrier (as we didn’t speak much Spanish). Overall highly recommended!

It is a beautiful square full of Christmas decorations and colors. During my visit there was a craft festival where we enjoyed typical music and the art of its citizens.

This establishment was my favorite place until they changed the menu. They offered a delicious fish filet with scallion cream sauce that was to die for. Along with delicious mamposteao side and shaved grilled veggies. Don’t know why this was omitted from the menu. Hope they bring it back someday. Other than that, great environment.

The loaded fries were half vegetables and toppings - you had to dig for the fries. The burrito was more like a wrap. Portions are bigger than you'd expect. Cash or venmo only taken. Wow! This place is amazing. Delicious perfectly cooked food. We had a great dinner. Limited seating, all outdoors. Friendly staff. Only warning cocktail pitchers are expensive. Get the empanadas, especially if they have the lions head. Good portions too.

Mari our server was a pro!! Her suggestions were on point. The food was spectacular! I wanted to stand up and say the tacos were so delicious!! My husband had the skewer and he was impressed with the flavors! The house Mojito was a great choice! I will let everyone know they will not be disappointed! We will definitely come back.

Wow where do I begin.. this place is absolutely sketchy from the waiter to the hostess if you’re bringing your young daughter please be careful!! and keep an eye on your child teen, the hostess let strangers solicitor while we were having dinner with are loved ones. As for the food presentation was very nice but food was very salty. Definitely a tourist trap.

Highly regret spending money here. The wait was incredibly long considering the small size and number of tables. We sat down and it took at least 20 minutes just for our server to come and introduce himself. The hostess was nice, though the service was basic. Not horrible, just not good or great. We were checked on only about 2 or 3 times in total and we had to pull someone else aside for the check. Also, we were told at the front that happy hour was ongoing, but when seated we were told it was only at the bar (which would’ve been nice to know upfront). The beet salad took minimum 45 minutes, and it was underwhelming. The taste was simple, not even a dressing. The Pad Thai did not taste like Pad Thai at all, and I don’t expect authentic. There was no peanut taste, it was just bland. The noodles were tough and the flavors weren’t there. The Cantonese stir fry tasted like some cheap takeout from a Chinese take out shop, just with a little more grease (which tasted a bit old). Also, the rice was very much room temperature and had the texture as if it was previously refrigerated then reheated. Overall, it was a crazy long time to wait for some very mediocre food. Also, the prices are not justifiable in the slightest bit, even for a tourist spot. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Not impressed. Single server/bartender who wasn't friendly or engaging. Half the menu was 86'd, including the dish I had been wanting. The goat cheese balls were meager and underwhelming. Two of the entrees were too salty to finish. The burger was undercooked for medium well. The final entree was passable, but not exciting. Meal delivery was slow for a relatively empty restaurant. Expensive for what was received. Not a good value.

Incredible food in a great location. My family group of 6 walked around on art walk night (super busy) trying to find a place to eat almost giving up but Roots had 2 tables outside they were fine with us moving together. Waitress was very kind, and we got some amazing, fresh, unique food!

We had Chef Tony come cook a private dinner for our family of seven at our Airbnb in Rincón, and it was delicious 🤤.. We're a group of picky eaters, but somehow every single dish was a hit. The coconut fish was fresh catch, flaky, and full of flavor. The jerk chicken had a nice kick and was super tasty, steak was super tender and he made sure everyone had the temperature of their liking. We loved was how it still felt true to Puerto Rican cuisine with Chef Tony’s own twist. He was friendly, easy to work with, and accommodated a reservation with a one day notice with ease. The whole experience felt special without being overly formal. It honestly felt like a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of our vacation home. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want something memorable and delicious.

The service was great, food and drinks delicious!!! Everything was presented beautifully and had so much flavor. Loved watching the artist painting a piece in the window, and also the surf videos were fun. Will be back!

The food was really good. They have a lot of different mofongo options such as steak, fish and chicken cooked a bunch of different ways. They also have pizza and burgers. Clean and friendly. Service was a little slow.

This place in Rincón was so awesome! Food was delicious. I had mofongo with chicken. We had Sorullitos for appetizer which had the right sweet and salty mix. My friend had wings which she said was seasoned to perfection she wanted more! Of course had to try a margarita which was perfect! Environment was great people were awesome and you are just a few minutes away from the beach. Highly recommended. Even with Covid safety precautions it was enjoyable. I will be back and you should go!

Excellent pizza! It's like being in Italy or at a fresh pie place in New York. The crust is excellent, perfect texture and taste, the sauce is great and the toppings are fresh. I was bummed that they didnt have pineapple as a topping, but that's no biggie, any other toppings are great. I had a straight up pepperoni this time around and my wife had a bacon and green peppers. We also had the hot wings as a side and they were cooked to perfection. Way too much food so we took the rest of our pizzas home and had dinner that night.

This place was simply amazing. Its next to the plaza. The food was very very good. Prices were fair, and in some cases on the low side for the quality of the food. Its not to loud, but its it's not quite, very comfortable. I highly recomend it. Its a must go if you are looking for inexpensive good food. A+

I stopped in to get out of the rain and I found what can only be described as a nearly perfect pizza. the crust is hand made and it shows, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, the sauce is a perfect Ballance of sweet and tangy but not overwhelming. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly. This is a great place to bring family for a feast or just sit at the bar alone and enjoy a personal pizza.

Great food, the lasagna especially. Service slow but kind. They put cilantro on everything, even when it's not listed on the menu, which is frustrating as someone who can't eat it. I would definitely go back.

