Absolutely perfect! There was no room for improvement at all. The food was beautiful and very well made, with a very nice taste. The staff were very pleasant, accommodating, and very kind. The service and the time taken for the food and drinks to arrive was incredible! It took very little time for ordered items to arrive. Let's not forget the atmosphere! It was relaxing, and overall a very nice place to be and eat in. Lovely view of the water, and all the boats. There is not enough stars to rate this restaurant! It was an absolutely perfect place. Would recommend 100% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The views are break taking , the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Our waiter was very attentive and took extra special care of us especially after we’d had a spill at our table. Would love to return here again. Thank you for a memorable first meal in Croatia!

Dalmatino was a wonderful spot to enjoy authentic local cuisine! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We absolutely loved the ice cream coffee, and the bruschetta with fresh anchovies was some of the best we’ve ever had. The spaghetti Bolognese was hearty and flavorful, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Prices were very fair compared to many of the other places we checked out, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by for a delicious and genuine taste of Dalmatian food.

The food was avarage, but it was good value for money. If you want to eat cheap and don't expect anything more than filling up your belly - definitely recommended it. Service was very nice and you can sit next to the sea, so it's pretty cool.

Had a very nice last night in Croatia because of this place 🫶🏽 staff was incredibly friendly and food was great as well!! My friends and I were not even planning on eating out but we had way too much fun talking to one of the waiters ^^ . Anyways I hope he sees this before he goes on his motorbike trip, but me and my boyfriend are still up for drinks here in Belgium ;)

Came to cavtat for a week holiday, so gutted we didn’t try this place sooner, staff super friendly and polite. Cater to anything you ask if needed. And the food is a complete bonus taste amazing. Meat platter for 2 was our choice 10/10 perfectly cooked all round. So we came back to celebrate our last evening here.

Chose this place on spec for our last night on holiday. Beautiful views of the sunset at Cavtat. Generous portions. Bread and tuna pate as part of the cover charge. DH had a large portion of skewered monkfish with roasted veg and I had turkey fillet with truffle pasta. Both were delicious. Was a good end to our time away.

This is an high profile restaurant nicely located by the sea in Cavtat, with stunning sea and sunset view to create a nice dinner atmosphere. The service is kind and experienced, the food is well prepared and presented. There is a good selection of wines and beers. The price is good considering the level of the restaurant.

We had a lovely late lunch both choosing the monkfish skewers paired with the house white. The food was very good and the house wine was of a high quality. With views that are truly outstanding we had a very pleasant afternoon.

Today I visited this amazing restaurant in the heart of Cavtat, with great view facing the sea front. The service was great and we received a very warm welcome by the owner and the rest of the staff. I was amazed by how many food choices and options they had.In praticular with the great choice of fresh fish and sea food. I had delicious risotto made with prawns and mixture of vegetables that left me speachless. It tasted amazing and was seasoned perfectly.Well done to the chef Ante and the rest of the team. I also had some famous Dubrovnik Rožata dessert accompanied with almond ice cream that is a must if you are visiting the south. Overall great place & would highly recommend.

Took my wife to Leut restaurant for her birthday. We were ushered to a table with a wonderful sea view. The waiter was charming and asked if we wanted any drinks while looking at the menu. A bottle of the best Croatian wine was ordered. We ordered the meal after talking to the waiter, who recommended that we have fish as it was freshly caught every day. We had a starter of scallops and carpaccio, followed by a John Dory and a chef's special for dessert. A pleasant meal with good service. You can eat cheaper as there is a variety of dishes available at the Luet restaurant but we were celebrating a special day.

The atmosphere is nice. The food was good, however the fish was really quite dry and overcooked. The octopus salad was delicious. The service was absolutely - completely Terribly appalling. We think it was the owner that served us. He rushed us through despite the fact that there were only approximately six tables occupied in the restaurant and probably 20 tables not filled at 6.30pm in autumn. He had not a smile on his face, he didn’t ask us if we would like water, and had absolutely no welcoming / friendly or hospitality skills. We had dined 3 times previously at a neighbouring restaurant this week with incredibly friendly wonderful food and very professional and friendly service (Posejdon). Anyway We had ordered – as a couple – a large beer and a large glass of Prosecco, then later a second glass of Prosecco and my husband asked for a house Red (just a glass) . The waiter/owner said “I will bring you a nice glass of red - you Will Love it” - my husband said - “I would just like a glass of the house red (Shiraz) please —- nothing special” . When we got our bill the glass of house red that he brought to our table was €16 …for one glass!!!!!! Absolutely .. unbelievable. When he came to our table with the credit card machine to charge us, I questioned him on this and I said - excuse me - we only asked for a glass of house red - could you please explain why it is more than double the price of a normal glass of house red, he said it was a special house Red. I explained that We did not ask for a special house Red. I said would you consider altering the bill because we certainly did not ask for a €16 per glass of red wine.(considering a 200ml glass of Prosecco was less Than half that red wine cost) He nodded his head (which we took to mean he was going to rectify the problem) and completely ignored us and just swiped our credit card. I asked him once again to reconsider this charge and yet he ignored me and walked away. - charging us the full price. It was the most appalling, rude, extortionate service we have received in Croatia. The rest of our travels in Croatia have been wonderful. I am so sad to report the terrible terrible service we received at this restaurant and would warn other people to be very very vigilant about what you order. My question to you is should you have to go through this when you are going out for an enjoyable meal?

We enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. The grouper fish was the star of the evening, and the two risottos impressed us, especially the white one, which won our taste buds with its perfect texture and flavor. We warmly recommend this place for a top-quality fish dinner with a sea view. Prices are as expected in this type of restaurant. The walls are filled with pictures of many famous people that enjoyed the same atmosphere and quallity.

Best crew. The trip to the 3 islands(kolocep, sipan and Lopud) was fantastic. If we came back to Cavtat or Dubrovnik surely we will go again with them. And....the food excelent. Best chief. We recomend the fish. Really tasty. Thank you very much for this experience.

Went on the 3 Islands tour and had such a good day! 60€ per person, which is excellent value when you consider that that includes almost 6 hours on the boat, plus the island stop offs, lunch (which was delicious- I had the fish which was very fresh and nicely seasoned), and self-serve drinks (inlcuding local wine, as well as water, coke, fanta and lemondade) The stops at the first two islands, Lokrum and Šipan are quite short- just half an hour, so more of a chance to stretch (and maybe purchase some local olive oil!) rather than to see much of the islands themselves, but we really enjoyed the two hours on Kolocep- having a wander through the park and then a dip in the sea. You also get a stunning view of Dubrovnik old town on both the outward and return journeys, and we were also treated to a beautiful sunset on the way back to Cavtat. One thing to note- it can get very breezy and chilly onboard so make sure to bring layers (we were visiting in October!)

