A wonderful spot to admire the lake. The water is so clear and if you go early or is a very peaceful place. It is a very busy spot for locals exercising and tourists. It is very close to the old town so you should have no trouble walking there.

If you’re in Annecy, a stop at the Pont des Amours is a must. Nestled between the peaceful waters of Lake Annecy and the tree-lined canals of the Jardins de l’Europe, this charming iron footbridge isn’t just a picturesque viewpoint — it’s steeped in legend and local romance. The name Bridge of Love is no accident. According to local lore, if two lovers kiss on the bridge, they’ll stay together forever. Whether or not you believe in the magic, the setting is undeniably dreamy: swans glide beneath you, the Alps rise in the background, and the lake sparkles under the sun.

Beautiful. Especially the wooden boat tide €17 per person for 30 minutes is awesome. Also the view from the bridge in itself is satisfying

We absolutely loved our trip to Annecy! I highly recommend taking a leisurely stroll along the waterfront and exploring this charming park. The views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains are absolutely stunning, and the gardens themselves are beautifully maintained and wonderfully inviting. It’s the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of this picturesque French town.

This is a lovely park right between the old town and the lake. It is large with a range of options from shady treed areas to open spaces. There is a kids playground that is fenced off. You are right by the lake with plenty of water sport options available. A nice place to eat lunch, exercise or just relax.

Incredible place which is founded from just one family with a mixture of oriental arts and architecture an very lovely gardens in between. Absolute must have if you visite the Annecy region!

One of my favorite parks to visit in Europe because of the quiet and peaceful lake, the mountains behind the lake, and how clean the whole park is kept. I would personally recommend this park if you are in the area.

St Peter is nowhere to be found at the gates to this green lakeside paradise. A lovely little haven just outside the centre of old town of Annecy, providing a little respite from the tourist-heaving streets. Children’s play areas, quaint paths, thought provoking sculptures, a fountain and an enigmatic lone solar panel complete this package of fun whether providing relaxation betwixt browsing the markets, or for a safe stop to eat your gelato or lunch baguette packed full with decadent Chaussée aux Moines.

Small but beautiful park on the edge of the lake with beautiful trees, lovers' bridge over a canal and plenty of benches from which to enjoy stunning views. Unusual art installations include a snail and a tree having a fight with another one! You can enjoy this area as part of a much longer lakeside walk/run.

Wonderful place. Great service, great food, loved it! Not on the bust River walk so it’s not crazy crowded or impossible to get into. Better prices too. I’m going back several times while we’re here. Loved it.

This brasserie was recommended from a local. It was great food, good value for money. Not a tourist trap, you can go there without hesitation. Service was speedy and attentive as well.

A lady with a pair of glasses told us the restaurant was closed. When we were about to leave, the manger told us to go upstairs for a table. When we met the lady again, she blocked our way and her body language told us: why are you guys still here? When she saw the gentleman who offered us a table, she immediately said sorry but asked us to be quick when the manager left. Completely different attitudes. The food was fantastic, we loved and enjoyed it. Food arrived really quick.

This is Annecy `s most popular place. It is beautiful during the day as well as in the evening when it is lighted. We also visited it inside. Entrance fee is Euro 6. However we did not find anything interesting - rooms with information and that`s all. During the years the house has had various functions: it has served as prison, court and administrative building. If you take a look at the opposite direction from the bridge in front of it the view it is even more beautiful - there is a small waterfall and nice colorful buildings.

Former prison, it's a museum now and yhe entrance is free. Not so interesting but the castle itself is very cool

Dark little piece of history masked as a picturesque building dividing Le Thiou. Once a medieval prison and fortified house, now a museum dedicated to the region's architecture and heritage, the Palais has served several purposes over time as a mint, an administrative center, a barracks, a elderly home, and a temporary stonemasonry school. If anything, simply an icon of Annecy’s heritage, and worth a visit for a simple picture in day or illuminated at night.

We bought a combined ticket at Musée-Château d'Annecy and visited on a Monday afternoon. It was a 3 minute walk from the museum. It’s worth a visit if you are in Annecy.

Very unique place with a vast amount of history! They do a great job showing the history and what it and the city has went through over the years.

Nice place to visit since it is the postcard from Annecy from the outside. 5 euros tickets, it will take you under an hour to spend here. We liked that the palais was a prison once upon a time and you can visit the cells.

Stopped in to Le Munich for a late night meal. We missed the normal dining hour as most of the restaurants were closed and rather than dining near our hotel we had to come back to Annecy. The food here was very good, staff were a bit randomized but the ambiance was nice and pub-like. Overall a good experience!

Pizza was wood fired, which I love, but undercooked in middle, which made it difficult to lift slices to eat. The flavor was good, as was the beer, and the view was excellent.

On my trip to Annecy we discovered this cute place. We tried Latte, chocolate milk, chocolate chip cookie, Scone and brownie. The Cookie was absolutely delicious one of the best I have ever had. The rest were okay. The Latte was good enough. The main reason for the 4 star is the service. Very unfriendly they couldn’t wait to get us out. I was with my kids and I know that they can be loud at times but the service at some places are superb so comparatively poor service. My opinion, but the food seems good and worth a try.

We had a very delicious breakfast at this café. We were lucky to have a wonderful waiter — friendly and fluent in English. I highly recommend trying the brioche, it’s absolutely divine. Thank you for the breakfast and the care 🩵

The food is delicious, and the service is fantastic! I especially loved the baristas (especially the girl). They were very patient and helpful. We sat down and ate, but also bought some coffee beans (they can grind it for you) and vegan pastries to go. They helped us figure out what bean to get. Just super lovely and the drinks were great 🙌

This is a fabulous little cafe in the Centre of Annecy . We had the Brunch menu. The choice is excellent and the portion size, food quality and flavours were all excellent. I would highly recommend . If you need to wait for a table , then wait and go for a shop until your table is free .. it’s well worth the wait !

True blue Melbourne style cafe — felt like I was back in Australia. Very busy, so best to make a reservation. You can try your luck, but it’s a very popular spot. Lovely staff members! Highly recommend the baked chocolate chip cookie, it comes straight from the oven with gooey chocolate chunks and vanilla ice cream. Really enjoyed our time there!

Cascara Latte was very good and a unique thing to have for most coffee shops. Coffee in general was quality and the vibe is nice. Maybe the hazelnut bits inside the coffee weren’t the best, almost perfect. The notes of cascara were fruity and great !

Fantastic ambiance with outdoor seating in a fabulous passage very lovely. The service was also great. Very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, that's where the food stops. I ordered a cappuccino and it was burned with unbalanced foam and steamed milk blend. Maybe other stuff is better on the menu.

