The reception is not in the accommodation itself, but in the premises of the Cantabrian Surf School, which can be confusing if you don't know in advance or don't read it carefully (as was my case). I finally found out thanks to other guests, but it would be ideal if this information were communicated more clearly when making the reservation. Upon arrival, the initial reception was a bit abrupt, with a "what do you want?" response, which is disconcerting when you arrive unsure of how everything works. As for cleaning, I have no doubt it's being done, but since it's a busy place, it might be worth improving, especially in bathrooms and showers. The showers also have low pressure, making it difficult to remove the sand or wash your hair properly after a day at the beach. Even so, the overall experience was positive. The place has a lot of potential, and I think it could be even better with a few tweaks. Ideal if you're looking for something comfortable, well-located, and with good vibes. La recepción no está en el propio alojamiento, sino en el local de la Escuela Cántabra de Surf, algo que puede resultar confuso si no lo sabes de antemano o no lo lees con atención (como pudo ser mi caso). Finalmente lo supe gracias a otros hospedados, pero sería ideal que esta información se comunicara de forma más clara al hacer la reserva. Al llegar, el trato inicial fue un poco brusco, con un “¿tú qué quieres?” que descoloca cuando llegas sin saber muy bien cómo funciona todo. En cuanto a la limpieza, no dudo que se realice, pero al ser un lugar de mucho tránsito, quizá convendría reforzarla, sobre todo en baños y duchas. Las duchas además tienen poca presión, lo que complica quitarse la arena o lavarse bien el pelo tras un día de playa. Aun así, la experiencia general fue positiva, el sitio tiene mucho potencial y creo que con algunos ajustes puede ser aún mejor. Ideal si buscas algo cómodo, bien ubicado y con buena energía.