3 islands tour from Cavtat: After picking up/dropping off people between Cavtat and Dubrovnik the tour heads to 3 islands. On the first one you get 30 min which is not enough to do anything apart from get a drink and go to the toilet. On the second one you get 40 min which was also only just long enough to go for a short walk and get a coffee. On the third island you get 2.5 hours. The first two stops were just a bummer due to the little time you get there. It just almost seems pointless to stop there at all. They should either leave earlier or return later to allow more time on the first 2. The last stop was a very busy island and the nicest beach is a 30 min walk (each way) although we did see signs for taxi’s. The boat tour should really include some sort of shuttle service on the island to make things easier. Lunch wasn’t great. There was SO much pepper on everything. The fish had a lot of bones as well. Everything is served cold by the way, keep that in mind. And also just a warning: they will very clearly say what time the boat departs at. If you are a minute late they will be gone. They say this clearly ever time yet 2 women showed up just as we left and were all like “we had no idea”. There is very little information on what you could do on any of the islands. Maybe provide some brochures on board? They announced something at the last island but it was too difficult to hear what they said.

The best water ferry in Cavtat and Dubrovnik! The ferry was on time, clean, and absolutely beautiful. This is the most scenic, relaxing way to get from Cavtat to Dubrovnik and back. The ferry drops you off right in the Old Town so you don’t have to search for parking, walk far from a parking garage, or sit in traffic. Love this wonderful family-owned business ❤️⚓️

We took the Adriana water ferry from Cavtat to Dubrovnik. It was a beautiful 55-minute trip along the Adriatic Sea, and they dropped us right off inside the old town of Dubrovnik. FYI - They are the pink stand in town.

The 3 Island tour was amazing! What a wonderful way to see the culture and beautiful islands. The boat is very comfortable! The crew is very friendly and welcoming! It was a fabulous adventure! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get a glimpse of true beauty and lifestyle! And you most definitely need to get a t-shirt or two to bring home with you! A great keepsake for yourself or a gift for someone. My grandson loves his!

Spectacular from the customer service team to the boat ride itself! Wonderful scenic boat ride on the regular service to Cavtat. Highly recommend to all through this family business! Best day of our trip and to get away from Dubrovnik.

We called in here for some pre-lunch drinks. The views across the bay are lovely and its a great place for people watching. Unfortunately the service was slow and miserable. We would not return as there are plenty of places in Cavtat that are far more welcoming!

Really disappointing visit as reviews seemed good. We ordered two cocktails which we couldn’t drink as they tasted awful I could taste the unmixed sugar in my mojito and the mint leaves were beyond their use by date A shame as the location and views are beautiful

Can’t lie didnt have food but the dj set outside was brilliant but the staff trying to con us out of alcohol in our drink is a new low. We tip well and enjoy good food/or drink where deserved. Disappointment in the behaviour of one or two should not let this little gem down I would recommend a late night drink and dance here to any willing to wiggle😎

Lovely service and amazing cocktails! The cocktails are reasonably priced with plenty to choose from. With make your own cocktails as some come deconstructed! With smoke for the added effect! The location is lovely to watch boats come in and people watch. 10/10 would highly recommend

Stopped here for drinks a couple of times over our week long holidays. Sometimes in the morning, for coffee and also later on the day, for cocktails. Always friendly service and reasonably priced.

I’m not much of a museum goer or art aficionado; however, this museum and Bukovac’s life and works really moved me. The size/location of the museum, all the painted walls, paintings, furniture etc. allowed one to leisurely enjoy the nice temperature in the home, every cozy/handmade detail and almost feel his spirit living on. Surprisingly good. Worth taking a look.

Very enjoyable visit, and it's included in the Dubrovnik pass. The guy at reception was very engaging and because it was quiet, had the time to tell me about the life of this man who also spent time in Peru & USA. He specialised in portrait paintings, I guess because it was well paid. Many selfportraits and paintings of his family on show. The blue room murals are well worth seeing.

Unexpected little gem in Cavtat. So pleased we stumbled upon it. Very interesting, quirky, different to touristy promenade. Well worth a visit.

What a treasure! A great place to see and hear interesting stories about artist's life. He was a fruitful artist that deserves attention and the museum deserves public funding. The wall paintings are getting restored. The first floor is the exibit of the paintings of mostly Dubrovnik and sorounding areas of his student. Remarkable as well. Its a must see if you are in the area. There is a digital overview if his life and work. Spend some extra time. You'll like it. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Ask them about the details. Its like reading a novel.

Loved this place. It is like going back in time. As an artist I can really appreciate this work on display. I liked the house, paintings and displays that much, that I returned for a second time in the same week. Thank you for opening this house up for everyone to see.

I am so impressed with this little museum. The house by itself self is marvelous and it’s in the city center so it was really easy to find. House shows it’s truly colors by remaining the same through time and how much of an artist Vlaho Bukovac truly was. Definitely something you should visit in Cavtat regardless of your age. Great deal if you are student you get discount I payed mine only 3€ which is a bargain. Definitely comming again!!!

Best restaurant in Cavtat! The fish of the day was super tasty and fresh. All the dishes we tried were delicious and the portions were very generous. Marko and Paula gave us a wonderful service. Even though it was a busy night they were so nice, attentive and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cavtat

We visited Konoba Kolona for dinner and ate on the upper terrace. Do not let the location of this restaurant put you off as it is not one of the normal tourist traps like some of the other restaurants in Cavtat. This restaurant is very traditional and authentic and specializes in freshly caught local fish. We chose the Grouper fish and the Meat Patty Chefs style. Both dishes were served hot and were very tasty. For desserts we chose the chocolate souffle which is more like what we would call chocolate fondant and an apple cake. Both dishes were again very nice but for us the chocolate fondant was our favourite as the warm chocolate sauce oozed out when you cut into it and tasted delicious. We also visited again on our last night just for dessert after having a disappointing meal at another restaurant. The service was professional, friendly polite and helpful throughout and we would not hesitate to return or recommend.

If I could give the service 6 stars I would! The staff goes above and beyond to provide an excellent atmosphere for this local spot. The delicious, well-presented food is just a plus to the outstanding vibe of the restaurant. If you come to Cavtat, you MUST eat here — oh, and get the fresh catch!

Lovely experience at Konoba. We reserved a table for Jazz night and pre ordered the Lamb under the bell. We are so glad we did as it has been a highlight of our dining out, the staff are friendly and the service was quick. The atmosphere was immaculate, jazz playing, with an amazing view. The food was so flavourful we finished every last bit. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return…we still might!

Went to this place late in the evening. Grill fish was lovely, pasta wasn’t great and fried Calamari was good. Service was good. Place was bit boring but worked well as it was shielded from winds from the sea.