The food we ordered was DELICIOSO !!! 👍🏼 They start you off with Pan de casa (house bread) which was really yummy!! A nice light start without having to order apps. (Which myself and my guest did not do because we are actually both on a semglutide shot and cant eat much lol) I had glass of Savagnon blanc and diet coke, (seemed more seltzery than soda, which is bizzare because she poured it from the can at the table lol) He had a corona. I had the 10oz Bacon wrapped filet with a side of roasted potatoes. The filet was cooked perfectly (med well). The bacon wrap (like most places), was too rubbery to eat and there more for added flavor and appeal than anything. But definitely did add flavor. The demi glaze it was served with was very good. More like an au jus. But very tasty with the onions and peppers. The terrace chip accent was a cute interesting lil touch. He ordered the chicken parm with red sauce as opposed to Alfredo, which was the other option. I thought it was incredible. He basically has the pallet of a 5 yo and wpuld have been happier with rice and beans and chicken nuggets from wendys🤷‍♀️. But as someone who is more of a foodie than not, I thought it was great. A little heavy on the sauce though. Its a very rich recipe and entree to begin with. I suggest the chef serve with a TAD less sauce. But the chicken was well breaded and prepared. The pasta he ordered on the side was a fettuccine as opposed to a spaghetti like he asked for. But again, 5 yo pallete, so he wasn't happy about any of it. The ambiance and environment was pleasant. Music calm and not too loud. Other patrons were quiet and respectful of other diners. Only 2 people at the bar at the time amd 1 family and 1 other couple when we first came in. Servers were nice. Service COULD have been a Smidge quicker based on the volume. We waited about 30 mins for dinner and 20 for the check. Which is not terrible by any means. But for the volume of guests I felt it COULD have been a bit quicker. No biggie and no stars lost for it... She did however just come and swipe away my wine glass before i was finished and could stop her. Lol 🤦🏻‍♀️ She seemed to be a bit rushy. I also just realized she was standing behind me waiting for my friend to pay hovering over us while he was figuring out the money and tip ( tacky and disrespectful for a server to do this while a guest is figuring out tip!) Now, to the reason I did 4 stars opposed to 5. A restaurant should never have scented candles at the table. 🤮 It completely throws off the senses.. Smell, flavor, pallette, and ruins the flavor of the meal. And it is WAYYYY too strong for a restaurant. If they choose to use one, I would maybe suggest 1 at the bar or 1 off to the side or something. But not on EVERY table. (Of which there are approx 18. ) Instead, maybe use the LED candles on the tables. I was tasting vanilla with every bite. 🤮 No Bueno. But to have the entire dining area reaking of vanilla something while eating, was ENTIRELY too overwhelming for dinner. It started giving me a headache within 10 mins of sitting there so i had to blow it out. Overall im happy to recommend this place when you visit or are in the area. The good outweighs the bad ! I just really hope they get rid of the scented candles. 👍🏼

Capriccio Trattoria is INCREDIBLE!!! The food was filled with sensational flavors and fresh ingredients. The level of detail and culinarily mastery is celebrated by all who have the privilege of consuming these delectable dishes. The service was top notch and the place is well maintained. This should be on everyone’s “must eat here” list. If you’re in Rincon, treat yourself to a culinary experience. Highly recommend it!

My experience was phenomenal. The food was delicious, the cocktails were fresh, the service was flawless. It's far too pricey for me to ever make it a regular part of my schedule but the experience was absolutely worth it and I will be back.

The place is in a nice central location in Rincon and we had high expectation. The service was nice but the food was disappointing. While the pasta was cooked to our taste, the sauces were either too runny or lacked flavor. My son’s French fries looked and tasted like they were prepared in old frying oil. Pictures for your own reference. I would not recommend as there are many better places in town.

Super disappointed. I come every so often. I appreciate the food (while the service can vary big time) and obsessed with Italianisima in particular. I ordered a couple of those for a pick-up the other day. I did not see it on the spot, but this was not Italianisima (photo for reference). No glaze and no arugula (which they do sometimes replace with another type of greens), that are the main ingredients for the blend of the flavors altogether with prosciutto. It had a bit of pesto instead. Almost no crust and therefore no crunch as it looked like it was made not so much a personal size but a large pizza and then cut in a half. I would have appreciated being told that they did not take orders for a takeout or did not have ingredients at the time.

Such a fun surprise tucked in the foothills near Rincon. It's a beautiful venue. Food was fantastic. My cocktail was delicious and cheap. Service staff was accommodating and lovely as every one generally is here on the Island of Enchantment. It's a great place to watch cows while you eat cows

Love the ambiance, decor and funny wall decals! Worst baby back ribs of my life - it was as dry and hard as a rock. When asked, the lady said it was supposed to be dry. Our party of 3 all ordered baby back ribs, we would have sent it back but we were too polite. We went on a Wednesday night at 730pm and there wasn’t any wait.

By far, My favorite restaurant throughout our whole trip to explore Puerto Rico for my birthday trip last year. My wife and I stayed at the nearby Villa Cofresi Resort, (Which was also perfect for us.) When I asked for the best place to get a good steak and a couple drinks nearby, (Didn't want to drive.) The girl at the counter said we should try Cowboys' Cantina, it was close enough, the hotel even booked our table and provided a shuttle to the restaurant. She was absolutely right. The food was amazing! We shared several items, everything was great, loved the steak and the Whiskey Meatballs! And the Fried Cheesecake, OMG! They also had a good selection of tasty cocktails to choose from. My wife and I are picky eaters and we were no disappointed with anything, our food was delicious and cooked to perfection! From start to finish, the service was fantastic! Clean restaurant and the staff was friendly, attentive and they were all very entertaining. Our server, who was awesome, saw me slowing down and even offered to take one of the dishes off our bill, but I declined because it wasn't a bad dish, I just overloaded my tummy. Haha! Bonus:The feel of being on a cowboy ranch with incredible scenery and the smell from the grills was all part of this great memory. Overall, If I could add extra stars, I would. I highly recommend Cowboys Cantina for a phenomenal couple's dining experience.

