The restaurant experience really broke the image the Zwaluwhoeve build up during the day. Self service is already not what you are aiming for on your relaxing day. But in addition the waiting times are so long that our soup and hamburger got cold while waiting for the pizza. The food quality was not inline with the price. So, for the wellness experience you definitely should go here. For the diner i would search some other place after the sauna.

I had to go into a sauna every 10-15 minutes to warm up. Quite unpleasant for a place where you suppose to relax and be comfortable.

I think its great place for rituals and massages while it has a variety of saunas, many of them are small and the place is usually crowded. Its weird how much extra unused space they have and do nothing with it. I disliked the restaurant and their food options, its also highly overpriced for self service.. apart from reception staff isn't that nice.

I booked a family ticket for kids 6 years and up. My son was not allowed in because he does not have enough swimming diplomas which is not listed aa mandatory when making a reservation(only in their FAQ which is not brought to your attention when you book) they did not allow me access and made me pay a cancellation fee. This company scams their customers. I have never visited only heard bad stories, only wanted to try because they allowed kids, and then got SCAMMED. Unreal experience

We went to this place kindoff last minute but reservating a spot was no problem. The parking place was completely full though, we were lucky someone was leaving after a while. Entering the building and getting our table was a bit chaotic tbh, and it took a while (20 min) before we could even order drinks. The host did warn us that it was very busy though. We did the table BBQ but could still order pancakes for our kid which was nice, so points for family friendlyness. The food overal was good and fresh, with enough options. I would've liked it if it was a bit easier to order more drinks but it was clear they were a bit understaffed. All in all a good experience!

After this average meal it took ages to get a chance to order an appetiser. Then it took ages to be informed that half the ingredients were out of stock. Went here for an anniversary party. The food was appalling at best. Everything was oily/greasy and pretty tasteless. Cheaply produced masses of food in tins was our buffet. The dessert left much to be desired to. The staff was overwhelmed and couldn't handle the amount of people. Drink servings were bad and dirty plates didn't get taken away promptly. To boot there was no good air conditioning, the place stank of greasy fatty food in no time and it was a hot day too. We weren't allowed to sit outside because staff would get confused.. only at the end when we all left staff opened a door to let fresh air in. I don't know why they even said yes to this arrangement when they're clearly unable to provide a good service, which is what you pay for.. Maybe on a daily basis with normal menu/pancakes it's worth while, for a big group I wouldn't recommend this place!

I liked sharing a family time in here. The service was very attentive and kind towards us. The food was very good, good meat and salads, but they need to implement more desserts than just Tiramisu and ice cream. Overall, very good experience.
