Apesar de não haver filé mignon disponível no momento, prontamente nos ofereceram chorizo angus como substituto – o que não foi um problema porque a carne veio no ponto perfeito, macia e suculenta, e o risoto estava muito saboroso. Acompanhamos tudo com dois drinks: caipirinha de morango e o Maracujack – ambos muito bem preparados. Ressaltando a sobremesa: o gelado de doce de leite que estava DIVINO. Uma ótima experiência, com certeza voltarei!