Great experience... starting with the drive in and then down to the parking area. Beautiful...one of a kind in PR. Steaks were great, not bad pricing considering the quality and the experience!

Thankfully Google has updated the location on their map....we walked using the directions from people at the Farmacia that was the map location a couple of weeks ago. Staff were fantastic. They arranged for return transportation after hearing that we walked. Our server was friendly, offered suggestions, and was attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic - outside in the country. We ordered the Chuleta KanKan. It lacked seasoning, but was cooked well - tender meat and crispy belly. The asparagus, although thin, was woody. The rice and beans were tasty. We will definitely return on at another time to try some of the other menu items.

Queso was fantastic! But they Filet Mignon melted in yor mouth!! Best dinner we had our entire trip!! Highly recommend.

Came back on the 21st of May 2025 and quality has gone down unfortunately. Mac and cheese was pure soup and not baked anymore. Medium well steak was served almost rare. The stuffed breadfruit was amazing as an appetizer but came out one minute before our meal was brought out. It’s really too bad this place has gone down in quality. And music was ONLY reghueton (Spanish rap( Fantastic food! Great service Really enjoy eating here as prices are fair and food is excellent. Churasco is some of the best I’ve ever had and the ribs are divine.

Our guide, Shawn, made our snorkeling experience absolutely unforgettable! She was hilarious, super knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. We got to see sea turtles, sharks, and so much more—it was incredible. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Jorge was our dive master and he was awesome. I went hiking prior to the dive and was having trouble keeping up with the group. Not only was he patient he dragged me to the site to make sure I would not be left behind. Jorge was very attentive of the other divers in our group and made sure everyone was able to enjoy our dives. If you're anywhere in Rincón I would highly recommend you give them a go.

We went diving with Jorge and we had great time at Crash Boat beach. He saved us after being provided faulty gear by another dive center. We had two nice dives and found lot of stuff underwater.

Signed up with a group of 5 through Viator. We were lucky enough to have Shawn as our tour guide and she was wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful, and funny! She even brought us some home grown star fruit and found us a sea turtle we all wanted to see so badly, highly recommend!

I had a blast with my mermaid experience! 4/5 stars because I didn’t get to swim in the ocean with the tail but I was super stoked to just do the photoshoot portion! Despite the constant stares I received taking pictures with a mermaid tail, my instructor Julia made me feel comfortable and like a beautiful mermaid the entire time.

Went on a night scuba dive at Crash Boat Beach with Jorge and a snorkeling swim with Shawn at Tres Palmas. Both were incredibly enjoyable and well directed and conducted. The night dive was easily the most enjoyable dive I’ve done and we saw multiple turtles and other animals on the snorkeling excursion. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable about the local sea creatures and answered all questions we had during our swim. Jorge was very helpful in making sure I was following correct night diving protocol and pointing out all the interesting sea life.

Amazing experience! All the staff were so friendly, and when we had car trouble they were extremely accommodating to let us reschedule, and help us fix things. Our guide Claire was so sweet and helpful. She provided lots of extra things we needed like hair ties, bandaids, water, and was so happy to help us. Answered all questions and was very kind. Highly recommend!

Our group went to Nanichi. They are on tour from the east coast until the 7th of September. Fresh food made to order.

This was within walking distance of my airbnb and after seeing the lights and hearing the music, I had to stop by. There are about 8 different trucks to choose from. I opted for the tacos bc I LOVE fish tacos. These were really good, crispy and filling. They come with a few chips and salsa. There is also a cart of other sauces, I got a spicy sauce that was perfect. The drink cart makes drinks fast and strong, so no complaints. There was live music which made the whole experience really nice and felt like an authentic PR experience. My only complaint is that it’s either cash only or Venmo. Since i don’t have Venmo, i had to go to the bank to get cash…but it’s right next door.

Plenty of food truck choices, had the pork and chicken tacos from Nanichi. The nacho loco is piled high with toppings it's a meal on it own or can serve three easily for a snack.

Ordered the hamburguer with plantain fries. The have different food truck with their unique offering from sushi, Mexican, Puerto Rican and others.

Having a variety like this under one roof is pretty awesome. The tacos at C & C were pretty good with excellent fish but found that even with the pico and pineapple that it lacked flavor. Maybe a sauce or maybe pickled cabbage vs just shredded cabbage. The mozzarella sticks were really good but nothing special.

Great place to eat for a variety of food truck choices! Nachos, sushi, ice cream and Calaff whoopies were all delicious!

Great place for Street food.. 6 different vendors with a variety of dishes and a bar. Free WiFi clean bathrooms and good shade.. The 677 cheese steak was the best I've had in a very long time.

Great experience! Food was delicious. We tried the fried raviolis, Mambo Italiana pizza and the chicken marsala pasta. For dessert a home made apple pie with vanilla ice cream. All was Amazingly delicious! All fresh ingredients. Beers were chill cold. I'm definitely coming back!

The best food Italian food I’ve had in Puerto Rico! It took us a while to find a place in Rincon that my entire family would eat. Both my 9 and 4 year old enjoyed their meals. The music play list and staff made me feel very comfortable. Yummy food and adult beverages 🥰. Will definitely miss this place.

