Amazing park! Especially the Capybaras are so cute to see. Perfect for running oder biking, especially on the weekend.
We had a beautiful walk on a quiet Monday morning. This is a safe clean park, well maintained. The restrooms are clean and organized.
A nice park in an otherwise boring city. Many capybaras around. Mango trees with the fruit just falling off of the trees, very cool. Coconut water stands nearby. There could be more trees planted to provide some shadow on hot days.
Another must go in Campo Grande! You find capybaras in and around the lake, macaws, and other animals with a large green area to enjoy
So nice! Went there in the evening for a walk and saw sooo many capivaras 🤩🤩🤩. There's also snack stands where you can buy coconut water and filled churros. Worth visiting!

Pantanal Biopark is a remarkable attraction featuring the largest freshwater aquarium globally, showcasing fish species from the Pantanal and around the world. Visitors can explore open-air environments with native animals like caimans and enjoy birdwatching from a viewpoint. The site also houses a biodiversity museum. Despite some unusual ticketing requirements, it's highly recommended for families and offers an educational experience about Pantanal MS. The park is beautifully designed and definitely worth a visit when in Campo Grande.
A great exhibition. A very nice addition to a growing city, offering a free attraction to residents and guests alike.
Wonderful architecture and variety of aquatic life.
Everything is captioned in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Everything was fine except how to enter. You have to register online and give so much unnecessary information such as DOB, ID, email, etc. Why do they need this information and what do they do with it? Took a long time to enter with our group because of this.
I visited this aquarium in August of 2025, and it is a very interesting and educational place. There was no charge to enter, but we needed to get tickets online because they limit the number of visitors during any hourly period of the day. I highly recommend you see it if you are in Campo Grande, MS.

Unfortunately almost everything is in Portuguese, so for English speaking people it's just something to see not to learn.
Quite strange to find something like this in such an obscure place as Campo Grande. A taxi driver told me it is as a result of some corrupt dealings within the government which is believable. But it’s a great place and we’ll worth a visit. Loads of animals and really high quality (except for the Jaguar taxidermy 😂 see pictures) I’d you’re in Campo, visit this place.
The place is. Staff is kind. It is beautiful indoors and out, although small the experience is interesting but there aren't a lot of species.
The downside is we stayed in line for over an hour under the sun, super hot, standing, no shelter.
It's free but make sure you register yourself online. If your desired time slot is booked out, you can try again on the day at 8am and 1pm to book again. Amazing offering to the public.
Really beautiful, worth your visit if you are into aquatic ecosystems. Everything is clean and very well organized, it displays beautifully the Pantanal's fauna and flora.

For day 2, we recommend exploring the east side side of town. Start the day off with Shopping Norte Sul Plaza, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Lago Sidney Baptista da Silva (Lago do Amor). All together, your day would be filled with about 7 hours of non-stop fun.

This is one of my favorite places to go to in Campo Grande. This mall is very family friendly and often has pop up sales. The food court has a great variety and there is also a cinema. They often have special events for the family and kids.

Useful place, there are quite a few things besides shopping (eg. Photocopies, govnt building, etc) in the downtown center. Food is alright too. Really crowded during lunch time.
Excellent air conditioning, so-so food court. Just another (cooler) place for a quick bite when you are downtown.
I like this mall because it is in the middle of the downtown shopping area. The food court has good variety and great prices.

It is one of may favorite places to eat as well in Campo Grande, where the value for the money is great.
You have to come here and try all the dishes which are served on all of the restaurants (called barracas over here).
Two words: sobá and espetinho. The first is a type of ramen noodles from Okinawa, Japan. The second, a skewer with bits of broiled beef. Both served in a very informal atmosphere. My favorite spot is Tia Maria. If you haven't been to Feira Central, you haven't been to Campo Grande.
This place is really unique, I have never seen this concept anywhere, lots of different types of restaurants and a few stores almost in an outlet like setting. The food is incredible and the people are super friendly.
Go on Friday evening when everything is open. Many restaurants will offer you deals if you haggle a little. We tried a few restaurants and the food was always fresh and tasty.

Well with a visit to see a huge array of indigenous artefacts. The poorly designed or low intensity lighting makes appreciation difficult. The explanations in Portuguese and English are well-informed but densely packed into large paragraphs and with no maps to accompany geographical content. The park outside is delightful with lovely trees. Walk down the interior road outside the museum across the river to see more in quieter parts of the park.
This is the only must-go museum in Campo Grande, the place where you will be able to see all different species of fauna and flora you can find in the State and the Pantanal area. They also have a lot of native Brazilians artifacts and cultural information to display and, depending on the day, you might be lucky to have a guided visit with an English-speaking guide.
Great place to visit to learn a bit about Mato Grosso do Sul's cultural history and its native species.
All exhibits have an explanation in English.
The nature exhibition is a great showcase of the the fauna and mineral deposits in the land.