Service and ambiance is really nice! The location is perfect and there’s a big terrace with tons of places to sit. The artwork that surround the cafe is impressive and adds a lot of character to the space. I ordered a croissant and cappuccino. The food was ok, the cappuccino was nothing exceptional but not bad.

Such a local gem in the heart of Mens, filled with locals and tourists. Best thing is the super nice waitress and them serving food at 2:30pm! Food was delicious as well, if you come on a sunny day, definitely sit outside and it is a truly amazing experience. There is parking just over the cafe and it's a nice little scroll around the old town after lunch.

Creamy gelato with strong and varied flavours In the heart of Annecy is a great little ice cream shop able to really stand out from the competition. A small shop situated in the picturesque town centre right by the river, with 74 delicious flavours of ice cream and options of up to 5 scoops! I opted for 3 scoops, and a more interesting flavour combination than I’d usually go for; white chocolate, violet and rose. These worked really well together. I also had a taste of my partners “lemon tart” flavour which was delicious. Will be coming here as much as I can between now and when I go home, if anything just to get my own scoop of lemon tart. Something the ice cream here is missing (call me British) but toppings and flakes to go in your gelato. Love a good flake or fudge stick!!

Overwhelmed by flavor options in this place it was tough not to try more of them. I got two scoops and tried white chocolate brownie and snickers. Snickers was the clear winner Price is average for ice cream in town, lineup was very long, but seemed worth the wait. Would go back

My favorite gelato spot in Annecy. We went here 3 straight days. 74 different flavors and plenty of staff to serve you. Portions are BIG. One scoop is like two at a lot of other shops. I love gelato & ice cream so kind of a plus for me.

This place is much newer than Glacier Des Alps. It has many more flavors for you to choose. They are all quite nice. I chose banana and yogurt. The line could get long, but it moves really fast, as they are many staffs working there.

Loved this ice cream! So many flavours, there may be a line but it’s so worth the wait and I didn’t have to wait that long anyway. I had the Speculoos ice cream, and now I blame Glacier Perriere for my addiction to Spéculos ice cream! So creamy!

Top notch place. We got to meet the wonderful lady that owns the restaurant with her husband. The food was delicious and expertly prepared. Great wine list too. The chef added surprises which made the experience really fun.

We had a wonderful 6 course meal accompanied by a few surprises. Food is refined and original in composition. We had a few niggles. The menus were presented and we felt hurried into making a choice before an aperitif had been offered. Secondly, we had an unrequested refill of the house filtered water which we later found cost €6. A great evening despite these issues.

We had a warm and friendly welcome from Magali, who runs L'Esquisse with her husband, Stéphane. She immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease in their cozy restaurant, which only had three tables of two on the ground floor. The menu is a surprise for everyone, including Magali, who knows the details of the menu a few moments before serving. The menu was comfortable and delicious, based on local and seasonal products and cuisine—while still having some playful elements. We look forward to returning some day.

We did the 9-course+ menu and it was far too filling! Highly suggest opting for the 5- or 6-course options instead. Dinner was good (nothing remarkable), but special shout out to the preparation of the local trout. Rather despised the “special” dish from the chef (balance/taste seemed to be an afterthought). We’ve certainly had better 1* meals but, for this price tag and the location in the heart of Annecy, I’d say it’s a great value. Very cute chubby bird decor though!

Exceptional food, service and value. We had the great value lunch menu (appetiser + 3 courses for just €55) and the food was delicious. Accommodating to vegetarians, those with a thirsty fork only for fish, and meat eaters (as well as any dietary requirement you may throw their way, e.g. “only a moderate amount of egg or cream”). All this comes at no compromise to the exquisite palate of flavours they throw your way. Lovely staff passionate about their craft welcoming you with open arms, truly deserving of their Michelin Star 🌟 A worthwhile note that I think I used my favourite ever fork here. It was both rustic, clean and perfectly weighted (I prefer a heavy type). The knife was good too but the fork stole the show. There was a late spoon which looked like it had been cast from some kind of metal (possibly tin?); and reminded me of a craft I recently became aware of where people cast metal objects using the brittle and mechanically soft properties of the inside of a cuttlefish bone.

There are many restaurants serving tartiflette in Annecy and I've eaten plenty, all good. But a local told me about Le Freti two years ago and I had the best tartiflette ever. This year I tried the tartibleu, tartiflette made with blue cheese. This was quite possibly the best meal of my life. Absolutely superb. If you're going to have tartiflette, this is the place to have it.

I think this is my 6th visit to Le Freti, and the first time I’ve not had one of their famous Savoie fondues. I was in the mood for Crozette, but a nice cheesy one - so I thought I’d switch it up. Le Freti is not the place for considered service; there’s a lot of hustle as fondue equipment and saucepans are across 2 floors, and the crew are alway on the move - expect short, sharp service. English is spoken but order clearly and don’t be a. pain and you’ll be fine. But the food is always spot on - well seasoned, rich and flavoursome; it does similar to many restaurants nearby in Annecy Old Town, but probably the best. Recommended if you the best cheese-based dishes in Annecy Old Town. Notes - if you don’t book ahead (via the website) expect to sit outside (but if you’re getting fondue, the gel burner will act like a little heater). - It’s usually full 19.00-21.00 - Pretty much everything comes with a little bag of bread - Only order a starter if you’re REALLY hungry. Salads come with a slab of cheese, the onion soup is a chalice of rich stock and onion (add the cheese croutons for a full meal!) - Menus have QR codes for English translations. - Not all wine is by the glass, but what is is clearly marked. - Payment is inside, not at the table.

This was a great experience! Great food, the menu has a lot of French classics. Try to make a reservation, so you can have all the options inside the restaurant. The tables outside are not prepared for the raclet, for example.

We had a great meal here! You will have to sit inside, but the raclette is a must get, local to the area. Everything came out quick and it was quite fun to serve ourselves the cheese and all the accompaniments.

We enjoyed our food. The fondue was a bit overwhelming for me but that is just my taste. The service, just like any other famous restaurant, was hardworking but very busy and not so attentive. I do recommend checking it out.

We enjoyed it so much. Staff really takes time to explain the menu and provide suggestions even though it was clear to see they had so much to do. The raclette & fondue were of such high quality, we couldn't stop eating. When we left they reminded us that as I mentioned it was my mom's birthday they still wanted to surprise her. So they brought out a surprise dessert and the whole staff came out to sing, that was a great surprise. I also enjoyed the farm styled setting of the restaurant. Great night

My mom and I had an amazing experience dining inside and we got the La Brisgotte Savoyarde. It was delicious and the atmosphere was contagious. Highly recommend for a traditional Annecian dinner.

