Después de estar esperando 1 hora a recibir el pedido, viviendo prácticamente “cerca” del establecimiento, me llega el pedido en mal estado y caliente. Contacté con ellos y me dieron una “solución rápida” que contactarían ellos con el servicio de Uber pero que además contactase yo con Uber también, el cual no podría porque el pedido no queda registrado en Uber ya que no lo pedí por su aplicación sino por la pagina web del establecimiento. Después de 6 días, aún no he recibido ninguna noticia del establecimiento ya que me dijeron que les mandase las fotos del pedido por su numero de teléfono y que ahí me contestarían de manera rápida y me darían una solución. Sigo esperando esa solución ya que, nos gastamos dinero en ese pedido y tuvimos que comérnoslo a disgusto por no desperdiciar el dinero gastado, que fueron en torno a unos 40 euros. Desde luego que si volvemos a pedir al establecimiento no lo haremos a través de ellos ya que NO SE HACEN CARGO DE NADA AL PARECER!!!!