We were a group of five and requested a sea food platter for all. We also had a fish pâté starter which was lovely. The food was fantastic .. fresh and cooked incredibly well. The staff were friendly and attentive. This is a traditional restaurant away from the main waterfront, but well worth a visit. Excellent.

I'm a hard sell, picky about everything. This place was AMAZING. Everything was perfect. Service, view, food....all of it. I sat for 2 hours with a bottle of local wine and the prosciutto and cheese plate. Not quite as expensive as Dubrovnik...but the value was there. I've never given a place 5 stars across the board. Ever. This place deserves it. They speak good English, and I think I heard one server speak Italian.

We had a lovely lunch with Posejdon. Nice cool local beer Ožujsko we enjoyed it. Squid Grilled is gorgeous, it’s so tender and tasty, the pizza is amazing too. The staff separated the pizza in half for us when they knew we share the dishes. Very thoughtful. The food is exactly what we needed after an early morning trip. The staff is very friendly and nice. Lovely location with the sea view. The price is very reasonable. There is no service charge on the bill, so we gave the water cash in hand.

Nice place to stop whilst visiting Cavtat. Nice views of the port and plenty of choice on the menu. Service is good and prices are very reasonable, especially if you have spent time in Dubrovnik where prices may be over double for the same products. Visited in October, so not as busy as it would be in peak season, but still quite a popular place and would recommend a visit.

Just dont eat the tuna fish here, unfortunately it was the worst I had. Too dry and tiny for 22 euros. On the other hand, staff was quite friendly and nice, however overall food quality and presentation was not good at all

Lovely place recommend to us by the Sea Shell Museum owner a 100 meters away. Definitely better food than Dubrovnik any day, sad we didn't come here first. Definitely recommend this place.

I know it’s not a very fancy restaurant, I saw a lot of reviews online are not good, but I saw a lovely Gilded Squid/Calamari dish when I walked pass a couple of days ago, and it looks so gorgeous, so I decided to give it a go, and it turned out it was really good and delicious for me. The mozzarella cheese and Spaghetti Bolognaise is good, but I have to say this is the best Grill Squid/Calamari I ever had in Cavtat. I am a seafood person, since we arrived in Cavtat, for last ten days, I have been trying to find the good Grilled Squid/Calamari in this area, and I can say I finally found it, this is my favourite. It is vet tasty , is soft inside, and also very tasty. I love it. Not overcooked or over seasoning. It’s so so amazing.

It's at a nice spot to see the sunset . Food came fast . Chicken with mushroom sauce was nice and calamari. And the homemade cake was also delicious.

The setting it was great as it overlooks the Adriatic sea, and it was nice to watch the people ho by, and boats coming and leaving from the small port. The food it was average, with the breat of chicken being dry, the mussels were extremely salty, and the fries not the best. The omelette and lamb burger were blant. Service has started from being good to bad, when it came to the payment. The writer has said of we pay by cash it will be 10% off the bill which I have agreed to, but when it came to the bill it was only 5% so I have questioned it which he was adamant that he said it was only 5% so I payed full price on the card. So unprofessional service.

This was a really nice expirience. We came at late afternoon and took a seat next to see. Enjoyed in food and chating with service. My sea bass was delicious and mixed meat was great as well. Hope we will return once at dinner time and enjoy once more here. Thank you

My Girlfriend and I had dinner there, we both had fish; she had the sardines, I had the sword fish - both dishes tasted great although there weren’t anything out of the ordinary either, the view is stunning and the service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend the place

We ate here just last week during our 5th visit to beautiful Cavtat. We sat outside , a lovely evening and the food was wonderful ,best meal we had all week. Service was excellent and everything was very relaxed. There was a healthy queue of diners prepared to wait for a table which tells you how good the place is. Highly recommended.

I had a waitress named Amelia she is very polite and kind. Food was fantastic I really recommend the pizza it’s delicious. The atmosphere is perfect it’s right next to the water with a beautiful view. I could not be more satisfied with my dinner.

The restaurant is not that good. We ordered the 2 daily menues and the food was dissapointing. Tomato soup was great, but the octopus salad had little meat in it. Main course was the real dealbraker. We only got half a fish that was bland and the meal had no taste. The lamb chops were 90% fat and 10% meat, such as the amount of meat you could eat was equal to 2 mouthfuls. The dessert was good. Also there were flies everywhere and were quite annoying after some time.

This place is amazing, perhaps the best restaurant in Cavtat! We were a group of 14 people and had booked in advance. Waiter did a good job keeping track of all of us. Delicious cocktails and mocktails, and good wine too. We ordered a variety of pastas, sea food and beef - and everyone was pleased. Handmade pasta and fresh seafood was especially good. The ambience is lovely as well. The place to go if you want to avoid turist traps. Would come back!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant every summer since it opened and it’s remained my favorite year after year. The food is consistently great and you can really tell they put a lot of care into their dishes. My go-to favorites are the mussels, spaghetti carbonara, prosciutto salad, and the stuffed chicken. What makes this place even more special though is the people. The owners and staff are so warm and genuinely welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and it never feels forced. It’s also in a fantastic location that’s super convenient. Overall a wonderful experience every time. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Cavtat!!! :)

The service ( kartica ) was excellent, which is why I’m giving two stars. However, I can’t say much positive about the food. The pizza ( 40 minutes wait ) was tasteless and unusually small for its size. The edges were extremely thick, just plain dough without any airiness or lightness. It felt heavy and unpleasant to eat, shrimp had not taste at all Honestly, I’ve never had a pizza like this before, and it was a disappointing experience, i dont recommend, dont be fooled by the napolitaine look of the pizza , its just dough ( the dough is not rested/ fermented enough ) .

We decided to try the set menu - I chose the meat option which I really enjoyed and the 3 courses where enough for me. The chicken with almond sauce was the stand out. My husband chose the fish set menu and felt it was 'just ok'. Lovely venue and very popular. I would do back but would order from the a la carte menu next time.

Situated on the port front in Cavtat, on a nice sunny day this is a lovelly place to stop and enjoy the views of the port, the sea and the surrounding area. Staff are very helpful and service is excellent. The boat from Dubrovnik old town (Sealine direct boat, about 40 mins) drops you a minute or less walk from here. We didnt eat here, but the food we saw looked excellent. A great place to have a meal at reasonable prices and in a relaxed atmosphere.

This review is based on two visits. We had dinner here twice and had mixed thoughts. On our first visit we ate off of the 3 course fixed menu. One of us had the fish menu and the other the meat menu. The salad starters were ok but nothing memorable. The fish on the main course was cooked very well and was very tasty but the carrots that accompanied it were almost raw. The chicken in almond sauce was delicious and had bags of flavour. The desserts were also very nice and the service was excellent. On our second visit we were seated but our food took approximately 50 to 60 minutes to arrive. We ordered the Calamari and the burger. The Calamari was nice but the burger was awful! Considering this restaurant is so highly rated we did not expect to receive a burger with a slice of processed plastic cheese and to make things worse we were told that it was Cheddar!!! Surely a slice of local Croatian Pag cheese would be a better option? After our weeks stay in Cavtat in our opinion there are better places to dine.

