Seafood restaurant
Brax Landing Restaurant is a cheerful and rustic spot that offers classic seafood dishes with a picturesque harbor view from its outdoor deck. It's a festive establishment located in Harwich Port, Massachusetts, where visitors can enjoy the casual and fun atmosphere while gazing at boats in the nearby marina. The menu caters to everyone's tastes, making it an ideal place to savor steamers and beer during the summer season.
The Lobster 🦞 Roll and sweet potato fries were just the best ever! We loved it so much. We went twice within three days! Run don't walk to this fabulous restaurant! Sit outside for a different vibe!

I always look for new places to go on the cape, this was 30 mins from our hotel. It did not disappoint. We were able to get a table right away. Timing to be greeted, to drinks, apps and entrees was perfect. Our server Nora was great too!
Kara D — Google review
Stopped by for the first time today and had lunch. We were greeted and seated promptly. Got a table with a great view of the harbor. Started with the calamari which was very good. For our main dishes we ordered the fish and chips and the fish tacos. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Denise, our waitress, was exceptional and very friendly.
Mike — Google review
One of the best seafood spots in the game. Elite outdoor seating overlooking a beautiful boat dock, but also a very beachy, familial indoor seating area. Menu is fairly priced and many quality options. Staff was friendly despite the organized chaos of the people waiting for tables. Huge shoutout to the kitchen, food was out immediately. Overall an amazing experience.
Jack S — Google review
Seafood restaurant with outdoor seatings with great harbor view, firepit, but long wait possibly up to an hour for outdoor seatings. They don't take reservations and add 4% convenience pass-through fee to non-cash payment types. -Frozen colada $9.50 -bowl of chowder $9.99 -Stuffed quohog app $9.99 for 1 piece. stuffing seemed underbaked and couldn't taste much clam meat. -Grilled shrimp Pesto $26.99 shrimps were pretty good size and 8 pieces served over linguine tossed in Pesto. Linguine was bland. -Grilled swordfish $30.49 with Cajun seasoning and pineapple mango salsa. Flavorful seasoning. -Oyster sashimi $16.50 Six oysters served with Wasabi, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger. Oysters were good but wish the condiments of Wasabi, soy sauce, Sriracha, ginger came on the side rather than already added on oysters as they were too overpowering and way too salty. -Steak tip app $15.99 Grilled perfect with savory horseradish cream sauce! -Lobster roll with fries $29.99 Big portion and reasonable price for cape standards, but bland for my liking. Interestingly we enjoyed the steak tips the most at this seafood restaurant. Great harbor view makes this place one of our new favorites to return to when in the area again.

Relaxing seaside vibe. Old school. Nice deck view of harbor. Friendly and skilled waitress. Delicious frozen drinks. The chowder had the perfect consistency and seasoning. Excellent! The stuffed quahog reminded me of my childhood. I like mine with tobasco, and they had that. If I had to give one critique, it would be that there were a few pesky yellow jackets, but even they seemed pretty chill - for yellow jackets. So, sit inside if you want to avoid those guys. All in all a totally relaxing enjoyable experience.

Beautiful place as well as the view. Food good. Dessert good. Wait staff veey busy. Long line to gwt a table but ok with rhw wait. Wanted aomething off specials menu only to be told that was yesterdays specials. All in all we would go back. Parking is a challnege (and it was a monday night!)

It gets quite crowded, but for good reason. It was an enjoyable meal overlooking the boats and harbor. Delicious seafood. We got the fried haddock and scallops.

Bank Street Beach is a popular spot with its long expansive shoreline, food vendors, and easy access to Harwich Port for shopping. Visitors can enjoy the beach during the day or catch a beautiful sunset. The beach offers restrooms and a mobile snack trailer, while kids can have fun climbing the lifeguard tower once the guards are off duty. Although parking can be challenging, visitors can park in town and walk for free.
Absolutely gorgeous! I like coming here for sunset pictures but this is just winter so spring and summer will be sitting on the beach for pictures.
Miranda W — Google review
Beautiful and quiet beach. Temperature was just 75F when we went but water was warm unlike most other beaches in Cape, and water was not as clear, with strip of red algae. Parking is for stickers only.
Jk K — Google review
This was the most beautiful beach!! The water was warmer than other areas too. Clean, super soft sand. Our kids had a blast!
Erin F — Google review
I would love to give it 4.5 stars but the limited parking is the only issue I have with it. Clean family beach with soft sand and surf. Totally would go back, just get your parking sticker early. 😁
Dee D — Google review
Absolutely LOVE this beach. It stretches as far as you can see, it is however connected to other beaches that say "private" but honestly there is nothing to separate them so they view isn't blocked at all, and when you look to the left their is the cove where all the boats dock and also a long line of rocks that go out into the ocean that I have walked out onto many times. However if you do that please be careful as they are slippery and move around alot. But the view from the beach is simply beautiful. When I go is always the "off" season early April so the entire beach is covered in the small shells or other things so I'm not sure if it is cleared of these things in the summer months. One year me and my wife saw the coolest, and strangest thing I've ever seen. We went to the beach and it was covered with what had to be hundreds of horseshoe crab shells all on top of each each. They were all dead, or empty not rally sure as I don't know anything about those strange creatures. But it was quite the sight to see!
David B — Google review
Quiet little beach, especially now that we're past the summer season. Love seeing dogs allowed to visit (also during non-summer). It was windy and a bit chilly while we were here, but not unpleasant!
Alex S — Google review
We come after 4pm when we aren't driving the car with the sticker so as not to have to pay. Seems like a completely different dynamic in the early evening than during the day. You can see the flash of the lighthouse see the tip of Monomoy Island in the distance. Nice to visit during the day or before sunset. There are bathrooms here but only open during the day. Sometimes there is a mobile snack trailer. Kids love to climb the lifeguard tower once the lifeguards are gone for the day. Amazing sunsets when the weather is right.
P F — Google review
The water was so nice and warm! Beach is clean, white and sandy, easy parking and shower stalls with bathrooms. Restaurants closeby for after beach chilling..

