I came in on the 17th August to look for an extension to the Catan board game.
I was warmly greeted by Xian as soon as I walked in the shop. She was extremely helpful and explained they don’t always stock in shop but would gladly look to see if she could order it in. She located it in minutes and made the process very easy with her efficiency and friendliness. I already received the product today! (23rd) just in time for my games event tomorrow.
Thank you EB Games and the lovely girl behind the desk! I will be coming to you for all my future needs.

I'll just have a look at the anime merch, and see what new 'One Piece' apparel there is, if any. I'm not spending money.
Immediately, and to my surprise I was greeted upon entry and I almost didn't think Taasha was talking to me.
She is a brilliant salesperson and a horrible person 🙃❤️. Why, you might ask?
She talked shop with my about 'One Piece'. She relentlessly showed me the things I really wanted intuitively. Her customer service, sales skills, listening skills and genuine approach was delightful. Also, she is a horrible person, because she could easily bankrupt me single handed on a retail binge.
An amazing asset to the store. Business owner please give this woman a raise.
