As 03h da manhã nosso ar-condicionado parou de funcionar porque congelou, e começou a cair pedras de gelo em cima da cama da minha filha uma criança de 3 anos! Procurei pela pousada alguém que podia resolver o problema e não tinha ninguém. Somente os hóspedes!
Entrei em contato, liguei diversas vezes no número do dono e o mesmo nao atendia e quando resolveu me responder no WhatsApp foi extremamente mal educado, arrogante! Não resolveu o problema, pediu para nós mesmos desligar e ligar o centro de distribuição de energia! E ainda teve a audácia de me dizer que não era técnico para resolver o problema! Minha filha chorou durante a madrugada sofrendo com o calor e ainda acordou outros hóspedes!
