I have to drop by this store at least once a week to see what new items have arrived. You never know what you will find but you never leave empty handed. Everything is at least 50% less than retail prices and always a good variety. Whether you need clothes, household items, food, or toys, they have a great selection. Their cashiers are always fast and friendly, even if they won't stop asking you to sign up for their credit card. 😉
I bought some Joico Youth Lock shampoo and conditioner from Marshalls. Horrible product. I used a tiny bit of each and my hair felt like straw. Went the next day to return them and they wouldn't do it. Really disappointed. Don't buy products from Marshall's unless you know you'll like them. You'll be stuck with them.
I don't care for the new setup in their aisles - it puts shoppers carts in the main aisles and in the way. However, I can almost always find what I'm looking for and then some. Neutrogena, Biolage, Olay, all the name brands I wear. Their checkout is always simple and quick. They do always push me to use my Marshalls card, but that's ok, I get it.

Really irritating to spend time shopping and finding stuff you wanted, try stuff on etc, have to go to the bathroom (where you cant take merch) and then some overzealous employee just puts all the stuff into gobacks that you left on a shelf for a few mins. Like come on, not everyone is going to grab a cart, but this sort of bs just runs off your customers and leaves a bad taste in their mouth. I could see if the stuff had been left there for ages....but whatever. Im sure corporate's social media monitors will put some stupid reply but really don't want to hear it. It is hard to want to come back.
