Walmart Supercenter in Natchez, MS is a one-stop shop for all your needs. From gardening supplies to department store items, this place has it all. Customers have praised the good customer service in the electronics section and the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. The store offers easy parking and a wide range of products at competitive prices. Additionally, recent remodeling has enhanced the overall shopping experience for visitors.
Dude, I love a few people at my Local Walmart in Natchez, but since I don't know all of them by name I will say...Jade in the Bakery is a Godsend🙌🏽 and the Automotive and Pharmacy Crew are some of the nicest. I love the changes made on the aesthetics of the entire store and all. It will forever be a Favorite GoTo spot🤗

One of the more useless walmarts, I left product here on accident and proceed to call a couple departments to see if I could get through to anyone. No one picked up and now im short a couple hundred dollars because they failed to notify me of bags that had stuff in them while they were staring at it or handing it to me
Tuan — Google review
HOMELESS PANHANDLERS AT PARKING LOT ENTRANCE!!! Usually only one or two. Finding parking close to the store entrance is sometimes difficult but usually by the garden center is open spots. On regular days you will find open registers and not have to wait in line.
Landon S — Google review
Some of the the employees are very nice and helpful while there are others with a pitiful, selfish attitude and lazy customer service who will refuse to even accept a payment UNDER $5 in change for two salads from a pre-diabetic senior citizen on social security. Then, after complaining to the managers on duty, the assistant manager was very helpful and understanding while the other two managers responsible for customer service only defended her actions. As a store manager who values and priorities customer service and have been in retail for 14 years, I am EXTREMELY disgusted and disappointed! I would not recommend Anyone to shop there and refuse to spend anymore my money at this location until customers are treated fairly and with the decency they deserve.
Ophelia E — Google review
Store allows shopping and customers to enter and exit until 11pm. But no customer service dept (ie refunds or returns or …) after 9pm. Nobody even answers the phone after 9pm. Oh and don’t try to outsmart their laziness either and attempt to direct the call to electronics or somewhere else thinking you’ll just tell them to put you thru to customer service. Ain’t gonna happen. I’m literally finding it easier and easier to just do without some stuff for a few days, wait on Amazon to get it to me and deal with returning to them or their cistomer service if need be. At least this way I don’t have to waste time, fuel and patience let alone taking a chance my 2 year old will hear some belligerent cussing from an employee there…..yeah, that’s a thing at literally every store even in Vidalia. Seems management doesn’t keep a tight enough rein on potty mouths.. Surprising huh?
Steve — Google review
Only downside was the bathrooms- it’s as if some customers and their kids have never seen inside plumbing- the rest of the store was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and engaging
Claude F — Google review
Walmart is my #1 shopping choice the price is good and items availability is almost a sure thing. If not there other Walmart a few miles away in the area, I can check.. If the item not in the store I go on online and order.

I want to go pick up my grandbaby's cake today for her first birthday my order was for 1:00 I stood there for about 25 minutes and the lady told me that they went home for the day I said what I said I got to order she had to go back and get my cake But I must say that they did a really good job on her cake. I ordered a Baby Shark Cake. It was very good and sweet, it felt like diabetes in a fork sweeties could be The cost was $23.98 for a 1/4 sheet. Not bad at all

