Clean, quiet, friendly and professional owners. Fair pricing with full hook ups . Easy to access from the road. Pull through sites but the sites are quite close together like most rv parks. Dog park was large and clean. The whole site was well maintained. Gravel park with mostly level sites that can fit tents to big rigs. Would certainly stay here again.
Well laid out with stable electric, threaded sewer drops and solid water pressure. Definitely don’t connect if you don’t have a pressure regulator as it’s 95 p.s.i. at the spigot.
Sites are a little close together but not so close you can’t extend your awning. We stayed in Site 40 which was high in the rear and required us to put the front axle on blocks to assist with leveling. Noticed others with extra effort to level as well. Suspect site erosion that can be fixed with some leveling gravel.
No noticeable traffic, train or ambient noise BUT there are a pair of LED floodlights behind our site that turn on at dusk and become strobes. Not sure if the annoying strobe effect is to chase off mice or guests sleep but they’re definitely bright.
Easy in and easy out for big rigs and tear-drops alike. Horse stalls for traveling equestrian enthusiasts.
Staff was courteous and helpful.
This was a great find. Beautiful respite after long day of travel. Our site was #14, just close enough to dog park, facilities and under a tree. Kevin was on the spot to greet us, and show us our site. Power was consistent, water was great pressure but we didn't use it for our rig. The bathroom was clean, ample and just like home. Hot water and space to move around. Free coffee and water, clean organized laundry room, a rec room. It was cool enough to sleep with windows own, woke up to birds chirping all around us.

Consider staying longer to explore Tucumcari's outdoor murals at night when vintage lights are on
Bring a pressure regulator for water hookup due to high pressure at the spigot (95 p.s.i.)
Be aware of LED floodlights behind some sites that turn into strobes at dusk; may affect sleep quality for light-sensitive guests
Check out nearby businesses like Jacks Truck & Tire Repair recommended by the owner for any emergencies or services needed during your stay

Loved this Lil overnight stay. Clean & easy access off the interstate. Owner was super nice. If you are traveling with horses they have panels set up. Not covered. We will use this campgrounds again. One nice restaurant in town
Perfect quiet spot right off the 40 to rest. Very nice couple who runs it and despite the late hour met us upon entering and showed us to our spot. Level spot, clean bathrooms/showers and beautiful view of Tucumcari mountain.
