The only noticeable construction involved six incomplete structures of homes and fully constructed Site office of Rudn Enclave, which appear to be superficial efforts aimed at impressing potential clients, particularly those from overseas. This lack of substantial development raises serious concerns about the project's timelines and overall viability.
Furthermore, I have encountered a serious breach of privacy. My wife's contact information has been shared without our consent, resulting in unsolicited messages from unknown individuals. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable, and it raises questions about the management of sensitive client information. Even, subject has been highlighted to their management specially Marketing Manager but it seems all are involved in breaching privacy of clients.
I attempted to address these issues directly by reaching out to the CEO and Chairman of Rudn Enclave; however, I was not granted access to communicate with them. This lack of transparency and communication further exacerbates the concerns I have regarding the management of the project.