Donut shop
When you find yourself in Natchez, make sure to swing by The Donut Shop for a delightful treat that will elevate your morning. This charming spot is not just about donuts; it offers a unique blend of fried pastries and Mississippi-style hot tamales, making it a local favorite. Whether you're grabbing a dozen homemade donuts to share with friends or indulging in their famous caramel-filled varieties, the experience is sure to be memorable.
A little place on the road to Natchez (Mississippi) that sells the best donuts I have ever tasted. With chocolate or bacon, jam or hazelnut, they were all delicious, rich and buttery.
Doncariello — Google review
Was told the Donut Shop sold hamburgers and they were very good so I had to check it out. Your order is taken at a window (obviously they allow phone-in orders from the amount of cars pulling in.) and you get barraged by the enticing smell of fresh donuts. I placed my order and waited a bit. Outside there is a covered area with three picnic tables so a person could dine there though the nearby highway is very noisy. My burger arrived and it was very good. They give you a bag of condiments so you can adjust what you want and quantity on your sandwich. Unfortunately the fries were very undercooked. Perhaps they were tired of seeing me waiting?
Jeff S — Google review
Oh yeah! They got the good ones! My favorite bakery is no longer in existence so I was sooooo happy to find this place that makes donuts the same delicious way! Just get you some! One thing, delicious isn't cheap!!!💰💰💰💵💵💵 🍩🍩🍩
Danny G — Google review
The staff is very friendly, even gave us a free donut. And the donuts were top notch! Nice soft consistency and incredible taste. Unfortunately, the shop is right next to a big intersection so the noise comes naturally. Would definitely come here again.
Scouter‘s S — Google review
When in Natchez make time to stop at least once at The Donut Shop! We visited 2-23-19 and sampled several different donuts and each was delicious! There is outdoor seating and a walk up window for ordering. Parking was ample and it’s located on a convenient intersection. Don’t miss it!
Tracy T — Google review
A burger with a Donut Bun. Yeah, that’s right. In Natchez Mississippi. Decadent, delicious and any other adjective one wants to use. You’ll wait for it but it’s worth it.
William B — Google review
The donuts here are delicious, even though I think their ordering system could be better. It's kind of hard to point out which donut you want when a certain kind just looks good to you and you have no idea what it's called. The parking lot is quite a wild west, but everyone who goes there seems to be considerate and relatively orderly. It's a busy place but the line moves fast.
Adele D — Google review
The best donuts we've ever had! You can see them make them right there as you order. They also have delicious hot tamales. When we travel from Florida to get to a destination in our Peterbilt will go out of our way to get them.

Natchez Coffee Co is a charming and relaxed hangout offering a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, salads, sandwiches, and breakfast options. It's a popular spot for locals and visitors alike to grab a quick meal while exploring the historic downtown area. The cozy family-owned establishment is known for its warm atmosphere and delicious weekend breakfast buffet as well as daily lunch specials.
This is an old fashioned coffee shop. Loved it! Everyone was friendly, from staff to the customers who frequent the establishment. The prices were perfect. I don't use a lot of seasonings, but I needed more than what they used in the omelet. Hubby has French toast. He loved it.

If you are passing through Nachez Mississippi, like I was for work, you must stop here for breakfast! I got over easy eggs, sausage (amazing), the quiche and fruit and I highly recommend it all! The reviews don’t lie, the food is just like momma made it, everyone including the owner were extremely friendly and said good morning to me while I enjoyed my breakfast outside. It’s clear all the locals come here for their breakfast too! I included an updated picture of the menu (8/5/2025).

I’m so glad we chose to eat breakfast here, The staff is super friendly. The inside environment is warm and cozy. The food is amazing. You got to try the yeast Bread so delicious. I bought a loaf to take home. Thank you for a great time and great experience. We will be sure to tell our friends about it so when they visit Natchez, They can come by try it for themselves!

A short walk from our Bed and Breakfast, we strolled to this quaint little coffee shop and eatery. We were greeted by a friendly, local gentleman when we entered the shop! The servers were very kind and cheerful. We took our two delicious Lattes on a short walk to see the Mississippi River.

Super cute coffee place with a solid weekend breakfast buffet. We came for the biscuits and cinnamon roll and were very happy. Lots of seating and fun people watching seats outside on the sidewalk.

Exceedingly friendly and welcoming breakfast and lunch place that is pet-friendly. This description applies to the owner, staff, and local patrons. The food is solid and fairly priced.
David L — Google review
I ordered a large Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte with four shots of espresso and a cinnamon roll ($11.76). The cinnamon roll was great, but the latte was easily the worst coffee I’ve ever had — it tasted like coffee-flavored medicine, and for a moment I even wondered if they’d added alcohol. It was made in under 30 seconds, which makes me think the process or ingredients have changed. The staff were polite, just likely not trained baristas. Hopefully the quality improves, because this place used to be decent.