Restaurant
Cape Sea Grille is a charming restaurant located in Harwich Port, Massachusetts, housed in a 19th-century home. It offers an upscale dining experience with a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The menu features creative New American cuisine made from carefully sourced ingredients. The restaurant is situated in an area with a rich history rooted in fishing and maritime industries, adding to the overall appeal of the location.
Simply delicious. Had the crispy oysters, grilled salad, and the surf and turf. Each item was absolutely fantastic. We have been traveling across the US and Europe this summer and this was definitely one of our best meals. Great service and Jen, the owner stopped by and chatted with us as well. Her and her husband have created a true winner. Thank you!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this spot and we couldn’t have a lovelier experience. He had the duck, I had the lobster, scallop, and shrimp stew. Both were fantastic and worth the price! Service was exceptional as well. Highly recommended!
Melanie S — Google review
We had dinner for my husband’s birthday and everything was wonderful. From the moment we were sat at this cute table to the desert, we were delighted. The appetizer was very interesting, and the main course was flavorful, but needs some work on decoration. However, I would prefer food to be really tasty, than JUST looking nice. We appreciated the small gesture of placing a candle on the dessert AND glad they did not sing!!! Will definitely come back 😊

Had a wonderful meal the other night. Wonderful restaurant with a very attentive staff. Drinks and food were great. Wish they had Ghost Tequila though. Only complaint is we had to order apps and dinner at the same time. Appetites can change your mind on what you want to eat, especially when it is your first time eating there. They were perfectly timed though and we never felt rushed. Loud energetic atmosphere.
Christopher H — Google review
This was our first time dining here. Anastasia was our server. She was very friendly and professional. We arrived right on time and our table was ready for us. We passed on appetizers tonight because we had a late lunch. I had a pan seared piece of veal with creamed corn, mashed potatoes with Gouda and some sautéed mixed vegetables. It was excellent. My partner had a dish with lobster, shrimp, and scallops over pasta with peas, asparagus, and fennel with a sweet chili sauce. He said it was very good. Looking forward to more visits in the future.
Richie A — Google review
Service was genuinely horrible, I’m in the service industry and understand that Saturday nights can be overwhelming, however at a nice restaurant you would expect a certain level of service and it was severrrrely lacking. We had to ask bussing staff to put in drink orders because our Server could not give us any time of her day. I would personally never return because we felt like the service was wildly inhospitable and unkind. Would give it less stars if the food wasn’t good but it was fine. As a member of the service industry you need to be able to leave your attitude at the door and tend to your guests and provide AT LEAST the minimum amount of service required for us to have a pleasant experience.
Nk7735 — Google review
Food and drinks were good. But overall experience was TERRIBLE!!! We live a mile from the restaurant and have been there many times. We had a 5:15 rez (since we made it just a week ago) and were right on time. We had drinks, appetizers and entrees. When it was time to order desert, our waitress brought menus (around 7:15) and then said we had to be out in 15 minutes because the had another reservation—the first we heard there was a hurry. Since there was no time for desert we then paid. My wife complained to the woman at the desk who said “two hours is industry standard” and they gave us “15 extra minutes”. We have eaten all over the world and never been treated like this. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!
John M — Google review
We have been going to the Cape Sea Grille for years and it just gets better each time. Had the local Stripped Bass special tonight rather than my usual, Swordfish Picatta, and I was not disappointed. Wonderful mix of flavors. Thanks goes to the owners/chef and staff for a delicious and enjoyable night.

Took the kids there during our vacation! It was so much fun for the whole family…We enjoyed both the bumper boat as well as the zip lining. We will visit again when we go back to the island.

