Rudn Enclave

I am writing to express my concerns following a recent visit to the Rudn Enclave site in Pakistan. Unfortunately, I observed several issues. During my visit July 2025, I noted with disappointment that there has been little to no progress in the development of the site since my last visit three years ago. The areas designated for plotting remain undeveloped, with no visible road infrastructure, lighting, water, electricity, or security measures in place. The main gate remains unfinished, and there is no accessible route to the executive blocks A, B, C, and D. Additionally, boundary walls have yet to be constructed, leaving the site exposed and unsecured. The only noticeable construction involved six incomplete structures of homes and fully constructed Site office of Rudn Enclave, which appear to be superficial efforts aimed at impressing potential clients, particularly those from overseas. This lack of substantial development raises serious concerns about the project's timelines and overall viability. Furthermore, I have encountered a serious breach of privacy. My wife's contact information has been shared without our consent, resulting in unsolicited messages from unknown individuals. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable, and it raises questions about the management of sensitive client information. Even, subject has been highlighted to their management specially Marketing Manager but it seems all are involved in breaching privacy of clients. I attempted to address these issues directly by reaching out to the CEO and Chairman of Rudn Enclave; however, I was not granted access to communicate with them. This lack of transparency and communication further exacerbates the concerns I have regarding the management of the project. I urge the management of Rudn Enclave to address these issues promptly. I recommend conducting a thorough review of your privacy policies to ensure client information is safeguarded. Please let me know how you plan to address these concerns and what steps will be taken to expedite the development of Rudn Enclave. I look forward to your prompt response.