Simple delicate sauces that compliment the fresh pasta with full flavor on a well composed dish. The ooen kitchen concept is very inviting ans a cozy atmosphere with a mediterranean flair. The brocoli rabe was outstanding as well as the agnolotti. The pesto sauce in the fettuccini puts the fresh basil just picked out of a garden on your palate. Definitively a place to visit several times with loved ones or just to hang out with close friends.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Went last nigh to celebrate our anniversary and we had the ricotta with crispy prosciutto and arugula crostini for appetizer and for the main course we had the homemade tagliatelle pasta with bacon, mushrooms and peas in white sauce! DELICIOUS!!!

Hands-down the best Italian restaurant in Puerto Rico! I can definitely compare them to eating fresh pasta in Italy. The fresh homemade pasta is exquisite and the pizza reminds me of the pizza in Sorrento, Italy. Our waitress, Sue, was friendly, attentive, and added to a phenomenal experience! Their fresh pasta is in high demand, so don’t be late for your reservation! As a foodie, I can assure you this place does not disappoint. Salute!!

I've been here with my family a number of times and we've never left disappointed. I recommend getting a reservation if you are coming with a large group or planning to dine in during Art Walk Night (Thursdays) as it can be very busy especially during season. The owner, who won on the Food Networks "Cooks vs Cons", is great and is usually moving around the restaurant checking on all of her patrons. The menu is different every time you visit and you can refer to either the decorative chalkboards on the Wall or the tablet they provide your table with images of today's menu selection. The fresh made pasta, is actually made as orders come in and you can watch the action of the entire kitchen from the bar. So far I think the thing that has been most impressive are the Pizza's, great consistent flavor and an awesome thin crust that will not give out when you grab a slice. The happy hour offers great specials on food & drink, and is a great time to come in and sample various things off of the menu. While most people might not expect to find good Italian food in PR, it may be about time that they do.

Food was so delicately prepared. Frwahneaa was amazing. The ricotta cheese was made in house fresh. Pirtobella mushroom stuffed with capreaae was excellent. Brussel sprouts with pancetta and garlic was delicious. Sopressatta and salami was very good and complimentes with crostinni. The manager Marilyn paid attention to every detail. What an amazing dinning experience totally unexpected on Rincon.

Don't usually write bad reviews, but this one definitely gets it. We came for the sunset dinner. The sunset was the only great thing. After we were seated, 3 more tables came in after us. They were all handed menus and we weren't, so we looked up the menu online. All 3 tables ordered and received drinks prior to someone taking our orders, so I waved down the waitress. While ordering I asked about how the lamb is cooked since it said half a rack so I made sure to ask if they are all cut separately and cooked on both sides she said that's exactly how they cook them and then asked the temperature I'd like them. I asked for medium well to well done. They were all cooked together and only cut after being cooked and the inside is medium to rare. All the other food we ordered was just OK nothing special especially for the prices you pay. If you do want to watch the sunset here just come for drinks and get food else where.

A flawless restaurant experience. The food was amazing, the servers were delightful and just the right amount of attentive, and the patio was clean and in perfect repair, situated just right to watch the waves and a magical sunset!

Pleasant service and nice atmosphere. Both of our proteins fish and steak were overcooked , they have a limited menu but the food tasted good and we were hungry so we did not send it back. If you are a stickler about how your proteins are cooked when you pay 32 and 40 dollars for entrees you may want to eat somewhere else. Do not get dessert, it was a dry chocolate cake, maybe the other dessert choice was better.

This was our first time to Puerto Rico and our first dinner of the vacation. It’s going to be hard to beat. I was looking forward to the seafood and I wasn’t disappointed. I had the fish of the day in Indian-style curry w/braised vegetables. My husband had the pork tenderloin and my child had pasta. We loved our meals and the view is lovely. Definitely recommend.

I do not recommend this place. Server one: she cannot recommend to drink tap water but we insisted to have tap water. Second waitress (when we asked for extra water): they cannot serve tap water, have to purchase water bottle. I ordered veggie curry but she charged me $32 for just veggie curry and the $32 same price for fish curry from which they remove fish and make veggie as per their suggestions. Good view and location. Recommend for drink and view but never for dine in. Rude servers and service but expect tip above 18%.

Love this place. This was our 2nd time back. We found this restaurant about 4 yrs ago on trip in P.R. and it was the best dining experience of that trip. On our recent trip to P.R. we drove 1 hour just to eat dinner here for our anniversary. It did not disappoint. The food is great, the drinks are great, and view can't be beat. Great place to come for a "date night". Come for a cocktail at sunset and stay for dinner. It's a little pricey but totally worth it for the experience and quality.

as the last night my family and i spent in puerto rico, this was the best place to end on. the food was so good and the drinks were perfectly balanced ratio wise. the portions were big for the price. there were absolutely no complains for anything we had. also has a nice little beach area to walk the sunset. HIGHLY recommend

A beer drinker's paradise. They've got a very extensive bar snack menu that pairs well with (and without) alcohol. Everything I ordered tasted phenomenal: the tamarind juice was tart and refreshing, the empanada was the second-best I've ever had (no one can beat handmade empanadas from a Puerto Rican grandma), especially with this amazing hot sauce (made locally, I learned from the server), the kebab was actually tender/juicy, and the yucca balls were pillowy once you get past the lightly crisp exterior. I came for lunch, but it seems like the perfect place for happy hour.

Best empanadas I have had. And prices are very reasonable too. I am told they are made to order. Service is also excellent. I am going back today for more empanadas

Fantastic family that runs this roadside culinary heaven. Highly recommend the empanadillos, amarillos, and the Sorullitos. You won't find better food or nicer people on the island.

Had the cuajitos and a mojito. Cuajitos were so good and fresh. Only drawback, it attracted flies. But overall, well worth it

We liked it here, the staff were friendly and everything was super tasty... Especially the rabbit turnovers. The special rice however, was so much better than what came with the ribs (don't expect these to be like Texas ribs... They are much more cooked and more fall off the bone, but tasty!)