Loved this museum on my visit yesterday - the woman was really passionate and her energy rubbed off on me. The museum is beautiful, small but so interesting and clean and well presented. There’s a quiz for kids, but I did it and got a free shell!

An incredible Sea Shell Museum with shells hundreds of years old, even an Ammonite from the Jurassic Era, everything is in pristine condition aswell, absolutely must visit if you come by. It's hard to not be in awe when looking at the shells and how old they are. Increadible place, if you ever collected rocks or shells growing up, there's no way you can skip the this❤️ I promise you this one is worth it.

Highly recommend this little museum, if you are interested of natural history, sea and of course, shell's. Staff was helpful and so nice. Family ticket was 14€ Notice that there isn't a toilet.

So pleased I made time to take a look in side this exhibition. This one although small is one of the best I have seen. The shells on display are from many countries around the world and the variety of sizes, shapes and colours is captivating. I spent 30 minutes in there but could have stayed longer if I had the time. Well worth the 7 euros entry fee.

We came here on a rainy day and it was actually pretty interesting. I didn't think I would, but I learned a lot just from the 10 minute video about shells, and there was a pretty impressive collection to look at in the museum. We were inspired to go look for some shells of our own once the weather cleared up!

Visiting the shell museum was a highlight of our holiday, as the owner’s knowledge and enthusiasm was so inspiring. A beautiful collection and I love my handmade earrings! P.S. our little green sea urchin made it all the way back to the UK in one piece too!

It’s a lovely little place to sit here all day, watch the sea and drink good wine and beer. We had a bottle of good Croatian Rosé, very fruit and fresh. Lovely and friendly staff.

Lovely views, a lot cheaper than you expect based on the setting. Lovely museum currently with Van Gogh's sunflowers only €5 per person to wander round with a brief video of the history also. Guided tour €10 per person. I really enjoyed the Muskat sweet wine

Nice view, reasonable prices but complete staff lack fundaments of hospitality. 5 tables in total and 4 of them including manager haven't been able to approach a new guests for 15 min even sitting 2 m, busy chatting themselves. Pitty as place have lot of potential

We left the car for 4 hours and that comes out to 12 euros. We decided to do the 4€ spent at Studenac Market to get 1 hour off. The lady cashier scanned the wrong thing (purposely) and it didnt get anything off. Don’t bother even buying anything

Used to be 10kn an hour a few years ago, but now it’s €3 an hour. Plenty of spaces and good location. If you hand your ticket to the cashier at the Studenac (with a €4+ spend) they’ll credit an hours worth of parking onto it.

Visited this restaurant twice and absolutely our favourite! The service is amazing! Food was excellent chicken Teriyaki, Thai green curry, chicken Katsu and the chicken spring rolls are amazing! The owner is lovely and the waiters were all amazing, very friendly We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they gave us a lovely glass of Prosecco! Cocktails were probably the best I had on my visit to Cavtat!! Thoroughly recommend this restaurant !

Harbour Cafe was an Asian themed restaurant in the Cavtat Boardwalk. The quality was very good. It was surprisingly one of the more expensive meals but the quality of food was great and service matched with a fantastic waiter. “Thank me later”

A cocktail bar during the day and a Japanese restaurant during the night!A total rip of a no go the food was terrible spring rolls from Metro supplier of 99 percent restaurants in Cavtat.We where blackmailed that we must eat and not just have a drink,sushi was not close to sushi,teriyaki sauce and chicken we to salty,I ordered Bailey’s and I just got a finger deep drink.The owner is from South Africa and the waiter was so apologetic about the quality of the food,the wine was from the cask a cheap non drinkable.The bill for 2 was 93 euros a total rip of.To all of you that gave this place a 5 star you do not have a clue what an Asian restaurant is.So keep wasting your hard earned money here I will certainly not!

Lovely food. I had this green prawn curry, everyone else had katsu curry. Katsu had a light crispy bread crumb cooked to perfection. Will be coming back to eat again

Great service and cool decoration. Was a rock music club and now renovated as a cafe/bar/restaurant. There are some hidden menu, so just ask the staff if you want something that is not on the menu (like salep, cappuccino..). Food is not too pricey but the amount is rather small, and doesn't meet the expectations.

A perfect end to our stay in Cavtat. We chose the fixed price three course dinner with paired wines. Delicious food, beautifully matched wines, and warm, attentive service. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented, while the selected wines complemented the flavors masterfully. 🍷 We left the restaurant thoroughly satisfied and full of joy, a culinary memory we’ll cherish. Highly recommend the lunch set menu here. Tried the ‘sea’ and ‘land’, and they were both wonderful. The bread included prior was also delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The seating was also very comfortable with dappled shade from the vines above.

Our first night in the area. Really nice meal in the harbour at this stylish restaurant with less British tourists than elsewhere. I am one of them, but don’t tell anyone. I had the two course set for 39 euro with a delicious but very small beef tartar and we both had the grilled octopus which was as expected. Although I picked the restaurant, my wife picked best. She ordered outside the set menu and her gnocchi with burrata is worth coming back for.

We came here for lunch and ordered the lunch set menus- one land and one sea. Both were great. Especially the peach starter (land) and the fish main (sea). The ceviche was also great so clearly the fish was very fresh. It was really good value for the cost of food in the area. Staff were great and for the fish they fillet it in front of you. Comfy seating with harbour views too.

Our best food experience in Cavtat. Fantastic service even though they were understaffed. For starters we had the ceviche and the beef tartar - the ceviche was fantastic 10/10! Mains we had the tuna salad and grilled sea bream. Very happy with our choices but the grilled fish was amazing, whereas the salad was what you would expect. We would definitely come back if it weren’t our last night. Bonus: skip the desert and have some ice cream from “a Roma” just a hundred meters away, truly great handmade gelato.

A beautiful dinner with exceptional service in the stunning town of Cavtat. We were passing through Croatia on a cruise and only had time for a quick dinner here at Bugenvila. We ordered some oysters to start and shared the fish of the day, both were exceptional. We were made to feel very welcome with excellent service from everybody we spoke to.

Visited 4th October 2025. Amazing restaurant on the harbour. Friendly service, stunning food and fantastic value especially during "Happy Hour" 3pm where we got a 20% discount. The Fish meal for 2 was gorgeous and the wine in the sun mixed with the scenery was one of the highlights of our week holiday. We plan on visiting again before we reluctantly have to go home.

