Nestled in the heart of Salto, Salto Shopping is a charming bi-level enclosed mall that offers a delightful shopping experience. With an array of stores ranging from clothing and accessories to electronics and home goods, visitors can find something for everyone. The central glass elevator adds a modern touch, making it easy to navigate between floors. While the food court features popular chains like Burger King and Subway, there's also a hidden gem—a quaint shop known for its delicious carrot cake and cappuccino.
After visiting Terms del Dayman we went to Salto bus stand. Salto shopping is there. We went inside. Most of the shops are present here. Jack and Jones, Only, Om Indian, Basic and simple and so on. Even a movie theatre. In food court we have burger King and Subway and one Normal shop that sells very good carrot cake and capuchino. It's really fun. You can check it out.

It's okay. But really really small compared to the ones in Montevideo. The food market has only a burger King and subway. Some icecreams and stuff. But not a lot of variety. It has a cinema that was closed on the day I went (Friday around 2:00 pm. Maybe they open later)

This place remind me janpath in India, obviously it's not the same 😁😁... While waiting for bus at Salto bus stop, me and my friends went out to check out places in Salto and found this place. It's really quite near the municipal corporation. Have a really good park to sit with friends and family members. Please check out if u have some time and take a walk ... It's really good. Salto remind me my hometown Asansol in West Bengal, India. It's not modern, but quite good. I can co relate this place 🤠...

Simple and beautiful. A great place to visit in Uruguay. Camping, swimming in the river Uruguay, and grilling are great past times.
A gorgeous square with lots of shade, space and benches.
Main or central plaza of Salto city. Good place to hangout on a sunny day or chill with a coffee or ice cream. There are a few restaurants and kiosks nearby for either a quick bite or having a meal.

Parque Acuático wasn’t very impressive in my opinion. While my nieces had a great time, it’s definitely a park designed more for kids than adults. There’s only one pool, and it’s usually crowded with young people playing, so it’s hard to relax or find any peace. Not the best option if you're looking for a quiet or adult-friendly experience.
Pretty good with a variety of things to do. The park also organises event such as water Zumba and volleyball matches. There's only a few slides so it can get boring pretty quickly. So, I wouldn't recommend more than a day on it. They have hot water pools and cold water ones for the little ones, so its suitable for most weather types.
In terms of food, there are three or so restaurants inside the park but the menus are a bit limited with not many vegetarian options, however, it's possible to come out to lunch and back in later without having to pay again.
In the summertime when it's hot outside this is where you want to be. It's fun for the whole family. Reasonable priced and with amenities. There is a small kiosk inside as well as a small resto where you can get some food. The pools are clean and there are various activities. If you are an adrenaline junkie there is there kamikaze slide which should get your heart racing. There are smaller slides and tubes you can enjoy. The pools are equipped for all ages. Places to relax and sunbathe as well. Something in it for the whole family. There are lockers to store your stuff and bathrooms to change and shower as well. Just an awesome place.
Let me say this. If you are comming here with kids the place good get 4 starts. We gave it two becuse we are two adults and there really where nothing for us to do.
The water in the park is is a good temperature and there are also different pools to jump in. The tre water coasters in the park where to crazy for us, no fun
So... go here if you have kids. If not, just choose one of the other pools in the area where you also have som quiet surrounding