We decided to eat here mainly because the restaurant shares the same name as our oldest daughter. It’s located in the heart of Annecy’s old city. There weren’t any tables available outside, but the indoor seating was also lovely, with a quiet antique design and windows overlooking the canal. The food was exceptionally good, with special mention to the alcoholic sorbet in the dessert—it was outstanding, with such a unique and delicious taste. We had a great time and a wonderful meal.

Very nice place, I went there on the 26th may 2025. Some locals day before recommended us this place, because we wanted to eat something traditional. We ate outside, the wetter was perfect. Food also. I just didn’t like the consistency and the flavour of the onion soup, but the tartiflette was very good as well as the Plat du Jour. I would come back for sure.

We ordered tartar beef, fondue, pizza, steak, and salad—all of which were delicious. The ambiance transports you back to medieval times, nestled right next to the river in the labyrinthine heart of central Annecy. Le Lilas Rose is a must-visit for its charming setting and excellent service

I visited the restaurant both for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is beside a local river, and seats nearby the river are available inside and outside. The servers are very nice, but it may take some time to have them explain you the food in English. The food quality is great! We had a combo, a steak and a fish. The course is large. What a lovely place! Old house next to canal, with so many beautiful features, converted into restaurant . Our choice of food, onion soup, goat cheese on toast, raw beef cuts, which we cooked ourselves on hot lava stone , and ravioli , were all excellent . Large portions and very reasonable prices. Dessert also very good. Service with a smile. The place was packed and it's best to book.

If you’re after traditional French restaurant then this is place. Really lovely inside and decent food too. We had the tartiflette and onion soup which were good, but others around had the fondue and raclette that looked and smelled incredible. Next time!

If I could give Le Chalet 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend making reservations. We were greeted warmly and had a wide variety of menu choices. I had the most delicious meal of risotto with seared scallops and artichoke. It was the hit of our table. The rest of our party enjoyed their tasty burger and perch dinners as well. The service and atmosphere were A+++. Don’t miss this local gem of a restaurant!

We ordered the fondue. The waiter was straight up rude. The bread that came with the fondue was hard like a rock. The rude waiter kept sweeping his sweat away from his forehead and refilled the bread with those filthy hands. Also the bread looked mouldy. Disgusting. Edit: the chef called us and apologized. He said the waiter was put aside and talked to. I was impressed by how serious they take the review.

What an absolutely fabulous dining experience at Le Chalet! My husband and I enjoyed the Fondue Moitié-Moitié, which came with a crisp salad and plenty of bread for dipping. The portion was huge—we couldn’t quite finish it—but every bite was so delicious. We made sure to save room for their signature dessert, Le Chalet, which was both whimsical and wonderfully tasty. The service was flawless; our server was polite, attentive, and efficient. The whole evening felt seamless from start to finish. I’d highly recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant fills up quickly—but it’s well worth it. A must-visit spot if you want a cozy and memorable meal!

The Café de Paris du Chalet was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. It was perfectly seared outside, finished on a hot plate with 16 spices, juicy and unforgettable. The escargot was rich, buttery, and perfectly balanced. Together, an outstanding meal at Le Chalet.

Go upstairs! Great spot away from the chaos of the street when things get really busy (Sunday night in July). While the outdoor seating in the old town is fun, it can sometimes be too much. This quaint upstairs was beautifully decorated and had warm, charming light. Food was good, not great (at least what we ordered), but really enjoyed the location (photos included). Amazing service as well. Everyone on the staff was very attentive and kind.

The quality of the food is great; the portion and the taste is very recommendable. We are very satisfied with what we have paid for. The hospitality of the staff is very very excellent. The girl staff ( idk her name ) went beyond , she was able to uncover the needs of the customer. The servers are very polite.

During the chiller nights, it was terrific to find a spot inside LA Cabane. The cozy table by the front window was perfect. Having Vegan options on the menue was a welcoming addition to our heavy diet while on vacation. The quinoa, red beans, pepers, purple cabbage, etc bowl was fantastic. Very filling! I'd wanted the Buddha Bowl, since I was desiring something warm. Our terrific waitress asked the chef to make an exception for me unprompted. I was grateful. I ordered the sweet potato fries on the side! Dessert was tasty too! I disnt know there was a whole cozy room upstairs too, till I went up and used the water closet. The wood branches and log slices on the walls were a wonderful decor choice that made the whole experience that much better!

Excellent delicious pizza. There was 4 of us. We got 3 pizzas and one of their salads and that was plenty. We all had a drink each and the bill came to under 100 euros which is very reasonable. Service was quick, friendly and helpful. Make sure you book though as it gets busy.

When a restaurant advertises that it's pizzas aren't ordinary then you're expecting a very good pizza, especially when theyre pushing Italian dough and ingredients. I'm glad to say that it didn't disappoint. The pizza base was just as I liked it, nicely baked with a good crisp. Sauce was very good too, as were the toppings on my nicely spiced pizza. The service was very good, the guys were friendly and helpful. I wasn't overly keen on the Colomba beer, but that's just down to personal taste. A relaxing hour or so spent enjoying our pizzas at lunchtime on Sunday, just as the market was coming to an end, so plenty of people watching 👍🏼. Would I eat here again, yes definitely. I know it sounds daft but even on our recent holiday to Ravenna it was hard to find a good pizza, especially one that has a good crisp and not soggy base. After all a good pizza is all about the base, oh and the sauce of course. Holy moly, such amazing pizzas! 🍕 Perfect thin dough with plenty of crunch and delicious toppings. Way better than what I was expecting, I would absolutely come back again and again if I lived in Annecy. We sat outside under the arches for our dinner and they have plenty of blankets at every table if you’re feeling a cold edge, but it was actually a really nice atmosphere and the staff are really sweet. Don’t miss this place. You have to come here!

The Pizza was very good,one of the best pizza spots in Anncey. (Not my favorite one but still very good) The location is great, in the middle of the old city, can get very crowded and noisy so take that into account if u don't like noise. There are a variety of choices in the menu and we all like our pizzas, so would say great. The dough is perfect with a very nice crust. There is an outside as well as inside sitting area. Staff were helpful.

We ate at Little Italy both nights we were in Annecy. The food was excellent, and our waiter, Robin, was fantastic—friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The service, pizza, and atmosphere were all incredible. This is the best pizza we’ve ever had. The wood-fired crust and the impeccable quality of the cheeses and other ingredients come together beautifully. I would definitely enthusiastically recommend and return!