What a great place in Harwich for the kids and family to go have some fun when they need a break from the ocean. Even got my mother (in her 70's) to swing by with me this past week and do zip lining for her first time. There was even a group of kids cheering my mom on... great family atmosphere....
Darrin H — Google review
Fun batting cages and bumper boats. Decent, small arcade. We really liked the batting cage options: softball through super fast baseballs and everything in between. There's also a zip line that looked fun.
Moira B — Google review
Fun way to spend a few hours with kids. The betting cages, a zip line and bumper boats. You will get wet if you join the bumper boat battle. You're warned now 😆
Slava O — Google review
Check out Grand Slam. Came here with my friend Sid on a whim after some of our other plans fell through. You don’t really see a lot of locally owned businesses like this much anymore. The owner, who I think is DJ, was super cool. For most of the time - it was just me and my friend, so we did almost everything. The batting cages are a blast, there’s so many different modes. Imma be real with you right now - I was kinda killing it at the high school level… but they even have a wiffleball cage for little kids. But then we did the rock climbing, which came with a free batting cage token if the bell is rung and 2 climbs. Sid and I ended up joining in on a small contest with employees Ty and Kayla to see who could climb one of the walls the fastest. The employees genuinely seemed to want to be there, were having fun, and even went the extra mile. Finally, we did the bumper boats and this was absolutely the highlight. It was just Sid and I but dude, I got absolutely drenched. The boats are so much fun, easy to control, and you don’t just get mildly wet - it’s the real deal. The employees let us basically stay on for however long we wanted while they were closing up. It was an absolute blast. We didn’t try the ziplining or the arcade, but we definitely will be back to do so. The arcade is old-school, they have that glacier balance game and the movie stop one - so fire. You don’t see those a lot anymore. And then shoutout to the owner again because he blessed it with towels at the end. Prices are extremely reasonable too. Had a blast and is truly a highlight of my Cape Cod trip - highly, highly recommend. I’m also gonna include a photo of me in the batting cages because you’re lying if you say it isn’t fire. - Detroit

Harwich Port House of Pizza is a casual and spacious pizzeria that also offers subs and burgers. The restaurant has a laid-back atmosphere with TVs and a bar. It's a straightforward spot to grab some classic comfort food in Harwich Port, Massachusetts.
We had a big birthday party this weekend and ordered 21 pizzas and 15 chicken wings from Alex. My guests raved about the pizza and wings. The order was on time and the food was hot when I served it. Nice job to you and your staff Alex!

Counter ordering restaurant with pizza that’s good and greasy. Really enjoyed the pepperoni pizza I had, and would get again.
Katie B — Google review
We love this pizza place! It’s a yearly tradition on cape cod, we order pizza but the best part is the feta fries! So crispy, salty, and seasoned perfectly.
Heather W — Google review
Harwich Port House of Pizza has always been my family’s go-to hometown pizzeria. In a town where two pizza spots reign, we’ve always chosen Harwich Port House of Pizza for their incredible Greek-style pizza—crunchy crust, perfect consistency, and flavors that never disappoint. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. And every so often, we treat ourselves to their chicken special calzone, which is simply unbeatable. Don’t even get me started on their homemade Greek dressing—it’s a must-try! If you’re in Harwich and craving great pizza, this is the spot to visit.
Robert B — Google review
Have eaten here before over the years having their pizza ,which I thought was pretty good. Tonight I decided to have a calzone …bad choice! It came out, soggy loaded with grease, Like literally dripping off!! It’s a shame it’s a clean establishment. A nice little bar set up when you first walk in, but maybe it was just a bad night for a calzones.

Very good service w/great pizza, subs & nice staff! Also a comfortable & inviting place; a lot of seating, TV’z & place to enjoy a drink as you wait. A Go-To from here on 4us👍

Perks Coffee Shop & Beer Garden is a cozy spot with a charming outdoor beer garden that's perfect for enjoying drinks and coffee in the open air. The space features covered benches and heaters, making it suitable for year-round visits. While the $1 oyster bar window isn't always open, the venue is dog-friendly and offers non-picnic seating that can be rearranged for wheelchair accessibility.
The tuna burger is awesome. It’s sliced tuna, order the temp you want, with an Asian slaw on a bun. Simple and yummy. Good selection of beers and drinks. Friendly service at the bar. Great casual place to grab a bite outside.

