Huge Kmart shop very convenient and ample parking
I visited Kmart today with the intention of purchasing three tins of different artwork to add to my collection. However, I encountered an extremely rude staff member, whom I assume was a manager, who made an unnecessary scene. She claimed it was unfair for everyone that people were buying multiple tins, and her behavior was uncalled for.
There is no stated rule at Kmart that limits the number of items a customer can purchase, and I was simply looking to buy a few for personal enjoyment. While I would have understood if there was a clear policy in place, this interaction was both unprofessional and disappointing. I plan to follow up with Kmart's customer service to address this issue and ensure that future customers are treated with respect. Three variants attached.

A lot of the tags or hangers are incorrect on so many pieces of clothing. I was there earlier in the week and it was BUSY, only one person was on the check out and another staff member kept interrupting the checkout person and making comments saying “I’m just trying to look busy” 🤭
What can I say about the ever helpful Georgina. I was ready to give up on a new phone because I did not understand it all. Sje took over and had me set up in no time.
I might be 71 but I am glad shee was there to help me.