Nestled in the historical district of Natchez, Mississippi, Monmouth Historic Inn & Gardens offers a charming stay in an early 19th-century landmark. The inn boasts antique furnishings and lush gardens, providing a serene atmosphere for guests. With onsite massages, a terrace with scenic views, and complimentary WiFi access, this Colonial hotel ensures a relaxing experience. Guests can savor Southern breakfast at the Regional cuisine restaurant or opt for room service.
Let me say first, Natchez is a wonderful place to visit. You'll make friends everywhere you go. The general hospitality of the people and places is overwhelming. Now for the Monmouth Historic Inn & Gardens. We stayed in one of the duplex chalets with a private front porch and rocking chairs. You'll read that the rooms are a bit worn, and they are, but it only adds to the charm of being historic. The room was large and comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous and well worth a stroll. The Inn is centrally located to everything you'll want to do in and around the city center. The staff is excellent and attentive. We didn't eat at 1818 but we did enjoy the wonderful breakfast each morning of our stay. So generally, this isn't a crisp new high end place, and if this is what you're expecting, don't stay here. But if you're looking for real Natchez hospitality and a comfortable stay with lots of nostalgia, amenities, and friendly service, this is for you. ...and the silly remarks about the gravel driveway, they are not pot holes, they are drainage ditches, and how fast do you plan on driving through a hotel parking lot anyway????
John N — Google review
We had an amazing stay there. The grounds are extensive and beautiful, you can spend quite a bit of time in the various paths. The staff were wonderful. We missed the main house tour after breakfast, and as we're were checking out the gentlemen offered to keep the house open and the we lights on for us so we could take a peek our own. The southern breakfast was delicious. The suites have vintage furniture and decor. We had a large patio with access to the gardens. If we lived nearby, we would make it a destination in itself from time to time.
Valérie L — Google review
We had a wonderful, relaxing time during our stay. The staff was very welcoming and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was far better than we anticipated. The waitress that took care of guests in the Garden dining area was super friendly and made everyone in the room feel welcome. While we didn’t have a chance to have dinner at the 1818 Restaurant, we did meet the chef and he was so friendly and caring that we will be making dinner reservations the next time we visit. Alas there is Michael at the front desk. A charming soul that went above and beyond to make us feel at home and was kind enough to answer all of our crazy questions. Even helped us to get a gift that was left behind, after we checked out, back to the intended recipient (my wife). Thanks so much and we hope to see you all again soon!
Toby S — Google review
This is a beautiful place. The gardens are gorgeous. We didn’t stay here, but we visited the house. The rooms are gorgeous. We walked around the gardens and saw all the different buildings where you can stay. There is one particular house at the far end of the garden by a pond that is so quiet and peaceful, you would really enjoy sitting on the front porch in a rocking chair and enjoying the tranquility. I highly recommend this place.
Mary M — Google review
Very disappointing. The house itself is beautiful but our room was very shabby and not very clean. There were no coffee making facilities in the room or any bottles of water. The TV was in a corner with the view obscured by the bedpost. Towels were threadbare and frayed. Breakfast was not very good at all, with little choice. The only seating in the room was 2 upright dining room chairs, both of which had broken seats which sagged. There was only 1 very lumpy pillow each. The grounds are pretty but need maintenance. On the plus side the restaurant was excellent and our waiter, George was lovely. Warning - the driveway is gravel with deep ruts so don't take a car with liw ground clearance. It would definitely get damaged.
Suzanne B — Google review
Top notch accomodations! The rooms in the main house are very well decorated like a plantation home of the 1800's. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant is incredible!
Brian B — Google review
This one is hard, because it is a beautiful home, perfect location. We came for our 40th anniversary for a long weekend, stayed in one of the plantation suites. However, the alcove entrance to our room (and the 3 other rooms in the building )was absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, webs and dead bugs. The overhead light had bugs in it- like 100+. We liked our room, comfy bed, AC and hot water both worked great. However, missing cover plate in the outlet next to the sink in the bathroom. Towels were old, stained and fraying. Lamp shade in sitting area broken and sitting crooked on top of bulb. Cover and pillows on day bed stained and torn. Also, French doors opened to private brick patio, that we couldn't use. Our outside light had been broken, and large pieces of glass were on the ground just outside the door, as well as the part where the brick patio was filthy with dirt and moss. Same for the brick courtyard by the house, filthy glass tables and courtyard. Gardens were overgrown and untended. This place has such potential, but basic maintenance and upkeep is seriously lacking. We almost always stay at B&Bs, so completely understand an old home, but for close to $300 a night, I do expect basic maintenance has been done. Yes, we started to tell gentleman at check out, it was immediately blamed on housekeeping. As an FYI, driveway is pea gravel and deeply rutted in places, be careful if you have a low slung car, you will scrape bottom!
Pat A — Google review
Gorgeous grounds, idyllic. Beautiful, clean room with bathroom. We were there on a Tuesday night and the bar was unfortunately closed. Very awkward to get into town on foot. No pedestrian entrances or exits.