Always have to stop here whenever we are in Annecy! The raclette sandwiches are amazingly delicious , whether raclette on its own or with beef, the long queue is worth the wait

Had an amazing Raclette Salami pickle baguette and it was amazing! Friendly staff and high quality baguette. The queues are often long, so take a walk and come back another time if you prefer not to stand in long queue.

My wife and I shared a sandwich as the normal portion is considered large for us as small eaters. The ratio of filling to bread was very well balanced, as was the ratio of cheese to meat. We had the beef raclette option which complemented each other well. We tried a few traditional cheese dishes in town and ironically this sandwich shop used cheese the best. Everything else was just too overwhelming and heavy-handed. They have a nice selection of bottled craft beer as well which was a nice pairing with the sandwich.

Nice enough place although for a cafe creme I expect more than cream jiggers for a couple of coffees at 7 euros. Have nicer coffees on lac du Bourget for a lot less money.

Nice place to watch the world go by, the waitress didn't speak good English and we don't speak good French so it made it a little difficult to pick food as again the menu was only in French. Food was lovely though and the drinks were usual £7 a pint. It's in a busy square but away from the madding crowds around the canal.

It’s always too crowed no matter the season. I usually go to Annecy on Sunday and because it’s one of the few places that is open, I end up having my coffee with my acquaintances there. Out in the cold, the service is slow because of the number of walk ins. But the coffee is always good and creative.

This cafe was astonishing, great space to sit on the patio, quieter than the rest of the area. They have exceptional service, and the juice was amazing. Special thanks to Salomé!

Paying for the public toilets seemed a bit mean and kind of set the tone. The usual high street shops are all under one roof. The Monoprix is the best one in Annecy although quite small. I don't understand as a paying customer I have to pay for toilets. I think if you've bought something or eaten in a restaurant you could show a receipt and not have to pay for the toilets. It's very inconvenient.

Big underground parking with direct access to the shopping mall. Cost is not high even after a whole afternoon. The diversity of shops is quite nice. Wifi connection is free. Beware ladies toilets are busy!

Toilets are paid which is unacceptable for human dignity. Please don't hide under the classic excuse that the customer would be "paying for the cleanliness" since the toilets are a mess. Other than that, great mall.

We had 4 breakfasts at Slake during our stay. Always friendly staff and delicious food. I had large granola bowl a few times which kept me full until Dinner! Very fresh and wholesome food. Would recommend!

I went here to get a coffee and it was one of the best I’ve had in Annecy. I got it as takeout. You can walk in and order at the counter. I tried both the latte (5euro) and cappuccino (4euro). I was very pleased both times. The staff is very nice and service is pretty rapid. The food also looked good but I didn’t try it.

Lovely place & recommend to others ☺️ Visited this gem today by seeing other people reviews & the place did not disappoint. Fresh food and drinks were delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. Had breakfast at Slake Café in Annecy and it was such a great experience! I tried the French toast, eggs with halloumi, and a cappuccino — everything was absolutely delicious. The French toast was soft, flavorful, and perfectly sweet, while the eggs and halloumi were cooked just right with a nice balance of taste and texture. The cappuccino was smooth and rich, one of the best I’ve had in town. The café itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with stylish decor and friendly staff. It’s definitely one of the best spots for breakfast in Annecy — highly recommended!

Came here as a last minute walk in, and we were so impressed. The food was incredible and the staff were attentive and friendly. Would recommend you come here. You can tell the food is made with love. Photos don’t do it justice at all.

This is an amazing coffee place in Annecy, ambience and vibe of place is really good and the staff was very welcoming and they speak English, when we visited in the early evening their kitchen was closed so we just had Matcha latte and pumpkin spiced latte and their specialty carrot cake, it was one of the best carrot cake I had till now.

The office de tourisme is easy to access from the SNCF station and the staff was very kind, they could speak English, so our bad french wasnt a problem. I loved the recommended parcours, there were two to choose from and we ended up mixing the two. Annecy is not overrated at all, it's a beautiful town, with old buildings, castles, churches and the amazing, cristal clear lake, everywhere you look is a feast for the eyes. We went on a national holiday and on top of that, there was a volleyball championship and an animation event going on, so there were lots of people outside the normal tourists, I assume. Don't miss on the château de Menthon Saint Bernard! It's a bit far, but easy to access from the bus line. The only thing is that there were fewer buses circulating, since it was a holiday. We couldn't get in the castle due to the time, but even the entry for the gardens was worth it, the scenery is simply amazing. I'd recommend at least 2 days in Annecy if you want to see the museums and everything else. We went only on a day trip from Lyon and it was enough for the Tour around town, but we couldn't get into any museums due to the time, which was a shame.

Visually impressive town. Beautiful lakes, canals and waterways. Most shopkeepers act as tourist guides and I tell you that the fast moving waters of the canals are fed by glaciers. Massive array of restaurants to eat from... real provincial authentic french food. Not that expensive if you are using euros, any other currency, and it starts to get very pricey. You need at least 3 days here to look at Lakeside beaches, castles, canals. Mountains and it's all centered around Annecy Lake. We were lucky enough to go on the most auspicious day of the year. Much celebration and finished in the evening with an hour and a half fireworks display. A must go to secret.

Wrong people manning the post. I asked 2 questions to a young lady manning the counter 1. Where is the lift to carpark? 2. How can I get parking package? She directed me to the wrong direction for the lift and make me walked to another building to purchase the parking package. I was told to go back where I parked and package can be purchase at the ticket machine. Simple steps but she don't know any of it. Or she simply dislike tourists. Wasted time just because of her.

Large office space with at least 4 employees taking care of tourists. I guess it depends on the member pf the staff you get, the service you get. First lady was in a rush, provided some incomplete information regarding walking trails and how to get there. Had to go back and second person was a little more thorough. Ended up walking a short trail far from the city, would have been better to walk along the lake closer to the city center.

A really great place to find out everything about Annecy! The staff gave us fantastic advice on what to visit and what to see around the area. We were looking for recommendations for a nice spa with an outdoor pool, and they suggested an amazing place we couldn’t even find online! If you’re wondering what to do next or looking for hidden gems, definitely stop by and ask for their recommendations. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience here. The place has a great vibe whether you sit inside or out and they have a surprisingly large bit of space. Lots of tables. They had some good signature cocktails (although 2 were unavailable). The heirloom tomato appetizer was delicious and the main dishes were tasty, but what really impressed us was the desserts. Not your typical French selection. Our favorite was the pistache attack which was a homemade pistachio ice cream bar with raspberry syrup and raspberries on top. WOW The apricot rosemary and white peach jasmine sorbets were also fantastic. I really loved the creativity in these desserts! We also ordered two other desserts that were also very good. Overall the service was very good, however I am giving only 4 stars for it because it was a little tough to get our server’s attention for things like more water, dessert menu, and the receipt to pay (which is actually done at the front we were told). We also never received one of the meals we ordered. When we realized it had been forgotten my son said it was fine so we didn’t say anything but it was on the receipt when we paid so they just took it off.

