Arya Villas Ubud

The rooms are amazing, especially the outdoor bathrooms. The hotel employees are really nice, always smiling. You can reach them easily at any time and they answer your demands really fast. If you want to be alone and in a quiet place, the location of the hotel is perfect for you (in the country side surrounded by rice fields). If you want to go out easily in Ubud downtown it may be not the best location but the hotel gives you a shuttle during the day and you can use taxis if you want to go out at nights.

We just finished our stay at Arya villas and were very impressed. It is a beautiful resort a bit out of Ubud with beautiful views. There is a shuttle provided just watch the schedule as it is only offered at certain times. The hotel offers a variety of activities; we completed the rice trekking and balenese offerings class. Both were great complimentary activities and we learned so much about the culutre. The restaurant provides a great breakfast with many options, juice and coffee included. Staring out at the rice fields while lounging at the pool was priceless. I highly recommend staying here the rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and it was very tranquil and nice to be out of the hustle and bustle.

The best place we stayed in Bali This resort was truly the highlight of our trip. It’s located just outside Ubud, far enough from the main roads that you’re surrounded by peace and quiet — something that’s very precious in Ubud. The service was outstanding. Every staff member we met was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. They accommodated every request with ease — from setting up a private dinner by the pool to delivering complimentary water to our room within minutes. What impressed me most is how smoothly everything runs. You can tell the resort is managed with very high standards, yet the atmosphere always feels relaxed and effortless. The staff seem to appear out of nowhere the moment you need them (in the best way possible!). If you’re looking for tranquility, excellent service, and a touch of magic, this is the place.

During a vacation to Bali I stayed at Arya Villas Ubud for four days, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was far above my expectations, and the kindness of the staff truly made the stay memorable. My mornings began with breakfast at the restaurant, where I was greeted with fresh juice of local fruits, great coffee, and a wide selection of breakfast options. All days I ended up with the breakfast smoothie bowl because I loved it so much. I had dinner at the restaurant every evening as well. The staff were always kind, and the food was consistently excellent. I can highly recommend the tuna steak or the mie goreng — both were outstanding. During the days, I explored Ubud and the surrounding areas. The team at Arya Villas were always ready to help arrange tours or offer guidance in general. From home I had pre-booked one full-day tour before arriving, and I was picked up early one morning. Without me saying a word, the restaurant staff asked if they should prepare a breakfast meal box for me to bring along — really nice gesture. I also tried the hotel’s massage service twice, mainly to reset after the long flight. The massages are more expensive than in town, but in my view the experience and quality is on a completely different level. I was welcomed with cold tea, asked about my preferences and allergies, and even got to choose the type of oil. The massages themselves were excellent and deeply relaxing. Enik and Widnyani - two of the massage therapists were both gentle, attentive, and checked in often about pressure and comfort. I’m not exactly a massage expert, but the quality really impressed me — I even fell asleep during one session. My villa was fantastic — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, a bathtub, and a shower - all kept in Balinesian style. Housekeeping kept everything spotless each day. I didn’t spend much time at the pool, but it’s a peaceful spot with views over the rice fields and plenty of space to relax. While the facilities were wonderful, it was the staff who truly made my stay exceptional. Their politeness, warmth, and genuine friendliness stood out every single day. A special thanks goes to Wardu, who picked me up at the airport and handled the free shuttle rides to Ubud. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. I also want to thank Dipa, the hotel manager, helping me calmly and politely with some challenges related with traveling in a new country. And finally, a heartfelt thanks goes to the desk team — especially Juli. Juli welcomed me upon arrival with a warm smile and patiently explained everything I needed to know. Every morning, she greeted me just as warmly, offering help in a way that felt polite and genuine but never forced. I’m sending Arya Villas Ubud and the entire team behind my best recommendations. If I return to Bali, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it was truly exceptional. The bedroom was stunning, the outdoor bathroom was a dream, and the pool was the perfect place to cool off. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on three occasions — every meal was absolutely delicious, with fair prices (even if slightly higher than outside the hotel). The staff went above and beyond in every interaction — their kindness was remarkable, and they made us feel like part of their family. A free shuttle takes you to Ubud city center three times a day (around 15–20 minutes away), which was incredibly convenient. We also booked a driver for the day through the hotel (€45), and he took us wherever we wanted with great flexibility. In short, we would return without hesitation to this haven of peace nestled in the middle of the rice fields, just minutes from Ubud.