I was standing in line. I was the second person. The lady at the register saw me then about 10 people came in after who we’re not from here. The lady was complaining yelling saying she pray they speak English and did not acknowledge me. Called the lady from the back to come help her they started with someone else. I told her I had not ordered yet. She said the line is back there. I was like I was here before anybody else and she was like well, and she complained the whole time me and another lady were standing at the counter for 15 minutes when nobody was upfront, you could hear them talking and complaining in the back she kept saying she hopes this day is over. This is ridiculous and I will never be back here.
Jana D — Google review
I visited this location on April 19, 2025 and the lack of customer service is astounding. The place was being ranned by a yong lady in high school who didn’t greet me when I walked in and she was on the with a customer, I’m assuming to do an order while completing an order at the same time. When she was done with the previous guy’s order, I thought my turn was next but she had three other orders to fulfill from three other people who was sitting down when I walked in. Yall need to train these employees on customer service and have more than one person working. Ridiculous.

I placed 2 online orders and they only did 1 . Sent my husband back and instead of her looking at the ticket she asked what he wanted on it?????? Why not read the ticket!!!?? Because what he got and what I ordered was completely different! How hard is is to READ THE TICKET???

Thai restaurant
Planet Thailand Restaurant, located in downtown Natchez, offers a relaxed setting with a bar and ornate accents. They serve authentic and fusion Thai food, Vietnamese dishes, and sushi. The restaurant is known for its good customer service and does not use any MSG in their dishes. They offer lunch specials, a vegetarian menu, children's menu, full bar service, and party trays. Customers praise the delicious sushi as well as the mouthwatering curry, rice, and noodle dishes.
I love this place and have since I was young. I always make it a point to go here when I'm in Natchez. The price point is high, there's no doubt in that. The portions are big though so I feel that's worth it. The drunken noodles are my favorite, but the fried rice and sushi is great too. I love spicy food so I usually ask them to kick it up a notch and they definitely delivered on that.
Lurie C — Google review
Ordered food on 7/10/2025 I ordered shrimp fried rice the price was $15 my rice was exceptionally greasy with 5 shrimps on top! More veggies than shrimp and burnt at the bottom! I also had the general pso’s chicken it had a good taste the chicken was overcooked just not enough juice to accompany the rice. I also ordered the crab pockets or I would call them the cream cheese pockets because there was 1 little piece of imitation crab meat the order came with 5 pockets, they were fried so incredibly hard I had to break the wrapper off I ordered to taste the cream cheese! I spent $42 total and was very disappointed. I have ordered from them before and was pretty satisfied they must have a different chef cooking because it was horrible!

I went in there a few days ago for lunch, the scenery was very calm and beautiful. My server was a very sweet young lady with great manners. I ordered a monster roll and drunken noodles both were prepared with love. Great stop if you want some good Thai food in a beautify restaurant!

It was delicious when I go there I love to get the California roll. They have amazing staff. They’re so nice and polite.

Worst Thai experience of my life. The Thai dish we got came without any rice. The waitstaff further forgot the creamer for the coffee. The appetizer was never brought out. The refills were never provided. The waitstaff repeatedly hung out with their friends in the front. The joint is severely dysfunctional.
Reuven Z — Google review
Placed a to go order for ONE entree over the phone at 6:10 and didn’t get food until 7:10. Three waiters came and asked if we were waiting for food in the hour span we were there. Female waiter had an attitude when we came back and asked for utensils and napkins because it didn’t come in the stapled to go bag which is common sense to put it in the bag since it’s a “to go” order! Food was good but if you want food quick, don’t come here. Also they didn’t notify us beforehand that it was going to take an hour for one thing.