This place is amazing! The Kobe Smash burger is the BEST burger I’ve ever had in my life and the Buffalo chicken wrap is incredible as well. The staff is super friendly, helpful and I even got to chat with the chef and owner for a little bit. Very welcoming and chill atmosphere, the beach vibe there is hard to beat! Highly recommend and we will be coming back every time we visit Cape Cod.
Dumpy B — Google review
Stopped by for a drink around 2:30. Mixed drinks and draft beers were great. $9 for a Fiddlehead, although not a huge pour, felt reasonable. My girlfriend got a raspberry lime rickey, and it was fantastic. The bartender was accommodating as it was not a standard drink on the menu. The bar wasn't too busy and the speakers near the picnic tables were a nice touch.
Mark C — Google review
Went here because of the $1 oysters which my wife wanted. I got the ‘Cajun’ mahi sandwich which was basically a bun soaked in super hot sauce with a few pieces of very soft mushy fish inside. All you could taste was bun and sauce. Crazy disappointing. And they serve what appear to be 10-11 ounce cups of draft beer, are you kidding me. Mid experience at best.
Steven R — Google review
Super friendly service. Lindsey was kind and brought over my mom's espresso martini but before dropping it she asked if she would like her to re-shake it with bailey's (and she did prefer that)! We had the shrimp, and the wings; good shrimp, great wings. The only negative was the excessive use of old bay. It was fine on the shrimp, but kind of overwhelmed the scallops on the scallop roll. The roll is a bit large for the scallop roll and it would be better on a softer, smaller brioche roll. The burgers were fantastic, and the kids liked the hot dogs. We will be back! We also had breakfast there two mornings in a row. The service is friendly and quality is consistent. For the beer garden, you seat yourself and need to place your order at the bar. They give you a number for the table and they bring over the food. The food runners are very efficient, kind and throughtful. It was refreshing to be asked if we needed anything else before they left the table! For breakfast, you order inside and they give you the coffees inside, baked goods inside, and hot sandwiches at the window. Super kid friendly with stroller parking, but don't go for a prime time dinner time with kids; go for lunch, late lunch or early dinner.
SandiLynn B — Google review
My wife and I have been cooking to this spot since 2010, when the hidden gem was a quiet walk down an alleyway off of Main Street Harwich Port. What started as a charming local spot with quality coffee and tasty treats has grown into a full-fledged destination, helping to shape Harwich Port into one of the most desirable places on the Cape. The evolution of Perks has been nothing short of amazing. From expertly crafted coffee and espresso to a breakfast menu with a fun twist, every visit guarantees something fresh and delicious. Their extensive drink menu—frozen lemonade, fruit smoothies, and coffee frappes—offers something for everyone, whether you're kickstarting your morning or cooling off on a warm Cape Cod afternoon. But it doesn’t stop there. Perks is a Beer Garden featuring ice-cold tap beers from coast to coast, along with a full selection of spirits and mixed drinks. Pair that with any of their delicious menu items and you've got the perfect spot for a summer night out. And with live music and a cozy fire pit, the vibe is always just right. Simply put, you haven’t been to Harwich if you haven’t visited Perks. The drinks are cold, the food is incredible, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. Highly recommend this gem of a spot for locals and visitors alike!

Such a fun spot tucked away in Harwichport! I’ve only been for iced coffee, but the coffee and syrup flavors are delicious. If there’s a line out the door, it moves quickly because the employees inside are hustling! Skip Dunks and drink local 🧋

The nicest owners, friendliest staff which come back every season, the most relaxed and fun atmosphere. Superb tap list and probably the best chicken wings anywhere. Also can’t beat the coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. Anytime a day, this is the place. Good vibes always.

Located in Harwich Port, Massachusetts, Schoolhouse Ice Cream is a popular spot offering hefty portions of super-premium ice cream with 14-16 percent milk fat. The shop is known for its creamy scoops and excellent ice cream sandwiches. With charming decor and 45 years of operation, customers can enjoy flavors like frozen pudding, Kahlua chip, and creamsicle at this delightful parlor.
Awesome ice cream, everything is made in the house. Waffle cones were amazing. They even have a flight of ice cream if you want to try up to 6 flavors. New owners are making great improvements !!
Rick N — Google review
Wide array of options and quality ice cream. Sizing has dropped from years past, though there are still good portions. Sundaes are good, patio aesthetic is great, and the service was kind. Very difficult to find parking however. Will be back. Cash only.

Schoolhouse has been my family’s go to spot for ice cream for over a decade now. However, the new owners are truly superb and have somehow managed to make it even better. Being able to make my brothers dream flavor of salty caramel Oreo and my dream flavor of coffee moosetracks come to life has been nothing short of a dream. Could not recommend more!

Great day on the cape enjoying ice cream at the SchoolHouse. If you think homemade ice cream is a lost art, you need to check out this place. They have so many flavors to choose from. I went with the Chocolate Peanut Butter and it didn’t disappoint. Just the right mix of peanut butter with a creamy chocolate base. If you’re in Harwich Port you must make a stop.

Had a wonderful experience! We were recommended by a local book shop and were not disappointed. Besides the delicious ice cream, the service was excellent, atmosphere was great, you can order inside and outside but the best part was the owner walking around handing out free samples of a new flavor! He was very nice and made sure everyone was helped! Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at Schoolhouse Ice Cream! There were so many flavors to choose from, it was hard to narrow it down. The staff was super friendly and helpful in describing the flavors and answering any questions we had. The people in my group got Llama tracks (similar to a Moosetracks), chocolate peanut butter, coconut chip and I got mint Oreo, which is my favorite, however I rarely see it at ice cream shops. Everything tasted great! We sat at the outdoor seating area, which was great. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be back!
Kelly G — Google review
Schoolhouse Ice Cream is pretty good. The staff are very friendly and the times I have gone, there was not too much of a line. Their flavors are good and they have some of the best prices for ice cream on the Cape. They may be a better value than most as they give you a ton of ice cream, but they are not the best which is why I could only rate them a 4. Still good and cheaper option but I found others to be better as far as taste goes. I can still recommend as it was a good experience.