An amazing restaurant in the heart on Rincón. If you’re looking for authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, this is a must try! The atmosphere, service and food were all incredible. The parcha mojitos were perfect, the mofongo and the pechuga were our entrees and both were amazing, and the guava flan was the best dessert we’ve had here in Rincón. The owner was out greeting tables, and overall this was a great experience, can’t wait to come back !

Excellent food. My seven-year-old said it’s the best salmon he’s ever had in his life, even better than Mom’s, which was really sticking his neck out. The service was exceptional and the owners were engaging. If you go to Rincón, El Despecho is a must.

The food here is delicious and the staff are very nice! We got the shrimp mofongo, pork ribs, corn cheese balls, and Mahi Mahi (starter). All the food was very freshly made and very flavorful! The mango marg was tasty too. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

The food here is amazing. The service is impeccable and the chef is amazing. He came out introduced himself gave a brief history of his authentic cozy home feeling restaurant. I recommend this place for a real feel of authentic homemade delicious food!

Very good and cheap Sandwiches. I got the cuban without cheese, which was a little too salty given there wasn't cheese to balance it out. The Monte Cristo sandwich was excellent.

Un desayuno brutal. We stayed nearby and had breakfast here everyday due to the food being delicious and the prices being low compared to surrounding places. We left full and happy every time. Definitely recommend!!!

The food here is very affordable and delicious. I had the omelet with a corn muffin and coffee. The coffee was delicious! The omelet was very big and the staff were so friendly. I can speak spanish but they spoke English and remembered me after going there just once before. I tried many places during my week in PR and I can say for breakfast, give this place a try! Much more affordable then other Breakfast places. Didn't take a pic of my food, but I was in Rincon!

I had a media noche sandwich special which included fries and refreshment. My wife had a turkey wrap , It was delicious. Definitely returning .

Excellent service and a cool atmosphere with the locals. The chicken arepas are amazing. The cachapas threw me off with all the cheddar cheese on top. They sell quality bottle water for a great price.

The restaurant is very cool. They always had live music the times we went. The nachos, quesadillas, and elotes are the best you can try. The owner is very helpful and attentive.

First time trying this sopt. The good thing is the make the tortillas in sight. The Carne Asada was really good. The Pastor was super dry. But every thing else was good. Great service though

A really cozy and characteristic place, I don’t choose places because of their fanciness, I love places with styles or thymes! The food was nice and huge, the price was reasonable! It’s right next to the road , very convenient and very clean! They have both indoor and outdoor seating !

After a long day in the beach, this is the place you should eat. Margaritas are gloriously delicious. The tacos and fajitas were really great. They serve relatively fast and hot. Parking located in front of the restaurant.

My family was there on Thursday August 21st at approximately 10:30am. Personally my 5th time there for breakfast. It’s a very popular location for breakfast/brunch and has become a favorite tourist attraction. No question that it’s a gorgeous location in an elevated landscape with a scenic view of the tropical forest meeting the ocean, just beautiful. Just for this reason along its worth the trip up the narrow winding road to get there. There’s assistance in parking. I’ve always made a reservation each time and found each time the staff to be welcoming, pleasant and overall well received even when the restaurant is full to capacity with a waiting line. The menu items have always been well received by my guests ant they always want to return. One of my favorite stops in Rincon.

Beautiful views from this restaurant high in the mountains. The food (and mimosas!) was delicious. The drive up on a VERY narrow "two lane" road is a little bit harrowing, but it is worth it once you get there!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) I visited The English Rose for the second time—almost ten years after my first visit—and honestly, it’s still overpriced. You’re basically paying for the ocean view, which is beautiful, but the food doesn’t quite live up to the cost. The facilities have definitely improved and the menu is much broader now. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the host had forgotten to note our phone reservation. Luckily, we got there earlier than planned and were seated right away. Our server was very friendly—we didn’t catch her name, but she had some really cool tattoos and striking light eyes. I ordered the seafood omelet, which had good flavor but was a bit dry, and it came with two plain white toasts that were thick, dry, and hard. The “marchito” (sautéed greens) was delicious though. The French toast was a disappointment—tough and dry on the inside. The yogurt with fruit was fine. In total, for those items and a single bottle of water, I spent $65 (With a custom tip not the 18% plus) The woman who charged us (not local + heavy) más mad that I chose a custom tip at the machine. Nice view, kind service, improved setting—but the food quality prices don’t quite match. 2NDO DEBUT Y DESPEDIDA.

Had a wonderful time here with my partner, service staff were super friendly. Beautiful views of Rincón, close to all the beaches and downtown but far enough for quiet nights. The restaurant is amazing, became obsessed with their ginger-lavender lemonade OMG I could drink a gallon of that every day! Highly recommend the poolside rooms, we stayed at La Rosa with the indoor hammock.

Wow! We came to The English Rose for brunch a couple of times while on vacation in Rincón. The food was absolutely amazing! The view from the balcony is stunning. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely one of our favorite spots. We will be back!

