Place is great. The staff feel lacking. You can spend minutes waiting for somebody to finally take your order. Despite the long waits, it's a great place to be.

As an old and renowned restaurant in Port-au-Prince, I was appalled by the treatment I received yesterday, June 1, 2025. It was disrespectful and demeaning. I was a loyal and valued customer, yet my experience was nothing short of a scam. The dish I had ordered was falsely advertised and did not live up to its expectations. And the worst part was the customer service – it was extremely poor. I can not believe that a restaurant with such a reputation would allow its customers to be treated with such disregard. It is truly disappointing, and I am saddened by the decline of the once great establishment.

It was oké, but nothing spectaculair. But food different than what we had the days before ... airco too 😊 And really great looking cake !

Good place to get pastries and sandwiches. It could get busy ordering. I am planning to come back. Plenty of space to come sit and talk with friends for a while.

Every was good but too noise. The radio was an high volume. Next time put the music down that everyone can talk. That will be good for the Cashiers as well.

I had a good time in this public park. There were several teenagers who were dancing in an African style for money. There were also a drunk shoes polisher who give me fun. Some people bring you fresh soda for less 1$.

Waited for 45 min. I received the food cold. The service was very bad today. Don't recommend to eat there on a busy day. Grill goat cold like an ice cream. Talk to a manager about it. She was as cold as the food.

If you enjoy outdoor activities such as jogging or playing basketball, you will enjoy this park. When you are done excercising, you have different choices of restaurant surrounding it. There are paid parking spots available.

Nice park, just in front of the commissariat (Police station) , but very crowded in the day time ,if you go there lot of local people gathered around you, so be a alert and careful, Pepoles are good and friendly, But be careful of thieves and thugs,

Safe place, next to petion Ville police office department, you can buy flowers in this area, flowes for any circumstances. You can also enjoy the air in the park.

Rush place with a big park in the middle. There's nothing to do except buying some overpriced souvenirs from street vendors. If you're buying gifts, be aware to always negotiate price. Small sculpture is 150HTG, small size painting is 100HTG, big wooden bowl could be 1000HTG, the same for big painting. Those guys are not artists, they are just resellers...

Not really interesting to bring your kids with you. But if you want to change your mind looking at people passing around and youths playing football, you can spare a 15mns on your time

The price was fair (if you got U$) and enough space to seat and relax. No WIFI👀, no Haitian Arts 👀or Haitian music👀. English or french mostly and you can feel a little uncomfortable speaking creole to the clerk. No AMEX and the floor was kind of dirty. Overall safe and 👌🏿 experiance.

I ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday and it was perfect. The wait time was a bit long but the cake was so beautifully made that it didn't bother me that much

The customer service is great, can be a little confusing, you place your order to a counter, pay to a different one and received your order to another one again. The caramel frappé is a little too sweet but good nonetheless.

Pizza was excellent. No beers on tap, which was a disappointment. Open air restaurant in the middle of a busy intersection. Private parking lot, which was nice. Service was good.

Had a few prestige. The crew were pretty nice and attentive. It has a nice ambience. You can watch sports and whatever else is showing on the many tv they have. I didn't get to eat the food but from what I saw it looked pretty good

The quality of the food was good. We prefer this place instead of the one near of the downtown of the city. I had been there 2 times, the 1st time I tried the pizza and it was good, and the 2nd time we tried the cesar salad, and 2 kind of meat. We ate for a reasonable price and enjoyed the haitian food.

Used to be my favorite pizza place as a child, unfortunately the service has changed and it takes a very long time for food to arrive.. Hopefully this ameliorates soon! Unfortunately, last time I visited there was no amélioration. The cheese on the pizza was spoiled

Nice place to have dinner alone or with a group. Not too expensive. I prefer the outdoor on a beautiful afternoon. Service is a bit slow so call ahead to order if you already know what you will take. They do have takeout too.

It's a nice place to go an unwind after a day of work, they've got great food although the customer service needs improvement! The wait for the food could be a tad long especially if one is hungry. I think overall that it's a nice place since they've got a parking lot ,something that lacks at most places in Haiti.

Surprising enough, the food was delicious and the ambiance was beautiful. As usually customer service need a little improvement and I requested my steak medium but it came to me medium rare. The chef made the correction to perfectness. I highly recommended it if you’re in Haiti in the Pétion-Ville area.

PortoFino is a nice Italian place! Great choice to have some family quality time for dinner or other occasions. You can celebrate with friends too and also enjoy a kid’s playground area in the back in case you have children with you. They will definitely have a good time! There’s a pretty wide variety of Italian dishes to choose from and honestly everything I’ve had so far was delicious. They sometimes have live bands there to provide some entertainment to the clients and it’s great. You can also get ice cream and gelato over there, so it’s pretty much a package! The prices are pretty good for the quality of the food and service. Overall, it is a good experience!

The Restaurant is aptly named, with a surprising view of Petion Ville. Big enough and well ventilated. With an open kitchen, customers can watch what's happening on the other side of the kitchen. The toilets are very clean. On the other hand, the restaurant will need a little maintenance to keep the standard. I like the view, the service and the food.

Arrogant staff. Can’t advise on wine. Burger dry and totally lack taste on plain sweet bread. Crème brûlée cold and the sugary part that is supposed to be cranky was soft and moist. When signalés to the waitress she just nodded and did j’y offer to replace it. Over expensive. The restaurant side is very dark. That used to be a nice place.