Absolutely amazing ice cream here and worth the wait. Tons of selections all made in-house. We probably got more ice cream than we needed. Whatever the sizes are, the "real" size is 1, 2, 3, and 4 scoops. So when it says "kiddie", you're actually getting roughly 1 scoop, which is plenty! You can order one size smaller than you think you'll want, save some money and still leave satisfied. We will absolutely be making this place a part of any visit to the Cape.

Pisces Restaurant and Bar is a charming old house that serves Mediterranean-inspired seafood. This cozy eatery works closely with local weir fishermen and day boats, ensuring an ever-changing menu that showcases the freshest fish from Cape waters. With its coastal cuisine drawing inspiration from around the world, Pisces prioritizes the natural flavors of the fish itself over excessive spicing.
We had amazing seafood dishes and salad to start. Karen was so kind and got us a lovely spot at the bar last minute. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Pisces! Very small, somewhat choppy sections for the tables but the food was very good! The rib eye steak was cooked perfectly. The mussels app was really tasty. And the service was excellent.

My family and I had an amazing time at Pisces Coastal Kitchen. The food was great, our server was very sweet, the atmosphere was pleasant. We were greeted extremely kindly by the hostess Karren, as she made sure we felt comfortable on a table we specifically requested. Special thanks to her! Overall, our experience was flawless, and we will definitely repeat our dinner there.

Wow. This was our second time here, and the food was incredible as always. My oyster spaghettini special was amazing, and the service was awesome. Desert is incredible- we had the peanut butter pie and espresso martini affogatos that were a perfect end to the night

If you're looking for a night out in Chatham, with some dynamite, fresh seafood fare, add this to your list. On the Cape its hard to find a bad seafood spot, but this one is terrific. Set in a charming house, this restaurant is small in size and a popular spot, so make reservations early. It's got a fun cocktail list and every item on the menu looks better than the last one. I ordered their famous seafood stew which did not disappoint and was delicious. Their wine selection is also terrific and pairs well with their offerings.

We have been coming here for years. This was a huge disappointment. Steak ordered medium rare was medium well at best. Calamari was chewy and bland. Muscles overcooked. Scrod dry. Terrible, overpriced meal. Never again.
Viola P — Google review
The Chef has created a lovely menu, and the atmosphere is "beachy casual." However, there are some areas that management should focus on improving: - The bartender seems to have become complacent; he seems to be more focused on what the servers are doing, as opposed to the patrons sitting in front of him. I would happily have ordered a second cocktail, but could not seem to get his attention. -Wait staff was harried, and the girl with the kerchief on her head started banging artificial candles on the bar next to where I was seated. When I asked her if she needed assistance, she said, "these are just fun to play with. " The level of professionalism of the waitstaff is taking away from the high standards that are coming out of the kitchen.

Bucas is a great place for delicious Italian food, topped off with great drinks and a friendly staff. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, especially in the winter. It's on the pricey side, but it is worth it--especially for a special occasion.

My parents and I dined outside at one of Buca’s outdoor tables and had a wonderful time! It was very cozy eating outside and the food blows us away each time we dine here! From the fresh bread and oil, to our calamari appetizer to each of our entrees, we were effusive with how fabulously it all tasted. Our server, Nina, was so sweet, perfectly attentive and knowledgeable about all of the food and wine. Loved every minute of our experience!

Hesitant to make this restaurant more popular than it is, but it deserves all the stars! Teresa is an excellent server with attention to detail! You didn’t have to ask her twice. Also the busboys were very attentive and helpful. Delicious food, large portions, and great drinks. We had the special blu-cello drink (perfect for summer). I enjoyed the pork chop - was very juicy. Also our table ordered the grilled veal chop and the seafood pasta dish, both of which were delicious. Seafood pasta was loaded with fish and other offerings, enough for a second meal to go. Even though we couldn’t get inside seating, the outdoor space was still lovely with a lamp heater for each table. Will be back!

I just want to say this place Buca’s is verry good, the food was out of this world from the bread to the main coarse every bite was filled of flavor. I had ordered the veal herb crusted and it was best peace of veal I had ever had, and let’s not forget about the excellent service I had the waiter Nina and she was amazing. Thank you for excellent night I will be back .

This is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was so kind and accommodating of food allergies within our party and had excellent recommendations. My mom also thought she left her glasses on the table, and the manager went above and beyond and checked security cameras to help her track them down. You definitely need to stop here for the best pasta, wine, atmosphere, and service! If I didn’t live in Colorado, I’d be here all the time!

Great service and good vibes. Very quaint restaurant with a feel of stepping back in time. The food was good not exceptional. The portions are large. The bruschetta was delicious but also enormous. Cacio e pipe was a bit of a let down. To full for dessert. The wine list is extensive.

A favorite regular stop for me. I grew up in and around Brooks park. Band stand, weekly free music in the summers. There are decent restrooms. Best play ground !! We've been to quite a few . Always a pickleball tournament the bike trails right there all different age parts of the playground usually a good group of kids to socialize and if not that's fine too because it's just a great spot to bring your kids. The gate is broken at the moment though and part of the fence is now before that it was all gated in and that was great so I'm hoping the town will get to that soon.

