Shopping
The Patio Olmos Shopping Mall is a cool, unique place where you can find a range of retail shops and eateries. It's also home to a movie theater. The mall is especially popular with families, and it's always calm and relaxing.
A large shopping mall that's open everyday till 22:00. That's important because most of shopping stores are closed on Sundays and some close as soon as 15:00 on Saturdays.
Piotr K — Google review
A nice shopping mall. But I wish there were some open-air periods. It's too stuffy and not a good option to sit and spend time...
Dogac'la Y — Google review
Great plaza filled with tons of stores, a cinema and food restaurant.
Robert B — Google review
The shopping mall is cool, they have got a place for kids and lots kind of food, but everything seems much more expensive than the rest of the city. Relaxing and calm place, I recommend to everyone.

It’s a shopping mall, but it’s pretty nice

So beautiful. Stores are clean and organized, lovely children's area on the upper level. It was exactly what I expect of a mall.
Cheryl C — Google review
Nice shopping mall. Too bad sometimes it gets really crowded by loud and troublesome teenagers. Security staff do their best to keep things fine.

Beautiful park with lots of places to sit and enjoy the day. Also a wonderful taste of Argentinian history.

Paseo del Buen Pastor is a cultural institution in Argentina that offers art and photo galleries, as well as various dining options. It is located at the intersection of 9 de Julio pedestrian street and features a system of pedestrians and galleries. The area also includes green spaces for picnics, an exhibition gallery showcasing local art, and hourly water fountain shows. This popular spot is frequented by students from different provinces who gather in Nueva Cordoba.
Good vibe, in the middle of Nueva Cordoba. It encompasses an entire block and a half. Starting at the entrance of El Paseo de buen pastor hall, then visit the Moern art museum, pass by the fountain and enjoy a coffee with alfajore, or icerceam, or it could be an ahthentic meal, Starbucks, Burger King or just a beer with friends. Finish at la Iglesia de los Cappuchinos which is gigantic and very artistic "sculptures, paintings and 1600s religious relics and decor. Also take the tour to the top, it's awesome and you get to meet the gargoyles face to face. Everything still intact.
Matt C — Google review
Chill place in Cordoba to relax and enjoy ice cream or coffee from nearby cafes or simply just people watch. Good view of the church!
Andrew S — Google review
Local authorities have made this former female prison into not only a convenient meeting place for people (there are restaurants), but also a lovely art center. The feel is very chill and people are drawn to sit in its gardens and have some mate. All in all, a nice place for a meal, some drinks, or just meeting up with friends.
J.P. S — Google review
On Sunday I saw dancing waters at 6 pm and then at 8 pm it was very crowded but beautiful overall lots of things to do and eat around the area as well
Pulgarin N — Google review
Great place to take a walk and admire the architecture of the place and the surrounding. Everything here is good for children except that the people here smokes too much and somehow they all like to smoke near the walking places, so that's the only bad thing about this place.

Free! Great relaxing municipal building. Extremely clean. We were lucky to view a local art installation and to sit and relax for a few minutes on many of the available benches. Highly recommended stop. Plan an hour or less. We went back by in the evening to see the spactacular fountain light show.

Plaza San Martin is a vibrant and historic square that dates back to the 16th century, serving as the heart of Cordoba. This bustling plaza features majestic trees and a striking bronze equestrian monument dedicated to General Jose de San Martin, who played a pivotal role in Argentina's liberation. Established by Spanish settlers in 1577, it was meticulously designed to be at the center of a grid layout encompassing 70 blocks.
Nice public park in the form of a large plaza, with a equestrian statue of San Martin (a military national hero from the Argentinian independence wars) in the center. I specially recommend visiting the church, and passing by the Tourist Information Center which is located at the building to the right of the Church; they have lots of information and maps there and were very helpful in getting us oriented for the rest of our visit.
Durval M — Google review
It's an nice plaza. Lots of cafe spots, good shaded area to sit and relax (there are some homeless people there as well), at times some live music, and lots of stores for souvenirs. There are some parking garages 2-3 blocks away.

Novecento is a charming downtown cafe-restaurant in Cordoba, perfect for a romantic lunch date. The pretty courtyard provides an atmospheric setting for sampling international cuisine and fine wines. Indulge in delicious food, including tempting daily specials, and treat yourself to tasty desserts. While some have praised the excellent food and service, others have noted that the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it's a nice and fancy place to enjoy a delightful dining experience with great service.

