Fiquei extremamente desconfortável com a situação, como assim a pessoa entra no seu quarto com suas intimidades sem AO MENOS AVISAR?! (Original) Bom vamos lá, tenho uma lista de reclamações sobre a hospedagem: Primeiro lugar que a pousada não se parece em nada como nas fotos, todo aquele charme que vc vê nas redes sociais é tudo com Photoshop dos melhores ângulos. Os problemas começaram assim que eu pisei os pés na pousada - eu aluguei pelo Airbnb dos dias 1/8 ao 8/8 e para minha surpresa a pousada me informou que não tinha hospedagem disponível a partir do dia 5/8, eu disse que ok me colocar em outra pousada mas que tinha que ser de qualidade melhor. Assim que entramos na suíte 07 já percebemos vários problemas como: 1. Controle do ar não funcionava 2. ⁠Controle da tv não funcionava 3. ⁠Chuveiro: por uma má colocação do chuveiro a água caía na parede ao invés de cair corretamente. Ou seja, tivemos que tomar banho literalmente colados na parede 4. ⁠Descarga quebrada 5. ⁠Bacia da privada quebrada 6. ⁠A porta do quarto também estava quebrada e era muito difícil de conseguir abrir ou fechar a porta por conta disso 7. ⁠No último dia ficamos sem água no quarto!! Diz a proprietária Giovanna que o problema era na vila e não na pousada, mas eu confirmei com outras pousadas e eles disseram que a água estava funcionando normalmente. O que mais me chocou foi que em momento algum a proprietária avisou com antecedência ou sequer mandou uma mensagem avisando, eu como hóspede, quem tive que mandar mensagem perguntando o que estava havendo 8. ⁠O PIOR E O ÚLTIMO!! Nos últimos dois dias de hospedagem percebemos que alguns itens que deixamos no quarto foram movidos de lugar, e que o ar condicionado estava desligado. No primeiro dia nem passou na minha cabeça que alguém poderia ter entrado no quarto pq jamais que isso pode acontecer. Mas no segundo dia já achei muito estranho e resolvi perguntar por msg a Giovana se ela sabia se alguém havia entrado no nosso quarto e para meu choque e surpresa, ela me fala que foi ela quem entrou e desligou o ar!!!! Fiquei extremamente desconfortável com a situação, como assim a pessoa entra no seu quarto com suas intimidades sem AO MENOS AVISAR?! Se eu não houvesse perguntado ela não teria falado absolutamente nada. Ela diz que estava nas regras da propriedade que tem que desligar o ar quando sair do quarto - ok, não sabíamos da regra e erramos nesse ponto e pedi desculpas - e mesmo assim ela foi extremamente ignorante dizendo que eu precisava usar do meu bom senso para as coisas. Queria entender onde estava o bom senso dela ao entrar no meu quarto sem me consultar. O que mais me assusta nessa história é como que ela sabia que o ar estava ligado?? Por acaso temos câmeras dentro do quarto Giovanna? O que vc estava fazendo dentro do meu quarto antes mesmo de saber que o ar estava ligado?. Se a proprietária não quisesse que o ar ficasse ligado, ela deveria no mínimo ter me mandado uma msg pedindo para desligar e não entrar no quarto sem permissão e convite. E não venham dizer que foi para limpeza pq não foi solicitado e não fizeram limpeza em nenhum dos dias que ficamos hospedados. 9. ⁠Café da manhã - não se enganem pelas fotos. Esse café da manhã é vergonhoso, eu nem tive coragem de comer o presunto e queijo pq pareciam velhos. Eu estou me sentindo muito enganada e feita de palhaca. Porque quando eu mandei toda essa lista de problemas, ela respondeu as mensagens pedindo um milhão de desculpas e eu fui super solicita e disse que tudo bem, essas coisas acontecem. Eu a todo momento fui super educada com a mesma, mas fiquei muito chocada com a forma ríspida que ela me respondeu quando perguntei sobre o ar condicionado. Então quer dizer que tudo bem ter um quarto caindo aos pedaços mas quando seu hóspede comete um erro, vc trata mal as pessoas? Ta precisando bastante fazer aulas de atendimento ao público. Ah e só para o seu governo, eu sou advogada. Quarto de hotéis e pousadas, assim como casas, são invioláveis!!! Entrar sem permissão é ILEGAL!