Loved everything about this quaint French bistro. A delicious menu, fantastic service and in a lovely setting. The wine, bone marrow starter and the veal with polenta was all next level. I will try and go back and try more of this menu before we leave 🫶

Our first dinner in Annecy. The restaurant was beautiful, and our waitress, Jade (if I caught her name correctly), was very friendly and attentive. As usual, our wine ended up costing more than our meal!

What a great restaurant! Had a dinner here with cocktails and a menu consisting of 3 dishes. All of those were truly great, atmosphere is very cozy. Would recommend and definitely go back again.

Great restaurant! Totally recommend it. The atmosphere is very cozy even though they have many tables. We enjoyed the seasonal menu plus cocktails and wine. The waiter helped us with choosing the wine and let us try different options, he was very knowledgeable and professional. The seasonal menu was very suitable for the time of the year. We had a great time, we loved the food. The only small point I’d like to mention is that we were quite hidden in a corner and after the dessert no one came back to our table to ask if we wanted anything else. We would’ve taken a coffee but decided at some point to just pay and leave. Overall great experience and we will come back soon.

It is a nice park if you want to go for a picnic, but too crowded and all the side of the lake is filled with businesses to rent water bycicles or boats to go on the lake, so it is not that peaceful.

By seeing the wide, large, and peaceful green lawn, your mind will be much better. Sitting by the lake, enjoy the swan teasing you some french fries.

This hotel is sensible - everything set up in the room and breakfast room made sense for an excellent stay. Bed was very comfortable, towel rails in the bathroom were heated, towels provided were excellent quality. Functional air conditioning worked well in the room. Breakfast was generous and everything freshly prepared. A great value hotel for price paid, and location was perfect - to the Old Town, train station and the beautiful lake. Lovely staff at reception.

Great stay! We had a double room and it was big and spacious; very clean and well maintained hotel. The location was close to the center and 6 minutes distance from restaurants or coffee shops. The parking at the hotel is the only issue, we tried booking with one week in advance and the staff told us that it was all fully booked so we had to park in a parking space (6min walk from the hotel) and we received a discount from the hotel for the parking fee.

Location: Great location about a 5 minute walk from the lake. The walk it nice too as you pass a lot of really nice shops and cafes worth going into. Service: Service was great, nothing to complain about here. They have a locked room to store your luggage in in you need to check out before you leave the city which is nice. Rooms: We just got a standard room but they were nice, big and very clean.

My stay in Le Pre Carre hotel was one of the best during my week long your through France. I got amazing room with salon and spacious, very comfortable bed. I really liked the location since it's only couple of steps from old town center and lake shore. I was traveling with my French speaking friend and I have noticed that hosts feel more comfortable to speak in French to her than have a small talk with me. But this is was a very big deal. I have had very enjoyable stay there. Fully recommended.

Wonderful dinner here with our family! Everything was tasty and timely. We didn't have to wonder when our food was coming out, if was just perfectly paced. Every server was kind and attentive. We really enjoyed our evening!

A warm and welcoming restaurant with lovely bilingual staff. We went for the seasonal specials with fresh mushrooms and so paid a bit more but the set menu was a very good price. There is a very good selection of wine by the glass including local wines. A slightly sour taste was left by the request for a tip over and above the included service charge. Selected the no option on the payment machine but this unpleasant practice is becoming too common and spoils the experience a little.

Incredible dinner! Great vibe, wait staff very friendly and helpful, this has been my favorite meal of my vacation so far! I had the mushroom appetizer (in a sort of soup- so good!), trout entree with zucchini side, and peach soup dessert and my partner had the hot and cold brioche French toast - wow both so good!!! Spectacular symphony of flavors and textures. Each dish seems to highlight an ingredient and is done so in a variety of preparations. The seasonal ingredients are used so well and enhance the impact of each dish. This meal was so good, I came back the next night

Just back from a very enjoyable evening at Brasserie Brunet. Warm and welcoming, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in both French and English.The menu offered variety, supplemented by daily specials, and the dishes were well presented and very tasty. An extensive wine list added to the experience. Highly recommended!

The price tags on the menu scared me at first! But actually the food was so great and the dessert so delicious for the eyes and the mouth that it more than deserves the 5 stars. The place is quiet, retired from the road. Staff is efficient and professional.

La Ciboulette is a classy Michelin starred restaurant tucked down a lovely little side street in downtown Annecy. The restaurant is modern yet cosy and the waiting staff were smiley and friendly. Unfortunately we waited 15 minutes for water and aperitifs but looking around the room this seemed the norm. (Personally I love a coupe de champagne whilst perusing the menu). There was no choice of bread and the Doux butter (again personal preference but I prefer Demi-Sel) arrived with the Amuse Bouche. This tasty little appetiser consisted of Cream of Chestnut and Pumpkin Veloute topped with Crunchy Pumpkin seeds. My choice of Cripsy Frog Leg starter could haven been seasoned a little more but otherwise very good. The Pigeon starter was also divine. The hubby and I both chose the Lamb which was cooked to perfection and accompanied by the tastiest mini potato ravioli stuffed with cepes (mushrooms). Our dining companion chose the Côte de Veau (veal) which looked mouthwatering and was utterly divine! This was followed by a light and fluffy souffle and as a surprise delight with our coffees some gorgeous petite four.. If you ever find yourself in Annecy I would definitely recommend a relaxed lunch or dinner at this family run restaurant.

Beautiful beautiful. Had dinner here - didn’t know what to expect but impeccable service, superb food, great atmosphere. Puddings were awesome. Higher end price-wise but to be expected with this quality. If you fancy treating yourself, go for it.

My husband and I loved this restaurant a year ago. We visited this restaurant twice during our short stay in 2024. This time the food was still good and the male manager was friendly. We came as a table of 4. We ordered 3 burrata salad and 3 escargot and we absolutely enjoyed those. For mains, 4 of us all ordered the butcher’s cut medium rare, all came overcooked, chewy but edible. Only major issue we had was with the waitress serving our table, who appeared to be in a very bad mood, dropping plates and wine glasses to our table rudely. We felt extremely awkward as we have never experienced service in a restaurant as such anywhere before, which prevented us to continue ordering desserts as we did not feel comfortable and welcomed at all.

