Заказывали банкет, пришли по времени, чуть пораньше, на столе стояло подсыхающее овощное плато: в составе 2мя способами нарезанный огурец, хаотично порванные пара листиков пекинской капусты, несколько ломтиков перца,несколько помидорок черри и нарезанный редис! Так же был литр морса. К назначенному времени не появилось больше ничего, кроме обалдевшего официанта, который выяснял в издевательском тоне, что у нас заказано. А мы заказывали по ПРЕДЗАКАЗУ (где я, истратив несколько часов своего времени, расписала что и когда нужно подавать) и вносили ПРЕДОПЛАТУ! Через некоторое время официант появился снова, и повторно начал спрашивать, что заказано и когда выносить. У меня вообще полнейший ШОК, + голодные лица гостей, не рискующих сесть за пустой стол+ дети, которым нужно внимание, а я его в свой праздник уделяю тупым вопросам официанта...В итоге, примерно через полчаса начали появляться заказанные блюда...НО не все!!! Снова пытаюсь выяснить в чем дело, в итоге официант опять удивляется, что у меня заказано ещё и это, оставшиеся блюда появляются ещё через пол часа, а напомню, они были заказаны в начало банкета. Далее горячее, снова не по времени, снова не всё, снова фраза " ещё и это???" Потом "готовится". Тут уже муж начал "закипать". Пытались искать менеджеров, официантов...без результативно...Потом появился кто-то, записал чего не хватает, но ничего так и не появилось, ещё минут через 20 появился официант, принес, что не хватало. Но это уже было не очень нужно. Говорю, несите чай с тортом ( у нас был свой). Он мне говорит: ещё и чай??? Делает широкие глаза. " я же уже приносил Вам чай" а я говорю, ну и что, теперь чай с тортом,как заказано" . Он убегает, через некоторое время появляется с тортом. Снова приходит с вопросом, когда подавать торт? И сначала торт или сначала чай? ....говорю ему, что сделать, сама иду собирать детей, пока всех нашла, пока привела, захожу, а ничего не изменилось, ни чая, ни торта на столе нет...малышка начала плакать, я уже злая, говорю, внесите уже торт, в итоге муж сам занялся этим вопросом и занес торт. Блюда подавал татуированными руками, что изрядно портило аппетит некоторым гостям. Попросила перед выносом торта протереть стол, получила удивленный взгляд. В общем, уровень обслуживания НЕ ресторанный!!! Отдельно отмечу аниматора, очень творческая, пунктуальная, в общем, отлично работает!!!+ 1звезда Кухня на уровне, хоть и не всегда соответствует меню! Например, овощное плато или детский шашлычок, который должен подаваться со св. овощами в итоге- с картошкой фри. Но тем не менее + звезда. Можно со своим тортом + звезда На сайте написано про опытных гувернеров, которые всегда с детьми- чушь, да он был вначале в зоне стихи, но потом решил, что помогать аниматору крутить мягкую звезду монгенштерна гораздо веселее.