The food was tasty, that’s why it gets 3 stars. But the portion sizes are different than advertised. They have a big sign that shows photos of the different dishes as well as at the back of the menu. I got the seafood risotto and it looked like half the portion of the photo. See photos for reference. Also, we had to wait almost 40 minutes after asking for the cheque. The waiter could have just forgotten which would have been fine. But when we finally got the cheque, the wait time wasn’t even acknowledged. So it’s hard to tell if it was an honest mistake or if this is a common practice. We’ve had better dining experiences in Cavtat.

I took a day trip to Cavtat and stopped here for lunch. I had the set menu which was had fish soup as starter, grilled squid with potato salad as main and then ice cream for dessert. I thought that the set menu was good value for money and was very filling. I also had a pina colada cocktail which was tasty. I was little bit let down by the service as the restaurant wasn't that busy. Otherwise, an enjoyable experience with delicious local food.

As regular visitors to Cavtat, this lovely restaurant is a favourite of my daughter and I. Delicious, reasonably-priced food, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Special thanks to Yuri for always making us so welcome.

It’s is at the corner of the road attracting many people, food was okay , fish dish was nice, risotto wasn’t that good, price was at the high end compared to rest of the town. They expected a tip and that wasn’t very European. Staff was friendly.

The restaurant has perfect and truly delicious food. The atmosphere is wonderful – calm, with soft background music that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I tried the risotto, and it was absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection. It’s not the cheapest place, but considering the quality, it was definitely worth it.

We had a couple of nice meals here.Staff are friendly and the menu is quite varied. The waiter did bring out water and puree it without us agreeing and it was sparkling which we didn't want so we got charged for 2.Check also what your meal comes with because it's a bit confusing.

€19 lunch deal was excellent! Great that there is a lot of choice for your main course. Chairs very comfy and nice people watching from the glass windows.

Let’s keep this review to the point. Nice looking restaurant, with really attentive service and friendly staff. That’s where the praise ends. Food? What we had was very mediocre and perhaps below that. Spaghetti with prawns, tasted of can pasta sauce, not even boiled/cooked well, with abundance of small prawns that literally tasted like little tasteless rubbers and were definitely straight from frozen supermarket bags. Disappointing. Oh, we tried the home made tuna pâté with fresh bread, and it was delicious, in fact that was probably the highlight of the food we ordered.

Stopped by here for the buffett breakfast one morning and left very satisfied. Plenty of choice, food was lovely and warm and nice atmosphere. The lady who looked after us was really nice. If it wasn't our last day we'd have came back again.

Crystal-clear water, but there are a lot of people – a typical beach: long, noisy with the sound of crowds, and sunbeds packed side by side. The inflatable attractions for children are great. Payment is cash only, but luckily there’s an ATM right by the beach.

Amazing place to spend the day before going to the airport. You only need 10 min to the airport. 15 euro 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella so cheap comparing to Dubrovnik. We ate ice cream and chips also reasonable prices. It is very difficult to find parking. We hired pedal boat for 10 euro 30 minutes we had so much fun. It is a beach for families mostly with children. They have public shower 30 cent for 1 minutes, not closed but outdoor. And they have a place to change your clothes as well.

Stony beach, swimming shoes necessary. Few metres from the shore sand, it gets deep quite quickly so it is pleasant to swim. Clear and clean water, you can watch the fish. In September, the inflatable aquapark disappeared and nothing obstructed the view of Dubrovnik and the towns along the Dubrovnik Bay. Beautiful sunsets and views also in the evening/night.

If you're already in Cavtat, then this beach is probably okay, but otherwise it's not worth going there for this beach. Water is not as clean and it's painful to get in the water each time because of the shap stones. Also, they only accept cash here.

Beautiful beach. Its a public stoney beach with a lot of sunbeds to hire and not alot of room if you don't want a sun bed. However they are so cheap to hire for the day. There are loads of things to do and plenty to eat and drink. The water is crystal clear and makes for a beautiful early morning swim when noone else is around.... With the most beautiful sunsets

Great beach, water is crystal clear. Lots of activities to do such as the amazingly fun aquapark, peddle boats, paddle boarding and just a short walk up the beach to the Epidauram where you can do parasailing, diving, banana boat, jet skiing.

We booked a parasailing ride and had the best time. From the booking process, to completion, they were highly professional and their customer service was great. We liaised via WhatsApp to book and when we turned up for the experience they were very friendly and welcoming. My daughter was a bit nervous but they put her mind at ease with their friendly manner. The ride itself was great, we had the best time. We then paid extra for the photos and they were great. I’m a pro photographer so I’m fussy, but she did a great job. Thank you for a great experience, I would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing experience, especially if you're sharing the ride! Parachute is lovely, and secured to a comfortable boat with multiple ropes and hooks. The ride itself is very pleasant and the staff is really nice and friendly. They are willing to explain everything you want to know if you have any doubts. The ride itself depends a lot on the wind and it's set among couple of islands near Cavtat. I would totally do it again, and recommend it to all of those who want to see a bit of Adriatic sea from a different perspective!

We did the sunset parasailing as a couple and it was the perfect romantic experience. Everything was made so easy and comfortable we could just relax and enjoy it. The glasses of bubbly, chill music and beautiful sunset all made it feel special, and the parasailing itself was glorious - somehow relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. We also got the photographs because they were too good to pass up!

I cannot rate this place any more. We were a family group of 5. We did the paragliding and the crazy ufo. Very professional company. The morning was a bit windy and he quite rightly delayed our starting time. He prioritied Health and safety over everything which was admirably. His control of the boat whilst the activities were underway was also very reassuring. I would not go past this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Did the sunset flight, was truly amazing experience. The captain was as brilliant, explained everything we needed to know and made my wife feel really safe (she's scared of heights). Highly recommend @Gabriel Watersports

The beach it was a bit rocky for my liking, but the water, it was clear and invited. It was very popular with swimmers and sunbathers. There's a restaurant there but also, a small kiosk selling cold drinks and ice creams. I have found the umbrella and sunbeds a bit expensive at 7 euros for a sunbed and 3 euros for an umbrella. There's also a massage place there too. For the showers you need to pay for at 50 cents and you get a coin from the kiosk too.

A bit of a rocky area and sea shoes needed but overall a really nice 👍 little bar here reasonably priced but better to bring your own drinks, food etc and have a nice picnic 🧺

Nice beach with some easy access to water. You can rent long chairs but also just lie on the stone. There is a nice restaurant nearby and an ice cream stand/kiosk. There is also small cabin for changing the clothes. No shower though. The sun is mostly on the other side so there is a lot of shade.