Wineries & Vineyards
First Crush Winery, located in Harwich, is the brainchild of Frank D. Puzio, a seasoned winemaker with a background in chemistry and over 30 years of experience in the industry. Partnering with vineyards in northern California, this intimate winery imports some of the finest grapes to produce award-winning bottles right at their Harwich location. Visitors can wander around the vats of fermenting wine and enjoy tastings led by the owner himself.
This is a family owned winery. The owners actually served us and educated us not only on their wine, but wine in general. They had a nice selection of wines to taste, and an option for some local cheese and crackers. We chose the cheese (white cheddar) and crackers with our tasting and found it quite delicious. They were pet friendly with an outside patio. Also, there was an indoor shop to purchase souvenirs and wine. And last but not least, get the cookie they offer...that is delicious as well!
Team B — Google review
Awesome winery with personable, knowledgeable owners! My friends and I had a private tasting as part of our friend’s bachelorette party and this location did not disappoint! When you go for a tasting you may bring your own cheese/crackers/fruit and it definitely enhanced our experience. We ended with their frozen wine, which was delicious! We’ll definitely be back!
Teresa C — Google review
Went for a wine tasting, left very happy! Cute little outside area with wine barrel tables and gold chairs. The owners were so nice, personable and informative… he even showed us some of the wine making process! Everything is personalized down to the hand sanitizer bottles! We loved the wine and left with 4 bottles to enjoy later. We went an hour before they closed and never felt rushed… definitely 5 stars for a couple who wants to taste great wine and have a nice experience! You have to get the cookies too… delish!!

Had been meaning to visit First Crush for a while now and finally had time off to go on a gorgeous day! Don't expect a stroll through any vineyards, as cape cod is not ideal for growing, but be ready for some delicious wine tastings and some chocolate sauce! Would definitely go back, it's conveniently by the bike trail for a mid day refresher. Staff were very knowledgeable and super friendly.
Carrie A — Google review
I came here on a whim with a bachelorette and it was definitely a spot we loved. The wines were great, reds so tasty.. the owners were active servers and their start up story is wholesome AF. Aimee was an amazing hostess and hustled hard on a busy day. I would recommend First Crush to anyone!
Amanda C — Google review
They transformed the space into a very winery. Had an outdoor area aa well.. Loved their wines. Great display of antique corkscrews.
Robin T — Google review
It was in a parking lot with a mechanic building first of all. Second they served their “cheese board” on a paper plate not cut with the cheese and crackers in a packages that we had to cut. So stupid that they made us cut our own board and only included cheese and a few crackers on a PAPER PLATE. Don’t get me wrong George was always asking if we were ok but the whole place was not a good vibe for a bachelorette party that they knew about.
Destinie B — Google review
I love that this place brings in their grapes from California. It creates a nice flavor profile. Only disappointment was that they were out of a few wines and limited pours on another. But since it was the end of the season, that makes sense.

Bud's Go-Karts is a long-standing outdoor go-kart track located in Cape Cod, open daily during the summer season. Situated at 9 Sisson Rd. corner Main Street in Harwich Port village, it has been a family favorite for over 50 years. Visitors can enjoy a thrilling ride on the racetrack with their loved ones. The karts offer an exciting speed without being too overwhelming, ensuring a fun and safe experience for all ages.
Family of 5 Review - No Brakes! Must be 54” to drive. Has both single and double cars. Track is a tight circle - they allow modest bumping without stoppage. $10 per driver - bit pricey for the drive time. The kids absolutely loved it though - so did I!!! Recommend for ease of access and family friendly. No bathrooms. You can drive/ride in sandals!
Derek S — Google review
Classic, timeless Go Kart spot on the Cape. Decent speeds, friendly staff, and an all-time course. Staff was kind and let our younger cousin into a cart, as well as supported a little bit of bumping. Fair priced and a great time. Will always recommend for 9-14 year olds, but also older: will suit little children as well with double cars.
Jack S — Google review
I’ve been coming to this place once a year, every year, for almost 15 years. It is a constant. It is the same. I’ve watched as my kids went from riding with me and screaming to riding with me - steering and screaming to riding by themselves and screaming. I love it and they love it. I’m glad it exists.
Natty B — Google review
So much fun to go at night! Only $9. The kids and adults have a lot of fun! If you haven't been in a long time, they did add a putt putt course right next door and that's where the bathrooms can be found.
Spangle T — Google review
At first I thought, "Yikes! $20?!!" But this is by far the BEST Go-Kart ride ever! The speed of the go-kart, the time they give you to "race" (it really is like being in a race), and the track itself did NOT disappoint. Other go-kart establishments have slow cars, boring tracks, and they only give a 3-5 minute ride...I always feel disappointed afterwards. Not at Bud's! I recommend going, especially older children, teens, and adults. AND he has a smaller track for the little ones! So bring the whole family :) I hope they keep up the quality there cuz it's a gem. God Bless y'all :)
Dawn B — Google review
Best mini golf I’ve ever played each hole is more fun than the last. Course seems brand new (summer 2021). Several people in our group got a hole-in-one which is fun. It’s a bit easier than most mini golf places which kept my kids (and myself) from getting demoralized. Go Karts were a blast too!
Dr. D — Google review
Family fun, however very expensive. Each round which is about five minutes of driving costs 10 dollars. The karts also max out at around 15 mph. Would recommend for families with smaller kids.
Trae A — Google review
Had a kart last night that didn’t work. Dangerous for my son to be on, employees on their phones & not paying attention, and even more so the attendees were very rude when I addressed this after the ride. Emailed the company and it was very dismissive, telling me the kart was fine and suggesting I should have tried to find management (there were none around, I looked). The attendant was so rude to me, in fact, I had other families address me about it in the parking lot. Really sad because we’ve been going there for a very long time but now we will not be back