We stumbled into this delightful restaurant and were immediately and grasiously greeted. We had some delicious burgers and fries and wine. Merci Alex for your pleasant service and owner for the excellant meal!

The food is good we had tartare and salads. The terrace is on a pedestrian street. We had an issue with service. Dishes did not come before a good 45 mins after we started complaining. One table left because it was too long. The table next to us also complained loudly. The manager tried his best to correct and was effective. The waitress is rude and has a serious attitude towards patrons. Manager made a commercial gesture on the bill. Will not go back.

A cozy restaurant with good food and warm welcome. Everything was well-thought with a right balance of textures and flavours. The magret de canard was delicious and cannot resist, and so as the white asparagus. Highly recommended and I hope to go back next time when I am in town, à bientôt 😊

If to say -the food was excellent it means say nothing, all dishes were gastronomical orgasm! Delicious dishes accompanied by tasty wine which are disappearing so quickly . Félicitations au chef.

We came here for lunch on a weekday. Service was ok, but the food was very average. We ordered the Thai bowl, the lamb confit, and the fish (trout, I think?). The lamb confit tasted good but unfortunately the meat was very dry on its own. The Thai bowl did not taste Thai at all and was weirdly sweet. The fish was ok but it was also paired with a similar sweet rice. Prices were also not cheap...

It is a very impressive building, and the refurbishment of it is very impressive. Lots of history and at the moment has an art exhibition, which will please a lot of people, but I am afraid I am still old school. At 6.50 euros, it is great value. WC's are available in a couple of places, so no need to cross your legs. It's a shame they don't have rides to the top, from the market, but it was very hot, 31 degrees today. 20.06.25. There’s a fair few pieces of nice work in many mediums. I’m not so much of a fan of the modern artwork, but I loved a lot of the sculptures and landscape paintings. Much prefer the museum opposite.

It is worth the effort to walk up the short but steep hill to the chateau for the views alone but it was also worthwhile going inside. Lots of interesting art, both old and new (ish). It's a pretty cheap place to visit and you can go when it suits, no need to book ahead of time. We spent about an hour there which was more than enough. Takes about 10mins to walk there from the base of the hill on old town.

A must-visit in Annecy! ⭐️ Beautiful, historic, and very memorable! The castle offers stunning views of the lake and mountains, and the museum inside has a fascinating collection of regional art and history.

Great expectations… and disappointments to match As impressive as the castle looks from the outside, the visit itself was just as disappointing. I'll start with what I liked (because this list is way shorter than the one with the negative points): 1. The painting gallery, where you can admire several works (originals, according to the supervisors) by great painters, including a small painting by Fragonard and, most notably, "The Massacre of the Innocents" by Pieter Brueghel the Younger 2. The (temporary) exhibition "L’épopée burgonde" - the arrival and installation of the Burgundians in Haute-Savoie region 3. Behind the castle, there is a spot from which you can admire Lake Annecy surrounded by mountains What I didn’t like: 1. Most of the rooms in the main castle building are completely empty: no furniture, drawings, paintings, period clothing, weapons, courtly objects… nothing but cement and wood 2. An almost total lack of information — the organizers didn’t bother to put up even basic informative panels, so many tourists wandered around speculating: “this was probably where…” 3. Many areas inside the castle are not accessible to the public 4. The old shooting holes have been “completed” with modern windows, which not only spoil the charm of the building, but also prevent visitors from taking photos, as the glass is far from transparent 5. The modern art exhibition is absolutely ridiculous — in fact, it’s not art at all (I’ll upload a picture so you can judge the quality of these so-called “works”). On top of that, the exhibition takes up many rooms on the upper floor — so many that it felt like it would never end 6. The other two buildings of the complex host exhibitions that have nothing to do with a medieval castle; for example, one of them focuses on the fauna of the nearby lake and on fishing vessels… well, if I want to know more about the fish in the lake, I’ll go to a fish-farming museum or a natural science museum, right? 7. In the basement of one of the towers there are several tiny aquariums, poorly maintained and without plants for the animals to hide in; each contains a few unhappy fish swimming in endless circles 8. The crenels of the towers have also been covered with windows through which you can’t take pictures (in fact, you can’t even see properly). This is even more frustrating because some of these windows overlook the beautiful Lake Annecy 9. If you’re thinking of climbing the walls or the fortified gate, think again — access is prohibited 10. On top of everything, I stood in line for tickets for a very long time… and I really regret doing so. Final score: 2 stars, and those only for the art gallery (which could just as well have been housed elsewhere, not in a restored medieval castle) and for the exhibition dedicated to the Duchy of Burgundy. Without them, even one star would have been too generous.

A wonderful castle standing on a slightly higher point in Annecy. One of the steep hills brings you there (not too steep for a wheelchair apparently as Ive seen people go up with some help) Be sure to check it out, sometimes it even has expositions inside, also the view from the castle is excellent

Nice place to visit you can buy a multi ticket to also visit the old prison in town which takes about an hour then time for a coffee and then up the steep hill to the beautiful château. Lots to see very interesting.

The restaurant is hidden gem: you didn’t expect such a nice food so such touristy place. Delicious vegetarian local options, tender meat and absolutely amazing wine and service.

A good place for authentic cuisine. I took the day's menu: œuf parfait et côté de cochon, both REALLY good. If you go with the day's manu, it is affordable and has a great qualité/price ratio. They have a good offering of wines as well, just ask what would pair well with your dish! The personnel is very friendly. The only thing I could not manage to figure out was their oppening hours, since they were closes when aI tries to come back for more :/

Honestly, best restaurant experience ever. The manager and cook (Arthur) was very friendly, we had a lot questions about how they mature their meat, and he ended up taking a lot of time to talk with us and explain everything). Lovely market, when the old towns turn into a market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Delicious local food, vegetables, fish and cheese of course. If you in Annesy during those days it's worth visiting.

The old towns turn into a market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Delicious local food, vegetables and fruits, fish and cheese of course. If you in Annesy during those days it's worth visiting!

We arrived in Annecy on a Sunday at noon and walked through the market. On Sunday it was huge and very busy. We stayed 3 nights and were able to go again on Tuesday morning. The market was smaller and less busy than on Sunday. We bought some delicious food and pastries.

Love the Annecy farmers market. The event was held for several hours in the morning and closed around 2pm in the afternoon right in the heart of the beautiful town. There were a lot of local fresh products to pick up. We got some cheese, prosciutto, fresh veggies, and some souvenir items. Highly recommended.