If there’s a place that truly deserves to be recognized among the best dining spots, it’s undoubtedly Estela de Rincón. From the first bite to the last sip, every detail of this experience was impeccable. The “Steak of the Day” featured a spectacular ribeye, perfectly cooked and accompanied by delicious eggplant skewers, soaked in milk and fried to perfection. My choice, the duck breast, was cooked to absolute perfection and served with a mash of sweet potato and another of apple, both so smooth they practically melted in my mouth. The drinks elevated the evening even further: • A refreshing mix of hibiscus vodka, lemon juice, and ginger infusion. • An elegant Rum Old Fashioned, with aged rum, Angostura, orange bitters, and a rosemary infusion. To end on a high note, a Key Lime Pie Brûlée that was simply spectacular. Beyond the food, what makes Estela truly special is the warmth of its team and the chance to chat with Chef Abel, whom we’ve been visiting since 2018. A great human being—humble and passionate about his craft—whose dedication and consistency continue to elevate our local cuisine. As long as my body allows, I will keep coming back to Estela de Rincón. Thank you, Abel, for creating unforgettable experiences!

We ordered Brussels sprouts, which were ok, a steak which had chimichurri (supposedly) but was a reinvented version, which was not so good and the steak was just ok - bit expensive $56 (120g) and 2 martinis. The food was not spectacular and the place looked very layback nothing special for atmosphere. Had some music and the whole time we could hear someone in the kitchen playing YouTube on their phone which was very disturbing tbh. Our waitress was lovely. And menu is super limited.

Phenomenal food, drinks, and service. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Menu was selective but no bad options. Compliments to the chef - a must eat when in Rincon.

We went there for dinner and it was average. The portions were small for the price and we regretted going there. If you order the duck breast, be aware that it’s a tiny piece.

Estela is, without a doubt, one of my favorite restaurants. During our visit, we tried the rodaballo with chickpeas — absolutely spectacular — along with the ceviche, a salad of local tomatoes, and the “florecita” for dessert. Every dish was a delight. I highly recommend visiting.

Estela is an absolute gem in Rincón and on their way to a star ;) From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Every staff member we interacted with made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The food is outstanding. Every dish was beautifully crafted, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. It’s the kind of meal you remember long after it’s over. The drinks were equally impressive, creative, well-balanced, and perfect complements to the food. Estela strikes the perfect balance between elevated dining and laid-back Rincón charm. Whether you're local or just visiting, this place is a must. They do need to invest in a high chair or two but we can’t wait to come back!

Estela was outstanding from start to finish. Angelica, our server, was incredible. She knew the menu inside and out, explained every ingredient with confidence, and was attentive the entire evening. Abel, the chef, created food that was absolutely amazing, with every dish carefully thought out and executed perfectly. The cocktails were just as impressive, some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything about the meal was simply perfect.

Typical local bar food such as wings. Fries, pizza, surtidos, fried pork, and empanadillas. Beers are always cold. Convenient spot on the beach, where you can get ice and snacks. Plus karaoke on the weekends.

LOVED this beach! It was super calm compared to the Atlantic facing beaches and very relaxing. Perfect for wakeboarding and snorkelling. There was ample parking and there were restaurants and bars close by. Overall, highly recommended.

My family and I loved this place! Beach is so lovely with calm water (in the summer). The cafeteria was our favorite place to eat for carry out. Husband and I enjoy a drink at the bar tables while we wait for the food. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly service. We will miss this place the most when we leave.

The restaurant was very clean and organized! Just walk up to the counter and place your order. The food is good, the beer is inexpensive, the views are great, the vibes are chill, and the times are good! Great place to relax after a dip in the ocean.

sushi was incredible! super fresh and well-prepared, definitely lives up to the hype. the interior vibe was great too, like a perfect blend of nautical meets surf, really cool atmosphere. but like many reviews mention, the service was terrible. they clearly don’t have enough people working there. and both the bartender/server and the other staff member were rude. at one point, I asked her for water because the bartender disappeared, and the response was unnecessarily unpleasant. and apparently they don’t have a filter for tap water. and the appetizers come out after the entrees???? very odd but the woman working said that’s how it goes. if you can overlook the attitude, the food is worth it, but don’t expect good service.

The sushi was really good — tasted fresh and had great flavor. Wish I could’ve tried the whole menu!! Presentation was 10/10 Miso soup was fine, not as flavorful as I’d like but not bad either. Just bland Side rice came out cold so that wasn’t good Service was very very slow. Like an hour after ordering you get food. We did get seated immediately on a Saturday night with a party of 7 though so can’t complain. The place is cute, great vibes

Came for the sushi, stayed for the vibes. This place was recommended by a local and it lived up to the hype! We ordered 3 rolls which were super fresh and came with 8 pieces each so very filling. The drinks came in the cutest cups which was so fun. I got the Cat7 and it was bomb. We also ordered the ceviche which was served in coconut milk and got wonton chips for dipping and omg it was so so good. We also ordered the fried bananas and ice cream for dessert and this was also amazing! Super fun atmosphere and great food. Would definitely recommend.

Sushi is prepared fresh and is DELICIOUS. 10/10 recommend We got the spicy tuna crunch The hungry surfer ( i believe that was the name) it had shrimp lol and we got another one with crab it started with a W but i can’t remember and another roll i can’t recall but it was all so delicious!

The painkiller was exactly what I needed to nurse my tweaked knee, medicinal with a laugh. I also ordered the ceviche which was like a Kani salad with a twist, a tuna roll and a spider roll. Everyone was welcoming and lovely. Definitely a must if you’re visiting the area.

Great pizza in an open air restaurant tucked behind a hill, you might miss it which would be a big mistake! Plenty of parking. Expansive bar and lots of seating, good beer list as well with several local offerings. Pizza was great! Nice and crispy and covered in toppings. This place is awesome! Hidden gem. We got the Caesar salad, pizza and wings. All were amazing. The hot sauce was really good on the wings- was more on the Vinegar side but great. Honestly I was very impressed with the food and atmosphere. I went a couple of years ago when it used to be at the hotel but love this new location. Our waitress was knowledgeable and nice as well. :) good place for kids as well to run around.

