We had my daughters 7th birthday party here. It was a great deal, fun times. Fair price for fair amount of bracelets, etc. Happy staff, very helpful, and good smiles. Thanks so much for making it a wonderful day for my daughter.
I've been coming here for a year with my kids everyday. It was good at first But every month it's a new rule and they get more strict. The most workers are rude and don't explain anything to you just go straight to kicking you out. I chose this fitness place to do things with my kids but they close gyms down with out saying and have events with no heads up. Life guards are very rude when we go swimming as well. I highly recommend any other gym if possible.
The ladies working were absolutely rude. Me and my friends went in and I jog around a corner and "shook" a vending machine. We got kicked out for running and "jumping" a vending machine. Don't go here unless someone you know is working. Absolutely garbage. It went to crap in about 5 years. It used to be an amazing fun place to go with friends and family. Make sure to let everyone know about this!!!

I’ve been coming to the recreation center for nearly a year, and the experience has steadily declined. While some staff members are kind and helpful, a few—around two or three—are consistently rude and unprofessional, which creates a negative environment. Unfortunately, this issue extends beyond the general staff to some of the lifeguards as well.
Additionally, the recreation center fails to provide adequate notice when implementing new rules or scheduling events that significantly limit facility access. For example, for the past three months, the men’s league has taken over one basketball court every Tuesday and both courts every Wednesday. This leaves little to do on those days besides working out. However, the gym recently changed its policy—without warning—prohibiting anyone under 14 from working out, even with adult supervision. As a result, younger members are unfairly restricted every Wednesday due to circumstances beyond their control.
Beyond these restrictions, my family and I have been unfairly singled out by sudden rule changes. Whether it’s small things—like being told we can’t move a speaker—or major changes, such as the new workout restrictions, these rules seem to have been enforced specifically against us, despite others engaging in the same activities without issue. This level of inconsistency and unfair treatment is completely unacceptable
Sincerely, Mason Fredrich.
Called around 8:29 AM this morning to ask about swimming lessons for my son. They were full, which is fine. My problem, I ended up hanging up and not finishing all my questions as the lady was extremely rude on the phone, very short. She made me feel like I shouldn't have called. I could not believe I was talking to someone from the rec center.
