Sunlight Park is an outdoor leisure center featuring two large swimming pools, complete with tube slides and a laid-back bar/cafe. For families who enjoy cycling, Ciclilandia offers safe and secure routes through the forest, providing a great opportunity to teach children about road safety while enjoying the natural surroundings. While it can get crowded at times, the park provides designated areas for relaxation and bag storage.
Fun water park, lovely owners, friendly, English speaking, offers bat snacks, lunch, drinks, pool side drinks, loungers and umbrellas are for rent, additional to entry fee, but worth it as clean beauitful and offer the perfect shade for the whole family if wanted and well positioned manage and attend the children. The pool is managed by multiple life guards all very kind and attentive offering you peace of mind. Their are on site showers and toilets. There is also an area of tables, chairs and areas to sit and lay the towels out that is free if you prefer, it is a must to wear pool side flip flops (sandels or water shoes), as the park is situated in a beauitful natirap area where there eis the odd spike or bristle from the surrounding trees occasionally and the floor in summer is obviously hot). There is a day entry fee of 24 per adult and 14 per child, or a consessioned rate of 18 and 10 if you enter at 14.30. The pools close at 18.15 each day. There are multiple rides, and the famous sink hole ride, fun for all ages for all the family. I highly recommend this water park as safe, well maintained, well managed and plenty of life guards to keep the kids safe. There are no ques for rides and it's a great day out. To get the value for money it's best to go all day! 5 stars.....

My 3 and 4.5 year olds had the best time here! We needed an activity that was kid-focused while on our vacation and this was perfect (we ended up taking them twice). The pool is perfectly shallow for them and there was a great range of slides for all ages. Additionally, the lunch we ordered from the restaurant was EXCELLENT (pizza and wild boar ragu). Our kids were worn out and we were all happy!

One of the best experiences i ever had staff was rlly helpful and nice. Whoever is in Italy i recommend coming to this water park it was rlly expensive but it was worth every single euro i had in my pocket whoever say otherwise is lying and want attention when i come to Italy i will totally come back to this perfection. All love
Predrag H — Google review
Perfect place for both kids and adults. We had a wonderful time, but only because we read the comments beforehand and knew what to expect. The staff doesn’t inform you about extra costs (like umbrellas, etc.) when you enter, so it’s good to check the reviews first.
Laimutė K — Google review
Worst waterpark experience ever and we have been to many of them in Spain, France, Canada, Mexico and the States. They tell you a bed is 7 euro but if you want shade you have to buy 4 beds and one umbrella for 45 EUR beside the entrance fee. None of the staff speak decent English. We had to park 700 meters from the entrance because there is no parking.
Delphine D — Google review
Simple and aging compared to other water parks but prices were reasonable and the slides are great. It wasn't busy so we had a great day.
Ciarán O — Google review
I had heard this place was over priced but I was happy to pay for what we got. The service is great even though there are few who spoke English, they all gave it a go for my 7 year old. It was clean and well looked after. A fantastic day for the family with music and food available on site.

Staff very helpful. Very reasonable price. Good selection of adventures for all ages and abilities. We had great fun and would definitely go back. I would recommend taking mosquito repellent! On the ground is the worst place for them so stay in the trees, that's the most fun part anyway!

We dicided last minute to wonder around this area and we found out about this park. We came late and wanted to do the zip-line which was already closed, but two gentleman said its okay and let us do it. Super nice people and the atmoshere was amazing. Nice to wonder around the park and its nice to explore Pisa. Also kid-friendly and really nice way to be outside and explore!
Sami W — Google review
What a fantastic family experience. Kids have previously been a bit nervous of heights but the team here inspired confidence and got us all up in the trees. Enough to make an adult scared. And all in fantastic natural and cool forest environment. Cheaper and more memorable than a climb up the funny old tower. Add it to your Pisa itinerary ❤️🌲

Wonderful for kids, teens and adults! The staff is very supportive and friendly. It’s like survival adventure game! Great for picnics too. I would love to go back again.

Skilled staff, instruction briefing was bilingual (shoutout to the amazing guy who translated it all for us after saying it in Italian). Went on a weekend and there were a few people, but it was not packed. Many great activities to do. I recommend taking mosquito repellent.

Awesome beach, really nice place to spend three to four hours or may the week end. Best thing is you can swim here and there is no problem of sand sticking to your clothes or create itching.
Sami S — Google review
Very nice public beach, clear, warm water. No charge but also no seats or umbrellas. Rocky surface might be a bit tough to walk on, but thanks to the white colour it doesn’t get hot in the sun. A few bars offer something light to eat nearby and there are public parking spots less than 100m from the water - 0.50€ per hour. Beware - there are no showers on the beach so the salt from sea water remains on your skin after you dry out

Dreamy beach 🏖️ Unlucky to be here on a windy day. But still loved the view and ambience around.