Second night we ordered medallions of loin and pizza. Medallions were overcooked and difficult to eat, the meat was tough. For pizza the wrong type of cheese is used, not enough of tomate sauce and pizza got cold very quickly. We were completely disappointed. We noticed we were charged both for service and cubierto, which is supposed to be the same. Staff is attentive but that doesn't help if the food is not good. Not coming back to that restaurant.

The place is great, the food is delicious, the service is fast, there were free seats on Friday evening. I ordered a burger extra, it was a little messy, you can only eat it with a fork and knife. Tasty, but nothing special, not surprising at all, just a good burger with a strong 4/5. The portion is large. I would love to come back again. By the way, they let the dogs in as well ❤️

Nestled in a beautifully remodeled old house, Alcorta Carnes y Vino stands out as a premier destination for steak lovers in Cordoba. This charming parrilla offers an impressive array of dishes, including mouthwatering bife de chorizo, fresh pasta, and delectable fish options. The ambiance blends classic elements with modern decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that appeals to both locals and visitors alike.
Brilliant restaurant and the Maitre De spoke excellent English. The menu is wide and all appear to be great and would suit any palate. I had the trout and caper dressing. The Sommelier matched an excellent wine. Great and reasonably priced.
David M — Google review
So it’s our last night in Argentina after 2 months and the biggest mistake was coming here for our last dinner. We spent most of our time in Buenos Aires which I’ll say almost every steak house was either good or very good. But with this one it was just an awful experience. We arrived around 8.30pm and the restaurant was completely empty. We were the only table and we ordered the 9 ounce steak for sharing and we emphasised we wanted medium rare (jugoso) and also the prawn skewer and a jar of lemonade. Although we were the only table there the food took around 30 mins to arrive. First the waiter brought the prawn skewer and while he was serving it a prawn fell onto the chair and he just picked it up put it back onto the dish. Fine no big deal. Then the steak came and it was almost raw. We asked them to recook it and after around 10 mins it came also raw we didn’t see much difference. It wasn’t easy to ask them to recook it for the 3rd time it was even embarrassing for me to go up to the waiter. And then of course this time they overcooked it. The prawn skewer was tasteless. The lemonade was not a bit cold at all. The 3 things which we ordered they couldn’t manage to make one thing good. When we asked for the bill the waiter came so I gave the credit card plus 3000 peso in cash. The waiter quickly put the cash inside his pocket and asked me to go pay the bill at the counter. Fine so I went , the cashier only said one word “ identification” with no tone and a black face. I understand why this restaurant was empty when we went. They clearly do not know how to cook steak. Even the Chimichurri sauce was the worst out of all the ones I’ve tried in the two months we spent in Argentina
Andrew W — Google review
We had dinner there and enjoyed it - the waiter was very friendly and attentive, seating was comfortable and the food was good, if a little bit over-seasoned. Overall a good experience!
Y N — Google review

Federico D — Google review
Old fashion restaurant, fancy, a bit expensive; but definitely worth the price. Food is delicious, well presented, and generous portions. Decent wine list, to boot.
Paco S — Google review
Best steak house in Cordova by far.
Luis M — Google review
The place was a joke I used to go here years ago and they used to be a good place to eat but now they have just gone downhill. I asked for the wine menu and he brought me two bottles over and set them on the table and said that was their wine selection, the people that came in before me got a selection of three and they took one, so I guess now after me they were down to one bottle for a wine selection. They used to have very nice Italian dishes but now is just spaghetti and ravioli nothing special. To top everything off at the end when I paid with Visa they upcharged me 15% because it was credit which nobody in Argentina has done to me so far. At first he was not going to take the visa at all without identification. Find a better place to go this place is not worth it
Steve C — Google review
The restaurant is very average. I didn't feel very welcomed, nothing special on the menu. The waiter was fast, the kitchen too and there is a lot of space. The food wasn't bad, but nothing you can remember after two days. Drinks are very high priced, 4 us$ for a 330ml bottle of Stella is fare too expensive. They also charge for the service the equivalent to 1 us$ per person.