If you don’t mind the rocks and concrete it is an amazing spot, the water wasn’t cold in July/August and you can find some spots to sunbath. Just make sure to take your water shoes as this beach is full of urchin

Visited here a couple of times during our stay in Cavtat. Lovely clear water for swimming and snorkeling in. No sand all pebbles and concrete which is ok if you don't like sand. Sun beds and umbrellas to hire, cheaper than some places, more expensive than others. Great restaurant with good food and cold beer too.

The graveyard where the mausoleum is situated is free to visit and offers fine views of the sea & coast. There's a small entrance fee for Mausoleum itself, I think €4, but it's worth having a look inside where there are written guides in several languages telling you about this family burial place and explaining the design and significance of the interior decorations.

You can spot the Racic family mausoleum from a distance as is located on the highest point of Cavtat. The climb is a bit steep if you are coming from the steps but if you are walking in the centre of Cavtat is not so bad. The Racic family mausoleum which is also known as Our Lady of the Angels it was built in 1922 by the Croatian sculptor Ivan Mestrovic in Art Deco style on top of an existing chapel of Saint Roch. The architecture is designed as a fussion of memorial, religious and artistic space. The floor plan is octagonal with prominent chapels in the form of a GreeK Cross. The cemetery is still in use today and any funerals do take place in the mausoleum. The views are amazing as you get to see the whole of Cavtat from above and over to the Adriatic sea so is worth the climb.

The Mausoleum of the Racic family by Meštrović is a peaceful and well-kept burial site with beautiful architecture. There are two ways to reach it one from the harbor with many steps and the other with a smaller path and fewer steps on the opposite side of the hill. The entrance fee is €4,- Once at the top, you're rewarded with stunning views of the bay, making it well worth the climb.

It is a breathtaking place, walking inside the mausoleum, seeing the many details in the craftsmanship in such a small space. Initially I walked up on recommendation from our hotel (Hotel Supetar), and I was not disappointed. The history of the mausoleum, builds upon the craftsmanship. The tragic events inflicted upon the Racic family, and the Trust who ensured it was built, makes this a worthwhile visit. It was worth the €4 entry fee, and I recommend sitting in silence to take in the space, before reading the information sheet, which takes you through the history of the Racic family and the details of the stonemasonry work.

Stunning - don’t miss it if in Cavtat, well worth the climb up the steps. A sad story though - worth reading the information sheets inside, which are well written and in multiple languages. Also good views from outside across to Dubrovnik.

This place is basically frequented by locals and there are few tourists there, especially because it is a cemetery. However, the place is beautiful! It is a local cemetery, located at the top of the hill in urban Cavtat, with a magnificent view of the city's waterfront and promenade.

The monument itself is a mausoleum of a rich family of shipbuilders from Cavtat, while the architectures of it and sculptures are the masterpieces of famous Ivan Mestrovic. It says it was his first commission. There is a quiet cemetery on the spot and a nice view.

Shame as good was good but service was poor with staff who didn't really care for their customers. First time waitress didn't apologise for the cold fries and second visit we were asked to more from a nice quiet table to a noisy area in the sun. We left without ordering.

Amazing spot for views. Really friendly, helpful and professional staff who speak English really well. Its right next to Beach Rat too, which seems popular. The food was superb! I had bruschetta with adriatic prawns which was sensational and my wife had buratta cuprese salad which was well presented and fresh. Highly recommended 👌

We have stopped here for drinks and service was so good, attentive and helpful. The location is amazing overlooking the Adriatic sea. The food that it was coming out it looked extremely nice and the aroma from it it was making us to have it.

Beautiful spot right by the sea with an amazing view – perfect for a relaxed lunch or sunset dinner. The seafood is excellent, especially the grilled fish and octopus, fresh and full of flavor. Portions are generous and prices are fair compared to other places in Cavtat. Service was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. A great place to enjoy authentic Dalmatian food in a calm setting away from the main crowds. Highly recommended!

Super sweet place, next to the Rat beach where you can take a break and enjoy a bit of natural shade and food. The staff is pleasant and well mannered. The kitchen is super fast and I had a pleasure to try their amazing chocolate cake. It's a go to place if you're enjoying some time in Cavtat.

A casual beach cafe in Cavtat that was the only place open for dinner due to our evening flight. Expectations were low, but boy did this cafe impress! In fact, it quickly became our favourite place to eat lunch and dinner. We came back once a day everyday during our holiday. Grilled calamari and Posip wine were our "go-to" order. Beautiful setting on the water. Very reasonable prices. Excellent friendly service from all of the staff members, but a special shout-out to Vane, a ⭐. I've now been here 3 times and I've really enjoyed it , service is friendly. Food is tasty, it is the best place along this strip , super views & freshly cooked seafood , a cold beer ,a tasty house wine. I'm happy. Come along and enjoy!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant in Cavtat! The service was outstanding – our waiter Vane was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious; I had the pizza and it was just perfect – thin, crispy, and full of flavor. Everything about the evening was excellent, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cavtat. I will definitely come back!

I ordered grilled chicken, was nice enough..but just dry chicken n chips..Himself ordered what we thought was steak..omg..was some raw concoction of ?processed meat..€38.. really poor..we found staff had attitude, not friendly, no eye contact …. I know it’s cultural too..but to point of rudeness..service slow…could be a great place if nice food and staff..

Me and my wife were looking for a peaceful place to have some delicious food next to the beach and this seemed like the ideal spot. Great atmosphere, but when it came to the food and service... The waiters were disrespectful and we had to wait for a while to be seated. When the food came (fish grill for two people and a pizza), the fish plate was not worth the 60 euros it costed and the pizza margharita had the texture and flavour of a preheated one. NEVER AGAIN, it is worth to drive a couple minutes to find a much better place. Do not let the looks deceive you

The food here was excellent! The waiters gave very good recommendations, the carpaccio was incredible! Monkfish and prawns, and the salmon and prawn linguine was amazing. No fault to the staff but it was a very very windy night so there was a bit of a draft, aside from that the evening was perfect!

Excellent food with huge portions at very reasonable prices! We ordered the veal tomahawk, and it was massive – the flavor was truly impressive. The mushroom risotto was also outstanding. Highly recommend!

Lovely spot at the quieter end of the promenade next to the monastery. Excellent swordfish and Greek salad. Very good desserts too - chocolate mousse and lemon tart. Bottle of rose wine was great. €55 each with tip.

Great service, great view, great food, good prices! This restaurant is better than the restaurants sitting right across the port area as it is a bit more quiet and has a wonderful view unobstructed by the yachts.

Tonight we ate here and how nice it was too Great sword fish and pasta dishes. 4 in our party we all started with Scallops which were very delicious. Lemon tart for dessert was very light and refreshing. Good house wines as well as alcohol free beer. We will be back during our stay here.

