(Translated by Google) I made a reservation and entered ALL THE INFORMATION into the system, including the number of people including the child, for each room. The total amount came out and I paid for the reservation.
Moments later, the hotel responded saying that there is a different rate for the child aged 1 year and 6 months, if he/she sleeps in the same bed as the couple, and that there is no crib or bathtub available.
They charged me an extra 400 reais per day for the child, after the entire process was completed (WITH ALL THE INFORMATION INCLUDING THE CHILD AND HIS/HER AGE).
