I recently took on the task of restoring my mom’s 1981 Schwinn World Tourist which had been rotting in the barn for over 25 years. I had no clue where to begin, so I took it down to Spinning Spoke. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to get the right part or point me in the right direction on all of the bike’s issues. Their enthusiasm for cycling was infectious and they didn’t look down on me for not knowing much. Without them, I could never have restored this barn piece to its former glory! Thanks guys.
I called Spinning Spoke with questions about a second hand bike I was considering; wondering if it’s reputation online was deserved. The person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of great insights. I wish I could recommend them more based on this experience.
Staff was great to deal with, Steveo did a great job explaining and setting up our bikes and even offered a free riding lesson. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

While cycling the Natchez Trace with a tour group I discovered my Di2 rear derauiller wasnt shifting. I called the shop and later me and my bike were dropped off at the shop.
Devan quickly assessed the problem, disassembled my bike and replaced the broken Di2 cable in less than an hour.
Thanks to Stevo and Devan I was able to continue the Natchez Trace Cycling tour.
They spent time explaining things to me and answered all my questions about each bike even after knowing I was not interested in buying a new bike.