Perfect, basically sums this place up. The service was quick, attentive, and exactly as you would want. The food was phenomenal, cooked on an open bbq feet away from the table. I had smoked ham pasta to start, followed by Veal bbq ribs. Both outstanding, perfect portion. The kids had smoked sausage that they made with fries, other food on the table steak, and mixed kebabs. The beer was very good also, one of the best I've tried so far while in Croatia. To give you a guide of how good this place was, we had planned a different place each day, we have changed that to give this place a second night. Very tasty mussels and bread. The service was not interested in us during our stay in the restaurant. The seafood platter was tasty although the sauce tasted like a store-bought one. Nice view of the sea.

Very hospitable welcome and prompt sitting. Owners were very attentive and made sure we were made comfortable out of the heat of the sun. The waiter spoke amazing English which helped us greatly. The salad starters were generous and flavoursome. The "Royal" pasta was simply delicious. The view from the front corner table was delightful. Good value for money and well seasoned dishes all round. Very nice setting, some music and friendly service. Started with spring rolls followed by sea-bream and chicken wok and cheesecake. Nice white wine and rosé. Fair prices and fresh food.

We are very surprised that The food is good and tasty, but the prawns on my Śipan fishman’s platter were a bit too salty for me personally, the grilled tuna steak has done perfectly, tender and juicy. The price is a bit higher than we expected , we paid €65 per person for a glass of Aperol Spritz, starter and main course, also share a bottle of sparkling water, I guess because the restaurant is next to the Marina Cavtat, with the amazing sunset , and we also like people watching.

I ordered the fish and chips, and my.husband ordered the cavatacci plate.. both were absolutely delicious. The fries were different and unique. Service was quick. Prices were reasonable for the area. Would definitely come here again.

Visited mid afternoon, late October. Beautiful sunshine and a great view of the bay. Service was great, really polite and friendly made us feel welcome. Food was very good, cepacici (?) was great, fresh and tasty. Steak sandwich was a monster! Spaghetti bolognese was good. Star dish was the lasagne which was piping hot and full of flavour, really outstanding as a dish. Nice place to visit, would definitely go back.

Beautiful path around the coast, many benches to rest

The Karis walking path is a loop that it can start either at the parking place or from the monastery. Is a nice walk as there's the shade from the pine trees, but you have also got the sea breeze from the Adriatic coast. There's couple of bays for swimming or sunbathing but most of them are very rocky. The path is ideal for walking running, cycling or jogging and is flat.

What a spectacular walk! From the beautiful old town and it's churches, shops and museums to the rugged beauty of the coast and don't forget the boats planes changing the landscape regularly. A very easy stroll for young or elderly and you can also take regular breaks at the bars, as we did at the little star bar 🍺

Beautiful and peaceful walk on the edge of the land next to the sea. Takes less than an hour to do if you do a loop, but you will no doubt have to stop to take in the beautiful views and some photos of course.

Listed in some parts as a hike but in reality it is an easy costal walk. Suitable for children and the elderly alike. Plenty of benches along the way if you need a rest. Some decent views but more a walk to kill some time rather than a destination.

I came to this beach multiple times during my stay at cavtat. Beautiful clear water and lots of cool rock pools also. Some may struggle to get into the water, so I wouldn't recommend it to less able people. You also have to make do finding a spot to sunbathe on the big rocks as this is not a sand or stone beach. It's just rocks! It is also a perfect spot in the evening to watch the sun set. There is also a bar at this beach which is nice.

AMAZING !! Possible to rent a subbed and umbrella for the day but you can also just come with your towel. It is very pretty and there are possibilities of safe rock jumping!!

Amazing water and rock formations! There is a tiny beach, but most people take a swim from the cliffs. Not for the elderly.

Beautiful setting, sun area right in front. Not a sandy beach, all concrete sun area with access to ocean. Ocean is very pebbly, pebbles are smooth but slippery. They sell water shoes at some little shops right next to hotel. Can walk from hotel around the point for nice sunset bar swim & view. Very pretty.

Small, but nicely formed church, with some interesting art. There is also a beautiful cloister planted with herbs. A very nice visit for 15 minutes, and 15 Kuna.

I had the absolute misfortune of renting a jet ski from this place, and I regret every second of it. First off, they overcharge you like crazy. They lure you in with seemingly reasonable prices, but once you're there, they pile on hidden fees and ridiculous charges that they conveniently forget to mention upfront. By the time they're done with you, you're paying more than double what you expected! The equipment itself was in terrible condition. The jet ski I rented barely worked—it kept stalling in the middle of the water, and the staff just shrugged when I complained. Clearly, they don't care about the safety or satisfaction of their customers. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a refund or at least a discount due to the faulty equipment, they acted like I was the problem. No apology, no accountability, just excuses and a condescending attitude. To top it all off, they don’t even have proper safety protocols in place. I felt completely unsafe the entire time I was out on the water. It's clear they are just after your money and couldn't care less about their customers. Do yourself a favour and stay FAR away from this place. There are plenty of other spots to rent jet skis where you won't be ripped off and treated like garbage. Absolutely disgraceful

We had a terrible experience here. They make you go out at a snail's pace, which eats up your time, and because of that, we were 9 minutes late returning the jet ski. They still charged us an extra €30! The staff were incredibly rude and didn’t care about our concerns. They’re just out to overcharge you at every turn. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Awful. Waited two hours and they keep telling us 15 minutes. Then eventually they said when the other people come back, maybe. Just lied and when you’re only here for a couple of days, it was a huge waste of time and the “boss” was extremely rude. Everyone here has been so lovely but they really ruined our experience.

Very helpful. Went kayaking with them before and the guy was very helpful and informative. He even talked about the history of Croatia in this area . Interesting.

We decided to dine here on our final night in Cavtat, drawn in by all the excellent reviews, and the entire experience was truly impressive. From the delicious food to the attentive service and charming ambiance, everything was superb. Our waiter went above and beyond, explaining each dish in detail and ensuring we felt comfortable and welcomed. It was absolutely worth the visit and the perfect farewell to our trip in Croatia! 🇭🇷

I wish we would have found this place sooner! They have the best matcha in Cavtat/Dubrovnik and also the cheapest. The breakfast options were nice and all include a free (large)glass of mimosa. The lunch selection was great and delicious. I was avoiding burgers while here, but I had try their Mediterranean burger with an interesting twist, highly recommend that and their tuna pate! The service was friendly and overall 5/5 experience. If we would stay longer we would probably eat here every day.

Solid 5 stars! Delicious food presented so nicely, very friendly service, and of course the wonderful view of the bay. The kind staff sat us at a table with an excellent view and even moved the heat lamp closer since I made a silly comment about always being cold. We had dinner at sunset and what an experience! I would highly recommend and would even come back when visiting Cavtat again!