The beach it self is very nice and the water is clear and warm. However you can't rent parasols and therefore there is no shade, so in would recommend going early in the morning or in the evening

Spiaggia Marina di Pisa, located along the serene Ligurian Sea, offers a peaceful retreat with its sandy shores and calm waters. Visitors can bask in the sun, swim in the gentle sea, or take leisurely strolls while admiring views of the nearby port and lighthouse. The beach is characterized by its stone shoreline, making it ideal for those who prefer to bring their own chairs or lounge on the flat large stones that extend into the water.
I loved the ambience, streets around the beach. Very clean n neat. The stones were all over and white one's. Grand look. I'd love to visit and stay near that beach again.. love you marina di pisa!

Lovely beach place. Shops, bars, Coffe, ice cream even not during season. The beach is not that wide. It's nice place to stop by during visiting Pisa and especially catch some tan during summer season:-)

Excellent narrow sandy beach. Safe swimming area protected by a sea wall. Great sunsets from the promenade.

We were at the beach when the waves were raging! Beautiful rocky beach with benches on the side of the street to enjoy the sunset! There are cafes nearby where you can eat or drink something!

Spiaggia Marina di Pisa is a delightful beach destination! The pebbled shoreline and clear waters are perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The promenade offers a variety of cafes and restaurants with delicious local seafood. It's a great spot for families and anyone looking to enjoy the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Perfect after long day of swimming. If you eat outside you can enjoy the view of the sea. I had the octopus and potatoe pizza. I was hesitant as I never had anything like it but I actually like it so much! It was a big portion for 1 and I got a box to take the other half home (which I forgot about but came back and the staff didn't throw it out which was amazing!) The tiramisu was also very tasty and honestly for the price it was all worth it!

Great service, our waiter was super nice. I ordered a gnocchi with pistachio sauce and shrimp- AMAZINGGGGG!! Highly recommend! It’s so nice many tables are reserved. If you go at 6 or 7 pm you’ll get a table but around 8:30 all is full outside

Very good restaurant, we had a great time!! everything is tasty, albeit unusual: pasta carbonata with seafood?! Or pizza with truffles and bacon? Bit it's great to try it out! And the prices are very modest, especially right after Venice, Padova, Verona, and Florence.

Delicious, octopus salad was perfect, fried fish very nice and very good wine. Good desserts. Reasonable prices. Very nice staff.

Great food, varied menu of dishes from fresh seafood to pizza. I had a sea bream it was just what I wanted, fresh and cooked well. There's a children's menu which was perfect for our son. And the desserts were absolutely amazing. .. and the service was great. It's also easy to book online.

During a holiday trip with a teenage son and disabled daughter, we visited Osteria Marina Il Peschereccio, a seafood restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious and we highly recommend it. This establishment specializes in meat but their filet steak was exceptional. They were also accommodating to children who wanted traditional Italian pizza, and they treated our daughter with great care. The service was excellent, as the waiter made special efforts to meet our needs, including those of our daughter.
food are good and quality. seafood pasta so delicious. Staff are being friendly

We came for the white beach as we expected to be white sand, but disappointly, it was rocks that I think its been painted with white colour. This restaurant made the trip worth as we picked with no prior paln and it was mouth watering. I really recommended it the food is great the staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. You have multiple of options to seat in a dock or outside/inside the resturnt. We order lobster pasta and grilled fish and a dessert with espresso in the end and all was amazing. Worth the visit

We went here whilst on holiday with our teenage son and disabled daughter. The food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend. The restaurant specialises in meat so we had the filet steak which was out of this world. They also catered for our children who wanted the traditional Italian pizza, and were very sweet about our daughter. The service was really good and our waiter made a special effort to accommodate our needs, including our daughters. We felt very welcomed and comfortable even though we didn't book, they prepared a table for us immediately. We also received lots of complimentary treats to satisfy our hunger before the mains arrived.