It's was our first time visiting, and we loved! Looking forward to visiting soon.

Best thin crust pizza in town. Excellent service

This was one of the best pizzas I ever had. Great crust, sauce, cheese & peperoni. Half order of mixed green salad with balsamic vinegarette was excellent. Very cool outdoor place. Will definitely go back!

This is the best beach restaurant and bar in Rincon! The food is incredibly delicious with a good selection of fresh fish and plenty of vegetarian options. My favorites were the ceviche and the catch of the day. They also are one of the few places with good-sized fresh salads! It is also a great place to meet people if you are a solo traveler or just looking to make friends. The place is always lively with lots of tourists coming through. As a bonus, the views from the rooftop are great for watching sunsets and surfers. If you can, take a lesson from one of the surf pros at Maria's Beach! They have live music 5 nights a week with very impressive local talent. This is also a great spot to watch sports - I was there for Super Bowl! If you're looking for a authentic local spot next to the beach where you can sip a cocktail, make friends, and have a nice lunch or dinner, this is your spot!

Friendly service (just like every other place I have set foot in while in Puerto Rico. Everyone has been so incredibly nice!). Great vibe. Good live music. Good food. What’s not to like?

Really nice atmosphere. Attentive bartender. Had a burger, fries, and beer lunch special. Burger was two patties. Substantial. Fries were cold, but not too bad. Nice place to get a drink and relax if you're enjoying the surf scene around here.

I caught a fish at the beach nearby and brought it to the restaurant. They prepared it 3 different ways for me and my friends and the food was fantastic. Got a few drinks and they were all delicious as well. The cooks and waiters and bartenders were so warm and welcoming. It was a magical experience and I would highly highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants warm and friendly staff and delicious food.

Amazing deal on Halloween - $10 for a beer and smash burger. The burger was tasty - like a high quality Big Mac, and the fries were nice and crispy

It was a a cozy place. We came here after being at the beach to celebration of cinco de mayo. The bbq wings were really good. It Came out hot and were crispy. The other dishes that are in the picture were good also. The waitress waa nice and even offered us bug spray. 😂 which was thoughtful. I caught a great shot of the sun going down! The water is right there and you can just chill there to watch the wave hit shore and the sun set! Rye drinks were my prices $10- $15 but they weren't shy on the liquor! So it was fine.

The bartender Jude was awesome! She gave great food recommendations and went above and beyond in service. Great food, great spot, Don’t let the mosquitos scare you away, they have big spray.

Jack’s Shack is an awesome breakfast spot and a great place to hang out. The tacos, burritos, and fresh juices were all excellent, but the best part was chatting with Cole. He makes you feel right at home and shares the kind of local tips you actually need when visiting Rincón and Puerto Rico in general. We started talking about surfing and ended up on rock climbing spots! You’re in Rincón for a reason, and Jack’s Shack will quickly become one of them.

10/10 recommend! Jacks shack is the perfect breakfast and lunch place! The vibes are legendary, and the atmosphere is lit! Ask employees where to go and what to do, we received amazing recommendations. Wish we could come back every morning!

Phenomenal in every way. We devoured the fish tacos, chicken tacos, veggie tacos along with sides of the tasty Caribbean Slaw and a side of rice/beans topped with fresh chunky salsa. Such a good breakfast spot! Cole was very nice, gave us his food/drink recommendations - everything was amazing. Fresh coconut juice is a must if you come here!

In the morning I go for the burrito, hands down, best burrito in town 😄 then I also go for lunch and get the fish tacos. The taste of the food is so delicious and you can tell that it’s made from scratch and with intention! If you’re surfing it’s very close and has easy access to park your car. The owner is super welcoming and a great friend to locals of Puerto Rico!

My husband I ordered chicken tacos and a chicken burrito. It was totally under seasoned and had hardly any chicken in it. ☹️ Very disappointing.

We had an employee appreciation day for Casa Verde and had an absolute wonderful time. The mojito is really good and refreshing , Paloma drink was on the spot, finally the coconut chichaito was tasty. Had a chimichurri churasco with mash potato and a diet soda that was superb. Over all had a blast, I highly recommend.

Heard about this place when we were at another establishment within a mile or so, everyone said the food was awesome and that we had to try it. 2 nights later and we tried it out. First of all the staff is very friendly. They told us about the menu and different specials etc. My wife got the New York steak with the rub and it was awesome, asked for medium rare and it came out medium rate and the taste was perfect, no sauce needed for flavor. I got a special, the rainbow fish, again, cooked perfectly and the serving size was great. Definitely going to come back and try out other dishes.

Great atmosphere lue was a perfect waiter. Had the jalapeños poppers with mango salsa which was delicious. Followed by the mussels in red and white both equally great.

Solid experience. Food: The wings were on point. I went with the Guava BBQ sauce. These were the best wings I have found on the island. The blue cheese burger was missing something. I ended up adding the bbq sauce to just give it a little more flavor. Service: Great customer service. Candy served us during our visit. She has such a happy personality. She checked in with how we were doing but not too often to bother us. She really did a good job. Atmosphere: it is an outdoor setting. It is simple yet nice. The flys were bad but they did have a little table fan to help keep them away. I only saw one of these fans. Over all I gave them a 4/5 because of the burger missing something and the flys and the price was pretty expensive for lunch.

This was a super awesome spot. It's an outdoor restaurant and bar. Portions are huge so beware when you order. You def get your money's worth. We ordered: Perenil Calamari Buffalo wings Side of homemade french fries Side of mashed potatoes They were out of steak when we got there, granted we got there at 9 pm Dave was our server and he was awesome and very friendly. We will for sure come out here when were in Puerto Rico.