The beach offers a serene and peaceful stretch of coastline, ideal for leisurely walks and admiring the gifts of the sea. During summer, lifeguards are on duty, ensuring safety for all visitors. Decent beach on south side of the Cape bordering Nantucket Sound. Plentiful parking. The most beautiful, peaceful stretch of beach and ocean! It is a great beach for walking, and the parking lot is long and even for walking. Tons of people walking their dogs (off-season). Very busy in the summer! Public bathrooms & food/beverage booth. A little piece of heaven year ‘round.

Great beach! Get there early to make sure you get a spot. I was able to park right in front and hop over the wall onto the sand. I used water shoes because of rocks and potential crabs, but you can get away with not having them. Private enough to be able to bring drinks and it doesn't get too crowded.

Hardings beach was a lovely discovery. Lots of parking, easy access to the beach, great sunset spot. Wish we had had more time to walk and explore. Would be a great place to walk dogs after September 15.

Way too much seaweed. All along the beach was crunchy seaweed about 2 feet wide. We ended up making a path. Then, another layer of seaweed at the shoreline. Finally, in the water, there was a ton of seaweed. We made the best of the day... kids had seaweed dried into their hair and swimsuits.

A great beach! The parking is very close to the beach and the water is very calm on the Nantucket Sound. It's great for building sandcastles, swimming, flying kites, watching sunsets and long walks to the lighthouse and back. Always have Johnny Pops And the best flavors!! Sunset and rainbow are my favorite. It would be cool if they could get the red white and blue ones. Also, really good selection. I usually would have given a 4 or even a 5 most times. But this morning I was in line and ,Tom, was bagging for the lady in front of me. A few people came in line behind me with carts too. To our surprise, Tom walked away to the small desk, after the lady was finished. I had over 5 bags of groceries +. So I bagged all of my order so that the cashier wouldn't have to and so the people waiting wouldn't have to wait forever also. I wouldn't have even thought twice if he wasn't there in the beginning... but to walk away seeing all of us in line was wrong!! He walked around to the other registers but never asked to help. I give the cashier a 5.. she was super nice.

I do not recommend online shopping. I placed a $250 order three days ago, and I still haven’t received half of the groceries I ordered (worth around $100). I contacted them via online chat and was told the missing items would be delivered the next day, but it’s been three days and I still haven’t received what I paid for. I contacted the store directly twice, and each time I was told the manager wasn’t available and would call me — but that never happened, and now it’s the third day. Today I contacted them again via online chat and requested a refund. I was told I have to wait a week to find out if the refund will be approved. What a completely unprofessional way to treat customers! Of course the refund must be approved — not “if it will be approved” — because it’s their mistake. Someone should be responsible for checking what goes out of the store, so they can know whether it was a packing error or the items went missing on the way to the customer’s address.

Our server was super nice and attentive. The food took a little time to come out but it was worth the wait. Everything was delicious. The place felt like you are at someone’s home being served a home cooked meal. I just wish there was some background music or live music to add to its atmosphere.

Our first visit was great. They have a great drink menu with an outstanding selection of tequilas. The food was terrific. The bar is small but suits the place well. We had wings for starters they were brined, smoked, and then fried. They were delicious great smoke flavor but not overwhelming. I had the large brisket plate which was great, my wife had fish and chips, they were equally delicious. We shall return.

I've been coming here consistently for over a year and Red River has become one of my favorite spots on the Cape. The BBQ is legitimately amazing - and I'm half Texan so I don't say that lightly. But it's not just the food that keeps me coming back. The cocktails are really well made, the service is always on point, and the whole vibe just works. The staff genuinely cares and it shows. It's the kind of place where everything comes together - great food, solid drinks, and people who actually want you to have a good time. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Harwich Port. This place gets it right!!

Very clean inside, and seating was ample. Over a must try.

If you're looking for the best lunch in Chatham, take a short drive to this unassuming spot in Harwich, which cooks up THE BEST BBQ on the Cape. We had the short ribs platter & brisket sandwich - meat was tender and juicy, BBQ sauce was perfect in every way, not overpowering and served instead as the perfect complement to the meat. Cornbread was outstanding. Service was attentive and friendly. Don't be alarmed if you arrive and the place is empty. It can quickly fill up depending on time of day. Went 2 days in a row for lunch because it was so darn good!

