My absolute favorite opal shop in Coober Pedy! Little old amd dusty but the sweetest owner! Old Croatian who has a lot of solid opals for a reasonable price. After wandering through numerous shops he finally had exactly what we were looking for. He also cut and polished a worthless but self-found stone for us for free! Absolutely delightful experience chatting with this fella.
If you can, give him a visit, you'll make his day and probably yours as well!

Kind owner who told us his story about how he moved from Croatia to a mining city in the middle of Australia because his country didnt have any work at the time. Has good prices compared to other stores in the area. The necklace on the photo below was 50 AUD.
Very welcoming, Awesome opal and stone shop! Like no other. Owners is a miner, cutter, and retailer all in one. He seems to be looking at retirement in the coming years so he has exquisite stones at amazing prices! What a find!