I only got to stay for a day, but it was the best day ever! The room was awesome and clean, close to beaches and great surf. Nego and Jezmine helped me surf and they were awesome and made it so fun. Travis and his family were so personable and helpful throughout our stay and I can’t recommend Case Verde enough!! A must visit.

Casa Verde Hotel & Rincón Surf Resort were incredible! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location perfect, and the vibe was laid-back and welcoming. The real highlight was the owners and staff — Travis and the whole team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Whether it was help with surf lessons, local tips, or just friendly conversation, everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared. Can’t wait to come back!

Location is perfect!! And the restaurant is wonderful for lunch and dinner. Travis and his team go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Close to all the best surfing spots and the boards are great. We had professional video taken and a full analysis of every wave. We improved daily. We are a family of 8 and we stayed at the ‘villa’. This place has all you could want or need for a stay in Puerto Rico, Big Kahuna is very good and the house is clean. My family of 6 did surf lessons with Jezmine and Nego three days in a row and it was awesome. My family has never surfed and they got us all up and helped us catch some good waves. Overall, best experience ever!

We arrived in Rincon for the second leg of our honeymoon in early September. We actually had booked at another hotel which left us extremely disappointed. After our initial look at that room, we decided to find something to eat. We just so happened to drive by Casa Verde Hotel and the Big Kahuna Burger Bar and fell in love! The welcome was exceptional, as was the people and the food. We shared that we were less than thrilled with our booked hotel room and Travis, Casa Verde's owner, told us we should stay there! He showed us the penthouse suite and we were hooked! Large, spacious three room suite with a view of the beach, which was truly walking distance away! We immediately booked the room for a cost less than our original booking of a smaller room farther from the beach! We so enjoyed our time at Casa Verde and will definitely return for the great accommodations, genuine people, and great food and Happy Hour!!

A bit disappointed. - Loud music from their bar till late made it difficult to go to sleep. - towels are hard as sandpaper - NO hot water, despite doing what the sign said - hit water runs o. Solar power and to run the water for 10 minutes to heat. Also had NO pressure at all. - beds and pillows were hard as rocks Bottom line - Way overpriced for the quality

Visited here to sign up for with lessons with the kids. Everyone was very friendly. The surfing instructor was great and my kids had a fantastic time! It was so fun we came back a second time even though we had over an hour drive.

An absolutely lovely place to stay. Great service, everyone we talked to was so pleasant and helpful. The restaurants were both great. The location is beautiful and so relaxing. They take great care of the property and the guests. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is absolutely amazing. It was a bit hard to find, however, once I finally arrived and settled, everything was enjoyable. The stay was relaxing, and sitting outside on the balcony to enjoy the ocean view made it priceless. The complementary breakfast was made to order, I opted for a frittata, it was delicious. There's a pool and movie night outside with a huge screen to enjoy. The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. One tiny detail, unfortunately. The morning I checked out, I felt like the music was a bit too loud for my liking. I will definitely return to the Lazy Parrot Inn in the near future, as it was a very unforgettable experience.

Check in was very easy, the staff is great, the grounds are very clean. Great location, clean rooms.

It's a nice location and the maids cleaned my room well enough. Unfortunately the room itself wasn't great: noisy AC, small bathroom that gets wet fast with no shelf for toothbrush and my toiletries; in the evening I could hear the music from the restaurant. There is also a weird skewed parking lot that makes it difficult to get out of your car especially when you come back tired after a day of activities. Hold on to your suitcase, it may roll down and hit someone's vehicle! Appreciated not having power outlets next to the bed, made me fall asleep faster without doomscrolling (but eventually I unplugged one of the lamps).

Fabulous hotel. Staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Views are spectacular. Pool and the jacuzzi are nice features, as well as all of the greenery and plants. The rooms are rustic chic. Love that there is tile floors and not carpet! The only downside of our stay was when we asked for a playpen/crib, we received one and it was absolutely filthy. It had poop all over it. The housekeeping staff (my husband ended up having to help) took 15 minutes to put together. I didn’t want to be rude so I didn’t say anything but I know they saw how filthy it was and didn’t offer another. Pretty disappointing. Also, the room for the most part is clean. But it does need dusting in some spots (the headboard and light fixtures) the dust is very evident. Overall, we loved our stay here and will be back. And a reminder that in the off season the restaurants are closed. However, there are restaurants walking distance to hotel.

We absolutely loved this gem and would come back! The rooms are spacious, clean and have large porches with seating. The beds are comfortable but be ready to wake up to the roosters. Easy to avoid early wake up with ear plugs or playing some music/sounds. The location is key you are close to everything with a short car ride and being on top of the hill gives the place privacy and stunning views. The pool and hot tub were relaxing with lots of sunny and shaded areas to sit and enjoy stunning views. The grounds have beautiful plants, mosaics and is well maintained you feel like your in a jungle oasis! It is advertised breakfast included but the pool bar and glass bar were closed our entire visit, I assume it’s because it’s off season. There is a farm to table place right next door and breakfast restaurant down the street. They had complementary coffee with non-dairy milk and that was great for me I didn’t find many places with non-dairy around town. There is a game room we enjoyed as well. Dinner at the Thai restaurant was amazing we loved the food and staff! Overall this place is amazing and we highly recommend it!!

Loved our stay at the Lazy Parrot! The pool was perfect and had lush plants and gorgeous lizards all over. They take very good care of the paths through the plants on the property. Its a beautiful oasis after being at the beach all day. The location is 5 minutes away from all the beaches in Rincon. We had a slight issue with something and they were quick to respond and rectify the situation. We would absolutely stay there again. Also Ode to the Elephants was very good for when we wanted to have an easy dinner at the hotel.