Very unique and magnificent scenery. Open only on Tuesdays and Fridays until 13:00. Very recommended

It’s Tuesday — market day! 🎉 I love markets so much that I even plan my travels around them whenever I can. Today I wandered through from 8:00 to 11:30 in the morning, and every moment was pure joy!

FYI, 17th Aug,2025(sunday) very crowded, passage fulled with local people and tourist. market closed 12:00 local miel seller : rude manner to other races opinion : France need to educate their people to have a nice manner toward tourist.

Very nice church with beautiful modern stained glass windows. The staff was wonderful and they had a nice collection of candles. The view from the hill is very beautiful as well.

This church is absolutely stunning! Are you curious if it's worth a visit? Totally! I mean, what else can you do in Annecy? Plus, the breeze adds an extra thrill! It's a bit of a climb, but think of it as a fantastic workout after savoring a delicious meal downstairs

Fascinating history and of religious importance. It's stunningly beautiful inside and high up overlooking Annecy and the lake. Highly recommended!

Walked all the way around the basilica until we reached it. Awe inspiring. It’s a newer church, but the craftsmanship of the church itself is nice. Inside the church is magical all it’s own. The garden/yard of the church must be private and the church must keep that to themselves. Well worth the visit with nice views of Annecy.

Great! tall built structure, Once you get inside the Church you are teleported to a completely different place. Calm and peaceful. It's beautiful inside out. Nothing much to say, I keep the suspense so the other visitors visit the place and feel it. Ciao!

I visited this beautiful church recently. Easily accessible by walking up the hill. You can see this church from all around Annecy and the mountains as its quite elevated.

It's very beautiful 😍 we walked to the church from the city center of Annecy. It was quiet and calm. I went with my friend and we sat there for hours. We could also see the view of the city from the top. It's mesmerizing! I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Annecy 😊

A lovely place for a swim in the clearest lake in all of Europe. The water is an amazing blue. This beach (plage) is about a 10 min walk from the edge of the old town. Take the scenic route along the foreshore and past the marina. It was a busy place when we went which was just after lunch on a Friday. It has been hot so that isn't a surprise. While it was busy there were still plenty of places to sit and relax. The beach itself is mostly grass. There are lots of pebbles on the walk into the water. Everyone is doing a funny little dance as they try to navigate getting into the water 😂. It's well worth getting into the water though. A very nice temperature especially considering it was over 30 degrees outside. There was an ice cream truck which also sold drinks.

Small pebbly beach which is free to use, with lovely clean water to swim in. It was busy when we were there at the end of July, but found somewhere to sit in the shade. Has a fun slide out on a pontoon which the kids enjoyed. Lifeguards on duty. Sectioned out for young kiddies so they don't go too deep. Easier to get in to the left of the beach, it isn't as stony.

Beautiful spotless swimming area. We found a nice shaded area on a grassy bank next to the lifeguard station, toilette and showers. Designated swimming areas for babies, young children and adults. Swim shoes recommend as it’s pretty rocky walking into the water and then turns to a weird clay/mud base. Water was lovely and the scenery is spectacular.

A truly breathtaking experience with its stunning mountain views. The combination of the pristine, crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy and the majestic Alps in the background is simply mesmerizing. The scenery alone makes this beach a must-visit destination. You can also rent pedal boats to explore the lake and take in the picturesque surroundings from a unique perspective. A MUST

When we Visit here, this is a corona time so only few people and us of course as a tourist was there . Its so calm feeling that it was not over crowded. We enjoyed the the View a lot. The water is really clear, it seems like its a sea.

Our stay in the hotel was very satisfying. Nice staff, great rooms, fine swimming and wellness area. The hotel Bar with our bar tender Jeremy was also very good. It was also possible to enjoy little meals and desserts in the bar. Also very nice was that we could make reservations for activities in the hotel lounge. Very friendly en helpfull staff. The only critics I want to give is for the breakfast. It was very good and definitely enough but it was always the same. We did not use the restaurant.

Our stay at Rivage Hotel was wonderful! We loved our beautiful room, which was both stylish and comfortable, and the entire property was spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the amazing pool and spa area — the perfect place to relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Rivage to anyone visiting the area.

I had such an amazing experience at Rivage Hotel Annecy, I stayed 7 nights and I felt like I was at home. The staff were outstanding, especially Jihan, Alana (from the evening team), and Nwaar (apologies if I spelled their names wrong!). They went above and beyond. SUPER friendly, professional, and VERY caring. Because of these incredible team members, I’ll definitely be staying at Rivage Hotel Annecy again the next time I’m in town. They are absolutely brilliant and a true credit to the hotel. Highly recommend this place See you soon!

We had read some negative reviews for this hotel but we honestly couldn’t fault it. The room was spacious and perfectly designed with a lovely shower and extremely comfortable bed. The air conditioning was quiet so my partner allowed me to keep it on at night which is unusual! The little things like provision of a water cooler and recycling facilities in the lobby were great for the environment. The choice at breakfast could not have been better and the pool area, sauna etc were modern and well kept. The staff were always friendly. I would give 10/10 but the price was a bit high for room and the breakfast. There was also only a short window after 9pm when children were not allowed in the pool so chances of a relaxing time in there wasn’t always possible.

Well situated in Annecy and for exploring the lake/region. However, many details in the hotel should be better: housekeeping not good (room not done on one out of three day stay, used toilet rolls left in bathroom, glasses not cleaned/tidied away, etc…signs of a hurried and thoughtless visit. Breakfast: needs a rethink of exactly what is offered to the international clientele. Rooms: showers good as far as they go…need grab handle and with their size a seat would I am sure be appreciated by many (I did not require either of these items but I am thinking of others); telephone system almost useless; coffee offered yes, but no tea or hot water available. Generally: modern style hotel but lounge/bar area very bland/boring, not at all warm/inviting.

The hotel is rated as 4 stars, but honestly, I don’t think it deserves this rating. 1. The place clearly needs maintenance (I’ve attached a photo of the shower as an example). 2. The slippers provided looked more like salon slippers for pedicure/manicure 🤣. 3. For water, instead of basic in-room service, you actually have to walk all the way down the corridor to reach the water dispenser—something I’ve never seen in a so-called 4-star hotel. 4. On top of that, the service is extremely slow. Even the simplest request can take hours to be fulfilled.

I have nothing but positive feedback. The staff were lovely, the food was great, the room was comfortable. If you want a spa treatment, make sure to book in advance.

We went here for dinner on a Saturday. It was raining then so we opted to wait for a table to become available inside rather than sit outside. The ambience was quite good and cosy. The owner/manager was very kind and funny. Both my friend and I ordered tartines of different flavors. The quantity was enough and the salad was great. The wine was also nice. It was a quirky place and has a limited menu but I would recommend going here to try it.

