The location of this property is a big positive rather than negative. Easy access to Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai is a plus point. Though it is very close to the railway tracks, and one is often disturbed by the noise of the outstation trains, one gets used to it soon. The lobbies and corridors are spacious, but the kitchens are tiny. It has facilities for every age group, and it is a pleasure to see senior citizens in the swimming pool and the gym every morning. Altogether, it is a pleasant living experience !
