Excelent!
Booked after asking the receptionist if it was calm after 7pm. He was very positive. I got the expensive room (100soles). Couldn't sleep all night. Extremely noisy, motorbikes and sirens all night, felt very itchy in bed, police came at 1am screaming and knocking on the entrance door for a while. Nobody from the hotel opened. Uptoyou :)
Great private rooms and good security. All room have fans but air-conditioned rooms cost extra and are limited. There are basic amenities in rooms like desk and bedside tables, however, there is no hot water in the showers (which I was fine with as Iquitos is very hot). It is in a great location being just 4 blocks from the main plaza and there are plenty of shops and fruit/vegetable markets near by. There is good Wi-Fi coverage but it is slow, which is common in Peru anyway. Overall great overnight or two stop before going to a jungle retreat.

The people were very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were good for the area and I learned a lot of the culture by staying there.
Website states coffee service, laundry service and breakfast. NONE of these were available. Host was not helpful in assisting us with finding these services.