Fun place in old town annecy for a lunch. Waiters were very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Sandwiches and salads were tasty.

Tucked away on a charming street in Annecy’s old town, Tête de Cochon is a haven for those who appreciate high-quality cured meats, rustic flavors, and French bistro charm. The name may raise eyebrows, but what’s on the plate will win over even the skeptics. We ordered the mixed cold cut board, and it was a showstopper — an artisanal spread of dry-cured ham, saucisson, pâté, terrine, and rillettes, each slice more flavorful than the last. It felt like a celebration of French countryside traditions, made modern. Nothing was overly salty or mass-produced — you could taste the craftsmanship. The real surprise? The house focaccia. Golden on the outside, pillowy on the inside, with just the right touch of olive oil and sea salt. It’s not trying to be Italian focaccia — it’s more rustic, more French, and utterly perfect with the meats. We used it to mop up every last smear of mustard and pâté.

Very good toasts and sandwiches. Few tables, but lucky for us we didn’t wait. Great owner and friendly staff

Although clearly a meat lovers favourite the cafe was very welcoming for us vegetarians. The boys happily greeted everyone and easily switched between several languages. We enjoyed some delicious toasts without the meat. Served with a salad and a side of wine it was a very pleasant lunch. *they can make all the options without meat (except if the soup has meat in it already!).

We really enjoyed our food.The food had a little bit of a wait, despite that we forgot about this detail when we tried the dishes we ordered.

We were there for dinner and we didn't regret it. The service was great and the menu was varied. We had Escalope Savouarde, which is a very good chicken made in oven with cheese, some french fries and a salad which had a great dressing.

The meat is perfect, great Bergers. We loved also the fresh salads. Nice tartiflette which is potato mixed with melted cheese and jambon.

Really enjoyed the doit in onion sauce and goats cheese salad for lunch. Excellent service and nice atmosphere, outside but in the shade. So good we booked up for dinner!!

Good food both orders were cooked nicely I have opted for tartiflitte and my wife had a escalope savoyarde and they cooked lovely. Staff was a bit engaged around but maybe be they had a busy time.

A beautiful French restaurant right in the heart of the old town. Nice ambiance, delicious food and very good portions. The service should be much better. The prices was really fair (2 main food, 2 sides, 1 bottle Bordeaux vine, 1 dessert, 2 single espresso. One cellar was very attentive, the rest was not exactly friendly and fitting to this restaurant. Therefore 1 star deduction. Maybe it was the daily performance, we will still recommend it.

I saw the glowing reviews online and decided to check out the food. Ended up coming back for dinner the second day. The lamb confit and the potato au gratin was incredible, loved the dessert pie as well! Friendly service even though my french was very limited. Good atmosphere with a nice vibe!

The food here was delicious. You can find many typical Savoie dishes. Everything we ordered was perfect! The staff was very friendly and the service was quick! Highly recommend

My partner and I came here two nights in a row on our week trip to Annecy. The food was delicious, the ambiance lovely and the staff really kind. I highly recommend the sausages in white wine with potato dauphinois, a local delicacy and done to perfection here. Also, the desserts are not to be missed, chocolate fondant and crème brûlée were excellent. We’ll be back

Delicious food, don't miss eating here. I had the lamb shank with vegetables and it was the best food I had on my 35 day trip. They also gave me bread and the bread dipped in the sauce the lamb was cooked in was so tasty! My husband had the fish and chips, with a salad included, which was also top notch. The Blonde beer on draft was superb. The server and staff were very nice.

Cozy place near the Annecy old town, serving dishes mostly with the region's cheese delicacy (Reblochon, Raclette, Fondue etc.) Big portions, hearty and memorable.

I went there for Valentine’s Day. The menu was very nice. I loved each plate. I would say that the lava cake was not as good as I expected it to be. Yet everything else was amazing. Some members of staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very pleasant with low lighting making it very fancy. Would recommend going for an occasion. Summer time it would be amazing as it’s basically in front of the lake.

The classic French 🇫🇷 brasserie concept has been given serious legs and attention by the famous culinary Bocuse family from Lyon. Now firmly established in the French culinary culture they have opened a series of these restaurants around French major cities. In general they deliver good quality food and service in a nice setting and atmosphere. The food was good but not a gastronomic journey but lived up to the concept. The staff were super friendly running fast to keep pace with the many requests! Make sure you book during peak holiday times, and if the weather is good then request outside on the terrace! Enjoy

While on vacation I came with my mother for dinner here. We struggled with the menu even thought we used our phone to translate. Nevertheless, our appetizer, steak and fish tastes fantastic.

Very slow service and poor quality meat let this place down. Add a bit price tag and you realise it's not great value. 2 of the main dishes were entrecote, both were terrible. Mine had 1 small tender bit surrounded by sinu and the rest of the meat was chewy and tough. The entrecote on the other plate was cut like a wedge, where the tender bit was thin as paper and the tough sections were thick and raw!. The young daughter of the hosts didn't complain, but didn't eat it. She offered it strings the take were all that tried to eat it couldn't. The third main was pork, and that was over cooked and dry. One main was prawn risotto, my wife enjoyed that. We ordered coffees that never came, but was on the bill after an hour they served us coffee as we were leaving! When I explained to my waiter the issues, he advised there were no managers around to assist and could not help us. Seriously poor excuse and poor service. $270 Euro's wasted over 4 hours to eat lunch. My parking was only valid for 2!

Let's start buy saying lunch started at 1pm, and we left at 4.30pm. Why? Slow service. Now if the food was good, that would be ok, but 4 mains were poor, 2 of them were the entrecote. Both dishes were disappointing. Mine had one section that was nice, surrounded by sinu and tough chewy meat. The other entrecote was sliced badly, so the tender section was thin and the chewy bits were thick and raw!. The pork main was over cooked and dry. Only the Rissotto was ok, although a bit over cooked. When I showed the waiter and explained our disappointment, I was told there was nothing he could do as there were no managers around. Really. We had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee they forgot to make, but was on the bill and they offered no compensation. Terrible.

Great food, a couple of missteps service wise, but nothing major, friendliness and courtesy were on point.

First night dinner - service felt a little slow but the place was full on this Saturday night. Food was good. Tasty and accurate. Nice portion size. There is a little side yard for the antsy kids to play if needed. Atmosphere was lovely outdoors (but there is also indoor seating. Wine selection was just ok. The duck was fantastic. Boeuf also good. Cheese plate a little skimpy but fine for an appetizer for 4.