Seafood restaurant
Teste & Lische is a charming venue for a romantic date, albeit a pricey one. The food's quality is exceptional, and it received high praises. It's the perfect place to celebrate special occasions like honeymoons. The restaurant offers beautiful furniture and delectable dishes. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Some may find the salt content lacking, but that could be subjective to personal preference.
It's a place for a lovely date - for normal dinner it's quite pricey. The quality of food is really great. We went there to celebrate our last day of honey moon (honey week ;) and we are thrilled we found this place. We were the only people in restaurant. Everything was beautiful - furniture and food :) The staff in restaurant was just lovely! For me, personally, there was not enough salt, especially in bread, but I understand that I'm the person who uses too much of it on daily basis ;D

Whenever I am in Tuscany, I always stop at Teste & Lische for either lunch or dinner. It is a small, quaint restaurant, right on the beach in Marina di Pisa. You get the authentic local Italian experience, with excellent service and amazing food. Definitely the freshest seafood in the area. My personal favorite is the Crudita di Mare, which is basically a raw seafood plate. I recommend to call ahead and make a reservation for it, because they often run out it's so good!

The antipasti were exquisite and definitely the highlight of the meal, together with the interesting white wine from Elba. Service a bit slow but kind, the main course was a creative combination of flavours, the desserts were delicious.

Ristorante "Da Gino" is a must-visit place in Marina di Pisa, offering a fantastic dining experience. Despite arriving close to closing time, the staff was accommodating and the restaurant maintained a high level of cleanliness. The menu features delicious seafood, with the risotto with squid being a standout dish. The atmosphere is great and the staff provides perfect service, making it the best restaurant in town according to some visitors.

North side of town
For day 2, we recommend exploring the north side side of town. Start the day off with Bagno Gorgona, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Casa Storica di Gabriele D'Annunzio. All together, your day would be filled with about 6 hours of non-stop fun.

It's a nice place to rent some sun beds and get into the sea. The people from the little eat/drinking shop are fantastic! They're so friendly and make some fine aperol. There's one old lifeguard who is not friendly at all, but could be because he speaks no English and therefor can't explain himself. But anyways, good place to lie down! €11 for an entire day, I would recommend this if you go on a trip to Pisa for 3 days.

I came here two days ago. If you want to take pictures with beautiful places, this place is beautiful, but not suitable for swimming in the sea, the waves are very windy, causing the water to be cloudy, not suitable for swimming

A beautiful place to spend the afternoon after seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It’s not too crowded In the evenings and there are spots on the big rocks which are nice and flat, good for sun bathing. The water is fairly clear and you can even see fish from time to time. A bit further away from the beach are rocks you can literally stand on in the middle of the water and have someone take awesome picturesque you.

A very nice, relaxed and laid back atmosphere. All ages can enjoy the place, you feel part of a big family with children, grandparents, teens, couples and young families. Well-priced cafe/bar that offers essential yet limited variety of choices (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, hot, cold drinks, ice cream, slices of pizza, chocolate bars, chips ... Etc). Pricing is fair for okay simple long chairs and umbrella. At night there was a DJ night with 70s and 80s. " it's nice, but let's check another beach for tomorrow" is the general feeling.

Casa Storica di Gabriele D'Annunzio

Historical landmark
Casa Storica di Gabriele D'Annunzio is a beautifully restored historic house that has undergone significant renovations, enhancing its charm and appeal. The property features a delightful outdoor park, meticulously maintained and perfect for leisurely strolls or moments of relaxation on the benches scattered throughout the garden. While the choice of pine trees adds to the aesthetic, there are concerns about potential structural issues they may cause in the future.
(Translated by Google) Villa Romboli saw not only the presence of the Pope (G.D'Annunzio), but also of the Italian actress Eleonora Duse, indeed it seems that the villa was frequented assiduously by the latter in the early years of the 20th century. D'Annunzio rented Villa Peratoner and for a period the ancient customs house which he called "Villa delle rondini".

(Translated by Google) Beautiful villa (I think it's called Villa Rondini) of high historical value. The restoration work finished in July 2023, but the humidity and salt are already damaging the facade (compare the photo with the older ones). The pine trees, stupidly planted all around even thickly, will soon ruin the beautiful garden of aromatic plants and the surrounding paths. Hurry up and visit before they grow up.

(Translated by Google) Historic house, recently reevaluated with extraordinary maintenance. The small outdoor park is cute and well looked after (in its current state). The choice of pines will probably cause structural problems in the future... To be reviewed as a tree choice.

Restaurant
Nestled in a charming corner, Ristorante Il Giglio Marino is a hidden gem that deserves your attention. After passing by numerous times, I finally stepped inside and instantly regretted not doing so sooner. The welcoming staff made me feel right at home, and the culinary offerings were delightful. One standout was the salted blowtorched bread served as an appetizer—an absolute treat!
Absolutely lovely little restaurant! The food was incredible and delicious, and the portion sizes were perfect 👌🏻!

Taste not too good not too bad but the quantity of food is less and the price is too high.