Visited here a total of 3 times during my stay in Cavtat. Enjoyed the food thoroughly however I must say that I would have given 5 stars for the food had it not been for the desserts - the tiramisu was a let down, my only recommendation would be to serve a regular version! Also, the service from Jovan was great! :)

We stayed overnight in Cavtat and happened to visit during a Catholic holiday, so many places were closed. Luckily, we stumbled upon Ankora for lunch, and we had such a great experience that we decided to return again for dinner the same day. For lunch, we started with the tuna pâté, which was delicious. The ink bread it was served with was unique and a refreshing change from the usual bread offerings. For mains, we had the stuffed gnocchi and the chicken sando. The chicken sando was outstanding — perfectly crispy and golden, with juicy thigh meat and a flavorful chutney that tied it all together beautifully. The gnocchi were tasty and came with a flavorful sauce, though they were a bit dense for my liking. To drink, we tried the fig leaf cocktail, which was light and refreshing. When we came back for dinner, the food was equally impressive. We began with the prawn cannoli, which was incredible — the orange tartness paired perfectly with the balsamic pearls. Next, the ravioli al limone turned out to be one of the best dishes we tried during our entire visit, delicate and full of flavor. For mains, we opted for the tuna Wellington and the sea bass fillet. The Wellington was well executed, though the cuttlefish demi-glace felt a touch overpowering. The sea bass was perfectly cooked — flaky and fresh — but I found the dish leaned a bit heavy, as the richness from the sweet potato and hazelnut needed an acidic balance to really make the flavors pop. We ended the meal with the sponge cake, which was light, fresh, and a great way to finish. We paired both meals with a bottle of Pošip, recommended by our server Dusan, and it complemented the dishes beautifully. Dusan himself deserves special mention — attentive, friendly, and truly made our experience memorable. Overall, Ankora exceeded our expectations — creative dishes, fresh ingredients, thoughtful wine pairings, and excellent service. Definitely a spot worth visiting in Cavtat.

Good vegetarian options. Great for dinner and lunch. Tasty food, big portions (some starters are enough for a meal). Great choice of local wines. Lunch comes with free mimosa.

We visited 5 different restaurants but Ankora was different and the best in our opinion (thus we visited it twice). The prices are similar to others but look at the picture of the tuna steak, it's like a different level of food compared to others where I had the opportunity to eat tuna. The risotto and burger are also delicious, I recommend visiting and checking it out for yourself. Best regards

Quite simply the very best hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. Honestly can’t think of a single thing we’d want different: the customer focus and service was extraordinary. The rooms beautiful, cool, and immaculate. The breakfast like nothing you will experience anywhere else, with the level of choice, the quality of food, drink and service. In fact on every day of the seven we stayed here, after eating breakfast at around 9.30 / 10.00, neither of us wanted anything to eat till the evening. This was our third visit to Hotel Supetar…we’re already saving up for a return visit in 2026! Adrian Snell

Most likely one the very best hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. I honestly can’t think of a single thing we could suggest or want different or to change. The customer service was fantastic, nothing was ever an issue, staff were always happy and full of advise. The rooms were beautiful, and immaculate, clean and a wealth of items supplied. The breakfast and dinner experience, and the level of choices, the quality of food, drink and service exceeds anything I have ever had before. Staff always helpful, nothing was a problem to them. (Great Wine List as well). Definitely planning for a return visit in 2025/6 whilst on a dual location trip to Montenegro, currently being planned..

Five stars isn’t enough honestly! The food was incredible – so many different flavours, all perfectly balanced and put together like they actually cared (and clearly know what they’re doing!). The fish and steak were both spot on, and the duck liver pâté? Best we’ve ever had, hands down. Everything looked absolutely stunning too. The staff couldn’t have been more lovely or attentive – just a really nice vibe all round. And the live jazz music was the cherry on top, made the whole experience feel extra special. Will 100% be back!

Our family (husband and I and our 8 year old daughter) had an amazing stay at Hotel Supetar. Firstly the warm and welcoming staff- especially Stanka, Tihana and Niko- made our stay above and beyond. The location is ideal- right in the heart of Cavtat on the water. The ambiance with the beautiful art, architecture and design was luxurious and peaceful. Their breakfast is incredible- high quality ingredients and their dinner was an excellent fine dining experience (hoping for a Michelin soon!) Thank you Hotel Supetar for a wonderful unforgettable stay- We hope to be back soon!

Supper yummy cocktails! We went for cocktails before happy hour and then we happened to be there during happy hour. The cocktails are 20% off but they’re also 20% less volume so not worth it… would rather pay full price and have a regular sized drink We had two starters, the rock shrimp was good but the “guacamole” was terrible it was straight out of a carton very synthetic and a tortilla wrap cut up into triangles that were soggy Lovely decor and the staff were amazing but a lot to improve on

We only ate at the restaurant up on the terrace, food, service, and ambiance were absolutely wonderful. Best meal we had in Cavtat. The Restaurant itself doesn’t show up on google maps, so this place is a hidden gem in a great location.

Great hotel and the best breakfast we had on our vacation. The staff was very friendly. Note that if you’re driving you need to park at Hotel Croatia and they will drive you to Supetar - don’t attempt to drive to Supetar.

Steep hike as you would expect. Not well sign posted especially once the trail gets close to the main road at the top. Little to no reception. I would advise using an app with downloadable maps such as komoot for assistance getting up and down

A nice hike. Path is mostly rocks so shoes with hard soles would be nice. Took me almost 4 hours overall but this is including a ~40min stop at the restaurant and a detour of ~30min. Be careful not to miss the turn to the right going up to the peak on the second half of the hike.

Absolutely stunning hike but be warned the path is rocky and very narrow at points.

1.5h to the top, not 3.5h like Alan stated. Maybe he ment roundtrip which is accurate. It's a hard and rewarding trail.

Did this hike starting from Obod with my 7yo daughter and 63yo mother, both of whom are fairly regular hillwalkers. Took us 5 hours up and down, including 30 minutes for lunch at the top and a good few water/snack stops en route. Path is well maintained and easy to follow. We were wearing trainers which was just about okay but a light walking shoe would have been better. The final ascent from the western side above Velji Do was quite steep but only took 20 minutes. We descended on the eastern side which was much easier. The restaurant at Velji Do was closed which was slightly disappointing. According to our host, it’s open less and less nowadays so worth checking ahead beforehand. We went in April and it was warm and quite exposed in places so water, snacks and sun cream a must.

Beautiful, quiet, and clean beach. We got there through the beach and at the end you have to go up and down to go around some private condos, but at the end you'll find a quiet and not crowded place to rest. Topless is not allowed tho

Not a beach. A collection of rocks near an abandon building. But can see that it provides great view of sunsets, possible nice swim and very few people...

In the past it was a nice and simple place untill somebody tried to build a hotel on the beach. Hotel is not yet finnished and only walls make it even more disguisting!!