My husband and I went to this establishment on 7/25/2025 and I had a blueberry margarita that was aDAMazing and the octopus balls in eel sauce were delicious. The decor was beautiful and my waitress was the BEST !!! She informed me that she actually created that delicious margarita and the pineapple rice is amazing as well. We will definitely be returning.

Sonic Drive-In is a retro burger joint with drive-in service and a pet-friendly atmosphere. The burgers and fries here are popular, and the drinks are refreshing and plentiful.
Ordered a SuperSonic Burrito and it was soaked in grease. This was a $10.00 meal and had maybe 2 pieces of sausage on it. I will not be going back.

Stopped here for a quick snack. We had to settle for large drinks as we were told they didn't have route 44 cups. The large Chile and cheese tots came in the right container but didn't even cover the bottom. I get more with a small at the Woodville location. They also refused to allow my fiance to utilize the restroom while claiming the restrooms are not public.

Waited 20+ mins for my online order placed in the stall. Jr burrito & cheese sticks..., Press the button and ask them if they received my order because it's never taken this long and there was no one in the parking lot. Got asked, "what you mean?"...., finally arrives no ranch and no picante sauce. Press button again and ask for both that I had ordered through the app...., carhop brings it to me, doesn't say anything to me just sticks it through my window.... not use to being treated RUDE glad I don't live local!!! Good thing I wasn't sent or asked to mystery shop this store...., SMH!

Went by at 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday. Pushed the red button to place my order and was told that they did not open till 7:30. Having eaten here at least once a week at this time for the past 20 years, I asked when the hours of operations changed. He replied, "When school started back." Is this true? The website still says you open at 7.

Online ordering not available very frequently. They close at 10 sometimes 11 I think but they routinely turn off online ordering via app at 8pm or even earlier and let me be clear….I AINT PAYING THE INFLATED PRICES VIA KIOSK ORDER. Literally pieces of leaves and dirt in my sonic tater tots. Disgusting and low life who did this. Please do better with who handles food at this place. Start at the top with managment, and work the way down to fix the problem.

Fast food restaurant
The Wendy's fast food restaurant is a great place for those who appreciate good service and delicious food. The food can take quite some time to be prepared, but it is definitely worth the wait. The downside to this restaurant is that it is not the best choice if you are in a hurry.
Every time I go to Wendy’s in Natchez, I’m always greeted with a smile. The service is excellent and the food is hot and good. A+++++! Highly recommended!

Ordered the apple pecan salad. I had to go back into the store to get my dressing. None in the bag. Got home the salad had NO chicken or blue cheese just lettuce. Store won’t answer the phone to let them know the messed up my order again! Very dissatisfied!!

Used drive through, ordered classic bacon burger combo. Burger was terrible couldn't even taste the bacon. Wet and mushed from sauce. Cashier was very unfriendly and most of all couldn't even say THANK YOU.

I should have known to check my order before pulling off, based on the fact that the employees CLEARLY did not want to be working in the public. Got home with 3 drinks, 1 straw and a missing 6 pc nugget. Never again. Natchez Wendy's might crew I've never been up to bare minimum standard.

Chili was great, plenty of crackers & hot sauce. The burgers were good but how come they can't look like the picture? 2 pieces of bacon on the baconator and all the buns looked like a rolling pin was used to flatten them.

Went through the drive thru last night and the cutie with the dimples had great customer service! Good job Miya!

A few workers were rude and they got my daughter's food wrong. The food tasted okay but combined with the bad attitudes, It wasn't anything to brag about.
Angela D — Google review
Took a while to get waited on, workers on their phones, or talking to each other, my order was wrong, when I did get it, it was cold and soggy, fries tasted like they was cold yesterday, everybody was very unfriendly, the bathroom was disgusting, floors dirty I won't be back
