E vengo da Roma io, dove la Carbonara è uno dei piatti Principe. Un secondo semplicissimo, un Capitone alla piastra, che mi ha fatto tornare alle mie origini Partenopee, di una squisitezza unica. I piatti dei miei commensali, assaggiati tutti, di ottima fattura. Fermatevi in questo posto, per pranzare o cenare. Ne uscirete soddisfattissimi.