American restaurant
Mooncussers Tavern is a charming traditional inn with sophisticated decorations and a restaurant that offers an array of martinis, tapas, and contemporary American cuisine. The tavern provides a lively atmosphere for visitors to enjoy delectable dishes and drinks. Located in Harwich Port, Massachusetts, this establishment has been under the ownership of Pates and the Gardner family of Chatham since July 1st, 1957.
Wasn’t expecting white tablecloths at a tavern, wasn’t expecting the food to be THAT GOOD, but it was. The service was great, and the place was lighter and well spaced out, and that wasn’t expected. This was our first time there, but I can promise it won’t be our last!

We have coming to Mooncussers ever since 2020 and have never had a bad experience. Their service, food and ambiance is on another level. So I found it fitting to ask them to help with my engagement to my longtime girlfriend last night. They set us up for a party of 6 in a private room and Luis was our server. Every time we go our drink and food are spot on and unique and delicious. The service is impeccable. Thank you again to all the staff that made last night possible.

Four of us dined at Mooncussers this weekend. We arrived on time for our 7:00 reservation and we were seated promptly. The dining room was relatively busy when we arrived, but not full. Only one of us ordered an app which was received pretty quickly along with the bread. By 8:00 we were really hungry and were told by our waitress that the food was coming right out. After another 30 minutes went by with no acknowledgment that the food hadn’t arrived yet, and watching people who arrived well after us finish their meal and leave, I flagged down the hostess to check on our meals. They came out shortly thereafter, 90 minutes after we sat down. All food was hot so our table was clearly forgotten even though we were told it was coming out after an hour. The food was excellent. The pork chop was so moist, yet had a crispy char on the outside with a fantastic herb butter. The potatoes and Brussel sprouts were also excellent. The other people at our table also enjoyed the food once it arrived. We were offered an additional glass of wine on the house but at that point we wanted to finish our meal and leave. I would have thought the wine we already had may have been comped instead but this didn’t happen. Five enthusiastic stars for the food, one disappointed star for the service.

Great quality food and nice setting. Some restaurants in the Cape Cod area charge these prices simply because of the location but this tavern has the quality to justify it. Great dinner experience.

Food just wasn’t good. I specifically ordered my salmon on the well side and it came out raw. The risotto with Halibut was very bland. A piece of white fish that comes out on white risotto with some beet puree in the corner. Keep in mind if you have kids this menu is tough. Well, I found it tough for the adults as well.

Food was good! Our server did take a little long getting to us, and checking on us. But they were busy, definitely trying it again soon though!

Conveniently located between a bunch of different great spots on the Cape. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Service was extremely nice (Patrick the owner is very friendly and helpful).

We went to Mooncusser Tavern for dinner and were disappointed overall. I'd rate the meal a 5 out of 10. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, which was awful — clearly pre-made and served cold, straight from the refrigerator. Additionally, the menu on their website doesn't match what they offer in the restaurant. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Originally went to Aplaya, met the owner and she suggested we try this place. A worthy find. Tried the Pinoy Burger with a side of lumpia. Very good!

Overall, it was okay. However, I felt the burgers were lacking in flavor. I ordered the EL DYABLO burger and thought it was decent. The fries were on the soggier side, but they had good flavor! We also ordered the CALIFORNIA BURGER and it felt like something was missing. Burgers were both a little overcooked, the packaging and the buns were really great.

What a fun place! My husband and I both love hamburgers and really enjoyed our meals. The spicy garlic aioli was a perfect addition to the fries and we both really enjoyed our burgers. My husband had the double el Diablo and I had the single California

This place lives up to its reputation! Everything was delicious, from the buns, to the papaya cole slaw, the spicy chicken and the loaded fries. Quick and friendly service. A wide range of beverages and condiments. The food was freshly made, and warm. The restuarant is clean, bright and welcoming, with table seating, counter stools and take-out. Highly recommend when you find yourself in the Chatham area.

I had double of the El Dyablo burger, the bread was cold as if was taken out of the freezer and put into the grill. As I was eating the excessive amount of grease was coming out of the burger like you see in the pictures. The burger needed salt. 15.25 bucks for a burger like this is crazy when it’s not worth what you pay for. I didn’t request a new burger because that’s exactly how they serve their food. You don’t go to a place to be requesting food for a second time.

Best lobster roll ever! Sadly they dont have onion rings but the mom n pops fries make up for it! Must try in Chatham

Cute little burger joint. We got the Oktoberfest special of brat on a pretzel bun. Was delicious along with the side of fries. Also got Mama's lumpias which were good also. Very nice staff!

When’s the last time you bit into a burger so hot and delicious it made you question every sad drive-thru decision you’ve ever made? I had one tonight—and it was life-changing. I forgot how good a truly great burger could taste. The fries? Crispy little golden miracles. I’m technically on vacation, but I’d 100% make the 90-minute drive from home just to relive this meal. Worth it for the burger-induced joy alone!
