Patienten die von der Intensivstation kommen werden in ein Zimmer gelegt und mehr oder weniger sich selbst überlassen. Dabei ist es offensichtlich, dass auf dieser Station Menschen liegen die sich eben nicht um sich kümmern können. 2 Stunden mussten die Patienten warten um „sauber“ gemacht zu werden, das dann aber auch nur auf Nachdruck von Angehörigen. Da braucht man sich auch nicht über einen wunden Intimbereich wundern. Tabletten für morgens werden erst mittags gegeben, da einfach keine Zeit dafür ist. Das ist ein Satz, den man leider auch häufig vom Personal hört „Ich habe jetzt keine Zeit“. Hier ging es aber auch nie um Sachen die nicht wichtig waren, sondern um Dinge wie Essen und trinken. Was gibt das den Patienten für ein Gefühl? Als ich eine medizinische Frage an die Ärztin hatte, wurde ich gefragt warum ich Fragen habe, schließlich hätte man erst vorgestern mit Angehörigen gesprochen. Die Frage war aber ungeklärt und letztendlich war es gut, dass ich mit ihr gesprochen hatte, ihr wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir uns selbst um einen Rehaplatz für unseren Vater gekümmert haben. Ich glaube jedoch auch, dass man nicht unbedingt dem Personal einen Vorwurf machen kann, sondern dass der Pflegenotstand hier mit voller Wucht zuschlägt und die wenigen die da sind einfach zu viele zu betreuen haben.