Perfect sevice, delicious meals, fish dishes
Ágnes P — Google review
A classic case of “bait and switch”. Menu looks great, prices reasonable and then they bring out the fresh fish without quoting the price. ALWAYS ask the price of the fresh fish before you order. Also check that they understand your order — they feign confusion but overload your order at the same time. Based on other reviews (belatedly read), this is obviously a pattern for this restaurant - a deliberate ploy. I suggest you move on to the restaurant up the road!
Steven R — Google review
These extremely small portions are a shame. You pay 18 Euros for mixed Antipasti, which is way higher that average prise in Marina di Pisa and Pisa and you get what? 20 gramms of each antipasti (6 spieces), and it's not something special, just simple cheap vegetables and usual fish. This is not even funny. 150 Euro per kilogram for vegetables with cod. Don't be so greedy, shame on you. And service did not even pay attention at me when I wanted to pay.
Valerii D — Google review
BE CAREFUL!!! If they offer you the catch of the day. Always ask for the price beforehand! As we had the experience to have paid 150 Euro for 2 Fish!!! Perhaps this fish was topped in gold. This Restaurant is making money like a rogue! I have been to better places! Avoid this place like a plaque!!
Robert K — Google review
The service started super good. We had the fish of the day and salad. Both were not even close to be fresh. And it was sold as fresh fish. Later when we were paying and giving our feedback, we had a weird experience with the waiter answering in a super inappropriate way.
Cia M — Google review
Walked past this place many times and hadn't noticed it. Finally went in and wished we'd gone sooner. Very friendly staff and great food. Particularly enjoyed the salted blowtorched bread that they gave us to start! Didn't go for the fish of the day as I've found in previous fish restaurants this can become expensive and my italian wasn't good enough to check the price (even though the waitress did speak good english)

Seafood restaurant
Ristorante Il Belvedere is a hidden gem just a short 20-minute drive from Pisa, offering breathtaking beach views that are enchanting even in the winter months. This family-run establishment prides itself on delivering exceptional service that feels truly royal. Diners rave about the freshness of the seafood, with daily catches ensuring top-notch quality. The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes every guest feel at home, while the prices reflect great value for such exquisite dining experiences.
Tonight we went for diner on a recommendation from the hotel, we where a little bit early but the host of the restaurant kindly told us that he had a little bit more time needed to prepare for the evening. A 20 minutes later we where seated on a table. It is a family company with a big warm welcome. Prices/quality is 10 out of 10. I cannot believe that someone could make a bad review about this restaurant. We (girlfriend and I) had lobster with tagliatelle. It was simply amazing, fresh quality and without any sauces. Dessert was a homemade tiramisu, also perfect. But most of all was the friendly service from the restaurant, it is that we are from holland otherwise I would visit this quite allot. Tomorrow we will lunch the fresh tuna!

Very good gluten free pasta, spaghetti a la vongole were fantastic. Nice service (we ate lunch). Daily menu was also possible in gluten-free.

I had the best lobster with tagliatelle ever here!! The fish comes in every day fresh. I also had the cannoli which was delicious. The staff is so so so kind. We had such a wonderful evening. I would recommend anyone to eat here!!!!! We are going tomorrow again because we want to try the rest of the menu! Their limoncello is homemade and also insane. Love this restaurant!

Really nice place. Very friendsome witers. Aperol is the best in the Italy. I will come back here! Wonderful owner of this place and awesome to talk with🩷

An excellent place, fantastic service and delicious food. Guys this place is only 20 minutes away from Pisa and honestly, the beach view around the restaurant is beautiful, even in winter the quality of the seafood is awesome and fresh and honestly the service is ROYALTY service. Good conversation with one of the owners, and I’d rather say, they will make you as comfortable as possible. The price/quality is fair and the atmosphere is just a gift for you as a costumer. I’ll give 5 extra stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pizza restaurant
La Rustica is a beloved local spot in Marina di Pisa, offering simple and delicious food made with the freshest ingredients. The restaurant is known for its fantastic pizzas and pastas, as well as its flavorful Caprese salad featuring buffalo mozzarella. The rustic interiors add to the cozy atmosphere, and the staff provides excellent service. Despite being located directly on the street, it's a must-visit for those in the area. Advanced reservations are highly recommended due to its popularity.
Yesterday I ate an unusual Italian pizza right by the tower. Today, of course, I had to have a first-class Italian pizza again. I was not disappointed. I can recommend it.
Denis H — Google review
A very popular restaurant on the main street a short walk from the marina. Food was good and well prepared. I had the grilled octopus with a side of spinach, and another had a bowl of spaghetti. We ordered a side of veal that never showed, but that happens sometimes. This place is hopping with locals and might warrant a reservation during busy season.

