the nita training manager jade is arogant & nasty to ppl & not just trainees. she knows she is not qualified & is trying 2 fake it by talking with fake confidence that has a rude tone. she is rude & mean & only got the job because she stayed in yulara long enough that it is soooo sad. she needs 2 get over herself & show ppl more respect when she talks to them or somebody is going 2 react badly. she is a real clown show with no right 2 talk down 2 people the way she does. ppl know how unintelligent she really is. especially because she is only important in her own mind & her own lunchbox. lazy manners & no intelligence.
