Established in 1982, it has played a significant role in national development and now boasts nine faculties and a graduate school. The University of Botswana is in my mind one of the best universities in Africa. This was the first university I attended and the courses are solid, from personal experience. Pictured is one of the gates to enter the university, there are multiple entry points, the dorms, and the library - around which construction was going on at the time the pictures were taken. The pictures were taken around 2008.
I spent a few days there and have a positive opinion about the climate and the quality of education at this university. It is a great place to pursue a science degree.
Great place.. Good architecture/ awesome buildings and sights. Large parking space 🅿 and accessible by any visitor without lots of restrictions. I had a good experience with their customer service representatives and the guys at the admissions department's office.