We arrived shortly after 7pm, which is the opening time for the afternoon, we got seated at the back of the restaurant which is nicely decorated and is trying to give you the feeling that you are in a submarine, very cozy and beautiful. Food arrived in 10 minutes from ordering and it was brilliant, prices are very good compared to other places. I recommend the house wine and the house desert, they are brilliant.

Amazing restaurant in marina di pisa, food is great i highly recommend their pizza, the dough is so fresh and overall the staff is friendly. Thank you

La Rustica is a local’s favourite located at Marina di Pisa. Simple delicious food, prepared with love and freshest ingredients. Just look at this Caprese (5th photo), the buffalo mozzarella was bursting with flavour, just like everything else we ate there. Pizzas and pastas were the excellent. Rustic interiors, great service and value for money too. This is a must visit restaurant if you are in the area. It gets very busy so advance booking is highly recommended.

Group of 4 of us popped to the Marina for lunch while on a day trip to Pisa. Opted to sit outside as it was about 30° and we needed a breeze. Firstly, they don't sell alcohol free beer (not a problem for me though). Menu was in Italian (funny that) but a QR code gave access to a translated version. Fantastic choices available. We all opted for a pizza, fries, and couple of salads with mussels as a shared starter. Mussels were plentiful, tasty and clearly fresh. Pizzas were amazing - great base & appropriate topping. Service was good despite our lack of Italian and their broken English. Would definitely eat here again.

Restaurant
Ristorante Foresta is a hidden gem that has captured the hearts of locals for over two decades. With its stunning sea views, dining here feels like a luxurious escape, especially during the summer months. The menu boasts an array of fresh seafood that delights the palate, making it perfect for those who appreciate quality cuisine. The knowledgeable owners, Alessandro and Barbara, curate an impressive wine list to complement your meal beautifully.
I am a local and have been coming here for over 20 years. The excellent food is always a guaranteed win. You close your eyes & say yes this is delicious ! The wine list is superb & both Alessandro & Barbara are both sommelier & select their wines impeccably. The sea view is one of the best along this side of the coast - so in Summer you feel especially pampered. If a tourist wanting a high quality experience with superb food, was to ask me where to eat on the litorale coast I would recommend Foresta in my top list of choices. The owners are passionate about serving quality products all the time bringing to them their family history over the years.

I will talk first about the positive things of the restaurant. And I think the date you come might be important. Staff was fine and friendly. They offered some small snacks before the main meal. They brought different kinds of bread. They brought and showed us the fresh fish they could make. They explained the menu in English. It has a nice atmosphere, it could possibly have more of an atmosphere in season. Now I will write to knowledge who reads this review: Bread was stale. The cooked fish and vegetables were cold and fishbones came out. We mentioned these two situations, but they ignored it. Just for such prices the restaurant should not have basic deficiencies.

Nice place by the sea front. Very big selection of wine. Good service and a good atmosphere. Highly reccomended.

This restaurant is a great experience. All seafood was fresh and natural. It is a restaurant suitable for Japanese glasses who eat fish regularly. Also dolce was great too.

The 3.9 Star rating is more an expression of the visitors, that the restaurante. If you have a taste for quality and fresh food, you´ll be at the right place. In the season it might be crowded with people who don´t know about the italian way of dining. If you take your time, you´ll enjoy your stay and the food of course.
Ritchy D — Google review
Do not make the same mistake I made in thinking that the previous reviews are unfair, this is a very poor overall restaurant and I don’t understand how it’s still in the Michelin guide…. The starters we good, and 2 waiters were really great. The pasta dish we had was undercooked, and no I don’t mean al dente, I mean crunchy pasta that sticks to your teeth, and so over salted. The risotto just looked sad, no creativity at ALL! White rice in white sauce on a white plate…. The main dish which is a mullet was so dry and didn’t even have salt and was overall flavourless. When I called “Barbara” who seemed to be the head waitress, she took the feedback personally and got all defensive and rude and just making things worse by saying “no one else complained, if the fish is grilled it shouldn’t even have salt” and just outright not accepting any for of feedback. Skip skip skip, there are much much better places just around there, even opposite to it is a better restaurant. Do not make the same mistake we made. I gave the 2 stars only because the starter was good, although also lacking salt, but still was good.
Yasmeen E — Google review
Place to avoid by any chance! Very rude, arrogant and unwelcoming owner/manager. Despite official lunch time ends at 15:30, as we arrived at 14:20 we were told that kitchen was already closed, there is no way to have a lunch and "we should call beforehand to book a table as this is absolutely normal for my restaurant" P.S. Nearby - starting the very next house - there are a bunch of good and much more customer-friendly restaurants.
